Hi Sir/Madum, This is Shreedhar from Gadag, I would like to know the person who is operating this particular number which is [protected]. By this number we getting offensive massages, picture and some time videos also, as a respect of my and my friend(Girl) its not good. She is worry lot regarding this, if lunch police complaint it harm to her future. With respect of all the things, its better to meet that person and convince him to don't send such kind of massages to any unknown number without her/his permission. So, its my humble requesting you pleas pleas provide such information which related to [protected] this particuler number. Its grat thank full help by you if you gave information. Just think once with respect of a girl and pleas provide me related information. I hope you can understood the problem and you ll surely do help me this matter.     Dear #airtel #airtelDigitalTV I am so frustrated with your so called customer 'care' which has absolutely no care for customers. Please read below and read CAREFULLY to understand what pain a customer has to undergo to become one of your customer:- 1. A new connection purchased on 30 August 2014. Installation pending till 17 October 2014 (please mind the company which claims 24 hour policy is unable to complete 24 DAYS). Every single customer agent on your helpline nos 12150 is "illiterate" and has no idea regarding the current status of the ID and every single person gives a different answer about the same. (ID - [protected]) You can check every single record of the phone calls made to your number from this no ([protected] & [protected]). Even after doing repetitive calls to the customer care no one ever listened. Finally, on 18 Oct 2014 I cancelled the order and I received the payment after due follow ups on 20 Oct 2014. CASE ENDS. 2. Even after such a horrible experience, I trusted airtel and that was the worst mistake I did, I tried to book another connection, as I got a voucher with SAMSUNG for HD+ connection on 1690/-. I, as instructed in the voucher had send an SMS on 54325, and also I received a call next day i.e. 23 October 2014 a verification call, and he took all my details and told me that the connection would be installed in the next 4 hours or so. Patiently we waited for 2 DAYS but despite that no news. Finally frustrated I called customer care and a senior "GURMEET SINGH" told me had no idea again and you will have to book a new connection. Kindly revert with a reply is this the kind of service you give to a customer and not even after sales it is pre sales.

      Dear Sir/Madam, My Airtel Mobile Connection detail is as follows:- Name: Sumesh Reddiar Airtel No: [protected] e mail id: sumesh.[protected]@gmail.com State: Karnataka This complaint is regarding my bill details, as per the discussion with customer my reference no: is F[protected]. Earlier I gave a complaint regarding a third party app called ' IPAY' that is not there in my phone and I myself are not aware of, which made a increase to my bill to another Rs.2000 for 2 months and got a negative respond from Airtel team that they are not responsible for any third party app, for that I din't pay my bill from February to April. Also after a false commitment from Manager Mr. Amit Gaddikeri in billing dept that he will waive off this Rs.2000 from the next bill generated and also he said he will give a special consideration to analyse the reason for my excess bill, I got convinced by his words & his friendly approach, I paid the full due on June 11th 2014. Now my complaint right now is my bill only dint got generated for next 3 months from June till August. I repeated called customer care & I requested them to generate my bill as if I wont be able to pay bulk amount. Also I was stranded in Kashmir during the month of September, even I was helping the suffering one there, that may be the reason why in my bill my roaming charge was more, its ok and I dont have any complaint on that. But its a kind a request that I can't pay bulk amount every time. I think I am with Airtel for more than 4 years and I gave a average bill sales of Rs.3000 every month. But Airtel never considered or clarified any of my request and complaint. Please consider this & do the needful to this Platinum Customer. Thanks & Regards, Sumesh Reddiar

        I've been using Airtel for quite a while and getting very low download speed @ 2 - 5 kbps at roaming in Nagashettyhalli, Bangalore which is ridiculous. A month have passed watching such a low speed. Somehow I need to complete the data else remaining will be wasted. i am using Jharkhand's sim here in Bangalore.

          hi i am Ravina shah, my mobile number is [protected], i am airtel customer since many years. since 3 days my net is not working properly, i called customer care executive but they started arguing with me saying that there is no probl from our end instead of trying to know what problem i m facing... i am fed up with this company, they are proving as if i am lier ... they ruined my diwali and my new year... please help me in resolving this matter i lost my around 30 rs in just calling the customer care executive and at the end the customer care executive are arguing with me instead of listening my problems...and even i recharged my mobile net with around 170 rs and my net is not working...

            I have 8 Lines of Landline No. In all they call for Top-up or Broadband. We clearly say no to them. They activate it. We have given them to change the plan details. They took request for Cancellation of the Extra Services. Now getting call stating we will cancel the line. Where as we have given the request for cancellation of all extra services and give refund to us. Have informed Appeallate team since August 21. STill not even one complaint is been resolved. Need to file a Case of Airtel . I have around 200 E-Mail as proof with me. They say different and do thin differently. I have so many problem with Airtel. Once they call can speak. Typing is waste of time. All number having so mnay issues of plan chnage, extra service activites, refund related, plan reversal, wrong decativating of service. The Airtel compnay is best for Rural areas not for City in Chennai. Have been in touch for more then 2 months. No problem is being solved. They are increasing my problem only.

              My mobile no. Is [protected]. My no. Is ported as on[protected] from Vodafone to airtel. coz of best intconnection. But since 9th of October to till date I have not taken best service of Airtel Internet. i complained many times to customer care executive but no one take it serious and could not solve my problem. Sir, this is humble request to you please check my data service and give me feedback as soon as possible.

                Dear Sir, I'm loaded caller tune for my airtel prepaid mobile no [protected] but it has not been loaded on my no. So I contact to airtel customer care Executive on 198. But I don't get solution from there and he cut my phone call without resolve my problem. Balance has been deducted from my SIM balance. So, Plz solve my problem.

                  Today i have sent 14 nos. local SMS Diwali Wishes to my friends. @ that time my Balance was 55.26 rs./- after sending 16 SMS & rechecked my balance & found 26.26 rs/- against 39.26 rs. Extra deducted amount 13/- rs. will be refund to my acount no. [protected] on war footing basis. Note : 1) As per your norms per SMS charge is 1 rs./- 2) I m not Satisfaction due to u have deduct balance with wrong procedure again & again... Who is responsible for this ? Regards, Rajeshgouda

                    I was recharging my mobile via paytm on 17th oct. i got the confirmation message after 8 hours stating that your mobile has been recharge. I switched on my data network, but within few mins my blalanced was zero. Than i called to AIRTEL they said data network plan is not activated on your number. But ihave message and mail from my bank saying that 149 rupees deducted from your account. Paytm didn't recharged my number band has done their job. Can i know that where is money gone. Please contact me on my cell [protected]

                      Hello,

                      I have made a phone call to a local mobile no. ([protected]) at 21:05 pm . The call duration was 7 mins approx . My balance was 209 rs prior to this phone call, and after the call the balance has reduced to 105 rs . I want to understand why 100rs was deducted from my account for a local call & that too just 7 mins call duration. The local no. that i have called belongs to Mr. Sinkar for any verification .
                      I request you to kindly look into tghe matter & solve this issue.

                      today 10 RS were credited to my airtel a/c. it was to be deducted any time after 11.08 am tomorrow (28/12/2014).but my credit balance already deducted before time. Even i did not utilised this. i made only two short calls.
                      i think airtel is exploiting us

                        My Airtel 4G LTE connection is [protected]. I have given my connection closure request on 24th June 2014 against SR no. 58645436. It has been 5 month but the connection is closure and Airtel is keep debiting charges(> Rs 3K per month) from my credit card. Once this fraud came to my notice, I started following up with Airtel but there is no progress instead the charges are keep being deducted till today. I have escalated this matter to all possible channels. Interesting to notice that they promise to get response in 24hrs but the reality is hopeless. They will delay closure connect all possible ways and keep charging from your credit card. If you raise complain, they will never commit about resolution date. I am victim of Airtel 4G LTE connection.Airtel service and support is fraud including data speed. The Airtel executives are lazy, insensitive and unprofessional. My personal recommendation is to be careful with Airtel.

                          I applied to recharge 3g service and after paying money through yes bank
                          Net banking, airtel site was showing a message that my bank declined to pay
                          Due to some error, so i tried it 2 times more.

                          So totally after trying 3time with some error message, i stopped and checked
                          My bank account and found that all 3 times amount has been deducted from my
                          Bank account but nothing recharged.

                          My phone numberis [protected] and i recharged it 3 times for
                          Rs 141 500mb
                          Rs 255 1gb
                          Rs 255 1gb

                          I did submit my online complaint at company's need help website with ref no.
                          Pr[protected] but no response came, which they claim to respond w/in 2 hours.

                          I want my money back as soon as possible and if possibe x10 times for their
                          Ridiculous service.

                            i have lost my phone in pune which has a airtel postpaid connection:[protected] on tuesday. since that time i am trying to get my number blocked but neither the customer care nor the store outlet anywhere in pune and in delhi helping me out.As per the suggestion from tilak road pune outlet i sent my brotther in delhi to karol bag airtel store to get my sim blocked and get a dulicate sim but the store representative didnt respond. I have sent him my photo and id proof on mail but the store peoplr wanted me to come there to issue the duplicate sim and to block the sim. I was ready to mail him the NOC from my side and to provide them the complain/for copy but they didnt respond. It is not possible for me to go back to delhi and get a new sim but they are not helping me out.

                              I, S K Raju resident of No 25 (66E1) Thiruvalluvar Nagar Main Road Alandur, Chennai 600016, submit that cable has been laid through my terrace without obtaining my permission. It has come to my notice when I went atop for some maintenance. May I kindly be intimated as to how this was done without obtaining my permission. Please also let me know as to why should not I move to consumer forum for such negligence....

                              yesterday i lodged a compliant thru' you to aitrtel . ref no CBDWP21024150834. the complaint is about Talk time deduction. after forwarding my complaint airtel informed me via SMS that they have refunded my talk time they deducted with out my requst or consent for SPRDFUNSNAKE.                                 hii sir, i am using your postpaid number [protected], last time i active the internet pack 199rs.I called to your Customer Care I said him plz active the 199rs internet pack, he said it will be active within 4 hrs.whatever i use net after 12 hrs.after 3 days i checked that i have not internet pack then i called to your customer care again .he said 200mb data plan have been activated, he said it is fault of our executive so when you would get bill you have to say regarding this problem.your excess amount would be waived.but now i received bill amount of 3000 including internet use without activate plan.i have called to your customer care again and again.due to bill, outgoing of my connection have disconnected.please solve my this problem bcoz it is not my fault it is your fault .i have call recording regarding discussion of your executive.please waive the excess amount.i cannot pay this amount Thanks sir

                                  After many fights with Airtel finally decided to cancel my post paid connection.Every time when I request for cancellation they come up with new offers and some discounts. Finally fed up and decided to cancel but as the number was spread among all the friends and official documents thought to keep the number without any change and can use alternate service provider. As to migrate from post paid to prepaid as requested by the customer care executive visited their outlet at Electronic city, Bangalore on 17th October and given a request and collected the prepaid sim card. On 21st i called their customer executive they took a complaint and said will revert back in 24hours. Never turned up/On 22nd called up them again but he promised by 12 midnight will get it activated. Called up again after 12 Initially the person who picked said he would transfer the line to his manager and holded for half an hour and routed to some one but he never spoke me but i could hear some people speaking at the background. I disconnected and called up again and at this time the executive replied it is under process. I told him the whole story happened in between but again same thing happened he disconnected the call. Called up again as sooner one of the executive responded, Immediately asked to transfer the call to any responsible person at Airtel he kept on hold for half an hour and said his higher officials are busy and would give me a call back and when i asked for the time that i can expect a call from them he said around 9 AM. when I asked if his managers are busy still 9 AM he just kept quite and put me on hold and said they are still busy.Today 23rd 10AM i called up their Nodal officer and explained the whole story she is asking me 3 more days to sort out the Issues. Do Airtel thinks all their customers are donkeys..?

                                    Dear Sir I've recharged my mobile i.e., [protected] on[protected].I intend to do recharge for 1GB 3g data for month.I picked Rs.249/- on airtel website on the following link. https://pay.airtel.com/online-payments/prepaidResponse.do Which states 1GB 3g data for 30 days.But after payment I've got 27000 local seconds.When the same was inquired by customer care, I was politely rejected by the agent (MAYURI-SUPERVISOR) and I came to know that money was not refunded. In turn I was blamed that mistake is with me so they cannot refund amount.But when I questioned regarding options in site, I haven't got proper answer.Even though I was answered very POLITELY my money was not refunded.Hence I'm lodging complaint along with screen shot of the website.                                       sir, i had done a minute pack on 15 /10/2014 which i saw at my mobile, that was in 38 rupees =80 minutes for 30 days, but when i activated it, i rechived msg about it that i got 60 minutes, valid for 5 days only. than i called customer care too much time and told them, they told me that after 24 hours it will be updated.than after finishing day 19/10/2014, all minutes are finished, and i did not get extra 24 days vallidity and 20 minutes.than they blocked my number to calling free customer care. i have lossed my 38 rupees, please help me sir, pls... vikrant...[protected]
