from few days my set top box is not working properly it was showing all the times initializing after 5 or 10min. we can watch the Tv in parts like there is disturbance in picture because of set top box and set top box from itself starts and closed.we cant find any reason of it please send your executive to look at this problem with us

    My post paid Airtel bill has been overcharged for data usage. Inspite of repeated appeals to Airtel they have not explained the charges. My monthly bill should be around Rs 500 which includes Rs 200 as rental and Rs 250 for 1GB Data. The overcharge is for the data where Airtel insists I have used over 1GB but my phone data usage shows 877MB. Airtel is not explaining how they are over changing for my data usage.

      I received the message from "Airtel" on 27/09/2014 about an offer "Rs.165=1GB, for 30days and the offer valid till 4th of November.I have used this offer before as well.But when I tried to recharge for the same offer on 27/09/2014 from 3 different retailers which didn't happen, I called the customer care department they mentioned that "the offer is not valid for my number, then i asked them " If that offer is not valid for my number then how I got that message" they said its a technical error. Then I requested for a after couple of days I received another message Rs.186=1gb data for 30 days and the offer valid till 4th November 2014.I tried to recharge for Rs.186/-again last week from the retailer which declined again. This time I asked for an operational manger.I got a call from "Sanjay" who stated that he is the customer care "OPERATIONAL MANAGER" who sounded not like an operational manager. He told me that he will check and will get back to me regarding the same. Which I have not received yet. Then I sent PORT message to "1900"number, after that i got call from retention department where I have explained about the problem, again i got the same message from them as well "Offer not valid for my number" then I requested for Manager, the agent told me that I will get call back from "Arun K" "Operational Manager" by 7pm yesterday(04/11/2014) which I have not received yet as well.

      i have received a message on 22/10/2014 from airtel like i have a an offer for 3g data pack (1gb and validity till 11th nov), but after getting the message i cannot able to connect my internet, i did called to customer care, i heard multiple reasons for my issue from each and every executive but problem has not been resolved, i was keeping on calling them each and every day but they proactive giving some time limit and reasons but my problem was not been solved with in the time limit which they gave me, the major thing which i cannot tolerate was they kept my call on hold for 40 min and cut the call with out solving my problem also no proper response was there from them, also my amount was also deducted from my main balance for data usage even though my validity and my data is still there, finally one of their higher authority spoke to me and promised me the problem will be solved with in 24 hours but still they did not solve my problem again i did called them and one person picked the call he introduced him self as a manager he spoke really very harsh and rude and asked 5 days time to resolve my problem.with in one day i got a message like my problem has been solved and i can start using internet, now my connectivity is ok but my main balance has got deducted, again i called them the same manager picked the call and his speech was really very harsh and atrocious and i told the issue his response was really abnormal and he just shouted at me and his reason was " only 2g pack was activated to me and i have to recharge to get my 3g pack again i explained him that the message i got from airtel was 3g pack and i proactively made him to wait on line and read the message which i received from airtel but still he has not accepted and he was repeatedly blabbering the same thing like this is 2g pack ...for the past 1 week i was facing this issue and i was calling to the customer care i just spoke about nearly 15 customer care executives no body told me this reason like 2g plan was activated, i use to use only 3g i never used 2g in my mobile also one the customer care executive accepted that balance was wrongly deducted and refunded my money, if it is 2g pack how come they return the money they should have explained me prior..finally with wrong information the manager abruptly cut the call with out giving the resolution and proper acknowledgement ..this is punishable and this is not fare.now a days airtel customer care is getting worse if this happens repeatedly nobody will use air tel.

            Hi Team, I have started my Airtel Postpaid connection (Mobile No: [protected], Account No: [protected]) from 12th Sept 2014, earlier few months I was using prepaid connect (I did mobile portability from Vodafone prepaid to Airtel prepaid account) for the same number as mention above ([protected]) prior to that I was using Vodafone as my service provider since 2006 and it almost more than 7 years as prepaid connection. Issue: November 1, 2014 I have received sms from airtel as “Namaste! You have Rs.1170 due for payment on your old mobile No: [protected] (Account No: [protected]) immediately to resume service on your current airtel mobile” Concern: 1) I have not used postpaid mobile service connect prior to November 1, 2014 with Aitel. 2) I never used this mobile No: [protected](Account No: [protected]) I don’t know how come wrongly it got tagged to my account. 3) I am not owner of this mobile No: [protected](Account No: [protected]), not at all used by me then why should I have to pay the due & I am liable. 4) I would like to know more information about this mobile No: [protected](Account No: [protected])to validate/justify I am not used and without authorization it might be used my documents, Could you please provide me the copy of the documents (Address proof, Id proof and signature proof) submitted/used for account opening. 5) I have called multiple time to Airtel Customer Care to clarify about this number( [protected]) is not mine and not used by me, I needed more info about this but no one is providing information. 6) I have raised SR PO[protected], F[protected] and I have not got any update or resolution but it got closed saying it resolved. I don’t know what is going on with Customer care Service department. 7) Could you please restore/activate my account to make calls (Mobile No: [protected], Account No: [protected]) and resolve this issues as soon as possible. 8) Please let me know should I go for filling FIR for this because I don’t want to take risk it might be used illegal activities without my knowledge with unauthorized documents.                   Sir/Madam; V.SELVARAJ Contact No: [protected] This following complaint has beed sent to : appellate.[protected]@in.airtel.com &([protected]) dt:17/102014 But no solution I am selvaraj V & I have been a customer of bharti airtel for the past 6 years using the pare-paid no: [protected], I write to you with great grief and dissatisfaction with the way your employees treat your customers, privacy ∓ security, I have come to you only after a very long ( 17~20-Oct-2014), disturbing & negative communication starting from level 1 to level 3 (appellate.tn) officials. (Ref: SR 58517649 dated 17/10/2014) Due to some unavoidable legal circumstance I had not used the no from 17-Sep-2014 to 08-Oct-2014 (20 Days). During this period your airtel office situated at No. 67, 2nd, Ashok Nagar Main Road, Ashok Nagar, Chennai ¿ 600083, Mobile No: [protected], Has allotted the above said number to Mr. Ponraj A as Post-Paid Connection without any prior intimation to me and on a phony claims from Mr.Ponraj A that he is one of my relation. · The Legal circumstance I had been referring to are still in enquire stage, which requires all Tele-communication documents like mail backups, chat backups, social networks and telephonic conversation to be enquired to find out the culprit. · Mr. Ponraj A is one of those suspected in the legal proceedings. · From 08-Oct-2014 to 17-Oct-2014 we were not able to access mail and other chat server after requesting from concern authority the email password was reseted back and we found out that all the above said tele-communication documents were deleted and also Mail Password has been reset on 08-Oct-2014 this is due to the lethargic behavior of your Airtel Relationship center who had provided Mr. Ponraj A the above said Mobile number on the basis o[censored]sage and without verifying his claim to be my relation. Without checking any previous documents or verifying with me. · Currently the executives from Ashok Nagar Chennai customer relationship center are compromising and requesting me to submit documents to provide me the number again, which will not be helpful in any ways to retrieve back the lost documents( evidences in the legal proceedings). · This is bringing up a great hindrances in bringing justice to my Deceased Daughter who was using the above said no for the past 6 years (since her being minor I had provided my documents to procure the number 6 years back). What your Executives has done is purely unacceptable and such is a clear obstruction of law & has a provided a way to interfere with evidence. I request you to kindly take necessary legal action on the concern employee of your above mentioned airtel relationship center and Mr. Ponraj A. The details of the above has already been informed to your personals more than 100 times Kindly do the needful immediately kindly do not mistake me if I file a petition with TRAI and take legal actions from my end if there is any major delay from your side on taking necessary action on this issue Without any valuable reason the SR 58517649 has been cancelled.

                    I am not able to send or receive SMS Message from 24 OCt 2014 the day since I changed to Micro SIM. I have complained more than 10 times in this two weeks. I need a remedy as soon as possible. No one is responding back from Airtel.                       hi... i want to let you all know that a guy name Robert duke has created a facebook profile using my airtel prepaid contact no without my knowledge and approval and i keep receiving notifications on from facebook on my cell phone.i dont use any android or any other such mobile which allows me to connect to internet through any of 2g, 3g or any network given thorugh airtel. Moreover i have notified facebook about it and they are not taking any action till now.. So i am requesting you all to ask facebook to remove my contact no [protected] from their database completely as this is violation of my privacy. i already have a facebook profile based on another sim card of mine and i do not want another one as i use this number for business and official purposes only. i am adding a photograph from facebook stating that the account has been created already moreover if you will type the no on facebook search bar then this profile will show up.

                            Sir, I am writing this letter in disgust and shock with the complete mismanagement and lack of accountability by the airtel.I am a very satisfied Vodafone customer, however recently my colleague got a call from [protected] who introduced himself as Rahul and offerred us new postpaid offers. He asked us to pay Rs.250 upfront and get 800 airtel Local/STD minutes free per month, I with number [protected] decided to port to airtel and would get 500 MB of 3G free internet and incoming roaming free with montly rent of Rs.199 only. We found it interesting and paid Rs. 250 as security to representative of Broadwin, 10 Paschim Enclave, Main Road Delhi on 21/10/2014 who claimed themselves to be distributors of airtel. We decided to take three numbers [protected], [protected] & [protected] However, to our shock even today that is 4/11/2014 one number [protected] has not been ported and another number [protected] was ported on 01.11.2014 and [protected] for my friend's mother 3 days back. But the biggest shock was awaiting us, when we called up customer care they told us that only 200 local minutes were free & 1 Gb 2g internet was applicable on the plan and we were also told that the plan was of 299/- not 199/- as claimed by the representative. When we tried to reason with the airtel representatives we were shown cold shoulder and were told that such plan can never be offerred. Today we also tried Broadwin helpline with number[protected] but that number was unreachable another number of Rahul aka airtel representative [protected] was also unreachable. We smell a serious fraud. We would not also hesitate to file an FIR as such a fraud couldnot have been committed without the knowledge of Senior management of Airtel.                               We had purchased Airtel Digital in august 2013 and utilized the services till April 2014, after which we had surrendered the box and terminated the services for some reason. Even after terminating the services, Airtel digital is calling us till date to ask why have we not recharged our account for the past months. They have been informed several times that we are no longer using it, but they are just not ready to update their database. To add to the frustration, their employee sitting at the malad office in Mumbai had the guts to speak insensitively and rudely to us when she was cross-questioned as to why the database was not updated and why are they bothering us again and again. A complaint (no. DT[protected] was also registered on October 8, 2014 regarding this which has been not addressed till date. This has been really irritating us especially during the office hours. Its been 8 months since submission and they are torturing us for our mistake of surrendering the equipment and terminating their services.

                                Dear Airtel, My airtel number ( [protected]) has been suddenly stopped working, it has been dead from last 7 days. I contacted airtel customer care, they told me that my airtel number has been deleted from the airtel database !!! I am following Airtel on this matter from last 7 days, but I have not received any response till now. Why airtel is not starting my number again, this is pathetic airtel customer care service and they are not responding to any of my emails and follow up. Please activate my sim again. This number is important to me as it is associated with my all transaction and interactions. I have been using this number from last 3 year. I do not understand, why Airtel is taking fun in loosing customers like me who has been with airtel from last 10 years Please take action as soon as possible. Best Regards

I seriously shocked with the good company hiring this kind of people who straight away telling their customer to not to pay the bill . my promblem was i wanted last three months duplicate bill told he me that it is not assesible in the gallery you will be getting from your email that it might be true but the way of telling such small thing in a high volume is not acceptable the tone of pitch was so arrogant . i really appreciate with the head of the gallery who helped me and solved the issue . please take the immediate action on that person named shabbir

On 11th of October I recharged my account with 655 data plan according to which we get 3GB data at 3G speed and post 3GB unlimited data at 2G speed I consumed 3GB till 23rd of October means after that I should be able to use unlimited data at 2G speed however whenever I tried to use Internet on my mobile my balance deducted from my main account. I raised several complaints at 121 and to nodel officer.                                     I received a call from Airtel on 11th and the person told me there is no issue from their end and asked me use the data pack and said if the charges get deducted then she will reverse the charges back to me. I tried to use the data and again my balance got deducted. I received a call again and the person promised me that she will reverse the charges and said going to raise a complaint to the concern department to find out why this is happening and I will get a revert in 48 hours. That person didn’t reverse the charge, I had to fight again with customer service to get the charges reversed however didn’t get any resolution. I told the representative who called me that me pack is going to expire today and he assured me that that's not an issue we will try to give the best solution we can. Airtel keep on making fake promises and not doing anything on my complaint. Request to please guide me how to proceed with my complaint as I am looking forward to file a law suit against Airtel for not proving the promised services

                                      • My Airtel mobile phone prepaid connection number is .[protected] • That Airtel mobile phone service provider is deducting Rs 10.00 every day and informing through SMS about Rs10.00 Talk time recharge to me . This is happening for the past three days • Where as I never asked or requested AIRTEL to Recharge my talk time that too for a small amount of Rs 10.00 • (I used to recharge for Rs 100.00 not for Rs 10.00 and that too from the market or by internet ) • Airtel is doing this recharging job without my request. • All I want is refund of my talk time amount of Rs 30.00, which Airtel have been deducting for the past three days with out my request, at the rate of Rs 10.00 every day. • And I don’t want any VAS without my explicit request/instruction • Please help me in getting refund my talk time amount of Rs 30.00 airtel have been deducting for the past three days Thanking you Your’s sincerely K Narayanan
