        I have entered a wrong mobile number and need to get it to my correct number. I have recharged in phone pay. Please help me. I have also tried 'wrc (Wrongno) (Transid) (Amt) (Correctno) send to 59109' message. It responded as no keyword found.

            I made the payment of rs. 250 to buy an in-game purchase and the payment was successful through PayU Money( Payment Gateway ) which authorized the fraud website to use it's gateway. I didn't receive any service from Midas Buy For BGMI

              In have recharged my number after 12AM and used data for about 30 mins and kept it in Flight mode before going to bed. Morning at 7:30AM i turned on my mobile back from flight mode and got message as 100% data used.. i called customer care but no use... complaints filing is not their in app and data usage can’t be seen any where. Message to avail extra data add ons for a price are sent after the 100% usage message. This fraudulent act should be seen seriously.

                    Since airtel is not able to provide data service to my location, I am trying to port my number to another cellular network service provider. When i am trying to generate porting code i am getting below message.
                    "upc cannot be generated as there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider"

                    After discussion with airtel helpdesk they just ask me to wait for some time. On visiting the airtel store, they also are not able to provide the solution. After waiting for so long still I am not able to generate upc code. I am still getting same issue.

                    Airtel service desk is unable to provide any solution.

                    Please help me will the issue and resolve it as soon as possible.

                        I live in New Alipore area of Kolkata, I have lodged a complaint with customer care for my broadband not working.
                        My first service request was closed without even making a call from Airtel, and again on calling the request was reopened, but as expected engineer was to visit my premises which never happened, and no body called up also.
                        Whenever I call customer care, they have no clue and ask for more time.
                        My LOS light is red which is a optic fibre issue but no body even asks what is the problem, they just provide a service request number. Nothing happens after that. Really pathetic.

                          My name is Adharsh Ravindran. I used to have an Airtel prepaid connection for many years before I moved out of India. After few months, when I returned back, my phone number was deactivated and I was told by an airtel customer care executive that I cannot get my number back as it’s already deactivated. It’s been 3 years since this happened and now, some random person is using this phone number. I have this phone number linked to social media, bank accounts, e-commerce websites, and even Aadhar card. How can the company be so careless about such important personal information. What I don’t understand is how can a phone number, something that you use in a national identity card such as Aadhar, be allowed to recycle and owned by someone else? I would really appreciate if someone could look into this matter and suggest a resolution. I am planning to seek legal solutions as my last resort.

                            I have been using airtel sim for last 5 years. Suddenly today it stopped working. I am losing peace of mind because all my financial transactions are linked to this number. This is sheer negligence from airtel.

                              Hi

                              My Airtel sim showing no sim for last one day
                              I tried everything phone restart, re insert sim but still it’s showing no sim
                              I do have only one Airtel number and I’m not able to speak with customer care
                              When I send email it showing my email address is not registered with Airtel sim
                              They want me to register my email with Airtel sim but it’s not working how will I register when it shows no sim
                              My work is completely rely on this number
                              Plus no one near is using Airtel

                                My Airtel sim is not getting registered in UAE network. I tried doing it manually also. No luck. I have subscribed for roaming package and now not able to use that too !

                                    I have airtel d2h connection. Whose only wrong update is being given. I had one ID [protected]. I had two register IDs was 001 and 002. Whose request to separate was taken and also separated. But now it is being said that it has been separated. But one ID has been disconnected and one ID has been disconnected. Only fake updates are being given. 24 hr 24 hr does 5 days time. Still the problem is not fixed. I have all the recordings I talked to with the customer care. What can you do in this?
