Hi,
My name is Ashish Vishwakarma, working in cognizant gurgaon, haryana and I raised one request for changing my plan to rental free plan 99 rs. from my existing plan C36 CUG 349 and they committed that you can re-activate this plan later and now I want to reactivate this plan then customer care executive saying that we are unable to process your request as you are already activate myPlan. The bill plan can be changed only to myPlan, if myPlan is already activate.
What is this ? Why don't you people told me earlier this ? This is the second issue I am facing while associated with Airtel which is frustrating .
Its a very bad experience for Airtel team, I was associated with Airtel cause of better service provider but you people really sucks.
