This is really ridiculous. I would like to share the experience/ issue that I faced over last month till now. I got a call from one of your colleague named as Laxmin [protected] on 8th October 2014 and she explained about the airtel postpaid offer and I agree to go with one of the postpaid plan, upon that your representative Venugopal - [protected] step by to Raheja mindspace (office) and collected all the necessary documents with security deposit of Rs.300 on 9th October 2014 to convert my Vodafone network to airtel network with postpaid connection (Mobile portability), He handed over a SIM card on the same day (details furnished) SIM #[protected] I wait for couple of days, didn¿t get any update/response from your team, so I decide to call them to get the status update. From that day onwards I used to give a call to Laxmi, as usual the response was poor and she asked me to give all to Shravan, his way of speaking is rude and not ready to pick my call anymore and most of the call are redirected to others. Finally one day LAXMI answered my call and stated that my portability been rejected and she try to convenience me in such a manner and asked me to resend the scanned document to her personal ID [protected]@gmail.com ie)on 5th November 2014 and finally I thought of giving a last try and sent the document's once. It¿s already a month time, no positive response from your end, Please find the same in the attachment. Now am trying to call every day and they are not responding to my call. Since they are not ready to provide the status update on this. If something is not possible from your end, please return my doc's with deposit. I have opted for PORT twice and its expired, am not sure what is going on? As per my thoughts my application for mobile portability is not processed at all. From past two months am struggling with these guys, but no response. Could someone please help me on this?

Charges of text are applicable as per tariff plan opted by you.
You will receive an auto revert message from 1901 giving an 8 digit alpha
numeric unique
porting code along with an expiry date.

2. Once UPC obtained, you have to approach the new service provider of your
choice and obtain CAF (Customer Application Form) and porting form.

3. Submit the duly filled CAF and porting form along with documents listed
below to a nearby retailer or airtel relationship centre (ARC)
Photo Id Proof/Residence proof/1 photo/PAN Card/Form 16/Last bill copy in case
of postpaid number. Port in charges of Rs.19/- would apply.

4. Please note the above exercise is to be completed before the expiry date of
mentioned along with the UPC.

5. Obtain new SIM card from our airtel relationship centre.

6. We will take 7 days to process your Port-In request. (Sunday is non-working
day). During this process, you will be able to use your mobile phone as usual.
We will keep updating you via SMS on the progress made and intimate the date
and time of porting on your mobile phone so that you can replace the old SIM
with the new SIM. There will be a black- out for only 2 hours (during which
time you would not be able to use any mobile service on your number) and the
same will be communicated to you through an SMS.

    Mr/Mrs officer concerned, I own airtel postpaid landlineNo.4282962. I am prompt payer of the bill. usually I pay between 3rd to 10 of every month. But it is not reflected in the next month bill. it is shown as due and I am charged late fee. My complaint is how this can happen even after payment before due date. Are the agents donot pay the collected amount and send the information of all those who pay everyday. My Payment details:BillNo.13373 date[protected] amount Rs730/- Bill is hand written. This bill payment is again reflected as due in the bill no[protected] of date 27th Nov 2014 and rs100 is charged as late fee. This is totally ridiculous and unjustifiable. If you do not have day to day communication of the payment received with your franchisee these errors will not happen. Take care that this will not repeat. Please give your higher ups no/email I will contact them. I have paid Oct-Nov Bill without late fee as there no fault of mine. Deatils of Payment: ARC code 122 Transaction ID[protected] and Bill No 32858 Rs.730/- date[protected] I think I have made everything clear.       Hi, I am a Platinum Grade Airtel customer. In Feb 2014, I was offered to upgrade from 2 MBPS plan to 8 MBPS plan by the call center executive. However, I was never getting 8 MBPS speed. On repeated complaint's, the field engineer has confirmed that my area does not support 8 MBPS at all. Airtel has been charging me for 8 MBPS plan from Feb 2014. When I called again today, the answer was to move back to 2 MBPS plan. I should be refunded of the extra amount charged from me from Feb 2014 to Dec 2014.         My name is Pushpender Singh . My Airtel mobile no is [protected]. I am very disappointed with airtel services fuker . Suddenly I have been notified via sms on 05-12-14 at 11:20 am that “LAILA has been activated” on my mobile and 35/- rupees has been deducted for 7 days. I have activated that type dirty services & never want it. I stopped the service immediately. My question is why Airtel is doing this kind of cheating. I am completely disgusted on Airtel. i want to file case in consumer court against airtel. .

            I have post-paid CUG connection [protected]. I am facing network issue (not only 3G, but complete network) since Sunday (30th Nov-14). I am not able to call or receive call from anyone. I had registered my complain[protected] @121 on Monday morning and I was told that it will be resolved in 2 days. When nothing happened in 2 days, I again called up and I was told it will take another 2 days. Now, it is more than 4 days and I have not seen any progress. Every time, I call customer care, they say this has been escalated and we are working on it, it will be resolved AS SOON AS possible. God knows, what do they mean by As soon as possible. When I ask them to transfer call to a senior person, they have a readymade answer “our manager is on another call”, he will call you back in 15 minutes. But, I never got a call from any official.

                My Airtel pre-paid number which i was using from past 9 years in bangalore got disconnected cliaming that i didnot submit proof.But please note that i have submitted all my proofs just one month back in Meenakshi Mall Bennerghata airel centre, while taking a micro sim for this number.But after one month my number got disconnected telling that i didnot submit proofs.Also 1 day after disconnection, i went to Airtel Reqional office Bennerghata, to resubmit the all proofs again.Buth they told that my my pre-paid number got recycled and i cannot get it back again.Can you please tell me why the number got recycled just after 1 day?, that too a number that was used for years.I am totaly disappointed because of this and the behaviour of the customer care people was really irittating when i went to complain about this issue.Also they were asking to change the number from pre-paid to post-paid in a very rude manner. Can you please tell me what i can do in this situation to get back my number.Looking forward for your respose.                   I submitted documents for porting into Airtel from Loop mobile on 21 November 2014 to there Airtel gallery in Borivali. But still the porting never took place, even after providing alternate number I haven't received any status of the porting. I been contacted the customer care numbers but no help even checked out few times to there gallery but in vain as they say that porting is in process. Its now more than 2 weeks still no solution.                       Its disheartening to know that Airtel denies to provide broadband services to a customer just because that they have to extend their cables for 200 metres extra. Though we belong to Municipal Corporation jurisdiction o[censored]dupi, we do not have the privilege to get broadband services. They have provided their broadband connection to one of our neighbours which is just 200 meters away from our house. I kindly request you to look into this matter and do the needful

                        Dear Sir/Ma'am This is to complain that, Airtel has charged (roaming charges) incorrectly on my post-paid mobile bill (mobile no - [protected]) in the month of July 2014 (8th and 9th July). My mobile bill shows that I was in MP (roamin) whereas I was in Pune (local) on those days. Roaming Charges has been charged accordingly. This wrong entry has become an audit issue in our company with respect to my work plan. Customer Care is not responding saying that, they will not be able to help as this is an old issue. They have also said that they will not reverse the charges. Please help me to get this issue resolved or suggest the needful. Thanks Naresh Ghongade. Pune.

                          Iam the regular customer of artel.All my family members are also the same My airtel number is [protected].Today (03.04.2014 )at about 12.30 pm I have paid sum of Rs185 to the retail delar to full talk time recharge .Instead to credits in talk time account the amount was credited in 3G account.Without my option the 3G account was activated by you authorities.very immediately I spoke with customer care., and I requested the in charge person to convert the 3G amount to talk time account, but my request was declined by the in charge. I this issue Iam not satisfied by your acts.Please consider the customer s request.It is very simple formula to develope your organizations. Customer support is very important tool to develop the entire systems. So I did recharge my no using other bank card. and that time it was successful recharge. Then I got the message from ICICI bank that money (399 Rs) has got deducted from account for recharge. Message from ICICI account - transaction of INR 399.00 Info.VIN*BHARTI HEXA on[protected]:16:20. So I paid twice for same recharge. Please resolve the issue.                                 (i) On 6th June 2014, I have made a recharge for Rs. 200/- to my prepaid mobile No. [protected] through airtel mobile recharge. The amount has been debited from my Savings account of canara bank through netbanking, which was opted by me to make the payment. Bank Reference : Cheque No.[protected] Description with date and time : BHARTIAIRTELLIMITEDNEWDELHIIN-06/06/14 17:08:11. The message I received from airtel after the transaction is : Your airtel mobile [protected] online recharge txn ID 918645 pf Rs. 200.0 has been initiated. Please keep the txn id for future reference.
                                Please take necessary action to credit the amount to my mobile or else kindly refund/credit back to my bank account.

                                (ii) This has the reference to the call from mobile No. [protected] of airtel.[protected]@in.airtel.com on 21 Nov 2014 and my mail dated 20 Nov 2014, 24 Nov 2014, 25 Nov 2014 and 28 Nov 2014 on the subject. I have sent my bank statement, which clearly shows the amount Rs. 200/- debited from my account with 24 Nov 2014 mail. After so many days with several mails since June 2014 Airtel not resolved the issue. Waiting for a favourable reply from Airtel. I am once again attaching the bank statement for your perusal. Please refer to may earlier mails dated[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[pr... and today's earlier mail.

                                    Its really disappointing that I submmtied all my documents which are required to avail a post paid connection on 24th November and now its 2nd december, my sim is still not activated, I called the representatives 1000 times during these days and they always say mam today night it will be done like that.Even I went to them many times but everytime they give some reasons and that reason never worked out. I wasted my time and no help yet. Its really give a feel of cheating. I took the sim from office only.

                                      I have a prepaid Airtel number([protected]).I have requested to change my connection to post paid 1 month back.They have collected the documents, done the address verification.I checked after a week to why they are not activating the number i got to know from my dealer that there is some technical issue from Airtel side to activate the number .3 days back my prepaid number also stopped working .Now i am fully out of network.Airtel customer service is crap they don't have any proper update and giving wrong information.Finally i called the my dealer and he told that he cannot do any thing and i have to resubmit all the documents.Please help

                                        I have ported from prepaid to postpaid service, my prepaid service is deactivated and still postpaid service is not activated i have been following the stupid call center from morning, every one has different answer its almost 12 hours i am without the connection really hopeless service i have ever seen in my life .This is for my office use all my clents are facing problem really shame on you people .
