Sir, I complained in morning regarding 3G services and my complaint reference no is PR[protected]. I regret say that without resolving any problem and without consulting me they simply sms me that your Problem has been resolved and given me reference no CMOUD[protected]. Problem is same i did not get 3G Speed while recharging 3G recharge.

    Airtel’s online customer care for mobile subscribers is going from bad to worse… Check out their newly ‘re-designed’ ‘My Airtel’ page. For months they had been expressing regret for the ‘inconvenience to our customers’ during their re-designing phase that took several months. And when finally the new page became a reality, it has turned out to be quite inadequate. For example, in the ‘Last 5 transactions’, in ‘Manage Services’ on their new My Airtel page, you can NO MORE view the last five numbers you called. This is atrocious. The purpose is defeated if you cannot view the numbers. Why have they taken them out? The new page just gives the time, date and charge. More important are the numbers. Previously all these details were could be viewed. I call upon the company to restore called five numbers, and if possible incoming 5 calls as well, immediately.

      I activated Airtel night Internet pack Rs. 8 for yesterday. According by the plan I should have able use unlimited Internet from 12 am to 6 am this morning. But I am able to use only 25 MB or something. After that data connection not connecting at all. Already it happens for me 2 times before, first I thought it was a network error, but when I asks some of my friends they also told me they are facing exact same problem.Even Customer care persons told me that there is a problem in this pack but not yet solved by the technical side persons yet (I think its happening around one month) and suggests me to use other packs. So Now I understands that its a trick to consume money from the customer in the name o[censored]nlimited Internet by giving limited pack or a technical problem which is not rectified yet to make more money like that. So I am suggesting my friends that don't use unlimited Rs 8 night Internet plan it's a false Advertisement because its only a 25 MB Limited night Rs 8 internet pack for 12am to 6am. Now I am aware, so I am telling you my friends don't lose your money by activating that plan again until they intimate us that the problem has been rectified.

        I got reply from the nodal officer and Appellate Team : As I discussed over the phone yesterday with John Mathew he asked me to visit the Relationship showroom for activation of prepaid No : [protected] I went to Purushwakam branch which is Prince Towers Opp to Abirami mega mall I met Mr shalin who is the branch manager .. As Mr Mathew told me yesterday I have to carry 1 photo and Id proof and address proof for converting the same for prepaid connection but he refused to accept and clearly said that already post paid connection has been activated now we cant do anything ... Without verification call by phone or by sms or by person how this connection I have been sending mails from the day one when my sim got blocked for incoming and outgoing as well now how can You say it has went to market some crap story this completely annoying and disgusting service i[censored] want check my mail dated 03/10/2014 which I have sent to you regarding my sim deactivation .. I got reply from Mr John to give us 48 hours of time so that they will reply to my mail but nothing has happened how coolly You guys say that sim has went to market or false stories i don't want this stupid stories from u . I need My SIM to be activated again with Prepaid number .. Where in no fault of customers side u guys are harassing me to go here and there why the hell i should go ask your representative Mr palani who took the form and asked me o wait for address confirmation without confirming the address how u can block my number .           Hi, I used AIRTEL broadband service for 4 and half years. My airtel landline number:[protected]. I raised a request to stop my broadband services on 7 Sep 2014. I have done my last payment on the same day. But, my first transaction got failed. After some time, i have done the second transaction and it's successful. Later on i found that money got deducted twice.Below are the transaction ids. My first transaction i.e. Transaction #[protected] got failed but the amount got deducted. My second transaction i.e. Transaction #[protected] is successful and amount got deducted again. As i stopped my service, i have few more money to be refunded back i.e. total of Rs.964/- (including the extra amount as the transaction is failed) is what airtel should refund back. But, i have been asking since 1 month and 13 days and AIRTEL is not refunding back my money. Last week AIRTEL called me and told that cheque did not mailed properly, so they asked my bank account details to transfer it online. But, still no action is taken on the same. Could you take a proper action on the same as they are delaying it intentionally. Is this the service you provide to customers who used airtel for 4 and half years. Moreover, i am asking my money to refund back. Hope you understand. Reference Number of my complaint: 49522594 Please refund back my money immediately.           Could you tell me when my amount would be refunded back. As you are aware that it's been 45 days and no action is taken until now. Also, I have sent u nearly 100 mails and still no action is taken.

          I am requesting you my money and don't know why AIRTEL is behaving this way to a customer who used AIRTEL for 4 and half years.

            I called customer care this morning to verify a number that had come in. After held up by first rung responder for about 10 minutes the call is transferred to a so called supervisor. This supervisor responses in a most audacious and non caring manner called himself Srikumar or Srinivasan... that too after asking him for his name. He sounded sleepy and quote " tell me what do u want" sort of response. The best part of this is he does not ask for the problem rather talks about how difficult is customer care job... Well i am not sure anyone who is responsible in airtel for all the acclaimed customer service will even come across this complaint or react to it. However its just a hope that some miracle will happen.

                Today i did send a sms 154 to 369, and i got the plan for Internet which says 500mb 3g and 500 mb data of 2g for 30 days. then recharge my number with 154 and i god 399mb 3g and 350 mb 2g data for 21 days. if airtel have changed the plans they why they didnt update on their server. i talked with the senior customer care executive Mr. om sharma. who told me that the plan have been changed and airtel will not refund my rest data as per they said in the sms form 369. Mr. om sharma told me that u can use or u can leav the airtel, u can port out. this was the behavior of a senior executive. so i am using 3 airtel number and all are i am going to port out Number are [protected], [protected], [protected] both number will be ported out in 30 days. first number will be ported out in 2 days. because this happened with me second time.

                  Hi all, I am very much frustrated from Cheap Service provided by Airtel. I recommend not to go for Airtel Service. Instead go for Any other provider. I applied for airtel postpaid connection on airtel website then I started getting sms that "your number is converted to postpaid, please constant no: "Some number"". But my number was in prepaid only. Then I contacted that number and then a lady took my address for document collecting. I have given the document from 1 week and still my number is not converted into postpaid. I have called 1000 times to them but still no solution. My Number is [protected]. At last today finally they have converted my number to postpaid and I am calling for verification but some mistake in the building number has been done by store guys and now they are not activating my number in spite I gave all the detail correct. They want me to collect wrong information from store and give them for activating. They are asking me to go to airtel store. I am really frustrating from the service. My number is dead from today morning and there is no hope that it will be on till monday/tuesday until correct address is update by people.

                      I am outside of India and company issued my number to one other person. I am using the same number from last 6 years and also did not asked Airtel to close it. How can that be possible by such a big Company? I am really worried as it is my number from last 6 months with all the important contacts etc stored. This number was the only number that I have. So everywhere this number is distributed by me. I went to the Airtel office and they said that you and the one who got my number resolve the issue at their own. We cant help. I am really worried and also frustrated. I dont know wbt the other person and is scared if he can use some information that he should not. Please support. And the worse part of the situation is that I am still not at my home. This is my father no. [protected]. He is trying to get it resolve but I dont know what will he be doing.

                        hi, I am airtel customer for long period, till date I am glad to use their service, today I had a very bad experience with employees from airtel office at Marathalli, Bangalore. This is the issue, my sim had a problem and totally no network coverage. it was for almost a week, I went to airtel office at Marathalli. When I approached one of those guy, he told me to provide passport copy, Driving license card copy, and address proof agreement with notary sign, like lawyer sign, the response was quite dull and when I asked him why such formalities are not there during new sim activation, he has told that it was done. People should understand the amount I need to spend for notary sign is expensive and surprise that why people have complicated the process for replacement. Though my interpretation might be wrong, but the response went to third rated kind which was surprising to me to expect from airtel employees for the first time. I am going to disconnect/ to say will heave the sim to trash and go for other subscribers. This is not the end, I seriously demand disciplinary action against those employees, if airtel wants to get their business smooth going forward. I am going to spread message on the issues across facebook and other community forums and wherever I think it will raise a heat at media level. Worst of all, the emp has underestimated my age and given bad response which hurt me lot.

                          also today i got
                          one more message Namaste! 4G GPRS without Video Call 5 GB 4G LTE Free
                          (After 5GB, 100 percentage Free) - KK Basic Service 4G Dongle Cost
                          recovery with 12 month lockin charges 416 X 12 - KK has been started for
                          your airtel 4G LTE number [protected]


                          I contacted Airtel office in
                          Koramangala Bangalore, They told me nothing to worry...as there is to
                          step verification.i have even sent a email regarding this to
                          airtel.[protected]@in.airtel.com, but till now they dint get back to me.

                          Who's number is [protected] ???I fell something fishy.please resolve this
                          as soon as possible, also activate my number

                            while i was surfing the internet, I received some message from airtel stating activation of some crap VAS service "Sexual Health" on my number [protected]. Further an automated message was sent somewhere and i was charged Rupees 1.5 for same. I would like to hereby request your side to please; 1.Deactivate the service as soon as possible 2. Refund the said amount of INR 31.5 to my account ie [protected] 3.To enable DND ( Fully blocked category on my cell so not that even i am redirected to airtel site without my consent) I have been a loyal customer to Bharti. Hope the actions taken would let me remain same otherwise if Airtel begins to follow in footsteps of private sector cellular service provider, switching would be a good option then.

                                  Dear sir, I have been your customer for the last ten year. My computer modem is in one room and the telephone connection is in another hall. At the time of installation the wire connection was covered with plastic patti by your company. Now recently, I contacted your office and informed them to remove all the line since I am going to repair my house. For that your engineer has told me, over PHONE ITSELF WITHOUT COMING IN PERSON TO MY HOUSE, to remove all the connections by myself and assured to give connection when the repair is work is over. When the repair work is over in the last week, I requested them to come and give connections. Now they say that the connection line will not be covered by plastic, as the company policy is changed. When I protested this and insisted for the line to be covered, your administration people has agreed to reduce the bill amout by about Rs.500-00 and sent message accordingly. Now I again I requested them to visit my house and give connections and I agreed to provide the plastic cover. Your engineer today called on me at my house to give connection and I requested him to fix the cover(which I will purchase and provide) and give connections. He informed me that it is not his work and requested me to engage an electrician and complete this work so that he will again call on me and give connections for which i agreed. Now your technical staff called on me over phone that he will close the complaint now and I have to give a fresh complaint. I am very much annoyed and disgusted. What a poor service from such a famous AIRTEL.? I am completely dis-satisfied. As I have 10 to 15 connection within my relations, I have to spread this kind of treatment by your office. Since my complaint has not been satisfied for the last ten days, I withhold my bill payment for the last month, which I had to pay by 16th of this month. I want my grievance is to be settled wtihin this week and then only I will make payment of the bill without any penalty. K.Raghavendran

                                    I have Registered for Airtel Broadband new connection on 12/09/2014. 13/09/2014 i have received connection request number as 27082905 via SMS. on third day i called their customer care regarding connection, they said due to some technical reason they cannot provide me broadband connection, then i asked them to refund the amount, all this conversation was via phone. On 24/09/2014 i wrote an email to 121 service stating to confirm that they are going to refund the amount. Surprise .. They did not initiate the refund process. First thoughts, if I don't write them, they would have consumed my money. I got call stating they can provide connection now, which i did not want as I already brought the service from a different provider. Then they tried to convince me, they will refund only 1000/- where as i need to get 1100/-, i have sent the CAF Photo image which has all the details, why they need this actually CAF, they will be having it in their database, anyhow i have posted the CAF. I have mailed at all the below mentioned email ID's <nodal.[protected]@in.airtel.com>, <appellate.[protected]@in.airtel.com>, <[protected]@in.airtel.com> I see they have become Hardcore crooks, they do not respond any more. I want my refund back. I can paste all the conversation so far, i had with them. Let see if they hear now and pay my money back REF08812712 [protected]

                                      I am really very disappointed the reputation of Air tel is too down now days. I have complained before 15 days back on Consumer forum Of India till date no satisfaction not proper solution no assistance I guess Air-tel is used to for this kind of Consumer forum complaints they having lots of money to handle this kind of cases but for your kind info this time your customer is totally opposite to your strategies and thinking. I will raise the issue till HC, SC if need and I will fight for my rights. You have stopped my phone service you have done your work now don't arrange single call or follow up for the same I am buying new card today effectively and I will show all the profs which I have also out with news paper I will invest my money there at least that is worth for me then pay you. I have 3 bellow complaints:- 1- Your customer care ex Mr. Swapnil have giving wrong info with commitment he said I have noted your complaint you will get call in 24 hours but I haven't got a single call strange Air-tel don't have that much manpower. Totally wrong coordination he don't know even what is the rules of TRY. 2- That day I have got one massage from Air-tel you have consumed your 100% data use please call 121 for packs. I have called but Mr. Swapnil said you have consumed only 90% till date he have checked twice this is the biggest mistake and tech issue from Air-tel which i have already analysis before. 3- 2nd day I have called again for the same Mr. Appasaheb assisted that time he have taken my complaint and said you will get call again 24 hours but till 3 days no call from Air-tel again strange. 4-After long fight 7 days back I have got proper call from Ms. Bhawna but no solution she was offered me 140.Rs discount what do you think i am beggar ??? and they protects them self no fear no apology, I have all the profs if legal lawyer ask for my discussion recordings with your customer executives you have to submit also I have mails as well. 5- I agree when i was in Delhi bill been raised but when i was in Mumbai also i was getting same level bill i got your strategies always i am also corporate person. Also in 1 week consumed 2.2GB net ohh my god i think India's president is also not that much busy on social sites i guess i am so popular. 6- Yesterday only i have got call from customer care he told someone senior will call but no calls no massage, mails i am totally confused you guys are stooped my service without proper solution if i will missed any IMP or official call you will responsible for the same. Worst coordination i ever seen in my life. Till i am waiting for adjustment and wave if i am getting satisfactory waver i will continue or else coordinate me i will go with other brand.
