Sir, i have switched from reliance CDMA to Airtell GSM service in the hope of connecting with India's leading company. i was told that i can convert my postpaid to prepaid after 3 months. After 3 months i have visited Andheri (east) gallery i.e. rapid telecome 7-8 times, most of time they have server problem, although they are accepting new connection forms.1-2 time they don't have sim card. After lot of visits finally i have submitted form along with required documents. After 20-25 days of submitting forms my connection have not changed. when i contacted gallery again it is told to me that your request is still in process.     i just want to port aircel number to airtel and i submitted documents in june following that i given porting code to them for 4 times to activate but no action taken, last week 19nov2014 i received call from [protected] this number from bangalore activation team and she said will activate this time sure, yesterday 27nov14 my aircel network barred and i am trying to activate airtel but it showing registration failed. Then i went to airtel head office which is located in Bharathi towers chennai and i narrated the issue and Mr.Bala said that, 'he mailed to the department of MNP activation team and inform you, he informed and said that to remove and reinsert the sim card will activate, i did that but now the sim card is showing invalid sim .Am trying to call[protected]/7433 nobody responding my call and i cant able reach them please help me regarding this Thank you Jana

      Hi, I have recently port my mobile number [protected] from Idea network to Airtel Postpaid, email address provided during form submission and verification during activation of Airtel network is "[protected]@gmail.com". However bill is sent to wrong mail address i.e."[protected]@gmail.com" . I request to send the bill to my correct email address "[protected]@gmail.com" Thanks, Kusuma

          i snehashish suraneni bearing airtel number [protected] & [protected]@gmail.com.i have a complaint against airtel & i need it to be resolved on highest priority.I have subscribed for Tumhiho hello tune lastmonth via www.airtelhellotunes.in.I was charged 15/- for song & 60/- for 3 months subscription and it was charged in my previous bill which there is no due amount.ISSUES:1.the issue is hellotune is not active on my number.when any one calls be they arent unable to hear it since many days.2.Though I subscribed for a 3month plan, i was notified by airtel through SMS saying that hellotunes was renewed & i was charged 30/-3.The postpaid service was active since 30-oct & even 30 days didn't pass by & how come it was renewed??As i have already paid 75/- for airtel regarding.i need airtel to provide the amount which was paid with the service tax & i demand it.i have also attached a screenshots for your reference.

              Sir, airtel is doing a day robbery, (1)i have activated net pack and suddenly it dropped to 460kb and within few minutes Airtel ate 180 rupeesrupees, i complai, they said i used 10 paisa 10kb post usage within few minutes like a robot i think. (2) today 26 nov my 98 rupee net pack suddenly droped from 120 MB to 0.6MB. This company is doing day robbery of its customer i would like you to take strict action against these robbers.and refund all money robbed from me. My no- [protected]

                Sir, This is in regarding my cancellation of my Airtel postpaid no [protected]. I have lost the SIM of this postpaid no i have submitted required documents for the cancellation of this no at Airtel gallery Badlapur (maharashtra region) in the month of september. I have been told a call will come within 15 days regarding the cancellation of the said number. Neither i got a call and now a bill to pay for unused number, I am paying the charges regularly. I request the authorities to cancel this number as fast as possible, Thanking you Ramakrishna.

                  The airtel broadband cables have been layed inside my compound through sanitary lines without my knowledge. I have repeatedly warned the people not to do so.                     I am prepaid airtel customer owning no[protected]. I recharged with 60rs on 25/Nov/2014 at 7.46PM. immediately i got a message Hot Chillies service has been renewed and you have been charged Rs 35.0 from your aitel mobile a/c. I dont know without my concern how can they deduct.

                        I want to raise a complaint about Airtel not dis-connecting my mobile [protected] in spite of several calls made to them . I have moved out of India in July 2014 and have not been using the phone August 2014. I have made several call to Airtel to disconnect my phone however they still keep sending monthly bills to my house in which my parents are residing. My father has also told them that it needs and has to be disconnected however at times they/ touts call my old father (80+ years) and force him to keep paying the bill. This is a formal complaint against Airtel mobile to disconnect my number immediately and STOP haressing my old parents.                             Dear Sir/Madam, I was a loop customer but i have done portability from loop to airtel. Now i again want to switch to other network after experincing 1 month airtel service . Net packs are way too costly. Eg if you are giving Rs 98 for 500MB but validity only 14 days. What if 500MB is enough for user for 30 days. Please let me know my portability number. I would like switch to another network because of high prices of net package. Or please make rs 98 2G 500MB validity for 30 days.(My number[protected]) If you cant do that please justify logic behind the same.(Why 14 days why not 30 days when data limit will be the same 500MB) Thanks and Regards

                              Dear Sir, This to bring to your kind notice that I got missed call from the number +[protected] on my AirTel prepaid number [protected] and when I asked the caller for his identity he did not answer me but and kept on asking my number which I did not give. Second time the caller called and when asked to identify who he was and for what he was calling, he used bad language and hung up. Third time the caller called, this time on my AirTel [protected] and asked if I was ‘Shankar’ for which I said that I am not and he cut the phone.                                 Last night I recharge my phone at 11.20 pm with 10 rs Internet pack of 40mb data after that I have lost my all balance and then I took 10 rs loan from airtel also lost it at 11.50 .                                   Total Fraud No responsibility at all Poor services after highly paid advertisements, If customer's bill is delayed for one day, charges are applicable Rs. 100 for late payment. But what about if company charges many hundreds in wrong billing... no refund, no interest, no penalty... shame It is about only one customer Just think if we talk about One Lakh customers from airtel's crores of Customers clients, the profit of the company goes to One crore (1000*[protected]. 3G Services are borrowed from Idea in Punjab, but the Airtel charging 250/- per GB Docomo 184/- BSNL 155 Reliance is also below 200 So very very poor services if company is doing such things with a 3 year old platinum customer with credit limit of 17000/-

                                        i am using a airtel prepaid number for data usage purpose only. on 24.11.14 in may balance rs.14/- has been deducted. i enquired about that in 121 and 198 and airtel express counter also. they are all told that is data usage amount. but the data and validity not exhausted when i was talking to 121 and 198 customer care professionals. and i shown the data balance and validity to the airtel express counter professional also. because of this experience i am vary unhappy with this activity.
