[protected], with 3g. service dated on 8/12/2014, and purchased/charged your internet data pack of Rs. 255, Further I want to your kind attention that your above mentioned 3g. service is being Disappeared for 3 to 6 hours out of 24 hours. daily.and also, whenever your 3g. service available I try to use "You tube" for any video songs always shows buffering. By this mail I want to inform you that Earlier I was using VODA 3g. service with that I had some bitter experienced due to that I purchased your 3g.sim and your service, to get rid of Voda, But this end I am facing above mentioned problem.     airtel has hired in thier appellate / nodal dept. who try to be oversmart. According to them they are always right and customer is always wrong.Hence I have port out my service from airtel, How can airtel expect me to pay the bill without sending me the bill. Despite of repeated request no bill is sent to me yet. My service is barred due to the same now...

        Hello, Today, 23rd Jan 2015, i purchased a recharge card and when i scratched it some digits of the PIN code were lost. So please kindly help me to recover pin. Below are the details of my purchase, Top-UP Voucher: Rs 20 Serial No: [protected] PIN : 9*2*5417*2058295 Phone No : [protected] Also after trying to recharge repeatedly i got a message saying, " You are Barred from this service " . Please kindly look into it as soon as possible.

        Thank you for addressing my issue. You can close this post now. Ms.Anita called me and the voucher worth talk time has been reflected to my no. Thank you again for the help. The only issue is that i got a call from a fraud person who posed as a airtel employee. So try to implement mechanism by which only your staff can see our contact details.

            well i lost my phone while i ws travelling in bus.! i remeber i saw mobile while i ws boarding bus, but later after few minutes i realised my phone ws missing.! immidately i visited service center wich was closed because of late night. than i called customer care where they said they cant cancell since the sim s postpaid provided by company..! wt the hell y cant te cancel if ts corporate sim?? well please do block my as soon as possible so that, problem may be avoided! plz

                Sir/ madam I am dr. Premkumar. I purchased an Airtel data SIM card on 21january 2015 with number-- [protected]. It was activated at 8pm on the same day. I hardly used the data card which according to my estimation would be a few MBs. I turned the data on the next day that is 22january 2015. To my utter surprise the stats said I have used 6 GBof data!!!. The customer services are not able to help me. Please find the reason behind it and resolve the issue. In case this can't be resolved (as the customer support said) I want the connection to be disconnected, since u have had enough of such issues with Airtel earlier also. Please respond.                   Dear sir I am deeply aggrieved to inform you that Airtel co is stealing MB's from my connection No. [protected]. I was downloding a program worth 52 MB but as soon as the program was over it has shown deduction of 85 MB. The second attempt was not made and it has shown deduction of 152 MB (left over balance). P l do justice in this regard or else there is demoralising effect in continuing for service with AIRTEL. Please take action against the individuals who are providing deceitful and degenerating service to the customers and return my stolen MB's in my account as early as possible. thank you ARUN KUMAR TIWARI Mech Er BHEL Haridwar

                    I had an extremely disappointing incidence with Airtel Customer support for a complaint of my landline and broadband number[protected]. In December 2014, there was an issue of frequent signal drop in my connection for which Airtel executive visited and tried to correct the problem. But, immediately following the job, the VOD connection of “Tata Sky”, which runs on Wifi, stopped working (although the net was working). I made frequent complaints initially with Tata Sky and after several visits, they couldn’t find any fault at their end and so concluded that the fault is at the Airtel end. I spoke to Airtel customer service ([protected]) a couple of times explaining them the problem but they refused to acknowledge it as their problem, also refusing to arrange any visit by a technical person. As this was a dead end for me, I subscribed to another broadband service and as expected, the VOD of Tata Sky started functioning immediately with the new service, proving that the fault was indeed at the Airtel end. I must say that Airtel customer service is lousy, inconsiderate and inefficient. Airtel must apologize for wasting my time as well as that of the Tata Sky people who were kind enough to send their personnel to my house at least 5 times in a month for no fault of theirs.

                      I have done a big mistake by trusting Airtel money and keeping Rs 9, 500 in the airtel money account for 2 months. And now they have blocked the registration of the sim card and hence forfeited my money left in the wallet. The number is [protected] and i got the number and a handset as a gift on my birthday. Now, when asked airtel says, the person on whose name the simcard was purchased already has more than 9 sim cards and hence this number has been blocked. So i have to get the details of the person and go and activate the number. This is not possible obviously as this is a gift and i cannot ask anyone to give me their verification details. Next solution they give me is submit the documents with which i opened my airtel money wallet to any airtel store nearby and get a power account and use similar details to open this power account so the Rs 9, 500 can be transferred to the reactivated wallet. This is lame, To open an express account, they never asked me to provide any verification details, because transactions will stick to basic that is nothing above 10, 000. In any other e-wallets, the companies always ask to provide verification details and verify them before opening any account for example, paypal, paxum or even vodafone m pesa in India. So, when airtel never objected to register for an airtel money account, today why do they seize the money and will not transfer unless same airtel money details for verification are provided? What kind of logic is this? They compare themselves to bank, but a bank will not allow me to open a bank account without filling the KYC form and submitting verification details. Rs 9.500 is not a meagre amount and particularly when i need it. I kept it in the wallet thinking its safe over there but then when i trusted airtel, this is the way i got repaid. They will give 100 excuses not to give the money back whatsoever happens. And of course if i can provide all the transaction details, including txn ids and even the airtel money account details with which i opened the account, that should be enough to verify myself for an express account, because thats all it asks for when we register. If the registration process is so loose, why do you put so many restrictions during transfer? I have all the transactions proof screenshots, even the mobile on which i put the simcard is with me, so what more verification do you need for an express account. All those are lame excuses just to snatch customer's money from wallet. SHAME ON YOU! People like me trusted so much, and got cheated and fooled.

                        Hi, I am using a Post paid connection of Airtel(Mob No: [protected]). I was using a Corporate plan of Rs:375 and on 2nd November 2014 I upgraded my plan to 499 MY Plan. I had used 1000 MB data out of 1024 MB Bill plan while changing the plan. The consulted executive told me that there will be no extra charges as I have not crossed the data use limit. New plan should be calculated on daily basis where I will be getting 1300 MB for 1 month . So it will be 303 MB for 7 days left in that bill cycle. But I got an extra amount of 800 added in my bill towards data use. I raised a complaint in Airtel customer care and they have rejected the claim by giving no explanations. I called up the customer care again for registering complaint and all the time I got a reply saying that their supervisor will call me back for giving clarification, but i have not received any call from the center. Now outgoing call facility is cancelled in my mobile. Please check this issue and help me in getting it resolved through the consumer forum. Thanks, prasanth

                                Sir..I am using airtel post paid connection since Last 6 year withount any pending bill...but in month of october 2014, I hv received a msg from ur company that ur internet charges increase from December...sir I hv using 199/- interiet unlimited pack on my nomber...& new charges is 249/- in place of 199/- plan & remaing benefit is same as per Old plan...but ur company start othet pack 175/- in only 1 gb without aay my concern or any without information via msg or phon confirmation. ...I contact ur care center..miss jalpa patel told me its company policy I cant any help sir...I asked to her plz give me ur senior autrity no. But she told me I cant provide sir...ss sir plz give me explaination that how ur company activate other plan without any costomer concern or without any information...plz solve my matter...

                                  I was airtel customer for 11 years. I changed my connection to FTTH recently and there was problem in phone. I raised complain 3 time and each time complain was closed without even calling me. I requested to cancel services and person called me for reason. I told reason of bad phone connection and he promised to fix in 48 hours. Finally it was fixed in 36 hours. This didn't close the cancellation request and 3 days later suddenly services were cancelled. I called back customer care and he restored wit in 5 minute. 2 days later again all services cancelled with old cancellation request and I am struggling to re-activate since last 5 days. I decided to go with other vendor now. Mr Bharti Mittal : If you services keep going like this, market need just one strong player to throw you out of market.

                                    Hi, I have requested for Number porting from Vodafone to airtel atleast 2 week ago. Submitted all the documents, address verification done, but still I have not received the airtel sim. I was promised by airtel that some one from arttel will come and provide me the sim but no one has come yet. I called Airtel customer care multiple times and they kept on telling I will get the sim soon. Now my Vodafone sim got disconnected and now I am on Blackhole. Please direct me how to go to Customer Court and make them pay for the troubles caused me.

                                      Also please strictly note that please don't irritate me calling every now and then on my phone rather either contact me through mail or wait till you have final solution before calling because executive keeps on calling with same rubbish questions of issues. Issues are as under : 1. I am trying to activate pocket TV on my mobile but despite of so many trials since last few months it's still not working. 2. When I request for adding any channel from my RTN, request is not processed while earlier it never took more than 5 minutes. So please look in to the matter and provide solution immediately. Again do not irritate calling on mobile rather use mail for communication. I will send copies of this mail to as much as mail id's I get of airtel customer care so as to reach to most senior authorities. Attached : IMAGES OF MESSAGES RECEIVED AS REPLIES OF REQUESTS. Regards Despite of sending above mails they are least lenient to even respond.

                                        I want to update my Billing address. So as per discussed with your Customer care Center I went to Sec - 22, Noida Airtel Customer care Center. I reached there at 10:00 AM sharply as per your Operating hours. But i found that there the Airtel Store still not Open. Your executive reached there at 10:20 AM (20 minutes late from Scheduled). I request him to update my Address but he instantly replied me to go Sec 25, Noida Airtel Center. He don't want to listen me.After that I went to Sec 25. Same thing happen there they told me to go Sec 18, Noida. only Sec 18, Noida Service Center have authority to update anybody address. On next day i.e 17th January at 10:00 AM I reached Sector 18, Noida. Again your Airtel store not opened. After waiting for 15 mins an executive opens the Center somewhere around 10:15 AM. When I entered inside he rudely said that wait outside. We need 10 mins to open store. I said your are late why I should late. He again replied rudely WAIT OUTSIDE. After 10 mins when i tried to show my Address Proof without seeing anything he replied me "YHAN ADDRESS UPDATE NHI HOTA" Airtel have no policy to update address by visiting to Airtel office. You need to drop an Email for the same with Address Proof Agreement. On 17th Jan evening I raise a request and I got a confirmation email as you can see in trailing email below. Today 21 Jan, when I contacted to your Customer care over phone somewhere around at 05:02 PM your executive telling me you need to visit Airtel Center as you can't update address by email. I told him that your Airtel Center told me that Airtel have policy to update address by email. He declined me. I am not sure the executive name was Rohit.
