Hello, I tried recharging my no.[protected] on 23rd evening for Rs 100 via SB Internet banking gateway.The balance got debited but the recharge didn't take place.Error shown was transaction declined by your bank.Please look into the matter and get the refund done at the earliest.       Hi Team, My mobile number : [protected] - AIRTEL I just migrated to Postpaid from prepaid on 22nd Nov 2014 after several repeated phone calls from the executive (Touchpoint teleservices Pvt. Ltd, Rajajinagar Bangalore). My prepaid services was disconnected on 22nd Nov 2014 at 8:30p.m after the verification proces and when my new postpaid sim was inserted it dint show up any network. Called up the executive the very next day i.e. on 23rd Nov 2014 but the phone was not reachable, Even tried their helpline numbers only to hear the recorded message (THE NUMBER IS NOT REACHABLE). Mentioned on the receipt: So called Helpline # [protected] (10:30 a.m to 6 p.m) But no response though I called them at 3 p.m Executive mobile # [protected] Land line #[protected] RNR. Email: [protected]@live.com / [protected]@airteltps.com Walked to the nearest Airtel store at Jayanagar 4th block - They replied back saying "The SIM number entered was incorrect" and we are just franchisee we cant rectify it and advised to visit the head office at Bannerghatta road, Reached there to see the doors closed. Finally called up customer care. They proudly claimed that they are not responsible and advised us to visit the agents store on Monday 24th Nov 2014. As I am into business and had to take up an critical call at 5 p.m and had also insisted the agents(touchpoint teleservices) about it N number of times. They promised that there will not be any kind of LAG in the network.Is this the way to treat your customers. Very dissatisfied with your service.I need an update on this at the earliest OR any other point of contact whom I can speak to. You can reach me on +91 [protected].       hi ...Recently i migrated prepaid to postpaid on 01/0/16...before they called me many times ..after i paid migration charges the told me it ll be activated with in 72 hours ..and later its not activated . and i called their help line ..even if its ringing also they are not picking my call.. hardly they will pic the call once keep on calling for 10 to 15 times ..and of lady " Thara " she will disconnect the call in middle and she wont pic the call again...and i[censored] want talk with her for quivery we need to call from different number . am facing the problem from many days ..this is the Damm service. air tel is a big network company i dont understand why they are giving partner ship like this companies.. this is the stupid and useless service ...
      This so called Touchpoint teleservices Pvt. Ltd, Rajajinagar Bangalore) DONOT EVEN DESERVE A SINGLE STAR RATING.Had a very bad experience lasting for 4 months still not yet resolved.
      have been waiting for the porting to airtel for the past 17days !!! touchpoint guy collected the documents and gave me the sims.. but since then .. no movement... mails and calls are not attended. airtel please fire them as your third party.

        My name is Ravichandran, using airtel 4 G wifi. My monthly tariff is 650 + tax. All of sudden this month I got bill for Rs.1, 057.85

        I called 121 and checked for billing clarification thy informed me, I was charged for VAS which is Airtel hot chilles and Hollywood services.

        In fact this is only wifi router, used only for browsing purposes as per my plan my down load speed may changed after reaching 3GB quota in total ( upload or down load )

        Why they are doing this trick ?

        The best solution - They indirectly motivate us to cheat them.

        They are preparing people for this. I kindly advice people who are using post paid, please cheat them, they are preparing us for this.

          Dear Customer relations officer, I am an Ex serviceman retired from the Indian Air Force after serving the nation for more than 20 years. This letter is being forwarded on behalf of my daughter, Aswathi Ramesh.This has reference to your bills generated against her mobile no [protected]. She had opted for this connection in July'2014 end and had paid the bills in the months of Aug and Sept'14. Since she was not getting proper service / connectivity in the no, she reported the issue to the agency where from the connection was taken and requested them to cancel her connection. However the agency didn't agree to her pleads and insisted to continue the connection on the petext that a connection can't be terminated before 3 months/ 90 days. So she told them not to bill further for this connection as she no more uses it. Still, it is noted that your office is continuing with generation of bill against this useless number which I feel is a violation of customer interests. Being an Ex serviceman, I don't wish to indulge in any violation of the rules of the land and hence request your good office to address this situation and settle the issue at the earliest. Kindly terminate the connection immediately as the same doesn't serve the purpose of availing net for her study purposes.So I repeatedly request you to cancel the latest generated bills as the number couldn't be used.               I Have been a regular customer of AirTel for 8-Years. I have Two Air tel mobile connections and a Airtel Tv Connections in my house. Yesterday (on Saturday, November 22, 2014) my Micromax mobile with Airtel pre-paid connection mobile Number:[protected] was lost or stolen from my Home. We all family members search the whole area in our house. We could not find it. So, I request you to block the number immediately and help us trace it. Today morning 10.30A.M.                   I am loyal customer to Airtel since 2007. I have booked Airtel Broadaband service in the month of July-2014. An airtel executive came and collected 1000/- as an advance for the installation. The connection was not made due to unavailability of line in this area. The money has not refunded yet. Made a compliant with Airtel No# 50007248, but no response. When I contacted Airtel Chennai CC to[protected] they picked up the call didnt answer. I didn't expect this from Airtel. Shame on the service and followup.

                  Applied for Airtel Broadband in Chennai and paid 1000 Rs to Airtel executive. Later they told BB connection is not possible in my Area. I have been waiting or my money since June2014. They are not responding now even after creating the compliant 50007248. How can I get my advance money back from Airtel? When I the local contacted local customer care[protected], no update from them.

                    have received a Phone Call from a Mobile vide No. [protected] at 12.23 pm yesterday[protected]regarding SBI Credit Card Refund of Rs. 4, 949/- against invalid earlier payment of Rs. 4, 949/-. One OTP was received at that time in my mobile at [protected] But after some time I realize that the phone call was false due to a payment was made from my S.B.I. Credit Card in place of refund.The call has told his name is Mr. R.K. Srivastav.                         Off late due to Loop Mobile closing down we shifted 3 Postpaid numbers to Airtel . But one number which was Prepaid we are facing problems. The number in consideration is [protected] in the name of Mrs. Krishna V. Goswamy my Mother in law. She is a senior citizen residing in Kalyan. As advised by your Company representative we have initially done the portability, then along with the number on 13th Nov submitted 1 Coloured Aadhar card copy, one photograph and Rs 30 was paid to Neptune Enterprises, Kalyan Gallery--- Address - Shop No 4, Om Krupa Building, Kalyan City, Shivaji Path, Zunjarrao Nagar, Near Anant Halwai, Kalyan (W) - 421301. We were also given the SIM card. It was mentioned that within 7 days the service would be operational. Today on 22nd Nov when we had been to the Thane gallery we were made aware that the concerned person had not logged in the desired inputs hence it was pending. Due to the inefficiency and careless attitude of that person we are yet to get connected. Spoke today to Santosh of Prepaid dept he has advised us to switch over to the new SIM Card and within 72 hrs there would be an Airtel connection and thereupon the formalities to be completed and the switch over would take place for good. Kindly ensure that there is no further delay. Unfortunately your representatives while collecting the documents do not give any acknowledgement hence it is difficult for us produce proof. Would suggest any paper or written complaint should be stamped or else we will have to run from pillar to post for confirming our stand.                           i am using [protected] from 2011, as i relocated i requested to cancel my connection on 2014 July. i spoke to customer care about this they asked me to clear due bill and i cleared my due amount as on july 21. my connection is not deactivated but forcefully my connection is continued saying i am in different plan, which i was not at all interested, every time i called CC they made some reason and keep continue my number. i am frustrated as i am misguided every time since July 2014 about cancelling my connection and keep on sending bills. i am clearly asked CC in july to terminate my connection why they are not doing, CC are not ready to listen and i request to stop my connection here again, i lost hope in your Customer care here every time we are misguided. My simple request is to terminate my [protected] post paid connection. Please airtel stop exploiting customers.

                            Greetings, I am facing issue in my 4 mbps ILP . We are getting high latency and packet loss issue. Now we have started facing this issue since this week, and to tell you honestly I have been loosing my sleep over it. We have tried logging complaints to the data support team but they refuse saying this is not their concern as this is not a technical issue. Reasoning - How can this be a fault of ours, just 7 days back everything was running as smoth as milk with the same downlaod and upload volume but suddenly the choking of data has started as per MRTG graph. I just request the teams to own up the responsiblity and atelase try to chek the issue instead of misbehaving and treating customers like dog. MRTG GRAPH - The choking of MRTG graph in inconspicuous, How can the graph choke on itself if there were no changes form the user side. To support my cause, please pick the last 15 days data upload and download volume and make a simple logical comparsion, but the people on phone think its better to argue than to listen to sound reason. History This issue has an history, we had faced this issue last year as well and after a series of email conversations it was found that something was amiss with the connection ports(NOT SURE ABOUT THE EXACT REASON). Whatever the reason was the airtel team was able to fix the issue that time, the issue was same that the MRTG graph fluctuated and packets loss started. sr no.[protected] circuit id -5340933 free ip =182.71.184.163 contact-[protected] I HAVE A BELIEVE OVER AIRTEL CUSTOMER SUPPORT VALUES, IF YOU PEOPLE DO NOT RESPECT YOUR OWN VALUES THEN WHO WILL RESPECT THEM. It blinks as 2g or sometimes as 3g but not proper as 3g. I talked many times to airtel customer care executives but no one solved my problem.                                     My mobile number is [protected], I have been completely ripped off by Airtel company many many times. Yesterday (20/11/2014) in morning i had a balance on INR 872 in my mobile + 400 MB of 3 G Internet balance. I had 10 MB balance at 19:50 Hrs then i decided to turn the net off and recharge with another 3G data pack.An amount of INR 255 was deducted from my bank account but the recharge not successful. When i made a call to airtel customer care i was informed that there is no such recharge done. And that time only i have been informed about my main balance availability which was INR 295. I was shocked Airtel rocked...When i asked for the reason, i Have been told that this balance was deducted for Internet usage. When i asked that i still have 1.9 Mb left from my Internet pack then how come this big amount have been deducted from my main balance. when i made 10 calls, I could connect to senior officer and after lots of discussion i have been told that Airtel can refund me an amount on INR 500. Which proves that AIrtel company is a super Fraud company and they cheat on their clients a lot. It didn't happend first time with me and my money have been duducted many times in past and this is the time i am ready to kill my times in court and ready to Sue Airtel company.                                     Dear Airtel, Where is my money which have been deducted by Airtel from my mobile? I had 874 Rupees on 20 Nov 2014, with in couple of seconds all the money have been stolen (deduction is such a small word for such act, which is happening again and again) by your beautiful organization. I have been told that i will get all my money soon, I have 0 balance now in my mobile, i am unable to make any phone call. I don't want to recharge my moblie as i have no more trust left in this company. I have been ripped off by this company again and again. I am going through intense mental stress & agony because of your company. I am unable to focus on my work just because of this company. Airtel is completely responsible for all my agony and this company have to suffer for this act. I need all my right now. Your customer care executive already agreed to refund 400 rupees But that is not fair.

                                    Look into this matter soon. This is gone to be quite a serious issue this time.

                                      I had a Mobile Phone connection from the Airtel and the same was bearing No. [protected] and the same was closed / disconnected about 2 to 3 months back and after that i had paid two bills and again they have sent a bill for November 2014 during which period the phone was disconnected and the same was not operating. This is just nothing but harassing the citizens, i hereby request the Airtel to look in to my complaint, other wise i may have to file appropriate criminal and civil cases in the court of law. A.M. CGPSC[protected] I called on costumer care and they did not satisfy me and they put me on hold but after that they cut the call what kind of satisfaction is this i am using my no. [protected] since 4 years if this is a behaviour of a costumer care representative i will port my no. to any other provider your Internet is not working kindly do some needful thing from which i can able to surf my internet thanks & regards Prityush Rajpoot
