Dear Sir/Madam, I was a loop customer but i have done portability from loop to airtel. Now i again want to switch to other network after experincing 1 month airtel service . Net packs are way too costly. Eg if you are giving Rs 98 for 500MB but validity only 14 days. What if 500MB is enough for user for 30 days. Please let me know my portability number. I would like switch to another network because of high prices of net package. Or please make rs 98 2G 500MB validity for 30 days.(My number[protected]) If you cant do that please justify logic behind the same.(Why 14 days why not 30 days when data limit will be the same 500MB) Thanks and Regards

    Dear Sir, This to bring to your kind notice that I got missed call from the number +[protected] on my AirTel prepaid number [protected] and when I asked the caller for his identity he did not answer me but and kept on asking my number which I did not give. Second time the caller called and when asked to identify who he was and for what he was calling, he used bad language and hung up. Third time the caller called, this time on my AirTel [protected] and asked if I was ‘Shankar’ for which I said that I am not and he cut the phone.       Last night I recharge my phone at 11.20 pm with 10 rs Internet pack of 40mb data after that I have lost my all balance and then I took 10 rs loan from airtel also lost it at 11.50 . Pls kindly give my money back asap before I lost my faith in airtel . My mobile no [protected]

        Total Fraud No responsibility at all Poor services after highly paid advertisements, If customer's bill is delayed for one day, charges are applicable Rs. 100 for late payment. But what about if company charges many hundreds in wrong billing... no refund, no interest, no penalty... shame It is about only one customer Just think if we talk about One Lakh customers from airtel's crores of Customers clients, the profit of the company goes to One crore (1000*[protected]. 3G Services are borrowed from Idea in Punjab, but the Airtel charging 250/- per GB Docomo 184/- BSNL 155 Reliance is also below 200 So very very poor services if company is doing such things with a 3 year old platinum customer with credit limit of 17000/-

          Dear Sir It is requested that i have applied for a broadband connection in the name of Rajesh Rai at Plot no.14, Flat no.311, 312 some Kaushambi Ghaziabad some 25days back.One Mr.Gourav Sharma his mob no-[protected] took away all the relevnt documents along with cheque for the installation of connection till date he is not picking up the calls.Kindly short out this matter at the earliest.Your reply is awaited other wise it lend to go for a legal action.               i am using a airtel prepaid number for data usage purpose only. on 24.11.14 in may balance rs.14/- has been deducted. i enquired about that in 121 and 198 and airtel express counter also. they are all told that is data usage amount. but the data and validity not exhausted when i was talking to 121 and 198 customer care professionals. and i shown the data balance and validity to the airtel express counter professional also. because of this experience i am vary unhappy with this activity.

                  I have easy recharged 2G internet package worth of Rs 199 to get 2gb of data after seeing 121 portal but after recharging I got only 1.25g data. I have contacted Airtel person but he was favour of what recharge done. I need justice now with 2gb Of data. Airtel misguiding it's customers.

                    Today morning(25.11.2014) when I called regarding excess amount deduction of my call first I was not attended by the customer care member her behaviour was rude when I got irritated with her then I asked for somebody else to help me resolve my problem however she transferred to on another girl Geeta called herself floor supervisor probably she was also least interested as she was going mute sometimes.Both of them claims that they sent update that my sim card validity is over 15 days back which I kept telling I haven't received, then after telling that if they won't help me then I will give their call record to consumer grievance Geeta told she will transfer the call to manager however that never happened and I lost money in talking to the Cs team of airtel also they charge 50p per min.and the call lasted for 16 min.as they were putting me on hold every time atleast 8 min I wasted on holding only.I have their call record as well but there is no option here to attach.

                      Hi, I am Raghavendranath Garlapati having an airtel sim card with [protected] number. On 22 Oct 2014, I travelled to US for a long term. On 25-OCt 2014, I raised a request to Airtel for closing/cancelling my account. They told me thru mail that it will take 11 days to cancel my account. I thought it would be closed by 5th Nov 2014. Till 5th nov 2014, I havent received any mail from airtel customer care. So I dropped a mail again to Airtel for knowing the status. But to my surprise, they told me that they contacted me and based on my suggestion they cancelled the request. I never told them to cancel the request. Again they started taking fresh cancellation request. Like this it 3-4 times. When ever I tried to know the status. They are taking fresh cancellation request. They are making fun out of me. Looks like my account is still not closed by AIRTEL. I cleared all the bills upto Nov 10 2014 and I clearly told to Airtel customer care that I am not going to pay any amount after that that. Please help me out on how to handle my situation. I am currently at USA.

                        I got a new 4G connection (WiFi router) this Month-Service Provider was Charan : Contact number ([protected]) . I opted for a 40 GB (Rs 2k) in the application form. When the connection was activated, customer care team activated a 10GB basic plan. From past 1 week, I am trying to change the plan, and now customer care says they don't have a 40 GB plan and suggested me to take a 30 GB plan(Rs 1995). I called Customer care on 22nd Nov, spoke to Madan- they gave me a reference ID :[protected], saying plan would be activated in 48 hours. I called again on 23rd Nov, spoke to Gautum: he gave me a reference [protected] saying it would take another 24 hours. I asked him for a callback to be arranged, he agreed and said to quote the above interaction ID. On 24 Nov, I called again spoke to Sanjay who got Supervisor Chetan, this time he informed me there is no request raised for plan change, and the above references had no notes left by the customer care executive. WOW, EXCELLENT SERVICE... Can SOMEONE really take this up and solve this issue

                          I got a new sim for lost sim, 8 days before for mobile no:[protected], , i had given all the documents to receive new sim at Anna nagar airtel office (land mark :near police station) chennai, , i visited this airtel office 4times regarding this issue every time he who is handling this section said that it will be activated soon without checking in system, but it is not activated till now very wrost service, i am not expected this type of very wrost service from Airtel, , can you please check and take immediate action Regards, , , , S.Loganathan

                            sir, the speed of internet service that we are getting from your esteemed tele service is a pity.i am writing this grievance from assam`s Bongaigaon town, the town which is divisional HQ of BSNL for 7 Districts and is considered as the centre of business and industries of lower Assam region. Your 2G network even does not hold two or three bars in the network display of the computer or in the mobile. there is no presence of 3G here. it takes about 5 minutes to load one page and an hour to download a 20 or 30 mb file. the network speed has gone bad to worse in the surrounding areas near the town.there are some 2000 prospective Internet customers in this said area alone. To conclude, let the customers feel the friut of telecom liberalisation and revolution by improving Airtel tele service which would definitely unshackle us from the tyrany of archaic BSNL. yours faithfully hemanta talukdar [protected]@gmail.com

                              Dear Sir/Madam, Today morning one fraudster called me from [protected] claiming from Airtel and asked me to give the refund fo r unsuccessful transactions but made fraud transaction using my card number.Now also another guy (telling his name as Rahul kumar) called me from [protected] and claiming from Airtel customer service and asking my card details and telling that my emp number as Rah35104210 and trying to reap off. Requesting the airtel team to take necessory action against them.

                                Hi I am using an airtel pos tpaid connection since many years and now I have relocated to gurgoan and for that reason I want to cancel my connection. Unnecessary I am paying roaming charges. My mumbai postpaid number is # [protected]. Please I am requesting you to cancel my connection coz here in gurgoan no body is helping.

                                      +91 [protected]/[protected] I have an Airtel connection for many years now. Am disappointed and disgusted with the approach of your online Tech support esp Mr Krishna who questioned if I understand English!! Had called at 1900 hrs on Monday 24th Nov 2014 hoping for a solution to my problem about wifi constant disconnection and call dropping. To my dismay he was rude on the line and disconnected the line. If you can help do so else I will move higher authorities. Hope for an early response Jyotsna Khanna
