I have received calls from [protected], Last one week onwards they made a call to me and they are some insurance company and they make a call daily to me and ask can we have to talk 2 mins about the insurance. But i said i dont want any insurance but they still call my number and disturbing. Yesterday 18/11/13 evening 6 pm i was meeting in my office with our CMD they put call suddenly my CMD said get of my meeting.so please do something. Its my humble request to your kindly attend the complaint.

    I purchased Airtel DTH on 28th December 2012 and also recharged every month without any break. I have been already paid Rs. 350 pm since June 2013 to till date, instead of that a massage " Critical Recharge Reminder - Your account expires in 2 days" is appeared at screen frequently. Why this so ? My few payment details : [protected] = Rs. 350 [protected] = Rs. 350 [protected] = Rs. 350 In September I already paid on 27th but in October my connection was stopped on 25th why? and now from 14th Oct. the above massage appeared on the screen frequently, why?       FIRST THEY HAD COLLECTED MONEY OF RUPEES 500 FROM ME THROUGH ONLINE MODE AND ASSURED ME THAT THEIR EXECUTIVE WILL CONTACT ME WITHIN 48 HOURS AND PROVIDE ME THE SIM AND ACTIVATE THE airtel MyPLAN. BUT THESE TURNED OUT TO BE FALSE PROMISES, I HAD NOT RECEIVED THE SIM AND SERVICES ARE NOT ACTIVATED. I HAD MADE PAYMENT THROUGH ONLINE MODE BY USING CREDIT CARD FOR AN AMOUNT OF RUPEES 500 ON 14/10/2013. TRANSACTION REFERENCE ID FROM ICICI CREDIT CARD ON 14 OCTOBER 2013 IS 74766513287340839503468. THE AMOUNT HAD GOT DEBITED BUT THERE IS NO SIGN OF AIRTEL PROVIDING ME THE NEW POST PAID CONNECTION INSPITE OF SEVERAL EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS TO THEM.         I came to know about a scheme from Airtel for up gradation to HD+ in just 1399/-. At the first I was told that I will have to pay 1399 in total for the same.Later the representative added that I wont be getting a remote in the package 1399/-.I will have to pay 450/- extra for the remote.Confirming the same on service number 12150 I came to know that I'm not suppose to pay any extra amount since the remote is included in the package of 1399/-. Now the representative ask extra money for adapter and the bargain is going on for a couple of days.They also demand extra money for visit.Also they are not giving the warranty o[censored]pgraded box.I tried filing a complaint with TSM of Airtel Digital Tv Jhansi for all the manipulation... but ended up listening "Kindly Cooperate". please Help me.           I had taken an airtel postpaid connection in Bangalore- [protected] and never defaulted on paying the bill. Then i happened to move to Hyderabad and called up their customer care at 121 and requested them to cancel/deactivate this postpaid connection. Was then instructed to visit their outlet and make the request using the phone there. This was painful; yet i went all the way to their outlet, spoke with their customer care representative who asked a lot of questions on what and why etc and then was finally told that the customer care representative cannot cancel or raise a request on my behalf. Upon my further request she assured that their higher official would contact me in another 2-3 hrs and get it deactivated. But the call did not come. This happened way back in April this year. So to be safe, i just removed the sim and never used it again to not incur any charges. But lo! They have been piling up charges on it and then there was suddenly an email threatening of legal consequences for bot paying up what was due. Upon writing to them again was told that there was mobile internet charge. What mobile internet charge could be there when the sim wasn't used in any mobile phone? This question was never responded. And now am charged with around 986 bucks for nothing. Worse still, they have closed the option to pay the bill online meaning it is the subscriber who needs to rush to their outlet for the service they did not at all use and pay them the money! What kind of professionalism/service is this? This is very shameful that Airtel that claims to be a No.1 service provider should resort to such means to harass their subscribers and fleece money. IS anyone listening or do simple subscriber need to suffer like this??
          It is very upsetting that Airtel should display such behaviour. Looking around here, seems they have been meeting out such treatment to many other subscribers as well. They simply tend to ignore deactivation requests, rather make it difficult for subscribers to raise deactivation requests so that they can go on fleecing money in the name of late fees or whatever. After all, who would like to suffer unnecessary harassment or waste time writing to or writing about it? So i bet, most people would simply like to pay up and get over this nuisance. And this is what has been promoting such insolence and to some extent such a rogue behaviour on their part. This is really sad and disgusting!

            Hi this is prakaash my airtel postpaid number is [protected] and my plan is 299/- in which i get 1 GB data FREE and airtel has charged a wrong billing and says i have to pay 7, 213.10/- i was told that my limit itself is 1900/- how come you charge me 7213 its a billing error how can somebody charge 7k when the limit is not there that much

              Sir, This is Arun Antony. I lost my mobile having a Idea sim and Airtel sim on 09.11.2013. When I called the customer care to block the sim, they are telling me that connection is not of my name, and my details are not matching. They have expressed their disability in blocking the SIM card. I was using this number [protected] for last 2-3 years. When I had purchased this SIM card I had given my document to the retailer. I contacted retailer for this concern they have also expressed their helplessness. They are shifting the goof-up / mistake to the distributor. I visited the Airtel showroom centre with the documents. but they have also refused to issue a sim card though i am giving my phot and Address proof alongwith copy of Police report.                 Hello - I recently quit my job from MNC and had a corporate connection with Airtel. Now I am retaining that number and have requested Airtel to change my connection to Individual Number. I have submitted all required documents to their office in Santhome Chennai, have paid my individual Bills since Aug, have contacted more than 2 people in Airtel to help me with this. They just give me an option it will be done immediately but nothing happens. They never tell me what is the problem but I am still not able to convert my connection from Coporate to Individual since Aug 2013. A big brand like Airtel is having its reputation ruined by poor Service levels by their employees. I have lost my patience over the last 4 months in trying to call these airtel employees multiple times. Am just so frustrated over this. Hope I can get some help through this Forum

                    I need broadband connection for my office, I searched for good broad plans and customer service, And when i visited airtel website (http://www.airtel.in/about-bharti/about-bharti-airtel) I gone though with highlights. Their vision "By 2015 airtel will be most loved brand, enriching the lives of millions" Then they have mention: Bharti Airtel becomes the fourth largest mobile operator in the world Airtel launches Mobile Services in Lakshadweep and so on. With these highlights I though they are really taking care of their customers and they will provide the best service. But I was wrong. I visited one airtel office in my locality ( in Malivya nager near satker shopping center) I waited for 7-8 minutes no one was bothered to ask me why i am waiting and what i want. then when they asked me, they were so rude, I had to repeat my quarries twice or thrice then they will answer to me, I was really disappointed. Then finally their service executive ( Mr Sunil Soni [protected]) has contacted me and explained me the plans. They asked me to collect the documents. Their associate( Mr Ankit [protected] ) came and collected my documents and Rs 5500. With the promise that they will provide me broadband connection with in next two days. Next day they called and said sir we did not check the documents properly and one page is missing in your documents please scan and mail us. I did it. Then again they called and said sir you scanned from your smart phone (i phone 5). So scan it with scanner and send it back, I said i am busy with my office, please send some one to collect it. They replied sir we do not have any one. Send it soon, so we can process it fast, they given me the option sir visit nearest airtel outlet and our associates will scan and do the needful. Fine! I visited the same aitel outlet in my locality. They said sir our scanner is not working so we can't help to you. We can tell you the cyber cafe where you can do it. I visited cafe and send it to them. Then after two days, they said sir they will fix connection tomorrow at 4 PM. Fine I waited till 4 PM. No one came and when i started calling them no one was answering the call, keep on waiting finally i called Mr Ankit, he started saying sir I will check and see what happened, But I did not receive any proper answer. Meanwhile I got call from Mr Amit ( [protected]) He said sir there is some issue and we are not sure that we would be able to solve this issue or not. So may be we will not be able to give you the connection. I asked them then why airtel confirmed me that they would be able to give the connection before collection my documents. Then after a long discussion without any conclusion, he BANG the phone, that was so rude. I don't think this was the right way to deal with customers. Then I called again to Mr Sunil, he said sir I assure you tomorrow morning at 11.30 AM my technical team will come and fix the issue. But again the same nothing concern about their promise, I was waiting till 3 PM no one came to attend my connection. Then Mr Sunil said by tomorrow they will fix your connection. I want a clarification, why company do not take their customers serious-ally. And how their staff, team members, associates can be so rude and even do not think it is necessary to say thank you, please or feel apology for customer inconvenience. And why not fulfilling the promise which you are confirming. PLEASE DO NOT COMMIT FAKE PROMISE TO YOUR CUSTOMERS, it spoils your brand value. And in your vision if you are saying you will enrich million people, I do not know how you will complete it, when you are setting examples o[censored]nsatisfied customers with very bad experience. rest details installation request no is 18862097 Deepak [protected]

                      I referred my friend to buy Airtel Dth via airtel referral system by sending referral sms and by calling 12148. My friend activated the connection on 11 November 2013 and i have been told that the referral amount of Rs.200 will be credited within 48 hrs but the amount is not credited. Airtel should to take responsible to see that the referral amounts are credited properly or not. I called up airtel customer support to complain that the referral amount is not credited. Customer support person didn't respond properly and he is not ready to take up the complaint. I need a response from airtel dth service

                          i had applied for the disconnection of my number-[protected]. in september 29, 2013 and i was forced to continue the broadband connection for 1 more month without any charges (charges waved off for 1 month) and was told that if i want to continue the services only then it will be continued otherwise the connection will be disconnected, but after 1 month your company has not called up weather i want to continue or not the said connection, has raised the bill for Rs.1354.52. which i am not going to pay as i am not using this connection. kindly get the connection disconnected as i am requesting for the disconnection from last three months and relieve me from the burdon and mental harrasement given by your company . i again request you to disconnect it immediately..

I have requested to close this connection on immediately basis and on 28th July, 2013, I have moved to South Korea and my family also shifted to domicile location. also due to some personal problem in South Korea I was unable to make any transaction upto 15th September, 2013. Currently, I have seen that they have added in billing cycle month of August, September, October, November, 2013 and onwards also. and also E-mailed me reminder-1: Please make the payment of the due amount within 7 days of receiving this email. I am ready to pay only month of July, 2013 but still they have charged written aforesaid months also.                                 This is unbelievably idiotic. You go to the Airtel webiste and try to access 'Manage Services', this is the response you get: 'generalViewException.system.unavailable Please click here to login again'. This is the situation for three consecutive days. I think the company should wind up their website if they cannot 'manage' it properly and wasting customers' time.

                                  I had used Bharti Airtel Boradband services. My Airtel no & Account id was [protected] & [protected] respectively. In the month of August 2013, I planned to shifted to a new location so, I applied for the disconnection. But later on I received call from Airtel customer care. They offered to me that they can relocated my connection to the new location. But I didn't want to pay for the month of September 2013. I wanted a gap of one month as I was going to shift in the month of October 2013. So, they offered to me that I can change my plan to a lower package and a waiver will be given to me for the gap month and thus making my net due payment negative. And I can continue my connection from October at the new location. It was confirmed to me that a waiver will be given to me and my due payment till September end will be negative . So, I accept this offer. But later on they informed me that they are unable to provide the Airtel connection at my new location. So, I asked them to disconnected it. After few days I started receiving call that I have a due payment. I informed that I had been given waiver. They never objected on this. But they called me 2-3 times more and I reiterated about waiver. They never objected any of the time. But now I am receiving email that for the payment the due amount of within 7 days. This email is totally uncalled for when the matter has been discussed so many times on the phone. Following are some of the request no.s which might contain details pertaining to this matter. 37593728, 37856502, 37933094, 38946430, 39147440. You have more access to records than me.                                     This is regarding postpaid bills that are being sent to me inspite of my repeated request to disconnect number.I have already paid bill for July month-ie till the period I have used ur services.why I am being asked to pay till nov month.i am currently abroad and I am not using ur service since mid July.i'll pay if I am using your service.                                     Earlier i had a Plan of 375, in which i had 1 GB 3g data usage free.
                                    I got a call from Airtel Customer care, that you can change your plan to 450, in which you will have 2 Gb data .

                                    So i later verified this with Airtel Customer care and changed my plan to 450.

                                    Now i have received a bill of 1400 in which my rental is 850.:

                                    I.e: 375+450 + Taxes. They are fooling me saying. that u changed your plan by removing the 1 GB data that u already have in 375 to 850..

                                    Please someone explain.. if i wanted 2 Gb data, y would i opt for 850 rental, when i can have this with 375 + 300 for extra 1 GB????


                                    Airtel are a cheat.
                                    They have stopped picking up my Call to 121.

                                    Please look into this matter. As i am fed up this.

                                      Dear Sir/Madam, I applied for a new broadband connection on Monday, 11th November 2013 on www.airtel.in. Soon after, one person by name Satish called me and came over to my residence to collect my documents. As the installation address is different from my permanent address, this person claimed to have gone to the installation site to check feasibility for a new connection. (Connection required at Kaggadaspura Main Rd.) I was told that my connection would be ready by Wednesday (13th) evening. In spite of repeated calls and SMS messages yesterday, this person did not respond. Later he claims that he “left his phone at home”. When my documents were collected: 1) My landlords address was entered as my residence address (As I provided my rental agreement) 2) Mother’s name was entered as fathers/husbands name 3) RS.500 was collected as “installation charge”. When contacted, Airtel clarified that they only collect REFUNDABLE security deposits. I am seriously beginning to doubt the authenticity of this person. I was not given any receipt/application no./reference no..                                       I have the same issue from the same executive. I wish I had seen this post earlier. I am located in Bangalore and bought two 4G dongles from your executive, Mr. Satish, and paid the deposit of Rs.[protected] for the dongle and Rs. 50 each as SIM card charges). He provided one dongle to me on the spot in my office after the demo, and promised to deilver another one the next day as he did not have one more dongle with him.

                                      He collected my documents and left, and is not responding to my repeated calls or SMS to him. I would like to know if all Airtel employees are instructed to ignore customer calls and messages? If so, please take back the dongles and refund my deposit.

                                      I have the duplicate customer relationship forms that he filled up during collection of documents, as the only proof that he handed over during his visit.

                                      I want to know when the 2nd dongle will be provided to me and the activation for both dongles.

                                      Thanks a lot for stating and sharing your concern here, I admit, I have similar issue with this same guy, He came to visit me at my villa and gave me the 4G Wi-Fi router and collected Rs.6741/- for the router as well as 3 months advance rental 40GB plan of Rs.2000/-. He came on 23rd Nov 2013 Saturday around 3:00pm, and promised me that it will be activated by Tuesday 26th Nov, which it never happened and I doubt it after 5 days and I am investigating through police about this guy and for your information I have gathered some info about him. Below are the details.

                                      Vehicle No: TN 07, 4712,
                                      Contact No's : His name is Satish and his number is [protected], Seema [protected] (KK Aircel number)(Female, she called few days back to tell me that she's from Airtel and wanted to cross if I had received replacement simcard, coz the old sim card wasn't activated and so on, but I doubted her and try to cross check with her, but she got really scared when I took the police name and dropped the call and till today she doesn't respond) and I have a landline number too [protected].

                                      Further more, I have been in touch with Airtel Nodal officers and they have done all the cross check and today I got a call saying they cannot trace this person and KF communication.

                                      Also I have been in touch with Kadugodi Police concerning the same,

                                      Further, I'm investigating JUSTDIAL company too, coz this guy called me after I called Justdial to enquire nearest broadband and internet providers, usually, Justdial will take your permission to send your called number it internet providers to contact for connection. So, I will approach them to give me the logs of all the call I have made to them for info and also my numbers they have shared with others. And also I know this KF communication held by Satish (the liar and the liars) had registered with JUSTDIAL. I will investigate this.

                                      Further, I'm using the help of the Bangalore Traffic Police help to track down the details of his two wheeler vehicle number.

                                      Thanks a lot for your response to my comments, Honestly, I don't think Airtel will take action until we together sue them and call the media for all this mess, it is a Airtel brand and product which this guy has used and as per TRAI rules & policies every telecom service providers in India must collect all kinds of documents from it's subscribers whether it's Individual, Retailer, Agencies, Distributors, Channel partners and even the third party dealers who buy Airtel products for their profit and business process.

                                      Today I have the Circle Inspector @ Kadugodi Police Station and I have given all the details to them, which I am investigating from my side, I have gathered more info on this guy.

                                      Furthermore, I have received a courier from the same guy yesterday @ my villa and the securities have handed the courier to me and I opened and I saw that he has sent me a new Simcard for my 4G LTE wifi router to use the connection, But, I have not used it, somehow there is something about it too, I don't want to get unwanted bills to my address and I don't want these Airtel people to get smart with me to ask me to pay their bills for this particular simcard.

                                        Hi All, I am cheated by Airtel as we all know that they are providing 4G and i thought they are one of the best service providers and took a new connection and purchased a new 4G dongle LTE for Rs 1500/- and a plan of Rs 999/- plus tax. But to be frank its too worst always i used to get 2G speed and for 30min i used to get 3G speed and intermittently the connection used to be lost and i called customer care many times and opened complaint tickets with them and without my knowledge they used to close the ticket as resolved with out my confirmation this is not at all fare. If they thing that i belong to some rural place its wrong i am in Bangalore city in bellandur near to IT park while giving connection they said you will get 10 mbps speed but its also wrong and Airtel Engineer used to come and check and said its working fine one day when he sat he came to know that there is an issue with the tower but they never resolved that issue. I nearly raised 7 to 8 times complaint in 2 months and they used to say we resolved and after they step out from my place the same issue and from my side i suggested if there is any change in hardware please change that but they kept that feedback aside. And i am cheated they used to say when i said to disconnect my post paid connection they said your used nearly 5 GB of data yaa when it worked i can surf right as i am paying nearly 1000 Rupees there are just cheating i have faith in this forum please give justice i dont want anything let them take there modem and pay back my 1500/- atleast and my mail id is [protected]@gmail.com and my number [protected]. In my next complaint i can attach that eror screenshots and i had 2 complaint numbers as of now any how i disconnected and i dont want others to face the same problem.                                         I am cheated by airtel any how without getting the actual speed which u promised they are asking to pay 800 bugs for 2g speed who will pay 800 bugs.
