I Mahaveer verma, my post paid mobile no- [protected](CUG- DMRC/JP). My residence at H, -155, Padamavati colony-B, near Mansrovar metro station, Jaipur, on this place mobile network not available in room & outer area of home. I complaint many times on your customer care but no any result found. many times i want urgent calls, but not carried out call due to not availability network, also i taken mobile data plan. above said in area airtel network range is very low and every time mobile network manually to select. Please my problem to soled out as soon as possible. I advise to airtel, network range set up high, if already high then new tower to install for mobile network to decrease.

    My Airtel Prepaid No. is [protected]. I have recharged for data uses on[protected] for Rs. 103 for 3G data uses for a vailidty of 21 days with data uses up to 300 MB. It is sorry to say that no data service is available from today while none of the above, validity and data uses have been used fully. Kindly look into the matter and resume my services.       I had small talk with Airtel customer care executive, as per converation with him he is not able to stop this service. He said that there is no service active on your airtel no. Still I am getting messages(Jokes). Anyone know how to stop this? Thanks in advance

        Hello, I have been in Airtel for the past 3-4 years . I went to the Airtel showroom which is located in Okkiampet. Which is the worst Airtel showroom ever. They dont have any politeness towards the customers which is not expected from an reputed telecom service. Take it as a feedback. Kindly teach them what has to be done in an Airtel showroom. I asked them what are the documents needed for getting a new VIP postpaid connection. They say it is not available and they dont know anything about the documents needed and stuff. I felt there was no use of me going to the Airtel showroom and came out and called the customer care at 121. They also didnt know anything about the documents needed for it and asking me to go to other airtel showroom just for a normal information. At last I had to mail to 121. This is so annoying. I have traveled almost 60kms just for this in the hot climate. I request you to let me know the documents needed for the VIP number. I shall quit airtel if this is how you going to treat your customers. This is not the first time I have been to that showroom. Thanks Elias TIME IS MONEY. TREAT EVERYONE AS EQUAL IS WHAT INDIA HAS TAUGHT ME.

          Airtel had provided me two special offers one is 120=120TT and promo of Rs 13 = 1.2ps/2s fo 60days. But when I Recharged for those services They give 103.81 for Rs 120 and promo for only 3days for Rs.13. When I mailed them, they told these services are unavailable. They are doing these types of cheating business.

            My airtel 4g Broadband stopped working last friday 23rd Jan 15 and i had raised a complaint about it. They told me that the issue would be resolved in 48 hours. I called them after 48 hours and I was told that my complaint was cancelled (without resolving) automatically due to some 'technical issue'. And since then I have been following up with them and all they do is lie. They say they will send someone in 4 hours, half day ..bla bla.. and they dont even bother to call/email/mess. Now they cooked up some new date saying that the issue would be resolved by 30th Jan 15. I have never seen such unprofessional bunch of liars.. who think customers are fools and should be treated with utter disrespect

              I have already paid the bill for my postpaid airtel number (mysore, Karnataka connection) for november and december'14 . Then I cancelled the number in december after the bill cycle. Customer care said that i will get some 50 to 100rs bill for the days in between the request to close and closing. I didn't get any msg for the bill the whole december and in january suddenly i get a call that my bill amount is around Rs1300. Even after that when i wanted to pay it online it says that number doesn't exist which is obvious as the number was closed during mid december. The fine over the bill is increasing day by day.               i have called Karnataka postpaid service desk. Even the lady there was not sure what is going on. So she got my number and said that her manager vil cal me back within few hours but there is no response yet. The bill amount just goes on increasing because of the fine.

                I had been an Airtel Billing user and had been active since portability from Loop to Airtel since last year. While i had been on roaming till 26th night, Yesterday early morning 26th Jan around 6am, i found warning in my mobile that my data limit which i had set in warning had crossed the limit. I just checked out by sending an message at 6.30am from mobile "DATAUSE" to 121 and got a reply that 46MB data was used till 4.03 am. I rechecked it again around 8am and it was showing the use of 434MB 3G Data till 7am. While my mobile battery drained on 25th night so i kept on charging and left it on table. All my application as well as other GPRS n Tethering was off; so how come i am getting that 388MB extra. I feel something fishy about the issue as my average Internet usage in last 6 month is 250MB and this time it is showing 434MB(that too 388MB in 2 hours) in 6 days(Billing cycle is from 20) I use it mostly for Watsapp application and in some case may be Internet browser. All my downloads happen on WIFI as it is installed at office as well as home. I hope the company will look into this matter and reverse all that data that had been added erroneously and do the needful. Regards Jaikumar [protected]

                  My id: [protected] and Mobile no. [protected]... I'm not using Airtel DTH service from last 6 Months but I received SMS and Calls Regularly with different scheme. Recently I received sms and call which offered me to recharge with 6 months and get extra 6 months. I have all messages and call details related schemes. But today i recharged of 6 months 1580 Rs after confirmation and after recharge Custemer care employee says there is no any Scheme. Really it's a big fraud. I want my offered back means extra 6 month validity, total 12 month... i want justice in anyway as early as possible...

                        I have opted Rs. 199.00 CUG plan in which there is unlimited 2G Internet + 10% discount on bill an converted my prepaid number to postpaid. Now I have received this month bill(11Dec to 12 Jan) amounting to Rs. 404.99 in which Rs. 278.44 is charged only for mobile internet usage. Why this anomaly? Kindly redress my problem and issue rectified bill for the above period to enable me to pay the bill at the earliest.

                              customer service people are very irresponsible though they are charging for the services and useless to call to get their help.if we ask for a help they will make Decisions themselves to denying our request. For an example if you send a sms for one value added pack it will show that it's invalid and again if we try to do again it will get activate with Double charges. Regarding this if we call this customer care they will say that which is our mistakes and there is no option to cancel any value added pack even if it is activated by themself with Double charges. Then stupidly they will answer that two same pack can be utilized by one number / customer by paying double charges. They will make any plans at any time to steal the customer's money. Does mean we should not keep money in our account balance morethan 10 rupees:@ Let airtel people note that I m gonna Change the network soon by this month and I will surely suggest my friends to not use this network anymore I frustrated with the irresponsible answer given by the customer service people Mr. Satish, Mr Rajesh, Mr. Vishu.                                 Today at 1447 Hrs I called Customer care and spoken to Mr. Singh (Sr. Team Leader) through my mother's no [protected] about my compliant no PR[protected] which is pending since 20th Jan (SMS received on 20th Jan saying "we will get back to you in 2 hours) and on 23rd Jan Team Leader Mr. Pankaj had assured me that he'll resolved the same in max. 72 Hrs. Later received a call from [protected] at 1450 Hrs (Customer care staff ) who abused me. "I would like to know if customer is still considered as God as only Devil can abuse a God??

                                        I have been having problems related to Airtel's monthly data usage. My monthly data usage has considerably increased in a short period without any change in my internet surfing habits. There has been a huge amount of data theft or loss even with the computer and/or the router being switched off. And I've noticed this huge jump in data usage from the month after the Airtel Smartbytes Service was launched. My average monthly data usage was less than 20 GB initially. After airtel launched its smartbytes service, my data limit went dry on the 15th of every month (monthly billing cycle 25th of every month). Whereas, my monthly internet usage remained the same. I later upgrade to a 30 GB plan, which worked fine for about 2 months, post that, the same problem. I then decided to upgrade to an 80 GB plan, which again worked fine for just a month, however, I've started facing the same problem again. And the data limit would go dry just within just 15-20 days. And all this data usage/theft, without my internet surfing habits being changed. I mean, how can I go from a 10GB monthly data usage to 80 GB, with same internet surfing, and still its falling short every month. Apparently, I'm not the only one having these problems and after reading the above comments, I'm convinced that airtel's system is rigged on purpose or whatever.
