Hi, I am having a prepaid number +91 [protected]. I got the recharge of 997 international roaming pack but still 99/min was deducted unnecessarily and when I made a international call to reach customer care to enquire about the same issue they listen to the query and after keeping the call on hold by saying "Transferring your call to senior". Post more than 10 minutes of hold, they do disconnect the call very smartly. It was repeated 5-6 times....

Improper Information Provided by Customer Care representative
