    Sir, I recharged my mobile no.[protected] with Rs.218 plan but it was unsucessful saying invalid code on 11.9.2014 at 2.16p.m, then i retried to recharge the same plan after 3 minutes and it was successful but Rs.436 has been deducted from my balance instantly.Then i called in C.C.No.[protected] to lodge my complain and talked to Senior Supervisor Mr.Sangram Keshari Das and tried to convince him about the problem.Then he put me on hold for about 13 minutes then replied in a harsh way that he can not do anything and money can not be refunded at any cost as this is completely my fault.I request you look into the matter and solve this issue and refund my extra Rs.218 in my balance account.Please Help

      Airtel call center personal called me on my registered cell number for bill payment. The bill was generated on 6th of October. This is the second call I received for the bill payment. Had received one call the previous day asking to make the payment. In the first call I had mentioned that I will make the payment the same day. But for some reason I was not able to make the payment. I received the call the next day again (11 October 2014) at 2.57 PM. I mentioned to the lady that I will make the payment in sometime. The lady used a very loud tone and commanding to make the payment. I mentioned to her I will make the payment and asked who the hell was she to shout, she mentioned "Hey, make the payment bloody" and disconnected the call. Another lady calls me back from the same number and complains that I was the one who was shouting at the Airtel personal. This time the lady identified as Meera. This is really bad Airtel people call and use foul language. I am not a defaulter, I have time to clear payment. The bill generated on 6th and this incident is happening on11 October. The # I received the call- +[protected] I want an action to be taken here.

            I buyed a nokia lumia 530 handset on 25 sep. It has a offer of free 500mb data per month for 2 months for airtel coustomers but it is not yet activated to my airtel number.                 I recently took Airtel CUG connection. I've changed the existing number to CUG as well in Airtel Store. Till now they havent changed the plan to 149 CUG and I've been charged for CUG call and its 50ppm+monthly rental. I had called many times but all the associates are so ignorant to take complaint. Now they have blocked the services and want to pay bill which is free for CUG calls. I have tried all ways to sort this but this where I can look for resolution. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND AIRTEL TO ANYONE. THEY CHARGE HUGE AMOUNT AND TOO SLOW FOR A COMPLAINT. I HAVE THEIR EMAILS WHICH IS SO STUPID NOT READING MY COMPLAINT BUT JUST REPLY. THE OPERATORS ARE SO PATHETIC IN SERVICE. I want to cancel and pay only for what I've used.

                  I took airtel broadband plan and there was some bill due because I left the place and I paid the bill and requested to disconnect and they said they will disconnect that and now I am getting calls from their customer care that My bill amount is due and Now I am now not putting up at that Place and already requested to disconnect 5 months back.Their so called retrieval experts start calling with out knowing any thing.

                      I have been trying to get my balance back which was deducted on 8th Oct this year, in the name of some Mortal Kombat game. I do not play games, and I have downloaded the game or played it. I have contacted them about 5 times, and I have got my call disconnected. Kindly do the needful so that i can get my amount returned back as early as possible.

                            Hi Team, On[protected] I had requested for porting the Number and for the same I got a call from the Airtel backend team for an enquiry of the same and they offered me the recharge of 698 and told me to wait for 72 hrs . And when I called the customer care today for the same there is no proper response from the airtel team. Finally when I called for 198 to complaint the same, they are asking me to do trial and error method that is sir try to recharge for the same if it is not recharging then the offer is not active. I was surprised because they can see on the system the same that weather the offer is applicable or not. Please resolve the same or unfortunately I have to port my number from airtel to others.

                              Hi, I am using Airtel post paid CUG plan. But I am getting extra bill amount on every month (not reduce the free call etcc, , ), I have raised the issue with customer care many times, but they not taking up with this issue to resolve, whenever i am speaking with customer care Executive they are keep on raise the complaint but the issue is not resolved, at finally i try to change my network with same number, so I have sent PORT to 1900. but i unable to send that message. They have blocked the service for me, very bad, So again i have raised this issue with customer care, but they are not responding properly whenever i am calling they (everyone) are always asking some time resolve the issue, some time they disconnect the call without proper response, i am very disappointment, i am not at all satisfied with this,

                                On 25th June, I called up customer care to change rental plan for my Airtel 4 G connection ... customer care person says ... this is not possible from customer care ... write a mail to [protected]@in.airtel.com. Well I did that (wrote to that mail id).On 8th July ... they responded saying "We regret for the delay in response."and gave me options to choose from (yeah ... it took about 2 weeks to respond ! ... nevermind)I I immediately responded back (to that mail) asking them to change my plan to Rs 450 per month. To that ... Airtel changed my plan to Rs 650 per month (Who the hell authorized you folks to do this !!! Also I came to know about this wrongful plan changed only when the bill was generated. BTW I did not even used 1 KB of data since 9th July Till now I got lot many SMSs ... email ... even calls that my bill payment is pending. When I call up Airtel to sort this matter ... all I got was a bargain that we will waive off 50 % of bill !!! As if I am asking for rebate ! The worst show of professionalism.I will take this matter to both consumer & civil court & will fight till the end. You cannot take customers for granted (I have all mail conversations & phone conversation with me as proof ). I will advice folks to be aware of such ill-practices from Airtel. I write the same on Airtel FB page too, got couple of call too ... but NON of Airtel folks seems to be bothered about resolving this issue. I have now decided that I will take legal action, as the false doing from Airtel should be penalized. I have reached my limit of keeping patience & forced to take stronger steps.

                                  My mobile no [protected] took new conection three month before on that time took recharge of rs125/- but it is not use for calling i kept for. Mony transfer to other mobile and used internet pack of rs 198/- every month. Airtel cut my mony all with asking any item today just now activated "at-airine"and cut rs 5/-with massage stop to sms no 155223, i did sms as shown in massage but sending option refused many many time tried. Now my main ballace left just rs22/-from rs125/-. Customer care 198 not conecting to attended excutive of customer care service. The no of customer care 121 charging not tollfree on adverties shows call 121 toll free number. I ask to troi no controlled over regulation athority to airtell. Thank you.

                                    In august we took a pack of Rs 250 for 1 GB of mobile data and we thought it will be continued for the coming months. But in September end only we came to know that our pack was not present in our bill and our monthly bill of September was terribly high. The airtel would not even send a message that in September we do not have our pack of mobile data. So this is the unsatisfactory service of airtel. Though we receive two or more calls from Airtel in every week but this time they cannot even send a message to this matter.
