Last one month i have lodged complaint 4 times regarding the frequent disconnection problems. These so called senior engineers cant even find out what the problem. The customer service executives are totally inept in resolving customer complaints. They dont provide adequate information or help, They say that they are transferring the call to technical dept and disconnnect the call after some time. The waiting period is too long. I recharge my airtell per paid 2g data on 18th oct. For 149rs/- from that my data will not work. 21 oct i received one msg that my internet balance is low. I spoke with custermer care they told me that i use my data they charge me for the complaint that 50pise for each 2min they put me on hold for more than 25 min.
