Yesterday when i checked my data usage it showed 0 mb data avaialable.night 3g available @49.To activate call 129.I called 129 and thn selected night 3g pack and the call took 3 minutes and you know what my balance was reduced from 55 to rs 6. I was never informed in all these about any call chargesI was very cleverly used here and charged by airtel.Moreover I have been charged this outrageous call rate of rs 15 per minute.I think everybody should get informed of such cheap tricks by airtel and your balance is lost and they earna lot by emplying such cheap tricks. I am dissattisfied and cheated customer. Airtel can cheat you and eat your money. Mu mobile number is [protected]

      I have raised an issue with Airtel on 06-JAN-2015 ( Reference no.[protected] regarding very limited or no network service in our company campus at "Fiserv India, DLF NOIDA TOWERS, Tower - C and D, A-44/45 Sector-62, NOIDA). This issue is experienced by many colleagues using AIRTEL service in both outgoing and incoming calls as well as 3G data. Due to this I have to make 4-5 calls whenever I try calling someone as the calls keep on disconnecting, similarly I have to call back when someone calls me as they can't hear me. This is not a hadset problem as it is experienced by most of my colleagues for the past one month. Even after repeated queries and complaints to AIRTEL they did not send the NETWORK team as promised to resolve issue. But they keep on charging the same rental bill and above call bill to us. This is unjustified as the number of calls made are because of poor network and similarly the 3G service cannot be used properly but we are charged. I hereby ask for a resolution and compensation from airtel. Please help.

        I recharged my Airtel no. [protected] with Rs. 198 for 2Gb data on 29.01.15. But even after everything is shown as completed and my money debited from my account, 2 GB is yet to be credited to my data account. Pls rectify it as soon as possible. Thanks Zalen

          I purchased a data card from shapeinn marketing before 1 week of post paid plans but the dident provided connection by saying that we dont provide the connection to chawl costumers n when i xonverted it to prepaid plan they promised me to stast it by evening an still its not done n even toll free customer care no. Is not getting connected which is [protected].

            Dear Sir, I hold 2 Airtel Postpaid Corporate Connections bearing the numbers [protected] & [protected] under the SAME Corporate 299 Rate plan since over 6 years. Recently I opted for a migration to the new myPlan Corp 599 for both numbers. Surprisingly [protected] was migrated to myPlan Corp 599 plan with 22 Freebies while [protected] was migrated to the usual myPlan Family 599 plan with only 20 Freebies. When I contacted customer care through phone & e-mail, they never accept the mistake and keep on asking for re-submission of documents which is quite ridiculous. They totally ignore the fact that [protected] was already under Corporate 299 rate plan. In this regard, I request you to help to resolve the issue at the earliest.               Hi, I hold 2 Postpaid Corporate Connections bearing the nos [protected] & [protected] under Corporate 299 Rate Plan since 6 years. I opted for a change to the new myPlan Corp 599 plan for both numbers. Surprisingly, they have made only [protected] as myPlan Corp 599 with 22 Freebies and converted [protected] to the usual myPlan 599 with only 20 Freebies. Whenever I call/mail Customer care, they ask me for re-submission of documents without providing me a valid reason. They totally ignore the fact that [protected] was ALREADY under Corporate 299 plan . Moreover the SAME documents hold good for [protected] & [protected]. I am quite frustrated with the worst service of Airtel in this regard & look forward in obtaining immediate resolution. Thanks & regards, Dr Harish, Bangalore.

                I travelled from Delhi to SaoPaulo (Brazil) via AbuDhabi on 24th Jan 2015. I had a balance of ~1000+ in my airtel prepaid number [protected] at the time leaving India. During transit at AbuDhabi, i used data service for ~10mins (i only did some text message from Whatsapp and did no downloads/uploads) Later upon reaching SaoPaulo i checked my balance and found out that my remaining balance was ~200 only. I opened complaint on Airtel website #PR[protected] but instead of getting a proper resolution, i just got an sms saying that the request has been resolved to my satisfaction !! Kindly take this through proper channel and get me a satisfactory explanation as per what charging system has this amount been deducted from my balance?

                  I Had activated 3g plan on my mobile [protected] after calling at customer care. I received a message from airtel at 3.48 pm on 26.01.2015 that plan will be activated after 30 minutes. I started using internet on my mobile after 1 to 1.30 hr and even using the internet no message for deduction of my balance came to me. After using internet for 2 to 3 days i receive the message that balance in my mobile which is more than Rs 300 at the time o[censored]sing internet was less than Re. 1. After contacting with customer care what i came to know that first we have to check whether we receive any mb or not which was not told to me by any customer care person and how anybody dream that any person not knowing anything about this will know that we have to check mb. Also attitude of the persons sitting at customer care were more than rude.

                        On Jan 13th 2015, I had received a mail with attachment from Airtel service specialist that I will be getting 1gb free 3g data, But when the bill came, they refused my complaint saying that there was no such 1gb plan activated in your no. Can somebody help me lodging a complaint against airtel, when their service specialist are even misguiding and befooling customers.

                          I have been registered for DND in the fully blocked category vide reference no. [protected] on 23.12.2014 but SMS have not stopped as yet. So I had called Customer Care on no. of times & even visited Ranipur, Haridwar Centre four times but all in vain. I lodged complaint on 1.01.2015 vide SMS. Again on 14.01.2015 I lodged complaint vide reference no. 59836690.
                          These are CB Messages- appear on screen reading Rani Garden. These messages at 12:06 PM
                          300 SMS receive in no. per day. It’s a big nuisance which I am facing for the last more than one & half month. Today again complaint lodged vide reference no. 60047018. I request you to accord top priority to this matter and have this nuisance stopped failing which we will surrender all the 15 connection in the name of the company.

Airtel is very bad at verification . people are very lazy to work that is to do verification . They will lie so much like your number is not reachable and they will cut the call if we do call means

                              I do have a fixed broad band land line no.[protected] Account No. being 15723780. Now a days Bills are being mailed in my e-mail id [protected]@yahoo.com. In the month of Nov. 2014, a bill of Rs. 824.72 was emailed to me and accordingly I have paid the amount vide Axis Bank Cheque no. 244800 which has duly been encashed by the company on 25.11.2014. In the month of Dec. 2014, company sent a bill of Rs. 1704.72 clubbing there with the bill amount for Nov. 2014 again as if it has not been paid by me . I thought that there may be some departmental communication gap at Airtel which would be adjusted in Jan. 2015, and I paid the bill vide Axis Bank Cheque No. 255680 which has been encashed by Airtel on 30.12.2014. But in Jan. 2015 again a bill is drawn for Rs. 824.72 without caring for the excess amount already taken . Hence, it is not desirable that a company like Airtel will resort to such anomaly at the cost of it's consumer. Please arrange to rectify the anomaly.

                                Dear concerned, I am a very disappointed customer. Your Customer care people dont care as to how they talk to your customers. They just shout and dont listen to what we are trying to tell . As a civilised citizen im an putting across this issue to the concerned department, if no action is initiated against the person who spoke to me, I will take this to the next level and complain to the consumer forum, as your representative threatened with dire consequences without knowing the actual picture. When I was sold the dongle I was told that the tariff plan would be my monthly bill. But I received bills with about Rs 200 excess every month stating it was the needed service tax. I asked the connection to be terminated long back since I have been receiving bills without using Internet. I have not made the payment owing to the fact that I have received the bill without using Internet and every time I call the customer care, I am bounced from one department to another in order to talk to the concerned personnel but at last they hang up on me telling me to call the customer care back again. This has happened several times. At last I received a call today where a lady who dint even bother to introduce herself threatened me to cut my Vodafone[wondering how you guys have hold over other service provider functionality] mobile connection if the bill is not paid immediately.The call came from the number: +91 [protected]. I am a senior official with one of the leading IT infrastructure service provider. Having said that, I know how important customer service and satisfaction is. At this mediocre level of service I assure you that you will be losing a lot of loyal customers, atleast from my end. Hoping to listen back from you guys. Bindu N V [protected]

                                  I have activated 3G internet pack in my mobile number [protected]. And while checking data balance, it shows still 110 MB balance is there and I had 29 rupees in my main balance. So I have started using internet and suddenly I got a flash message saying your 3G balance is 45 MB and Main balance is 0.03 Rs. Stilk 45 MB data is there but I dont know why the hell they have dudected the amount from main balance. The main issue is, when I call customer care, it is a worst ever response I have got from airtel. She told, there is no mistake from us. Then I asked her to connect to higher officials but she was silent for 45 seconds and am keep on saying hello hello to her. Then she was repating the same thing 'there is no mistake from our end and please cut thr call'. Who the hell is she to ask me to cut the call without any resolution. Are we mad people who calls you regarding the issue? Am using airtel for 6 years, this is the WORST RESPONSE EVER given by airtel. I have sent request for portability. All my family members and friends were with airtel and I should start suggesting them to move out of airtel. Wont suggest airtel for anyone in future!!!

[protected] connection name-shah nawaj khan address-69, charniyo ka bas near old bus stand pali i recharged my no. with 255rupees for 3G internet pack and you can see in screenshot what i am getting even 2G speed not that is why i want to change my network into vodafone or reliance because this problem i am facing from last 1week sometimes it works fine with 3G high speed but mostly it doesn't work whenever i see E sign at the top of my screen which you can see in my screenshot so please solve my internet problem otherwise i will have to leave this airtel network as soon as

                                      i am a airtel mobile customer..my self Mohit Shah and my Mobile number is [protected] today date of 28 Jan 2015 in morning i had received a message from TATA DOCOMO mobile service provider.. ( Hi! Your request for MNP registered successfully[protected] we'll now problem is that i have never been registered any request for MNP service its means Airtel have been misuse my number and they will give my UPC Code to some other customer.. when i call in Airtel customer Care and TATA DOCOMO customer care they both are not ready to answer on this now i ma really worried about this if my number has been a portout then who is gonna to be a responsible ?? i am using this my number from last 7 to 8 years and this is as much as important to my business.. Airtel & TATA DOCOMO both have to pay for this becouse this is a rediculas..how can some company give UPC Code when real owner has not apply for any services how's?? Airtel and DOCOMO you have to answer for this i am attaching a screen shot of that MNP Messages kindly check and revert back..

Address recorded as Topa Colliery., Ramgarh, Hazaribagh. Now that I have been transfered to Assam, I was no longer using the SIM. But on 27.01.2015, I discovered that the above SIM No:[protected] is missing from my possession. I have lodged an FIR in this regard in Margherita Police Station of District Tinsukia Assam. I therefore request you to kindly deactivate the SIM at the earliest and communicate the same to my present Mobile number-[protected] and email [protected]@yahoo.com
