Dear sir,
my number [protected] is enjoying airtel 3g prepaid connexion till date.
now a days I observe that the company is harassing me with poor data rate and signal strength which resulted in frequent data loss from my side . The company offers 3g in west Bengal circle which my SIM is set to but I see most of the time it provides 2g connection and frequent 2g / 3g switching though I am in bagnan mostly. my average download speed is 234 kbps using unlocked HTC desire 816 dual, with rs., 455 @ 2gb 3g for 28 days.however, the company offers much higher rate than expected.
therefore, sir, I am requesting u to take against this thief.

A redirection hazards ha've been suggested to me. The airtel help desk personnel asked me to connect to Vodafone network and signal because airtel and Vodafone combinedly provide the service. My question is : how can I connect to Vodafone network when I have already airtel network and have full signals ? Answer plse.

    Hello sir I m cp meghwal having a mobile numbr with airtel operator. It usually deducts balances from my mobile numer account without my any action. On feb 1st ibn sleeping time airtel deducted 250 rs and sent me many messages informing deduction. I talked to customer care bt he told me that i used internetinternet and activated some services like video club, celebrity follo etc. Where at 2am i was sleeping. Today also it deducted 100 rs. Please sir take action. Thank you sir

      Yesterday 1-feb-2015, i was used my Airtel mobile Application to recharge Rs 200 Full talk time, but the tranasction went successfully from Bank side, but response on airtel application page, not shown anything. So that i need a refund Rs 200

      Just before i got a three calls from Airtel impersonate as Airtel customer care, they told to me they will do a refund. They asked my the another bank account, actually i gave it, but they taken the amount and cheated me. i am not sure it is airtel cusotmer care cheating or some other consumer complaint are cheating.i dont understand i lost the money Rs 2000
      People frauded my bank account in the name of consumer complaint represenatatives, they have got my account number, wiped out my money. Airtel also doing same thing, no body addressing my complaints.

        Hello Team. My concern here is with Airtel charging me in excess towards mobile internet usage. Below, the details: My name is Vinay Gundaveni and my mobile number is [protected]. My airtel postpaid account has a credit limit of 3600 and bill gets generated on every 26th. My monthly plan includes free internet usage of 500MB per month. Bill for November month got generated on 26th Nov and it was 1900/- (Due Date is Dec 16, 2014). On Dec 13, 2014, I received an SMS from Airtel saying my mobile internet usage as on Dec 13 is Rs 5464 and that I'll have to pay Rs 5464 to continue using mobile internet services. Shocked at reading the SMS, I called up Airtel and they told me that they could help ONLY when the bill gets generated and so, I have to wait until Dec 26th for the bill to get generated. I went through the bill on Dec 27th and what i found was, Airtel shows mobile internet usage of worth Rs 5627/- at around 10:49PM on Dec 12, 2014. This is totally a CHEAT!! I called up Airtel on Dec 28th and after a long hold to speak to a supervisor, I was told that there was no supervisor available and someone would call me in 24hrs - which did NOT happen!! I had to call them again and when i spoke to a supervisor, she told me that there's nothing they could do and that bill information/amount is correct. I explained the supervisor that in my relationship with Airtel of over 2 years, I've never had such a huge internet usage and that too on a single day!!! I've asked her to provide me with details as to what did I browse/download such a huge data but she said that it they cannot. This supervisor could help me with nothing but asked me to write to [protected]@in.airtel.com explaining the while situation. I wrote to Airtel explaining the whole situation but what I received was a general-acknowledgement type reply which also said that the bill amount is correct. Now, I reach out to you asking for HELP and JUSTICE!! My questions are 1. Credit limit on my account is 3600/-. I've had an outstanding bill of Rs 1900 as on Dec 12/13th, so, the maximum amount of service I should be able to use would be not more than Rs 1700/- (unless I make any payment). How did Airtel allow me use more than the set credit limit of Rs 3600???? 2. Airtel alerts me of my mobile internet usage everytime as I reach closer to my free mobile internet monthly limit of 500MB. However, I have not received any alert(s) for month of December. WHY??? Personally, I use only WiFi at home and not mobile internet. And at 10:49PM, I was home and so, I did not use any of the mobile internet service. AIRTEL IS CHEATING ME AND NOW, KEEPS CALLING ME!!         It has been over a month since I have registered this complaint against Airtel and I have not heard a SINGLE WORD from Airtel as yet here.

        However, I've heard from my friends and relatives that Airtel has called them recently and spoke bad about me. This is soo cheap of Airtel and I would be lodging a complaint against them for the same.

        I have had two questions for them and they do not answer but are using CHEAP/UNPROFESSIONAL practices trying to threaten me.

        THIS IS SOOO OUTRAGING!!!

        I request Consumer Complaint Forum to demand a reply from Airtel!!

          To whom it may concern. i am using airtel network and my number is [protected] and i tried to contact the costumer care by dialing 198 but i didn't got any response. one of your representative picked up the call but the didn't responded properly and the name of the representative is Salman. and moreover i money got deducted from my account, which was not meant to be. So kindly take action on it and also i request you to refund my deducted money as it was a toll free number Hoping for a quick response

            I browsed through internet and while scrolling to download, i clicked on something and immediately i received a message telling i am subscribed to LAILA and was deducted 35rs from my main account.If i am not repaid with the amount then. I will takeup the issue to ombudsmen. Since there is no confirmation asked from customer, i think airtel is cheating.please recredit my deducted amount as soon as podsible.

              Hi, I have deposited 250/- for converting my vodafone to airtel postpaid scheme, someone from your hadapsar office PUNE branch have collected all documents and signature with deposit, but till now i disnt got any feedback any now they are not responding my calls also. I am so frustrated with this kind of behaviour please help me in getteing my deposit back and now i dont want to convert it into airtel, before service if i have this response i dont know how they will behave after service i dont want to take any risk.                   I have been using airtel prepaid sim since 2006, I am very upset that the airtel employees are soo corrupt that they have given all the details of my outgoing and incoming calls with the call duration and sms' to some unknown person. I am very sure about it as that person has forwarded me all the details of my phn calls. Is this how you treat your valued customers.I want to immediately deactivate my number.not just stop using the sim and wait for 3 long months to get deactivated, as informed by one of your employee.i will take serious actions against your company if i further find that my details are being given to any stranger.Warn you. Hope to receive your reply promptly.

                      Today 1-Feb-2015 actually i was did Rs 33 For STD recharge. It is applicable for karnataka region(screen shot added). During the transaction airtel site responds " Due to system maintenance activity at our end some of the services are not available " and the special recharage not applied on my mobile [protected] . Kindly help me to get my refund.

                            I am using the airtel broad band [protected] from past 10 months. I paid all the bills but the speed and the usage was wrongly projected and made the speed as very low. When I called cse of airtel they were not able to rectify and so, I asked them to withdraw the my connection on 01/15/2015 with the current usage. The bill will raise on 28th of every month and I need to pay before 14th of the next month. I am receiving the message as due your no:[protected] going for permanent disconnection due to default of INR 860 So pls make the payment today to avoid disconnection. In the above message it shown as default. I am not a defaulter to the payment to airtel. Airtel have the issue with the billed amount and doing the fraud usage services without having the proper connection to the sites. The same was talked with Airtel CSE. For verification you can take the call recording from Airtel done from my number [protected] to airtel customer care number. The Contracted or Airtel agents are calling from[protected] and making frighten to pay the amount earlier before 14th of next month. I am very much afraid because of these calls from airtel. Kindly take necessary actions on this type of calls and messages sending by airtel. The message showing as default but am not a defaulter I paid all the bills correctly and for me the service is not correct hence I asked the airtel to disconnect the connection,

                            Same with me also... I closed my connection in July, but they are asking me for bills in Septemebr &amp; November. The worst thing is, Continously getting calls from them, some times they asks for the biil, when I say i am not using your connection then they will immediately cut the Phone, with out listening my words..horrible experiance, daily I am getting these calls. Some times they are giving missed calls. It's impacting my work daily. These are using these tactics to make uncomfortness to customer, so that the customer will what they say...

                                Unfortunately, I am a Airtel costumer using their prepaid mobile services for past 8 years. Yesterday shockingly my mobile phone was barred from receiving incoming and outgoing calls, thinking it to be some temporary issue on the part of Airtel I ignored it till today morning (i.e. 31st January, 2015). However when the services did not resume till the evening, i got slightly anxious and made a call to the airtel customer care and was shocked to know that the number has been barred by them and the reason given by the service provider was that they are re verifying customer details/documents. However, I was never intimated or given an opportunity to submit any documents for verification before disconnecting my number which is about 8 years old now. When i requested the customer care executive to reinstate the connection he informed me that its not in their hand and we would need to submit documents. As I had already re-submitted the documents to their vaipar kender airtel shop about a week or 10 days back for getting a micro sim, I asked the customer care executive to kindly look into the matter. Upon request, my call was transferred to a senior executive, who promised to resolve the issue and give a call in few minutes but he never called back. At around 8.10pm i made another call to the customer care number and after talking for a minute the customer care executive suddenly disappeared and came back after a few minutes, upon telling him that before putting a call on hold at least he should inform he started misbehaving and talked in a very bad way and disconnected the call. I am very perturbed with the way airtel is behaving with its customers and disconnecting the number of its loyal customers without even caring to intimate them about the re-verification process in advance. Since all this has resulted in a great loss to me due to the sudden disconnection of my number and has caused mental harassment due to the same and the misbehaviour of airtel executives, I would request airtel to kindly look into this matter on urgent basis.

                                  I am residing at Ekkattuthangal in chennai.In our area from 26th January 2015 we airtel customers are not able to get and make any incoming and outgoing calls and messages.So see to this problem and take corrective measures to overcome this disputes.

                                    I have taken airtel dongle before18 months.From the very first day we started facing on and off network problems. I have done &#039;n&#039; number of complaints during this period..but not even once we got their service. atlast we took another dongle of some good company..and we stopped using airtel dongle completly..From there the real problem started..airtels executives started calling continously..30 to 50 tiimes in a day..continously disturbing for payment. .we have put the request for discontinuation long back..still they didnt process it.. now they are forcing us to pay the bill for the thing which we are not using ... when I was telling them that I will not pay the bill..they started calling my wife continously nd started threatning her...they were calln her continously from 11 am to 5 pm...I refer to all the people not to use airtels ny product.the interest which they are taken for the bull payment..its 1/1000 interest they didnt take to resolve our network prob... I am staying in mumbai anderi not in village so that I vl face network issue
                                    Mr ganesh the executive of airtel is a such a rascal ...he doesnt know how to behave with ladies..he was telln me to sleep with him...big zero rating

                                      I BOOKED AIRTEL DTH NEW CONNECTION ON 26.1.2015 THROUGH AIRTEL ONLINE SHOPING AND MY MONEY WAS DEDUCTED AND CREDITED TO BHARATI TELIMEDIA LTD, BUT I DIDN'T GET ANY MESSAGE FROM AIRTEL REGARDING BOOKING. AIRTEL CUSTOMER CARE SAYING WE ARE NOT RESPONSABLE FOR THE ONLINE BOOKING SO PLEASE HELP ME OUT ON THIS

                                        Date ; 31-Jan-2015 On the date, I performed the online transaction for the recharge of my Airtel mobile (number could not be disclosed on this open forum) with an amount of Rs 330. In doing so, the sum of Rs 330 was debited from my HDFC bank account, however the said prepaid Airtel a/c was not recharged. No communication whatsoever from Airtel, was updated.
