I used your 3G data card for last 6 month, plan is First 4GB, 3G speed, after 2G
speed, but last one week I getting 2G speed, enquired with customer care told
2.73GB 3G data avail on your account and made call log for this low speed.
on 9.10.14. Customer care told your avail 3G speed MB was finished.now i checked last month bill, as per your bill on 9th October’14, Frequently every 3 to 10 seconds 5mb data was consumed. how it was possible?.please check the bill and made discount on my October bill.and something happened in this month on 27.10.2014, consumed 2.5GB without my usage.
