I Mr. Brahamdev Mandal had activated 399 plan for my above number regarding this, the plan which had
activated on my number was 748 plan due to which I received excess bill amount
to pay.
In this regard, I m sure ther is some error from Airtel side, I spoke to
the concern person, I have received first call from Airtel side Tel No.
is [protected] to make payment of bill of Rs.1500 approx but the bill amount was
3900 approx. and balance amount will be wavied off. As per conversation I paid
the above mentioned amount even though there was no waviver of balance amount &
my mobile number was also not activated.
Same as above, for second time I received the call from Tel No.
[protected] in this coversation I had told to pay 5100 approx. which I have
rejected to pay the amount, even though I paid Rs.2500 & from Airtel side it was
told that your Mobile bill get Active & all balance amount will be wavied off.
But till date there is no reply or action taken from airtel side.
Kindly look into the matter
