Dear Sir, I am using Airtel SIM [protected]. (1) I bought Airtel 3GB unlimited internet data plan for Rs. 249.00, on 2G speed and after consuming 3GB data it provides 40kbps speed for 28 day from activation the plan. I activated this plan on 02/11/2014 and I consumed 3GB data on 16/11/2014. But today after consumimng 3GB data, I am receiving 0 to 0.5kbps data only instead of 40kbps. That is realy useless speed. (2) I tried 3 to 4 times to bay a Airtel unlimited internet night plan for Rs. 08.00, valide from night 00:00am to 06:00am on 2G speed. But my connection was broken by Airtel's Hidden Policy every time afer 30 to 40 second. I am 100% sure that there is the big Hidden Policy of Airtel to make money by cheating crores consumers per day. On 16/11/2014 at 11:20am I talk to Airtel Costomer Care Executive(Mrs. Poonam) but she did not respond properly. My Study, Office and Shop work is stopped due to insufficient and fraud internet plan services. I having lose for Rs. about 1000 to 12000 per day.     I have been using Airtel's 2G service for some time now. For the last 10 days, the network connectivity has been extremely poor. I live on an institutional campus and a quick check with the student community showed that I wasn't the only one, most 2G users with Airtel were facing the same issue. I lodged a complaint with the Airtel consumer help (Complaint no. 369217) Sunday (16/11/14) evening. Note that the executive insisted I check my network settings, and only after I insisted that there were connectivity issues in my region did he agree to look into the problem. However, nothing changed. I tried calling Consumer Help again on Tuesday (18/11/14), as the connection had totally stopped by then, but was unable to connect to an executive. Thereafter, I filed an online complaint on Airtel's website (Receipt no. PR[protected], and the confirmation mail assured response within two hours. However, nothing improved and nobody contacted me from Airtel. Eventually, I posted a complaint on Airtel's facebook handle, which was immediately responded to, asking me to inbox my phone number. As a follow up, an executive from Airtel did contact me in the morning on the 19th, however, he again asked me to reset my network settings. I told him that the settings were fine, that I had reset them, but the executive insisted that I do it once again. I agreed to do so, on his assurance that if resetting did not solve the problem, he would forward the complaint to the networks team. He offered to call me back in some time, to verify if the problem had been resolved. As expected, resetting did not solve my problem and the executive failed to contact me thereafter. I was again left in a lurch. By night, I decided to put up the status again on my post on their facebook page, as that was the only place they seemed to reply. After explaining my situation, the answer I received was far from satisfactory, stating "Hi Kriti, this is with reference to our discussion, we have taken your address as an input for future planning and we will keep you updated towards the same. Regards' Dhrub". Further comments that I made were completely ignored by the admins. Incidentally, I know at least 10 more people who use Airtel's 2G network, live in the same hostel and have been facing the same problem for 10 days now. And there are ore users as well. Some of them have lodged complaints themselves, and have been dealt with similarly (askied t change network settings). One person in fact was promised that an engineer would be sent to the campus to get the network checked, but no one contacted him again and no engineer was sent. Fellow users who also wrote their complaints as a follow up of my complaint on the facebook page, were ignored and the Airtel admins handling the page deleted their complaints. This is totally unacceptable behaviour on the part of Airtel. We are facing issues because of lack of internet connectivity, the data packs that we have purchased from Airtel are going in vain, and Airtel refuses to acknowledge our situation, only ask us to repeatedly change our network settings. Help would be really appreciated!

      My Airtel mobile number is [protected]. On 19/11/2014 at 7:13 PM, i received a message that i am charged INR 3 for some services. The next minute i received another message that INR 50 is being deducted for a game named 'Assassin's Creed'. Only then i knew that there is a game with this name in my mobile. I quickly called 'Airtel Customer Support' through 121 and spoke with a lady (Forgot her name). She said that i had played that game and that was the reason i was deducted INR 53 from my account. I denied that i never play games in my mobile and the mobile was idle with me and there are no children to play with mobile phones at my home. The lady had a lot of attitude that she kept cutting me off and never listened to what i spoke. Then i requested to speak to a supervisor. The call was transferred to another gentleman named Vignesh. I again explained Vignesh that i have not played the game and i want my money back. He stood firm and said we cannot return the money since i have played the game. I know this could go in circles. Hence i told him that i will complain to TRAI and Consumer Grievances Court and will also refer to this call which will be saved in the database. He was very reluctant and not customer-centric and lethargically said to complain wherever i want to. I am very worried since this is not the first time that Airtel is doing this sort of job to their loyal customers. I stayed with Airtel even through they raised all the service charges due to the INR 650 Crore penalty they paid to DoT. I need a response in 7 working days from Airtel through this forum, else, i will launch a formal complaint for Unfair trade practice and Deficient customer service through the Consumers Court. I will post this complaint through all the social networking forums and will tear the mask of Airtel, who proclaim they are the best Telephone and Internet Service Providers in India. Kingston

          Hello Sir, I'm using airtel prepaid sim and the network is VERY VERY poor inside the house. I live in Nizampet village (Bandari layout). Can you please fix it. I have complained many times to customer care and no action was taken. If this is not getting fixed probably i will be moving to another network. I guess many customers would have already complained about this connectivity issue. Pls fix it.

I Wood like to inform u that i am using XPERIA Z1 but my phone there is no network each n everyday since long time.(mainly inside of the resi (Bhadrappa layout or tata nagar-PIN-560094) or office, That's why I can't do my work in net. For this reason i have call yesterday and informed to your executive. So request you to u please solve the problem ASAP, otherwise i will port no. They told me it will be activate in 72 Hours but its been 6 days and still my connection is not activated. Please find attached the slip which they provided me on 13 November.                   I had made a payment of 1630 on 18/11/14. On 19/11/14 again the same amount was debited from my credit card through auto-debit service. I called to customer care and asked to initiate the refund but I was told that it will take 45days for refund. It's very embarrassing to say that your service is disgusting. I am very unsatisfied with your service. Why I need to suffer without my fault?? The next month I am going to use all the available credit limit I.E. Above 5000INR and I am not going to pay and don't give a damn whatsoever. To prevent me to do this I demand you to refund my amount back. On the whole I am telling you AIRTEL SERVICE SUCKS.

                      This is in reference to the innumerous issues and countless calls that I have made to your customer care. Your services have caused mental agony and harassed me to the core. The experience has been awful Your executives have provided WRONG INFORMATION, I have been misled a couple of times (not only executives, even floor manager) and due to which I have not received the promised services due to which my bill amount exceeded what it should have been. During August I had got my rental plan updated through your executive over the phone and at that time I did not opt for any Internet services, but Internet rental had been charged since then(I have not even used 1kb, your executives confirmed that I was not being charged for Internet but still the bills were doctored). Around 10th October I had requested for FNF service, your executive confirmed that the request had been taken and it would be done in 48 hrs. At that time the FNF service had benefits o[censored]nlimited calling to an Airtel number. I was told that I would get a confirmation call back. (I specially ported a number to airtel for this very scheme) Since I did not get a call back I had made a call to your executive again to check, they said the request is in pending status. Due to issues and delays on your side I had to bear the consequences because when I called back after 2 days, your executives informed that the FNF (unlimited calling to 1 local airtel number) services were discontinued and instead only 3000 mins. were offered. Despite being requesting for the service on time I was not able to avail the benefits because of Airtel's fault. The bad trail does not end here; I had even requested for a change in the monthly rental, that request also went in pending status. On 24th October I had again requested for a plan change, your executives confirmed and i even got a service message. After few days to check the status I had made a call to customer care, and I have been informed request is not found. There is a discrepancy in the information that your executives provide (Request you to go through the Call Copy-Conversations that i had with your executives.) Today also automatically an Internet service was activated which I never requested. Would request you to go through the Call Copy of the conversation that I have had with your executives in the past 2-3 months.

                        Hi My mobile no is [protected], 13 Nov 2014 i got a message saying that recharge with Rs 58 which will give me service of 300MB will be credited in my account and balance 700MB will be credited in 1 Hour valid for 1 Month. When is recharged the same on the 14 Nov 2014, i got only 300 MB whereas 700MB is not at all received. When i called up the customer care i get an answer that the offer was over. when tried to explain that other service providers give better services and stick to their words what they say, the customer executives say u can shift to that network itself we cant help you. Please look into the matter and do the needful

                          I wanted to move my 2 numbers under same parent ID so that I can get CUG advantages. I called 121 and as usual they said go to airtel outlet. When I went to Airtel outlet they had no clue about changing the parent ID. They asked me to contact 121 and someone from 121 asked me to send email with the details. When I sent the below email I got the response that doesn't make any sense. I am charged for the calls made between my 2 numbers. ========================================================== Hi, My name is Kashyap and I have a corporate connection and the calls between 962**9**98 and 98***8**8 are being charged. Request you to please change the CUG ID / Parent ID of these 2 numbers to same. PFA my company ID. For this email, I got the below response: Dear kashyap, Greetings from airtel! This is in reference to your email query about the CUG inclusion for your airtel mobile number [protected]. Thank you for your mail to airtel and the opportunity to assist you. I would like to inform you that currently your number is under myplan 199, hence as per the process we will not able process your concernn. Hence if you still wants to change the bill plan kindly visit nearest airtel outlet to process your concern further on the same.                             i am a very dissatisfied customer of airtel. i was not informed anything regarding the activation of international roaming on my number . and when i came back to india my bill was too much. it exceeded my credit limit also and still i was not informed by the compay. my outgoing has been blocked . will definetly take some action regarding the company and its services.

                                kind attn: This is B.K.Maruthu on behalf of P.Balakrishnan, c8, Paramaount park, Velachery, Chennai, Tamilnadu[protected] In seeing the airtel broadband connection advertisement (numerous) in my vicinity and in the same buidling where i reside, I called up the number ([protected]) and handed over the documents and the initial money of Rs 1000/- in cash on 7/11/2014. with one person called himself Mr Jagan to institute a broadband connection with voice in my place. I have been promised that within two days connection will be installed in my premises. Phone number[protected] is also given. And also he promised me that this number is locked and allocated to me, i can keep using for any further purpose. From that day nobody neither called me nor contacted me in this regard. And also whenever i tried to contact this number this man was not picking the phone. When i called from other numbers it was answered immediately. After four days Mr Jagan Told me to contact one Technical Manager Mr Suresh [protected] . I did the same next day who gave me so unproductive and highly provocative talk i ever had. He was telling me get back the money sometime after 20 days a cheque may come. Afterwards also I keep trying Mr Jagan mobile from my own number he was not picking. When i have called him on 17/11/2014 after spending all the patience possible; _ Mr Jagan categorically told me he is not responsible for anything happened - He would not obliged or liable for any query i make - Although he received the money in cash and was in a hurry to complete the order, he don't bother about what is the consequences are because he has not pocked that money - He reiterated that it is none of his business to engage me any further. - His language, tone and choice of words were very abusive and discouraging I would like to bring it to your notice the above series of events for further action before i proceed for any lawful citizen would like to pursue. 1. If the connection is not available in the centre of the place, that too on the road side building why the advertisement is made in the very same building? 2. Even ther is some technical and temporary error this man who colleced the money and docments would have known about this. If he is not aware, what kind of professional service airtel would like to provide? If he knows he was trying to sell a product, which is not at all in existence. What is the action from airtel? 3. When a person very well collect the money ( does not matter how big or how small it is..) in cash, why airtel have not enable them to pay it back duly and immediately after miserably failing to provide the service as promised? 4. I wanted this connection to be provided for a specific purpose, because the failure from airtel side, the very purpose got jeopardised, which would bring huge sum of loss in terms of money, emotions and professional failure. How airtel would like to view this situation? 5.When they want connection they were fast and prompt, after collecting the money the communication was utter failure and dodging from the airtel personnel. What actions airtel would like to initiate? 6. Based on the promise made ( I have sms proof), I have used the telephone numbers in number of situations which is becomes ridiculous now. How airtel would lilke to reimburse my loss in terms of money, loss of hour, situations to be dealt with.. etc., I hope I bring it to your kind notice in sufficient details, if you require any further clarification you can always contact me in[protected] preferably between evening 4.30 pm to 9.30 pm).                                   I'm a airtel customer from quite a long time now. But today I have faced a horrible incident. 150 rupees got deducted from my account for data use. where i'm having 19MB data balance in my data. when I called the customer care some supervisor told " You can call me 100 times but your money will not be refunded." I'm sure about his name. but it can be tracked easily by who has attended the customer.


                                  This is not at all tolerable..

                                  I'll surely port my number, if any action is not been taken..

                                    Dear sir, m not happy with the service of Airtel first i got a call from number [protected] regarding number portability i agreed a to do number portability from loop prepaid to Airtel postpaid i submitted my documents to the collection boy and he given me the sim card after 10 days i received a call and mesge that your card has been activated whn i pmyut e card in mobile it showed no service later i enquired to customer care he told me your card is active but documents not received later i called to dsa she is telling that you have been given a wrong simcard with wrong sim number in another sim later i got to know they have given me wrong sim, i called to dsa ss telling like you go to gallery and tellyou miaced your simcardwhen idone the same they asked me for NOC from police later i told all problem what hapen to the manager of Airtel gallery sourabh chavan in thane west later he did not also support me anything i am raising this complain that its affectingyour company image and your customers please i request you to help me regarding the same orelse i will have to move to consumer court regarding the same.

                                      I have airtel prepaid connection for past 2 years and got a micro-sim for the same number on Oct-30 by submitting the address/id proofs and passport photo. The connection was working fine till Nov-14 9:45PM. After that all the outgoing and incoming calls got blocked. When I contacted the customer care, they said there is some document issue and so they blocked the calls and I should submit the document again. I was not even intimated that there is an issue with documents and my calls got blocked all of a sudden. I called the customer care twice on the same night, but none responded well. The customer care is telling that it is not their work to enable the connection again and put me on hold in the call to transfer the call to the manager. But I waited for 20mins but there was no reply. Because I was out of town, I went to Airtel office at Koramangala 80ft road on Nov-17 and enquired about the issue. They said the documents were fine and this issue happened for lot of customers and asked to resubmit the documents. And it will take 3 days for the activation. This is ridiculous. For no mistake from my side, I have to wait for so long for activation. This is worst behaviour from Airtel. Arvind [protected]

                                        From the Airtel website I was that there is plan 3g data 300 MB- 1 month- 102/- Rs. I recharged on 21st Oct 2014, online through freecharge.in, then I got the msg your recharge is successful. When I used the internet on phone I came to know that my main balance is deducted showing zero balance. I called 198 customer care and given the details they told me that till 28th oct your issue will be resolved False commit 1 from floor manager( aap nishchint rahiye aapko dobara call karna nahi padega). They agreed, they have given wrong benefits, its airtel mistake, why I should suffer. Obviously issue not solved, I again called 198 on 28th oct asking for the same( given them the same story) executive told that you will get call from backend team in next 3 hours False commit 2( aap nishchint rahiye aapko dobara call karna nahi padega). Obviously no call, after 4 hours I again called 198 asking for the same there they connected me to backend team. Now the backend team person told me that your issue will be resoved in 72 hours(3 days) False commit 3( aap nishchint rahiye aapko dobara call karna nahi padega). Obviously no benefits given, So I again called 198 on 31st Oct asking for the same. connected to floor manager, finally he told me that your issue will not be resolve. Absolutely pathetic and frustrating experience... I am currently having a very frustrating experience with them they took almost 12 days with no results. I don't want to take any service from Airtel nowonwards, I am closing my current Digital HD connection too. and will discontinue other Digital connections from my family. I strongly recommend, do not use airtel, use any other
