My airtel number is [protected]. I am not able to use 4G LTE internet service on a indian purchase iphone 6. Before i used to use iphone 5s which was also indian purchase. In that also i was not able to use. Everyday i call airtel customer care and expect that there will be a solution. I have even changed my sim many times. And visited airtel connect outlets and placed a complaint. But they seem to be not bothering. This is a mental harrassment i am facing. This is just not fair. My brother also uses airtel and iphone 6. He is able to use. I tried inserting his sim in my phone. It is working. But mine is not working LTE in his nor mine. I have done all the trouble shooting and everything. This is ridiculous. PlEASE TAKE ACTION. I want to switch to other network. But then there is no option of LTE with other networks. I ourchased such expensive handsets thinking i will be able to use to LTE. But i am just not able to use LTE. Please help.

    I have recharged a full talk time of Rs.140.00 on 29.10.2014 at 02.02 PM vide Transaction ID [protected] to my pre-paid mobile Number [protected]. Thereafter I didn't make any call and today 30.10.2014 morning around 10 AM I found nil balance in my account. When I contacted Airtel Customer Care and spoke with one Mr. Saravanan [Complaint ID No.[protected]] intimated that the whole amount of Rs.140/- has been deducted due to the usage of Internet. I am to firmly state that I switch off the "mobile Data" connection two days prior to the recharge itself and I didnot use the Internet connection except through Wi-Fi. Assuming without admitting that even "Mobile data" switch is on, and as I did not use or download using Internet, there is no possibility of deducting the entire amount of Rs.140/-. Therefore kindly refund/credit the above mentioned amount to my account or kindly sent me the proof of me using the Internet through "mobile Data" through e-mail [[protected]@gmail.com] with immediate effect.

      Refund status of failed transaction

      Hello, I'm using your network (3G pack) for the last 3 years. I have recharged for 3G pack amounting to INR.449 through online on 25th Oct'2014. The transaction was failed but the amount has been deducted from my Bank a/c. Till date it has not credited back to my account. Once the transaction is failed you have to proper steps to refund that amount. 5 days got over till now and I'm not sure what steps you've taken so far. I'm losing my...

      As i visited kashmir on 20.06.2014 so i took two postpaid connections as postpaid is mandatary in kashmir.
      The mobile nos are as under:

      After coming back i applied for disconnection of the above numbers and got the numbers disconnected after paying the balance amount. Suddenly on 29.10.2014 i received a call that my bill is pending for rs.859.26.

      I request you to solve the matter as airtel officials are regularly harrasing us.

        Dear Sir / Madam I want to draw your kind attention that i am a Airtel user since last 10 years & facing a problem [ an additional charge late fees is added every time in my bill from July 2013 altough I have paid my June’s bill on time to your franchise M/s Times Services, Kapoor Company, Moradabad ]from last 15th months ( From July 2013 ) whch your company has not resolved yet .Regarding this problem i had already send many mail to your Nodal Officer UP-West, Customer Care department & your payment collection department )but every time your people says that my problem will be resolvedshortly (within 48 to 72 hours) but it is 15 months has been passed but my problem is not resolved by you & your officers. I regularly pay my monthly bill amount at your franchise before due date i.e.24th of the month. But you charging me late fee regularly from July 2013, I want to ask you that when i deposit your monthly bill before due date then why I am charged late fee. That late fee amount is now more than ` 1000.00 . I make a call to your customer care department on last 21st Sep. 2014, for resolve this problem, Miss Shubra I was just surprised when she told me this is not late fee amount this is the amount of not paying the bill since June 2014 Is it the manner of working done by your people.I am sorry to say that you and your people are not intrested in listening and solving the problem’s of customer. They asked me that I should pay my bills online instead paying the bill to their franchise, if your franchise did not submitt the amount to you then why have you appointed them. She then asked me that if I have paid the bill than mail its reciept with details with its soft-copy to applette. I have already sent that details several tiimes to many of your officers. Then I mailed all the data which she has mentioned Then I recieved a call by your person on 23rd September who instructed me to again send the soft copy of last 4 months from April 2014 payment reciept I again send him a mail in desire of solution of my problem. After sending him email I tried to contact him and when I tried to called him, there was a service reply regarding outgoing barred . I got really upset about this because the fault is your and I’m bearing the following consequences as I have done the biggest mistake by taking a connection of your company in which nobody is there to hear the problems of customers.

          I have number [protected] of your company. I want to disconnect my Airtel connection. I have informed your call center so many time since 7th July to you can check log of my call since 7th july. But no action has been taken yet by Airtel company. Call center guys said that within 11 days your number will be deactivated but still i am getting bill. last paid bill in July month that your call centre guys said amount. Still waiting for Rs 250 of my deposited sum. but they didn't send any chaque. And i got bill every month. Dear Airtel Please solve my issue and inform me at my another AIRTEL mobile number [protected]. And I am not paying any amount of bill. Its my humble request to you. [protected]

            My Airtel No.: [protected]. Relationship No.: [protected]. I have purchased a Airtel Post paid sim card (My Plan 199) on 13/10/2014, it has been said by the sales man that the calls will be charged at 30 paisa after exceeding free minutes, but i have been charged at 50 paisa in the bill which i got on 29/10/2014. It is case of cheating by the Airtel representatives to sell the sim cards by telling lie. Credit the difference amount( 50-30=20 paisa each call) to my account.               I had submitted my application for conversion of my post paid number to prepaid number [protected] on 27-10-14, airtel releationship centre people said it will be done within 3 working days but nothing has happened till now. They had told me to call on 59059 for activation of number but this number always tells all lines are busy. My main communication medium is closed since three days, i'm not able to do any net banking transactions . Team had told me you will continue to receive incoming calls and sms but everything is stopped and i'm totally de-linked.                   I've applied for Airtel postpaid sim at Kukatpally, hyderabad Airtel office. One of the Airtel staff collected Rs.500/- for issuing postpaid sim card saying that every month Rs.100/- gets deducted from my Aitel bill for first 5 months. Believing his words, I've made a payment of Rs.500/- and applied for Post paid connection. My Airtel postpaid plan got activated on 08th mar, 2014 but till now i dint get any said deductions from my airtel bill yet. Upon enquiring the same with Airtel staff at Kukatpally Airtel office, Manager said that the Rs.100/- deduction will be in effect after 6 months of activation. Already 8 months were completed but i dont see any promised offer yet. Looks like its a cheating by Airtel staff to its own customers. Need an explanation on this on priority.

                    There is some network issue with the airtel from last 4 5 days. Internet is not working properly. 3G is not working. I was submitted my complaint 2 times and there is no response from airtel. Kindly solve my porblem otherwise i go for some other option.

                      I used your 3G data card for last 6 month, plan is First 4GB, 3G speed, after 2G speed, but last one week I getting 2G speed, enquired with customer care told 2.73GB 3G data avail on your account and made call log for this low speed. on 9.10.14. Customer care told your avail 3G speed MB was finished.now i checked last month bill, as per your bill on 9th October’14, Frequently every 3 to 10 seconds 5mb data was consumed. how it was possible?.please check the bill and made discount on my October bill.and something happened in this month on 27.10.2014, consumed 2.5GB without my usage.                             i recharged my airtel number of 100 rs on 29 oct 2014 for call rate deduction plan... and my balance reduced by 100 rs. but plan not activated... i call customer care to refund my amount . they said airtel company does not refund any amount once deducted... just like a thief... i asked why ?... they cut the call... if i do not get my money back... i will go to cunsumer forum... dostn't this company feel ashamed while doing this cheap robbery ...

                              Day before yesterday, while I was travelling back from Hyderabad to Chennai, I lost my mobile and the person who found it shutdown the device as soon as he got it and hopefully is making use of the instrument. I lodged a complaint with Chennai Police department online along with IMEI numbers and last night I have gone around to find Airtel Relationship Centers and I had bad experiences from the beginning itself.

                              The first Center was not opened at all and I came to understand that the center is observed regularly closed for couple of days from now. I was bit happy to see one of the centers in Porur open, but in continuation of my bad experience, they did not have SIMs in stock so that I can readily apply for the duplicate one. Not having SIMs is a PATHETIC situation and the center head should be ashamed of not keeping track of the stock on hand.

                              I was very happy to see the third center in Gandhi Nagar open and the SIMs were also available. I submitted all the required documents and filled up the application form requesting a duplicate SIM. The center’s staff were very cooperative, handed me the SIM and conveyed that the SIM will be activated in 4 hours. The process got completed by 8:00 PM yesterday and till now I do not have the SIM activated. I visited the ARC three times and
                              they simply say that there is some problem with Airtel servers and hence the duplicate SIM cards are not getting activated. The executives in ARC conveys that they have done their part and it is only that Airtel has to take care of rest activity to see that the SIMs are activated.

                              I had a bad feeling that ARC’s shutters were pulled down when there were more people coming to the center to inquire as when their issues would be addressed. I see ARC as one money collection center, rather than a service center by Airtel. People do not come to have fun at your ARCs. People who are coming to ARCs are really concerned and if ARC executives shunning them off – they will look for other alternatives.

                              I am not sure as how long it would take Airtel (or) its ARCs to take care of things and activate the lost SIMs. I am expecting very important calls from US and I am now confused if I should continue to look at Airtel SIM’s activation.

                              I am Challa Venkata Satyanarayana and I am taking help of my fried to draft this text and share my concerns with other members. As of now, I do not have any alternate Mobile number.
