I Am Rajendrakumar S. Jain. My mobile no. is +91 [protected]. I check the scheme of internet from my mobile by dialed *121# & I see the scheme of 1 GB Internet pack for 30 days. So, I immediately recharge it from my retailer friend on the same day i.e. 4th November, 2014. But the message come in my mobile is -"625 MB for only 18 days" It means I get only 625 MB Internet Date for only 18 days instead of 1 GB for 30 Days. So, I called to Airtel complain no. 198. First they cut my call 4 times & after 5 attempt I talked with Customer Executive Miss Nikita & Also Talked Senior Executive Miss Rahulji Gayatri. But they told me that they told me first that - " the scheme is changed now. & it is only available 625 MB Internet for 18 days only. But when I asked then Why They make fool to customer to see the scheme by dial *121# then they told me that this scheme is only available if we recharge by our mobile balance. So, I asked them why they don't inform it before know the scheme on mobile by *121#? Then they don't reply me properly. “i.e means Airtel make fool to customers & make malpractices by this way & give less balance & take more charges. I therefore requested sir, please immediately take an action against Airtel, responsible executive & officers & give me the remaining balance for 30 days. Airtel make to fool & make malpractices by this way to all customers. So, please take strict action against Airtel, & Responsible officers. & please save the rights of Consumer. I hope you should take strict action & help me for I get 1 GB Internet pack for 30 Days as early as possible & satisfy me. Thanking you.

    I REGRET TO INFORM THAT, WHILE USING THE NET ACCESS UNFORTUNATELY I WAS ACTIVTED IN AIRTEL NGT SERVICE . I WAS SHOCKED MY MAIN BALANCE A\C DEBITTEF FOR RS 60 DT 9.11.14. THEN I SENT THE MSG TO AIRTEL AND DE ACTIVATE THE SERVICE ANOTHER TEN MIN. But I DIDN'T GET MY REFUND. WHY YOUR NOT PTPROVIDE THE MESSAGE WEATHER AMOUNT HAS DEBIT MAIN AC \C OR NETWORK ACCOUNT.

      আমার এয়ারটেল নম্বরএ( ৮৬৭০৯৬০২৯৩) গতকাল ৮/১১/১৪ তারিখে নাইট ডেটা প্যাক ৫১ টাকা রিচআরজ করিয়ে ছিলাম, কিন্তু সার্ভার খারাপ থাকায় আমি সেটা ব্যাবহার করতে পারিনি, কাশটমার কেয়রে কল করে আক্ষয় বাবুর সাথে কথা বললে উনি বলেন আমার ৫১ টাকা ৯/১১/১৪ তারিখ সকাল ৭ টার ভেতর মেন বাল্যান্সে ফেরত পাব। কিন্তু আজ ৯/১১/১৪ রাত ৭ টা ৪০ মিনিট।এখনও আমার টাকা ফেরত পাইনি। আমাদের এলাকার ২ কিলো মিটারের ভেতর কোনও মোবাইল টাওয়ার নাই।আমরা কি সঠিক পরিষেবা পাওয়ার অধিকারি না?দয়া করে দেখবেন। থিকানা-নশিপুর রাজবাটী, পিন-৭৪২১৬০, মুরশিদাবাদ।। বিনিত-tusar kanti mandal

        what the hell I am not at all satisfied with airtel its irritating me . They are correctly deducing amount for accidental service activation but why the hell they are not refunding my money back ??? Its so bad of them if they continue with this i have no other choice but to change to some other company except airtel and recommend my friends to do so ! Sorry to say this airtel !

        A sum of Rs.200/- has been deducted from my prepaid account without any intentional purchases being made by me.The time of purchases(online) and my last internet usage time olso clearly depict that there could not have been any transaction. I request u to please look into the matter.
        This is really disgusting thing of Airtel as they have started some LAILA service on my number [protected] without my request for the same with the deduction of Rs. 15 . I never wanted any such service and strongly criticise the telecom operator (AIRTEL) for it and want refund of the same else i will throw airtel out of my forever as well as from my family's life. Why should i pay for any unwanted service without any demand from my side

            I got my phone recharged for Rs.42 on 09/11/2014, this provides you service to access whatsapp from your phone for upto a 200 mb usage for a month. But while I switch on the data pack to use whatsapp, other service do automatically start their sync and consume some data; so I am being charged from my main accound for that data being used. I called up airtel customer care to resolve this issue, I requested them to either refund the cost of service or cut off the other data type usage from my phone. Cutting the other type is possible because if they are able to differentiate that the data is being used for other purposes, they must have a way to stop that service without hampering the whatsapp service. Mr. Soumen Benerjee, Senior Supervisor from Airtel West Bengal customer care talked to me and informed this thing very rudely and in an unwilling state to help.

              Hello Sir I am Dharminder Singh from Patiala. my mobile number is [protected]. I have been using this number from last few years. I had never availed internet facility from your mobile service though I use internet only at my home through wifi broadband. This month my mobile bill came Rs. 278.44. when I inquired about my bill details from Chandigarh customer care (Mr. Sanjeev) they told me that I have been charged with internet package this month they also told me that they started this service at my mobile number as a free service without my consent. After few months in 2014 only they started charging me for this facility. Sir I told them number of time earlier also that they must not charged me as I had never availed this service. They used to refund my money after my complaint almost every month especially march, April 2014 (you can check the records) they repeated the same mistake this month also and when I called at customer care Chandigarh Mr. Sanjeev spoke to me in a very rude manner. Sir if your service is not courteous enough to behave properly and willing to solve the complaints then I would like to change my service provider and I would have never bothered you with this; it is only the miss behavior from your side which compelled me to request you please look into the matter and do the requisite as soon as possible otherwise I would like to take this to higher level.                 This is to inform you all that I am using [protected] data card number. I have recharged my number on 12/10/2014 for an amount of Rs.455/- (2GB 3G data) browsing only news paper sites, Facebook, gmail. On 18/10/2014 my data got over don't know how???? Again I have recharged on 02/11/2014 for the same amount and on 06/11/2014 again data got over. I need clarification on this, full details of my data usage of both recharges and want the full amount (Rs.455+Rs.455) to be returned. This is the way you people are cheating with your customers and increasing your revenue. Looking for a positive reply from Board of Directors.

                  Hello.. I use AIRTEL service. I have requested a 2G pack on my mobile and the with no auto renewal option. Later, after the pack has expired I opted for a 3G pack.. They now renewed my 2G pack again saying I have chosen a auto renewal which in real I did not. They keep deducting money for such auto renewals though it is not chosen.

                            I purchased a new airtel DTH with consumer id [protected]. South India pack was wrongly activated by them, however i wished to watch Bengali channels. I talked to CC on 3rd November and i got an sms stating that Bengali 1 and Bengali 2 channels has been successfully activated. However i was wondering to see that no such channels were activated! After that, since last 5 days, i called/talked/mailed to CC soo many times! Every time i was told that the channels would be activated within next 20 minutes. Also advised to send SMS every time which charges Rs. 3 every time. But, still on 8th November, not any Bengali channel is activated!!

                              In airtel.in site, for recharging prepaid airtel number [protected]- for free-national roaming plan. I have selected National/International roam plan as i need national roaming plan, in this i have recharged 508. After calling to customercare, came to know that it is international plan. As there is no specific radio button to national roaming plan, i have selected national and international roaming plan. Even after selecting the amount, they are not specifying, whether this recharge amount for national or international. Could you pls help me to get the amount revarsal or change to national roming -free plan. I have raised concern with airtel team, but not resolved yet, can you pls hellp us to get the justice.

                                Hello Officer, I've been using one of the Airtel products, Airtel Dongle 3G which never worked the way it was supposed to. I had been paying bills in vain. I didn't use it at all, most of the months and only paid the bills. I called your so called "customer service" on October 19th and asked them to cancel my Airtel 3g connection with number [protected]. The guy said he will initiate the request and it will cancelled in 24 hours. I asked if there will be anymore bills generated and he said No. Who is supposed to work on a cancellation request? Is it the customer or you guys. And I have not touched that piece of crap ever since. And today, one of your female representatives called me and told me that I've not paid the latest bill. I told her I've already cancelled it. She said that am supposed to send a letter which I should have been told when I called the customer service. Whose fault is it? Who gave whom the wrong information? And that lady was being plain rude and told me that I should face Airtel legally if I don't pay the bill and hung up on me while I was still talking. Have you appointed as your customer care representatives and gundaas as your collections officer? Now, am wondering what kind of a reply am going to get from you. Just a tiny ray of hope that you would definitely be educated enough to handle this issue with care. Failing to do so, Airtel will only be having a lot of irate customers filing cases against Airtel in the consumer court. And, I will be definitely one among them. We customers have other better products and services in the market. You guys cannot shut down one and open a new company overnight. I am glad this is the only product from Airtel I used and now, I know how I'll be treated if I opt for other products. I regret buying that piece of crap. I will not pay the bill for something which never worked properly and even raised a cancellation request on 19th of October at 7 42 pm and spoke for 9 mins 5 secs to an airhead. Please remind that lady agent of yours to exhibit some customer service and not her barbarism. Looking forward for a sensible reply and I need a confirmation email stating "Your account is terminated" within 24 hours.                                     Hello, I have taken 4G connection in kolkata before 4 days why is the delay in activating my number..? Varification also done by your executive and he informed me to call customer care for tele verification... now they are saying the details is not updated in system... Kindly confirm how many days u people required to update a data in system...? Saturday I have a important meeting so I purchased airtel 4G connection... if I missed that meeting because of delay from airtel, then I dont want this connection anymore... pls refund my money and take back your dongle and sim...                                       My mobile number is [protected] and I got a call from airtel that they will solve the issue today but they have not yet solved it. When I call the customer care they make me wait n this I have to call from a different number. They again ask and make me wait for 20 minutes to talk to the supervisor. The supervisor himself told me that I should recharge with 3G plan which is the same price as 4g. Now the supervisor again tells me that u have to take a 4g plan starting at 900 and odd rupees though the airtel website shows plans starting at 250. The supervisor knows nothing and thinks that I know nothing. My friends who own an iPhone are able to use 4g at 3G plans and I'm facing this problem from over a month. When I insert my friends son in my phone I'm able to use 4g though he has a 3G plan. So annoying. On 121 customer care they tell me to go to airtel point/office and the airtel office people tell me to call on 121. They are just playing around with me. First I was happy with airtel but after this m so annoyed by those people. They just don't care. It's been like this for more than a month. I also like in Sadashivanagar where there is full connectivity for 4g network and also use IPhone 6 which is 4g compatible.
