I have been using Airtel Broad band connection for more than 2 years[protected], bangalore) In the month of September 2013, I have given move request within city (from Kaggadaspura to Shanti Nagar). While making move request, I have clearly told not to change my plan (once it happened earlier to me) without informing me. During shifting of connection, back-end team called me and said 4Mbps speed is feasible in new location, and there is no need to change plan and no need to change landline number also. Then, I have accepted to continue the procedure. Next day, I have received SMS saying "plan has been changed". Immediately called customer care people and fought with them. Finally, they have accepted to offer "300 Rs voice cap" as an add-on to my plan. During September cycle bill, "300 Rs voice cap feature" was not reflected. Customer care people told it would be reflected in next month bill. During October month bill also, "300 Rs voice cap feature" was not considered. Again called customer care people, they told, even though customer care people agreed to provide this feature, they have not activate that feature. So, they activated it on November 11th. As, I am not responsible for this miscommunication, I have asked to modify my bill. Customer care executive raised Service request. Without informing me, back-end team closed the case. Again after few days called Customer care, again they raised service request. Again, back-end team closed without informing me. I told, I would not pay the bill. Customer care executive told, as it was not activated before November 11th, even back-end team can not do anything. So, customer care executive suggested me to pay the bill as there was nothing to do. Finally paid the bill (ended up paying around Rs 1800 more), even though there was **** no single mistake from my side ****. Again, November month bill, they did not consider "300 Rs voice cap" feature. Again called (on 11th Dec) customer care, executive is reluctant to open another service request and said he would arrange call back from back-end team. I have been facing this problem from last two month without any progress. Please help me. Pavan Avala [protected]

    My Airtel Landline Number is : [protected] My Registered Mobile Number : [protected] Airtel Account Number : 14869742 Receipt No. for IPTV Connection (CEF No.) : 3488938 My Email ID : [protected]@hotmail.com / Nikhil[protected]@gmail.com I have paid Rs. 3500 to Airtel on 25th November 2013 for installing IPTV connection. They promised to activate my IPTV connection the next day i.e 26th November 2013 but they neither Activated my IPTV connection nor Refunded my money back. They just keep on pushing the date to resolve my issue. Firstly, they said that their team will contact me before 11-DEC-2013 11:00AM. Then they pushed the date to 31-DEC-2013 05:15 PM. When I tried to contact them my Mail then they gave another date 03-JAN-2014 12:15 PM. Each time I try to contact them in this matter they give me new Date to solve my issue. I don't think they want to Refund my money or Activate my IPTV. I'm feeling so cheated with my money. They just installed wiring for the connection and also provided with IPTV Set-up box which their technician have removed and taken back with him and never shown their faces after that. They asked me for downgrade my Airtel Broadband speed from 16mbps to 8mbps which I did the next day. Then I asked them to activate my IPTV and Install the Set-Up Box again. But they keep on saying that your IPTV connection has been cancelled and can't be Activated. Also they refused to refund back my money. Now they are just trying to delay the matter whenever I try to contact them. I have also send the Scanned copy of the Receipt which I received after paying Rs. 3500 for installation of IPTV. I have never used their IPTV service for a single day as they never activated IPTV service in my number. I have attached the scanned copy of Receipt and Mail chat with Airtel Customer Care as a proof that they are trying to DELAY that matter.       Dear Sir, Recently I have upgraded my DTH from standard to HD plus by paying additional 2000.00 just 2 months back. Before 20 days we have started facing problem in STB that automatically volume getting off...To retrieve the volume either I need to reset STB or I have to bring down the volume to zero and after increasing only I will be able to listen to the voice. I have called up till now 6-7 times to airtel customer care and not got satisfactory reply... I was told by engineer also that We can replace the STB with the old and repaired one. Why would I accept the old one when I have paid for new one. They are neither replying to mails nor giving satisfactory reply on customer care. CUSTOMER CARE OF AIRTEL IS ONE OF THE WORST I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS...

        Hi my number is [protected]. On 9/12/2013 I recharged my prepaid account with 109 rps online and money has been deducted from my account but I got message saying transaction has failed due to some technical issues. They didnt return money also. I called customer care which is by dway chargeable now and talked to them for around 20 mins in which they put me on hold for 10 mins untill i had to disconnect the line, They say I will receive the balance in 24 hours. transaction ID:[protected]

          I was interested in Airtel 4G & applied for the same in first week of November. One executive named Bharath (+91 [protected]) called me up & visited me @ my home on 6th Nov, showed his airtel ID, demoed an airtel 4G card & I was ok with the product & I paid Rs. 1700 as per his instruction & promised me to give the hardware in 2 days after verification of the documents I provided. The application number is KKPA 00010233. I checked the website & showed him the charge is Rs. 1500, he told there is affidavait charges for verification. I though it should be ok & paid Rs. 1700. I didn¿t get the 4G modem as promised next 2 days & he cheated me by telling it will be delivered next day & he even told me that he is in front of my house, when I came out of my house to check he was not there & he didn¿t pick the call that day. This happened for 3 weeks & fed up with this harassment, I asked min to refund the amount. Then he started I¿ll get the money tomorrow like that, keeps on postponing forever. Till now I haven¿t received the 4G modem or my money back. I still not clear, why he is delaying it. Nowadays he is swithing off his cell phone whenever I call. I¿ve registered a compliant in airtel website & the reference number is OT[protected]. I haven¿t received any follow up calls so far on the same. I sent multiple emails & there is no proper response from airtel customer service as well other than "typical copy-paste reply" Please beware of Bharath (+91 [protected]), if you are really planning for airtel 4G. try to get another executive instead.

            Airtel Higher officials in chennai selling informations Airtel chennai leaking information without Fir Recently we people made a complaint in one media that Airtel is leaking personal information for money.A person whose name starts from "R"(senior Person) in chennai airtel giving information to few persons by getting money.Recently that person gave information that particular 4 no. location and their personal messages to a person who is doing all fraud.Days are not far for Airtel chennai to appear in media for this illegal activities of the seniors.

              My calls keep getting disconnected every 20 seconds. The issue isn't just for me, but for the college in general. The problem is not the signal since that is good. The internet keeps disconnecting for a couple of minutes every now and then. Is this related to the "Sharing of infrastructure" with Reliance and reduction in towers? If so, it needs to be undone atleast in this area.

              unhappy with airtel connection in samsung tan . no. [protected],
              hello i took an airtel connection much against my friends recommendation . this service has only worked for one month shows ' no registered on network' all the time and internet is obviously not working therefore phone sms and internet for one month if this is the service you provide kindly discontinue this service, if this is the quality you provide . i have paid the one month post paid bill without network or useage .

                Repected Sir, My mobile No:+91-[protected]. Email ID: chiru.[protected]@gmail.com Last few months I am using Airtel CM services. It's working fine for 1st few days. But now I am getting call from those number which I listed in Black list. While I contact to Customer service, they advise to deactivete it & again activate it. And I do the same.                     I had given request for broadband /iptv connection on friday. But it was big mistake in my life that i given my mobile number and address to airtel. They have distributed my number to all agent and i was receiving 6-7 call per hour and i received around hundred calls. They reached to my house also without any appointment.This is really very bad experience.After that also i was telling to everyone i don't want any airtel connection and please make a request then after i am receiving call fro airtel. Please take action on airtel for harrasing my personal life. Thank you. Syed Ali

                      have taken this postpaid SIM for RSI CUG [[protected]]. Yesterday I have received a call from [protected] for address verification, I met this person with my Identity Card at my office. He clicked a picture of my I-card and said your SIM would be activated tonight by 9:00 PM but you have to make a call at 59059. I tried this number but each time I received not registered on network issue. Today I called Santosh at [protected] number, He said your SIM would be activated by 2:30 PM today itself. I was waiting whole day then I received a call from Santosh that I missed than I called him again and he said madam your tele verification is not done yet so please keep waiting.

                        Bill plan given was of 1599 + taxes Includes 8'gb 3G after that 2 g unlimited Avg bill was of 2000 Oct month bill was of 4100 As per them overcharge was due to over ineternet usage Which as per bill plan not valid Beside I have complaint against there week 3 g network I'm my self taking the follow up but no one is responding for the same, I have few snapshots of there call holds for 1/2 hr . This is height of customer harassment .

                          Dear Sir/Madam, I bought an Airtel 4G wireless connection (number:[protected]) 12 days before. As per the offer, I paid Rs. 2500 cash and signed a contract of Rs 999/month for 10 GB -4G and unlimited 2G plan on 28th Nov 2013. After 4 days and a few calls exchanges – I received my wireless box but since the first day, it is not working. No signals are coming till date. It is placed as a “show-piece” on my table. I have registered the complaint three times – ref C.N: 54079447 – but no action till date is taken by Bharti Airtel. Customer Support just assured me that the problem will be resolved within 2 hours. It is the 10th day of my complaint and I am still waiting for their 2 hours to complete. Just wondering, as my 12 days are gone without the service, will I still get charged for these. Ethically, I should not be! Since I have not received the service that I contracted for I consider it to be in breach of contract. I w ork online, so it is essential that I have Internet that is functional. If this provider cannot guarantee service, I will have to move to another provider. So I want, either disconnect my said connection due to very poor services and provide me a complete compensation for the same or resolve my issue. Otherwise, I will have to proceed further to file a complaint against the provider i.e Bharti Airtel. I look forward to a resolution to my problem and will wait until 48 hours before seeking help from a consumer protection agency.                           Let me update you again that I have received 3 calls in last 5 days. The numbers from where I received the calls are : [protected], and [protected]. They all assured me that they will come to my place to check and replace that wireless set. But this is really frustrating that no body comes even after fixing an appointment with me. This is something not acceptable at all. Please let me know if this issue is not resolved at your end so that I can take this issue with a higher authorities as this delay is hampering my business and I am losing money on daily basis. Please take this note as a formal complaint and I anticipate a satisfactory response from your end. Thanking you!

                            I have recharged with Rs 255. 3G Mobile internet pack on 30.03.15 .in my regular pack But after the recharge I have connect with net.it s indicates only 2G Services.not for 3G Service.and also regular pack 1.25 GB only.In this time 1.5 GB date are showing why.I have condact ur customer care people he not give proper information.
                            The worst service I hav ever experienced. I have recharged for 3g yesterday night but its not working even it is working it is working only when i am away from my room surroundings but today it is not at all responding at any place. where ever i try to call to customer support it is self talking no where we can explain our complains by talking to the customer support members. Very very poor service .i was totally exhausted with it . no calls or outgoing n incoming wen im at my place mobile data is not at all showing the signal when it is active.                               Airtel chennai leaking information without Fir Recently we people made a complaint in one media that Airtel is leaking personal information for money.A person whose name starts from "R"(senior Person) in chennai airtel giving information to few persons by getting money.Recently that person gave information that particular 4 no. location and their personal messages to a person who is doing all fraud.Days are not far for Airtel chennai to appear in media for this illegal activities of the seniors.

                                Respected Consumer Complaints Forum, Warm Greetings of the Day. Myself, Mohammed Rajeeb.K.A, has been using the No.[protected] with M/s. Airtel for more than 3 years. I have given My ID proof details (Through Easy Distributor office at Thrissur) while porting from M/s. IDEA Cellular Ltd. I was able to use the connection freely for some time. After that, Airtel asked me to resubmit the documents. Even though I was unhappy, I submitted it again (Through Airtel authorized dealer at Thrissur, V-Connect). After that, I received the verification call from Airtel which was successful & I have been using the connection Oct 17. Now, on Oct 18 evening, My outgoing was barred. When I checked with the customer service, they asked me to resubmit the documents. This is not acceptable. I don't know, what Airtel peoples are doing with the ID proofs which I already submitted. I informed them about my previous document submittals & requested them to release the outgoing, since I was traveling to UAE on very next day. But they didn't help me. Later, the incoming facility was also barred on Oct. 23. On Oct 24, I put an email to the Airtel's 121 customer care explaining all the issues. No action was taken, even though I reminded them on Oct 30. On 31st Oct, I got a reply from nodal officer asking me to resubmit the documents only & not a proper explanation for the issue. On 4th Nov, appellate officer also repeated the same. Meantime, I came back to India on 2nd Nov. Hence, I submitted the ID proofs at Airtel Relationship centre @ Thrissur, Kerala (My District). The Airtel Relationship Centre peoples informed that, My sim will be active by evening or next day before 2pm. But, it didn’t happen. So, I wrote again to Airtel's appellate officers (Mr.Harshit & Ms. Sakshi Tiwari) and informed them about the SIM Enrolment form No. & contact details of the ARC. I got a reply after 2 days, asking for my SIM no. which I responded immediately. After that, the issue continued to crawl. The only response I use to get is different types of excuses & some advises to wait. I have contacted many Airtel appellate officers (Mr. Harshit, Ms. Sakshi Tiwari, Mr. Vijay, Ms. Rajani, Mr. Nitish, Ms. Sugantha, Mr. Ankit Talan etc…etc). But other than hearing excuses or acting as if they will resolve the issue in the next 2 or 3 days, I never received any output. I have repeatedly complained about this irresponsible nature. But nothing improved. I also reminded Airtel about the fact that, “My no. is a ported one & the issue is not even 30 days old. So, kindly act at least now to avoid future excuses like, the situation is out of their control”. But Airtel peoples didn’t consider the request & continued to copy paste the excuses. On 25th Nov, I strongly criticized Airtel's appellate officer Ms. Hemavathi for copy-pasting the excuse given to me many times before, rather than investigating the issue. For that, nobody responded & as usual, kept themselves mum. It is really a Big Surprise for me, how these reputed high officials are acting this much irresponsible. I expect you to consider this matter with priority & make some interference from your support staffs to resolve this issue. Believing that, I will get a proper resolution at least this time.                                       Airtel Fixed line number: [protected] I have cancelled my above menttioned fixed line service on 11-Sep-13 (Service Request number:[protected]. On the same day customer service executive had called me and told that the line will be active for another one month (till 11-Oct-13) and will be cancelled automattically and the charges for that month will be waived off. This is because if someone else in the apartment wants to continue this serveice on their name they can. However, no one is interested in the connection and the connection got cancelled by 10-Oct-13. But the problem is, I have received below email and frequent call from airtel stating there are outstanding dues on this fixed line (charges for 12-Sep-13 to 11-Oct-13). Hence, I request you to waive this charges as committed.

                                        Sir, I have an complain against airtel company regarding recharge of my mobile. On 5/12/13 I had recharged Rs 70 through net banking of IDBI bank but recharge was not done. I had got a message from IDBI bank that recharge was successful and the bank provide me recipt but AIRTEL did not give my money till now. Also I did not get any refund from bank whethere unsuccessful recharge. This problem is not one time, it happens so many times with me specially 198(net recharge) and 70 recharges through bank. Sir please help me regarding this matter.
