Since then I have called him on a number of occasions to sort out the problem of non-availability of STD services on my phone, but he is not responding and he is not attending to my phone calls.     Dear Sir / Madam i have an airtel prepaid connection ([protected]) since 6 years, i have not subscribe any value aided service, or not downloaded any game, or not purchase any game with my mobile from 6 years, on dated 16/10/14 time 7.31pm i have received a massage that "your key code for prince of persia is 12345 and my balance was deducted Rs.50.00 when i was not done any call & sms & not send any request about this, how can it is possible ? then i was call customer care & he says i have subscribe a game but reality is i was not done any work about this. Third time from your side i have face this problem.kindly check what is the error & why my balance deducted, i was not done any call, sms & not subscribed any vas.       i want to cancel my 4g [protected] as i am leaving Bangalore i requested to cancel my account and send me receipt or conformation final settlement letter so i can pay amount as soon as possible but from past 25 days i am just getting call to pay amount daily new amount and already it is deactivated there may many mails about cancellation i m posting new one which received today it shows 4915+ but call center guys ask to make payment of 5600+ i want to cancel my account asap but they don't care they say u pay the amount then it will be cancelled, one of my friend faced same problem and i have seen online complaint also after making payment again 1month bill will generated pls.         Dear Sir, I was holding an Airtel dongle (#[protected]). In the month of June'14 I had called Airtel customer care to cancel my connection as I was sure I will not continue this connection. They took the request and also said that I should not be cancelling my connection as i am a valuable customer and someone from their end will call me back. This never happened. I called them back after some days as there was a new bill generated. They gave me the same response and no one from Airtel called me back. The operators at Airtel have not registered a formal complaint to disconnect my number and they are blaming me for their shoddy work. The proof is the call records to the Customer care in the month of June and later. I have paid all my dues for the usage I have done and Airtel have been charging me inappropriately and they refuse to cancel my connection. Lately I have been receiving calls from their office stating that I would be sent a court notice If I fail to clear the dues. I have as of now received 4 calls from them asking me to pay atleast rs1000/- out of the 1785.40/-. I do not understand why I should be paying them for non-usage of their service. Finally after much heated debated with their officials and forcing them, they cancelled my service (#[protected]. Even after this, they have been calling me and stating that they will keep billing me till 6000/- INR and then file a court complaint. I would urge you to kindly take a look at this irrationality and provide a solution.

        dude is it resolved or not i m also going on same kind of problem this airtel guys r u big cheater i have seen many complaint like this, thats why i have not cleared my dues i m asking them cancellation receipt with final settelment slip but they want to pay 1st. & then they will raise complaint of cancellation i know they again activate it & create bills.

        Not yet, They said they will call me by 2:30 PM and they are yet to call me. I think we should take these folks to the court for harassing the users.
        Thank you for forwarding the complaint. I called Mr.Vijay from Airtel, as directed by Airtel, he assured me to call me back by 17-Oct-2014, 2:30 PM after understanding the issue.

        I did not receive any call from them. So i wrote back to the Airtel executive that Mr. Vijay is yet to call me. Immediately i get a call assuring that I will be called next as he was attending another customer. I wait and till this time, there has been no call.

        This is the same delay that happened when i asked to cancel the connection and I am spending my valuable time running from pillar to post just to see who will resolve my concern because the executives think they can rifle the customer with intimidating statements.

          Hi, Thanks for providing response to my query, if you have read the attached email in my request sent yesterday, you will understand that I sent request for de-activation on 29th August 2014. It is not my fault that you will de-activate the service on 6th October, rather it’s Airtel fault for not deactivating the service on time and unnecessarily charging this amount to me. Being a customer I informed Airtel on priority that services are not working on this plan, therefore de-activate it immediately. If the services are not working on this plan, especially the email attached for reference, than how can use the services and pay for the same. Once again, please check your records especially email dates the ones sent by me and you will now that what I saying make sense. Without further harassing me anymore I am copying this mail to your OMBUDSPERSON, to investigate this case further and send me a response Also I’ll be writing to Mr Bharti Mittal attaching all the email conversations that I had send to Airtel and the delayed response from your side on my request/concern and even mentioning how Airtel team is harassing me to pay this amount again and again without using any services of this data plan, for which I have all mail records available with me. I will be parallel writing an email to my Organization explaining them this issue so that they can immediately stop Airtel connection that we get in our office, so that other employees are not harassed like me.             I'm using airtel prepaid connection in AECS Layout/Bangalore. The service is very poor in spite of Airtel is charging so huge for calls and 3G internet, saying they are premium service provider in India. I really doubt that this is a "Premium service quality". 1. Every now & then, call gets disconnected. After 5~10 try, call gets connected, & then gets disconnected withing 3~5 seconds. If someone calls back, it gets disconnected after ringing for 3~4 seconds. 2. Data speed in 3G is very poor. Airtel is kind of pick pocket, looter. TRAI should ban Airtel.

              we bring to your atten: that from the past THREE MONTHS your connection is not working at least 15 days in a month. now we have compliant on 14/10/14 and it was rectified on 15/10/14 in morning. as am 10 pm when i checked on 15/10/14 it self if was not working. now i have again complied. this Drama is facing place from the past THREE MONTHS.we request you to look into the matter seriously and if you cannot rectify permanently then please cancel our connection.

                I am using a airtel prepaid no [protected]. But while I am roaming in patna i am not be able to make call as well to receive call in my airtel no. I am also not be able to use data service and SMS service from my airtel no although at the time of sending message and data balance is deducted from my phone. If this thing is not going to resolve I am going to launch direct complain at TRAI.

                  Hi Team, I didn't receive any message when my data usage reached 1024 MB. You are suppose to message me while reaching the maximum data usage. Details: Received message on Saturday 04-OCT, that You have used approx 879.68MB of 1024 MB Later, I received the message after crossing the maximum limit. Monday 06-OCT: that you have used 1107.66MB of 1024 MB. Why there was more delay in sending the message alert that I have reached the 100% usage of data plan. I came to konw that from 06/10/2014 my number is dead then i complaint in prabhadevi mumbai airtel store they said your number is deleted our system after 24hrs will resolved then next day i go to airtel they said not resolve give another 48 hrs then matter not resolved they said you come with document for reinstate of this number they i g to store they said come with pass port size photo small photo not allowed after to days today they said your number is mnp number will not active & customer care said same thing we don't have any update we can not see your number in our system

                    What should i do please help should it reactivate or i will go with another service provider

                      Sir I am using airtel prepaid sim [protected]. I called customer care on 14th of october, 2014 and requested them to tell me about the gprs packs offers on my no. She told me to get 199 gprs pack as I was eligible for 3gb data in this pack as an offer. I asked her whether I will get this offer if I will get this pack activated from their end by deducting my balance from the main account. I was told that I will get the benefits as per 3gb offer. I requested her to activate the pack.But even after two days I didn't get the data as per the offer and only 2gb was given in my account. I have even registered a complaint on customer care but they are not giving me the additional 1gb data. You are humbly requested to get me my additional 1gb data as per my offer.                                 I have this postpaid plan of airtel 2 months and on 10th October i paid my bill 432 which has been declined by them and again i paid 432 rs ...according to the rules my earlier amount should be refunded and it should reflect in my credit card but to my shock they told me that they will adjust that amount in my upcoming bills but when i resisted they told me to wait for 22 working days i.e 1 month .What the hell is this ??? my reference number is 58497267

                                  I have sent a mail for activate the Internet plan on other Airtel no. By mistake I have mentioned my Airtel no in subject line. Instead of reading full mail (mail Portion) Airtel service specialist deactivated my current data plan and activated the plan which I have mentioned on subject line. When I connected to 121 they have told me my old plan not been given to you now. I totally agree that mistake done by me with the mentioning my no. In subject line BUT the mistake have been done by Airtel also, they have not read my full mail, if in mail there are two Airtel numbers are mentioned then they have to revert for confirmation or hold the activity. Now 121 staff not entertain me about on this & I have lost my 3g Airtel plan.

                                      My name: m. Yokesh. I am studying engineering in madurai.

                                      I have bought a new prepaid airtel sim for rs:120. The dealer informed us that i will be having 3month rate cutter package (Airtel to airtel-10p/min and airtel to other - 30p/min). Thats what i was informed, and i got no information about "the frc and only if frc is done, the rate cutter package will be available". I bought the sim and it didn't get activated for 4 days, although i tried for activation. Then i went to the dealer and asked about activation, he told that he tried to call me 3 times but he didn't get connected (Actually i didn't receive any calls from him or from unknown number calls, it may be due to network problems). Then he asked for another proof and i gave him the proof and then activated it. For 3 days i didn't use the sim, as there is no balance. As i was not informed about frc i didn't wait for the frc. After 3 days i top-up ed my card for rs:100 in the same shop (Dealer) where i bought sim. When i asked him to top-up he didn't say ask me anything about frc or plans, whether it is activated or not. I thought that after i recharge my card, i can use the sim with the plans informed. So recharged and used it. On 13.10.14, i made first call for 28 mins to another airtel sim and i was charged 28 rupees instead of 2.80rs. Immedietely i went to the dealer and asked for this. He told me that the first call always be charged for 1rs/min, then immedietely i made another call infront of him and showed the charged amount, it was again 1rs/min. At that time he didn't say anything about frc or plans. He just checked through his phone and told me that your plan is correct but he don't know about this problem, and told me to ask to customer care. Next day i asked to customer care and i was informed that there is no such a plan, your plan is 1rs/min. On 14.10.14 when i asked this to the dealer, he said that he is not responsible, ask to main office or customer care, and told that he was just a seller. Then today (15.10.14), i went to him and asked for the reason i was charged unwantedly and asked him for my balance money excluding the talked time with offer. He didn't answer me in proper manner. He said that i had to wait until i got frc. Should i wait for 1 year, if it took about 1year time? He is answering me in anger manner and using improper words that dissatisfy me and making me anger. His speach is not good, proper and responsiblely. Only today, he is taking the speech about the frc, before that he didn't. What is this? Is he cheating me to sell the sim without knowing anything about it? I am feeling that i am getting cheated by airtel groups (From dealer to customer care and nearby office). Everyone says "i am not responsible", then who the "hell" is responsible for this cheating. The dealer speaks stupidly and says that i am speaking stupidly. I was selled sim with improper information about the plan, and after the problems were found, i was serviced and cared improperly by every helplines (Dealer, near-by office, customer care). Now the dealer says me to bring the proof and 20rs to get another sim with same plan. Then what about the persons whom were given with this as my number? And what about my 100rs top-up?

                                        Dear Sir, / Mam, First of all let me tell you your hello tunes are really good. Having Said that i want to bring into ur notice that my mother age 59, uses Airtel prepaid card mobile no: [protected]. (DND is active) On 10 Sept 2014, while she was in Hyderabad, she received a SMS saying "Thanks for downloading Muskurane as your hello tune you have been charged 15 Rs for 90 day". which for obvious reasons she has not asked for. we took it lightly. Then on 10th Oct 2014 one more SMS came for AZ-CVHTUN saying, "your hello tune subscription has renewed 6 Rs for 5 days. then today again we received "your hello tune subscription has renewed 36 Rs for 30 days". on top of it you have also deducted some amount towards advance talk time (which we never asked for). Because of all this today her balance is 0.01 Rs. Please justify this events. I tried calling 121 to talk to your customer care executive but they are not responding so unfortunately i have to write this mail to you. I have all the SMS's saved in my mothers phone. Kindly explain what is happening?
