Dear Sir / Madam
My son Dr. Rajdip Dey using an AIRTEL prepaid connection being number +91 [protected].
On 05.10.2014 he checked his mobile balance, which was around Rs. 88.00, But on 06.10.2014 he surprisingly checked that the balance is Rs. 1.00 only. When he contact with the customer care the foolish person told him that the balance was deducted due to the International roaming !!! (Docket id 95165). But I can assure you that he was in INDIA from his birth !!! Please do the needful within 24 hours and reimburse the deducted money failing which I shall compel to take appropriate legal steps against AIRTEL before the appropriate court of law.
