I want to draw your kind attention that i am
a Airtel user since last 10 years & facing a problem [ an additional charge
late fees is added every time in my bill from July 2013 altough I have paid my
June’s bill on time to your franchise M/s Times Services, Kapoor
Company, Moradabad ]from last 15th
months ( From July 2013 ) whch your company has not resolved yet .Regarding
this problem i had already send many mail to your Nodal Officer UP-West, Customer
Care department & your payment collection department )but every time your people says that my
problem will be resolvedshortly (within 48 to 72 hours) but it is 15 months has
been passed but my problem is not resolved by you & your officers. I
regularly pay my monthly bill amount at your franchise before due date i.e.24th
of the month. But you charging me late
fee regularly from July 2013, I want to ask you that when i deposit your monthly
bill before due date then why I am charged late fee. That late fee amount is
now more than ` 1000.00
. I make a call to your customer care department on last 21st
Sep. 2014, for resolve this problem, Miss Shubra I was just surprised when she told me this is
not late fee amount this is the amount of not paying the bill since June 2014 Is it the
manner of working done by your people.I am sorry to say that you and your
people are not intrested in listening and solving the problem’s of customer. They asked me that I should pay my
bills online instead paying the bill to
their franchise, if your franchise did not submitt the amount to you then why
have you appointed them. She then asked me that if I have paid the bill than
mail its reciept with details with its soft-copy to applette. I have already
sent that details several tiimes to many of your officers. Then I mailed all the data which she has
mentioned Then I recieved a call by your person on 23rd September
who instructed me to again send the soft copy of last 4 months from April 2014
payment reciept I again send him a mail in desire of solution of my problem.
After sending him email I tried to contact him and when I tried to called him, there was a service reply regarding outgoing barred . I got really upset about
this because the fault is your and I’m bearing the following consequences as I
have done the biggest mistake by taking a connection of your company in which
nobody is there to hear the problems of customers.
