With humble and respectfully I would like to express my thought that in my village we are facing network problem from the moment of invention mobile phones to till now so I'm hardly request you to install Mobile network in my village instead of wasting money for advertising do an investment on installing.

I am a corporate customer of Airtel Postpaid mobile connection. I wanted to update the company name, GST number and company address. Whenever I call Airtel Customer Care they do not help saying you have a corporate connection and told me to write an email to Airtel at [protected]@in.airtel.com. I wrote an email to them about the same and they did not reply and again I wrote an email and they replied about Sim swap. They did not read the mail...

Hello Sir/Madam,

I am holding [protected] airtel number which was part of corporate connection. In between I left the organization and my number got suspended. Arranged and submitted all the required documents (NOC) at chandanagar airtel office in person, to transfer [protected] from corporate to my personal name on March 22, 2021.

My number is reactivated on March 23, 2031 but still it shows on corporate name....

I was using Airtel Payments bank issued Fastag for my Vehicle No.TS04EX5245. As I am person with disability I got exempted Fastag from NHAI. Then I requested the Airtel payments bank to deactivate my Fastag and they did it. But in NPCI portal it is showing as “inactive. please recharge your tag with UPI” for Airtel Fastag and active for NHAI exempted Fastag. I have attached screen shot of the same .But i when enter...

There is no network in my area even though they say there is tower nearby. My calls keep dropping and I have literally make multiple call attempts everytime I have to speak to somebody....

I hate Airtel network lately. I can't even change my sim to a different operator because of total lockdown in my locality. and my online classes are facing problems because of this ### network. ### improve Airtel network or I ### create problems in your tower and make you lode CUSTOMERs Sala....

Regarding my data postpaid service on this number [protected]. I raised a concern about my incorrect billing for 1060 rs where 300 rs booster was still added even though I requested airtel customer care to remove the the booster during the beginning phase of the month (Jan)

Agent said he will followup and I clearly told them that I wont pay untill the bill is corrected. I didn't recieve any futher calls...

I have network problem in Airtel 4 G . I have 4 connections of Airtel . Same problem for all 4 connections. I am very frustrated from this problem . Please solve this problem otherwise I have to choose other networks....

I am residing in a place called Monnavedu village - 602021, Tiruvallur, Tamil Nadu. The Airtel 4G network connection over here is extremely poor, it is working under 1 KBps. Since all the companies are asked to let their employees work from home, I am totally dependent on the internet for my work. I have contacted almost every fiber network providers including airtel, since its a remote village, people told me their services are not available...
