Airtel Broadband Not Installed Yet

My airtel fixedline installation request number is 20805336 and I was supposed to get the brodband connection along with modem within 3 working days. As of now the broadband connection is not installed and 3 days are over, I am in a desperate need of internet connection and this delay is costing me a lot. Airtel is not interested in improving in their signal range in this locality. it has become very difficult to use the mobile phone for calling while at home. even after repeated complains I am still facing the same problem for many years. about 90% of the people living in the same locality and using the same service provider would be suffering from the same problem.

Double billing for Data Packages

I used INR 125 plan for data - 1GB.. I got details about a new 199 2GB plan through airtel marketing team. So I changed my plan to INR 199 on 27th of previous month.. My Billing cycle is 7th of every month. When my bill was shared, Airtel charged me INR 125 for entire bill period 8-Jan-2014 to 7-Feb-2014 and INR 199 for 27-Jan-2014 to 7-feb-2014.. This is unacceptable as the same needs to be Prorated!...
