sir, i applied for new Sim with CUG PLAN from BAPS.allotted no [protected].i complete all documentary procedure.still no any response from your nodal officer or consultant person.last three months three to four times this type of complain arise and face the difficulty from my devotees.most off time the no of nodal officer Mr prashant Makwana ([protected]) getting Switch off.so pl take immediate action for activate the my sim .from:ASHOK JADAV12/ A, SAHYOG PARKOPP .DEPALA VADINR, ANDH VIDHYALAYASURENDRANAGAR.363001Contect no:[protected] 1) SIM number.[protected]-60499) 2) Complete address of the air-tel relationship center.NR, Hand-loom House .New junction Road.     Dear sir, I have Airtel prepaid connection and i recharge my connection with 3G plan (1 [protected]@ 251) on my number [protected] on dated 27/10/2014, but i can't access my 3G net i access only 2G but i paid for 3G plan .I also complaint to your custmer care many times but there is no solution even i register complaint for regarding this but my complaint confirmation reference number also not given by your side .Your executive told that i get an message after some time but i can't get any message regarding complaint number .There is no solution at all .Please resolve my problem as soon as possible.

      Respected sir, I have submitted a complaint on my Airtel mobile number with reference no. 58478893 dated on 14 oct 2014 and reference no. 58548494 dated on 20 oct 2014. these complaint were regarding poor 2g GPRS services on 2g network in my home network on given address of : Trilok puri, GMS Road opposite Dron puri, Dehradun Uttarakhand. Since 15 days, my problem is still not solved. I have again made a 3rd complaint on 27 october 2014, but still my problem is not solved. I am a postpaid user and subcribed to 2g plan thus i am not able to get 3g signals according to you impartial rules which restrict a postpaid user to latch on 3g signals while it is allowed to prepaid user. This is also a problem of concern why this kind of discrimination is done with postpaid users only? Rules should be same for both postpaid and prepaid users. If your engineers are not able to solve slow 2g gprs problem on 2g signals in my area then kindly provide me 2g gprs on 3g signals which is running quite well in my area which i have checked on my brother 2g prepaid plan. kindly provide me either good 2g gprs speed on present 2g signal or allow us to latch on airtel 3g signals with capped speed as per your tarrif speeds.       Im from Delhi and using Airtel Postpaid with 2G GPRS Plan. Same thing over here also, Why 2G postpaid customers are nt allowed to latch on 3G network? Whe n I called to Customer Care, they said to either convert into Prepaid or to opt 3G plan.
      The network latch facility should be same for Postpaid and Prepaid users.

      They should allow Postpaid 2G users to latch on 3G network with Data speed as per opted data plan.

      Please look into matter at earliest else users have many choices to move from Airtel now.

        My Airtel Digital TV customer id is: [protected]. I booked a customer an additional HD settop box on 24th Oct'14 through Airtel the phone (12150) from my Airtel mobile. They told me that the cost is Rs.1815 and I get one month free subscription on by box (and subsequently Rs.250 per month). On 25th Oct'14 - they came and installed the box and the line man collected Rs.1815 and went away. I got a call subsequently from your customer care to confirm the amount and plan. I was told that I'll get one month free service on it. On 23rd Oct'14 - the balance in my account was Rs.320+ However today (28th Oct'14) I find that my airtel connection is disabled b'coz of 'no balance' in my account. I was SHOCKED to find out that you have deducted Rs.310 additional for "BOX NRC" from my account without any intimation or reason. I called up your customer care and registered complaints[protected]Name: Sujith) and 40814645. The executive told me that they'll listen to the recorded conversation of me booking the settop box and refund the money. Some one from finance called me back and said that he cannot refund the money at all. He told me that I was given wrong information - clearly Airtel's mistake. I argued with him on the fault on Airtel's part - but he was RUDE and kept saying that nothing can be done. After a while he just bluntly CUT THE CALL. Airtel has not only wrongfully took my money without any notification, they are also refusing to correct their mistake by providing me a refund and also they are behaving in a very rude manner with the customer. This is clearly a case of deficient service and fraud.

              Hi Team, Hope Doing good. Need your help and assistance. Actually I have to raise a complaint on there is no network in my Hometown(Selambagoundanpalayam, Chennimalai town, erode district). There is frequency tower near to my hometown (Pudhupalayam) eventhough we are not getting any network. Not even a single point. So Please have a look and do the needful..It will be helpful if it is done as soon as possible. Right now i am in bangalore.                 I have been trying desperatrely to get the portability code for my number [protected] from two days through my phone . But there is no response from your side. Why?                   Last month I had bought an Airtel SIM from Satish([protected]) with ‘Unlimited 950’ corporate 3G dongle plan. Yesterday[protected] morning at 5 AM, I received a message on my dongle that I have consumed 100% data and my speed will be reduced now, even though I had used only about 2.5 GB out of my 6 GB. I called up Airtel customer care ([protected]) around 12.50 PM and the customer care executive confirmed that he could see that I have consumed only 2613 MB data and he will correct the issue in half an hour. Interaction Id - [protected] But the issue was not resolved, I again called up Airtel customer care at 11 PM at night. After many calls and transfers to different people, a technical support officer from Amritsar told me that there is some mismatch in the backend for my user id and he raised a request for technical team (SR[protected]. By this time, my data usage was showing 3544MB. How did it reach 3544MB from 2613MB within a span of few hours, even without connecting the dongle to my laptop, I have no clue. I waited the night and expected resolution by morning, but the issues were still there. I called up Airtel customer care again to check status of my complaint and they told me that it would be addressed by 31st October. Why should it take so much time? Airtel reduces the speed the moment they THINK that a user has consumed all data but when it is confirmed that I have not consumed my free data till now, why can’t you restore normal speed instantly? Why do you need 4 days do restore the correct service? And my woes don’t end here. Today morning[protected], my data consumption is displayed as 4.5GB. How the hell did I consume almost 1 GB data over night on a 128kbps connection? Moreover, when I bought the SIM from Satish, he told me that under ‘Unlimited 950’ plan, I will get 6GB + unlimited in 3G after 6GB. It says so on the pamphlet too that I also have a copy of. Now, I am being told that after 6GB, the speed will be reduced to 128kbps. Airtel has given incorrect information to me. And even on 128kbps dongle speed, for video streaming and downloading the speed is only coming as 1-2 kbps. Why is that so? When I talked to Satish, he said on my face that their job is to sell the sim only and after that they are least bothered if the consumer gets proper service or not. So, in summary, my issues are – 1. Incorrect information given about plan while selling SIM. 2. Speed reduced even though I have not consumed whole of my free data. 3. Data usage is increasing even without connecting dongle to computer and even without proper speed. 4. At reduced speed, videos and downloads are not running at all as actual speed is 1-2 kbps I am fed up of airtel, request them to take their dongle back and refund my money.

                    Hi Team, I didn't receive any message when my data usage reached 1024 MB. You are suppose to message me while reaching the maximum data usage. Details: Received message on Saturday 04-OCT, that You have used approx 879.68MB of 1024 MB Later, I received the message after crossing the maximum limit. Monday 06-OCT: that you have used 1107.66MB of 1024 MB. Why there was more delay in sending the message alert that I have reached the 100% usage of data plan. You want to charge the customer, by not informing them. I won't pay for the extra usage money. Need this to be resolved ASAP.                     Airtel people removed the charges that were added to the bill which was billed for extra 80+ MB of the internet usage. Airtel Customer Care Service helped me a lot to resolve this issue and also given tips to avoid the extra internet usage. Happy to close this complaint.

                            Hi While surfing on web, I was asked to click on a fake link to move ahead. I clicked on that and I was automatically redirected to airtel.in homepage and 99 Rs were deducted from my Airtel main account for no reason. When I called Airtel customer servie they replied like I used some service so money was deducted but I havent used any of the service. I have already paid airtel for the data pack I am using and the only thing i did was clicked on the link which I was [censored]ely asked to clik on to mov ahead. This is a fraud by Airtel.                               Hi, I am using Airtel prepaid sim (+91-[protected]). At present I am using it in roaming. 2 days ago on 26 Oct 2014, I had around 140/- Rs. balanced in my account, but all of sudden whole amount deducted and I just got 1/- Rs. balanced. Then yesterday again I recharged for 200/- Rs and I could see the amount 201/- in the main balance. Now today it deducted again around 100/- from the account and current balance is 111.41/-. I am sure I have not activated any services, but its automatically deducting huge balance from my main account balance.I had activated 3G plan which also i requested for STOP due to this automated deduction problem. Could you please advice on the amount deduction charges and how to avoid this? As I have not activated any VAS service, please advice and arrange for refunding of auto deducted balance.                               I got he below response from the airtel, hence resolving this complaint for now. ================================================================= Dear Customer, This is in reference to your email regarding the balance deduction for your airtel mobile number. We have verified our records and found that, Rs.99/- has been deducted on 27/10/2014 and 28/10/2014 for International Roaming monthly rental. International Roaming Service is active by default on your airtel Prepaid number. There is a monthly rental of Rs. 99/- which would be deducted from your balance once you latch on to the roaming network. We would like to inform you that, once the mobile number latch to international Roaming Rs.99/- will be deduct by default on all prepaid mobile numbers. Further, we wish to inform you that once latch to home network internation roaming service will be deactivate automatically. Further, we understand your discontent on charges levied towards data usage and hereby wish to address your concerns. We observe that you have charged Rs.96.85/- at 04paisa/10KB from 26/10/2014. We studied your account and found that charges are levied as per your usage and no wrong charges found. In future, we recommend you to keep mobile data off to avoid this kind of charges when there is no usage.                               I am using Airtel prepaid number since 6 years and past 3 years I’m having minimum balance of 100 rupees and using as international Roaming Service as I relocate to dubai just to keep my sim active. I’m regularly getting sms in span of 2 months to recharge as I have not used my sim which I’m recharging every month amount between 30 to 40 rupees.

                              Past 5 months my balance automatically deducted which I ignored but from last few months my balance deducted regularly. Few days ago 99 rupees was deducted and notified by sms that due to international Roaming Service ?? What’s that which I didn’t receive before and why my balance is deducted regularly.. i have not activated any games or whatever as I’m using Nokia 1035 not a smart phone ..I feel like cheated ??.. please advise and return my auto deducted balance or better to port the sim.

                                I had two DTH connections from Airtel, which I deactivated in July 14 due to poor customer service. Customer ID is [protected]. At the time of deactivation there was a balance of Rs.2708/- on my account. After regular follow up since July 14, I have not yet received refund of the same. I have provided Airtel with the details of receipt of equipment. Though at the time of equipment recovery their person said that they don't provide any receipt for the equipment recovery. When I refused to hand over equipment without receipt, next day they arrived with receipt and collected the equipment. Please help me to get my money refund from Airtel. Thanks Rushikesh Panse

                                    called from this number ( [protected]) and said i win the airtel lucky draw bumper prize and said give them 15000(fifteen thousand rupees) and after that more 12000(twelve thousand rupees) i only gave 15000 rupees, but no response after that

                                      Consumers are asked to pay bill (basic call and data). On data, Airtel has been over charging on data to customers (including my no [protected]) based on flat basic data plan in full + on data used on pro rata basis on new plan changed. Instead, it should have been either pro rata based on usage in both old and new plan in 30 days or pro rata basis based on no of days the old and new data plan remained active. On the top of it, the customer care does not highlight clearly on data plan change request that full monthly rental plan will be charged on old active plan plus addition new charges on new plan on pro rata basis will be levied irrespective o[censored]sage in both the plans in those 30 days. Two question: if a customer has not used fully data limit in old plan in a month, why should he pay full monthly amount to Aritel. If he ought to pay as it is fixed rental plan, than on change of new plan, the data usage on new data plan starts from the day of change in new data plan despite positive data pack avaiable in the old data plan for that month. Example: Sept month data plan taken 650 rupees for 3GB ( bill cycle 8 Sept to 7 Oct), Usage of 1.29GB until Sept 16 On Sept 16, data plan changed to 799 (5GB) by customer in view of expected rising usage for that month. Total Data billed = 650 + 610 (21 days pro rata for 799 month rental) This is unfair for customer to pay 1270 for using a total of less than 5GB data in that month, with max 5GB limit. The airtel executives despite understanding the facts, misguides customers on new data plan change request and do not highlight the consequence of paying higher amount for specific usage. They highlight that you will have to pay bill on new data plan on prorata basis, but do not talk about old plan fixed payment nor give any additional data usage facility for new plan taken. I have been using Airtel for last five years, three years in bangalore, but this kind of instances is running for last 1 year, inflating my bills more than 500-1000 each month. Please compensate.

                                        I have bought a phone from flipkartflipkart.com with a bundle offer of 1GB FREE 3G INTERNET FOR TWO MONTHS I have spoken to many of your supervisors till yesterday they assured me that I'll b able tto avaolavailthe offer today by 6 pm and today they say that I am not eligible to the offer saying I have inserted some oother sim ( which is not truetrue) so I request you to provide me with the offer at the earliest you can check the recordings also wwhich you use for quality checking purpose thankyou
