This connection was taken in our new Appartment thru a temporary line; which was not evne able to carry 2 mbps speed; which used to get disconnected every 15 minutes.

Bill delivery issue with Airtel

I am using Airtel postpaid numbers [protected]/29 from last one and half year.

Till Feb-13, i was getting all paper bill of both number on my registered address.

But from March-13 onward, i am getting any paper bill although i am receiving message from 121 for bill delivery to my address.

Due to nonavailability of original bill, i am not able to claim bill same amount to my office resulting loss...

mobile balance deducted for no reason
