    Hi, This is to inform you that I filled up an online application for Airtel billing connection, I kept getting calls from the executives, i entertained few & couldn't answer a few. few days back an executive names Manish called me and asked for the appointment, I asked him to send the doc boy on Saturday 30th Nov. When the doc boy called me he said he can't provide service in Bhiwandi, i said OK and hung up. today I got a call from Manish again and he said why aren't you answeing calls and so on...when I asked him to not to call me back he got upset!!! and asked me about my residemce, when I said Bhiwandi, he said "Oh Bhiwandi, toh bhi itna attitude" and he HUNG UP ON ME!!! I take this as my insult and won't tolerate such things. manish's cell number [protected]

      Airtel sales manager promised me a broadband connection after coming to my premises, and collected advance money from me. My location is a new apartment building, which the sales person knew very well at the time of getting the form filled from me, and promised me a new connection within a week. Its been close to a month now, hearing updates from the sales manager that the connection will be provided soon but nothing happened. Finally, after registering a formal complaint with Airtel, they said sorry we can't provide the connection to the new apartment building due to unfeasibility. My complaint is, why did the sales manager make me fill the form before enquiring about the feasibility of the connection, and even after that, never gave correct updates to me. I would have gone for another vendor from Day 1 had I known this before. I had to call them everyday as absence of broadband connection seriously affects my work. They made me suffer every single day by not even picking up my calls.

        I had a connection[protected] in bhopal of which I made full and final payment in Nov.13 .now the connection is some other persons name. In the last three months I have requested several times to give me hard copy or through mail a copy with complete details printed but I have not received it. You are requested to mail me the last bill paid by me Of Rs.3475. for my a/c purpose at the earliest.

          Airtel - My mobile number is registered to Somebody else name.

          I'm using airtel prepaid ([protected]) for the last 5 to 6 years. I recently applyed for a duplicate airtel simcard, the airtel agent informed me that this number is registered in somebody else name. So i cant get a duplicate sim. When i spoked to a customercare officer he told me to write a letter requesting to change it to my name and i need to provide the last few transaction history to confirm that i'm the one using this number. But...

          Not receiving SMS from on my Airtel sim

          Hi, I am not receiving any SMS from any network except Airtel most of the times, further I am not getting messages from various banks, IRCTC, makemytrip etc. This problem started from 11th Nov 2013 and I have contacted customer care atleast 20 times since then, everytime they tell me that the complaint has been logged and will be resolved by such and such date and time and I never get any response. This is really frustrating as I am unable...

          Hi,

          I moved from Bangalore to Delhi but as requested by Airtel, I requested for cancellation of my land line and broadband 7 days prior to my moving. I had requested for the cancellation so that the service can be cancelled by the 26th of November. Now due to Airtels lack of response and bad customer care, the line is still active and new tenants living in the Bangalore flat are using the service. Needless to say I will not pay past November 26th, 2013.

          I have made multiple calls and nothing and have sent multiple emails and the only response I get from [protected]@in.airtel.com is as follows:

          Your concern has been noted. One of our customer service specialists will contact you within 1 working day at the mentioned details to facilitate a quick resolution.

          Needless to say the company does not even know what 1 business day is and keeps sending users falsified information and following unethical business practices which I am sure is illegal in any country.

              This is Kavidoss, we are using the Airtel mobile service no. [protected], [protected], [protected] for more than 7 years. Airtel sales executive have cheated my old father (Devadoss) for data sim [protected] and now they were asking us to pay 2500. Sequence of action: 1. We have subscribed to 3G plan for our newly shifted home in Kelambakkam (rs. 1000 Unlimited) for mobile no [protected] on May 2013 2. In our area the 3G signal was very week and we are unable to use the service 3. We have made compliant for 3G service for mobile no [protected] and we still continue to pay the bill amount 4. Airtel customer service called us and we have requested our address and other related information, they told that they will send Airtel executive 5. Airtel sales person came to our home, informed my father (Devadoss) that we are using 2G/3G sim hence it was switching between signal and if you use 3G data sim ([protected] ) it will be good and asked to pay 300, we also told him that if we get same problem he asked to call him for cancellation 6. Next day itself we called the person and asked to cancel and no response from him 7. My wife called 121 from mobile no [protected] to cancel the service of [protected] 8. Next month Airtel customer care called and informed that we have outstanding of 1000 to be paid 9. My father told that we are not using the data sim, she told that if we pay rs. 500 they will cancel it and my father did the same 10. After 3 months, we got call again to pay 3000 to close the connection We have asked to check the 3G usage in the sim [protected] from date of purchase. we don't 3g signal and not using the service in spite of that they are asking us to pay Rs. 2540.87

                  To, The Manager Bharti Airtel Ltd. Subject: Complaint regarding the wrong bill. My self Pradeep Kumar. I have a airtel broadband connection since 5 to 6 years and my airtel broadband no. is[protected]. Despite of 6 months follow-up and 100's of calls they had done nothing that time. I have all the reference nos. which I have done with airtel regarding the wrong bill. From the month of July 2013 they added the 199/- rs. extra on my bill every month without any information or confirmation. I have been registered so many complaints regarding this issue till today but there is no disciplinary action has been taken regarding this issue. Every month they adjust the 199/- rs in my bill but they did not remove this amount from my bill permanently, they did not tell me the cause of this issue. I have requested them to disconnect my connection but they ignoring my request continuously. You are requested to look into this matter. I have been harassed lot by the airtel customer care.                     I have been using an airtel prepaid number for the last 4 years. It was recently that I had recently migrated to Airtel Postpaid in the hope of having a stronger relation with airtel. The conversion from prepaid to post paid took more than 10 Days and to worsen things the sales executive (Mr. Karthik S. from airtel showroom in 41, Thambiah street extension, West mambalam, chennai 600033) has activated a corporate plan (NEW 249 PPS) instead of the individual plan with airtel My plan. I wish to change to individual plan My plan ID: MYOP[protected] and opt out of this wrongly activated corporate plan My plan ID: MYOP[protected] The Rs 399 Plan with 12 myPacks free myPacks added 12 out of 12 information 100 Minutes Local Mobile X 5 = 500 Minutes 65 Minutes STD Mobile X 3 = 195 Minutes 200 Local/National SMS X 1 = 200 Local/National 135 MB 3G Internet X 3 = 405 MB It is indeed very poor service from a telecom giant such as airtel. To add to my misery, the customer care executives have no idea as to what is to be done. Awaiting action Shriram N

I dnt know about other areas but in mumbra Airtel sucks, its pathetic you can say.. So I will request you to kindly look into this matter as I don't have time to reach the airtel gallery coz in mumbra there is no airtel gallery. And 1 more thing if you call their customer care number you will never get any solutions.. I think airtel should improve their after sales service. I think they are not well educated as you will never get good replies from them.. Please look into this otherwise i will have to change my number. Airtel sucks. My number is [protected]..

                      I have a plan of Rs 152 activated on my number in wich I get 500 mb of 2G and 500 mb of 3G.. So the problem is if i select GSM mode the 2G Works fine but its very slow and if i switch to UMTS, 3G or Dual mode I dont get any network of airtel in my mobile, the range is gone. U cannot even make or reciev calls. I just want to know why is that so n please look into ur cust service dept of 198 they dont know how to speak as well. They are just spoiling the reputation and whenevr I say i wanna speak 2 ur supervisor, sup is never available on the floor they say.. Please lemme know whats the problem with airtel network in mumbra. Thanks

                        Airtel DTH Customer Id :[protected] I recharged my account at 8AM, after it got suspended today. Recharge was successful and I have sent HR requests several times, services dint resume. I waited for 1 hour and called 12150 at 8.55AM. They asked me to wait for 20 mins. But no use. When I called 12150 again at 9.20AM. The lady who spoke in Telugu was just asking me to wait and was telling that nothing can be done from their side. When asked to solve the issue immediately, all the answer she had was wait, she was sooo impatient and reckless while talking and was telling to her collegues while still I was on call "ee maha thalli wait cheyadanta". That was a rude behaviour and then she transferred to some technical department, then that person in technical dept said this issue ia not concerned to them so she transferred the call to some department. Then the 3rd person said that the call is transferred to prepaid number recharge and not regarding digital tv. He inturn asked me to call to 12150. What the hell I dialed 12150 and was talking to them. Dont know how people refuse to help the customers when their actual job is to help them. And the knowledge of the customer care executives is pathetic. Then I understood it was all done purposefully to waste customers time and energy. I request you to hear the call recordings and take strict action against the person for her rude behaviour and transferring calls to wrong departments. Then for the 3rd time I called up 12150 at 10AM then I received the same answer wait for 20 mins. Its been already 2 hours now!! My account is showing the recharged amount from 8.50AM and also received the balance amount by sending sms to 54325. I also called up for the 4th time but servies are not resumed. I request you to take serious action against the person who received my call at 9.20AM. And its been 3 hours now but services are not resuned even though the balance in our account is updated immediately.

                          Dear Airtel Customer Care. Here by this email I do like to put a complain to my services and experience I am facing in last few weeks. Today I have talked with one of your supervisor who was reluctant to have any support of services and blaming me as a customer that you give me records and we do not have any records showing at our side. So he was trying to prove me wrong and tell me that I can give you only this X discount or so for the thing which I have not have to spend anything. Its like you gave me 600 discount and asking me to pay 1500 Rs for your crap system. I can not take it. As a customer I am not suppose to keep records when I am telling you that I have spoke to your team on this particular date, you are saying you do not have records, so you can not do anything. what a shame...coz now I have this recording so that proves your people are wrong and I will take this way further. Now, the discussion what I was talking to have this last 2 months's bill adjustment, I would not pay this bill unless you solve this and give me full compensation as I have all proof that you guys are just making life hard for your customer. Kindly find attached my voice recording for that particular date for which I have spend time and again I as a customer have to explain all situation all the time. ONLY THING WHICH YOU NEED TO HEAR IS DURATION OF CALL BETWEEN 10.05 to 10.15 from complete 11 minutes call so that can give you clarity.                               I am an airtel prepaid customer since last 10 years (no. [protected]). On Saturday 23rd Nov 2013 I submitted my documents once again after i recd an auto call to submit my documents. I submitted my documents at Airtel Gallery in Sandhu Garden Chembur, Munbail. I have the acknowlegement receipt for the same. I was informed by airtel that my mobile connection will continue and as the document request was ful filled.
                              However today on Nov 30th 2013 I again recd an auto call to submit my documents.

                              Please stop harrassing loyal customers who have been with you for 10 years even though they are on Prepaid. Last year i had similar issues and my calls were blocked and i had complaint on this site. This year again if no action is taken and if my connection has any issues I will make sure i port my number to other service provider.

                              If you want to retain a 10 yr long customer please make your processes efficient enough..

                                  I tried to reach 'Manage Services' at Airtel's website several times this evening. This is the response I received: "Server Error Access Manager WebSEAL could not complete your request due to an unexpected error. Diagnostic Information Method: POST URL: /prepaidaccount/PSC_Web/RechargeL5DViewAction.action Error Code: 0x38cf04d3 Error Text: DPWWA1235E Could not read the response status line sent by a third-party server. Possible causes: non-spec HTTP headers, connection timeout, no data returned. This is not a problem with the WebSEAL server. Solution Provide your System Administrator with the above information to assist in troubleshooting the problem." What's wrong with this company? This is not the first time this has happened. I had occurred several times in the past.

                                    Hi, Recently i moved from Airtel to Idea. Since 30 days i am receiving calls from Airtel Promotional call on daily basis asking me for postpaid connection. I clearly told them that i do not want any postpaid connection from Airtel and still they are not leaving me. They are calling on daily basis and torturing like anything. I escalated this issue to Airtel and i got a reference number "BAL|Qrc129111317111023122335|" stating that i wont be receiving promotional call any more. But still they are calling me and i don't know why. Again i mailed them and they are asking to register DND where as DND was activated 28 Nov 2013 on my number. I really don't know what to do.
