non refund of money , more than 4months, made several complaints

I had called Airtel customer support in July 2014 to request a change of my postpaid bill plan from myplan_299 to myplan_199 on my number [protected]. The service executive took my request and said that the next bill will be based on my new plan. However the latest bill generated (aug-sep) still has myplan_299 on it....

digital tv never works

I am facing problem with my digital, signal are not coming properly. It never worked actually and its expensive also. I called customer care and the response is very irritating. They are not even listening to me and not talking properly. And after some time they start saying voice is not coming, while I can here them properly. I am using Airtel post paid also, if they are not able to here me, its the problem with your network also....

I have requested for shifting of connection on Sept 1st. Today is Oct 4th Still now they didnt give the connection everytime, engineers are coming they are 8th standard passed out guys. They dont know what is happening. They only know connect the wires. But Airtel is calling them engineers. They dont know how to move also. Everyday they will tell you that today they will close the deal something like that. But nothing will happened everyday....

Totally Unhappy with their service.

I've been an customer of Airtel for about 6 years now. I recently booked Xiaomi Redmi 1s from Flipkart and since this phone has 3g connectivity i was in need of a new sim card which can handle 3g frequencies. I got myself a 1gb 3g internet pack and guess what i get 5-10kbps speed. I go to their local Airtel store and they blame my brand new phone saying "its faulty". I was a fool to believe them inspite other Sim cards worked perfectly...
