I have this postpaid plan of airtel 2 months and on 10th October i paid my bill 432 which has been declined by them and again i paid 432 rs ...according to the rules my earlier amount should be refunded and it should reflect in my credit card but to my shock they told me that they will adjust that amount in my upcoming bills but when i resisted they told me to wait for 22 working days i.e 1 month .What the hell is this ??? my reference number is 58497267

    I have sent a mail for activate the Internet plan on other Airtel no. By mistake I have mentioned my Airtel no in subject line. Instead of reading full mail (mail Portion) Airtel service specialist deactivated my current data plan and activated the plan which I have mentioned on subject line. When I connected to 121 they have told me my old plan not been given to you now. I totally agree that mistake done by me with the mentioning my no. In subject line BUT the mistake have been done by Airtel also, they have not read my full mail, if in mail there are two Airtel numbers are mentioned then they have to revert for confirmation or hold the activity. Now 121 staff not entertain me about on this & I have lost my 3g Airtel plan.

    I already make payment before 2 days, here I attached receipt of the payment made .
    I don't understand, why it taking too much time to start my connection, all the local representative telling that there is not issue in connection, the connection is bared .

        My name: m. Yokesh. I am studying engineering in madurai.

        I have bought a new prepaid airtel sim for rs:120. The dealer informed us that i will be having 3month rate cutter package (Airtel to airtel-10p/min and airtel to other - 30p/min). Thats what i was informed, and i got no information about "the frc and only if frc is done, the rate cutter package will be available". I bought the sim and it didn't get activated for 4 days, although i tried for activation. Then i went to the dealer and asked about activation, he told that he tried to call me 3 times but he didn't get connected (Actually i didn't receive any calls from him or from unknown number calls, it may be due to network problems). Then he asked for another proof and i gave him the proof and then activated it. For 3 days i didn't use the sim, as there is no balance. As i was not informed about frc i didn't wait for the frc. After 3 days i top-up ed my card for rs:100 in the same shop (Dealer) where i bought sim. When i asked him to top-up he didn't say ask me anything about frc or plans, whether it is activated or not. I thought that after i recharge my card, i can use the sim with the plans informed. So recharged and used it. On 13.10.14, i made first call for 28 mins to another airtel sim and i was charged 28 rupees instead of 2.80rs. Immedietely i went to the dealer and asked for this. He told me that the first call always be charged for 1rs/min, then immedietely i made another call infront of him and showed the charged amount, it was again 1rs/min. At that time he didn't say anything about frc or plans. He just checked through his phone and told me that your plan is correct but he don't know about this problem, and told me to ask to customer care. Next day i asked to customer care and i was informed that there is no such a plan, your plan is 1rs/min. On 14.10.14 when i asked this to the dealer, he said that he is not responsible, ask to main office or customer care, and told that he was just a seller. Then today (15.10.14), i went to him and asked for the reason i was charged unwantedly and asked him for my balance money excluding the talked time with offer. He didn't answer me in proper manner. He said that i had to wait until i got frc. Should i wait for 1 year, if it took about 1year time? He is answering me in anger manner and using improper words that dissatisfy me and making me anger. His speach is not good, proper and responsiblely. Only today, he is taking the speech about the frc, before that he didn't. What is this? Is he cheating me to sell the sim without knowing anything about it? I am feeling that i am getting cheated by airtel groups (From dealer to customer care and nearby office). Everyone says "i am not responsible", then who the "hell" is responsible for this cheating. The dealer speaks stupidly and says that i am speaking stupidly. I was selled sim with improper information about the plan, and after the problems were found, i was serviced and cared improperly by every helplines (Dealer, near-by office, customer care). Now the dealer says me to bring the proof and 20rs to get another sim with same plan. Then what about the persons whom were given with this as my number? And what about my 100rs top-up?

          Dear Sir, / Mam, First of all let me tell you your hello tunes are really good. Having Said that i want to bring into ur notice that my mother age 59, uses Airtel prepaid card mobile no: [protected]. (DND is active) On 10 Sept 2014, while she was in Hyderabad, she received a SMS saying "Thanks for downloading Muskurane as your hello tune you have been charged 15 Rs for 90 day". which for obvious reasons she has not asked for. we took it lightly. Then on 10th Oct 2014 one more SMS came for AZ-CVHTUN saying, "your hello tune subscription has renewed 6 Rs for 5 days. then today again we received "your hello tune subscription has renewed 36 Rs for 30 days". on top of it you have also deducted some amount towards advance talk time (which we never asked for). Because of all this today her balance is 0.01 Rs. Please justify this events. I tried calling 121 to talk to your customer care executive but they are not responding so unfortunately i have to write this mail to you. I have all the SMS's saved in my mothers phone. Kindly explain what is happening?

            My Air Tel no is [protected], on 15.10.2014 in their daily pack service, i have activated 12min free STD/local, confirmation SMS for pack had been received at 10:26 AM after that I made a local call at 10:30 AM duration of call was 16min and 12 sec company has detected Rs 17 for the same without giving free 12min local benefit. I called on complaint no 198 to Air Tel on same day from 17:50 to 18:30 for unauthorized deduction but their executive don't want to understand this simple problem. I humble request to Air Tel to please look into the matter and credit the unauthorized deducted amount in my balance and also educate their executive to how to deal with customer.

                  Hi Team, I am not able to make or receive calls from last night on my airtel connection ([protected]). The worst part is that i am a working person who is operating through home (work from home). My entire coordination based on Telephonic communication and due to this issue i am not able to work from today's morning and Today i have a urgent work with a dead line in a company. They will mark a escalation for this. And what airtel support Executive's did. They replied me in the morning when i called over there that Sir we are not having supervisor on the floor right now you can call us after 10 am. I thought airtel support is a 24*7 service for the airtel users but today i got to know that they are also like branded outlets as i heard that supervisor will available after 10 am. not only this second time when i called they disconnected my call by putting the phone on hold and 3rd time when i called they didn't even ask that for which number i want to file a complained and directly escalate the call to the supervisor level. I believed that i am using this network from last 5-6 years back but today i really surprised that we people are nothing because there is no instant solutions for the valuable customers.                     Airtel yet again makes an attempt to cheat us. Somebody from my office called the Airtel Customer care to cancel my activation of Static IP address but he was told that since we are 2 days late from the billing date we will be charged for that month. Ok so then he said that since you are going to charge us for it we might as well use the service for this month. Now here comes the twist. Then he was informed that to reactivate the service now we have to pay Rs 5000 again. Now is this some kind of joke?                       Hi, This is the reference to many calls and e-mails of airtel customer care. None can able to resolve my problem regarding my Airtel no.[protected]. First of all I received a call on 09/10/2014 and they told me my credit limit which is Rs. 2, 000/- over due to excess use of internet. I asked them you should call me that time when my internet plan was ended not when my credit limit was over it is really painful. You people can call daily for hello tune le lo ye plan le lo wo plan le lo but not can when your customer is going in loss. Even I request them for waiver of Rs. 300/- out of Rs. 1100/- from current month bill and paid Rs. 800/- on same day. Same day I called to customer care on 121 and I request them please activate 1 GB internet Rs. 250/- 3G data pack in my mobile and they activated but when I was unable to use it I called them again on 14/10/2014, this time I was shocked…!!! I saw Airtel is cheating to me…!!! Your customer care executive told me your internet service has been block due to excess uses…!!! I was surprised I could not able to use single kb data out of 1 GB plan and my internet service blocked…!!! And again he gave me the biggest surprise that my current bill is going on Rs. 4600/-. How is possible boss..!! My credit limit is only Rs. 2000/- then how can reach my bill 4600/- if it is increased by you then who told you for increasing it..?? And when my internet service was blocked then why your customer executive activated 1 GB 3G plan Rs. 250/-…??? This is all wrong practice doing by Airtel. Please call me on my alternate Airtel no.[protected].

                        Dear Sir, Iam having a post paid CUG connection since one year Name of the company: UNION BANK OF INDIA My Name: VAZRALA RAMAMOHAN REDDY Employee No; 274651 Mobile No: [protected] On retirement I approached Airtel Relationship centre at Kukatpally, Hyderabad on[protected] witjh an authorisation letter from my Employer UNION BANK OF INDIA for conversion in my personnel name. I have submitted all the necessary documents.They have accepted my application and informed me that it will be activated in 24 hrs. My connection disconnected at 11.00 PM on[protected]. Address verifcation has been done on[protected].when enquired with 121 i was told the connection could not be restored because of Sunday and it will be resumed with in another 24 hours. nothing was done. I again visited Customer care centre at Kukatpally, Hyderabad on[protected]. I was made to wait for 2 1/2 hours keeping on assuring me the connection is gettiing restored. Finally they said it is not possible for them and obtained a fresh set of documents from me. They have given a new SIM card with the same old Mobile No and assured me the connection will get restored by evening. When I requested repeatedly to see the Manager of the centre, I was denied Interview with him. Nor he did bother to come out to find out the matter. The only person who was trying to me was Mr Prabhakar, , Trainee, [protected]. Again in the evening I was told it will be restored by 12.00 noon on[protected]. All this clearly reflects the Care and responsibilty shoulder by Airtel. Your Inaction put me into lot of inconvenience for the for 5 days. I request the concerned to redress the issue immediately.                           Dear Sir On 2 September 2014 I submitted all necessary documents with a sum of Rs. 150 and requested migration from postpaid to prepaid mobile number 96508***00 at Airtel Relational Ship Centre plot 66, Near Mahalaxmi Hotel, NIT, Faridabad 121001. I was told that the migration will happen within 72 hours and my due amount will be adjusted in [security money + Rs. 150]. Nothing since then has happened so far. Today it is 15 October 2014. Every 2 days I am calling Customer Care and I have been told every time to wait for another 4-6 hours for a revert call since the complaint is escalated to the higher authority. My complaint number is 58322111. I swear to god that I have not received any call from Airtel regarding this. Due to this dalay I also have some outstanding due amount now, which is not because of me. Mr. Harish ([protected]) from Airtel Relationship Centre who took Rs. 150 and my documents from me is not picking up my call. I request you to please take action and help me sort out this matter.                             I have been force to briefly migrate back to my Blackberry (BB) as my Nokia Lumia is facing some issues and is in the workshop. So I called up the Airtel Helpline 121 and requested for internet svc on the BB for 2-3 days within my existing plan. Transferred to the BB department, I was informed that there is no such package for 2-3 days and that I shall have to avail of a minimum week's package which will cost me Rs. 100. I requested that this be activated. I was told that it will take not more than 30 minutes for this package to be activated. I wait for more than an hour and call back 121 again. And now I am informed that there is no such Rs 100 package! Will appreciate if Airtel can take suitable action against such gross misinformation being passed on to customers and putting them to harassment and inconvenience.

                              Hi Since I took the data card of airtel, I have to keep calling airtel customer service after my payment as my internet goes down...All i can see is just rolling rolling and it takes longer time for the one screen to pop up...Speed is really pathetic.Last month I called up and told to cancel my services but the agent told he would send my complaint to technical team and sought this out., and when i checked to my surprise i see it is suddenly very fast and no stucks in between. I thot when this time its happening and why could it not have happened before. I simply kept paying 1000rs every month with all the headache of this speed.and again after I made last month payment its the same story of slow internet...its dropping down everytime...

                                    Complaint on Airtel D T H Customer Name : Murlidhar Murlidhar Customer Id : [protected] Registered Telephone Number : [protected] Package Name : Magnum 18 HD 12 Month ADV Pack Sep-13(Upfront NRC Rs.6500) . The following points may please be noted. 1) I have deposited Rs 7000 to my Airtel account on 05/03/2014. 2) I have opted for Magnum package from 05/05/2014. and Rs 6500 have been charged for the same and it is in order. 3) Airtel have charged off Rs 500 from my Airtel account without informing me and without any notice to me. 4) Even my previous package was on annual basis and payment was made at once in the beginning only hence no dues arise on account of previous package. 5)Since Airtel has charged of Rs 500 from my account without any notice and without proper reason I am complaining to consumer complaint.

                                      Hi i am Post paid user of AIRTEL from last 10 Years, i were never faced any problem from AIRTEL. But now their services are very pathetic. i had 2 instances when i have undergone the pathetic services and bad behaviour of AIRTEL. Case 1: DIWALI PERIOD OF 2013 i had sent many messages to my friend in group (SMS), but when i saw the bill AIRTEL was charged me for the MMS for each my SMS. I contacted AIRTEL customer care and then their senior officials but no one has solved my problem. One officer told me that it is a problem of Black Berry software issue that it converts all SMS to MMS if you sent it in group. I told them if you are aware about this bug available in the system why you are not correcting the mistake and reversing the charges which you charged me over, but they said that no they will not reverse these charges even it is software issue. I told them to see my handset where those messages are available as SMS and not MMS, but no one bothered. Ultimately step after another i sent the mails to Mr. Sunil Bharti Mittal and after sending so many mails they have reversed my wrongly charged amount. Aug and Sept 2014 I travelled to USA and Canada where they have given me charges for my call rate and i surprised to see the bills that for 3 calls in Canada they charged me 200 Rs. Per minute instead of 50 Rs. Per Min. Whereas they asked me in writing that only India call is 180 Rs. Per Min and Local is 50 Rs. They charged 200 Per min which never inform ed to me. I contacted AIRTEL but they are not having logical replies but they are mentioning that sir our billing department is saying these are right but logic no logic ... I would say this is the GINDA GARDI of AIRTEL, my question is if you are right give me the logic but no logic... Customer Care executive told me that some one will talk to me. I mentioned that till the time this issue is not resolved i shall hold the bill payment and same is mentioned in my complaint. no one called me and now the payment due date have passed. VERY PATHETIC SERVICES OF AIRTEL. I AM THE POST PAID USER OF AIRTEL FROM LAST ABOUT 10 YEARS BUT THEY HAVE NO VALUE FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS. I DECIDED NOW I WILL NOT BEND AGAIST THE GUNDA GARDI OF AIRTEL AND I WILL NOT PAY THE BILL TILL THE TIME THEY DIDNOT RESOLVE MY ISSUE. PLS SUGGEST.

                                        I was advised over phone that being very old customer, if i upgrade my digital tv to hd+, i will get a 400 cash back in my account. (I paid 999 but no cash back)

                                        I have activated my box to hd+ but till today neighter got the hd channels nor got any money.

                                        I have changed it on 11th october but till today nil.
