Dear Consume,

Today 1-Feb-2015 actually i was did Rs 33 For STD recharge. It is applicable for karnataka region(screen shot added). During the transaction airtel site responds " Due to system maintenance activity at our end some of the services are not available " and the special recharage not applied on my mobile [protected] . Kindly help me to get my refund.

      AIRTEL NOT CHANGING MY BILL PLANE WITH IN MONTHLY CYCLE. I requested Airtel via Mail, 121 to change 299 to 399 My plane. But they are not changing my bill plane and they are updated me this[protected]--- [protected][protected][protected][protected][protected] Dear Chandra Kumar, Greetings from airtel!This is in reference to your email regarding bill plan change for your airtel mobile number [protected].I understand that you wish to change your bill plan to myplan 399. I would like to inform you that, bill can be changed changed only once in bill cycle. Request you to note that you have already changed your bill plan on[protected]. Hence, I request you to please revert on or after next bill cycle[protected].As explained in the previous email interaction, I recommend you to activate additional internet plan. For your reference, I have attached the internet plans available for subscription. For instant activation of desired 3G plan, please send an SMS 3G to 121 and follow the instructions. Alternatively, you can reply to us with the choice of 3G plan for activation.Please note the following - 1.         I am using the airtel broad band [protected] from past 10 months. I paid all the bills but the speed and the usage was wrongly projected and made the speed as very low. When I called cse of airtel they were not able to rectify and so, I asked them to withdraw the my connection on 01/15/2015 with the current usage. The bill will raise on 28th of every month and I need to pay before 14th of the next month. I am receiving the message as due your no:[protected] going for permanent disconnection due to default of INR 860 So pls make the payment today to avoid disconnection. In the above message it shown as default. I am not a defaulter to the payment to airtel. Airtel have the issue with the billed amount and doing the fraud usage services without having the proper connection to the sites. The same was talked with Airtel CSE. For verification you can take the call recording from Airtel done from my number [protected] to airtel customer care number. The Contracted or Airtel agents are calling from[protected] and making frighten to pay the amount earlier before 14th of next month. I am very much afraid because of these calls from airtel. Kindly take necessary actions on this type of calls and messages sending by airtel. The message showing as default but am not a defaulter I paid all the bills correctly and for me the service is not correct hence I asked the airtel to disconnect the connection,

        Same with me also... I closed my connection in July, but they are asking me for bills in Septemebr & November. The worst thing is, Continously getting calls from them, some times they asks for the biil, when I say i am not using your connection then they will immediately cut the Phone, with out listening my words..horrible experiance, daily I am getting these calls. Some times they are giving missed calls. It's impacting my work daily. These are using these tactics to make uncomfortness to customer, so that the customer will what they say...

          Airtel ID ::[protected] i am reqular user of Airtel from long time. in the month of Januray 2015 without informing me my internet plan has changed from 199 unlimited to 175..and make my bill decive to me. plz give solution with 24 hour.. else i will follow all alternative fronts and services regards lecturer Amarjit singh

            Unfortunately, I am a Airtel costumer using their prepaid mobile services for past 8 years. Yesterday shockingly my mobile phone was barred from receiving incoming and outgoing calls, thinking it to be some temporary issue on the part of Airtel I ignored it till today morning (i.e. 31st January, 2015). However when the services did not resume till the evening, i got slightly anxious and made a call to the airtel customer care and was shocked to know that the number has been barred by them and the reason given by the service provider was that they are re verifying customer details/documents. However, I was never intimated or given an opportunity to submit any documents for verification before disconnecting my number which is about 8 years old now. When i requested the customer care executive to reinstate the connection he informed me that its not in their hand and we would need to submit documents. As I had already re-submitted the documents to their vaipar kender airtel shop about a week or 10 days back for getting a micro sim, I asked the customer care executive to kindly look into the matter. Upon request, my call was transferred to a senior executive, who promised to resolve the issue and give a call in few minutes but he never called back. At around 8.10pm i made another call to the customer care number and after talking for a minute the customer care executive suddenly disappeared and came back after a few minutes, upon telling him that before putting a call on hold at least he should inform he started misbehaving and talked in a very bad way and disconnected the call. I am very perturbed with the way airtel is behaving with its customers and disconnecting the number of its loyal customers without even caring to intimate them about the re-verification process in advance. Since all this has resulted in a great loss to me due to the sudden disconnection of my number and has caused mental harassment due to the same and the misbehaviour of airtel executives, I would request airtel to kindly look into this matter on urgent basis.

              I am residing at Ekkattuthangal in chennai.In our area from 26th January 2015 we airtel customers are not able to get and make any incoming and outgoing calls and messages.So see to this problem and take corrective measures to overcome this disputes.

                I have taken airtel dongle before18 months.From the very first day we started facing on and off network problems. I have done 'n' number of complaints during this period..but not even once we got their service. atlast we took another dongle of some good company..and we stopped using airtel dongle completly..From there the real problem started..airtels executives started calling continously..30 to 50 tiimes in a day..continously disturbing for payment. .we have put the request for discontinuation long back..still they didnt process it.. now they are forcing us to pay the bill for the thing which we are not using ... when I was telling them that I will not pay the bill..they started calling my wife continously nd started threatning her...they were calln her continously from 11 am to 5 pm...I refer to all the people not to use airtels ny product.the interest which they are taken for the bull payment..its 1/1000 interest they didnt take to resolve our network prob... I am staying in mumbai anderi not in village so that I vl face network issue
                Mr ganesh the executive of airtel is a such a rascal ...he doesnt know how to behave with ladies..he was telln me to sleep with him...big zero rating

                    Date ; 31-Jan-2015 On the date, I performed the online transaction for the recharge of my Airtel mobile (number could not be disclosed on this open forum) with an amount of Rs 330. In doing so, the sum of Rs 330 was debited from my HDFC bank account, however the said prepaid Airtel a/c was not recharged. No communication whatsoever from Airtel, was updated.

                      Yesterday when i checked my data usage it showed 0 mb data avaialable.night 3g available @49.To activate call 129.I called 129 and thn selected night 3g pack and the call took 3 minutes and you know what my balance was reduced from 55 to rs 6. I was never informed in all these about any call chargesI was very cleverly used here and charged by airtel.Moreover I have been charged this outrageous call rate of rs 15 per minute.I think everybody should get informed of such cheap tricks by airtel and your balance is lost and they earna lot by emplying such cheap tricks. I am dissattisfied and cheated customer. Airtel can cheat you and eat your money. Mu mobile number is [protected]

                          I have raised an issue with Airtel on 06-JAN-2015 ( Reference no.[protected] regarding very limited or no network service in our company campus at "Fiserv India, DLF NOIDA TOWERS, Tower - C and D, A-44/45 Sector-62, NOIDA). This issue is experienced by many colleagues using AIRTEL service in both outgoing and incoming calls as well as 3G data. Due to this I have to make 4-5 calls whenever I try calling someone as the calls keep on disconnecting, similarly I have to call back when someone calls me as they can't hear me. This is not a hadset problem as it is experienced by most of my colleagues for the past one month. Even after repeated queries and complaints to AIRTEL they did not send the NETWORK team as promised to resolve issue. But they keep on charging the same rental bill and above call bill to us. This is unjustified as the number of calls made are because of poor network and similarly the 3G service cannot be used properly but we are charged. I hereby ask for a resolution and compensation from airtel. Please help.

                            I recharged my Airtel no. [protected] with Rs. 198 for 2Gb data on 29.01.15. But even after everything is shown as completed and my money debited from my account, 2 GB is yet to be credited to my data account. Pls rectify it as soon as possible. Thanks Zalen

                              I purchased a data card from shapeinn marketing before 1 week of post paid plans but the dident provided connection by saying that we dont provide the connection to chawl costumers n when i xonverted it to prepaid plan they promised me to stast it by evening an still its not done n even toll free customer care no.                                 Dear Sir, I hold 2 Airtel Postpaid Corporate Connections bearing the numbers [protected] & [protected] under the SAME Corporate 299 Rate plan since over 6 years. Recently I opted for a migration to the new myPlan Corp 599 for both numbers. Surprisingly [protected] was migrated to myPlan Corp 599 plan with 22 Freebies while [protected] was migrated to the usual myPlan Family 599 plan with only 20 Freebies. When I contacted customer care through phone & e-mail, they never accept the mistake and keep on asking for re-submission of documents which is quite ridiculous. They totally ignore the fact that [protected] was already under Corporate 299 rate plan. In this regard, I request you to help to resolve the issue at the earliest.                                   Hi, I hold 2 Postpaid Corporate Connections bearing the nos [protected] & [protected] under Corporate 299 Rate Plan since 6 years. I opted for a change to the new myPlan Corp 599 plan for both numbers. Surprisingly, they have made only [protected] as myPlan Corp 599 with 22 Freebies and converted [protected] to the usual myPlan 599 with only 20 Freebies. Whenever I call/mail Customer care, they ask me for re-submission of documents without providing me a valid reason. They totally ignore the fact that [protected] was ALREADY under Corporate 299 plan . Moreover the SAME documents hold good for [protected] & [protected].                                     I travelled from Delhi to SaoPaulo (Brazil) via AbuDhabi on 24th Jan 2015. I had a balance of ~1000+ in my airtel prepaid number [protected] at the time leaving India. During transit at AbuDhabi, i used data service for ~10mins (i only did some text message from Whatsapp and did no downloads/uploads) Later upon reaching SaoPaulo i checked my balance and found out that my remaining balance was ~200 only. I opened complaint on Airtel website #PR[protected] but instead of getting a proper resolution, i just got an sms saying that the request has been resolved to my satisfaction !! Kindly take this through proper channel and get me a satisfactory explanation as per what charging system has this amount been deducted from my balance?

                                      I Had activated 3g plan on my mobile [protected] after calling at customer care. I received a message from airtel at 3.48 pm on 26.01.2015 that plan will be activated after 30 minutes. I started using internet on my mobile after 1 to 1.30 hr and even using the internet no message for deduction of my balance came to me. After using internet for 2 to 3 days i receive the message that balance in my mobile which is more than Rs 300 at the time o[censored]sing internet was less than Re. 1. After contacting with customer care what i came to know that first we have to check whether we receive any mb or not which was not told to me by any customer care person and how anybody dream that any person not knowing anything about this will know that we have to check mb. Also attitude of the persons sitting at customer care were more than rude.
