Hi, This is with regards to the email I received titled "Plan revision for your Airtel 4G CPE" on 11/11/2014. I was informed that my plan will be changed as follows from 27th December, 2014 : 4G LTE 999 Data plan(without voice & sms) to 4G 999 CPE Lock Data plan (without voice & sms) Firstly, I did not at any point of time request Airtel or it's affiliates to change my plan. I was not even given a phone call to check whether I was ok with such a change. This new plan which you are enforcing on me involves the following: 1. The data plan I had signed up for was unlimited and I could use the internet without any extra payment at a lower speed once the high speed data limit (10GB) was over. However, I will now be forced to pay 2p/10KB for the data I use beyond the 10 GB, which is contrary to what I was promised when signing up with Airtel. 2. Even though I live in an area with several broadband options available, I opted for the 4G option as I was promised that I could use the device in multiple locations or while travelling as it would switch to 2G or 3G whenever available. The new plan clearly states that it is purely 4G and will not switch to 2G or 3G, if 4G does not work. Moreover, even at my registered address, 4G often fails and I have had to use 3G to ensure uninterrupted access. This clearly defeats my primary purpose of getting an Airtel 4G connection 3. I was told that I could use my 4G sim in any type of 4G dongle or router, but the new plan appears to lock it to the CPE router device only. It is very obvious that the plan change which you are forcing me to submit to is highly unethical as it removes almost ALL the features of the 4G plan which you highlighted while selling me your product. This is a clear case of false advertising and then stripping the promised features of a product after a customer enters into contract. I definitely intend to use all options available to appeal against this before the Telecom authorities and Consumer Disputes Redressal forums. If you are no longer willing to provide the service as promised to me, I would like my full device cost to be refunded and contract terminated after I have arranged an alternative service provider.

    Hi, I am Akansha Sharma I have requested to port my airtel prepaid mobile number [protected] to airtel postpaid and then i received a call from airtel backend office named MR. RAHUL ([protected]) on 31.10.2014, i have confirmed the AIRTEL POSTPAID PLAN OF 1599/- and MR. RAHUL has sent a guy Mr. Deepak ([protected]) to take my documents and security deposit of 250/- on 01.11.2014. Later i was told that they can not give me the said plan, so i told them to refund my security deposit and my documents back; its been more than 10 days now niether i have received my security deposit nor my documents; it seems that they are miss using my documents. I have been calling them since a week and now nobody is receving a call.

      Dear Sir, I'm using Airtel Post paid number [protected]. Last month my bill extra charged for the Internet usage. I activated Internet services for 1700 MB and my total usage is 1689MB only. But in my bill Extra Amount is charged for extra Internet usage. But my usage is not went beyond my limit. For This I complained on Airtel Services and following to solve the issue. I was been forwarded to so many officers for the last 20 days but no proper solution has been provided. The way I got from here and there for the last 20 days on Airtel is really unacceptable. Very poor Service from Brand Name Airtel. Thanks, Sathish.S

        I have recently migrated to Airtel Prepaid Mobile and have severe connectivity issues, due to which i have to remain totally disconnected for almost half of my day. I am not receiving network signal when I switch to 3G mode, but 2G mode works fine. The place where I stay has limited 2G coverage but full 3G coverage, which forces me to switch to 3G mode. I faced this issue earlier and the same was resolved after multiple follow up for 2 days. Everything was working fine for more than a month after the issue was resolved first time, and the issue popped up all of a sudden without any intimation. This time also I have contacted the customer care as well as nodal office for a resolution, but they are not able to provide a proper resolution. The response from customer care is as below: I have a 2G plan activated in my mobile and hence I won't be able to use 3G until the 2G balance gets over or the 2G pack expires, even if I do a 3G recharge. This was neither communicated to me at the time of getting the connection nor this information is not displayed in their website. I was able to use 3G even when I had 2G packs enabled on my account, but they stopped it without any intimation (complaint no. COUTL[protected]). The nodal office asked me to do a 3G recharge and give a try, which they are also sure will not solve the issue. Also they will not be refunding the money if it does not solve the problem. This is the first time i am hearing a service provider asking the customer to pay for resolving an issue. Another option was to get a different SIM, which will also not resolve the issue as its not a problem with. I am sure that I can get 2G and 3G together even if I have subscribed to 2G pack, as I was using it for more than a month now. Last time I had to waste almost 2 days of mine talking with customer care to get the issue resolved, this time also I had wasted a day and the issue is not yet resolved.

          I have recharged my mobile No.[protected] on 02/11/2014 with Rs. 222 full talk time but airtel is showing 0 balance in my account though I have not called or messaged any one and they are telling your money is kept as whatsapp usage package for which I have seperately recharged my account with Rs. 45 on 01/11/2014 with a validity of 28 days with 600 MB. Earlier also they had deducted Rs. 30.20 and refunded us on 06/11/2014. this is the regular habit of the Airtel. If same is not rectified within a hour we are going to take serious legal action against the Airtel

            I have ported from loop to airtel my sim got activated on 8th november 2014 i had been promised 300 mins free and 1 gb internet free as per my new plan.its just been 2 days and i have been charged 200rs for internet whereas i have used on 54mb till date n 199 for call charges when my total duration is less than 300mins which is free.Its just been 2 days and i have been charged 400rs without using this number much.

              Hello Sir, I am prepaid customer and my number is [protected]. Before opening Mobile data, I checked the data balance which shows above 135 MB 3G balance and above 40 MB 2G balance, and I opened website only 5 times whose address is http://fgr.educomp.com, then I checked my whole mobile data including from my account balance(136 as main balance) has been deducted from my account. I didn't even download single file and all my automatic update setting has been disabled. Whole data has been deducted only in 40 min. Please resolve this issue ASAP. Regards Yatendra

                I got a message on my TV that give a miss call to [protected] and get details about ur package. When I gave a miss call to [protected], I received a call from [protected] in which I was told that recharge for 10 months and get 2 months free. Recharge for 2200rs. only. I did recharge for 2200rs. on the very same day but I couldn't get the validity of 12 months on my airtel d2h. I have been calling them since them but the customer support is also not able to solve the issue. I want the problem must be solved.

                  To, TRAI ( TELEPHONE REGULATORY OF INDIA ) Date : 11 November, 2014 Subject : Complaint against Bharti Airtel Respected Sir, Respectfully I want to draw your kind attention against Bharti Airtel.Let me introduce myself, I am Vijay Verma and I live in Moradabad, U.P. I am using a postpaid number of Airtel from last 11 years. I always pay my bills before the due date but when I paid the bill of May, 20 on 21st of May, 2013 of 376.5 against which I paid 370 whose reciept no. is '2605060' but after it when my bill of June came it was added with a late fees .I reported this problem to custumer care they said that mine problem will be solved shortly but they had did nothing except befooling me . My next bill was also added with a late fees I again contacted customer care but this time they said to me that we can't do anything in it you have to go to our franchise to whom you have deposited the money and talk to him for this. When I went to their franchise M/s Times Services located at Kapoor Company, Moradabad they said that we have gave the money to the company on time and we dont know that why they are charging a late fees that dont worry this late fees would not be added to your next bill.I became helpless when I got the bill of July, 2013 .I visited Airtel's website and again reported a complaint regarding this after few days a message came on my phone which said problem solved customer satisfied but it was only a camouflague late fees was again added in my next bill .After it I made a call to custumer care it said that give us some time your problem will be garrentedly solved.But this also doesn't helped me all my bills continued to come with a late fees.On August, 2014 I again made a call again to customer-care and this time they asked me to mail all the copies of reciepts .I send this to them although this charged me very much as I have to go to cyber cafe every time when they demanded the copies of the reciepts or wanted me to mail the information to them. But they had no care of their customers, my problem was then also not solved .On 22th September they barred my cell No. due to their fault. Then I mailed to Nodal Officer then he asked me to send all the information along with the e- copies of all the reciepts again and then said to me taht these late fees leived on me are correct and I have to pay the amount which which was now more than rs.2200 . I also asked him to recheck all the information as I had paid all my bills on time.but he said that you have to pay all this amount otherwise we will not start your service.Disappointedly I had also not paid the bills of months from when my services were disconnected to till date. Yesterday people of Airtel had came to my house and were shouting and abusing very badly.My family member request him to talk normaly but they regularily shouting and abusing in front of my house. I request you to please help me against this in-justice done by Airtel and I appeal to you to please resolve this problem as soon as possible due to their mistake I have to suffer and when I had pay all bills before due date ( after deduction of late fee which Airtel levied on me every month From June 2013 ). ( Payment details with receipt No. which i had pay to Airtel an excel sheet attached with this letter) So my humble request to you please help to solve this problems i.e.  late fee amount from June 2013 to Sep.2014 ( ₹100.oox16 = ₹ 1600, 00)  Service tax amont which charged by Airtel on late fee 12.50x16= ₹200.00 (12.50% as service Tax on late fee per month so 12.50X16=200.00)  Total amount ₹1600+200=1800) as I want to be free from your dues rather my number remain barred but please solve this late fees problem, so that I shall be free from Airtel and port my number to some other company better than Airtel. So please do the needful for resolution of my problem with Airtel as I wanted to use my same no. i.e. [protected] with any other company’s connection. Hope you will understand my problem.                     We were mis-sold by a Channel Partner of Airtel (Kaki Communications), we were given a plan which was wrong due to which we chose it. Now, when we realised it, we decided to change the plan but Airtel ask us to compromise by asking us to stay on the same plan. How is it fair?

                      I get lots of offer mess from airtel in which it was written that on recharge of rs 75 u will get 1 gb data. I recharged with this offer and got only 100 mb. I spoke to cust care and they were helpless. Our money is not for hole. Dissatisfied with airtel and will not advise to go with it. Very bad exp.

                        Now Airtel is cheating the customers by sending fake SMS from 121 stating "100 MB free data will expire today" .Post which usage will be charged from main account" even though i have not enabled any data pack. When i try to enable mobile data all my balance got detected. i called Airtel customer care they said there are not responsible for this SMS and will not give you respect. Even many people faced the same.. issue, , , Don't go for Airtel...!

                            Recharged with 249 for 3g pack saw this amount in the airtel website for 28 days data pack I received a message for recharge but no plan was activated I again recharged for 255 only then my data, pack got activated kindly refund my money find the message belowRecharge successful for Rs 249.00 .Talktime Credited: Rs 0.00, Processing Fee: Rs 221.61, Service Tax: Rs 27.39. Current Balance: Rs 86.01. Validity :03-May-29

                              Recently moved to Bangalore and applied for a new Airtel postpaid corporate connection. Submit the proofs, details and signed all forms on Friday 31 October 2014. They promised verification and activation on same day. They don't even respond after that. I had to keep on follow up for the new connection from my roaming network. After constant callback, the verification happened only on Friday and Saturday i.e 7, 8 november. Still the sim is not activated. The hard part is the worst customer care of the nodal office who got my new connection. They don't even pick up the call. If they do so they say they will get back in 10 mins and never get back. Already sent mail to [protected]@in.airtel.com with no reply. Called customer care - but they have no clue of what to do and asking me to go personally to the nodal office regarding this, leaving my office work. Worst part is the customer care rep gave me a wrong complaint number, and also claimed to resolve it in 4 hours. Previously, been using Airtel prepaid for 5 years.

                                Hello i have an airtel prepaid connection .. i m trying to convert my connection into airtel postpaid .. already i summited my all documents & 250rs rupees. already 1 week passed . but i have not recieved any response .. when i call to your airtel executive they behaved with me very badly & do wrong commitment .. i mentioned your executive name ( suniita - [protected] ) .thats the way u serve the customers?? airtel is going to be worst day by day ..                                   This is Anupam from Kolkata. Today I opted for WhatsApp only pack for Rs. 41 which was deducted from my account. There after my main balance dropped to Rs.148/-, that was fine. I got WhatsApp balance of Rs. 204.55 and main account balance was Rs. 148/- Now I came to know that approx Rs. 5 has been deducted from my main balance due to data usage and the current balance is Main acc - Rs. 143, WhatsApp - Rs. 204.35 Kindly resolve this matter earliest. Already mailed the same to airtel.[protected]@airtel.com but not replies till date.

                                      Airtel contacted me regarding my 5th October complaint (for [protected]) on 21st October and since then, no further communication from you. Either you people are too lethargic to act or you have been busy serving innumerable complaints. I will not be paying my bills anymore and I need the refund of all the extra payments made by me since the time I gave the request to change the plan to myplan_199. I regret my move from Vodafone to Airtel.
