To summarize the issue - I bought a wi-fi data card on six months advance rental scheme (by registering at Airtel website). Unfortunately, when my plan was activated it was not captured properly and I'm receiving the bill for monthly bill payment. I've already furnished the receipt (no:550-257) of advance payment for verification via e-mail earlier as well as at Airtel Relationship Center. I've been chasing it for over 3 months now but despite multiple assurance for quick resolution (refer below); issue stands as-is. Apart from this email trail (refer below); I've logged complaints 3 times; listing the complaints for reference:[protected],[protected], and[protected].
