Sir
I had an Airtel plan with the following details-.
Fixedline No. {{6 - - -}} Broadband ID : {{7 - - -}}_mh Rental ₹.399/- Speed 2 mpbs. Bills in respect of this connection used to be debited to my account through ECS. As I Wanted higher internet speed, I requested to update the plan. I was advised that the existing plan can not be updated and that I have to go for a new plan. I was suggested to have Airtel-UL-Basic 699 unlimitedGB(40 Mpbs/1024Kbps) COMBO Plan. I opted to avail the said plan paying yearly subscription ₹.8, 413/-. Accordingly, a new installation was made on 15.08.2020. Details of the new installation are as under-

Tariff Plan opted :Airtel-UL-Basic 699 unlimitedGB (40Mpbs/1024Kbps) COMBO Plan.
The installation was carried out on 15.08.2020. As such, my phone line on which I had my old Fixedline Number {{6 - - -}}, I got a new Airtel Fixedline Number {{8 - - -}}. However, bills in respect of the old Fixedline Number {{6 - - -}} continued to be debited to my account. At the same time I did not receive any bill in respect of the new Fixedline Number {{8 - - -}}(With nil amount payable). Bill in respect of the new connection started coming from 23.04.2021 only. I, vide my email dated 29.10.2020, pointed out that the New Plan despite having been installed on 15.08.2020, I continue to receive bills for the old plan. I quote my email for reference “I have got my old plan with above-mentioned number discontinued and have new plan installed on 15.08.2020. I, however, continue to receive bills as per the old plan. This is to bring the facts to your notice.” However, my said email seems to have been ignored.
My contention is that ever since installation of the new plan which was on the same phone line as the old one, bills in respect of the old one should have been discontinued. Even my email dated 29.10.2020 in this regard was overlooked. Under the circumstances, I have requested for refund of the bill amount of the old connection from 15.08.2020 to May, 2021 which works out to ₹.7135/-. I intend to attach Installation Report, Communication showing Bill Plan Details & Account Details, Bill in respect of New Plan, copy of my email dated 29.10.2020 and the last reply of Airtel in the matter for your reference, however the same are not acceptable in the system. I may send them by any other mode as per you advice.

      I recently ported from bsnl to airtel and the first recharge I have done is ₹1498 plan for 365 days from airtel website through amazon upi. Money is debited from bank but website says that recharge is unsuccessful

            Dear Sir,

            I want to inform you that I have more than 30+ conversation from email to airtel customer service representative for my issue that I faced a error to create a savings account with video kyc that multiple account creat with same date also try to open to my nearest banking points as per order by airtel customer care but same error.
            Please find the attachment and resolve the issue as soon as possible.

            I want to inform you that this is the fully error from your side.

            Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

            I want to open airtel payments bank.

                I am a prepaid customer of Airtel. Though I paid for 2 gb data, I have not been able to use the internet for the past 3 weeks. I have recharged with the Rs 698 plan on 22nd April 2021 for 2 gb daily data.

                  Dear sir,

                  I have to convert to Post paid to Pre paid therefore i went to airtel shop (shop no.05, near Ryan school, Pin code 400063) on 12.06.2021. There is one lady Ms Reena who told to clear the dues and i cleared my due and asked to come next day, as it will take time credit the account. From 12.06.2021 and as on date, i am coming to said shop on every alternate day on evening.

                  Due to covid, i have to go office in alternate day and other day i am working from home.

                  On 15.06.21, 17.09.21, 22.06.21 & 24.06.21 Airtel shop person Mr Kunal told to come in morning as there is no manager in the shop. Every day in evening there is one person Mr Kunal who does not have authorization to convert the post paid to pre paid.

                  Today is 26.06.21, i went to the shop again for the subject purpose after calling Mr Kunal and that lady Ms Rina was there. When i reached there she told to bring AADHAR CARD only. Other documents like pan Card, driving license are completely not acceptabale.

                  Therafter i went home and comeback with aadhar card to the shop. Meanwhile i constantly talking to Mr Kunal and Ms Reena that i am coming to shop, please be there. When i reached Ms Rina is prepared to go outside, i told her plz covert the post paid to pre paid but she told i have very urgent work . I will not do. Then she went. Mr kunal as usual has no authorization.

                  This whole story is b/w 15:00 to 16:30.

                  This airtel manager i.e. Ms Reena, thinks that she is god and owner of airtel. She is not at all helpful and very arrogant and does not know how to talk. She said to me that i will be there when i went back for taking Aadhar card. What king of persons, airtel hired i dont understand. Inspite i come back and i told her to convert my sim and still she taken up auto and left back. This is very pathetic service of airtel. I cant beleive people like her exists in Earth and that to Airtel hired her.

                  The whole story can be confirmed from Mr Kunal. I have written whole story in shop only.

                  Please take action againt Ms Reena.

                      Bar on outgoing calls

                      1)Date of the incident- 04/06/2021

                      2)Description: I bought airtel xstream premium annual subscription worth Rs.499/- on May 25, 2021. For the first 10 days the subscription worked fine. But on Jun 4, 2021 when I tried to play premium videos I was redirected to the payment page. When I checked in my profile the premium subscription was removed from my account. I reported this issue through customer support mail id, airtel store and twitter chat. But I haven't got clear resolution in this matter. They dragged this issue and haven't refunded my money or restored my subscription back. I'm attaching screenshots within this complaint as proof in this regard.

                        I recently shifted from Airtel postpaid to prepaid. Since then I am unable to activate my FaceTime and IMessage services.

                        I have contacted Apple Support, they have told me everything is fine from their end, and it is an issue from the career's end.

                        Airtel support has told me to recharge over and over again, my balance keeps deducting with each time the phone sends an SMS, but the services are not getting activated. Each time the notification says that "Your network provider may charge for SMS messages used to activate FaceTime" - each time I touch on OK my balance deducts but the very next moment it says "An error occurred during activation. Try again." and it has been going on for 6 days now.

                        Please resolve this issue ASAP.

                            My name has been Misspelled by the employee who registered my sim while porting from Tata Docomo to Airtle in 2018 and after 4 years the sim has suddenly stopped working, and the employee at the Airtle gallery has said that "it's not your sim, we are going to transfer it to the fraud department".

                                SR No.: 41792430 dated 05th May 2021:

                                I bought Airtel One Plan and covered my DTH Connection too in the Plan. According to the plan, I am entitled to get DTH HD Set Up Box. However, till date I have not received HD Set Up Box.

                                Since April 2021, I have called customer care number of times for upgrading basic Set Up Box to HD Set Up Box. Every time they promise to resolve the complain in 24 hours. But even after 3 months, not a single person has called us nor visited our site.
                                I dropped 4 reminder emails to Airtel DTH during June 2021 and against same response they officers have escalated the complain number.

                                It is very disappointing approach by Airtel in this service. Kindly do the needful to resolve the complain at the earliest.

                                  Hello,
                                  I am Vaibhav Chate owner of [protected] number. I changed my connection to Airtel thinking that the company will provide very good internet services and internet speed. I would like to bring following observations and complaints from my side thinking that it would be resolved at the earliest.

                                  1. I have opted for 4 G speed but when I start browsing the speed is not even matches with 2 G.
                                  2. Recently I have recharged for 1 year on[protected]but validity shows that July2021.
                                  3. There are no platforms for the customer to talk to executive.
                                  4.If a person doesn't have proper internet then how can he complain on Airtel apps?.
                                  5. When I have sent the email to [protected]@in.airtel.com, I got the reply that your email is not register instead of resolving the issue.

                                    Service request no.[protected], registered mobile no. - [protected], airtel xstream fiber ID[protected], my internet is not working from more than 24 hours, i lodged a complaint on 7:30 am, 24th june via customer support in which i was assured that the normal internet services will resume in 24hrs
                                    and a technical team will call me and assist me, none happened. Thereafter had chat with senior supervisors of customer support for disconnection and asked them for the refund of the rest amount of the validity where the supervisor outrightly denied to do so asking for some more time to get the issue resolved. i have faced numerous issue from the airtel customer services as well as there linearity in internet services. please get my problem resolved as soon as possible

                                    No progress has been made from the side of customer support regarding my service request, each time i call for update, costumer service incharge ask me to wait for another 2-3 hours, no ground support has been made.
