I have submitted a complaint just few minutes before regarding Airtel 3G data service" and got a phone call from +91 [protected] and the person is asking for my credit card detail including 3 digit CCV number fro verification. Please let us know why this fellow is asking all credit card information for their verification. How do I know whether the person is calling from consumer complaints department? Please clarify....

REFUND OF DOUBLE CHARGES

Attitude of customer care

I called customer care this morning to verify a number that had come in. After held up by first rung responder for about 10 minutes the call is transferred to a so called supervisor. This supervisor responses in a most audacious and non caring manner called himself Srikumar or Srinivasan... that too after asking him for his name. He sounded sleepy and quote " tell me what do u want" sort of response. The best part of this is he does not ask...
