Hi,
I am using Airtel post paid CUG plan. But I am getting extra bill amount on every month (not reduce the free call etcc, , ), I have raised the issue with customer care many times, but they not taking up with this issue to resolve, whenever i am speaking with customer care Executive they are keep on raise the complaint but the issue is not resolved, at finally i try to change my network with same number, so I have sent PORT to 1900. but i unable to send that message. They have blocked the service for me, very bad, So again i have raised this issue with customer care, but they are not responding properly whenever i am calling they (everyone) are always asking some time resolve the issue, some time they disconnect the call without proper response, i am very disappointment, i am not at all satisfied with this,
