Oh God what happened to airtel sales today since morning 11:00 A.m 24/12/2013, im getting calls for postpaid connection from airtel from these numbers [protected]/[protected]/[protected]/[protected]/[protected]/[protected]/[protect... they just call me and ask me that im intrested in airtel postpaid or not what is this they disturbed me each 10 mins...I want airtel people to take action on this..or else I might sue airtel on this...

    We had made a recharge for 3G Airtel from the website www.pay.airtel.com, vide transaction ID 984545 of Rs 655.
    While checking through internet offers, the no. of mine was having a internet offer that the plan of Rs. 949 3G recharge will be available at Rs. 655.
    i.e. In Rs. 949 we are getting 7GB and through the offer, we will be enjoying the same benefit of 7GB in Rs. 655 recharge.
    We called the customer care many a times. When the call was transferred to the supervisor, and while giving me the complaint no. disconnected the call. Two times the customer care executive disconnected the call.
    Finally, a customer care executive raised a complaint no.[protected], saying that you will get the same through message too. Still the message is in transit. I am unable to understand, is the complaint no. valid.
    We had only received 3GB data through this recharge, however, we were supposed to get 7GB data.
    Even the customer care executives were first not believing on the offer. However, I asked them, that we can mail you the print screen of the same. Than they checked the same. And said yes it was available.

    Through such offers, the company is defrauding the customers. while not giving such benefit as displayed.

      My name is Rajesh Madan Over three months back I had requested for phone transfer from my company Le Meridien Bangalore to my personal name as I was leaving the organization. All the documents and around INR2500.00 were collected with the forms and all the attached documents were varified. Since end of September I have been following up via phone/SMS and no result till date. I am also paying more money for the mobile phone plan as still it is on my company name. this has been going on since September 2013. After follow up for over three months finally last friday (20th December 2013) I had a visit at my residence from Airtel Repersentative for address varification. My phone was disconnected on the same day as I was told I will get new SIM card same day and my phone should start working same evening. SIM card was sent to me on sataurday and till now for five days my phone is not working. Yesterday I had a call from Airtel to call 59059 for another varification, after making the call for verification I was told that I can start using the phone after 15 minutes, my mobile phone number is not working till today. I do not have any answers to what actually is the problem. I am shocked the kind of service and response from a company like Airtel.

          i have applied for a new internet connection to prepare my compitative exams 3months back so, AIRTEL people collected 500/- from me but within 2days i have returned back the application for new connection and given request to back my money due to my house shifting problems, i had plenty conversations with AIRTEL coustmour care executives but no output, till today i did not get any 1/- rupee, just had a conversation with SURESH Manager AIRTEL he also giving conversations like do what you can do. so, i am very much disappointed with this type of people conversations and money. even SURESH Manager not caring Consumer Forum. This type of way diccourages the student life goals.

            Sir, I regret to inform the poor service by Airtel on 121 and 198. I have been trying to call these numbers but after 4 options it goes back to main menu after dialing '0'. It has been very difficult to talk to an Executive on bill related problems. I have following complaints : 1. My bill of Rs 1823 has been paid by me on 8.12.2013 by cheuqe no 953288 drawn on State Bank of India, I.P.Estate Branch, New Delhi-110002 dropped in the drop box kept at Engineer Park, Sector Omega 1, Greater Noida, 201308 but I keep on getting calls even today on 23.12.2013 about non payment of Bill. 2. I do not get my bill on my email at madan.[protected]@gmail.com and the bill sent on [protected]@GMAIL.COM, I do not know how they got this mail id. 3. I had shifted my plan from 699.00 to 1199.00 unlimited on 6.12.2013 and I got SMS that my bill is Rs 2182.73. I do not understand as to how the bill can exceed Rs 1360 paid by me on 5.11.13 even if I add proportionate charges of 699 plan. I would therefore request for immediate change of my email for airtel bill and send me the last bill for Rs 1892.00 being shown now which was Rs 1823. I suspect that late bill charges have been levied on earlier bill of Rs 1360.00 which was dropped by me at the above mentioned drop box and might have been got collected by your Representative for which I cannot be held responsible. If my complaint is not addressed, I would like to get the connection disconnected before the NEXT BILL DUE DATE failing which I shall NOT BE RESPONSIBLE for any payment after the next billing date.               Dear sir i recharge my air tel prepaid no. On 21 dec 2013, with rs.-100 throw net banking kotak mahindra bank .Money has deducted from my account and i have received massage also that your mobile has recharge with rs.-110, but no balance in my mobile .

              Even we call customer care but they said we don't have any information about your no.
              For that i am afraid why it happen before i have recharge many time same no. Never face this problem .Please let me know why it happen.And send my money to my mobile.

                Dear Sir, I have purchased an airtel prepaid SIM. This was on 21.12.2013. The mobile number given was [protected]. I was told that within a day the connection will get activated. Now its almost 2 days still the connection is not been activated. Within these 2 days i have called many times to airtel customer care 121 and even the shopkeeper who sold the SIM. One says that the documents are not submitted other says we are working on it and other says that there is a problem with airtel activating SIM by weekends.

                  I was using Vodafone network, My GF was using Airtel Network. Actually i'll call, messaging everyday to my GF. Somebody is liking my GF on oneside, But he have the friend whos working in Airtel Customer care. That boy was asked to his friend for collecting my GF call, message details, finally they got my details, this was really cheating, This is nonsense, rude, this really hurt me more,

                      Hi, I am Madiha Aftab and I just switched to airtel from vodafone. The main reason behind leaving vodafone was sim related issues. I witched to airtel as it says "its the best network for smartphones" but to my surprise its nothing like what is promised. I took the connection yesterday, 20th December from S.R.Communication, Shop no.CG-79, Unitech Arcadia, South City 2, Gurgaon. I was told the sim will get activated in a span of 16 hours, that is, by today, 21st December 2013 around 10 AM. Even after constant reminders to airtel customer care my phone was not activated. I called your customer care 5 times, and all your representatives were rude and highly inefficient. I just remember one name, Narendra Kumar, he asked me to get the payment back from the dealer and also said that airtel cant do anything about it. DISAPPOINTED is the word. You all wont survive for long in the market if you cant satisfy your customers. Thanks and regards, Madiha

                        Hi Sir/Madam, I am using the number [protected] since last 6 yeasr in Banglore Circle. As i do not want to disturb my clients and company personals by changing to a new sim card and New number, i given an application and request for converting my existing PostPaid to Prepaid Connection. I recived new PrePaid SIM also, Req# 1504080. After calling customer care after 12 Days [Actual Time for Conversion is 5-7 Working days], they are informing me that, No Documents has been submitted and hence the delay. I tracked my documents with the Airtel Connect Office at Koramangal where i submitted my Documents, they infomrmed that Same has been dispatched to Backend team on same day.[Code: ARC107]. After many attempts i got a senior person and they have Promised that issue will be resolved at 20th December 2013 6:00 PM IST as that is the deadline which AIRTEL has given me. Now they are behaving like i am doing a CRIME by following it up by Hanging the Phone, threatening by stating that "You Go ahead AS YOU WISH and Do What ever i wanted", and no response to my MISSING VALID ID PROOFS.                         Saurav, I have already emailed and confimred everything. But till now No UPDATE and i have recieved my POSTPAID BILL even after giving for a POST to PRE conversion. I havent got any update/Calls from AIRTEL on resolution.

                          Hi, My number is [protected], I got migrated to Airtel through MNP. I got message of porting date & time. I have inserted the Airtel SIM after the 'No service period;. I was told that there will be service disruption of only 2 hours between 12Am - 5AM, even in the Airtel website same thing is mentioned. After inserting the SIM, I'm able to see Airtel network on my mobile now but I'm unable to make outgoing/incoming, not even to cust care. I called 7-8 times to your cust care from other airtel number and these are the responses I got. 1. Not our fault, call Tata Docomo by 1st cust care executive 2. Put me on hold for more than 5 mins by 2nd exe and disconnected the call 3. I was told that my activation is done but I have to wait for 1 week to make or receive calls by 3rd exe 4. I was told that my activation is done but I have to wait for 24 hours to make or receive calls by 4th exe 5. Said the same thing and disconnected the call 6. This executive took my SIM number and said it is activated and asked me to be on hold then after 2 mins disconnected the call 7. Spoke to supervisor (Mallikarjun), he said my SIM is not activated and I have to wait for 1 week and asked me to use my old network until then. My old network is no more working after the porting time started and airtel is also not working. This is the worst exepericne on the day1 on Airtel and it's really annoying. Activate my phone immediately and call me on my other number [protected] immediately. I wasted my time from last 3 hours by calling your cust care and each one gives a different explanation.                             I have activated a night tariff on my airtel prepaid number([protected]) on 17 dec 2013 but i was wrongly charged for my calls with 105rs on 18 dec at 00:45 am. i called customer care for 8-9 times and they agreed with my problem and promised me to refund my amount but after 3 days they refunded only 27rs and denied refunding rest amount although they agreed with my complaint and wrong dedution they clearly stated that they wont do anything for me. customer care was very rude and mentally harrasing and hung up on me everytime i called them.reference number to my complaint is CWRCH[protected] and alternate contact no.[protected]

                                Hi, I am Girish Kumar.D had taken the airtel dongle 6 months back and my number is [protected]. I have reported this issue with your customer care team and technical support team a week back but have not got any response on this and get false promised that someone will visit in the next 24 hours and no on has turned up till date. My internet connection is very important to me as i work from home and am totally tied up withou the net. Everytime i call the customer care they promise me to send a person within 2 hours and no one turns up. It takes a very long time to get connected and once you are connected you get to speak to rude agents who doesnot bother about your problem and put to on hold for long time. Today i tried to escalate it wanted to speak to the manager and they denied connecting me to their manager thrice and on fourth time hung the call on me. I am not faced such a redicules support ever in my life. I have changed my dongle twice already worth 1500 each time in 6 months and this is not working again. I wish to escalate this issue and will also post them in the possible website so that no one would ever come back to airtel for their pathetic customer service. Girish Kumar.                                   on 17 dec 2013 amount of around 500/- deducted without any reason, after that next day by 7:30 am i have called customer care & lodged a complaint, so those people told that rectify & refund full amount. on 18th of dec 2013 i have called customer care plenty of times those people are told till evening 4 pm. on 19 th also i have received call from some 4 to 5 people with different numbers. they are told that your mobile is activated 3G on 17th dec 2013 by 4 pm. so you have been charged, another people are told Rs. 9 pack has been activated for that reason its happened, nobody is interested to refund my balance... so finally some body has called me from: +91 [protected] some lady called me and told that your mobile is not activated any net facility so you have been charged, after that i replayed her my mobile is recharged by Rs. 199 pack of 2G and its 2GB its recharged on 03/12/2013 and its valid till 01/01/2014... then she is not agreeing & not possible to refund... after that serious issue only i mailing you... so please take a serious action on the issue. daily this people are cross checking me around more then 10 times. each and every body is different type o[censored]nsatisfactory reasons giving.

                                      I had recharged my Prepaid number with 1GB, 2G data pack as per the below mentioned transaction Transaction ID - 541394 Amount (Rs.) - 125.0 Fri, Nov 29, 2013 at 11:55 AM I have been using the 1GB, 2G data pack for more than two years now, and had never required more than 1GB data for a month.(I understand my data usage need) It was all working fine until I received a promotional on 15th November 2013. It said, that a DATA PACK TO ACCESS FB HAS BEEN ENABLED, (I never asked for any offer) which was valid for three days. I did not concentrate much on the message, as I already had my monthly internet data plan in place. In these three days, whenever I tried accessing any weblinks, You tube from FB, it gave me a pop up, "Extra data charges will be incured for the usage". This sounded weird, and I immediately tried accessing the weblinks and You tube, checking the MAIN ACCOUNT BALANCE, which was around 106 rupees then. As there was no remarkable change in balance, I ignored it, assuming, my MONTHLY DATA PLAN is in place and that would continue once this offer expires. Problem arrived, when i realised that, the OFFER is expired and my DATA PLAN showed the LIMIT to be "0".(Offer should have got expired on 17th November 2013) I realised this, after losing my 100 rupees from the MAIN ACCOUNT BALANCE (on 18th November late night). I immediately called the Customer care who was incompetent to listen to the issue, empathise, or clarify but hung the call without even trying to understand what my actal issue is. Please check and get it rectified, reimbursing or refunding me the amount incured on the data charges, from December 18, 2013, 12:00 AM. I would also request for a customer confirmation received before activating such offers, which would save lot of trouble and stress.
