I am Lakshminarayana Yuvraj, I am writing this to inform that I have a very very poor and pathetic service from airtel as well as your customer care representatives,
Here is my short and unfair story.
I am using the above number since 2012 September that is [protected], with individual plan, then on January 13th 2015 I decided to change to corporate plan, I work for Infosys since September 2013 and now I thought just to change apart from this my wife also use airtel prepaid and I wanted to opt for corporate plan, I submitted all the documents on 13th at airtel office in Infosys, some one came to verify at my office around 4pm on14 th which was all fine and the network collapsed on 15 the Thursday, I called airtel and they asked me to confirm my present address and it is.
17/1 Anjaneya temple street cubbonpet Bangalore- 56002.
Later on Friday my friend called and informed some one called to verify my address and shred the number who called he had very strong kannada accent, which I am sure he was fit for nothing but absolute crap and dumb. The above address is my in-law's address where I am living at the moment, and later a lady called me from [protected] and trust me she has a very strong accent and spoke to me in HITLERS tone, which I understood that was her cheap standard but felt pit how Airtel like a company hire people like that? She informed that they were not able to find my place, and asked me to stay in home and will send some one I informed that I was at a work and I will not be able to make it during day time and she disconnected, if I was airtel I would slap that lady and kick her out of the company, that is not customer service and that is absolute bull .
Now the actual problem started my wife line did not got connected when I called airtel they informed that it will take seven working days? Every one gives me different dates as they wish.
On Friday 16 th night Round 11:40 pm I got TXT to say that my outgoing will be disconnected that was crook, well I called support people on Saturday early morning at 5am and the guy informed me to ignore the sms and will have some one call me, no one called I called again at 8 am and spoke to Noor she gave some ref no and informed that she will have some manager will call me within 4 hours and again no one called, this morning Sunday I try to call my line and was gone
Please explain who is responsible for this???? I called again with no hopes to your support group and spoke to bunches of dumb people give me all false promise for call back and no one is ready to take action against to resolve the issue. At last I called with full frustration and spoke with advisor to put it through manager and spoke to some one from North Indian, he informed that he will take care and again same 4 hours false promise,
Basically my fone is cut, I can immediately switch over but it's Sunday again and I am travelling from Mysore to Bangalore and busy with my audit work, please tell me who should I come and slap for first,
weather, how, how much, will u as a company the whole will compensate my time, values frustration, High BP,
I can't request any more, all I want some one to slap on my behalf to all of them who involved in not getting my issue resolved and have some genuine persons call me and get things sorted, I will definitely not leave it here, will also have my solicitor involved.
If possible I wish to have this sent to topest level escalation.
