Dear, Sub: AIRTEL WIRELESS Broadband Connection not working past 6 months. This is to inform you that I have been using the airtel wireless broadband services from past 8-9 months out of which 6 months the connection is not working properly kindly look into this. They have not taken any action till date. Continuous follow-ups have been done and our productivity is hampering as this is the corporate connection.       HI Sir/ Madam, I have the following Airtel prepaid number ([protected]) for more than 8 years. Unfortunately from yesterday evening i have been facing problems where i am not getting incoming calls and i am not able to make any outgoing calls. Sometimes the calls Go (1 in every 10 attempts). When some one calls me they say they get a automated intimation that the user is busy but i am not getting any ring, even though im not using the phone. I have raised a complaint yesterday regarding this, but it has not been resolved. Kindly check into this and help me out. ref no: COGCL[protected].

      As per my discussion with one of the representatives. He has informed me that there is an issue with the bandwidth of the tower in that locality. In fact with the my interaction with the rest of the customers in the area, they have informed me that they are facing similar issues. Can you please resolve this issue at the earliest as we are very dependent on the mobile network for day to day business activities.

        I have replaced a SIM after losing it ([protected])since 3PM when I got the new one today from Airtel Connect Cantonment Road, Cuttack (not discussing about the reckless attitude of the CSRs) I was promised that it would get activated in 4 hrs, which did not happen. I called CC but was informed that everything is ok and services are active but I am still not getting IC and OG calls and when I dial *123# it tells” Not registered in the network”. This is not expected from Bharti Airtel Limited. I could not make an important call because of your lies. You could simply have told that It will take a week to activate the SIM. It’s a disgrace to know my company is performing like this. Bidhu.

          I recharged my phone with airtel national roaming pack of Rs.79.The mobile application of airtel clearly specifies that the validity of the pack is for 30 months but they are actually providing validity of 30 days. and when i try to talk to the customer care they put me on hold for about 10 mins saying that they are cross checking the facts and then disconnect my phone. then when i wrote an email to them, i received an automated email that they will be contacting me within 24 hours, but it has been almost a week and i havent received a call or mail from them.

          I bought a airtel HD DTH connection directly through airtel on July 10th(customer id [protected]). I paid an amount of 5200 which included set top box charges+1 year subscription charges+1 yr HD charges which they said was 100 rs. They claimed that they had 4 HD channels available ESPN , star sports, National geographic and discovery channel. However after taking the connection I came to know that there were no HD channels available and moreover they said that they had no idea about the HD charges as there were no channels on hd available. Why did they sell hd connection when there were no channels available ? This is clearly cheating.

            Dear Sir/Madam,

            I am Dinesh from Chennai, Tamil Nadu. I am using Airtel for merely six years, thing is that I activated Rs.35 Booster for my mobile([protected]) on 5, August 2013 through on-line from Airtel web-portal . So I used to speak with the people long hours without notifying the rate which was deducting from my account. Actually I came to know the worse only on 14, August 2013 that my call rates were reducing in a normal pulse second i.e. in the rate of 1.5 p/s. So I was vexed and I immediately report this problem to your Senior Department Anuja on the same date. I am not satisfied with her solution, so I moved up this to the Nodal Officer Acatherine and reported the same. She promise to resolve about this on the same date before 6.30 pm, but yet I have not receive a single call from your side. Because of this worse I was pushed to recharge for 400 rs only for 9 days. Your representative were saying that booster was deactivated on the next day i.e. on 6, August 2013 but they failed to intimate me by call/message. If they do this I may be alert about the problem.

            Bharti Airtel — Reduction of talk value

            Last month an offer was introduced by Airtel in which a customer would get Airtel to Airtel talktime of Rs.1500 on recharge of Rs. 156.But now, the talk value has been reduced to Rs. 748 without any notice.I think, the marketind=g department of Airtel is clearly taking advantage of the customers' helplessness.

            Bharati Air tel — My mobile deactivated

            Mjy Air tel No.[protected] has been deactivated from this morning. My air tel No.[protected]. This is due to non visit of company's representative as promised/.

            stardust_pack subscribe from 54321. weekly this serivice activetd in my mobile from aritel.i donot activeted this serivice. i donot known how this service subscribe in my mobile please deactive this serivice right now my mobile number is [protected]. otherwise i will change my SIM card

              Dear Sir/Madam, My Name is Chetan Raut having with Account Number:[protected] with reference to my Airtel mobile bill for my mobile no: [protected]. I was on a business trip to The Netherlands (Holland) and I wished to carry my above mentioned mobile No. with me. Hence, I did all the required study and formalities like knowing what the tariff charges are, charges for incoming and outgoing calls, weather to use 3G or not and accordingly did all the formalities by visiting your Ankit Communications at Chinchwad. As a result of my prior study I made few requests like starting International calling on my mobile and barring the international GPRS! Details as below: I received an SMS mentioning that International Roaming has been activated on my mobile with effect from 1st of June 2013 And in other SMS mentioning that International GPRS barring has been started on my mobile with effect from 1st of June 2013 My Tour started on Morning 3rd of June 2013. After one week suddenly my incoming was barred and that too without any information or giving me any notice. Returning back to India I realized that my mobile bill was charged heavily in spite of me taking the precautions for activating the international roaming, etc. While I called the call center the executive mentioned that the roaming was not activated on my mobile and hence the bill generated is this huge! Then I revisited the Ankit communication in Chinchwad and gave a complaint regarding the same. The details of the complaint were as follows “The reference No for your Airtel mobile is 51378057, registered on 29 JUN 2013 at 14:57 am.” After this nobody called me back. I kept this mobile on for few weeks and then unfortunately had to stop using this No. I wish to use this mobile No. and hence I request you to recalculate the tariff and draft a bill where I can fully settle the genuine outstanding amount. I had used incoming for 1hr. 33min. and outgoing for 1min: 30sec. and the bill shouldn’t be more then Rs. 5952/- for Incoming calls and Rs. 225/- for Outgoing as per your Airtel website!                 I had ported my mobile no.[protected] from Idea to Airtel with good faith that all the services will be better than the previous service provider. As promised by Airtel Executive Renu ([protected]) at the time of documentation of MNP, please carry forward the same credit limit i.e. Rs.18000/- which I had with my previous service providers Vodafone and Idea cellular respectively. I had mailed the last copy of invoice from idea to airtel customer care,nodal officer and appellate officer from time to time after porting my number to airtel. As I am a frequent abroad traveller and I need the good credit limit for interrupt services. The credit limit was originally given by Vodafone and same was carried forward by Idea cellular without any problems at the time of porting the same mobile number from Vodafone to Idea. I can not understand why the airtel denying the credit limit and also demanding extra deposit for enhance the credit limit. Ashish Jain - [protected]

                    I have applied for Airtel Broadband twice and did not got the connection. I have raised many request and nothing was done from Airtel, finally I asked for refund for that they have raised a request and got to know that amount was credited to my account, initially they said a cheque will be sent the address I have provided but now they say the amount has been credited to my account, I havent given my bank account in the first place.                           Hello Airtel, I am facing issue just like Harsha above. I want to deactivate my 3G data card . I have been trying to deactivated it from past 3 days. I called your customer care numbers lots of times. I sent an email too, Its really frustating to call airtel customer care and every time i call they are telling we are not the right team contact some other team and they will give some other sumber which really dont exist. I have paid my last month's bill . But still no one has disconnected my connection. I am not sure whom to contact now as I have tried through all the channels.                               I received an offer of FTT (Full Talk Time) of Rs. 200 on 12th of August. I got the recharge done on the same day, I instantaneously received talk time of Rs. 175. I called the costumer care after 2 days regarding not receiving the remaining talk time. He filed a complaint (CBNRA[protected])and asked me to attend a call that I will receive on 18th of August at 4 PM. I received a SMS regarding the same on 17th that they have added the remaining balance ,which I did not receive. I called them about it again and they tried to ignore me by saying that they haven't received my documents of activation even though I have been using the SIM for past 6 months. I called them again on 23rd and they bluntly said that I won't receive the remaining balance now . I was taken aback of the rudeness of that particular customer care executive.                                 I am using Blackberry Curve 8520 and trying to start blackberry plan on my airtel signal directly through SMS. I got all the messages correctly even after that it id still not activated.. I called customer care 3 times and even one of the executive told me that our senior will call you within an hour. Today is 3rd day but still don't get any call till date.. When i am Calling they are sending request regarding it and nothing is happening.. Airtel is the poorest service these days and they don't care about anything.. I am fed up of this network.                                     Dear Sir, My Self Amarjit singh, addeess WZ -3327b Mahindra Park, Delhi-110034 Having Board band connection Bill No.[protected], Land Line No. [protected].I have not receiving proper service due to default in the wire in the Internet Board, and i am complaining from the last 2 months again and again but there is only temporary solution for 1 to 2 hour and again internet connection Lost. This time i received a bill of Rupees 1908/- for the last 2 months.But i will not pay more then 300/- because i received internet only for 6 to 8 days.and requesting you to please make a permanent Solution of internet connection by correction in wire. otherwise you can took off the internet connection.

                                      Hi, I spoke to one of your colleagues named Jayanthi today afternoon. I would like to put it on record her rude behavior and her disinterest in listening to what i am saying. I would also like to put it on record her threatenings without knowing my case. I would like to report this to highest possible authority. Please update the same in your reply. Coming to my case, i have asked Airtel Customer Care to disconnect my line (Airtel Landline No: [protected]_kk ) as of 20-04-13. According to your CC, my line should be disconnected by 27-04-13. I got a call from Airtel Retention team to whom i expressed i had no interest in your line and i would like to have the line disconnected. But the lady from retention team told me that they hold the line and see if i can shift the connection to Pune. I told her i would like to have it disconnected and if i need connection in pune, i would call Customer Care. But you hold the line without my need for it and you charged me for it. I last spoke to one of your colleagues from retention team and asked me to send revised bill statement through mail as i shifted to pune, which was never sent. As far as i remember, i paid my all dues. Please send my detail statement and i will discuss with any other employee of airtel who actually listen to me and give me answers i need. i have all the details of discussions i had with your CC.
