Hi Team, I called Airtel today to check the internet usage and to add a Smart Byte of re. 300 for 1 GB of data. When I spoke to your employee he told me I have already exceeded my usage and I have to pay 425 rupees for 138 MB of data. So edu I haven't received a reminder text from Airtel which I usually get from you. I asked him to put through a supervisor as I would go ahead and port of the services from Airtel. He transfered me to Anuj Gupta from retention's. He listened to my query and told he has understood everything and would make up for the mistake. He said he will provide me 300 mins apart from 200 mins I'm getting till month of March. Also I would get 400 MB data extra till I stay with Airtel apart from 1350 MB that I'm getting till month of march. He verified by telling that the 260 MB would remain lifetime instead of 3 months which was previously told to me..I was about to agree and call got disconnected. I called again and got put through the detentions and spoke to Aisha who was useless as she said that there is no such offer and she can give me only 300 mins of calling for 1 month..I wasn't satisfied and asked for her supervisor and she put me through the worst supervisor I have come through my life by name of Praveen..he was just hopeless and was just rude and blunt on a call..Being a supervisor he was talking to me like I m a servant for Airtel and I need to obey what he has to say..Getting rid of him was the best possible way out as he said what Aisha said..I told him your rep Anuj caused all the problem and you need to take ownership for that..but in return I just got shrugged off badly..i[censored] have supervisor like him Airtel will have customers leaving your company everyday..I would need to know will I get a help fron Airtel..or will I get shrugged off just like ur supervisor Praveen did. Its my humble request if I get a strict action against Rep Anuj and A big complaint against Praveen from Retentions team. I'm hoping I get a call from Airtel and this gets resolved on a good note.     Dear Team, I have made payment of Rs. 1000/- to Airtel on 4th December, 2014 for a new broadband connection. (Details below). Their website shows 3 days time-frame for providing a new connection. I have been following up with them for past one month, but they have neither refunded my money nor providing me new connection. (Complaint details registered are listed below). I have sent 10+ mails to airtel on various ids, but no resolution till date. Please help. Details of payment made, complaints registered & mails id's communicated are enclosed below.       Hi, I have two airtel postpaid connections. The numbers are [protected] and [protected]. For both the connections I have opted for paper bill (ordinary). The bill period ends by 23rd of every month. No month I am receiving the bill properly. Their records say it is delivered. I feel their courier is not doing the job properly. But airtel is not bothered to know whether the bills are delivered or not. They talk as if it is not their responsibility if the courier does not deliver the bill. Every month I have to wait for 12days (till 5th of next month) and then ask for duplicate bill. After repeated calling the customer care I get the bill by last date of payment or even afer that. I am not getting sufficient time for the payment. Today is the last day for payment, but till now I have not received the bill. They insist me to pay the fine. Is it my problem if I do not get the bill from them? When they give the option of paper bill, it is their responsibility to deliver the the bill ontime. I am fed up of calling airtel and sending emails for the bill every month. The managers are also ineffective in addressing this issue, simply they give false promises saying it will not repeat.         We want to port my existing m. No. [protected] from bsnl to airtel around 10 months back. Accordingly your co's agent mr. Pankaj came to me and received rs. 300/- from me against receipt no. 1057. But as informed by your office situated at patrakar puram chauraha, above liberty show room, gomti nagar, lucknow that bsnl is not giving noc for portability. Ultimately we told mr. Pankaj to return my rs. 300/-, which were deposited by me but he always giving me bluff and not returned me the said amount. Later he informed me that i had left the airtel co. So please go to the above office situated at gomti nagar and from there you will get your money back. Ultimately i went to said office and after scruitiny my receipt office bearer told that very soon you will get your money back. After 15 days i again call to your said office and one of your office bearer mrs. Pooja misbehaved me very badly and told me whatever you want to do you can do and we will not refund you money and you collect the money to whom you have paid. Hence you are requested to intervene in the matter and refund my deposited amount immediately and also take the action against you mrs. Pooja otherwise the day is not far when you co. Will go downwards and nobody will beleive on your co.

          WE CALLED ON 198 TO KNOW ABOUT AVAIALBILTY OF MICRO SIM CARD IN PARTICUAR CUSTOMER CENTRE IN BANGALORE BUT THEY ARE GUIDING US TO SEND A SMS.SEND A E MAIL REQUEST INSTATE OF GIVING THE LOCATION OF OUTLET. AND WE WANTED A MAKE COMPLAINT FOR CONNECTIVITY /SIGNAL PROBLEM IN OUR AREA SADAR PATRAPPA ROAD BANGALORE-1 WITHOUT TAKING OUR COMPLAIN THEY KEPT THE PHONE.             At the outset, I'm not the airtel customer and I'm living in Bangalore. I'm receiving one of your airtel customer's (He seems living in Chennai & his airtel customer used ID : [protected] / [protected]) broadband notification, bill details, etc.in my e-mail address ([protected]@gmail.com) since four months. Which is nuisance for me and it showing the pathetic customer service of the Airtel company. At any cost you people should not disturb the non airtel customer like me for any reason. Your airtel customer used ID : [protected] / [protected] find out the customer details through your database and rectify the issue. In future, I don't want such a kind of nuisance notifications to my emails which is not at all related to me. If still continued further action to be taken.

              On 10th January I received a call from airtel customer care. They said me that I get unlimited high speed 3g Internet at 655. I asked will it reduce after 3gb usage. They said I get upto 21mbps even after 3gb usage. After confirming the speed I told the officer to activate the offer. But I did not get more than 10kb/s speed. I call customer care even nodal officer but they did not solved my probelem. My mobile number [protected]

                Hai, I am writing this complaint to inform you that i have done an online net pack recharge for the mobile number-[protected] on Jan 10 2015 for an amount of Rs249. The amount has been debited from bank account but still not got recharged. As I am going to get it recharged through airtel store today, I kind request you to refund the amount back.                     I had availed of the Rs. 75 roaming pack around 4/5 September 2014. I had requested for the same to be stopped in October before the end date of billing cycle. But when I received the bill for the month of November (Billing cycle OCt-Nov) it still carried 75 Rs roaming charges amount. I was advised by your customer care executives to pay the balance amount which I did. The next bill again carried the 75Rs roaming amount and again you executive told me that she has reversed the charge and the same will reflect in amount due. But the same has not been done till now.. I have made the balance payment of Rs. 447 Kindly look into the matter and address the issue soon Thanks, Karan Khanna

                      Hi! Myself Deo Mani.I have bought airtel simcard (mobile number is [protected]) Friday 25th march 2016. I have given my phone number [protected] and my friend rahul'mobile number [protected] for verification. But neither o[censored]s get any call for verification. Only in my phone number [protected] getting messages frequently that your verification is not completed and let you know sometimes.
                      Please i request to activate my simcard as soon as possible.

On 16th May: Regarding Airtel Dongle No: [protected]; YOUR CUSTOMER REPRESENTATIVE NISHA CALLED ME ON MY REGISTERED NO FOR MY ACCOUNT; TO GIEV EM Ref no:56250126, WHEER SHE GAEM ME 2 MONTHS FO FREE EXTENSION AT A LOWER PLAN ON MY DONGLE...WHICH I HAD GIVEN REQUEST TO DISCONNECT.. KINDLY LET EM KNOW THE VALIDITY DATE AND MY PLAN... I WILL NOT BE PAYING ANY BILL DURING ENXT 2 MONTSH ON THIS NO AS PER MY CONVERSATION... As per conversation, I was to receive 1 GB unlimited plan where I was t receive a bill of 250/- plus taxes equal to 280.90/- every month for 1 GB data plan, This went on correctly for last 4-5 months but I received a wrong bill of more than 1100/-, which is inethical and cheat by Airtel, I WILL NOT PAY THIS BILL, UNLESS U CORRECT THIS PER OUR DICSUSION WHERE I HAD STATED MY WISH TO CLOSE TH AIRTEL CONNECTION PER Ref no: 56250126; Please close this connection if you want to behave in this in ethical manner to us..

                              I hold an Airel number [protected] and did an online topup for 3G for Rs 249. The amount was deducted from the bank but the Airtel site threw an error saying that there was some issue. Obviously it is an Airtel issue but still I had to pay for calling customer care. The customer care executive could not understand or talk in English and so had to talk to someone else called Mamta I guess. She said that it will take 7 days to get the top up done. I am not sure what I need to do waiting for 7 days. The reference number is 997070. Please address this issue Vijay

                                You have such loosers in your organization and I cnt believe it. I have been using Airtel since years and my family too prefers Airtel no other connection but today I lost all trust n its all in air man. Amazingly I got new number and called for verification surprisingly speak to guy named Adarsh (may be fake name given to me) but post verification I enquired with him whether my details would be leaked or not. I asked him 2-3 times may be he could not understand English I asked for manager 3-4 times and he denied on my face. I banged the call saying PISS OFF. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU HAVE GOOD GOING GUYZ !!! I called back again and spoke to Vineet floor supervisor, he was just interested to know whether I verified details or not. I explained complete scenario to him and said there is no Adarsh and he will take action. I asked him to listen my last call and let me know who was he person if not Adarsh he denied post which I asked his location he denied disclosing that too. BUNCH OF LIARS AND LOOSERS SITTING OUT THERE and then you say brand to yourself !!! You have ruined your image and Ill see to it what action you all take and then see what I do to make lazy like get off from seat and work. Bloody jerks who just dont want work and Top management is all in air.

                                  Hi dear all Airtel customers this is to inform you that, the airtel customer care staff is so rood and un cultured they dont no how to speak with a customer . netwirk is so bad no proper cnnection. Airtel is a big cheater company i have never seen.

                                  your some of the customer care staff is irrespective in my yesterday complaint and you debited RS 35 from my phone balance for un proper reason.so please help me to get my balance back, otherwise u will loose ur one o[censored]r customer !!!

                                    Airtel has offered CUG plans to our company when taking the connection they offered us 17 packs for 399 plan but after the numbr is activated they told there is issue with system and 14 packs are activated. the same response we are hearing from last 5 months from them . Now they put a new story saying i[censored] take a new connection you will get 17 packs . But when we went to airtel store for taking CUG plan . we are getting 14 packs only. When we visted the sales person (Airtel) who offered us. he is saying i dont know u check with customer care. This is ongoing issue from last 5 months. Really Airtel is very least bothered about customer . Please we need to take some action on this. i can be reached on +[protected].

                                      Dear Sir I have a broadband connection with ID [protected] and land line no. [protected] and this connection is dead since 4 days. I have contacted your help line no. And asked to rectify the problem but all the commitment have been failed. Today I asked a senior executive Mr. Akshay also and he was also unable to give any commitment and he also refused to give his direct no. I don’t know to whom I should write this complaint. If you are the right person than please get it rectified and you are not the correct person than forward this mail to correct person. Presently I am surprised to get such pathetic service and response from AIRTEL. Please don’t forget ‘A satisfied customer will create your two customers and a unsatisfied customer will destroy your 10 satisfied customers. God bless you Alka Jauhari [protected]

                                        Dear sir, I did online recharge of Rs 449 for my 3G, but unfortunately the last number of mobile number has been entered wrongly.
