My Airtel sim suddenly stopped working. I did all Troubleshooting. Restarted phone several times, changed sim slot, tried it in another phone, tried stopping other services like wifi. All of no use.
All this without any intimation from airtel. It was my primary number. I was about to receive important calls and messages on this number. Lost peace of mind due to this carelesness.

I would like signals on my phone be restored...

    I had purchased a new sim from airtel on 2nd July 2021. I immediately made an online recharge for Rs.219. But, I did not receive any message from airtel nor was the amount credited. Then when I enquired with the dealer, I was informed that the first recharge should be done only with the retailer/dealer.
    I need to know how I can recover the amount of Rs.219. My new airtel sim/contact number is [protected].

      Tele verification number is not working

      Address: C611, Bhoomi Block, ECOLIFE EON APARTMENTS, 30, Devasthanagalu

      Received a message on alternate number to proceed with tele verification, but not able to connect 59059. Please resolve.

      Also, could you post in this channel whats the issue with 59050, this is definitely not a warm welcome for a porting customers...

      Airtel has set a limit of 20 calls & messages for a month on my contact no. As i am using this contact no. as for my official purpose. So Give me a solution on urgent basis.

        New policy of airtel

        Now you have removed sms service through balance. This is really a very bad policy. I and my whole family use airtel since ages. And now I hate airtel. And regret using airtel. Being too greedy is not done at all. I soon will change airtel with any other sim but not airtel. I didn't switched to jio even when they were giving free internet and calls. I never bought any other sim. Keep being greedy to see your fall....

        Airtel Alert - An amount of Rs. 445.42 is still pending for payment towards airtel for your mobile [protected] . An intimation has also been sent to your current operator. Please pay the amount immediately for uninterrupted services

        The above number is already ported to BSNL after paying all the pending dues at that time. Now again Airtel is asking for payment . Please look into the matter and wave the amount and inform BSNL that there are no dues.

        Dear Customer, You have unpaid dues of Rs.445.42 at your previous operator Airtel. Please clear dues & show payment receipt at BSNL CSC to avoid disconnection. Ignore this if already shown -BSNL Kerala

          I have recharged my Airtel number of 399 via Google pay .Gpay showing transaction successful and money also deducted from my account but recharge is not done.

            Hi i have done Recharge Rs.698 pack daily 2 gb data for 84 days validity, on 7th july 2021 unfortunately my 2gb data consumed within 3 hrs and i used only for outlook emails, & 45 minutes zoom meeting only within the 3 hrs, when i reach customer support regarding this issue they said unable to find because the data used through dongle, i want to know how its consumed within 3 hrs complaint no [protected]

              Hi Team,

              Last Monday I have tried to recharge my DTH through online Rs.200 using airtel website. While trying they detected Rs.200 after some time I got transaction failed message to my number and they mentioned will refund that amount next 48 hours. But still the amount is not refunded. So kindly check and let me share your findings.

              Airtel Payments Bank a/c update: transaction requested on 05-07-21 has failed. Temporary block of 200 has been released.

                I had recharged my sim the previous month with a pack of 3gb data and 28 days validity. After few days it came to my notice that my services had ended and after inquiring with Google pay support, apparently airtel didn't only recharged the 3gb and not the 28 days validity. For the past few days I have been trying to contact their customer support in every way possible, the app just sends me to their site with literally no help. The customer service number is 50% just advertisement and call immediately ends when I try contacting their executive. My mother uses vodafone and have way better customer service. Airtel is just simply awful.

                  I purchased a new prepaid sim today from an Airtel store
                  I was told to wait for 30 mins before I start the activation process
                  It has been more than 3 hours and I see no signal on my phone
                  I have tried different phones
                  I don't know my new number and the customer care agents at Airtel are not providing any help
                  I have the sim details ie the 20 digit aim number and the imsc number
                  I have tried powering on and off the device, inserting reinserting sim etc.. but nothing works
                  I was charged 50 rs, yet got no reciept . They didn't provide me the mobile number either
                  In these corona times, I want to mimimize my exposure, yet I am having to visit Airtel store multiple times.
                  Doorstep kyc is not available and I live in a major city -Chennai
                  I was expecting better service from Airtel, otherwise I would have just gone with some of the more economical carriers

                      I have recently purchased iPhone 11 on which my Airtel 4G sim it’s not resisting for FaceTime and iMessage it works fine with my Apple ID but not with my phone number .

                        I had got my number ported from bsnl to airtel. My last sim's network is not coming but new sim's came. Iam trying to connect to 59059, but the number is not connecting.

                          I want to Port my airtel number ([protected]) in jio . So I need UPC code from airtel. But they are not providing me UPC code . They are sending me this massage, ( UPC cannot be generated for the reasons: (1) there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance.)
                          Then I visited airtel store for this problem, but they are unable to solve this problem.

                            I had faced the same problem about 4 days ago. i didn't get any response from the airtel customer care.
                            finally i went to the nearest airtel service centre and take a duplicate sim with same number. if anyone facing the same problem maybe its due to sim damage. so visit the nearest service center and get a new one.

                              I had requested for a new sim connection yesterday 3/7/21 just now i got a call from a girl saying we couldn’t visit ur location today monday we’ll be able to deliver ur sim to ur location she was asking multiple questions n she was not at all behaving professional she was talking to me just like she is talking to her freind she asked me many questions lastly she said “ Madam lena hoga too call karo “ that was very rude i was calmly answering her questions n she hung up very unprofessional service AIRTEL

                                Dear Authority,

                                My cellphone has been stolen/lost which having airtel SIM([protected]), I purchased a duplicate SIM from Airtel Store (Vishrantwaadi, Pune) on 3rd June 2021.
                                I have been told by Airtel Customer Care Agent that SIM will be active in 4-5 hours But it has been more than 20 hours and SIM is still not active.

                                My all bank accounts and important details linked with this number.

                                Could you please take some action on urgent basis.
