Collected Rs.500 for postpaid sim card

I've applied for Airtel postpaid sim at Kukatpally, hyderabad Airtel office. One of the Airtel staff collected Rs.500/- for issuing postpaid sim card saying that every month Rs.100/- gets deducted from my Aitel bill for first 5 months. Believing his words, I've made a payment of Rs.500/- and applied for Post paid connection. My Airtel postpaid plan got activated on 08th mar, 2014 but till now i dint get any said deductions from my airtel...

Network problem and internet problem last 4 5 days

There is some network issue with the airtel from last 4 5 days. Internet is not working properly. 3G is not working. I was submitted my complaint 2 times and there is no response from airtel. Kindly solve my porblem otherwise i go for some other option....

not refunding deducting amount

i recharged my airtel number of 100 rs on 29 oct 2014 for call rate deduction plan... and my balance reduced by 100 rs. but plan not activated... i call customer care to refund my amount . they said airtel company does not refund any amount once deducted... just like a thief... i asked why ?... they cut the call... if i do not get my money back... i will go to cunsumer forum... dostn't this company feel ashamed while doing this cheap robbery...

Replacement of SIM takes more than what is said

Day before yesterday, while I was travelling back from Hyderabad to Chennai, I lost my mobile and the person who found it shutdown the device as soon as he got it and hopefully is making use of the instrument.
