    Please note that Airtel is troubling me in shifting the broadband connection. Its been a week now that i have requested shifting of my connection. No body is bothered to tell me the delay. Yesterday i enquired again and was told that my new residence does not fit in their requirement, distance from there DP is about 100 m more than their policy. My issues are: Why are they mentally harassing Me and even after repeated calls are not responding? Why they are taking so much time to deny me the transfer, thereby loss of time and monetary work for me? Is their policy so rigid that they cannot accomodate their one customer, or they simply dont' care and run for profits only? As for as their concern for customer take this as reply i got from them - Pls change your address or surrender your connection!

      On my Mob No. [protected] Airtel activated some pack as mentioned above & deducted 30/- on 3rd Nov 2014.When talking to the customer care staff, he was rude & while talking to the senior staff, He was more rude & asking if there is any Manager who can reverse the charge, Mr Gopa Ram The so called Manager refused to put me on line. Such unfriendly behaviour by the company staff is not acceptable. I want my money to be reversed immediately.

          Hi, Hope you are doing good. I have a complaint Airtel Team. Yesterday, I received my ebill which was generated for worth Rs. 6129.57. When I checked the details, I found that Airtel changed my 3x internet plan to regular plan and also charged late fee while I submitted my last bill on time. I immediately contacted customer support team. Some customer support person (Mr. Siddharth) received my call and when I discussed the issue with him, he informed that plan is changed because 3x plan was removed by Airtel's internet plan list. When I asked why it wasn't intimated to me before doing that, then he informed that sms was sent to me, while I never received any sms. When I further asked him for sms details on my email, he simple refused saying it is not possible from my system. When I said I will not pay a single penny for this if information is not given to me, because you are saying that Airtel sent me a message while I didn't received it then he simply replied, 'If you don't wish to pay then it's your choice'. This is the attitude of Customer support team. Also, I further had an interaction in this regard from his supervisor (Mr. Shobhit) who after listening to the complete issue assured me that the complaint raised by me on the issue will be solved on priority and their team will revert me within 24 hr. But, today I received a message from Airtel that the complaint raised by me is resolved, while no one from Airtel team contacted me. It is the third / fourth time I am facing such issues from Airtel and I need action on this. Details of my complaint mentioned below: Reference no. of complaint: 58771705 Screenshot of SMS received for resolution of complaint without contacting me is attached with this message. NOTE: Last month, I had a word with one of the supervisors of customer support team about my internet plan and he suggested me to continue with the plan saying, “You should continue with 3x plan as it suits your requirement and if we discontinue it for you now then I would like to inform you that company has already removed this plan but since you are using it before discontinuation of the plan from Airtel, so you will keep on getting the service.” For further reference to the issue Airtel Team can check the audio recordings of the interaction which I had with their team last month.

            Hi, I am Nilesh Singh. I am using airtel prepaid mobile number [protected]. On 3rd of Nov airtel has activated a service on my mobile number called "Sa RE GA MA". I didn't ask for any service to activate on my mobile number but they activated it. Due to this service my balance is deducting by 5rs each day. If i didn't ask to activate any service on my mobile number why airtel has activated the service. Request you please refund my balance from the same day (3rd Nov to 6th Nov 2014).                 This is Rahul Sarkar, mobile no. [protected], I have 299 Plan. Few months back I'eve ported out from Voda Phone Post paid to Airtel Post paid service. I've received the quotation from S.s.e Prime Telecom Llp, they offered me 500 Local minutes + 300 Local minutes extra as I'eve switched from "Vodaphone" Post paid to "Air Tel" post paid. But when my connection is started I've got only 500 local minutes in pack. It was a FAKE PROMISE from S.S.E Prime Telecom Lip. Sr. person of Prime Telecom named Bikash Sen. and one of his executive Named Swapan Promised me they will solve the issue. (Again Fake Promise) THERE ARE ALMOST 9 MAILS I've sent to appellate.[protected]@in.airtel.com (which Level 3: Appellate Authority) of Air Tel, who also confirmed the issue from me over Phone. But not yet they took a single initiative from their side except some reply that "they are working on it". Its already more than 2months. Now I have only option is to port it out.

                Non of channel partners of any network provider ever mentioned there name or identity, if such disclosure is made compulsory then, even believing some one placed any order, will get enough time to find out about details of the channel partners and thus Airtel will benefit as there will at least a chance to confirm before cheated.

                  My name is Sanjay Jain. My Airtel mobile no is [protected]. I am tremendous worried and disgusted on airtel. Suddenly I have been notified via sms on 5th Nov, 2014: i) at 12.01 pm that “Skillderby Service has been activated” on my mobile and 30/- rupees has been deducted ii) at 12.05 pm that “Hot chillies Service has been activated” on my mobile and 35/- rupees has been deducted iii) at 5.03 pm that “Laila Service has been activated” on my mobile and 35/- rupees has been deducted iv) at 5.11pm that “Hungama Club Service has been activated” on my mobile and 5/- rupees has been deducted v) at 6.07 pm that “Laila Service has been activated” on my mobile and 35/- rupees has been deducted vi) at 09.38 pm that “Skillderby Service has been activated” on my mobile and 30/- rupees has been deducted I never want any of the above services. I stopped the service at 5.15PM and instructed them not to start. However they again started charging after that also. I talked to Mr. Kishore of airtel, who instead o[censored]nderstanding the issue was blaming me. My question is why Airtel is doing this kind of cheating. I am completely disgusted on Airtel. Please refund the deducted amount as soon as possible else I shall take the matter to TRAI.

                    I have iPhone 6 Indian purchased and had activated 3G plan on my mobile no [protected] as I was told I'll get 4g speed. So I took a usim paying 50 rupees thinking that I will get 4g speed. But I didn't get any, so I called up customer care who didn't even took it seriously and thus wasted a lot of my time and balance. They tell u that their 4g plans are from 950 rupees but on their website it shows you get 4g speed at 3G rates. They don't even know their details properly and tell me that i don't know anything. My family and friends get 4g in 3G price but i don't get it. It's so annoying buying such an expensive phone.

                      It's me koushik I have a complaint n queries about the airtel call centre in guwahati (assam) yesterday i had given a call to airtel call centre regarding for main account balance detection when I was browsing internate. For that I had given a call to airtel call centre around 1:00 AM. But response of call centre guy name is Mr binod is too poor so that I am really disappointed from airtel service and I really don't know why airtel is spoiling their brand name with that staff who doesn't know how to speck with their valuables customers and it's happened again today morning also when I call again to call centre Mr Manoj he had picked my call (floor manager) as per manoj ones balance get deduct we will unable to help you, more ever I can offer u 5 rs. Only in your airtel account..I do believe to airtel is having a brand name so please stopping that's kind o[censored]nnecessary things which customers maybe doesn't like. And please stop that's kind o[censored]nexpect things.and overall need

                        It has been more than 20 days they have not ported my number. There is no clear status update they give. Everytime I call up I get to hear different answers. I am totally frustrated with Airtel. And loop has not paid their intermitiatte payment so cant make nay call. telcom sucks in India. Consumer is a begger in India not a king

                          My name is Sachin sanap, mobile no [protected] I have taken Airtel postpaid plan with 200 min free & 25o MB net free. However, they send me the bill 265 for 15 days & charged me for internet usage saying as per their record plan is 300 min free & no net facility. When I am contacted respective vendor (mobile no[protected])he is saying pay half bill & half he will pay. When I contacted branch they are saying they can't help with this. my bill last day is 8-nov-2014 & could you please help asap before due date. my mail wrongly updated as well {[protected]@gmail.com} which should be [protected]@gmail.com}

                            from few days my set top box is not working properly it was showing all the times initializing after 5 or 10min. we can watch the Tv in parts like there is disturbance in picture because of set top box and set top box from itself starts and closed.we cant find any reason of it please send your executive to look at this problem with us

                              My post paid Airtel bill has been overcharged for data usage. Inspite of repeated appeals to Airtel they have not explained the charges. My monthly bill should be around Rs 500 which includes Rs 200 as rental and Rs 250 for 1GB Data. The overcharge is for the data where Airtel insists I have used over 1GB but my phone data usage shows 877MB. Airtel is not explaining how they are over changing for my data usage.

                                I received the message from "Airtel" on 27/09/2014 about an offer "Rs.165=1GB, for 30days and the offer valid till 4th of November.I have used this offer before as well.But when I tried to recharge for the same offer on 27/09/2014 from 3 different retailers which didn't happen, I called the customer care department they mentioned that "the offer is not valid for my number, then i asked them " If that offer is not valid for my number then how I got that message" they said its a technical error. Then I requested for a after couple of days I received another message Rs.186=1gb data for 30 days and the offer valid till 4th November 2014.I tried to recharge for Rs.186/-again last week from the retailer which declined again. This time I asked for an operational manger.I got a call from "Sanjay" who stated that he is the customer care "OPERATIONAL MANAGER" who sounded not like an operational manager. He told me that he will check and will get back to me regarding the same. Which I have not received yet. Then I sent PORT message to "1900"number, after that i got call from retention department where I have explained about the problem, again i got the same message from them as well "Offer not valid for my number" then I requested for Manager, the agent told me that I will get call back from "Arun K" "Operational Manager" by 7pm yesterday(04/11/2014) which I have not received yet as well.

                                i have received a message on 22/10/2014 from airtel like i have a an offer for 3g data pack (1gb and validity till 11th nov), but after getting the message i cannot able to connect my internet, i did called to customer care, i heard multiple reasons for my issue from each and every executive but problem has not been resolved, i was keeping on calling them each and every day but they proactive giving some time limit and reasons but my problem was not been solved with in the time limit which they gave me, the major thing which i cannot tolerate was they kept my call on hold for 40 min and cut the call with out solving my problem also no proper response was there from them, also my amount was also deducted from my main balance for data usage even though my validity and my data is still there, finally one of their higher authority spoke to me and promised me the problem will be solved with in 24 hours but still they did not solve my problem again i did called them and one person picked the call he introduced him self as a manager he spoke really very harsh and rude and asked 5 days time to resolve my problem.with in one day i got a message like my problem has been solved and i can start using internet, now my connectivity is ok but my main balance has got deducted, again i called them the same manager picked the call and his speech was really very harsh and atrocious and i told the issue his response was really abnormal and he just shouted at me and his reason was " only 2g pack was activated to me and i have to recharge to get my 3g pack again i explained him that the message i got from airtel was 3g pack and i proactively made him to wait on line and read the message which i received from airtel but still he has not accepted and he was repeatedly blabbering the same thing like this is 2g pack ...for the past 1 week i was facing this issue and i was calling to the customer care i just spoke about nearly 15 customer care executives no body told me this reason like 2g plan was activated, i use to use only 3g i never used 2g in my mobile also one the customer care executive accepted that balance was wrongly deducted and refunded my money, if it is 2g pack how come they return the money they should have explained me prior..finally with wrong information the manager abruptly cut the call with out giving the resolution and proper acknowledgement ..this is punishable and this is not fare.now a days airtel customer care is getting worse if this happens repeatedly nobody will use air tel.

                                      Hi Team, I have started my Airtel Postpaid connection (Mobile No: [protected], Account No: [protected]) from 12th Sept 2014, earlier few months I was using prepaid connect (I did mobile portability from Vodafone prepaid to Airtel prepaid account) for the same number as mention above ([protected]) prior to that I was using Vodafone as my service provider since 2006 and it almost more than 7 years as prepaid connection. Issue: November 1, 2014 I have received sms from airtel as “Namaste! You have Rs.1170 due for payment on your old mobile No: [protected] (Account No: [protected]) immediately to resume service on your current airtel mobile” Concern: 1) I have not used postpaid mobile service connect prior to November 1, 2014 with Aitel. 2) I never used this mobile No: [protected](Account No: [protected]) I don’t know how come wrongly it got tagged to my account. 3) I am not owner of this mobile No: [protected](Account No: [protected]), not at all used by me then why should I have to pay the due & I am liable. 4) I would like to know more information about this mobile No: [protected](Account No: [protected])to validate/justify I am not used and without authorization it might be used my documents, Could you please provide me the copy of the documents (Address proof, Id proof and signature proof) submitted/used for account opening. 5) I have called multiple time to Airtel Customer Care to clarify about this number( [protected]) is not mine and not used by me, I needed more info about this but no one is providing information. 6) I have raised SR PO[protected], F[protected] and I have not got any update or resolution but it got closed saying it resolved. I don’t know what is going on with Customer care Service department. 7) Could you please restore/activate my account to make calls (Mobile No: [protected], Account No: [protected]) and resolve this issues as soon as possible. 8) Please let me know should I go for filling FIR for this because I don’t want to take risk it might be used illegal activities without my knowledge with unauthorized documents.
