I have been trying desperatrely to get the portability code for my number [protected] from two days through my phone . But there is no response from your side. Why? Most of the time there is no net work of Airtel on my dual sim android phone and I am fed up of complaining. CAN YOU SMS MY PORTABILITY CODE/

    Last month I had bought an Airtel SIM from Satish([protected]) with ‘Unlimited 950’ corporate 3G dongle plan. Yesterday[protected] morning at 5 AM, I received a message on my dongle that I have consumed 100% data and my speed will be reduced now, even though I had used only about 2.5 GB out of my 6 GB. I called up Airtel customer care ([protected]) around 12.50 PM and the customer care executive confirmed that he could see that I have consumed only 2613 MB data and he will correct the issue in half an hour. Interaction Id - [protected] But the issue was not resolved, I again called up Airtel customer care at 11 PM at night. After many calls and transfers to different people, a technical support officer from Amritsar told me that there is some mismatch in the backend for my user id and he raised a request for technical team (SR[protected]. By this time, my data usage was showing 3544MB. How did it reach 3544MB from 2613MB within a span of few hours, even without connecting the dongle to my laptop, I have no clue. I waited the night and expected resolution by morning, but the issues were still there. I called up Airtel customer care again to check status of my complaint and they told me that it would be addressed by 31st October. Why should it take so much time? Airtel reduces the speed the moment they THINK that a user has consumed all data but when it is confirmed that I have not consumed my free data till now, why can’t you restore normal speed instantly? Why do you need 4 days do restore the correct service? And my woes don’t end here. Today morning[protected], my data consumption is displayed as 4.5GB. How the hell did I consume almost 1 GB data over night on a 128kbps connection? Moreover, when I bought the SIM from Satish, he told me that under ‘Unlimited 950’ plan, I will get 6GB + unlimited in 3G after 6GB. It says so on the pamphlet too that I also have a copy of. Now, I am being told that after 6GB, the speed will be reduced to 128kbps. Airtel has given incorrect information to me. And even on 128kbps dongle speed, for video streaming and downloading the speed is only coming as 1-2 kbps. Why is that so? When I talked to Satish, he said on my face that their job is to sell the sim only and after that they are least bothered if the consumer gets proper service or not. So, in summary, my issues are – 1. Incorrect information given about plan while selling SIM. 2. Speed reduced even though I have not consumed whole of my free data. 3. Data usage is increasing even without connecting dongle to computer and even without proper speed. 4. At reduced speed, videos and downloads are not running at all as actual speed is 1-2 kbps I am fed up of airtel, request them to take their dongle back and refund my money.

      Hi Team, I didn't receive any message when my data usage reached 1024 MB. You are suppose to message me while reaching the maximum data usage. Details: Received message on Saturday 04-OCT, that You have used approx 879.68MB of 1024 MB Later, I received the message after crossing the maximum limit. Monday 06-OCT: that you have used 1107.66MB of 1024 MB. Why there was more delay in sending the message alert that I have reached the 100% usage of data plan. You want to charge the customer, by not informing them. I won't pay for the extra usage money. Need this to be resolved ASAP. The bill has been generated for the Mobile connection and amount is 1450... :-( My Bill Plan is 275 + 155 (2G Internet) . Regards, Sreenivasula Reddy [protected]

      Airtel people removed the charges that were added to the bill which was billed for extra 80+ MB of the internet usage. Airtel Customer Care Service helped me a lot to resolve this issue and also given tips to avoid the extra internet usage. Happy to close this complaint.

          Dear All, My Details are as under. I have already lodged my complaint with your Customer Care many times regarding the Over Billing from August'14. But nothing has happened yet and I am receiving the bills with over billed amount (as per attachment). I have already changed my Data plan since Aug'14 for Rs. 250/- but my previous Data plan for Rs. 750/- is still not been changed and I am getting sum of both plan in my billing amount. How can it possible and why it is happening again and again every month and why you people are not taking interest in my case when already informed your cc representative. Now onward I am not going to pay a single penny until the issue is getting resolve.               Hi While surfing on web, I was asked to click on a fake link to move ahead. I clicked on that and I was automatically redirected to airtel.in homepage and 99 Rs were deducted from my Airtel main account for no reason. When I called Airtel customer servie they replied like I used some service so money was deducted but I havent used any of the service. I have already paid airtel for the data pack I am using and the only thing i did was clicked on the link which I was [censored]ely asked to clik on to mov ahead. This is a fraud by Airtel. Plea se help me take a serious action against this fraud committed by Airtel. Thanks A illegally looted Airtel customer.

                Airtel - balance deducted automatically without notice, Please refund

                Hi, I am using Airtel prepaid sim (+91-[protected]). At present I am using it in roaming. 2 days ago on 26 Oct 2014, I had around 140/- Rs. balanced in my account, but all of sudden whole amount deducted and I just got 1/- Rs. balanced. Then yesterday again I recharged for 200/- Rs and I could see the amount 201/- in the main balance. Now today it deducted again around 100/- from the account and current balance is 111.41/-. I am sure...

                I had two DTH connections from Airtel, which I deactivated in July 14 due to poor customer service. Customer ID is [protected]. At the time of deactivation there was a balance of Rs.2708/- on my account. After regular follow up since July 14, I have not yet received refund of the same. I have provided Airtel with the details of receipt of equipment. Though at the time of equipment recovery their person said that they don't provide any receipt for the equipment recovery. When I refused to hand over equipment without receipt, next day they arrived with receipt and collected the equipment. Please help me to get my money refund from Airtel. Thanks Rushikesh Panse

                      Consumers are asked to pay bill (basic call and data). On data, Airtel has been over charging on data to customers (including my no [protected]) based on flat basic data plan in full + on data used on pro rata basis on new plan changed. Instead, it should have been either pro rata based on usage in both old and new plan in 30 days or pro rata basis based on no of days the old and new data plan remained active. On the top of it, the customer care does not highlight clearly on data plan change request that full monthly rental plan will be charged on old active plan plus addition new charges on new plan on pro rata basis will be levied irrespective o[censored]sage in both the plans in those 30 days. Two question: if a customer has not used fully data limit in old plan in a month, why should he pay full monthly amount to Aritel. If he ought to pay as it is fixed rental plan, than on change of new plan, the data usage on new data plan starts from the day of change in new data plan despite positive data pack avaiable in the old data plan for that month. Example: Sept month data plan taken 650 rupees for 3GB ( bill cycle 8 Sept to 7 Oct), Usage of 1.29GB until Sept 16 On Sept 16, data plan changed to 799 (5GB) by customer in view of expected rising usage for that month. Total Data billed = 650 + 610 (21 days pro rata for 799 month rental) This is unfair for customer to pay 1270 for using a total of less than 5GB data in that month, with max 5GB limit. The airtel executives despite understanding the facts, misguides customers on new data plan change request and do not highlight the consequence of paying higher amount for specific usage. They highlight that you will have to pay bill on new data plan on prorata basis, but do not talk about old plan fixed payment nor give any additional data usage facility for new plan taken. I have been using Airtel for last five years, three years in bangalore, but this kind of instances is running for last 1 year, inflating my bills more than 500-1000 each month. Please compensate.

                            I have paid rs.255 by my sbi netbanking (From my another mobile) today (26.10.2014 by 2.00 p. M.) for 1.25 gb 3g internet to my airtel prepaid mobile no.[protected].

                            But there is no any response from airtel till now even though the sum of rs.255 has been debited in my sbi sb account and the bankers have sent sms for the successful transaction.

                            I request immediate action on my above transaction.

                              This is to inform that I wanted to buy a 3g wi-fi dongle prepaid dongle, instead I was insisted to buy 3g wifi dongle of post paid plan by the representatives of AIRTEL counter at BISTUPUR of Jamshedpur, Tatanagar, Jharkhand. And on their advice about 2 months ago I purchased the dongle worth Rs. 1800 (Approx) along with submitting copies of my address proof and ID proof. I received details my 1 st month rent as Rs. 386.70 and I paid Rs. 400 in the automatic bill payment machine of Airtel in the same said airtel counter. However I could not use this dongle a single day as my connection was never connected by Airtel. Later I visited several times at the same Airtel shop/counter at Bistupur, Jamshedpur, Tatanagar from where I have purchsed the connection and they are not paying attention to my complaints and not taking any action to solve the problem even after several reminders for past one month. Recently 4 days back I again visited the same airtel counter to remind them to activate the connection, they said that the region where I stay no postpaid connection can be given. Thus I insisted them to refund all my money along with the 1st months rent I paid and take back the dongle which they are refusing. I feel cheated and I request you to take needful action to solve the problem or arrange for refund. My Airtel connection no is [protected]

                                Airtel had deducted my balance of 150 rs, from my main account, from [protected] with out my knowledge, on 25/10/14. When i called customer care they told me to call after 4 hours. Becoz information was not available on their systems. They promised me that they will call back again and let me know about problem. But they didnt called me back. Again i called on 26/10/14, then they said that I have used innternet. But I had not& how they can cut entire amount from my balance with in seconds. I want my balance back to be credited to my account But airtel is refusing to do soooo.

                                  Complaint to [protected]@in.airtel.com Date 21/10/2014 Sub :-Fraud by your representative Mr Rajeev Srivastav who's Mobile No.[protected] Respected Sir, This is to inform you that above name person visited our office situated at S K Patil Mun. Gen. Hospital Daftary Road Malad East on 21/10/2014 who came with bunch of sim cards calling himself as a representative of Airtel mobile company and showed different schemes for government employees one of it was Rs 199/ month (EBU - 199)in which unlimited calling to all mobile, landline, std calls and even local and std sms were also free for one month for prepaid airtel mobile. Since I am a prepaid customer of airtel (mobile no.[protected]) I took that scheme and paid Rs.200/- toward recharge.. He filled form no. MHB 5537278 and gave me the same no receipt .Now he is not responding to my call. The details in my receipt is as follows Receipt No. MHB 5537278 SIM No.13772 Plan EBU-199 I called customer care . representative replied that no such schemes are available in the company and report this matter to higher authority, hence this complaint. There is no value to Rs. 200 in the market but customer is losing trust on company and that makes the difference. Hence company should not appoint such people who can do fraud in the society on the name of company. But after a talk I received two full recharge of Rs 100/- (Total Rs.200/-) which I never asked for. If you cannot provide me the scheme promised by your representative there is no other option of refund of same amount. hence I once again request you to refund the amount at the earliest or else I will lodge the written complaint of cheating against your Airtel Co. representative. to Senior Inspector Of Police, Dindoshi police station, Goregaon West. As asked by Mr Anil sharma i sent all documents by email on 24/10/2014 at 5.27 pm Sub - Cheating from You Respected Sir I received SMS today at 5.07pm stating that you have activated for full talk time offer for this month and deducted Rs 25 from by balance. But this is to inform you that I was sleeping between 3.00 pm to 6.30 pm today When I was sleeping how can I call customer care and activate for full talk time. If you see my previous recharge details you will find that I have recharged rarely. If I am recharging rarely how can I activate for full talk time for this month. This means that it is cheating from your side. I called customer care at 6.30 pm for the reason, but he could not answer my question and also he was unable to answer the two top up of Rs. 100/- each which you have done purposefully to protect your representative who has cheated me for Rs 200/- by showing fake scheme I hereby request you to deposit Rs 25/- plus calling charges to customer care as it is mistake from your side and deduct Rs 200/ from balance and tell your representative pay me back cash of Rs.200/- which he has collected from me by showing fake scheme. (Refer complaint reference no. OT[protected] as if you cannot give me offer for which you have collected money then you have no right to do top up of same amount without my consent. Company must be having record of Name of person whom they have given that series of card. But company is not taking any efforts to find out that person whom they have given bunch of Sim cards . If company is not having record of it then company is responsible for all fraud .                                       I have activated 28 Rs 3G internet pack. I received a confirmation SMS as " Your Rs 28 Free 100 MB Plan is successfully activated. " Where as its a paid internet plan. But its been mentioned as 'FREE'. Since its been mentioned as Free i want my money back. Or they should avoid using Free in the confirmation sms.
