I lost my mobile On sunday(8/2/2015)evening, hence, I want to request the Airtel team to please BLOCK this Sim card ASAP.     It's in Thrissur which i called to customer care to complaint regarding to balance deduction. But my call had been passed to senior level escalator, her name is Neethu which she was dealing in a rude manner and she's saying that to do whatever i want when i asked her if there's any need to change the connection to idea from Airtel. She was acting like she doesn't care the customers of Airtel even they changed or what.she's saying that she's getting salary she needs and doesn't have if there's any problem to customers.She doesn't care if customers change the connection.

      Hello, This is regards to the request which was not taken care and in turn i was charged more on my bills. i have raised the Broadband disconnection in the first week of December and asked the Customer Service agent to keep the Basic line rental plan for my LL ([protected]). Which was not done and in the month of Jan i had got bill with the Broadband charges on it where i had already for a disconnection of Broadband and they agreed to wave the charges for the Month December month as my usage was ZERO for DECEMBER. Then i went and enquired in the outlet at Jayanagar 3rd block for my Landline bill the agents made to wait for 1hr and then and did not do anything and asked me to call Customer service, when i called the Customer Care they were not o[censored]se made to wait on the call for atleast 1 and half hour and as the agent was very rude on the call saying they did not have request for disconnection of Broadband, hence i asked the agent to esclate the call to his supervisor which the agent after keeping me on a LONGEST HOLD... The Supervisor who took that esclation was not at all usefull and never seemed to be helpfull for a customer and he was very rude over the call so i asked for the my Landline disconnection also, still the issue was not resolved as they said i will get the call from the Complaints team, which i got the lady whom i spoke to advised that she will be waiving the charges of the Broadband and sending the final bill only with the landline charges on it and gave the referencen.o. as[protected],[protected].. And now the Landline has been disconnected and the BB as well its more than a month now the issue is not resolved as i had called Customer Care check my final bill which i haven't received and the nothing is been changed on the bill after many complaints made but the services are disconnected. i am not at all happy with the services and my not paying any money to AIRTEL as off their hopeless CUSTOMER SERVICE...

      Hello,

          I am a disabled man and still undergoing a treatment. Therefore, i did a mistake of going to a roadside guy on 01 Feb 2015 who gave me a connection for Rs 300 and said it will be activated within 24 hours. When i contacted him on 06 Feb 15 he had the audacity to inform me that, the plan has been changed and some one from airtel will contact me on 09 Feb 2015. Since, no body has contacted me and considerable delay has been caused, i have gone in for a more responsible service provider.             After paying my airtel digital TV recharge amount, Got an message saying the recharge has not able to complete as my account is suspended, And advised to contact customer care with the number provided. Each time the call go for more than 5 minutes in waiting and it gets terminated. This is not the first time i face this any customer care call will go for more than 3 minutes and I have waited for 10 minutes and all. but no response. They wan us to make call to customer care number and charging us. The calls to customer care should be bared by company itself. Worst response by AIRTEL

              Dear Sir, My no. is [protected]. i am having some issue regarding balance deduction. I had recharged my no. with 70 rupees on (07/02/2015), but after recharging balance, it reduced to zero then again i recharged with 10 rupees and again 70 rupees and my balance reduced to 20 rupees at last. I have already talk 3 -4 times to airtel customer care and senior officer also.But they are telling me again and again that you used Internet. But i only used whatsapp and for that i already having whatsapp pack of 41 rupees. I downloaded one or two images from whatsapp but balance deducted almost 130 rupees till now. How it can be possible.?? Seriously i am not satisfy with your service. Kindly return my balance otherwise i will post comment on facebook or other social sites.

                I m trying to contact from two hours. No body is responding on any numbers. I am not able to connect customer care on number mentioned on TV screen as well as on web site. I then try on number of new connection, reply was instant but not for problem only for new connection where as nobody respond on customer care. I have recordings of thoes hours for which i try to communicate with care.

                  This is inform to you that I done 3G recharge of Rs 655 for 3GB 3G + Unlimited plan on my Airtel No. [protected] on 05th June 2015. Now I already consumed 3GB data and Now the problem of 3G speed is faced by me. According to the My Airtel android application there are not mentioning any speed related information. But now I was just called to Airtel customer service and got reply from them the plan is not full unlimited only the 3GB data have a better speed rest of data have not good speed it's only for suffering not for download & upload. So this things manipulate me.

                  This kind of advertising manipulate the people and after they suffer the problem no one is available help. And receive the reply from customer service please once confirm the fully plan detail.

                  So please do the needful and help me.

                    On 24th Jan- 2015 I gave a request in Mahaveer Communication-Airtel Relationship Centre, Station Road, Hubli 580020, India for conversion of my two post paid number [protected], [protected] to prepaid out which one Number [protected] got converted to prepaid after 3 days but my one Number [protected] is yet to be converted. Although I frequently called airtel customer care as well as airtel store but perhaps they are not Interested and they are always making false promises that it will be Done today or tomorrow.

                      First of all i want to sat that airtel is the worst network i have ever seen, there is not network available anytime we go out or in our house itself, this is the problem with many of them not only me. Secondly I have never activated DND service in my mobile, then how come without intimating me DND service was activated, it is just to make money, I have a airtel data plan, and when it expires mesaage come 3 days before that it is going to expire, then how come suddenly DND service was activated. Airtel just cheats to make money from customers. I hereby request to take strict actions, I cannot tolerate this further as this is not happening to me first time, it happened to me earlier also.

                        Hi, on 7th feb I took a smart byte of 5gb for my airtel id [protected]_tn . Later in the day Internet was dead. I called the airtel and raised a complaint. The technician kumaresan fixed the issue and adviced me to change the plan. I told him just now I added a 5gb in smart byte, so want to do it on the next billing cycle. He confirmed me that he is doing that and called the customer executive Prakash. He informed the same to Prakash and when prakash spoke with me he said you need a upgrade to 8mbps and 30 GB. I said yes, he immediately said it is activated. I asked him what to do with my smartbyte and he said it is gone. What the hell is this. It is a clear cheating. And prakash just said he cant do any thing from his end. Airtel what is happening??? Is this the customer service you do ???? Really frustrating ...

                                Dear Sir/Madam, I have requested to your Mr Sandeep Kumar Patra, Airtel Office Berhampur, Mob no- [protected] regarding up gradation of prepaid connection to post paid by submitted Rs 300/-, photograph, identity proof and residence proof on dt 20.11.2014. On enquiry, your rep regularly make fool of customer by giving false assurance. Two & half months have passed but still he is giving same assurance. You please check correspondence ( messages) with him between my prepaid mobile [protected] with his mobile [protected]. Airtel is a very reputed company and i heard that it is a customer friendly company. Customer satisfaction is motto of the company. I hope company shall address my problem positively.

                                  i am a existing user of prepaid [protected] under 40paisa per minute plan which i wanted to shift to 1ps per second plan i charged 24 rs on 24th jan 2015 transid[protected] and on 6th feb 2015 trans id[protected] still the plan didi not change which u plz verify and confirm this is not the way to cheat people as i am being charged 40ps even for 10 seconds of talking please revert back i have not got any proper reply from your custome execuitives who i thing are l-boards please refund my 48rs which you have eaten

                                    I would like to bring this to your notice that i was provided Airtel 8 Mbps connection with wrong commitment. I was told that i would get 1000 local minutes free with Airtel 8 Mbps plan costing 1299/ month. After getting my first bill i found that i was billed for all the local calls i made. I raised this with Airtel customer care. I got 2 calls from Airtel escalation team but no solution was offered. The complaint number is 53293996.I am really frustrated with the fact that nobody is willing to help. Airtel is such a big brand and i don't except such a poor customer service from you guys. I proposed two solutions to Airtel escalation engineer: 1: Add 1000 minutes to my existing plan 2: Give me 25GB plan at Rs 1299/- He was not willing to take either of the solutions. Rather he was OK if request for termination. It was really surprising that you couldn't event attempt to retain your customer. I thought of bringing this to your notice to see if at all i can get any help.                                       Sir, I have done online prepaid recharge for 330 rupees full talk time.After i completed online transaction airtel page says "sorry Transaction could not be completed.Regret for inconvenience".I have lost money in this manner 7 to 8 times.If they could not process they should say site maintainence problem at the first page only before doing transaction.But after i have lost money they are giving a sorry request and not even bothering about money lost.                                         I got my phone recharged for Rs.100 on 06/02/2015 from airtel mobile website(m.airtel.in). As advertised on airtel website(http://www.airtel.in/mobilesite), this recharge should provide a bonus talktime of Rs.110 which is yet to be received. Ms. lavanya mistri, Senior Supervisor & Avinash Gupta, Floor Supervisor Airtel West Bengal customer care talked to me and informed that despite of the advertisement being live on airtel website they will not take any responsibility for it and the offer doesn't exist at all, very rudely and in an unwilling state to help.
