    I have paid rs.255 by my sbi netbanking (From my another mobile) today (26.10.2014 by 2.00 p. M.) for 1.25 gb 3g internet to my airtel prepaid mobile no.[protected].

    But there is no any response from airtel till now even though the sum of rs.255 has been debited in my sbi sb account and the bankers have sent sms for the successful transaction.

    I request immediate action on my above transaction.

      This is to inform that I wanted to buy a 3g wi-fi dongle prepaid dongle, instead I was insisted to buy 3g wifi dongle of post paid plan by the representatives of AIRTEL counter at BISTUPUR of Jamshedpur, Tatanagar, Jharkhand. And on their advice about 2 months ago I purchased the dongle worth Rs. 1800 (Approx) along with submitting copies of my address proof and ID proof. I received details my 1 st month rent as Rs. 386.70 and I paid Rs. 400 in the automatic bill payment machine of Airtel in the same said airtel counter. However I could not use this dongle a single day as my connection was never connected by Airtel. Later I visited several times at the same Airtel shop/counter at Bistupur, Jamshedpur, Tatanagar from where I have purchsed the connection and they are not paying attention to my complaints and not taking any action to solve the problem even after several reminders for past one month. Recently 4 days back I again visited the same airtel counter to remind them to activate the connection, they said that the region where I stay no postpaid connection can be given. Thus I insisted them to refund all my money along with the 1st months rent I paid and take back the dongle which they are refusing. I feel cheated and I request you to take needful action to solve the problem or arrange for refund. My Airtel connection no is [protected]

        Airtel had deducted my balance of 150 rs, from my main account, from [protected] with out my knowledge, on 25/10/14. When i called customer care they told me to call after 4 hours. Becoz information was not available on their systems. They promised me that they will call back again and let me know about problem. But they didnt called me back. Again i called on 26/10/14, then they said that I have used innternet. But I had not& how they can cut entire amount from my balance with in seconds. I want my balance back to be credited to my account But airtel is refusing to do soooo.

          Complaint to [protected]@in.airtel.com Date 21/10/2014 Sub :-Fraud by your representative Mr Rajeev Srivastav who's Mobile No.[protected] Respected Sir, This is to inform you that above name person visited our office situated at S K Patil Mun. Gen. Hospital Daftary Road Malad East on 21/10/2014 who came with bunch of sim cards calling himself as a representative of Airtel mobile company and showed different schemes for government employees one of it was Rs 199/ month (EBU - 199)in which unlimited calling to all mobile, landline, std calls and even local and std sms were also free for one month for prepaid airtel mobile. Since I am a prepaid customer of airtel (mobile no.[protected]) I took that scheme and paid Rs.200/- toward recharge.. He filled form no. MHB 5537278 and gave me the same no receipt .Now he is not responding to my call. The details in my receipt is as follows Receipt No. MHB 5537278 SIM No.13772 Plan EBU-199 I called customer care . representative replied that no such schemes are available in the company and report this matter to higher authority, hence this complaint. There is no value to Rs. 200 in the market but customer is losing trust on company and that makes the difference. Hence company should not appoint such people who can do fraud in the society on the name of company. But after a talk I received two full recharge of Rs 100/- (Total Rs.200/-) which I never asked for. If you cannot provide me the scheme promised by your representative there is no other option of refund of same amount. hence I once again request you to refund the amount at the earliest or else I will lodge the written complaint of cheating against your Airtel Co. representative. to Senior Inspector Of Police, Dindoshi police station, Goregaon West. Complaint ot nodal - Reference number is CEXCL[protected]. As asked by Mr Anil sharma i sent all documents by email on 24/10/2014 at 5.27 pm Sub - Cheating from You Respected Sir I received SMS today at 5.07pm stating that you have activated for full talk time offer for this month and deducted Rs 25 from by balance. But this is to inform you that I was sleeping between 3.00 pm to 6.30 pm today When I was sleeping how can I call customer care and activate for full talk time. If you see my previous recharge details you will find that I have recharged rarely. If I am recharging rarely how can I activate for full talk time for this month. This means that it is cheating from your side. I called customer care at 6.30 pm for the reason, but he could not answer my question and also he was unable to answer the two top up of Rs. 100/- each which you have done purposefully to protect your representative who has cheated me for Rs 200/- by showing fake scheme I hereby request you to deposit Rs 25/- plus calling charges to customer care as it is mistake from your side and deduct Rs 200/ from balance and tell your representative pay me back cash of Rs.200/- which he has collected from me by showing fake scheme. (Refer complaint reference no. OT[protected] as if you cannot give me offer for which you have collected money then you have no right to do top up of same amount without my consent. Infact it is observed that they are trying to protect that culprit. Complaint Nobody can carry bunch of Airtel sim cards packets without company's authority. Company must be having record of Name of person whom they have given that series of card. But company is not taking any efforts to find out that person whom they have given bunch of Sim cards . If company is not having record of it then company is responsible for all fraud .               I have activated 28 Rs 3G internet pack. I received a confirmation SMS as " Your Rs 28 Free 100 MB Plan is successfully activated. " Where as its a paid internet plan. But its been mentioned as 'FREE'. Since its been mentioned as Free i want my money back. Or they should avoid using Free in the confirmation sms.

                My name murugan parvathy, mobile [protected], yesterday[protected] visited airtel babuji nager, bownpally, show room and purchased wifi airtel 3g device paid cash rs.2100 with post paid connection plan o[censored]nlimited rs.650 per month. While paying cash i asked receipt to executive said, accountant today in leave, insisted me to collect tomorrow, i told them it’s very difficult to come tomorrow because of medchal nearly 24km away from show room. I clearly told them i will not make purchase without bill.. The executive requested me to accept, i believed the reputation of airtel and considered the request. The executive opened the device pack and installed the mini sim with adapter in the device. Instructed me to use after verification call in the alternative number.
                I got confirmation in the alternative number and based on that i attended the call. After that i got message in the mobile confirming the device is ready for use. I tried to use in the my pc found sim is invalid.

                Morning i planed to visit airtel office and collect the cash receipt unfortunately i unable to give complaint about device issued because of office hours. I went to airtel office by 7pm, complaint the device problem, they taken the device try to open the cover and remove sim from the device, the executive faced lot difficulty to take out the sim. I requested bill receipt and asked for replacement of device did not work. The executive don’t want collect the device and give receipt after collection including the bill/cash receipt under due problem made by executive. I told them please collect device and give receipt so that i can follow-up. Single one in the show room taken up initiate to collect the device and give receipt.

                I told them if you are not willing to give cash receipt and accept device for replacement / service then without having working wi-fi i can’t use sim for post paid connection hence i requested them to accept my cancellation of the post paid connection. I struggled more than one hour single one interested in the showroom to understand my problem and totally got upset the way treated the customer. Evidence i recorded the discussion. This complaint is not getting my money back / device replacement just share bad experience with airtel executive. I am not rising complaint against airtel some of executive in the show room wrong approach customer losing faith on good company / misunderstanding the reputation

                  With reference to above subject, i mailed to airtel about failed transaction of Rs.400 for airtel Digital TV recharge account No.[protected]. I also enclosed bank statement and transaction statement for the said airtel digital TV account.After that i got confirmation from the bank on email about failed transaction.The bank inform me in email that money is transferred to airtel.in. The same email i forwarded airtel on dt.18 Oct-2014. The complaint about this failed transaction is still not resolved by airtel. Hence i am requesting airtel to refund the Rs.400 to my Bank account or recharge with Rs.400 to my bank account.

                        I was offered a free data bundle pack of 1GB for 2months. I was informed by the customer care executives of Airtel that the 1 GB monthly data services pack will be automatically continued on my number which will have a monthly rental of Rs250. But when the free bundle got over, the company started applying 0 rental data charges on my number without informing me which lead to an unexpectedly high bill of Rs3444. Had the original Rs250 pack been continued, the bill amount wouldn't have crossed Rs1000 approx. Now, in spite of constant reminders to airtel and also having a word with the senior most executives of airtel delhi- Mr. Pronobeshya, Mr. Samrinder, the issue is not being resolved and there is no response from airtel despite their promise of responding within 48hrs. I request to please get this issue resolved by the company at the earliest. Interaction id: [protected]

                            Today morning i got a message saying "recharge for 144=600 local+STD minutes free. So i recharged it. Later when i made the call i started loosing money from my balance. When i contacted customer care (have contacted them 3 times) they say that the offer should be valid only in tamil nadu. i came to bangalore for my personal work and will be here for a month . They are saying that this wont work in " roaming which they haven't said in that message . i had attached the message here. So please do the needful and take required steps to get back my amount.                               At 3.13 PM today (24 Oct 14) my HDFC Savings Account has been debited Rs 350/- for an online recharge of my prepaid mobile number [protected], Txn ID No [protected]. She is worry lot regarding this, if lunch police complaint it harm to her future.                                   Dear #airtel #airtelDigitalTV I am so frustrated with your so called customer 'care' which has absolutely no care for customers. Please read below and read CAREFULLY to understand what pain a customer has to undergo to become one of your customer:- 1. A new connection purchased on 30 August 2014. Installation pending till 17 October 2014 (please mind the company which claims 24 hour policy is unable to complete 24 DAYS). Every single customer agent on your helpline nos 12150 is "illiterate" and has no idea regarding the current status of the ID and every single person gives a different answer about the same. (ID - [protected]) You can check every single record of the phone calls made to your number from this no ([protected] & [protected]). Even after doing repetitive calls to the customer care no one ever listened. Finally, on 18 Oct 2014 I cancelled the order and I received the payment after due follow ups on 20 Oct 2014. CASE ENDS. 2. Even after such a horrible experience, I trusted airtel and that was the worst mistake I did, I tried to book another connection, as I got a voucher with SAMSUNG for HD+ connection on 1690/-. I, as instructed in the voucher had send an SMS on 54325, and also I received a call next day i.e. 23 October 2014 a verification call, and he took all my details and told me that the connection would be installed in the next 4 hours or so. Patiently we waited for 2 DAYS but despite that no news. Finally frustrated I called customer care and a senior "GURMEET SINGH" told me had no idea again and you will have to book a new connection. Kindly revert with a reply is this the kind of service you give to a customer and not even after sales it is pre sales.

                                    Dear Sir/Madam, My Airtel Mobile Connection detail is as follows:- Name: Sumesh Reddiar Airtel No: [protected] e mail id: sumesh.[protected]@gmail.com State: Karnataka This complaint is regarding my bill details, as per the discussion with customer my reference no: is F[protected]. Earlier I gave a complaint regarding a third party app called ' IPAY' that is not there in my phone and I myself are not aware of, which made a increase to my bill to another Rs.2000 for 2 months and got a negative respond from Airtel team that they are not responsible for any third party app, for that I din't pay my bill from February to April. Also after a false commitment from Manager Mr. Amit Gaddikeri in billing dept that he will waive off this Rs.2000 from the next bill generated and also he said he will give a special consideration to analyse the reason for my excess bill, I got convinced by his words & his friendly approach, I paid the full due on June 11th 2014. Now my complaint right now is my bill only dint got generated for next 3 months from June till August. I repeated called customer care & I requested them to generate my bill as if I wont be able to pay bulk amount. Also I was stranded in Kashmir during the month of September, even I was helping the suffering one there, that may be the reason why in my bill my roaming charge was more, its ok and I dont have any complaint on that. But its a kind a request that I can't pay bulk amount every time. I think I am with Airtel for more than 4 years and I gave a average bill sales of Rs.3000 every month. But Airtel never considered or clarified any of my request and complaint. Please consider this & do the needful to this Platinum Customer. Thanks & Regards, Sumesh Reddiar

                                      I've been using Airtel for quite a while and getting very low download speed @ 2 - 5 kbps at roaming in Nagashettyhalli, Bangalore which is ridiculous. A month have passed watching such a low speed. Somehow I need to complete the data else remaining will be wasted. i am using Jharkhand's sim here in Bangalore.

                                        hi i am Ravina shah, my mobile number is [protected], i am airtel customer since many years. since 3 days my net is not working properly, i called customer care executive but they started arguing with me saying that there is no probl from our end instead of trying to know what problem i m facing... i am fed up with this company, they are proving as if i am lier ... they ruined my diwali and my new year... please help me in resolving this matter i lost my around 30 rs in just calling the customer care executive and at the end the customer care executive are arguing with me instead of listening my problems...and even i recharged my mobile net with around 170 rs and my net is not working...
