dear sir, my name is MOHAN KUMAR GUPTA & my customer ID is [protected].(Airtel digital TV) i am very very frosted, from your service and i am facing same type of problem from one year, & this type of problem is arises two time in one year, always when i recharge my account of airtel digital tv i found signal error evertime. i don't know why this type of problem arises & your staff also don't know. i have recharged my account this on month 25 january 2015 & when i switch my tv on i found signal error of B001. dear sir please take a need full action, other vise i have to take some need action against you.     I have opted Rs. 199.00 CUG plan in which there is unlimited 2G Internet + 10% discount on bill an converted my prepaid number to postpaid. Now I have received this month bill(11Dec to 12 Jan) amounting to Rs. 404.99 in which Rs. 278.44 is charged only for mobile internet usage. Why this anomaly? Kindly redress my problem and issue rectified bill for the above period to enable me to pay the bill at the earliest.

          customer service people are very irresponsible though they are charging for the services and useless to call to get their help.if we ask for a help they will make Decisions themselves to denying our request. For an example if you send a sms for one value added pack it will show that it's invalid and again if we try to do again it will get activate with Double charges. Regarding this if we call this customer care they will say that which is our mistakes and there is no option to cancel any value added pack even if it is activated by themself with Double charges. Then stupidly they will answer that two same pack can be utilized by one number / customer by paying double charges. They will make any plans at any time to steal the customer's money. Does mean we should not keep money in our account balance morethan 10 rupees:@ Let airtel people note that I m gonna Change the network soon by this month and I will surely suggest my friends to not use this network anymore I frustrated with the irresponsible answer given by the customer service people Mr. Satish, Mr Rajesh, Mr. Vishu. These people attend the call on 25th Jan 2015 at 20 hrs Advance wishes for HAPPY REPUBLIC DAY Regards Rajeswari Madurai

            Today at 1447 Hrs I called Customer care and spoken to Mr. Singh (Sr. Team Leader) through my mother's no [protected] about my compliant no PR[protected] which is pending since 20th Jan (SMS received on 20th Jan saying "we will get back to you in 2 hours) and on 23rd Jan Team Leader Mr. Pankaj had assured me that he'll resolved the same in max. 72 Hrs. Later received a call from [protected] at 1450 Hrs (Customer care staff ) who abused me. "I would like to know if customer is still considered as God as only Devil can abuse a God??

                I got new sim [protected] I called up to change my post plan.my previous plan was 299 with 6 packs I opted for [4local calls+2national roroaming], then I call to change the pack to [4 local calls+1 local&national sms+1national roaming] I ask him twice which plan you have change he said I have changed to 4 local calls+1 local&national sms+1national roaming after I hang up the call I got msg that ur plan changed to 3 local calls+1 local&national sms+1national roaming then I call back to customer service postpaid department he said sorry we can't change any thing after I ask for supervise person first he transfer to wrong department then same thing again then transfer tto different department then they hang up the call ii want my plan should be [4 local calls+1 local&national sms+1national roaming] please solve my problem as soon as possible Jaskaran [protected] Alternate no: [protected]

                    I have been having problems related to Airtel's monthly data usage. My monthly data usage has considerably increased in a short period without any change in my internet surfing habits. There has been a huge amount of data theft or loss even with the computer and/or the router being switched off. And I've noticed this huge jump in data usage from the month after the Airtel Smartbytes Service was launched. My average monthly data usage was less than 20 GB initially. After airtel launched its smartbytes service, my data limit went dry on the 15th of every month (monthly billing cycle 25th of every month). Whereas, my monthly internet usage remained the same. I later upgrade to a 30 GB plan, which worked fine for about 2 months, post that, the same problem. I then decided to upgrade to an 80 GB plan, which again worked fine for just a month, however, I've started facing the same problem again. And the data limit would go dry just within just 15-20 days. And all this data usage/theft, without my internet surfing habits being changed. I mean, how can I go from a 10GB monthly data usage to 80 GB, with same internet surfing, and still its falling short every month. Apparently, I'm not the only one having these problems and after reading the above comments, I'm convinced that airtel's system is rigged on purpose or whatever. In a way, we're being forced to buy smartbytes and the customer service, as usual, is of no help in this regard. Please bring this matter to light and someone help resolve this.                       i am an 8 year old patron of airtel. i lost my phone and got a duplicate sim issued its a been a week and my number is still not activated have been following up call centre and airtel gallery on a daily basis and even on mails no one is even ready to help no replies to mail or customer complaints is this the kind of service expected from the leading telecom company simple pathetic to say the least Avijit alternate contact - [protected]

                        Hi, My number is [protected]. And i saw i lost around 15-20 rs on jan 2015 saying download data but mobile data is off. I called customer care and he said my zero rental plan is active by default which charge even though iam not using it. I didnt activate this service and no one told me this service is up.                         I didnt get any call or mail regarding this and the issue still not resolved. I already send a mail to airtel customer care regarding this and no response after that only i submitted my complaint here. I think this agianst the TRY regulations and the goverment should take necessary steps to avoid this types of behaviour.

                              airtel has hired in thier appellate / nodal dept. who try to be oversmart. According to them they are always right and customer is always wrong.Hence I have port out my service from airtel, How can airtel expect me to pay the bill without sending me the bill. Despite of repeated request no bill is sent to me yet. My service is barred due to the same now...

                                  Hello, Today, 23rd Jan 2015, i purchased a recharge card and when i scratched it some digits of the PIN code were lost. So please kindly help me to recover pin. Below are the details of my purchase, Top-UP Voucher: Rs 20 Serial No: [protected] PIN : 9*2*5417*2058295 Phone No : [protected] Also after trying to recharge repeatedly i got a message saying, " You are Barred from this service " . Please kindly look into it as soon as possible.

                                  Thank you for addressing my issue. You can close this post now. Ms.Anita called me and the voucher worth talk time has been reflected to my no. Thank you again for the help. The only issue is that i got a call from a fraud person who posed as a airtel employee. So try to implement mechanism by which only your staff can see our contact details.

                                      well i lost my phone while i ws travelling in bus.! i remeber i saw mobile while i ws boarding bus, but later after few minutes i realised my phone ws missing.! immidately i visited service center wich was closed because of late night. than i called customer care where they said they cant cancell since the sim s postpaid provided by company..! wt the hell y cant te cancel if ts corporate sim?? well please do block my as soon as possible so that, problem may be avoided! plz

                                        Yes this is happening very frequently. Don the company feel shame on steeling money from customers.
