on 29nth I tried recharging 3G pack through internet banking. Money has been debited from my account to airtel and I received the message from the bank for this but my internet pack was not charge, on the contrary I received a message from airtel about the transaction failure.Transaction number- 959594 I complained about it to Airtel immediately and received a message that they will call with in two hours but still did not receive call from any customer care representative. complain number- PR[protected] 121, 198 are toll free numbers given all over the net for airtel, are actually connecting me to idea customer care. Assistance from any customer care representative of airtel seems illusive. Worst experience with airtel, hope the issue is resolved soon

    Dear Airtel Team, On 29th Nov 2014, my account has been debited by 524 rupees. when i made the complain to customer care no. they informed me that its due to internet usage. I already had the 3G recharge of Rs251 and still my balance is 43MB .I am really disappointed, pls return my money back asap. My Airtel Mobile no-[protected]. I need my money back

      Sir/madam, This is regarding Airtel Wifi 3G dongle connection, SIM no.[protected] I have received one SMS from “MD-ATWIFI” Message “Book Airtel 3G Wifi Datacard speed upto 21.6Mbps Unlimited Just Rs.850 . Normal Device Rs.1100Wifi Device Rs.1999 Cash back offer. Book Now [protected], [protected]” at 15:22 hrs on 14th November 2014. I have enquired on above numbers([protected], [protected]) given on SMS and later they have made many calls from below numbers 1) [protected] [protected] 3) [protected] They have promised me the speed will very good all customers are happy, up to 10GB usage the speed will be 21.6 Mbps and after 7.5 Mbps and it is unlimited, total monthly charges will be Rs850 + Taxes. I have requested them if it can provide even above 5Mbps also, I can take. They told 100% confirm the speed will be above 10Mbps. I have requested for a demo for conforming the same, they told they never give demo and use the Wifi for two weeks and not satisfied the dongle will be taken back with fully money refund. Finally I have purchased the item as your personnel came to my home around 19:45Hrs waited for me upto 20:05 hrs. on same day 14 th Nov 2014 itself. Also confirmed from Airtel Website dongle available for 21.6 Mbps. He has handed over the Airtel Wifi dongle to me with one postpaid Airtel SIM No.[protected] and mobile number “[protected]” and demanded 2000 rupees for the dongle. I have requested him take the cheque, but he refused to accept cheque and told only cash will be accepted, finally I have paid Rs2000/- cash. He promised again, if not satisfied the full amount will be refunded immediately. He has collected the address proof also One person came on 15th Nov 2014 evening and told came for address verification and finally after many repeated call to [protected], the dongle has been activated by 18 Nov 2014. It was shocking to see the net speed of 0.4Mbps download and upload 0.02 Mbps. Then after repeated call I could get one Airtel personnel assistance through phone and all the settings done as per the instruction and finally I could get a speed of 1.2 Mbps download and upload 0.4 Mbps. Which is never expected from a number one reputed Airtel company, I have waited for two days and checked the speed, finally requested for cancellation and I received request number 59008490. But no action from Airtel and again on repeated call, on 24 Nov2014 the connection has been deactivated. Airtel customer care personnel are also giving different type of information and misguiding. Now the personnel from Airtel (may be dealers) on above said numbers are not even not attending my phone call. The mobile number [protected] has answered and he told, he can return only 1500 rupees and petrol allowance 100 rupees, I have to pay. Irrespective all this I have agreed for this. But now he is telling after 10 days only he can come. I felt so bad on this act of Airtel and never though Airtel also will bluff like this. Is this is the business strategy of Airtel? I request kind intervention of some Airtel responsible personnel (If there) to resolve this issue. If nobody body from Airtel is willing to help me, I will consider this as Airtel is intentionally bluffing me and I will proceed with next step to get justice and let the world also know the reality.         Hello, I'm a user of Airtel mobile ([protected]), which is a corporate connection Provided the company I am working with. I have received a bill of Rs. 12968/- for the month of Oct'14 which is mostly for the mobile data. While inquired about the same have been provided that there were service alerts sent for exceeding data usage 1. I did not received any such alert msg, All the alert msgs were delivered to me on 4th November'14 while I have raised the query 2. Place were I'm working is facing connectivity issues for Airtel. 3. I have a limited usage of data.. and never exceeded on the same. Even after lodging the complaint to the nodel officer am getting the same response and not getting the regards, Pankti Shah

        It looks like, at all the level people are just interested in forwarding mails
        and not really validate the data.

        Also with your own data, that proves that Zydus Tower is facing poor
        connectivity since a long time... and that too your people have to implant the
        omni on particular floors.

        The replies I have received are shocking..I am copying the entire communication
        to Appellate for consideration.

        Pasting all the images on the mail, which shows that a user who has not crossed
        even Rs. 1000/- or even 1GB of data All of a sudden crossed 3GB of data

        The excuses of this is customer's genuine billing and we already have
        communicated on access usage proves to be invalid as the Usage massages also
        have been delivered all at once on 4th November'14

          I recently tried paying my 4G data card, due date 30 Nov 2014 i tried making payment on this account twice: on 28th : I used the pay via Internet banking option, submitted all details, redirected to my Bank site, entered my credentials, payment pushed through, amount got debited from my account, but payment did not go through some issue with the CITRUS payment gateway. today 29th: Bill was still unpaid, and i did not want them to fine me for not paying on time, so thought i would make the payment through Debit Card. Samething, enetered all my credentials, amount got debited, but payment not pushed through to airtel. In two days i have lost 2400 Rs in two transactions, and still my BILL of 1122 is unpaid. I have no other option now, but to go in search of these airtel counters to pay the bill personally, or i am sure, they will fine me if the payment is not made within the due date. the contact us and Need help links in their website are useless. you fill in a complaint and press submit button, nothing happens. No complaint submitted! And there is no contact number that i can call and report these two issues and get my money back. Very horrible experience with airtel, will consider discontinuing their service if this continues!!

              Dear sirs, I have applied for airtel broadband new connection thro online / your agents. (Application no. ONCHENN00933756 dt 25/11/2014) I have requested the Airtel agent who visited us to confirm that coneection feasibility before taking our money. They confirmed that connection can be given and asked to pay the advance Rs1000/. which I paid thro my HDFC debit card. But subsequently one of your team visited next day on 26/11/2014 and told us it is not possible to give connection at our address and our money will be refunded. Probably it has been a money collection drive, without any service which I could not understand before paying Hence i request Airtel to refund the money immediately Regards S.Vallikkannu Note: Airtel representatives behaviour totally lacked basic courtesies due to a customer and exhibited total arrogance and they are not even answering their cell now. They were behaving so rudely and they say they have many other businesses when we tried to follow up our connection status. They come to your house and almost bully you to give your debit card and insist on sitting on your computer and paying it themselves. I have not experienced such rude behaviour with any other agencies.

                  You bloody airtel . Who the hell do you think you are? Dear Gentleman here, I request you all not to opt for Airtel anymore in your life. I requested them to close my internet connection and they did that during the call with one of their customer care representative I have now received a huge bill from them for this month After having discussing this with their useless manager, they dont respond I request all of you here to file a complaint against this fraud company

                      I have been in contact with Airtel for the past 3 weeks for them to open SMTP Outgoing Ports 25 and 587 for my mobile phone 3g. These ports are blocked by default by airtel and these are the only ports that NET4INDIA uses for SMTP mails. Whenever I contact Airtel they have no clue about what im saying.. numerous emails have also not helped.

                        Dear sir/madam I am old subscriber of airtel my number is [protected], i have postpaid number and i got wrong bill from airtel so i requested to airtel for waiver from my bill amount which is accepted by airtel and i received that confirmation mail and after that i made payment of my bill but still my number is not in service. I attached that mail which is i received by airtel. Dear Sir, Greetings from Airtel ! This is with reference to bill payment for Airtel mobile number [protected] would like to confirm that there is an outstanding of Rs.3463/- which is overdue. It has always been our endeavor to provide you with best services and one area where we earnestly seek your support is the timely receipt of payments for your monthly invoices on or before due date . We would like to inform you that against your outstanding of Rs.3463/- an adjustment of Rs.800/- has been approved as for rental wavier therefore we request you to make a payment of Rs.2663/- only for your outstanding as given above.                           SIR/ MAM, This letter is to bring your attention on the wrong advice given by your customer care person- AMERJEET KAUR. On 28th of November, 2014 at 2:11 I asked her for blackberry data card pack without BBM and she adviced me for Rs129 pack (for data and 300 sms). After receiving a recharge successful message I lost 60rs and later when complained, I came to know the pack was for BBM and sms. With lot of struggle I got my 60rs from the senior person- ANUJ. But my 129rs has been wasted because this pack is not of my use. And I was adviced wrong by the concerned person. I hope you will look on my compliant seriously and will take action for my benefit as soon as possible.                               Your 121 helpline showing 2Gb data for 30 days for the recharge of 199. But it's giving 1.25gb for 28 days. When I called airtel for help I get some nonsense answers. First of all 2g speed is slow and in that too you're reducing speed? What is the use o[censored]nlimited data plan if we don't get speed. Now a days airtel becoming . No wonder people are porting from airtel.

                                  My number is [protected]. I received bill for the month of september14, for RS. 22000. I called their customer care, nodal officers, mailed at [protected]@airtel.com but nobody is serving the problem and providing the solution . just making customers fool. They are also using abusive language on phone. And Said" HUM AIRTEL WALE SIRF KHANE KE LIYE HAI KAAM NAHI KARTE.BAS SALARY LENE AATE HAI".CALL KARTE NAHE AUR MSG KARDETE HAIN KI CALL NOT RECEIVED. Please solve my issue, iamvery fed up. REALLY, THEY PEOPLE MISUSE COMMON MAN.

                                    Sir i am using this airtel network for the past four months. I made my bill payments through airtel money.I also activated airtel smartbyte system for gprs data usage.Apart from that i didnt activate any value added services.Now they send me bill which is three times higher than i paid for the last three months.I asked customercare they are simply responding that your usage of data is high .but i am having the monitory system for usage of data.They didnt accept that and harrasing me to make the payment.Sir i am ready to pay the amount what i have used.but they threatening me to make full payment otherwise you will be charged by court.These words made me deep sorrow and depressed.So sir kindly make necessary steps to solve this issue.

                                      my prepaid no.[protected] has been activated on 18/11/2014 by your tariff 243/- for 3g for 1gb and 2g for 30 days even then on28/12/2014 i have no internet access on my mob. even my talktime balance was also 100 was deduced from my balance. how i am suffered please be resolve and give reply on my email id as soon as possible.

                                        I want to register a complaint against airtel,

                                        I am subscriber of airtel from last 4 years and i am having postpaid connection from last one year.
                                        i got a bill[protected] on 19th june having bill amount of 3120rs/-
                                        before paying that amount i got(to my alternate number-[protected]) call from one of
                                        airtel representative(suma-[protected]) after some conversation

                                        airtel representative : - sir pay 2700rs/-only instead of paying 3120rs/-
                                        (suma-[protected])

                                        Me : i need confirmation for this.

                                        airtel representative : ok
                                        (suma-[protected])

                                        Me : i got confirmation mail for paying 2700rs/-only instead of paying 3120rs/-.
                                        and i told her i pay this amount tomorrow at begumpet office and i will convert my postpaid into prepaid
                                        immediately
                                        airtel representative : sir pay me now 2700rs/- and it will take two days for updating 420rs/-.after that only you may convert
                                        (suma-[protected]) sim to prepaid,

                                        Me : i will pay this amount today, and also there is no postpaid bill for my sim from today, because i am not
                                        interest to continue in postpaid so update that amount as early as posible.


                                        airtel representative : sir after paying this amount you didn't get any postpaid bill until the bill updating, and after updating
                                        (suma-[protected]) this amount you have convert this sim into prepaid.


                                        I paid the amount through online, and after 3 days i went to kukatpally office at that they told me that you have a
                                        pending amount of 420rs/- pay this to convert to prepaid,
                                        immediately i made call to suma-[protected] ask her to about bill updating, she told me that it will take some
                                        time, after updating your bill you have to come to begumpet office to change your sim postpaid to prepaid.

                                        after paying 2700rs/- i am not using the sim([protected]), i think i didn't get the bill until 420rs/- has been updating.
                                        but i am getting bills from September, and now the total bill amount is 1895rs/-,
                                        in this bill of 1895rs/- the 420rs/- als included.(bill-nos::[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected]
                                        Recently i went to begumet airtel office and they are told me to pay this amount for converting to prepaid,
                                        and also i put mails to nodal officers and they also told me to pay total amount of 1895rs/- with out understanding the problem.


                                        The main problem while i raised a thing that not to get bills and they accepted for this, then why they send me the bills without
                                        using the sim, and they are not informed me that sir you will get the postpaid bill and you have to pay this amount(because while i
                                        told them not to continue in postpaid, it is minimum responsibility to tell me that sir you will get postpaid bill),
                                        and why should i have to pay this amount, and why they not updated the amount of 420rs/- till now,
                                        with out updating this amount how can i convert my sim into prepaid,

                                        bill is updted, they are not doing this, they didn't have communication between them, so that i got this problem, not only now
                                        i got before also but that time they solved it, so that i trust it.i am using airtel only for the name airtel, now there is no trust on
                                        airtel.}}


                                        if they update that amount then i will convert my sim into prepaid, so i can't get this bills,
                                        without updating the bill(and i am not using the sim) they are sending me again bills as their wish and ask me to pay.

                                        Even they are not responding properly, before paying the bills they are calling so many times after paying they are not responding to
                                        us, and also not remembering the things what they offered to customers, they are unable to understand this problem,

                                        I think at-least this time they understand my problem and solve it properly.
