From the Airtel website I was that there is plan 3g data 300 MB- 1 month- 102/- Rs. I recharged on 21st Oct 2014, online through freecharge.in, then I got the msg your recharge is successful. When I used the internet on phone I came to know that my main balance is deducted showing zero balance. I called 198 customer care and given the details they told me that till 28th oct your issue will be resolved False commit 1 from floor manager( aap nishchint rahiye aapko dobara call karna nahi padega). They agreed, they have given wrong benefits, its airtel mistake, why I should suffer. Obviously issue not solved, I again called 198 on 28th oct asking for the same( given them the same story) executive told that you will get call from backend team in next 3 hours False commit 2( aap nishchint rahiye aapko dobara call karna nahi padega). Obviously no call, after 4 hours I again called 198 asking for the same there they connected me to backend team. Now the backend team person told me that your issue will be resoved in 72 hours(3 days) False commit 3( aap nishchint rahiye aapko dobara call karna nahi padega). Obviously no benefits given, So I again called 198 on 31st Oct asking for the same. connected to floor manager, finally he told me that your issue will not be resolve. Absolutely pathetic and frustrating experience... I am currently having a very frustrating experience with them they took almost 12 days with no results. I don't want to take any service from Airtel nowonwards, I am closing my current Digital HD connection too. and will discontinue other Digital connections from my family. I strongly recommend, do not use airtel, use any other

      This is great regret to you inform that the bill issued for the period 26 sept.2014 to 25 oct. 2014, seems erroneous. Arrears shown Rs.759.01( Bill for the Month Aug.14) is not acceptable. We have paid this amt. vide ch. no.177064 dt.13/9/2014 and same is debited from our bank account. It was brought to the notice of your billing dept. and they had promised to update their record. still we receive your sms to make payment of said bill. Therefore, you are here by inform to sort out the issue & make necessary changes in your record & revert with reply.

        First I would like to say that it is one of the worst service I have ever seen. I am looking for my old bills on my registered address and whenever I call/send mail I get response that sir within 5 days you will get these. It is more than 2month with no luck. When I sent mail to close my connection then nobody response, It is really frustrating. I want to close my connection as a big company Bharti Airtel do not able to send paper bill.

The have recently send me a bill for the period 11 October to 10 November despite the same has been surrendered in September itself by me. Airtel services is useless and bakwaas.

              I have bought this dongle one month back, and gave my bangalore address for verification, as no one visited the house for verification (They used call for address, but never turn up). I have bought this dongle in Manyata tech park, and now the airtel guy from whom i got this dongle is not responding, and he is so aroggant and chllenging me to complaint aginst him.

                Hai my name k. Pradeep kumar. I ordered airtel digital tv online in offcial airtel wbsite on 15.11.2014 at 3.03pm. I got message and confirmation that payment had received and they had given customer id : [protected].. But still now it is not installed.

                As per live chat i had done with airtel representative they said definetely with in 4-6 hours it will be installed. But till now no one called and nothing happened..

                From 15.11.2014 afternoon 3 pm iam called nearly 8 times to customer care.. They are telling we are sending mails it will be done in next 4 hours like that but till now no reponse...

                If they are unable to provide service why they give false information to acquire business...

                Really very bad response from airtel

                Even they are refunding back money if they are unable to give service

                  I paid Rs. 400 for recharging my mobile ([protected] on 16th Nov (Rs. 200 each on two occasions) through my Kotak Mahindra Bank account vide transaction reference numbers [protected] and [protected]. My mobile has not been recharged so far. On 16th November I used the Airtel website and made a complaint. To this I got the following reply: "Dear Customer ! Thank you for writing to us. We acknowledge receipt of your complaint, your reference no. is PR[protected] . We shall get back to you within 2 hrs. We thank you for your patience. Warm Regards, Airtel customer service team, [protected]@in.airtel.com Bharti airtel limited" Despite this reply till now my mobile has not been recharged.

                        I, Mayukh Bhattacharya, user of Airtel Broadband Connection for the past 3 months am extremely miffed with their billing procedures. I have unlimited plan which gives me 5GB downloads @ 2MBPS and 512kbps thereafter. The problem is that this 5GB quota gets exhausted within the first 10 days of the month regardless of the fact whether I download or not. I have read similar complaints so I guess I am not the only sufferer. This month, my billing started on the 11th of November and today I got a mail stating that I have already downloaded more than 4gb and have only 0.89 gb worth of high speed data usage left. When I went on to my detailed usage summary, it shows that I have downloaded approximately 533 mb on 13th of November whereas in reality I had downloaded approximately 845 mb! And on 11th of November it shows I have downloaded approximately 700 mb whereas I didn't download anything as such on that very day! This happens every month and is really annoying. I have another friend with the same plan who has the same complain. Its disappointing that such a reputed company is dealing with its customers in such a way. I have sent them an email regarding this issue and am hoping for a sincere reply. Mayukh Bhattacharya. Kolkata.

                        I wrote on the official facebook page of Airtel India. They have taken down my contact number and have told me that they will contact me tomorrow and resolve my problem! Eagerly waiting for their call.

                        Airtel customer service said that they have reset my modem so I should not be facing data consumption problems any more. So I take their words and I will keep track to ensure that no further incident like this occurs.

                        So I send an email to airtel stating that I am unhappy with their services and all of a sudden they decide to give me an additonal data pack of Rupees 299 without me even asking for it. This is thoroughly unprofessional on their part and really annoying!

DOB: 22/6/1986 For this job, I had called on [protected], after so many question and answers finally the call was answer, but the customer service personel was behaving in very sub-standard manner and was asking so many vague question as why didnt i had gone to police station and all rather than asking all details to solve the job. when i questioned him the same he replied in very bad way by saying slangs. this customer service is never expected from your organisation. worst experience from your end. regds rana [protected]@gmail.com

I have already lodged a complaint on the Airtel's website but after five days of suffering the number is still not functional.                                 13th Nov... I have applied for a new post paid connection in airtel website and also paid activation fee 300 rupees in online store (airtel).. While applying, i was told that i will receive a call in 24-48 hrs but it been almost 4 days now and no one has contacted me yet. PLEASE DONT PROVIDE ONLINE SERVICE IF YOU ARE NOT CAPABLE. i could have easily walked to the ARC and could have done this in a single day, but its been 4 days and i have no clue what is happening. WORST PART IS WHEN I DIALED 121 FOR HELP, THEY TOLD THAT THEY CANT HELP SINCE IT WAS PURCHASED ONLINE AND ASKED ME TO DROP AN EMAIL TO [protected]@in.airtel.com and I WILL RECEIVE A RESPONE IN 4 HRS TIME. I DID WRITE AN EMAIL AND ITS BEEN MORE THAN 4 HRS NOW AND HAVENT GOT ANY RESPONSE YET. ALSO I TRIED REACHING [protected] BUT IT IS NOT EVEN GETTING CONNECTED. Now i don't whom else to contact and what else to do. Transaction Reference no. is : [protected] and my reference number is [protected]. HOPING HELP FROM SOMEONE on this

                                  I a I am a premium user of your services . I have been willing to change my plan from a long time but your customer service executives are just no coperating. This is terrible . This month bill i received was 2800 + whereas i requested for plan change 14 days ago which was not implemented. coperating. This is terrible . I called to ask details but they were not able to answer softly.Today called your Customer care executive, he is also not able answer me properly.Not able understand customer situation, non of customer cares are like this

                                      I have made a recharge of Rs.200/- on[protected]. I may have made one or two local calls for very small duration. To day when I tried to call someone I am told that there is no sufficient credit to materialise the call. I have faced the problem earlier also. In this connection I would like to know why the credit exhaust when I am not using it. In this connection I would request the appropriate authority to check my account and let me know why I am loosing so much amount and on what account the credit is used.                                         we hav a 4G internet connection setup this month recently soon after a wrk the speed started to dwindle and now the status is that the connection breaks every now and then. The usage limit has not been crossed by us. Bills are fully paid up. We did lodge a complaint on their site which promises a call back within 2 Hrs to resolve the issue which didn't happen. Worse is the online status of the complaint shows 'closed'. Is this the way every braodband complaint is treated. We have opted for one of the expensive connections..pathetic Airtel service!! complaint ref no: OT[protected]
