Respected sir I applied for new sim card in airtel on 1st dec 2014 and airtel person came for direct verification on 4the dec 2014 today is 8th dec till now my postpaid number [protected] as been not activated I sent several mail to appellate and noodle officers but not even single response from airtel end please take a necessary action on this matter thank you my alternative contact no [protected]

    I am from Kadi, Mehsana, Gujarat.I have airtel prepaid connection which has no [protected].in the past two days 6th dec 2014 and 7th dec 2014 they deducted total 64 RS. amount from my account for the services that has been activated by company not me.when i complained to the customer care they said that the service has been activated by me by call or sms.i have never called and sms for such type of activation.i have also not clicked on website for activation.they are not responding properly and they are cutting calls.i requested them immediately after knowing activation of service by sms and immediately called them for deactivation and refund my money back to the account.they deactivated service but refused to refund my money.they are not replying properly...i am sure that this services has been activated by the company...so please help me.     thanks you for your support...the airtel has refunded balance yesterday 8th dec 2014
    evening but after that they again deducted 34 Rs for the service that
    has been activated by the company not by me they are doing it again and
    again so kindly take some important steps so my problem is solved

      I have made a request on 27th October 2014 to relocate my connection ([protected]) to my new address. Airtel took nearly a week and came with the conclusion that it is not possible to relocate my connection to my new address. So I asked them to close the connection. However, there is no response for my request instead they are generating bills for November and December and asking me to pay Rs. 1702. But why should I pay the connection that I am not using? Moreover, it is not my fault. It is Airtel's fault that could not relocate the connection and sending the bills for the connection that is requested to be closed. I don't understand the concept here. The customer care person told me clearly that the bill will not be generated please bear with us for few more days while we will try to relocate your connection. But none of the progress happened yet. Please help me to close the connection. In my attachment, you can see clearly that there is no response for the request I sent on 27th October 2014 and same for the mail 29th October 2014. So mailed them again on 11th November 2014. Since there is no fault in my side, Airtel records my compliant date as 11th November 2014!!! and processed bill for the month November as well.

But in Last month(21.10.2014 to 21.112.14) I got bill of Rs.1691.01, I talked to customer care executive, He said that it is Internet uses charge even when I had Unlimited data plan of Rs.199/- as it is unlimited plan I can stop whenever I want, It doesn't mean that company debit me full data charge of closing date. What is the meaning of "UNLIMITED"??? Please heck details & Hope your reply...

Its is very difficult to surf net or call or even detect a single stick network displayed on a cell phone. I want your Airtel tower installation in my area for a convenient network for my people.             I recharged an airtel no [protected]) for my friend using corporation bank online mobile recharge oxygen service. The cash rs100 was debited 50rs each time. First time it showed recharge unsuccessful and second time successful but it was not recharged and totally 100 rs got debited. Please look into it.

                I have put recharge of Rs.1, 000 full talk time plus rate cutter for all mobile 30p. Then 3G pack for Rs.198. Yesterday (6 Dec 2014) I saw a balance of about Rs.700 but it was above Rs.600. Today I am not able make calls as there is no balance in my account. I do not know the reason why and how the balance disappeared. I would like to know the details for the call charges for more than 600 Rs after yesterday. After every call balance comes and advert comes. This advert is very irritate. Thank you. Mobile[protected]

                  This is with reference to the last complaint which i had reported by calling airtel121 call customer care. (on 1st Dec 2014) for the subject Mobile No. [protected] Some days back i noticed that my mobile automatically getting connected to a number, with no notification / Ringing... and nobody was speaking, only an Urdu kind of song was coming, first i thought its an incoming fake call, and disconnected and ignored. but when i noticed it at the second time. I noted the number(+[protected]) . immediately i disconnected and checked the call history, but the number was not at all on the incoming call nor outgoing callsin call history. I felt its not a thing to ignore and immediately i gave a call to 121 customer care. After hearing full issue. customer care executive confirmed no such call will continue to come now onwards, but after an hour, same thing i noticed... and i gave a call back to 121 customer care. again i explained the full thing and said "i had given a complaint, kindly check". to check they put me on hold, and hold went for more then 10 to 12 minutes, as iam an bank employee i was busy and its 1st day of month in the morning (10 to 11 am) i was not able to wait more then 10, i disconnected and carried on my busy day. As this call never rings nor stays in the call history i never observed after that, but today i received my detailed bill today with Voice Calls- Out going ISD amounting to Rs 5, 400/- Kindly check and revert on this issue. as the bill is done till 1st Dec 2014, iam afraid that still these kind of call is going from my mobile without my knowledge. i had written the same matter in a mail to airtel customer carecare, but respond I received from them is its a hand set issue .                     Dear sir, I am customer of Airtel from last 1-2 year and my number is [protected].i am post paid user and activate 399 plan.I am also activate roaming plan of Rs.75 but company charge incoming roaming calls and also i am taken 512 mb interent 2g data.when internet reached 475 mb then mobile give a massage for limit cross then i am close the internet and also use interent in office from wifi but company charge excess amount and mobile internet usage also show under the limit of 512 mb of internet.So why Airtel company charge excess amount So please check this as well as possible . [protected] from Vodefone. this porting service call received from your Airtel customer service mobile no. & I have arrange my all details to them, As per committed your service agent / person I had to get Airtel mobile TV life time free on my smart phone & for that no extra charges would be there. Also at the time of activation with no 59059 operator also confirmed me that I will get free mobile TV on my smart phone but still it is not connected . Please advise by when TV life time free service will get activated on my smart phone? Pls treat this matter on very urgent basis.

                          Hello, I am Shyam Sankar. My number is +91-[protected]. This is a complaint regarding the worst customer support I have faced today. I have made an online recharge on 22 november for Rs. 110. However recharge has been failed and I got a message from airtel that the recharge unsuccessful and the deducted amount will be credited with in 4 days. After 4 days, I have called the airtel support and they told to report the issue with the bank. But the customer support from bank told that the they are helpless in this issue as the message is from airtel service so better contact service provider. Today, again I called the airtel customer support and informed my issue. I asked them to provide me a number to sent my msg that I received on Nov 22. But after the call, when I look for the message in my inbox, it is not available to forward. Please let us know how to proceed with this issue? Sorry for my bad english.

                              airtel deducted my 120 rs deducted from main bal wrongly and customer care ex are not capable to clear thing and making fool every time i got sms that i, ve used my 100% data after that i turned off mobile data n made 298 rs recharge for mobil data and then turned on mobile data inspite of tht airtel deducted tht amtnamtnfroamtnfrom mmy account this is totally unfair to cheat customer and giving them 3rd class ccutomer care services my no is [protected]

                                I have travelled to USA on 30th October and my bill due amount was 2140 on Nov 2nd. I have written mail to airtel seeking for the process of placing my number in safe custody till i am back in india.Customer service people came back saying that i need make an outstanding payment of 3674 rs including safe custody charges. I have made this payment on Nov 5th 2014. Even after making safe custody charges and paying unbilled amount as well, now i received bill again for 2455 rs for the number which i have not even inserted in mobile after October 30th.                                   Hello there, I have been using airtel prepaid connection only for data usage. My number is [protected]. I have been using mostly 3G plan and twice 2G plans. It has been perfect in the beginning. Last three times of my 3G recharge of 2.5 GB lasts only for 30 mins to 60 mins o[censored]sage that is mainly to check mails. First two times i thought something is going wrong in my side. But my last recharge on 2nd of Dec 2014 of 3G data of 2.5 GB literally lasted only less than 1 hr. Now I realized that I have been cheated over this and data stealing by airtel. I feel ashamed o[censored]sing this service from a fraudulent provider. Customer care is a big joke. They will just say what you see from 121. I know I have no data left. But I am telling you it is impossible and there is something wrong. The customer care guy again tell me the same thing "There is no data left". This is unacceptable. I hope I will get a responsible answer. Jothibasu Ramasamy

                                      I have few days back noticed in my account balance suddenly about Rs40 deducted while i was talking over skype I made complaint they told me that they will credit to my account after 22hours I made my complaint on 1/12/2014 at 16;35hrs through 198 direct to the executive Till now i have not received the amount. I have also recharged for Rs315 for airtel to airtel 0.10ps rate cutter till now I have not provided with this facility I much worried about my future business with Airtel I request the consumer forum officers to look in this matter and rectify as early as possible

                                        Hi, I have taken a 3G internet plan on my mobile no. [protected] for 12GB costing Rs 1555 but I am not able to use the internet. The problem is that the speed of airtel 3G is very slow and I can say that the speed is actually slower than 2G sometimes. I use to access the internet through huawei dongle on my laptop. Regarding this I talked to airtel customer care team also but their action and explainations could not resolve the problem. Please help me towards this problem because I have the cosume this 12 GB data in one month only otherwise its a loss for me. All other network's 3G services are too good in my area.
