I used your 3G data card for last 6 month, plan is First 4GB, 3G speed, after 2G speed, but last one week I getting 2G speed, enquired with customer care told 2.73GB 3G data avail on your account and made call log for this low speed. on 9.10.14. Customer care told your avail 3G speed MB was finished.now i checked last month bill, as per your bill on 9th October’14, Frequently every 3 to 10 seconds 5mb data was consumed. how it was possible?.please check the bill and made discount on my October bill.and something happened in this month on 27.10.2014, consumed 2.5GB without my usage. My data card no.[protected]

      i recharged my airtel no. by 100 Rs. on 29 oct 2014 for call rate deduction... but plan did not activate...then asked to refund my amount then they said airtel company does not refund any amount once deducted... why is it so ? i asked are u a thief ? they cut my phone...

        i recharged my airtel number of 100 rs on 29 oct 2014 for call rate deduction plan... and my balance reduced by 100 rs. but plan not activated... i call customer care to refund my amount . they said airtel company does not refund any amount once deducted... just like a thief... i asked why ?... they cut the call... if i do not get my money back... i will go to cunsumer forum... dostn't this company feel ashamed while doing this cheap robbery ...

          Day before yesterday, while I was travelling back from Hyderabad to Chennai, I lost my mobile and the person who found it shutdown the device as soon as he got it and hopefully is making use of the instrument. I lodged a complaint with Chennai Police department online along with IMEI numbers and last night I have gone around to find Airtel Relationship Centers and I had bad experiences from the beginning itself.

          The first Center was not opened at all and I came to understand that the center is observed regularly closed for couple of days from now. I was bit happy to see one of the centers in Porur open, but in continuation of my bad experience, they did not have SIMs in stock so that I can readily apply for the duplicate one. Not having SIMs is a PATHETIC situation and the center head should be ashamed of not keeping track of the stock on hand.

          I was very happy to see the third center in Gandhi Nagar open and the SIMs were also available. I submitted all the required documents and filled up the application form requesting a duplicate SIM. The center’s staff were very cooperative, handed me the SIM and conveyed that the SIM will be activated in 4 hours. The process got completed by 8:00 PM yesterday and till now I do not have the SIM activated. I visited the ARC three times and
          they simply say that there is some problem with Airtel servers and hence the duplicate SIM cards are not getting activated. The executives in ARC conveys that they have done their part and it is only that Airtel has to take care of rest activity to see that the SIMs are activated.

          I had a bad feeling that ARC’s shutters were pulled down when there were more people coming to the center to inquire as when their issues would be addressed. I see ARC as one money collection center, rather than a service center by Airtel. People do not come to have fun at your ARCs. People who are coming to ARCs are really concerned and if ARC executives shunning them off – they will look for other alternatives.

          I am not sure as how long it would take Airtel (or) its ARCs to take care of things and activate the lost SIMs. I am expecting very important calls from US and I am now confused if I should continue to look at Airtel SIM’s activation.

          I am Challa Venkata Satyanarayana and I am taking help of my fried to draft this text and share my concerns with other members. As of now, I do not have any alternate Mobile number.

              I have been a customer of Airtel for last 2.5 years, with number [protected] and have a credit limit of 14, 000. This is a corporate postpaid plan. All of a sudden I received a message from Airtel stating that they are changing my bill plan. I like the services offered. However, changing bill plan for customers is not acceptable. Is there anything that I could stop this from happening.

                  MS. PAYAL SHARMA CALLED ME BY PHONE NO. [protected] AND ABUSED ME WITHOUT ANY PROVOCATION. SHE INSISTED ME TO TELL HER ABOUT WHETHER TO KEEP AIRTEL DIGITAL CONNECTION OR OTHERWISE INSTANTLY WITHOUT GIVING ANY TIME FOR THINKING. EVEN AFTER REQUESTING THAT TO GIVE SOME TIME, SHE WAS RUDE AND ARROGANT AND TOLD ME THAT "I AM INTHE PROCESS OF THINKING FROM LAST 6 MONTHS. SHE BEHAVE RUDELY. SHE APPEARS TO BE HIGH HANDED WITH CUSTOMERS. Even my mobile is DND, they call me and wasting time.

                      Hi, I have been charged internet services from Feb'14 to till date with out any request from my end and still this number is running with internet charges, though i made a complaint. Got a reversal of 250/- out of 800/- when i made a complaint, rest amount will be reversal in upcoming bill. Now when called for a reversal of remaining money the executive saying that we cannot reversal rest amount as your bill amount is not crossing 350/- per month. Request you to please help me in getting back the rest amount. Thanks & Rgds, Vinod [protected]

                          HI, I had recharged my Data card for 14/10/2014 for 5GB/Rs/750 ...But later i came to know that the card has not used for couple of months hence that no has been sent out for resale. When i contacted the Airtel customer care they said they can transfer the amount to the working no hence i had given my other no which is [protected] and they said it will be done in 2 days and again i had called the customer care on 16/10/2014 and my call was attended by the airtel representative again i had to Explain the story and then that person said the no has already been sold out hence it is not possible to transfer and they asked me to talk to their senior officer i was waiting on call for more than half an hour but no one has attended it and the call got dropped off.. Again the next day i haw d called and had to explain the same story they gave me one Complaint reference no and asked me to check after 3 days nothing had happened ..Each and every time i had to call and explain the same story to every person again and again for getting my money back ...I have never seen such a worst response from any other network ..I personally feel airtel is having a very worst and poor customer s support and response which i got from your representatives OMG !! only god knows !! So for i had got more than 8 complaint numbers and the sad part is nothing has happended so far. I am begging them like a dog to get to my money back ...During this pregnancy stage i am struggling like a dog to get things done... My mobile got filled with only complaint no's nothing else. PR[protected] this is a complaint no i had registered yest erday but simply they had closed with out any solution ..Please call me on my mobile for further details [protected] ...Let me see how many years you people going to take to get it done!!!                                 Respected sir, I have submitted a complaint on my Airtel mobile number with reference no. 58478893 dated on 14 oct 2014 and reference no. 58548494 dated on 20 oct 2014. these complaint were regarding poor 2g GPRS services on 2g network in my home network on given address of : Trilok puri, GMS Road opposite Dron puri, Dehradun Uttarakhand. Since 15 days, my problem is still not solved. I have again made a 3rd complaint on 27 october 2014, but still my problem is not solved. I am a postpaid user and subcribed to 2g plan thus i am not able to get 3g signals according to you impartial rules which restrict a postpaid user to latch on 3g signals while it is allowed to prepaid user. This is also a problem of concern why this kind of discrimination is done with postpaid users only? Rules should be same for both postpaid and prepaid users. If your engineers are not able to solve slow 2g gprs problem on 2g signals in my area then kindly provide me 2g gprs on 3g signals which is running quite well in my area which i have checked on my brother 2g prepaid plan. kindly provide me either good 2g gprs speed on present 2g signal or allow us to latch on airtel 3g signals with capped speed as per your tarrif speeds.                                 Im from Delhi and using Airtel Postpaid with 2G GPRS Plan. Same thing over here also, Why 2G postpaid customers are nt allowed to latch on 3G network? Whe n I called to Customer Care, they said to either convert into Prepaid or to opt 3G plan.
                                The network latch facility should be same for Postpaid and Prepaid users.

                                They should allow Postpaid 2G users to latch on 3G network with Data speed as per opted data plan.

                                Please look into matter at earliest else users have many choices to move from Airtel now.

                                  My Airtel Digital TV customer id is: [protected]. I booked a customer an additional HD settop box on 24th Oct'14 through Airtel the phone (12150) from my Airtel mobile. They told me that the cost is Rs.1815 and I get one month free subscription on by box (and subsequently Rs.250 per month). On 25th Oct'14 - they came and installed the box and the line man collected Rs.1815 and went away. I got a call subsequently from your customer care to confirm the amount and plan. I was told that I'll get one month free service on it. On 23rd Oct'14 - the balance in my account was Rs.320+ However today (28th Oct'14) I find that my airtel connection is disabled b'coz of 'no balance' in my account. I was SHOCKED to find out that you have deducted Rs.310 additional for "BOX NRC" from my account without any intimation or reason. I called up your customer care and registered complaints[protected]Name: Sujith) and 40814645. The executive told me that they'll listen to the recorded conversation of me booking the settop box and refund the money. Some one from finance called me back and said that he cannot refund the money at all. He told me that I was given wrong information - clearly Airtel's mistake. I argued with him on the fault on Airtel's part - but he was RUDE and kept saying that nothing can be done. After a while he just bluntly CUT THE CALL. Airtel has not only wrongfully took my money without any notification, they are also refusing to correct their mistake by providing me a refund and also they are behaving in a very rude manner with the customer. This is clearly a case of deficient service and fraud.

Actually I have to raise a complaint on there is no network in my Hometown(Selambagoundanpalayam, Chennimalai town, erode district). There is frequency tower near to my hometown (Pudhupalayam) eventhough we are not getting any network. Not even a single point.
