sir,
i have accidentally entered the wrong number for my recharge for RS100 and RS50 on my airtel number ..the number entered was "[protected]"
but my correct number is "[protected]"
please undo the transaction and help me get back my money into my account

    Hi this is Gaurav Arora
    MY airtel Digital id is [protected] my Mobile no is [protected]
    .

    I recieved so many calls to reactivate my Airtel Digital from Customer care. So finally i agreed with the offer

    2450 for 11 Months Value Sports+18 HD Channels.

    and My old Set top box was not working So they offered Set Top Box swapping in Rs. 50.

    Total amount i paid was 2500. and i got my set top box replaced but my validity of Value Sports Pack is not 11 months.


    Airtel lied to me and be-fooled me and my 2500 rs gone wasted.


    I will go to consumer Court if i will nt get the offer.


    I called 12150 so many times but didnt got any response.

    I have all the recorded calls in my mobile where i was given the offer.

    Ressolve my Concern or i will go to Consumer Court

        I am an Airtel Customer. Day before yesterday (1st April 2014) my Mobile stopped working at about 8:00 PM. There was no problem with the Device and I contacted Airtel Customer Support and I was told that there could be a problem with the SIM card and directed me to go to the nearest Airtel Customer Relationship Center to get a new SIM. As directed, I went to ITPL Airtel Customer Relationship Center and got a new SIM, where they promised activation of the SIM within 4 hours. This happened at 11:00 AM yesterday (2nd April 2014). But until now(3rd April 2014, 7:30 AM), the SIM is not yet activated. It has been more than 24 hours downtime and its very difficult not to have a mobile number. Even in case of emergency no one is able to contact me. When I contacted the Airtel outlet, I was informed that the Server was down throughout Karnataka and it would happen by yesterday (3rd April 2014) evening.                 Hi Airtel Team, I have recently shifted to AmruthNagar (Behind Manyata Emabassy Park) Thanisandra main Road Bangalore. I was using Airtel 3G from several months and in this place I am not getting 3G network. Please look into it.                 I successfully recharged my Airtel mobile no.with 252/- 1GB 3G recharge. But now I can only use the 2g data and I'm unable to use the 3g. I tried manual registration mode but it failed to register on the Airtel 3g network(3G network is not available from many days) .I tried the customer care helpline.. But they asked me to manually select the 3g network which failed.I also checked my Access point settings in my mobile, but I am still not getting any 3G network. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible

                  we want to 200 airtel sim activation today by hook or by crook..i means by use
                  fake id proof...i denied for this ...so my rural distributer (RD)sim barred
                  with incoming, outgoing, and sms..by TM or ZM on 21 may 2014..and telling me that
                  my sim that is registerd with my name
                  also will be replace to other...


                  i want that if airtel compny not satisfy my work then i m ready to leave

                  sim activation with fake id address proof...and my sim no. never be closed
                  ..airtel distributer authority can be barred only.and my sim should be convert

                    Hi Team, I have tried to do recharge Rs.110/-(talktime recharge) using my airtel money account through airtel website(www.airtel.in/money/...) I have recieved the OTP password and completed the transaction through the website. But for some reasons the amount got debited from my account(airtel money) and it is not showing in my main balance. (It doesn't seems that any other services also got activated for that Rs.110/-) I called airtel money service & spoke to agents of your's (Ticket#'s: 19353157, 19353151 & 19354301 created by Bala, Gangadharan & some other guy regarding the same issue. But no one was able to help me on this. they want me to speak to the prepaid recharge team. It's really ridiculous they don't know how to do that/ how they want me to do that. They did not guide me how to do that. Why does airtel has pathetic bunch o[censored]ncapable agents like the above mentioned ones, when they could not guide the customers. It was terrible experience speaking to these guys. The first guy with whom I spoke to Bala, completetly useless guy who doesn't know even how to speak(even in Tamil, his native language), he transferred the call to some other extn & disconnected the call.. I would like someone to help me with my issue of Rs.110(which got debited from my airtel money account for nothing) as soon as possible.                       Request you to not to encourage phone numbers to anonymous persons with fraud calls. Seems fraud persons.
                      a person from phone number [protected] is calling unknown numbers especially married females.
                      he saying that he is from MAATV research group. He is doing research on couple sexual relation ship.
                      He is asking all private information.

                      i have couple of requests.
                      1. Can you record his calls and lodge a complaint to respective authority. It will be clear of what kind of queries he asks and how he is torturing married women to provide other married women phone numbers.

                      2. Request you to find out this person complete background details of how he got approval to have airtel number.

                      3. Request you as a human being imagine how many families (married women) he is cheating with collecting private information. As indians we should not encourage such fradulent calls.

                      4. Provide me information of whom we can complaint on such numbers to stop things going worst.

                      5. Please reply to my request.

                      Request you to protect females getting cheated or abused or tortured like this. Please do your best against such persons.

                          Airtel executive named soumya provide me fake details of a postpaid plan before three month and his senior executive made a confirmation call of my plan.I gave 250 rs and took my new sim .i was using aitel from last 6 years and they did such kind of thing.i am mentioning the offered plan by her: Std min:525 min local:200 min one Airtel 2 airtel free: without any cost 500mb net local calls rate:30 A2A, 40 for others std calls rate:50 /m sms: 50p roaming: 75/m all incoming/outgoing and what i was getting is: std:300min local:300min no number is free its payable of cost 99 250 net local calls:50p/m and std:60/m sms: 1rs or 1.50 rs roaming : 75 incoming, 1 or 1.50 outgoing. And the number is : [protected](which turn to prepaid to postpaid) From start date to till date i am continuously compiling to airtel customer care, senior executive but nobody doing anything on this matter.pnly they want me to pay all bill as per their provided plan.At the starting when 3-4 times i were complaining them for my plan they stopped my number for full week and said number is active from our side dont know what is the problem.when i call to soumaya and said why you are giving me such fake plan then she said you can complain i dont care that mean she know if i will complain no body will take action against her. Now airtel customer care are facing problem when i am not paying the payment.i got 10-12 calls and all time i explain the problem and want a bill according to the plan which offers me they said ok we will do that.but again i got call from another cc and still i have to repeat all the story.they are sending me final reminder i don't know why they are solving customers problem.At the staring i called them more than 20 times they didn't take action against that executive girl who sold me that plan and always cut my call i have many complaints number through phone and i made complaint through mail also but still they are saying its own problem .i don't know how many people suffering same problem i think this is the business to sell the plan .After that only customer will suffer they can make payment in their way. I have lost my phone before 1 month and called them and give my number don't know why still they are calling to my friends/relative to submit the payment.they are not able to solve my problem or they don't want to solve .every time they are calling me again i have to repeat the whole story .At the last i am writing here because i don't think they can do something regarding my problem.                             Good Evening Sir, This is in regard to the misleading information provided by your website because of which I lost Rs.102. I was looking for a 3G recharge on your site and through your site I came to know about the Rs.102 offer (balance: 300MB, Validity: 30 days). I recharged the amount to my number after which I came to know that my INTERNET balance is still being cut from my main balance. I called the customer Care and they told me that the offer had been closed from 1st March. When I gave him the link at which I came to know about the offer he was clueless. This instance has made me lose my trust in Airtel. I am attaching the screenshot of the site. Please look into the matter ASAP.

                              I have a Airtel broadband cum land line connection at thiruvengadam street, adyar, chennai. The connection is vide a scheme for a rental of rs.1999 per month and speed should be 24mbps upto 40 gb and 512 kbps beyond 40 gb. After lodging multiple complaints with the service department of airtel, there has been no improvement in the speed promised by the company vide the plan provided. This issue has been lingering since last 1 & 1/2 months without any valid reasons being shown by the service provider. Since last 3 days i have been following up with airtel customer care to look into the issue because the speed i have been receiving is not more than 2mbps. They have been advising that their service engineer shall be attending but since 03days no response from their end and the very slow speed is still continuing. This kind of a service was never expected from such a reputed service provider.

                                  I am Upma Chandra user of Airtel postpaid number [protected] (Delhi circle). On 15th Feb 2014, I asked the Customer Care to activate International Roaming (as I was travelling to Indonesia) on my phone. At that time, the outgoing call rate to India were in range from 80-150 (Max was 150), the rate varies for each operator.There at every hour I used to get SMS (even when I was not using the phone) that my credit limit has been increased. At the end of the month, I got a whopping bill of 6170 INR, where rates as 215 INR per minute were charged to me for making calls to India. I don't understand why they are not charging me as per the rates prevelant at that time when I used the services. I tried reaching customer care folks, but they are hardly understanding. I registered a complaint no 55551610 and got a call back from Airtel, where the guy after listening to my problem said he'd get back again. But It did not happend. I again called the Customer care referring my complaint no. They said "Mam your problem has been resolved, your bill is just fine". How come they mis charge like this and how come they react to my complaint and close it without acknowledging me. I haven't paid the bill yet and now the due date has already been passed due to their delay in response. I want Airtel to recalculate the bill as per earlier rates.
