    24/11/2014 Referring to the 22nd complaint for Mobile Number [protected] ( Please refer complaint of 22nd from Bisanjit). On 23 rd we received a call from the number [protected] subsequently it was connected to Neptune Enterprises Kalyan branch, spoke to the representative via conference call. Yesterday when the call was received was busy in a family function, hence words was not grasped but the bottom line was that by Monday 24th the clerical problem of log in would be completed and the service would be restored. Today was trying the sourced number even sent sms but of no vail. We were assured of a call today. Again in a state of question mark on whether our services can e restored today.     Dear Irshad,

    Ref morning telecon where in you mentioned that mobile number [protected] in the name of Krishna V. Goswamy connection is duly started. Based on your words we switched over the Airtel simcard but the handset is showing NO SIM, hence we cannot call or sms at 59059 to get connectivity.

    After all the struggle was seeing the end of our misery but again presumably there is a problem. Never faced such hardship for a paid service and that too from a well renowned and reputed one like yours.

    Suggest take urgent action and whoever is involved is instructed accordingly and a legitimate prepaid service is started OR ELSE you are compelling us to approach your competitors who are equally competent to solve our problem. IT IS NOW OVER A MONTH AND YET A SIMPLE CONNECTION CANNOT BE RESTORED DESPITE SEVERAL REMINDERS, COMPLAINTS AND PERSONAL FOLLOW UP.
    Very Disappointed.

      Hi All I just wanted to share my horrible experience with Airtel during Mobile Number portability Few months ago, I received phone calls from some executive, claiming themselves as Airtel asking me to switch to Airtel as they offer attractive benefits..After few conversations, somehow I did not feel so good and decided not to proceed inspite of receving multiple calls from that number. After that, last month, I decided to switch to Airtel and called up the customer care to know the details..Logged a ticket through their website as well..they said an executive would respond and so they did.. Almost the next day, the airtel executive came home, filled forms and took back supporting documents FORGETTING THE SIM CARD..On repeated calls, he handed over a day or two later.. THE SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS WERE NOT SUBMITTED ON TIME BY THE EXECUTIVE DELAYING THE PROCESS..My existing operator disconnected my service and the Airtel simcard did not work as well..The huge number of AIRTEL customer care calls made by me were either not responded or the customer care abruptly cut the call or they had no idea what I am talking about..they all made the same answer of restarting my phone and wait for 4 hours which by that time had already done a zillion times..atlast after 4 days one executive found the issue with the sim number.He mentioned that the SIM NUMBER RESGITERED ON THEIR SYSTEM IS DIFFERENT FROM WHAT I HAVE..Spoke with the executive(who handed over the sim card), who initially picked the call, promising to reach on the same day and give the card..(NO APPOLOGIES EVEN THROUGH I FACED PROBLEMS FOR 4 DAYS BECAUSE OF HIM)... But NEITHER DID HE COME NOR DID HE PICK THE CALL AFTER THAT..I was FORCED TO VISTI AIRTEL GALLERY... The response that people gave me..my god!!!...one fellow says that I SHOULDNT HAVE TAKEN THE SIMCARD FROM THE EXECUTIVE RATHER I SHUOLD HAVE VISITED THE GALLERY..AS SUCH EXECUTIVES COULD TAKE AWAY MY SIMCARD USING MY NAME..Inspite of telling him that i spoke with the airtel customer care and they said some executive will respond for the documents... if your people(AIRTEL) send me a wrong person, how am i to be blamed?!!..Infact I had done this MNP earlier as well in Bangalore and an executive came and picked the documents and it was a hassle free transaction"..., he kept iterating the point "MADAM THIS IS MUMBAI, ANYTHING CAN HAPPEN?"...What the hell was this customer care response!!!..And now they refused to hand over any new sim card mentioning that there was no prob with sim card, its just that i did not get the right one..they asked me to wait for another 48 hours(which would make it 7 days without any connectivity)...oh God!!!..and ofcourse to please me, they sent out a mail to their customer care mentioning the name of person who brought all the troubles.. One thing to be mentioned, is the worst customercare, showing faces as if they are doing me free service and the response, scaring people more mentioning that guy who gave me the sim card could be wrong!!!.. I made online complaints as well..And the next day night, I SPOKE WITH CUSTOMER CAR WHO RESPONED SAYING THEY HAD NOT CHECKED THE REPLY FOR MY MAIL (THEY SENT THE PREVIOUS DAY) AND SAID ITS NOT THEIR RESPONSIBILITY...sooppeerb!!!...Later in the evening, the same person came and handed over the sim card and he had activated all by himself(What the hell!!!) and NO APPOLOGIES.I had called the same fellow 3-4 days back, he had promised that he would provide the correct sim and has turned up only after so many complaints..This was the end of 6 days without any mobile network.. Few things I observed in these 6 days (1)Pathetic Customer care service (2)Each gallery considers themselves as seperate companies and not as part of Airtel..they dont want to take blame of another airtel gallery.. (3)The guy doesnt even check the Sim card number and hands over whatever he feels like (4)Till we switch to another connection, all is well..you get showered with nice talks and promises.Once we move to their network, they dont even respond (5)I seriously dont know whether the person changed the sim card intentionally...I somehow felt if i wouldnt have taken any quick actions, I might have handed over the sim card taken in my name to some other person...which could seriously invite trouble for me Name of Person who took my documents and gave a wrong simcard :: Yogendra Name of Airtel gallery visited by me :: chakkala(opposite to Apple heritage) So people take enough precautions

        I have requested my broadband shifting to my new home on Nov 3rd. Airtel processed my request for 18 days just to say "We cant shift". I have been calling them daily and they promised me that airtel connection is available in that area and they will give connection 100%. But now, they are telling me it is not possible. If that is easy the case, they should have informed me earlier itself, so that I might have arranged some other service provider. Me being a freelancer have lost my clients due to absence of internet and this has affected my earnings for this month.

          I was a loop customer and my mobile no was [protected]. I stay in Thakur Village Kandivali so went to Thakur Village airtel gallery for porting.Over there they charged me 100/- INR without any receipt and its been a week but no network.Beside Vodafone charging no any porting charges for loop customers.I want my money back and cancel the portability of my number. I have already applied the porting to vodafone with no charges.

            Hi, I have bought Moto G (2nd gen) on 18th october with an offer for 1GB 3G data for 2 months. I have activated this offer by visiting airtel offer page in my mobile. I have used the service for one month(20th october to 19th nov). But they started charging before it exceeded the limit. I was not aware of this. As soon as i found that, i called up the customer care to lodge a complaint. Then raised a complaint and they said that we will activate the HBO(handset bunbled offer) by 12 pm. But it was not done so. they closed the request. Again in the evening i called up to ask for the reason. some floor manager spoke to me to check in *121*11#. I believe he is not wise enough to understand my problem. checked the code but nothing was there. Again i called to raise a complaint, they said we will activeate it by 24th. but on 20th itself got a message saying all the due recharge benifits are credited to your account. they did not do as usual. I have all the necessary details with me. Complaints no CBNRD[protected] and CWRCH[protected]. I dont know why they have to provide offer and trying to cheat customers. I dont want someone else to get caught in this. regards, Srini

              Hi, I am writing this mail to express my deepest disappointment with the Airtel Customer Care services. Earlier this month, I had spoken to a customer care representative to close an additional Airtel number that I possess [protected], Relationship no. [protected]. The customer care executive cancelled my number with immediate effect (at least, he told me he did) and the Interaction Id regarding cancellation of number is: [protected]. Even after this discussion I am getting a bill this month a monthly charge of 108 INR. Please note that my bill was all paid and in negative figures when I cancelled the bill. The customer care representative told me I had nothing to pay. Unfortunately, this is what I was dreading and has happened. There are many cases all over the internet of Airtel not cancelling numbers and sending bills to customers to earn revenue. Please note that, I will not pay any additional money to Airtel for this number since I have done my part and close the number. If you guys can't fulfill your tasks and resort to malpractices for earning more revenue I know where to complain. Consider this a humble request again to close the account or correct your systems.

                Being a customer of Airtel if i have any problem then i will 1st contant ur customer service only, but looking at ur operators response i m fully dis-satisfied with ur Customer care service. I have mged for the activation of 2days 2G service from my mobile no- [protected] on 24/11/14 and then waited for almost 30mins for the activation mge, but since no mge was delivered i tried once again but after 1hr saw Rs.20 was deducted from my acc balance. I tried to took help from ur customer service, but ur customer repressentative named rashmi was't able to provide any soln and transferd the call to some guy( head representative) who just cutted the phone betwn our conversation without proper soln. I am fully disapointed with such aproach o[censored]r customer service bcoze later also after calling 2-3 times no soln was provided. Please provide my Rs.10 back bcoze just 2days 2g net has been activated for which i have being charged Rs.20, whrere acc to rule just Rs.10 should have being deducted.

                  Hi, Below is the email I had sent to Airtel to address my issue however, the person whom I spoke with had embarrassed me by asking the proof of my CASH PAYMENT by sending him a scanned copy of the same & on telling him that i am in office & would not be able to provide him the scanned copy of the receipt he said that my complaint would not be taken care of as by just providing the receipt number does not shown the proof of payment. I am putting this under this forum coz i want to understand that if Airtel has this facility of home pick ups then why the consumer is suffering if the systems aren't updated at Airtel's end??How immaturity is this?? [protected][protected][protected][protected][protected][protected][protected]---... Here is the e-mail: i have an Airtel broadband connection which was due for payments. i had received a call from Airtel on 19th Nov wherein i had asked them to come over to collect the payments but NO-ONE called or turned up. Again, i had got a call from Airtel on 22nd and i had asked them to come over on 23rd Nov (sunday). wherein i had made the full and final settlement of Rs. 1500/- CASH to them. Now, since the POC i was speaking to, promised that the account will be activated very soon, its been 24 hours and still the services hasn't started and he assured that the number he is calling from does have an incoming facility & i can speak to them in case of any issues. however, on trying repeatedly at the numbers, no one addressed and answered my calls. The person i was in contact with from Airtel is - SAHIL The numbers i had received the calls from are - [protected] / [protected] The cash payment was for - Rupees 1500 Receipt Number is - 9470862 Connection is in Name of - Mr. Vikram Singh Could you please help in getting the services activated ASAP?                     Dear Sir/Madam, I had a recharge of Rs200 for my prepaid mobile no [protected] on Dt24/11/2014.First time it was unsuccessful and the next time I recharged again and the second time it was successful but money is deducted from my bankaccount twice (i.e. Rs 200 twice deducted even though only one successful transaction).                       Hi, I have raised a request for deactivating my mobile number ([protected], Account No [protected]) on August 6th 2014 via email to [protected]@in.airtel.com. I received an email confirming my deactivation (internet reference[protected] from airtel the very same week. Now after all these months, I got two bills (one in Oct and one in Nov) for the above mentioned mobile number. When I emailed back asking what's going on, Airtel replies saying that deactivation for the mobile happened only in 7th Nov 2014. I just don't understand what's going on now. Now I am asked to pay.                         Airtel Dongle number:[protected] Mr.Bharat G Suvarna I have been complaining repeatedly to Airtel about my internet connection not working at all during the day and works occasionally at night around 2.30am to 3am.The first time I complained I was told it has been escalated and issue will be resolved within a week, nothing happened I called back after a week I was told it was temporary congestion on the network and that my services should be working, upon my complaint once again that I still cannot browse the adviser insisted I go the Airtel gallery, I requested to know why? he said to rule out device or laptop fault, I explained if the internet works fine during latenights and works fine in another location how then is there is device or laptop fault it clearly indicates its a area specific issue and that there is congestion on the network mast, but he refused to acknowledge and insisted I visit the gallery, I was banging my head against a wall here angry and frustrated I visited the airte l gallery on my way to work, they tell me sorry we cannot register complaint systems are down.I leave.The next day I call contact centre once again and explained my issue all over again now this guy seemed to have logical thinking he registers my complaint once, but again nothinh happened internet still does not work...I decided to give another try at the gallery, again the same story systems are down I lost it, I raised my voice and the systems were working, my complaint is registered cos an engineer checked my dongle on my laptop in the gallery and internet was working fine with speeds upto 2mbs. My complaint is again registered for the fourth time SR No.59001034 I was asssured engineer will visit my place and issue will be fixed in the next 48 hrs nothing has happened my internet still does not work. I have been deprived of the service I am paying for and I am inconvenienced a great deal I depend on the internet for work its a monetory loss to me no one at Airtel seems interested in solving my issue Can this be taken up on high priority please

                          Im using airtel network for only internet. But this time i recharged by 100 rs. Full talktime. They deducted 35 rs few minute ago of recharge. Then im tried for lots of try for contact to customer care 121 and 198. But there are no idea about what should i do. Hope i will any support for my this action.

                                Hi Team, My mobile number : [protected] - AIRTEL I just migrated to Postpaid from prepaid on 22nd Nov 2014 after several repeated phone calls from the executive (Touchpoint teleservices Pvt. Ltd, Rajajinagar Bangalore). My prepaid services was disconnected on 22nd Nov 2014 at 8:30p.m after the verification proces and when my new postpaid sim was inserted it dint show up any network. Called up the executive the very next day i.e. on 23rd Nov 2014 but the phone was not reachable, Even tried their helpline numbers only to hear the recorded message (THE NUMBER IS NOT REACHABLE). Mentioned on the receipt: So called Helpline # [protected] (10:30 a.m to 6 p.m) But no response though I called them at 3 p.m Executive mobile # [protected] Land line #[protected] RNR. Email: [protected]@live.com / [protected]@airteltps.com Walked to the nearest Airtel store at Jayanagar 4th block - They replied back saying "The SIM number entered was incorrect" and we are just franchisee we cant rectify it and advised to visit the head office at Bannerghatta road, Reached there to see the doors closed. Finally called up customer care. They proudly claimed that they are not responsible and advised us to visit the agents store on Monday 24th Nov 2014. As I am into business and had to take up an critical call at 5 p.m and had also insisted the agents(touchpoint teleservices) about it N number of times. They promised that there will not be any kind of LAG in the network.Is this the way to treat your customers. Very dissatisfied with your service.I need an update on this at the earliest OR any other point of contact whom I can speak to. You can reach me on +91 [protected].                                 hi ...Recently i migrated prepaid to postpaid on 01/0/16...before they called me many times ..after i paid migration charges the told me it ll be activated with in 72 hours ..and later its not activated . and i called their help line ..even if its ringing also they are not picking my call.. hardly they will pic the call once keep on calling for 10 to 15 times ..and of lady " Thara " she will disconnect the call in middle and she wont pic the call again...and i[censored] want talk with her for quivery we need to call from different number . am facing the problem from many days ..this is the Damm service. air tel is a big network company i dont understand why they are giving partner ship like this companies.. this is the stupid and useless service ...
                                This so called Touchpoint teleservices Pvt. Ltd, Rajajinagar Bangalore) DONOT EVEN DESERVE A SINGLE STAR RATING.Had a very bad experience lasting for 4 months still not yet resolved.
                                have been waiting for the porting to airtel for the past 17days !!! touchpoint guy collected the documents and gave me the sims.. but since then .. no movement... mails and calls are not attended. airtel please fire them as your third party.

                                  My name is Ravichandran, using airtel 4 G wifi. My monthly tariff is 650 + tax. All of sudden this month I got bill for Rs.1, 057.85

                                  I called 121 and checked for billing clarification thy informed me, I was charged for VAS which is Airtel hot chilles and Hollywood services.

                                  In fact this is only wifi router, used only for browsing purposes as per my plan my down load speed may changed after reaching 3GB quota in total ( upload or down load )

                                  Why they are doing this trick ?

                                  The best solution - They indirectly motivate us to cheat them.

                                  They are preparing people for this. I kindly advice people who are using post paid, please cheat them, they are preparing us for this.

                                    Dear Customer relations officer, I am an Ex serviceman retired from the Indian Air Force after serving the nation for more than 20 years. This letter is being forwarded on behalf of my daughter, Aswathi Ramesh.This has reference to your bills generated against her mobile no [protected]. She had opted for this connection in July'2014 end and had paid the bills in the months of Aug and Sept'14. Since she was not getting proper service / connectivity in the no, she reported the issue to the agency where from the connection was taken and requested them to cancel her connection. However the agency didn't agree to her pleads and insisted to continue the connection on the petext that a connection can't be terminated before 3 months/ 90 days. So she told them not to bill further for this connection as she no more uses it. Still, it is noted that your office is continuing with generation of bill against this useless number which I feel is a violation of customer interests. Being an Ex serviceman, I don't wish to indulge in any violation of the rules of the land and hence request your good office to address this situation and settle the issue at the earliest. Kindly terminate the connection immediately as the same doesn't serve the purpose of availing net for her study purposes.So I repeatedly request you to cancel the latest generated bills as the number couldn't be used.                                         I Have been a regular customer of AirTel for 8-Years. I have Two Air tel mobile connections and a Airtel Tv Connections in my house. Yesterday (on Saturday, November 22, 2014) my Micromax mobile with Airtel pre-paid connection mobile Number:[protected] was lost or stolen from my Home. We all family members search the whole area in our house. We could not find it. So, I request you to block the number immediately and help us trace it. Today morning 10.30A.M.
