I applied to recharge 3g service and after paying money through yes bank
Net banking, airtel site was showing a message that my bank declined to pay
Due to some error, so i tried it 2 times more.

So totally after trying 3time with some error message, i stopped and checked
My bank account and found that all 3 times amount has been deducted from my
Bank account but nothing recharged.

My phone numberis [protected] and i recharged it 3 times for
Rs 141 500mb
Rs 255 1gb
Rs 255 1gb

I did submit my online complaint at company's need help website with ref no.
Pr[protected] but no response came, which they claim to respond w/in 2 hours.

I want my money back as soon as possible and if possibe x10 times for their
Ridiculous service.

    i have lost my phone in pune which has a airtel postpaid connection:[protected] on tuesday. since that time i am trying to get my number blocked but neither the customer care nor the store outlet anywhere in pune and in delhi helping me out.As per the suggestion from tilak road pune outlet i sent my brotther in delhi to karol bag airtel store to get my sim blocked and get a dulicate sim but the store representative didnt respond. I have sent him my photo and id proof on mail but the store peoplr wanted me to come there to issue the duplicate sim and to block the sim. I was ready to mail him the NOC from my side and to provide them the complain/for copy but they didnt respond. It is not possible for me to go back to delhi and get a new sim but they are not helping me out.

      Laying cables through terrace without obtaining permission from the owner

      I, S K Raju resident of No 25 (66E1) Thiruvalluvar Nagar Main Road Alandur, Chennai 600016, submit that cable has been laid through my terrace without obtaining my permission. It has come to my notice when I went atop for some maintenance. May I kindly be intimated as to how this was done without obtaining my permission. Please also let me know as to why should not I move to consumer forum for such negligence....

      yesterday i lodged a compliant thru' you to aitrtel . ref no CBDWP21024150834. the complaint is about Talk time deduction. after forwarding my complaint airtel informed me via SMS that they have refunded my talk time they deducted with out my requst or consent for SPRDFUNSNAKE.         hii sir, i am using your postpaid number [protected], last time i active the internet pack 199rs.I called to your Customer Care I said him plz active the 199rs internet pack, he said it will be active within 4 hrs.whatever i use net after 12 hrs.after 3 days i checked that i have not internet pack then i called to your customer care again .he said 200mb data plan have been activated, he said it is fault of our executive so when you would get bill you have to say regarding this problem.your excess amount would be waived.but now i received bill amount of 3000 including internet use without activate plan.i have called to your customer care again and again.due to bill, outgoing of my connection have disconnected.please solve my this problem bcoz it is not my fault it is your fault .i have call recording regarding discussion of your executive.please waive the excess amount.i cannot pay this amount Thanks sir

          After many fights with Airtel finally decided to cancel my post paid connection.Every time when I request for cancellation they come up with new offers and some discounts. Finally fed up and decided to cancel but as the number was spread among all the friends and official documents thought to keep the number without any change and can use alternate service provider. As to migrate from post paid to prepaid as requested by the customer care executive visited their outlet at Electronic city, Bangalore on 17th October and given a request and collected the prepaid sim card. On 21st i called their customer executive they took a complaint and said will revert back in 24hours. Never turned up/On 22nd called up them again but he promised by 12 midnight will get it activated. Called up again after 12 Initially the person who picked said he would transfer the line to his manager and holded for half an hour and routed to some one but he never spoke me but i could hear some people speaking at the background. I disconnected and called up again and at this time the executive replied it is under process. I told him the whole story happened in between but again same thing happened he disconnected the call. Called up again as sooner one of the executive responded, Immediately asked to transfer the call to any responsible person at Airtel he kept on hold for half an hour and said his higher officials are busy and would give me a call back and when i asked for the time that i can expect a call from them he said around 9 AM. when I asked if his managers are busy still 9 AM he just kept quite and put me on hold and said they are still busy.Today 23rd 10AM i called up their Nodal officer and explained the whole story she is asking me 3 more days to sort out the Issues. Do Airtel thinks all their customers are donkeys..?

            Dear Sir I've recharged my mobile i.e., [protected] on[protected].I intend to do recharge for 1GB 3g data for month.I picked Rs.249/- on airtel website on the following link. https://pay.airtel.com/online-payments/prepaidResponse.do Which states 1GB 3g data for 30 days.But after payment I've got 27000 local seconds.When the same was inquired by customer care, I was politely rejected by the agent (MAYURI-SUPERVISOR) and I came to know that money was not refunded. In turn I was blamed that mistake is with me so they cannot refund amount.But when I questioned regarding options in site, I haven't got proper answer.Even though I was answered very POLITELY my money was not refunded.Hence I'm lodging complaint along with screen shot of the website.               sir, i had done a minute pack on 15 /10/2014 which i saw at my mobile, that was in 38 rupees =80 minutes for 30 days, but when i activated it, i rechived msg about it that i got 60 minutes, valid for 5 days only. than i called customer care too much time and told them, they told me that after 24 hours it will be updated.than after finishing day 19/10/2014, all minutes are finished, and i did not get extra 24 days vallidity and 20 minutes.than they blocked my number to calling free customer care. i have lossed my 38 rupees, please help me sir, pls... vikrant...[protected]

                presently i am in canada and before coming here on 10th of sept I have given in writing to deactivate my no for some time till I returned from my foreign trip. This was done @ chennai, india and immediately my no was deactivated and assured that the no would be kept under SAFE CUSTODY TILL I RETURNED. But this month I have been charged Rs182 and odd for not using the cell from 10th sept AN onwards where as promise was given that every month, only Rs 50 would be deducted. I was not able to open the bill sent to me by email [protected]@yahoo.com as OTP was required which is unusual. Since I have deacivated the no, how could it be possible for me to receive the OTP.                     we want to change [protected] number as a personal numbr from a company group no. spoke to customer care n as directed went to 2 airtel outlets fr atleast 7times, .but they r so reluctant n sarcastic, that our work is not done.one of the outlets mos reckless was situated in chandanagar.they just spend time over speaking time.anyways ur problem is we got no objection letter from, but they r saying draft should b in other way .how can one demand any person to draft as it is u want? man thing is whether company stamp s perfect r not? is ur employees r so perfect n drafting.finally we want to 1 thing, whether it can done r shall we leave airtel n go fr any other service.first train ur eployees how to receive customers properly n respond them properly.remember 1 thing artel is not only mobile services.we got so many. finally 1 thng airtel service is worst but signals is good for which reason we r continuing withairtel. thanking you

                      Sir, My mobile No. is [protected], An amount of Rs 65.00 has been deducted(21/10/2014, Tuesday, 8:11 Pm) by AT AIRINF, by merely removing an advertisement from the Google search home screen, Suddenly a message was pop up and showed you have activated Model video club service, so an amount 65.00 has been deducted (The total prepaid amount that I was). What is this...?????? is cheating to customer...you at least get it confirmed from the customer for any service or account deduction. Why no confirmation even sent to me, that I could stop any service before starting . This is a cheating to customer... Very bad...

Dear Sir/ Madan, I am using prepaid airtell sim with no (+91-[protected]) from last 6 years . and on 19.10.2014 airtell sent me a message to submit id proof with a photo . but I fail to do so due to some reason. On 20 .10.2014 my airtell services is disconnected at 9:30 p.m . next day I went airtell office with documents but they say they cann’t start the services again at that time a had a balance of 1000/_ Rs. What I want from you is their any provision if a customer is failed to submit it”s KYC to prepaid service provider the what about the previous balance ? why does is it not transferable ? please provide a legal document in support of your answer.                           I am Rajendra Sharma from Jaipur. I am a prepaid customer of Airtel mobile. since past few days, I've been receiving a message regarding a promotional recharge offer from Airtel according to which on a recharge of Rs.12/- the tariff for local calls will be reduced to 30p/min valid for 60days. (PFA for images of the text message from airtel). I was convinced and got my phone recharged with Rs.12/- on 13th October. I got the recharge successful and scheme activation message and my tariff rates were reduced to 30p/min. However, after a couple of days he tariff rates went back to 90p/min. This scheme was supposed to last 60 days and not just a 2 days! I felt cheated, so I tried calling the customer care of Airtel, but in vain. Every time I was connected to an executive, they were least bothered to solve this issue and out-rightly denied that nothing can be done about it. I called 3 times in the customer care but got the same reply every time. I, then decided to visit the Airtel area office at Tonk Road. They me write my complain on paper. I did and then I was told the complaint will be registered and I will get a complaint number via SMS within an hour. I took the representative's number to take a follow up. Which I didn't even after a day. So I called the representative, he told me to wait another hour. Which I did but nothing happened. My tariff is still the same and neither is my complaint registered. I'm clueless now. Please Help!

                            I have submitted a consumer complaint few hours before and received a phone call from +91 [protected]. The person is asking my credit card details to resolve the issue. I was surprised that how can the person from airtel is asking for credit card information. When searching in the web I found that number of people got such fraud call from above number. Now my question why such kind of fraud phone call is exist while number of people got affected. Why our police is kept silent in this issue. Request you to kindly let us know what action you had taken against this fraud phone call.

                              my 2G internet validity was expired on 20 oct 2014.At 12.05 a.m I received a message that a sum of Rs.60 has been deducted from my account.I wish I will allow many of my friend circle and my colleagues not to take airtel connection as the services provided by them are worst and definitely i will proceed to consumers court if the necessary steps are not taken by the company

                                I have submitted a complaint just few minutes before regarding Airtel 3G data service" and got a phone call from +91 [protected] and the person is asking for my credit card detail including 3 digit CCV number fro verification. Please let us know why this fellow is asking all credit card information for their verification. How do I know whether the person is calling from consumer complaints department? Please clarify.

                                  Kindly note that I have recharge my phone with Rs 251/- for 1GB 3G data for 28 days on 18th October 2014 but found my 3G data is not working although the money is deducted from my credit card. My mobile number is [protected] (kolkata circle) and corresponding transaction ID is 028742. I have inform to your executive several times but they are not able to resolve this issue. On 20th October 2014 at 12:54PM I have discussed with Mr. Rahul Maji your senior executive who assured me that this problem will resolved within 24 hours but nothing happen. On 21st October 2014 at 12:45 PM I have discussed with your another senior executive Prabhat Mondal who assured me that the problem will resolve within 4 hours. Same day around 1:50PM I have received a phone call from Prabhat Mondal (no: +91 [protected]). As per him I have recharge Rs. 252/- and hence I will not get 3G data in my mobile. Now my question is although I have confirmation SMS from 121 about the deduction of Rs. 251/- and same amount has been deducted from my credit card account then why I am not getting the 3G service in my phone. Request you kindly take the immediate action and resolve that issue.

                                    Hi, My airtel prepaid number is [protected]. I recharged my number with 2G internet pack of 1 GB last month which got expired on 25th Oct. I saw on 18th that my balance is 70 Rs. and internet data is still around 250MB left. But after that, i was getting the connectivity issue with internet so i tried to call customer care (121) on 19th Oct when i saw that balance is nill also internet pack is also got expired without use. I recharged my number with 120 Rs. again and called 121 but they didn't give my correct explanation only said that balance deduct due to usage of internet after data limit. So on 20th Oct, i recharged my number with 3G internet pack (198 Rs. for 650MB data for 25 days). Now after 1 day (21 oct) when i tried to connect the 3G, i again saw balance is nill and no internet pack is there. So total they deduct 116+70 = 186 Rs. without any reason. Anyone from Airtel, please call me and explain me the deduction.I am thinking of filing consumer complaint in court now seriously. Jitendra
