respected sir, today around 20:30 the amount of around rps27 is deducted from my airtel account with no reason. when I call to customer care they told me that the deduction is due to Internet usage but iam 24X7 connected with my home wifi and data enable on my android phone is always off so how can i use the airtel data . this just a fraud . iam using wifi for around 3 years and this kind of situation is never happen to me. I just want my money back. The airtel customer care peoples are not taking any action . Please do the legal action against them. jagdeep singh mob.no [protected]

      Respected Sir/Mam A very Good Afternoon I am writing this mail in the regard of the activation of my deactivated mobile. Actually, I had a prepaid number [protected] but from last few months it was not not is use because of my out station service. I have used this number in my application forms for communication. Right now, I have qualify the preliminary examination o[censored]PPSC 2014 and going to appear in the mains examination for which I need to fill my mains examination till 11th October, 2014. I need this number urgently because of the OTP will be received on this number to fill the mains examination form. I this regard I have a gentle request you to kindly activate this number as soon as possible I could process my application from till 11 October, 2014. I have contacting in airtel stores they didn't provide any positive support. I hope that you will understand my problem. Please Sir, help me.

        I want to register complaint against Airtel. I have gone almost mad and harassed because of these non-sense people. I was using airtel broadband connection for internet. I have submitted the request to disconnect this service in August, 2014. I called customer care that kindly disconnect this, replying to which they said lets put this on hold for a month and after one month if you still don't want to continue then we will disconnect and in this period of hold you will not be charged anything.Also, I wasn't using this connection in this period of hold. After one month, customer care executive called me i.e. in end of September and asked to pay bill for September also. I said it was under the period of hold and you people have said that you will not be charged anything in period of hold so why should I pay???? They said they don't have proof regarding that I have put the connection on the hold even when customer care executive said that he put the connection on hold from his side. Moreover, now when I am asking them to disconnect this service since past 15 days they are not even putting the request for this and I am getting charged for this month also even when I haven't used this service since 30, August 2014. When I call customer care they talk for 1 hour and waste lot of time. They even put phone on hold for 15-20 minutes. This is completely a case of mental harassment and financial loss. My landline number is [protected]. I request you to please help at the earliest.

            Recharge of Rs. 1379 was done by me on 02 October 2014 Txn ID 500474, international data roaming pack, but the same was not working in Dubai. When the customer care in India was contacted they claimed that no such recharge was done and there is no such data pack available in Airtel. When i lodged a written complaint on Airtel's site, they dint even contact me and status of the complaint is being shown as closed. I want the reimbursement of Rs.1379 of the data pack which dint work in roaming. Airtel service is pathetic, they claim something ion their website and dont provide the said services. Airtel to reimburse my money.

              Voice IVR Before Making Outgoing Call

              I have called AIrtel more then 10 times to let them know that i have opted for DND, which means that they can not legally send me any of there advertisement still whenever i place any call from my number i get IVR for 15 seconds before call is connected, Now they are drooping calls and making excuses they are even not scared of DND terms and condition. Help GOV of India!!!...

              hello,
              my mobile number is [protected] which is frouded by airtel
              i had account balance worth 455 but suddenly i i got a popup of internet uses and 50 rs was deducted from my account balnce then i called your customer care they told me i have used internet that's why your balance deducted even i told them i didnt use any internet but they didn't agreed i continuously tried to convince them but they don't want to here me anymore, ,
              after that i again checked my balance and this time again 50 rs was deducted even i didn't use any call or internet and every time i checked there was something deduction i called 3 times to your customer support team and there senior also they also gave me same reason and when i asked them to how much data i used then they neither told me how much internet i used nor any history of my deduction..
              even when i checked last time then 200 rs was there then i removed my sim card and insert after 1 hour then i checked my balance it became 0 this time now tell me how can i use internet while sim card is not inserted...???????
              then i went to nearest customer care office and shown them my phone they checked my data uses and agreed that i didnt use internet and took my complain and i got callback from them and they again told me that i have used internet am i stupid or what i told them that i was getting popups without using internet why they dont understood
              please update your system and one thing i didnt use any internet from your provider why you dont want to understand that and its my humble request to refund my money back asap because 455 is a much amount

                I had applied for a Postpaid connection in my company's name - Buttercups in Indiranagar with a place called Radix Solutions. They took Rs.500 from me for the connection and also took Rs.700 and promised to give me a number ending with 22. They did not give me any receipts for either of these transactions and then just kept ignoring my calls for the past 20 days. I have been a personal customer of Airtel for the 14 years(postpaid voice connections, broadband connections, company Wifi connection). Airtel direct service and service through their franchisees has dropped horribly and become from bad to worse. I made 3-4 complaints to Airtel directly regarding this Radix Solutions but no action has been taken so far. Every time I call Airtel they take all the information from me all over again and do NOTHING about it. I want the refund and I want Airtel to take action against Radix Solutions. I demand this as one of your loyal customers for so many years. And if you can't do this then you should close down your company. And don't think I will sit quiet, I will go to the papers and make sure I publish this.

                  Dear sir, I am Sachin Dixit and got a call from airtel Money Multiplier representative on 4-10-14 regarding new postpaid connection. I liked her plan and placed order for 2 new postpaid connections. Next day her representative came & took payment and said that the both no's will be activated within 48 hours. But after 48 hours when i checked the no's, they were not get activated. I immediately called the customer support for the same. They told me that the No's were alloted to other person while that no's were punched by my name. So this is the matter of cheat & missguiding the customers. I want the same numbers which was i booked. Please resolve my problem asap. Thanks.

                    I ( VIJAYENDRA PATANKAR ) having Airtel Landline with Broadband Connection (PH:[protected]) which was taken last month ( 27 SEP 2014). While taking the Landline connection I had given Original Document for Address Proof to Airtel Executive Mr. Noor Ahmed (M: [protected]) for taking the Xerox of that document. I am continues follow up with Mr. Noor Ahmed for getting back my Original Document. But he is not picking my phone, not even respond to me and not returning my Original Document. I had already done Compliant against him on 01-OCT-2014, REF NO : 50208382, But Till now my problem is not yet resolved. Kindly help me for returning back my Original Document.                       To whomsoever it may concern, There have been cases of sub-standard service, post payments, but Airtel DTH simply takes the cake, gets the icing and manages to swallow customers whole, it seems. The details of the apathy is documented below with a view to educate consumers regarding the seemingly ‘CHEATING’ modes of conducting business by Airtel DTH. Background /// 1. I have been using Hathway for all 4 LED Televisions at my home and paying Rs. 575 per month. The quality of transmission remaining ‘GOOD’ and constant across all television units. 2. However, since the 1st of October, 2014, the Star Sports Channels (4 numbers), FX and 4 Movie Channels, have remained BLOCKED. Now being the channels that I prefer and with ‘No Response’ from the servicing personnel of Hathway, I decided to change service providers. 3. I decided to use another service provider for 2 Television Units and maintain the Hathway system for the remainder two televisions. THE ISSUE /// 4. On recommendations from my brother-in-law, I decided to have the Airtel DTH system installed at my home. 5. Post discussion with Airtel DTH personnel, on the 7th October, 2014, at around 1pm, at the cabin in my office, I paid out Rs. 3200. Despite my requests to first inspect my home and check feasibility, I was urged / forced to make the full payment even prior to the technician (s) visiting my home. 6. On the 7th of October, 2014, at around 3pm, I made complete payment of Rs. 3200; which was for 2 Airtel DTH Connections at my home, 3B, Jupiter Block, Regency Magnum, Hennur Main Road, Bangalore – 560043. 7. I was informed by the salesperson that, installation would commence within 2 hours’ time 8. I was also informed by Rakesh (Airtel DTH / [protected]), that no additional amount will be charged to me as the two connections come with 20 meters of wire. 9. At 6pm the technician calls and reconfirms my home address and landmark (s) 10. The amazing technician ([protected]) then arrives at 9pm and was restricted from completing the task, as the Regency Magnum maintains strict rules for any form of labour / work, that cannot proceed beyond 9pm. 11. So he leaves his materials, dish and electricals at my flat saying that, he will return and fix the same at 930 am, on the 8th of October, 2014. 12. He arrives at 1045 am, on the 8th October, 2014, and waits for 30 minutes, as my home-keeper was out, having waited till 1015 am. 13. Now I manage to excuse myself from work and get back at 1230 pm, only to find the technician still doing work at my home (3rd floor) and on the terrace (11th floor) 14. The Airtel DTH system was installed at 3pm, a limited and very quick demo that lasted 5 minutes shared to me, by the technician, a form given to me to fill, a further 10 minutes on call for the system’s installation… 15. While the requirement and full payments were for TWO (2) connections, the technician cited some technical problems and informed me that, only 1 connection could be given. 16. I stated that amounts had to be refunded and he said that I should claim the same from the person / party I paid to and that he had no connection with SALES. 17. I spoke to Rakesh (Airtel DTH / [protected]), who said that he will return my call in 2 minutes. It is since an hour and I have not received any call from Rakesh or anyone from Airtel wrt the refund due. The amount to be refunded is Rs. 1600 only. Despite 4 calls made to rakesh and an sms sent, Rakesh failed to call me back or message in return. At 4pm I receive an sms from Rakesh stating that he was in hospital due to someone meeting an accident. I replied that he rather take care of the person and call when free. 18. Then an amount of Rs. 960 claimed from me (This is in addition to the Rs. 3200 already paid). NO RECEIPT GIVEN for the amount collected in cash. 19. In haste and to complete other work (As shared by the technician), the technician left my home. 20. Within 5 minutes of his leaving, after having installed just ONE (1) Airtel DTH box at the master bedroom, I observed cut-wire pieces and a metal connector lying around in the hall-room. On checking the same, I realized that it was the elements installed by Hathway. On turning on the hall-LED-TV, I noticed that the Hathway connection had been disconnected leaving a ‘BLANK’ screen. 21. On calling the technician and requesting that he come back and fix the Hathway Connection that HE is responsible for disconnecting, he tells me that, it must be done by Hathway. 22. Now please be aware that I am paying Hathway too and why would I call Hathway for something an Airtel DTH Technician is responsible for ? This is absolutely NOT acceptable. Imagine me informing Hathway that Airtel DTH had disconnected their system because they had to install an Airtel system in the master bedroom ! 23. At around 4pm the technician calls me and says that he will visit and fix the issue at 530pm on the 8th Oct, 2014. I inform him that I will record this apathy (As I’m doing now) and if he does not come and get the TV in the hall working, then I will go viral with this apathy. 24. This, according to me, amounts to CHEATING and malpractice by Airtel DTH. What is needed now /// Airtel DTH, please do not think I will let this rest. I expect a refund of Rs. 1600 immediately. I expect the TV in the hall to be made functional immediately. I expect people to be more sincere and genuine at their work and maintain that it is customers like us that help build the brand, saliency and positive WOM. I expect Airtel DTH to clarify and show me the 70 meters of wire, that they supposedly used, prior to deployment and making claims for money. Else, ensure the Rs. 960 is also refunded. AND, if this is not possible, then issue a CASH Receipt for the monies collected – This is the law of the land and must be treated accordingly. I expect Airtel DTH to apologize and accept their error / mistakes in writing. Failure to comply and as informed to the technician and Rakesh (Airtel DTH), will result in me going viral vide Facebook, Google, Yahoo Messenger and on Airtel Sites with this very apathy duly documented herein. I represent a media company and I will NOT hesitate to make it known to the world that, companies / corporates cannot and must not take consumers for granted and hope to get away with it… Kindly do oblige and treat as most critical and urgent. Latest Update: - Rakesh (Airtel DTH) not returned call and / sms - Technician hasn’t bothered to keep his 530pm appointment and has not even had the courtesy to call and inform regarding the same. - Hence this goes viral now !                         Hi my self Chanchal I received call from airtel, They said about the airtel 4g net benefit. After lesson his word i find the offer suitable for me. I agree to take airtel postpaid connection, I provide suitable time to agent will come to me and i will take connection. Next day he will come showed me demo and provide me one airtel dongle. I paid 5056 rs amount to him for 6 month advance rental. After 3 days connection activated. I started using the connection. After 1 month, I received the bill. Then I go to customer care and know that this guy did not submit the money. Thanks, Chanchal

                            My self Rachana, I was using [protected] numbe in airtel in june, july, August, from first day network problem was there, complaint for same gie several time on call and email to nodal and appellate officer, as finally they hv given permission to port out as issu is nt solve and nt to make payment, on call by Neelam and Aditya and mail for port process is send by this appellate officer .I hv ported out with there permission . Now after Three month they asking for payment or disconnected of number. Kindly check all call recoding and emails conversation for this number by nodal and appellate officer and solve this iissue .As they told not to make payment and given permission to port out as problem can't be solved, hw thet r asking for payment after 3 months.

                              sir, i have recharged my airtel number with rs. 56 for 1 gb internet yesterday at 8 pm as i saw in my best offers at*121*1#. but i have recieved only 280 mb data and left recharge benefit not recieved yet. i have complaint many time in airtel cost. care but i have not get any proper responce.please give my proper benefit earlier.thanx

                                sir, with regards i wish to inform you that i have met with an accident lat two month ago and i was in bed i was not able to use my right hand so i was not in a positation to sign in the cheques last month i contacted your team response one of your person and intimated the same to him and he has registered the complaint sms transaction reg number also and i have given him the complaint that my bills are not recived to me he told that they will send me the duplicate bills and i have asked my mobile bill amount the said that it is rs 2000/= i have requested him that i will pay R's 1000/= on 1st of October and the balance on 15th he told that i have feed as you said so as i said i have dropped my cheque on 1st for the sum of rs 1000/= to day at noon my out going services has been stopped i don't know why so i went to your airtel office in bunder road in vijayawada but i did not like there response and the way of taking i want my services back in 12 hrs if not forget about me you are loosing the existing customer because i am having idea and vodaphone where there also i am the existing customer i did not care for your net work only after requesting from my bed also you people have stopped my services so within 12 hrs my services must be back to me other wise i will leave your net work and go for the other my cheque number i can tell you tomorrow the bank is SBH governerpet

                                  I own a sim from past 3 yrs, which was deactivated without any reason. No damage on the sim card. i called up to the cc and they asked me to take a new sim card & visit the store to check for further info*. when i steped into the store. i gave my information 1 : The sim owner is not available MS PHILOMENA ( LATE) . 2 : I have only the Adhara acknowledgment. military canteen card i asked them for a resolution they asked me try to change the sim for a post paid plan ( were i was not at all interested ) . and after three months i have to change it back to PER-PAID with no reason. but i just wanted to take new sim this was a pathetic and disgusting experience. in KORAMANGALA AIR TEL SHOWROOM i waited for 1 hour 45 min without reason. and spoke 5 different people . but they just ignored . did not take any action I NEED A RESOLUTION FOR THIS

For More Tunes, click m.airtelhellotunes.in/wap Note : 1) It is second time deduction in a month. it is very SHAME to AIRTEL 2) Why repeat the same mistake you can make a new (Big) one.                                       Customer ID: [protected]-001 Before solving my problem, first AIRTEL should able to solve it's own issues, every-time when I call customer care, they say, the system is getting updated, technical issues, performance slow. Please find below the responses from AIRTER CUSTOMER CARE every time, please note i have called them around 25 times and got frustrated like anything, a. sir, our system is updating, can't help now b. sir, we are facing technical issues - so can't help now c. sir, we understand your concern - we will arrange a call back d. sir, dont worry, i will transfer the call to my senior officer e. sir, your problem is correct, but due to technical issue we can't help - i need to contact packaging team I got all these stupid answer, with no one able to answer correctly and solve this issue. Moreover, everyone using the same technique of putting the call on hold for long time, so a customer will get frustrated and will drop the call. Let me explain my ISSUE - HOPE SOMEONE FROM AIRTEL MANAGEMENT get a chance to see this note, I have requested to activate SOUTH VALUE SPORTS package after going through the package details online in AIRTEL WEBSITE First three days, no issues - we were able to see the channels as mentioned in the package, All of a sudden, they changed my package WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE and when i asked - they changed it back to SOUTH VALUE SPORTS Now several channels which are part of BASE PACK is not showing - when i ask - the only reply is that these channels are not part of the package. Also, they are saying openly THAT THE INFORMATION SHOWN IN WEBSITE IS NOT CORRECT AND IT REQUIRED UPDATED. I don't understand why then I should money for this package and I see myself cheated. In ONE WORD - AIRTEL CHEATS CUSTOMERS IN A BIG WAY AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS USELESS I have also attached the Screen-shot - proof of package details which is shown in AIRTEL WEBSITE. Is their anyway, that I will have this issue address by AIRTEL MANAGEMENT.

                                      Issue has been resoved after Nodal officer involved and he ensured that I have the correct service activated for my DTH connection.
                                      Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
