I noticed that there was a battery problem and it needed to be changed. I change the battery it has not worked since. It does not switch on if I don't connected to direct AC. Even then it does not give me the constant signal lights which show continuous signal....

We get full tower but not internet speed in our locality, since we are facing problems about 3 months, therefore I request to look after my subject...

I got a sms for my 50% data has exhausted n then in the next 1min i got another sms saying i exhausted 90% how is that possible even when i haven’t used my phone or any internet based apps...

I am AirTel post paid customer for the past 22 years and during these years I faced problems just two times, one when I changed my residence/Circle in 2019 and second now in Mar._Apr.2012 bill cycle.
I talked to customer care executive on 28th April 21 and apprised him about the discrepancy in the bill ( some ISD calls and SMS were included/charged ) I asked the executive when ISD call facility is not activated in my SIM then how come...

The money from my Acc was deducted but I didn't receive my recharge. There was only a message that said. Your airtel number 762******** online recharge has been initiated.

Please look into my matter...

I did UPI transfer 589 rs for my recharge through airtel thanks app and mony get transferred to rezorpay airtel account but the sent me sms that they don't received mony and if mony get deducted the will refunded in 7 to 10 day but now it's 18 th day from transection and I haven't got refunded or recharge any of them...

I have done recharge of 199rs on a jio number with my Airtel payment Bank but recharge will not be success and in transaction history it is shown that payment of 199rs done for euronet service India Pvt ltd, this will not happen before, I recharge my mobile always with Airtel payment Bank but this time my money goes to Euronet service India Pvt LTD company and can't get benefits of recharge.
My query is how can I get my money back.br...

God TV channel has been removed by Airtel DTH. It was a part of my package, I used to watch this for so long. I complained it to Airtel Digital TV Customer Care but didn't get any proper answer....

Network not working and my data balance has been missing. My available data balance does not show because I does not use availbale data. But my data balance reduce. Kinfly alove my problem...

I raised request for Airtel fiber connection on 5 April 2021, I also made the payment on the same day through generated link. After that I did not received any call or messages from Airtel. After 3 days I contacted Airtel through email and phone. I was given different time by different customer care executives. but when the given time ends, a new date was given to me.
so, I cancelled my order on 20 April 2021 due to delay in installation....

My number has stop workingwithout any indication airtel stop my airtel number...

Network is very poor concetion I have faced all issues please solve the issues...

I recharged my number with Rs. 598, the amount got debited from my account, I also received an sms from airtel stating that the recharge is successfully done.

However the next day my outgoing calls/internet was blocked and I received an sms stating the same, asking me to recharge.

Please help....
