Respected sir, I am Rahul rajak, a airtel subscriber. Complaints regarding [protected]. This no. Is registered on my name. My number stopped working on 26th December, 2014. I approached your customer care center and they asked me to provide documents. I did the same and the issue was fixed for a few days. However, my SIM is now barred again. I already have provided all the documents you previously requested. I request you to please look into the issue and get my number active again as soon as possible. It is very inconvenient to carry on my work without a functional number. I hope you understand my concern. My alternate no is [protected] Thanking you, Rahul Rajak.

    iam thirumalegowda Tmy mobile number is [protected] and iam using for 3g data plan dongal for Dlink modem connect to the computer system and iam native place is budihal at post nelamangala taluk bangalore rural dist for the last few days 3g network connection is not working and most of the time working only 2g data service and so many times i will calling to the custemer care service center but that working person irresponbile for the answer for me please verify to this number and providing for good responsible for me and please take the action for the laziness person.and correct to the 3g net work. my mail id - thirumalegowdat.[protected]@gmail.com phone number - [protected]

      I purchased MOTO G 2ND GEN on 1st week of December and activated the 2 month 3g HBO offer 15th December. It was mentioned that the data pack is valid for 2 months with 1gb per month but after 1st month the pack got over and the charges were deducted from my main balance Rs.400. Upon calling the Airtel customer care service, I was told that we have to go again on the site after 1 month and renew it again but my pack was valid for 2 months and it was nowhere mentioned that we have to renew it like that. Even when I tried to renew the pack again by that method, I got the error that the offer has already been availed on15th Dec that means he was lying.The pack should have been renewed after 1 month but it didn't and amount from my main balance was deducted. RS 400 is a huge amount for me and I want the Refund. My mobile number is: +91 [protected] I have attached the of screen shot of the error and the offer page.

      I purchased Moto G2 on 23rd Jan 2015. 3G Offer had not been enabled. When enquired about this, both airtel and flipkart created cases and closed the same in some time without actually being resolved. Both airtel and flipkart are partners in the poor service of customers.

      I have faced numerous problems with Airtel, the latest being regarding the HBO with MOTO-G2 handsets.

      I got a response and the problem was resolved over 2 days time.
      Calling 121, the call centre is futile I realised!

        I subscribed for 2gb corporate plan (I still regret that day). Soon I realise this plan is not serving my purpose. So I requested for 4gb plan. I contacted the airtel rep, he denied n said it is not possible (reason best known to him) then I suggested to get this plan cancelled. I informed that your rep - CANCEL MY PLAN. No action taken there. The story doesnt end here. Then I got a bill with hidden charges. I requested again to cancel. No heeds paid. Emails sent yet no response. Now the scene is thousands of rupees bill printed without the connection. Are you serious about your business or is it open to loot ppeople

          Hi there, My Airtel Prepaid Mobile no. [protected], I am really Feed up with Airtel service. Today unknowly my mobile data connection option was enabled and after thtat i am not used my mobile for ~5 hrs, after that i taken mobile and service msg displaying my balance is Rs 0.083/-, balance fully debited from 123 Rs, and noted Data option is enabled, immediately I disabled the data option, not No use Now balance is ZERO. Even Monthly 2G data plan itself 125 Rs = ~500 MB. but bcoz of worst options in Airtel service I lost money. Airtel atleat Activate 125 Rs 2G Internet for my no. after verifying details i said. Pl make data plan to Enable on only Request. Thank you!

            I have been receiving unwanted service messages on my airtel number. I have received over 300 messages in just 24 hours and all from airtel related to 3G plans, ringtones, talktime etc. due to which i have to keep my phone on flight mode all the time. I registered for DND but the situation is still the same. Then I called the customer care to resolve this issue and they said that you have to wait for 7 more days.. What the hell is this.. They are not ready to help their customers. Please take actions against them.

              sbought Airtel sim4Yrs back i lost it in november and got neW replacement sim on dec It was working fine for few days and when i was in roaming It says airtel service not avail cant connect to network. I compliant for this tHrough call and mail but all waste No proper respone from airtel yEt

                I am Harish rawat, residing in New Delhi and specially I am a student, my delhi prepaid airtel mobile no is [protected]. The complaint is regarding balance deduction of Rs 480 for using 3G internet. As per the details of my balance, it was 481 Rs on 15th jan 2014 till 1400hrs (appro) and after using 3G internet for half an hour, my balance was reduced to Re 1, though my internet 3G balance is still showing 16Mb till date 16th jan 1800 hrs. That means Airtel service provider deducted the sum of Rs 480 first from my main balance as 3G internet usage and then left 16Mb condition, and the main shock is even customer care I had a talk to on the very first time accepted that the money deduction was wrong and will be refunded back by evening, but now later customer care excutives are not accepting the wrong balance deduction and are not providing the help for this matter to their so called Platinum Customers (airtel voice statement).

                  I have been calling 198 from14th jan 2015. Airtel had cut my main balance.
                  While my Net plan was activated on my number, they cut my main balance from Rs.297 to Rs.16
                  And also my Mb was still remaining.
                  I called to 198, senior executive said to me was wrong deduction n the money will b refund.
                  But still there is no response.

                  Please take my complain seriously, otherwise Airtel will not be trustworthy to their customers. And i will port my number into some other network if the actions will not take seriously

                    I have ordered for new airtel post paid connection a week ago and i had submitted all my documents. Airtel representative has gave me a sim card lase Saturday(3-Jan) he committed me that verification has been complete and sim will be activate within 24 hrs, but 6 days gone as of now. verification has made and sim not activated. Mbl No :[protected] Every day when at all i contact 121 they told me that verification has been complete today. Really feeling bad about airtel service.

                      To summarize the issue - I bought a wi-fi data card on six months advance rental scheme (by registering at Airtel website). Unfortunately, when my plan was activated it was not captured properly and I'm receiving the bill for monthly bill payment. I've already furnished the receipt (no:550-257) of advance payment for verification via e-mail earlier as well as at Airtel Relationship Center. I've been chasing it for over 3 months now but despite multiple assurance for quick resolution (refer below); issue stands as-is.                         I had 80 rupees balance til yesterday.now its 0.Unnecessarily some FULLTRACK IPLAYER_5 had been activated which even I have never heard of. And my data plan also valid til yesterday and after that I have been using my wifi.So no data cost could be charged.I want my deducted money back. Also Customer Care representative(Some girl named- 'Neelu') who talked very very rudely when I called, that she was neither told be the complete reason not she tried to understand my problem.She was just trying to disconnect the phone.She was very mean and rude.I called up twice to 198 and both the times some girl received and talked very rudely.She was misbehaving all the time.She was just not interested to resolve my issue.It was a pathetic customer support one could get from any telecom service provider.

I tried reaching everyone 121, nodal, appllets authority but all in vain, they don't even respond back. It's clear they don't want to refund my money. This is how you run business. Airtel... Shame on you.

                            Called up 121 five times and the so-called customer care executives were unable to resolve the problem of activating 3G service for my 3G enabled handset, since I am unable to activate 3G from my end. It gives the error code 536. Another thing, THIS IS NOT SOME POLITICAL RALLY that the executives HAVE to converse in Hindi even after we choose English as our preferred language. These executives can hardly comprehend what issues we are facing because THEY DO NOT LISTEN & their English vocabulary is awful enough beyond words/expression. How they got employed to a world renowned telecom company astounds and leave me speechless. The next day I called up 198 (6 times)to file a complaint regarding the activation for 3G service. They were also unable to activate 3G service for my number [protected]. I wish to make it clear that I am smoothly using Aircel 3G service from this same handset. Since 198 is supposed to be for lodging complaints, I was under the impression that they would 'go the extra mile' to help resolve this issue but... Hehyeho... They hung up the call at all the 6 times while I was explaining the situation. It would be understandable if the line got cut midway while conversing but... 6 TIMES??? Dream on... Unlikely situation for the line to get cut at all the 6 times midway in conversation. Also, where the BLOODY HELL are the cursed supervisors and the higher ups even after we ask to speak to them? It's always... Sorry but the supervisor is not available. Where are they gallivanting about? Airtel customer care service is so frustratingly crappy that words fail me when their ignorance, poor English vocabulary, puffed up stiff necked attitude and cowardice to face situations have become a symbol, motto and logo to represent the company. I pity you Airtel for such unforgettable customer care service experience.

                              My name is Shrikrishna tiwari. My Airtel mobile no is [protected]. I am fed up with Airtel. They are doing cheating. On 07 Jan, 2015 I was notified via sms that “LAILA has been activated” and they charged me Rs. 35/- for the service which I never want. I immediately deactivated the service. Now, on 14 Jan, 2015 I was re-notified via sms that “LAILA service has been renewed” and they charged Rs. 35/- again for the unwanted service. I don't know why Airtel is doing such type of cheap things. Till 15th Jan 2015 they charged me a total sum of Rs. 70/- for an unwanted service. I never want this service. I want my 70/- rupees mobile balance back. Please refund the deducted amount as soon as possible. Thank you! Encl: Deduction proof.

                                I bought a duplicate sim from Airtel store at my office, Infosys Limited, Chandigarh on 23/12/2014. Earlier my sim was prepaid and I wanted a postpaid connection now on the same number. I submitted all my documents which included copy of FIR for the lost number, my Infosys ID and a photograph along with form submitted to get a number. After few days I was told that they need another ID which gave my address verification. The lady at the store told that a letter from HR will suffice. After again a couple of days, I was told that the HR letter got rejected and I need to give another proof. This time I submitted my Driving License. Again after few days of no response when I checked, I was told my documents have been misplaced and that I need to submit all of those again. I submitted everything again and my documents got submitted at the office on 10 Jan as was told to me by a customer care executive. And now on 16 Jan when I check with customer care guys, they tell me that only tele verification is left. I have gotten this message that network signals are available on my sim since 13 Jan and still I could not locate any signals/towers when I insert sim into my phone. These guys have wasted my time a lot. Now I am planning to buy another sim from some other store but I would seriously like an explanation for all the trouble I have got.

                                  Hi, I am having a prepaid number +91 [protected]. I got the recharge of 997 international roaming pack but still 99/min was deducted unnecessarily and when I made a international call to reach customer care to enquire about the same issue they listen to the query and after keeping the call on hold by saying "Transferring your call to senior". Post more than 10 minutes of hold, they do disconnect the call very smartly. It was repeated 5-6 times. And my last cal was most pathetic as by committing that charge was by mistake and he is goanna refund my charges he put me n hold for 11 mins and after that another executive came on the same call and asked for the enquiry again. This is really pathetic.. For getting my 99 rs back in m y account I was charged 180 rs or my international cal to customer care. Really bad experience with Airtel and such a pathetic service by customer care executives.

                                    I have been using the Airtel Broadband and Landline connection for past 5 years and now I requested the airtel to cancel my Broadband line and keep the land-line alone active and I have enquired with the Customer care representative regarding the prices for the land-line connection alone.. At the first instance, a lady representative spoke to me and informed me that the plan of INR 250 / month excluding taxes.. The Next day, i called again the Customer care to confirm the same but this time, they were telling me the different plan as there is no plan of INR 250, there is a plan of only INR 350 excluding taxes.. After a long discussion with the customer care representative, I confirmed to go-ahead with the 350 plan and they have made a request too (request #: 52476178 &[protected] and informed me that within 4 working days, a verification call will be done.. But here the problem continues as I got a call after 4 working days from backend people of airtel and they informed me that there is no plan of INR 350 and the plan starts only of INR 400 excluding taxes. This is hectic, irritating and a worst behaviour they showed on me. how can i trust the service provider if they are telling the wrong information every-time. Pls advice and assist on the above

                                      To The AIRTEL Customer care My AIRTEL let 4G number is [protected] and alternate number is [protected] Previous month my data limit was 40 GB which automatically turn into 30 GB Without any information. I have spoken to customer care and they informed me that After 30GB is chargeable . My usage was finished within 10 days which I feel was inappropriate. .I feel it was false .                                         I had an Airtel mobile connection - [protected]. Airtel revised my bill plan without any intimation or permission. I sent multiple emails to customer care to restore my bill plan back to the original plan, but it was of no use. I stopped paying the bills since they charged exhorbidant amounts on my bill without reason and therefore airtel disconnected my number. Airtel executives started to call me for payment of bill dues. I explained each and every executive who called me my issues and reasons for not setting the bill, however, nobody understood (you see airtel has employed very dumb executives). I received a final mail from their officer regarding my bill settlement and i replied to the officer to call me to discuss this matter. I didnt mind paying legitimate dues. But changing the bill plan without intimation and my permission is uncalled for. Today, i received a call from [protected]. They claimed to be calling an advocate of airtel from Delhi High Court and asking me to settle the dues withtin the next hour or else i will have to face penalty of Rs. 20, 000 (for a bill amount of Rs. 875) and appear in Delhi High Court the next day. I came upon this site and knew this number was fake. Shame on Airtel for stooping so low and sharing customer information with third-party agencies. Further, please emlpoy proper staff who can help the customers and not harass them with repeated calls.

                                        Somebody called me from same number ie [protected] and asking for Sagar Malhotra, working in wipro technologies in rajiv gandhi IT park. I dont know where it is located and who is sagar malhotra. y name is Rajarao Ravi and I stay in mumbai. first of all he is not ready to talk clearly but saying 4 police will come and then they will make you understand as Sagar Malhotra I dont know who is he who did some fraud he was saying.

                                        He simply trying threatening me... is this number from airtel or some other company?? Is this fake call or what??
