Dear Team,
I have made payment of Rs. 1000/- to Airtel on 4th December, 2014 for a new broadband connection. (Details below). Their website shows 3 days time-frame for providing a new connection. I have been following up with them for past one month, but they have neither refunded my money nor providing me new connection. (Complaint details registered are listed below).
I have sent 10+ mails to airtel on various ids, but no resolution till date. Please help.
