Dear Sir, (i) I had got a message from Airtel in middle of December, 2014 that - call rate will be Rs. 0.012 per 2 second for 30 days if it recharged with Rs. 13 and validity of offer was upto 15.01.2015. Initially for 3 days and within 4 hours another 27 days would be added. Accordingly I recharged on 22.12.2015 but I had got only for three days. A huge amount was deducted for call which I could identified after end of balance. I had asked to their customer care but denied about the offer. But at that time I also deleted the offer message, so I could not argue. (ii) On 02.01.2015 I had recharged with Rs. 195 as per their offer for 1 GB 3G data for 30 days. Validity was upto 31.01.2015. Approximately 300 MB balance was remained which I could not use upto the end of the validity. But I have found that that they have deducted Rs. 67 (Approximately) on data charge basis at 11:55 pm, on 31.01.2015. Now I have asked them to give details of my use but they asking to request through their website where I have to expand Rs. 50.This is only two cases, but this is regular practice of Airtel. My Mobile No. [protected].

    Hi Team, Please find the attached bill in pdf and got huge bill this time. I need clarification on this. When I called customer service executive this morning around 11.55 am and he was unable to tell me the reason. I asked why such huge bill on internet when I hardly use this number at home and always we use wifi which is BSNL board band and we switch off mobile internet always. Then he says it fault of mobile device. What’s going on and also when I demanded need to speak to manager he says am senior and it takes 24 hours to connect to manager. I need complete details why I was charged such huge bill when compared to my previous two years bill. I am not going to pay single amount unless I get a clarity on this. Also, once it is clarified I would like to disconnect this number and will recommend to our facilities manager not to allow air tel guys into our campus. Thanks, Vamshi

      On 2nd feb airtel activated 2 value added services, 2 std plans and 2 3g packs. I neighter used GPRS nor called any no and even didn't use my mobile that night. How the services activated and my balance deducted? Called customer care but they all have predefined answers and thinks that all customers are fool.

        Dear sir, i am a post paid customer along with Airtell company.today i just received a call fro call center saying you please pay the exiting amount otherwise your connection will be dis connection, so i said its ok if it goes high let the bill come to me and i will pay on time, how can they discount the connection ??? in 24 hr time though i am a postpaid billing .             I recharged my number with Rs 249 and I was supposed to get 1gb 3g data. Instead I got 500 STD minutes. I recharged using paytm.com and the customer service is giving an excuse that because I used paytm.com to recharge instead of airtel.in, that is why they gave me any random amount. I paid Rs 249. It shouldn't matter whether I recharge using airtel.in or other recharge platform. This is nonsense. I am done with airtel.

              Main issues in brief: (Family MyPlan) 1. 3G speeds only in my parent number. Not in any of my 3 child numbers. But, all get 3G signal. But all child numbers only get 2G speed. 2. When I SMS 3G to 121 from my parent number, I get a reply that 3G isn't active on your Airtel. When I sms 1 for plans it says no plans are available. 3. When I SMS 3GUSE to 121 it says No Data is found. The above 3 points are for local. For roaming there is another issue as well. See 4 4. No internet connection during 3G symbol on any of the parent/child numbers during roaming. The above issues started 4-5 days ago. Previously it was all fine.                 Hi,

                I am requesting to Airtel for my refund amount of 1768.29 since 80 days.

                I have 100 times informed to customer care team that I have been in gurgaon since 1 year and all the required documents like addr proof, bank acc, cancelled chq, ifsc code etc etc... submitted so many times.

                Every time I am told from them, within 7 days I will receive my refund either by cheque or direct refund to provided bank but never got my refund of excess amount.

                Please do favour to take my refund of 1768.29 rs for my number [protected].

                  I just wanted to get new microsim card for my old airtel number ([protected]) from Airtel Gallery. So that I go to Airtel Gallery at Solapur Road, Hadapsar. There, Miss. Tanuja Inamdar told me that "they don't have prepaid microsim, but Yes, we have postpaid microsim.". So that I bought new microsim postpaid connection on the basis of corporate plan on 29th Jan 2015. Then I was waited till 3 days card to be activated, But card didn't get activated. So that I called to customer care thrice, each time they were saying your card is activated. But Still I was not getting network. I tried to put sim into another handset, but unfortunately was not working. On 2nd Feb 2015, I visited to same airtel gallery for help. But one of airtel person were saying this card is not provided by us and also madam was not there. I asked him about madam, So he said come tommorow she will be here. then only you can meet her. It is not possible for me to visit each day. It's Corporate postpaid paln, not local plan. When You provide Corporate plan, then It should be perfect and you should take care of customer fully. I am fully unhappy with airtel. I just want my card to be switch from airtel to other network, but it is not possible for 90 days. How can a person can say this card is not provided by us ? I just want explaination from you. Want to get my card within 3-4 days asap on my convenience and near to collect on my office address. Also, I don't carry my document along with me every time, as your gallery person was saying to submit document again to get new card. Also, I want you to take strict action against them asap. Else, I will refer to everyone not to take airtel card. My old number was [protected] and new SIM card number is[protected] [protected] HLR-1 (64). My alternate working number is [protected] Want to get number near to my office asap.

                    Voice answering same as ring tone service was enabled by giving wrong informationto consumer and amount of 60 RS was deducted from prepaid plan, It is found that from various months the amount arround 100 is deducted without knowledge of the consumer from prepaid amount.

                      Hi All,

                      I have a 3G deta card from Airtel number ([protected]). This number i asked to closed on july-2014.And the data usages on the card in zero from August-2014. Even if i asked then multiple times to close the connection they didn't close the connection.And asked me to pay 1550 as settlement amount on Dec-2014 which i paid and still they didn't close the connection. Now they use to call me saying the will transfer it to legal and all.

                          Dear Sir, Today morning I did prepaid recharge for 3G Data Pack for 28 days for Rs. 252/- Mumbai circle on my mobile number [protected]. I did via www.airtel.com via net banking link. Please note my Axis Bank account is debited of amount Rs. 252/- but it said transaction failed. My transaction id is[protected]. They are saying they will check and refund within 7-10 working days. I have a serious complaint why do they take 7-10 working days to refund money? In today's world of faster IT problem resolution and net banking era why does it take 7-10 days to refund. Even Cheque's are clear within 1 working day.                             Hi, My name is Mili Jaiswal, I was using the airtel number [protected] from past 10+ years, But my number was deactivated without prior intimation by airtel and the reason which they gave is the number was not in use however I have been using the number on regular basis, I may not have made any out going calls for 1 month but have been receiving calls and was using data plans as well. I have records to prove them. I have updated this number in all of my bank accounts, trading accounts, professional network, insurance and almost everywhere possible. The number was alse recharged on regular basis with lifetime validity. When I asked for reactivation of this number I was asked to submit the forms and the docs like POA, POI, Pan and a photo by 27th Jan, Which I submitted on Friday 27th jan at marathahalli, banaglore relationship center and I was told that the number will be activated within 72 hours. but when I tried to reach airtel since the number was not activated within 72 hours, to my surprise, the same number is allocated to someone else. In spite of following up on my complain and following the actions provided by airtel, the number is given to someone else. Please help. Regards, Mili Jaiswal [protected] / [protected]

But my amount was taken from my bank account and airtel page displayed "sorry for the inconvenience. Can anyone resolve pls? Moreover don't do recharge with https://www.mobikwik.com/ .                                 my number [protected] is enjoying airtel 3g prepaid connexion till date.
                                now a days I observe that the company is harassing me with poor data rate and signal strength which resulted in frequent data loss from my side . The company offers 3g in west Bengal circle which my SIM is set to but I see most of the time it provides 2g connection and frequent 2g / 3g switching though I am in bagnan mostly. my average download speed is 234 kbps using unlocked HTC desire 816 dual, with rs., 455 @ 2gb 3g for 28 days.however, the company offers much higher rate than expected.
                                therefore, sir, I am requesting u to take against this thief.

                                A redirection hazards ha've been suggested to me. The airtel help desk personnel asked me to connect to Vodafone network and signal because airtel and Vodafone combinedly provide the service. My question is : how can I connect to Vodafone network when I have already airtel network and have full signals ? Answer plse.

                                  Hello sir I m cp meghwal having a mobile numbr with airtel operator. It usually deducts balances from my mobile numer account without my any action. On feb 1st ibn sleeping time airtel deducted 250 rs and sent me many messages informing deduction. I talked to customer care bt he told me that i used internetinternet and activated some services like video club, celebrity follo etc. Where at 2am i was sleeping. Today also it deducted 100 rs. Please sir take action. Thank you sir

                                    Yesterday 1-feb-2015, i was used my Airtel mobile Application to recharge Rs 200 Full talk time, but the tranasction went successfully from Bank side, but response on airtel application page, not shown anything. So that i need a refund Rs 200

                                    Just before i got a three calls from Airtel impersonate as Airtel customer care, they told to me they will do a refund. They asked my the another bank account, actually i gave it, but they taken the amount and cheated me. i am not sure it is airtel cusotmer care cheating or some other consumer complaint are cheating.i dont understand i lost the money Rs 2000
                                    People frauded my bank account in the name of consumer complaint represenatatives, they have got my account number, wiped out my money. Airtel also doing same thing, no body addressing my complaints.

                                      Hello Team. My concern here is with Airtel charging me in excess towards mobile internet usage. Below, the details: My name is Vinay Gundaveni and my mobile number is [protected]. My airtel postpaid account has a credit limit of 3600 and bill gets generated on every 26th. My monthly plan includes free internet usage of 500MB per month. Bill for November month got generated on 26th Nov and it was 1900/- (Due Date is Dec 16, 2014). On Dec 13, 2014, I received an SMS from Airtel saying my mobile internet usage as on Dec 13 is Rs 5464 and that I'll have to pay Rs 5464 to continue using mobile internet services. Shocked at reading the SMS, I called up Airtel and they told me that they could help ONLY when the bill gets generated and so, I have to wait until Dec 26th for the bill to get generated. I went through the bill on Dec 27th and what i found was, Airtel shows mobile internet usage of worth Rs 5627/- at around 10:49PM on Dec 12, 2014. This is totally a CHEAT!! I called up Airtel on Dec 28th and after a long hold to speak to a supervisor, I was told that there was no supervisor available and someone would call me in 24hrs - which did NOT happen!! I had to call them again and when i spoke to a supervisor, she told me that there's nothing they could do and that bill information/amount is correct. I explained the supervisor that in my relationship with Airtel of over 2 years, I've never had such a huge internet usage and that too on a single day!!! I've asked her to provide me with details as to what did I browse/download such a huge data but she said that it they cannot. This supervisor could help me with nothing but asked me to write to [protected]@in.airtel.com explaining the while situation. I wrote to Airtel explaining the whole situation but what I received was a general-acknowledgement type reply which also said that the bill amount is correct. Now, I reach out to you asking for HELP and JUSTICE!! My questions are 1. Credit limit on my account is 3600/-. I've had an outstanding bill of Rs 1900 as on Dec 12/13th, so, the maximum amount of service I should be able to use would be not more than Rs 1700/- (unless I make any payment). How did Airtel allow me use more than the set credit limit of Rs 3600???? 2. Airtel alerts me of my mobile internet usage everytime as I reach closer to my free mobile internet monthly limit of 500MB. However, I have not received any alert(s) for month of December. WHY??? Personally, I use only WiFi at home and not mobile internet. And at 10:49PM, I was home and so, I did not use any of the mobile internet service. AIRTEL IS CHEATING ME AND NOW, KEEPS CALLING ME!!                                       It has been over a month since I have registered this complaint against Airtel and I have not heard a SINGLE WORD from Airtel as yet here.

                                      However, I've heard from my friends and relatives that Airtel has called them recently and spoke bad about me. This is soo cheap of Airtel and I would be lodging a complaint against them for the same.

                                      I have had two questions for them and they do not answer but are using CHEAP/UNPROFESSIONAL practices trying to threaten me.

                                      THIS IS SOOO OUTRAGING!!!

                                      I request Consumer Complaint Forum to demand a reply from Airtel!!

                                        To whom it may concern. i am using airtel network and my number is [protected] and i tried to contact the costumer care by dialing 198 but i didn't got any response. one of your representative picked up the call but the didn't responded properly and the name of the representative is Salman. and moreover i money got deducted from my account, which was not meant to be. So kindly take action on it and also i request you to refund my deducted money as it was a toll free number Hoping for a quick response
