Horrible Internet Speed

The speed is slowest in my area. Customer Care people just fool around and extend the dates. They keep case open for some days and when customers stop complaining they close the case without doing anything. There will be no response from them until you poke them....

Fraud - saying different plan charging at different rates

Screwed up network

Airtel has to be more organized and work on securing the customers privacy and only accesable by them. not getting the recharge benefit
