sir they have activated one year internet pack for rs. 1250/- without my approval. only i cpme to know when the bill has come, then on my request they have deactivte the same.but they have not less the above mention charges.     Sir, Yesterday I had recharged airtel 3g plan of Rs. 247/-. But it could not worked till now. I have too much data problem. It blinks as 2g or sometimes as 3g but not proper as 3g. I talked many times to airtel customer care executives but no one solved my problem. So please check the data Problem on my number and solve It asap. my no. Is [protected]. I shall be highlly thankful to you for this If it will be solved. This is third time re-remaider.

      My mobile number is [protected], I have been completely ripped off by Airtel company many many times. Yesterday (20/11/2014) in morning i had a balance on INR 872 in my mobile + 400 MB of 3 G Internet balance. I had 10 MB balance at 19:50 Hrs then i decided to turn the net off and recharge with another 3G data pack.An amount of INR 255 was deducted from my bank account but the recharge not successful. When i made a call to airtel customer care i was informed that there is no such recharge done. And that time only i have been informed about my main balance availability which was INR 295. I was shocked Airtel rocked...When i asked for the reason, i Have been told that this balance was deducted for Internet usage. When i asked that i still have 1.9 Mb left from my Internet pack then how come this big amount have been deducted from my main balance. when i made 10 calls, I could connect to senior officer and after lots of discussion i have been told that Airtel can refund me an amount on INR 500. Which proves that AIrtel company is a super Fraud company and they cheat on their clients a lot. It didn't happend first time with me and my money have been duducted many times in past and this is the time i am ready to kill my times in court and ready to Sue Airtel company. I know they have an army of lawyers, but i am determined. Mukesh Saharan

      Dear Airtel, Where is my money which have been deducted by Airtel from my mobile? I had 874 Rupees on 20 Nov 2014, with in couple of seconds all the money have been stolen (deduction is such a small word for such act, which is happening again and again) by your beautiful organization. I have been told that i will get all my money soon, I have 0 balance now in my mobile, i am unable to make any phone call. I don't want to recharge my moblie as i have no more trust left in this company. I have been ripped off by this company again and again. I am going through intense mental stress & agony because of your company. I am unable to focus on my work just because of this company. Airtel is completely responsible for all my agony and this company have to suffer for this act. I need all my right now. Your customer care executive already agreed to refund 400 rupees But that is not fair.

      Look into this matter soon. This is gone to be quite a serious issue this time.

        I had a Mobile Phone connection from the Airtel and the same was bearing No. [protected] and the same was closed / disconnected about 2 to 3 months back and after that i had paid two bills and again they have sent a bill for November 2014 during which period the phone was disconnected and the same was not operating. This is just nothing but harassing the citizens, i hereby request the Airtel to look in to my complaint, other wise i may have to file appropriate criminal and civil cases in the court of law. A.M.             Sir, Last month I have taken up a new Airtel postpaid connection for data card on monthly 650 plan of 5GB 3 G usage and unlimited 2G usage. The executive told me that on 3G connection my data speed will be 3.1 mbps and in 2G my data speed will be 130 kbps, i access my 3G data in the mentioned speed but the 2G spped is very slow and its below 10kbps. I have choosen this plan only for the 130 kbps unlimited plan and why should I have to pay Rs.650 + tax of 12.5% for this 5GB ... So i would like to file a complaint about the fake information provided by the executive ... Thank you, G.GOKUL

              Dear Airtel, I am writing this mail with a sense of deep remorse and pain. I am a loyal customer of airtel and have been using airtel services over last 10 years and am sure I am amongst few of those who opted for airtel services when airtel was about to establish itself. My name is Dr Subodh lall and this discomfort is regarding my airtel connection [protected]. I have been getting inflated bills over the last several months but like a very loyal customer of the company I did not feel like investigating the matter and kept on paying the bills till date when I realised that I was actually paying for DSL as well. On inquiring further I got to know that someone has erroneously activated DSL services on this connection without my consent. For your knowledge I have a separate airtel connection for dsl. The connection is in my son's name sudel lall ([protected]). I spoke to several of airtel representatives including Mr vivek Kumar, Mr gaurav tiwari, Mr piyush, etc however no one paid heed to it. The only thing they kept on saying was they can't do much on this and they would need additional time. Since Mr gaurav already told me that they have found out that someone from the sales team has activated it by mistake I döñt see any point waiting to get any sort of resolution on this. I plan to discontinue this connection as well as all airtel services as I have lost faith in the brand. Now, when I call Airtel call center and when I brief around the issue to the executives they keep me on long holds nad than disconnect the call. From one of my favourite brands in a week's time you have become a company that SUCKS. Thanks for building this perception in me and treating me so nicely.                 the company executive communicate me but not resolved that problem.she told me that our company technical team reached that location and resolve your problem. But long time no one came.
                We all Au housing finance office staff at Pali branch. At that location we 20 user suffering from network connectivity problem. So we cant communicate properly to our customer. About that problem we didn't any solution by the company.

                      There was a call we are from AIRTEL and your a lucky customer selected for this offer and your name will given out as HELLO TUNES for THREE MONTHS FREE OF COST. But immediately receive SMS saying that Rs 60.00 deducted for activating HELLO TUNES. This is day light fleecing innocent customer. Public should be aware of such CHEAP gimmicks.

                          I have recently ported from Loop to Airtel. My number is [protected] retained under MNP system. Before porting I was promised to receive 6 packs on my postpaid connection under myPlan 199 but after activation of the connection I have received only 4 packs. I had ported to Airtel only because of this offer. Airtel has cheated me and offered less than promised. Now, when I try to communicate with Airtel executive my queries are not been entertained. I have no option now but to move this to consumer forum as Airtel has tricked us onto getting Airtel connection.

                            Dear Sir, I am using Airtel SIM [protected]. (1) I bought Airtel 3GB unlimited internet data plan for Rs. 249.00, on 2G speed and after consuming 3GB data it provides 40kbps speed for 28 day from activation the plan. I activated this plan on 02/11/2014 and I consumed 3GB data on 16/11/2014. But today after consumimng 3GB data, I am receiving 0 to 0.5kbps data only instead of 40kbps. That is realy useless speed. (2) I tried 3 to 4 times to bay a Airtel unlimited internet night plan for Rs. 08.00, valide from night 00:00am to 06:00am on 2G speed. But my connection was broken by Airtel's Hidden Policy every time afer 30 to 40 second. I am 100% sure that there is the big Hidden Policy of Airtel to make money by cheating crores consumers per day. On 16/11/2014 at 11:20am I talk to Airtel Costomer Care Executive(Mrs. Poonam) but she did not respond properly. My Study, Office and Shop work is stopped due to insufficient and fraud internet plan services. I having lose for Rs. about 1000 to 12000 per day.                               I have been using Airtel's 2G service for some time now. For the last 10 days, the network connectivity has been extremely poor. I live on an institutional campus and a quick check with the student community showed that I wasn't the only one, most 2G users with Airtel were facing the same issue. I lodged a complaint with the Airtel consumer help (Complaint no. 369217) Sunday (16/11/14) evening. Note that the executive insisted I check my network settings, and only after I insisted that there were connectivity issues in my region did he agree to look into the problem. However, nothing changed. I tried calling Consumer Help again on Tuesday (18/11/14), as the connection had totally stopped by then, but was unable to connect to an executive. Thereafter, I filed an online complaint on Airtel's website (Receipt no. PR[protected], and the confirmation mail assured response within two hours. However, nothing improved and nobody contacted me from Airtel. Eventually, I posted a complaint on Airtel's facebook handle, which was immediately responded to, asking me to inbox my phone number. As a follow up, an executive from Airtel did contact me in the morning on the 19th, however, he again asked me to reset my network settings. I told him that the settings were fine, that I had reset them, but the executive insisted that I do it once again. I agreed to do so, on his assurance that if resetting did not solve the problem, he would forward the complaint to the networks team. He offered to call me back in some time, to verify if the problem had been resolved. As expected, resetting did not solve my problem and the executive failed to contact me thereafter. I was again left in a lurch. By night, I decided to put up the status again on my post on their facebook page, as that was the only place they seemed to reply. After explaining my situation, the answer I received was far from satisfactory, stating "Hi Kriti, this is with reference to our discussion, we have taken your address as an input for future planning and we will keep you updated towards the same. Regards' Dhrub". Further comments that I made were completely ignored by the admins. Incidentally, I know at least 10 more people who use Airtel's 2G network, live in the same hostel and have been facing the same problem for 10 days now. And there are ore users as well. Some of them have lodged complaints themselves, and have been dealt with similarly (askied t change network settings). One person in fact was promised that an engineer would be sent to the campus to get the network checked, but no one contacted him again and no engineer was sent. Fellow users who also wrote their complaints as a follow up of my complaint on the facebook page, were ignored and the Airtel admins handling the page deleted their complaints. This is totally unacceptable behaviour on the part of Airtel. We are facing issues because of lack of internet connectivity, the data packs that we have purchased from Airtel are going in vain, and Airtel refuses to acknowledge our situation, only ask us to repeatedly change our network settings. Help would be really appreciated!

                                My Airtel mobile number is [protected]. On 19/11/2014 at 7:13 PM, i received a message that i am charged INR 3 for some services. The next minute i received another message that INR 50 is being deducted for a game named 'Assassin's Creed'. Only then i knew that there is a game with this name in my mobile. I quickly called 'Airtel Customer Support' through 121 and spoke with a lady (Forgot her name). She said that i had played that game and that was the reason i was deducted INR 53 from my account. I denied that i never play games in my mobile and the mobile was idle with me and there are no children to play with mobile phones at my home. The lady had a lot of attitude that she kept cutting me off and never listened to what i spoke. Then i requested to speak to a supervisor. The call was transferred to another gentleman named Vignesh. I again explained Vignesh that i have not played the game and i want my money back. He stood firm and said we cannot return the money since i have played the game. I know this could go in circles. Hence i told him that i will complain to TRAI and Consumer Grievances Court and will also refer to this call which will be saved in the database. He was very reluctant and not customer-centric and lethargically said to complain wherever i want to. I am very worried since this is not the first time that Airtel is doing this sort of job to their loyal customers. I stayed with Airtel even through they raised all the service charges due to the INR 650 Crore penalty they paid to DoT. I need a response in 7 working days from Airtel through this forum, else, i will launch a formal complaint for Unfair trade practice and Deficient customer service through the Consumers Court. I will post this complaint through all the social networking forums and will tear the mask of Airtel, who proclaim they are the best Telephone and Internet Service Providers in India. Kingston

                                  dear sir, आपके कस्टमर ने मुज़े धोका दिया है एयरटेल कंपनी में जॉब मिला है ओर आपको Rs.2100/- भरे छूट बोलके मुज़से पैसे लिए और जब पैसे वापस करने को कहा तो ओ फोन नहीं उठा रहा तो मे आपसे बहुत उमीद से मेल कर रहा हु उस का नाम ओर A/C no. भी दे रहा हु Name ;- ROHIT SHARMA a/c ;- [protected] ये है ओर उसका कॉल मैंने Record किया हु आपसे उम्मीद है की उसके पास से मेरे पैसे मुज़े वापस कर दो अगर police comp lent करना हो तो कर दो मई सब साबुत आपको दे ढुंगा मेरा नाम laxman muragappa DATE 19/11/2014 इस डेट का HDFC Bank का चेक है तो बड़ी उम्मीद के सात आपसे प्राथना कर रहा हु की मेरे पैसे मुज़े वापस कर दीजे।

                                    Hello Sir, I'm using airtel prepaid sim and the network is VERY VERY poor inside the house. I live in Nizampet village (Bandari layout). Can you please fix it. I have complained many times to customer care and no action was taken. If this is not getting fixed probably i will be moving to another network. I guess many customers would have already complained about this connectivity issue. Pls fix it.

                                    Even I'm facing this issue with AIRTEL and I want to shift to another. Waste of paying around 300-400 for 2 sims, wrost part is now a days we need to pay even for incoming calls

I Wood like to inform u that i am using XPERIA Z1 but my phone there is no network each n everyday since long time.(mainly inside of the resi (Bhadrappa layout or tata nagar-PIN-560094) or office, That's why I can't do my work in net. For this reason i have call yesterday and informed to your executive. So request you to u please solve the problem ASAP, otherwise i will port no. My no is [protected] Thanking you ... earlier in 3G network H+ was there, now only 3G network H is coming...Your Network is getting tooo bad now a days. and very soon you will loose your valuable customers.

                                        I have submitted my all documents including Pay slip, Address Proof, Id Card, , Voter Address, Pan Card and 250 Rs cash on 13 November 2014 (Thursday) for prepaid to postpaid migration. They told me it will be activate in 72 Hours but its been 6 days and still my connection is not activated. Please find attached the slip which they provided me on 13 November.
