Airtel company has cheated me...Its 3G network is not working on my sim card..I have beeen facing lots of problems regarding this.i have complaint against my problem with the company but there is no any solution..kindly help me.Complaint no-[protected]

    My airtel 4G Dongle number us [protected] . I got the connection a month . The speed is very less and disappointing . The speed is much lesser than what was promised by airtel i called the customer care last month and they sent a person . He increased the speed and resolved the problem for couple of days . Again the speed is very very very less now . I called the customer care couple of weeks ago and they told me that they will send a person again I said no . I think airtel expects me to keep one airtel executive nearby while browsing so that he can maintain the speed Pls do not buy airtel 4G it has onlyquarter the speed compared with 3G and slightly above 2G I attached here the photo of speed test .net Download speed 1.33Mbps and upload speed 0.2Mbps, when the guy from airtel set up the speed it was showing 12 and 65Mbps It seems to me the promises are Fake

      i talked to customer care executive mr.manish at about 8.30pm regarding unavailailability of mobile recharge through sms banking.i asked him reason but he was unable to give satisfied reason and speak arogantly in bad manner, also give suggestion to me to speak in manner.although i didnot use any kind of loose talk.when i ask him to redirect call to some senior executive he cut off my call.i am feeling very bad about such kind of service from such a reputed company known as bharti airtel.you can listen recording of conversation regarding this. thanking you

      Tatti behaviour hai Airtel ke executives ki.mere pass porting k liye request ayi thi ki sir Airtel me port krwa lijiye.phr us k baad unka executive apne time pe nahi aya ar jub mene bola ki aap late aye ho kal aa jana to wo abusive language use krne laga..they have tatti executives in field.

      Airtel just Thuuuuu.

        My 3G balance was near about 1 GB & validity till 11 Oct. yesterday I have recharge by Rs. 102/- for 300 MB and 30 days (https://pay.airtel.com/online-payments/prepaidResponse.do). to see from above site. but no balance seen till now, all vanish. customer care also not supportive. pls do the needful

          When I dial a mobile number from my Airtel land line.call receiver hears his or her own voice.This fault is there since many months.But the complaint was lodged with airtel on 28th Sept.2014.Instead of repairing the fault, complaint was cleared.I Again lodged the complaint and was cleared on Oct, 1st 2014, but I forced to reopen the complaint.But the fault is still there, in the meantime time more than 100 calls have been wasted by airtel staff just for testing but no result. Now they have put a message in their system that the airtel system is ok the fault is with Tata and BSNL where as the echo is hearable at aircell and airtel also.I tried to contact their local office but the guards and reception people don't allow to visit the seniors.Now the condition is, no one is ready to repair the fault.One of the worst experience I have in my life.

          Hi tkaggarwal,
          I agree with your post, I too have that problem and airtel technicians are incapable of resolving this I believe and the customer support is very poor, hence I shall see if the problem is cleared in 2 months I will retain the connection or I will discard the connection.
          I am from Tamilnadu and we have the exact same problem here too. First I thought it could be my faulty phone instrument and so bought a high quality landline phone for almost Rs.2000. But the echo for the other end was still there. I then complained to their Customer Support. They asked me to make many test calls to various different phone numbers to debug this problem. They finally came back saying the problem is in other networks and not with Airtel. Outright liers. They have some inherent problem in their landline service. They just don't admit it and fix the same. I have stopped using their landline service as it has become a huge inconvenience for the people on other end. They started hating me for calling them from such a connection.
          We have the same issue since a year. Airtel people keep calling and coming but no resolution yet. Looks like Airtel is not aware of how to solve this problem!!!

          Is this an issue with other providers too or only restricted to Airtel?

            Namasthe, my name vinuraj from Kerala mobile [protected]. i forward a serious compliant to you. i get a problem form air tel service yesterday i got a message Rs 18 recharge to get 350 mb 15 days but i did not get the offer. then i call the 198 service but they not give me a proper reply and offer, -reject my call and kindly take a necessary solution for my complaint. i feel very bad from this reason so i send 1900 to port my number i will receive porting id is AL 873433. i attach a screen short from the offer message.

              Dear, I received calls from ur compnay(Airtel) regarding payment of Bill payment.Due to some family problem my bill due of 2 months .total bill around of two months is 1745/-(approx.).From these nos i recieved call [protected], [protected], [protected], He said me that plz pay bill of Rs1300/- and i will give u waiver of Rs450/-of non usage o[censored]r sep bill.then i paid Rs1300/- but waiver not processed till now ...if he has no rights of waiver then why he commited to me ..Rs1300/- paid but waiver not processed from last 20/-dayz.I Call to him regarding waiver 3-4times but he give me not a proper response.He leak my call detail and calls on mah personal nos also .Who gives him right to call on mah personal nos ? plz tell me ... And another bill also generated of oct .. plz close asap ..

                  FIRST I CONTECT THE CUSTOMER CARE ON 11.10.2014 AND KNOW ABOUT HIS DATA PLAN RS 145. EXCUTIVE TOLD ME THAT IN RS 145 YOU GOT 500 MB DATA AND 28 DAYS VALIDITY. THEN I RECHARGE ON DATED 11.10.2014 TO RS 145 BUT AIRTEL GIVE ME ONLY 20 DAYS VALIDITY. THEREFORE I CONTECT THE CUSTOMER CARE 5 TO 6 TIME FOR RAGISTERED MY COMPLAIN BUT ALL ARE EXCUTIVE LISTEN MY PROBLEM AND WITHOUT RAGISTERED MY THEY ARE DISCONECT THE LINE.

                      Sir, I recharged my mobile no.[protected] with Rs.218 plan but it was unsucessful saying invalid code on 11.9.2014 at 2.16p.m, then i retried to recharge the same plan after 3 minutes and it was successful but Rs.436 has been deducted from my balance instantly.Then i called in C.C.No.[protected] to lodge my complain and talked to Senior Supervisor Mr.Sangram Keshari Das and tried to convince him about the problem.Then he put me on hold for about 13 minutes then replied in a harsh way that he can not do anything and money can not be refunded at any cost as this is completely my fault.I request you look into the matter and solve this issue and refund my extra Rs.218 in my balance account.Please Help

                        Airtel call center personal called me on my registered cell number for bill payment. The bill was generated on 6th of October. This is the second call I received for the bill payment. Had received one call the previous day asking to make the payment. In the first call I had mentioned that I will make the payment the same day. But for some reason I was not able to make the payment. I received the call the next day again (11 October 2014) at 2.57 PM. I mentioned to the lady that I will make the payment in sometime. The lady used a very loud tone and commanding to make the payment. I mentioned to her I will make the payment and asked who the hell was she to shout, she mentioned "Hey, make the payment bloody" and disconnected the call. Another lady calls me back from the same number and complains that I was the one who was shouting at the Airtel personal. This time the lady identified as Meera. This is really bad Airtel people call and use foul language. I am not a defaulter, I have time to clear payment. The bill generated on 6th and this incident is happening on11 October. The # I received the call- +[protected] I want an action to be taken here.

                                  I recently took Airtel CUG connection. I've changed the existing number to CUG as well in Airtel Store. Till now they havent changed the plan to 149 CUG and I've been charged for CUG call and its 50ppm+monthly rental. I had called many times but all the associates are so ignorant to take complaint. Now they have blocked the services and want to pay bill which is free for CUG calls. I have tried all ways to sort this but this where I can look for resolution. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND AIRTEL TO ANYONE. THEY CHARGE HUGE AMOUNT AND TOO SLOW FOR A COMPLAINT. I HAVE THEIR EMAILS WHICH IS SO STUPID NOT READING MY COMPLAINT BUT JUST REPLY. THE OPERATORS ARE SO PATHETIC IN SERVICE. I want to cancel and pay only for what I've used.

                                    I took airtel broadband plan and there was some bill due because I left the place and I paid the bill and requested to disconnect and they said they will disconnect that and now I am getting calls from their customer care that My bill amount is due and Now I am now not putting up at that Place and already requested to disconnect 5 months back.Their so called retrieval experts start calling with out knowing any thing.
