This complaint is regarding my bill details, as per the discussion with customer my reference no: is F[protected].
Earlier I gave a complaint regarding a third party app called ' IPAY' that is not there in my phone and I myself are not aware of, which made a increase to my bill to another Rs.2000 for 2 months and got a negative respond from Airtel team that they are not responsible for any third party app, for that I din't pay my bill from February to April. Also after a false commitment from Manager Mr. Amit Gaddikeri in billing dept that he will waive off this Rs.2000 from the next bill generated and also he said he will give a special consideration to analyse the reason for my excess bill, I got convinced by his words & his friendly approach, I paid the full due on June 11th 2014.
Now my complaint right now is my bill only dint got generated for next 3 months from June till August. I repeated called customer care & I requested them to generate my bill as if I wont be able to pay bulk amount. Also I was stranded in Kashmir during the month of September, even I was helping the suffering one there, that may be the reason why in my bill my roaming charge was more, its ok and I dont have any complaint on that. But its a kind a request that I can't pay bulk amount every time.
I think I am with Airtel for more than 4 years and I gave a average bill sales of Rs.3000 every month. But Airtel never considered or clarified any of my request and complaint.
Please consider this & do the needful to this Platinum Customer.
