Hello,

I have been using Airtel Broadband connection ([protected]) since 2010, as i had to relocate to Marathahalli, i requested to transfer the connection to Marathahalli in Airtel customer care centre (Koramangala 5th Block, Bangalore). Since there was no feasibility in Marathalli i raised a ticket (service request) for the cancellation of connection on April 27, 2013 by calling Airtel customer care number. I had done the April month's payment on May 04, 2013 and Rs 500/- was waived off since i had cancelled the connection. I also have the bill for the April month's payment.

The customer care executive mis-guided me by saying that they will check if the connection can be provided to Marathahalli and kept it on hold. After 2 weeks i received a call from Airtel saying that they cant provide connection to my current location and again a created a ticket for cancellation. Airtel has been generating bills after the cancellation and the connection i still active as of today (August 9, 2013). I keep getting calls and e-mails from Airtel for the payment of bill, which I have not used at all. Recently i also received a mail regarding legal proceeding and also the bill has come upto Rs. 3473/-

I kindly request you to cancel my airtel postpaid connection immediately.

Please help me out in this regards. It has been very frustrating for me to go over this.

AirTel — Not cancelling the connection

Hi
I have taken a telephone connection no[protected]
I request for cancellation on 23/06/2009.
But till today(8/7/2009), they are not disconnecting the telephone
This is their unfair and unprofessional practice

AirTel — Cancellation of Airtel phone

Hi,

I have requested to disconnect my airtel phone on 5-7-2009.

But the airtel is not disconnect my phone and every months they are sending me the bill.

On july they told me to pay the outstanding bill and also told me that if you pay the bill we'll disconnect your phone but they didn't disconnect the phone and sending me the bill.

Even i called the customer care to disconnect the phone too many time.

Every time the people humiliate us and threaten to pay the bill.

I have all complain id which they have given me at the time of complain.

They have disconnected my phone even sending me the bill every months but not permanently disconnecting the phone.

Better try to get some help from ur friends.Don always talk urself.Ask ur friend to call them and ask like below

You:ask his/her name first, ask which office
tell ur problem.if their answers are frusturatig u, then simply tell

"i have recorded ur voice n ur name .So, i will lodge the compalint against ur name i[censored] wont help.
Don tell i will call back.I will lodge compliant against u n airtel i[censored] cant reply with in 10 min.
will u think my job is always complaining?Please do the needful".

if they spoke rude, then just cut the phone n wait...

talk like a rude person, not so harm..but like a miltrary, so that they will afraid...ok...

bharti airtel broadband connection — cancelation of connection

i called their customer care on 14 oct 2009 for shifting my connection from chandigarh to panchkula and approached their customer relationship centre but no body responded relationship centre has given me one no. but nobody was picking the phone on 18 oct 2009 complaint no. 838409 i called airtel customer care and said that whether they can shift my conection or not if they are unable to shift so please cancel my connection on 19 oct 2009she said she will be givivng me discount of 20 % i said i m not interested in discount but i want to shift my connection she said some one call me later but she responded my complaint that she retained me, when i saw that my connection is still working i called on 22 oct 2009 the person said that he is transfering my call to his senior but no one responded till 30 minutes no one is listening my request please help me to come out this mental trauma.

Airtel — Bills for cancelled conection

Hi,

Airtel outlets are useless for catering customers. why we visit the outlets in person instead of speaking with customer care so that query should be resolved face to face but what the people sitting there do they dial the customer care no. and tell us to talk with them when we talk with customer care they always say system is down and if we tell to transfer the call to floor manager they cut the call.
We had stopped using the connection in Dec’09 also filled the forms and they told us that final settlement is Rs 800 and some change we paid that.
Still I got bill of Rs 4000 in Jan’10 and they are harassing us like anything.
Also in the outlet we saw 7 to 8 customer shouting for bad service.
One had come for roaming service problem as he is from MP and has roaming service problem in Bangalore those people are telling to him go to MP and call customer care as they cant help.
Another person cheque is lost from airtel drop box he has 5 connections and said he will cancel all connection.
When we asked for Branch Manager they said she has gone for lunch, when she will come means they said don’t know and might not come later they are saying she is on leave.

Bharti Airtel — Connection not disconnected

I was using Airtel no. [protected] and due to wrong charges by Airtel I decided to disconnect connection but even after writing so many mails Airtel is not disconnecting the same.
I have written mails 10 times to Airtel regarding same.
I request please disconnect the connection and close the matter.

        Ref: My Prepaid Airtel Mobile [protected]

        Early today [09 Aug 2013], I was recharging my mobile for Rs.500 and felt cheated. Where I expected a talktime of 500 or thereabouts, Airtel messaged to tell me I've been credited with Re 1/ [Repeat Rs. 1] worth talktime. The message further told me that I've been charged a processing fee of Rs.448.45 [!] and a service tax of Rs.55.55.

        What the huge processing fee --of Rs.448.45 out of Rs.500 -- is for, I haven't the haziest idea. Nor could I unravel the mystery.

        I then repeatedly called the customer care [what a tedious job it was]. Each call, I was greeted by recorded messages and I had had to wait a long while before I could get to talk to Airtel's Customer Care 'Adviser.' These executives -- I spoke to three of them -- were of No help; they would forward the call to a supervisor who would either not pick it (the bell was going for many minutes) or would simply cut my call after putting me on 'hold.'

        And, lo, the consumer was debited for each of these customer call complaints. In my case, I was made to pay Roaming Charges, to boot. What's more, I spent so much time on an exercise that was to prove so futile. I'm a student to whom time and cash are hard to come by.

        In the event, I was forced to recharge the mobile a second time.

        Airtel has disappointed me. What do I do as a consumer?

        Airtel-pre-paid services, — Cheating by Airtel

        Sir,
        I am very disappointed by the services provided by airtel for the last 4 (four) months. Previously I use to suggest people that the services of airtel is the best among all services provider, but now it is just opposite. Iam the life time plan user of No. [protected] for the last 2 years. since Feb'08 whenever I recharge my account with top-up, the airtel deduct amount from by balance some way or the other. On 4/3/2008 I received a sms from no. 64611050 read as "Thank you for using Airtel Services. Find your dream job...etc. " and thereafter I find my balance reduced by Rs.50/- and again on 5/3/08 I received the same sms and balance reduced by another Rs.50/-. I call the customer care services but could not gave any satisfactory answer . He told that I have down loded something, whereas i have not even surf the" Airtel Live" since Nov.2007.However I requested him to stop the services of "Airte Live" and also requested to stop all promotional calls. Configuration of the Airtel Live was deleted from my set next day, but i received again a sms on 11/3/2008 form No. 64611030 read as "Your subscription to the on demand service on Airtel Live has been renewed...etc." and this time deducted Rs. 30/- from my balance account. and I surprised to see " Airtel Live" is activated again. When I contacted customer care service 121, replied that the decuction is towards activation of music station, whereas I have not made any such request. I told them to stop all such activation, but it was not stopped. Then I started recharging my account with smaller amount. i.e. 'Rs.25/. But still it doesnot work, I stated receiving sms from Nos.[protected] dated 10/4/2008, 20/4/2008, 22/5/2008 and No.[protected] dated 2/5/2008, read as " Your subscription to Airtel Live music on demand has been renewed for 10 minutes...etc" and each time deducted Rs. 10/- to 20/-

        I am surprised to know how the service provider renew or provide such services without the concent /request from the customer. If this is the way to deal with the "Life time validity" plan customer, then I must say the company will only lose its valuable customer.

        I am fed up of this type of cheating and extortion by this service provider and decided to quit the service.

        Airtel — Indifference of Airtel towards loyal customers!

        Sir,

        I have had a pre-paid connection [protected] that was converted into a post-paid connection in July 2006. My pre-paid connection had a balance of more than Rs. 3000/- surplus with the Airtel at the time of conversion from pre-paid to post-paid. The conversion process was carried out in the Vikas Puri branch without any credit in my account. I was assured then that my surplus with the company would be taken forward in the new account which may take some weeks or months since the pre-paid and post-paid departments are independent. Needless to say the behaviour of the staff handling my case was not so much consumer-friendly and I was asked to fill a number of forms typically like a Govt. office.

        It is a pity that I was compelled to pay my monthly bills on the post-paid connection without any information about my surplus with the company. My two written requests / complaints to Airtel Nehru Place office went unattended and my telephonic request to umpteen number of Consumer Service Executives at 121 bore no fruits whatsoever.

        Airtel must see that its loyal customers are being simply harassed. I see no reason
        why I should be paying my monthly bills as long as the company owes me more than Rs. 3000/-.

        Compelled with such indifference, I had to request for keeping my connection in abeyance since June 2007 and it continues to be closed eversince simply because the company refuses to take any action. Meanwhile, I have visited Airtel office in Vikaspuri for resolving the problem atleast ten times. The dates I visited and lodged complaints are: Request no. 13063977 dated[protected]; Request no. 13137913 dated 6 July 2007; Next visit 29th September 2007; Next visit 19 October, 2007; Next visit 24 November 2007.

        I urge your portal to kindly interven and get resolved the issue. I am really keen to use my phone now that I am a senior citizen and and I need it badly to take care of my ageing father.

        Airtel Prepaid Services — Cheated me in providing prepaid offer

        Hi,

        My mobile number is [protected].I have recharged my mobile in august of this year.Befor recharging they told they charge half rupee for local calls but now they are charging 1 rupee.It is not fair to do like that being a good prepaid services .Please get the service back to me and also compensation for the money i have spent so far.

        Airtel India — Bad Service and cheating the customer

        I have a Airtel Post Paid connection number [protected] in B'lore which was taken recently. From the day one I have been facing problem. Initially the clip service was not working for 3 days; only after calling the call centre of Airtel for thrice the problem was solved. They have taken the charge for clip service in advance but not giving the service. Then after few days on Oct 6th my out going service has been barred. On contacting them they have said that the residence verification was done. I just have to say that the verification is not my job and that has to be done by the company and for the fault of the company the customer is getting penalized. I want to take some action against it as I have faced a lot of problem in my personal and official life.

        I would surly not advice to go for Airtel now.

        AirTel — Recharge Cheating

        My Airtel mobile Number is [protected].
        The complaint is i bought this airtel number 1 month before and after 15 or 20 days i have gone out of station and i was not able to use airtel service over there.So because of that i switched of the mobile and went.I returned back to chennai after 20 days on 27/11/08.I know that there was no balance in my mobile.So i went to a recharge shop and made a recharge for RS.132(97 booster+35 easy recharge).The recharge was made sucessfully.After recharging i made call.To my surprise i heard a computer voice saying that "UR OUTGOING CALLS ARRE BLOCKED DUE TO NON SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTS, PLEASE SUBMIT THE DOCUMENTS TO UR NEAREST DEALER OR AIRTEL OFFICE".On the next moment itself i have submitted the document to that dealer.But the next day on 28/11/08 at 2.07 pm my mobile tower was blocked and my sim card registration has got failed.When i contacted customer care people i got a reply that due to failure of verification of documents my SIM CARD has been blocked.
        I accept that there is a mistake on ME.But my question is while blocking by outgoing calls how could they can make my recharge sucessfull."WHAT HAPPENED TO MY RS.132.wHY IT COULD NOT BE REFUNDED.WHAT WOULD HAPPENING TO ME IF I HAVE RECHARGED FOR Rs.1000".aIRTEL CHEATED MY MONEY AND CHEATING SO MANY PEOPLE LIKE THIS.Please make this as a very serious complaint.Airtel must pay me 1000 times penalty to me for cheating me.Please make it a very big issue and do something before so many peaople gets cheated.

        Airtel Recharge — No recharge on prepaid phone

        I have tried to recharge the prepaid phone No.[protected] on 09 Jan 2009, by ICICI bank online recharge for INR 555.00. The amount was debited from my account vide Payment ID[protected]. However the amount was not transferred to the phone no.[protected] till yet. On calling the Airtel call centre we were informed to communicate with you.
        Please either recharge the amount to the above phone or refund the amount of INR555.00 to my ICICI account from which it was debited.

        Airtel Prepaid — Re my complaint earlier today

        sir, I forgot to mention my number [protected]. This is regarding my complaints about FHM Video deducting an amount of Rs 5/- daily and asking you to stop this service immediately nad refund my wrongly deducted amount.
        A call came for me from my friend, I attended it and finished talking. I then received a message from "Last sms cost:rs.20 " and i ran out of balance.Then I saw a message that you have been subscribed for pocket radio. Then I called customer care, it was not going. I tried several times. Then I left it. Some actions should be taken against them for doing like this.

        i am using airtel prepaid connection since 2 yrs. my no.is [protected] i am using NOP services for airtel since the time of got this number they have deducted or debited my account on daily basis now i they are not providing such service to me since 10 days but they have debited my accounts for the same this is a simple case of cheating.
        More worst, i have talked all this about to the customer care executives many of them have told me that this services has been closed by airtel i dn't understood still if they have closed this service then you don't have any rights to debit my accounts
        well, many of customer care executives has told me that they have de-activated my services, while i never asked them to de-activated
        further, many customer care executives have told me that they are sending me settings for re-activate that service again but no settings received yet
        finally they have banned my number to customer care therefore, i can't talk with customer care executives well, not only me i have used different mobile numbers regarding my complaints but airtel have blocked all those numbers too
        so this is very clear that airtel is a big cheat company

        Airtel — CHEATING IN PREPAID RECHARGE AMOUNT

        Dear sir,


        I M. lakshmi and my cell no is [protected]

        On 2nd July I received a message from At- Talk time[protected] pm that for 30
        Rs RC= 45 TT = 35 SMS for you

        In the Evening 06-43 Pm I recharged for an amount of Rs 30 and they added 23
        immediately and saying that remaining 22 Rs will be added with in 48 Hours.
        transaction Id is 53721061

        But so far the amount has not been added to my account and they added
        ultimately 7 Rs today after wasting 6 Rs TT from my account. the reference
        Nos are [protected] & [protected]

        Then I asked about the amount they had promised during E recharge.

        The answer is NO and they asked me go anywhere including
        consumer court.

        I am passing the information to you all about what has happened to me with
        Airtel and their company people.

        They are cheating customers with false promises.

        I want to file a case in consumer court since I am having all evidence in my inbox.

        I am prepaid subscriber of Airtel Number [protected] (Bangalore). I am going through tough time now- thanks to airtel and feel cheated. I have raised many request to rectify the issue that I was facing on my number. The issue was, I have recharged for 28 INR with Transaction ID [protected] on January 25th 2011 for STD calls at 1 INR for 3 minutes for One month. After one month, this plan expired and I was getting my normal billing of STD @ 50 Paise per minute till one week. After one week the STD was again charged at 1 INR for 3minute which I didn't want to continue. I raised many requests to resolve this and the customer care used to give a time line of 24 hrs and they never resolved this.
        Due to this I decided to move out of Airtel through MNP ( UPC Code AX666471) to Vodafone. I received a call from Airtel to stay back in Airtel and they offered a new tariff and asked me to cancel the existing MNP request. I made it clear that I wont send the cancellation request until the plan is activated. Per the agreement Airtel should have activated the new offer today (Saturday April 30th 2011). Still the STD is charged at 1 INR instead of the new offer (2 Paise per 3 Second). They have rejected my MNP request stating "contractual obligation" even without activating the new offer. Please have a look in to this issue and resolve it at the earliest.I am having a very bad time now.The customer care executives are giving false promises. Either activate the offered tariff or let me move out of Airtel per TRAI policies. I have talked to Mr.Sanjeev Kohli, Unit Manager,Bannerghatta Road and raised yet another complaint with number [protected]. Please see that at least this time the request is resolved once and for all.
        My Airtel Prepaid No [protected] has been twice charged with Rs 10/- each for Airtel Talkies and Hello Tunes without my consent.

I WAS SHOCKED AS WE DID NOT OPT FOR ANY SERVICE PACKS NOR WE WERE INFORMED BY AIRTEL FOR ANY SUCH ACTIVATION. DESPITE OUR REPEATED PLEA AND CLARIFICATION, 121/198 REFUSED TO REFUND OF WRONG DEDUCTIONS AND EVEN DECLINED TO EVEN REGISTER COMPLAINT AND DIRECTED TO GO TO AIRTEL WEBSITE FOR LODGING COMPLAINT.
        ON AIRTEL WEBSITE, DESPITE BREAKING OUR HEAD, WE COULD NOT FIND ANY WINDOW TO LODGE COMPLAINT.

        IT IS SHAMEFUL ON PART OF AIRTEL NOT TO HAVE PROVISION FOR LODGING COMPLAINT ON THEIR WEBSITE AND NOT ALLOWING THEIR CALL NCENTER PEOPLE TO REGISTER THE SAME.

        Hi. I can see through your concern quite clearly. Can imagine what a problem it would have been to a student, in particular. To be fair to Airtel, they don't discriminate, perhaps! Take my case. I myself am of a different category. Agewise, I mean. Yes I'm a senior citizen. Some time back, I had had a similar experience. On that occasion, I also got a talk time-credit of only Re 1/ when recharging for a sizeable amount.

        Why do such recharging hassles happen, in the first place? We're in an age when we're encouraged to do things like this online. I'm not suggesting that that the country's No.1 telecommunication provider leaves loopholes rather deliberately to exploit. Surely, I would say that Airtel should ensure there's No room for such mistakes ever to occur. Mistakes do slip in sometimes, possibly, but the operator should readily make amends and give the talk-time due to the consumer, without demur.

        The comments about Customer Care are quite valid. Consumers do oft feel they are taken for a ride. Can't just understand why they should pay even to make a complaint or give their feedback. It doesn't behove Airtel, to say the least. Bad enough that the consumers are made to sit through a long promotional discourse by the company.

          AirTel — Fake Commitment

          I had airtel number and i lost my cell phone in Delhi Metro.
          I called in the customer care from my frinedns nimber which is an Post paid connectio0n first they started hanging up on me but later they told me that my SIM has been blocked and gave me complaint number and said every thing is done, Next day i call the customer care again and they say it has not been done and complaint number which i was give was no valid one and there was no record for my complaint.

          This is a simple case of fake commitment and customer negligence.

          Please look into it because f some one uses my SIM to do any unfrinedly activity then i will suffer.

My mobile no is [protected], I hd Rs 444 rental plan, as the companies diminished it's call rate, I asked AIRTEL customer care on 02 Oct to explain such plans.They manifested about Rs 249 plan ,also spoke that 10500 seconds free on LOCAL or STD. I hd emphasized on these free calls for STD & LOCAL . They hd iterated about Free 10500 sec CAN BE USED AS std & local.
          2 day on 04 Oct when I confirmed to cust/ care on 1820 Hrs ,she denied the free call on STD , when I was astounded she antagonized & behaved atrociously.She repeatedly told that I m telling lie. VERY VERY.....POOR customer care response.
          I m discontented with AIR TEL
          As i m AIRTEL old customer but very disappointed with it's service.
          Now pls tell me the procedure to terminate the connection.

          Airtel — False commitments:Extra Billing

          Hi,

          I logged a complain in Airtel on 18th Sep 2009 and few more complaints for the saame issue after that and my last complainwas on 22nd Feb 2010. Everytime they commit that the issue will be resolved or you will get a call back from respective team but till date i havent received any. I am facing a network issue in my locality and same has been faced by different people useing same service provider in that locality. Its an well known locality of Pune but still they havent done anything to resolve the issue and if they have done they are not telling whta steps they have taken. and they add the chare of all the extra calls made due to this issue in the bill. when asked them they tell we cant give u wavier (discount) more than 100 or 150 Rs irrrespective of the extra charges customer is paying. So i Havent paid their bill since jan 2010 and their billing and demanded that the day my complain gets resolved i'll pay my whole bill in lumsum and their billing department also agreed on this.( unfortunately i dont have any proof for this) But then also the disconnected my calling services and now they are demanding that i'll have to pay whole amount to secure my number and they wont give any wavier for the extra billing for the calls which use to get disconnected due to their network issue. and on an avg we have to dial atleast 3-4 a number due to this issue. Kindly look into the maater and do the needful.

          Airtel/Cellular Service provider — Fraud

          I have a Prepaid mobile connection from Airtel No.[protected]. I was cheated by Airtel twice.Following are the messages I got from them:-

          Thank you for choosing Health Alerts. You Will now receive update on Health Alerts. You have been charged Rs. 10 for 10 days.To Stop dial *646*942#.

          This was one message and I was charged Rs. 10.0n 13/8/2010. I did not subscribe to this service.

          Airtel talkies service will be renewed in next 2 days. You will be charged Rs.30 for 4 movies for 30 days. enjoy your favorite movies. To deactivate call 510100.

          This was another message and I was charged Rs. 30. 0n 06/8/2010. I did not subscribe to this service also.

          After arguments with the [protected]@airtell got the Rs. 10 refunded, but my call was charged Rs 1.50 for no fault of mine.

          I could not contact 50100 till today,even after trying hundred times.
          Can you penalise the company for such cheating and get me the money (Rs30) back along with Rs 1.50 charged for their own cheating system?

          Ther may be thousands of people beeing cheated without beeing noticed.

          1st Telemarketing call me regarding postpaid (billing plans) plans and than wen i convince all his plan than second day one executive comes at my home and fill the form and take documents about verifications and he also take money Rs. 300/- as deposite....

          now the problems is that time he not allot a new mobile number he told next day i will give u sumdatas of numbers list...
          now its takes too much time above six days..still he not provide me any number wen i call in office they not pickup the phone and even not answering my calls.. so i want to fine on airtel company.....
          please help me and take action on airtel

          AirTel — fake commitment

          i had applied for airtel broadband connection.my desired plan was unlimited high speed internet, so the airtel sales man visited us and told to start with alpha 3gb plan(649 rs, 2mbps,3gb limited) and then after 10 days we will change ur plan to a plan which was 699 rs,2mbps ,unlimited internet. so after 10 days i called him ,after several attempts he replied that sir i am suffering from depression and im out of station.so then he suggested me to call to customer careand say that i want to cancel the plan since it is expensive so unaffordable. so i called and came to know that no such plan existed.
          customer care registerd my complain and came up with retention plans which were nowhere near by my requirements or committed by their salesman.
          i request for some kind of action to be taken....

              My mobile no:[protected] I am a lifetime customer from last two years. But from last fifteen days when ever i call on this number from idea cellular other than any airtel number I just get the response plz check the number.

              My home town is in kerala. There the telephone code is 0479. Am working in Chennai. And my mobile number is [protected] which is Airtel. From this number i am not able to call any of the number starts with 0479 code, it gives the response as "All the line to this route is busy". If you try calling 25 times you will get once. But in real time, it wont even connect at all. And its not my number's problem. And its not the problem of destination number, because its not for one particular number, its all the number coming under that std code. The same problem persist for all the Airtel customers in TamilNadu. When trying those number from other operators, its working nicely. This problem i am facing from october 2007, in between i have given10 complaints through customer care. But those people don even understand what the problem is. Airtel provides the best mobile services in india, but it have the most worst customer care and back end people i have ever seen.

                Indecent Comments — Indecent Comments

                Dear Sir,
                We are living in Subzi Mandi, Roshanara Road Delhi. There are some unauthorized shops in residential area due to which this place has become meanceful. The shops are located near by Sant Nirankari Bhawan, Gali Khosla, Subzi Mandi.The workers working in these shops passes lewd comments on women and girls paasing through street.

                Another problem which is unbearable is that most of them drink in the evening and keeps abusing loudly sitting in front of their shops. This is a residential area and minor kids, female stuff is worstly affected. These shop owners and their labour harms or try to dismantle the vehicles parked in the street as they have been parked in front of their shops.

                They are creating nusience at such peaceful places. Is there no law and order in Delhi to close such shops. Why the general public is sufering. Thi is our ernest request that these shops should be shifted to some commercial area where their are no house nearby. if there are another alternative for this problem that is also welcome but kindly help us to keep this area clean of these dirty people.

                  I recently ported in 2 Idea numbers to airtel with 199 CUG plan. According to my plan, CUG numbers are unlimited free, however I have been charged on CUG numbers illegally. Customer care people of airtel says that primary number of both the number is not same, so I am being charged. Now this is something really insane, when i ported in the 2 numbers together with same documents and my company I card. If there is something called primary number, then it should have been same at their end as this is their problem and not mine. Please look in to the matter and revert me asap.

                    I have recharged for Rs.125 using Airtel Money.
                    oops!!!!!.

                    Recharge was successful with 125 Booster pack instead of GPRS 125 Pack.
                    Already I have 30p/min scheme and I dont need any further booster packs.

                    I have checked with Airtel website and found this offer only available for ASSAM.

                    I am in the Tamilnadu/Chennai Circle.
                    Then Why Airtel sent this offer msg to me.

                      We got the Airtel broadband connection installed at our office(Number[protected]. Since, the installation, network has been irregular because of which our business is at loss. Ours is an e-commerce business where you may understand the importance of internet connection, but Airtel has been worst service provider in terms of the network and customer service.

                      I made innumerable complaints at Airte customer care, face ill-mannered staff; finally approached Nodal Office, yet no permanent solution till date.

                      Request you to kindly look into the matter and try to resolve the issue at the earliest. Even now, if this will not be rectified, I would have to claim the losses that I have incurred till date because of the poorest service.

                      Airtel Signals are very very very weak...
                      Dear Sir,

                      I have been with Airtel since the day it was launched in the country. We had bought about totally 10 connections from Airtel. We paid a premium amount for each new nnumber that we purchased.

                      We were very paitent with Airtel and their services in the past though they made several mistakes. But now it has becomes a real pain to be with Airtel and their services. The customer care executives have gone worse services are deteriorating where the executives do not know how to behave or talk to customers. The customers are taken for granted. It is really pathetic to know that this is what a customers get inreturn to the loyalty towards the company.

                      I have made several complaints for no network in my office past two years. Even I have visited your head office in Malad as well as in Penninsula Chambers but it has been of no help. Just the same old stories and assurence given by the company that our problem will be solved.

                      Its a suggestion people Every company gives you a chance to make complaint but very few make up to the complaints that are made. But AIRTEL is not at all professional . I hope the complaint I have made does make some kind of change to peoples lives who are troubled..

                      Hi I have recently subscribed for Airtel Internet Datacard which promised of 256kbps at the rent of Rs. 999 p.m. from January 2010.
                      Right from the first day I have not been receiving more than 20-25 kbps. I would like to take stringent action against the false proclamations of Airtel.
                      I have decided not to pay the outstanding bill for the obvious lack of network, for which they were very prompt in disconnecting.

                      Bharti Airtel — Network Complaints

                      I had a network issue related to the coverage at my current residential address in the month of July'09. They'd asked me to give 3 months time as there is a problem at the current location and it would take atleast 3 months to erect a new site at that place. I've been patiently hearing all the C&B stories given by the call center and the Airtel Lobby till time. In the mean while i'm slowly building the case history for an evidence for their service deficiet. I have 2 post paid connections under my name and 2 prepaid connections at the same building and i had taken a Vodafone connection to build a alternate for a churn at worst time. Vodafone service is very good and excellent at the current location. Infact, Tata Indicom has a similar problem at that location which was rectified within a week.
                      This location is Anjaneya Nagar, Moosapet, Hyderabad.
                      Joke of the Year: There is a cell tower next to 100 mts of my residence which doesn't add any value.

                      Hope the problem will be solved atleast after seeing this complaint.

                      Bharti Airtel Broadband — no service

                      Hello,

                      This is to inform you that i booked for a AIRTEL broadband connection on 10th of june 2010 for my residence and i was told by the person who booked the connection that i would be installed in three days . When i asked for the mode of payment to book the connection Mr. Vishal who was here to book the connection told me that it would be processed faster if i make the payments in CASH rather by cheque . Well as far i know the mode of payment hardly affects the process time for connection. After two days of booking the connection a gave a call to Mr. Vishal to know the status of connection as i did not recieved any acknowledgement from the technical department he said that it is in process and would take time. He even said that if we cant wait then we can stop the cheque payment. I waited for another two days and gave him call he stopped picking up my calls and when he recieved the call on being asked for the reason of delay the said that we are running short of wire and due to rush of work we cant draw the line at present and even asked we wait for a week atleast and if we are not satisfied we can ask the bank to stop the cheque payment, and suggested me to get in touch other telecomm operators for the internet services. Its 17th june today i have yet recieved any service or updates from your end infact i have been recieving unsatisfactory and humiliating answers from Mr.Vishal . I feel sorry to say but this kind of service was not expected from one of the leading telecomm company in India.

                      I am including my residence address for which i booked the Broadband connection. I hope you would look it into this matter and would give me a satisfatory service and justice.                       Dear sir , I m vivek singh its regarding fixedline [protected] & [protected] by Airtel provider. last 6 month im not able to use me land line connection but every in m making payment.....every time they used to say ...this is the last time .....you will not face any problem after this payment..

                      so,, what should i do with this ...kindly give me proper feedback.

                      Bharti Airtel — No Service

                      A. Since 2 months no service, still i am ending up paying money.

                      B. If you want to cancel the account they keep you waiting and no response.

                      C. Keep troubling you with SMS.

                      Bharti Airtel Broadband — Sudden deactivation of Fixed line and broadband

                      Hi,
                      I wish to inform you that after so much of trouble, my connection was installed and activated on 25th August, 2011(after 2 and half months of wait). My AIRTEL number is[protected] and my DSL a/c number is 16637387. I applied for the airtel connection on 5th June, 2011 and my cheque was encashed on 11th June, 2011.

                      But my problems were not over. I got a bill dated 31st August for the period of 13th August to 25th August, 2011 in which I was charged 453 rupees usage(while my connection was barely installed and activated on 25th August, 2011). Anyways, as I had paid cheque of Rs 999 favoring Bharti Airtel Limited(Cheque No: 199152 drawn on HDFC Bank, Kasturba Rd, Bangalore) which was encashed on 11th June, I had 500 Rs of credit balance in my account.

                      This was barely the start of the issue. Suddenly on 10th September, 2011 my landline + ADSL connection got deactivated due to some unknown issue. I lodged a complaint on 11th September, 2011(Service Req# 3872678 ) which got closed on 19th September, 2011 without any effect. I have called and complained to customer care number numerous times to no effect. Every time the customer care people are saying that it is a backend issue and will get sorted out while there has been no communication from backend/ NOC department at all. I am appalled by the pathetic service and no customer empathy of Airtel. I am not sure how long will I have to run from door to door to get minimal service from such a reputed MNC called Bharti Airtel.

                      After the previous complaint was closed, I raised a new complaint on Monday, 20th September itself. My current complaint number is 4313838. Till now I have not heard at all about this.

                        I raised a request to disconnect my airtel Broadband connection since for every 3 to 4 months they are increasing the prices as 100/- every time.After arose a request i took another network datacard. But they asked to retain the connection with first amount itself. Even myself also dont want to disconnect airtel broadband. But they are increasing the prices making burdon to me. But i already took another connection for 3 months cost. So i asked i can't pay bill for 3 months, since already i have another network. so they said there is another option for 3 months free waiver with 2GB limited data. But i said i can't pay bill for 3 months. so they accepted for that. But now i got a bill saying 568/- need to pay. Please check this and let me know how can i proceed.                         i submitted an application to disconnect my airtel number.they accepted it and after a few days they started calling me that they wont disconnect the number and they started speaking rudely.its been three months now they have not disconnected the number.they are giving me a very hard time as they are just generating high amount of bills unneccesarilly. what should i do.?

                        This is to inform you that myself Manjari Mahajan..I had a airtel broadband connection..And on last month on 6 july 09, i clear all my previous balance and wanted to disconnect this service and i have the cancellation receipt with me i.e no is 243884.I really get harassed from your calls.i am a working girl and your customer care executives daily call on my no and tell to pay the bill.what a bull service you have.And on last weak at around 9 p.m i receive a caal from you people that mam your bill is pending please pay it...One of your executive name Nitin Gupta had a talk with me, firstly i want to clear this is not the time to call anybody but airtel people may be they lost somewhere and didnt see the time...he told me that your bill is pending i told him i have already pay thebill and disconnected the net.den he told me mam your balance is 100 rs. i said sorry i dont even pay a single peny to you.And stop giving calls to me.And i wait for 2 days for the confirmation from him.he gave me a number also [protected]...Now Its Heights...You people really harrass the customers...

                        Just resolve dis otherwise i forwarded this complaint to consumer court...Because i have all the receipts...

                        Airtel — related to disconnection of broadband connection

                        i had made the request for disconnection 4 months before by calling on121 and i had also submited all the accessories of broadfone in the airtel headoffice ofairtel whch is at IT park Chd . We didnt even used this coonection for even a single minute from last three months and other thing is that the company personss disturbed me a lot by calling again and again by saying that yoyur dues are not clear .We are already shifted from that place where we were used that connection now i m going to file a case against the company if no action is taken beacause i file a request so many times for disconnectionbutwe get always an negative response and all the times the company peson said that your connection is discconection and you are free but after some time they agin start callinf for bills i m so frustrated............................

                          I have a complant to be register. last week I have faced a problem I
                          have done a online recharge of amount rs 300 in revert I have got
                          amount of somewere around 139.00
                          I have called in customer care regarding this it was actually on last
                          Friday between 10.00pm to 11.00pm ihave called the customer care I
                          have spoken around 4-5 people wich include pradeep, kuldeep, ajay
                          sudhir nobody have given me the correct information either they put me
                          on hold of 4-5 min or they cut the call. few of them pick up the calls
                          but no response from other side. Finally I spoke to amit bara he told
                          me that as I am holding lifetime plan of 1rs local call I will get my
                          processing fees back within 96hrs.
                          Next day spoke one other executive he told me that amount will be
                          credited within 48hrs
                          Then next day evening I again call the customer care same nobody
                          responding hold hold and hold or jus cut the call. Finally I spoke
                          with sudhir chandan he told me that the amount will be credited within
                          1 week. i have called after one week an spoken to ankit rastogi
                          he told me that amount will be credited by 14feb if not contact me. its not yet cerdited. i have tried to contact the cutomer care but i think my number is blocked no i am not able to speak with executive.
                          I don't know what the hell is going on nobody is giving me
                          the right information can some one please help me out.

                            My name is Biju joseph. I am a airtel prepaid mobile customer. My mobile no: is [protected]. I am staying in dubai now. I recharged the airtel sim on 27.07. 2013 with rs 70 full talk time. Balance was rs 113 after recharge. Then i sent 01 one page sms to one kerala number on 01.08. 2013. I checked my balance after sent mesage. My balance is rs 01 only on that time. ie, rs 112 deducted for 01 one page sms. Sms actual rate is rs 25 only. I not activated any value added services in this connection. So please check the problem and add the deducted balance in my connection.

                            Airtel Prepaid — EXTRA GPRS RENTAL DEDUCTED

                            Dear Sir,
                            I am regularly using GPRS from my AIRTEL Pre paid No. [protected]. This month the rental Rs. 249/- was deducted on 11.02.2008 instead of the usual deduction date in the forth week of the month. Then again on 18.02.2008 the rental of Rs. 249.00 was deducted. When I contacted the Customer Care on 18.02.2008 they admitted that due to some technical error the rental was deducted on 11.02.2008 which shall be refunded back to my account within 24 hours. but it was not done. I again called up on 19.02.2008 and was again promised to get the amount refunded within 24 hours but in vain. On 20.02.2008 when I rang up at 10.45 a.m. I was told that on 19.02.2008 as I rang up at 11.45 and 24 hours has not passed and as such my he didn't listened to me and said to wait for 24 hours and then contact. I accepted and waited and then rang up at 12.15 p.m. and had to repeat my complain once to the Customer Care Executive and then to the Senoir (Mr. Virendra). Mr. Virendra said he shall personally see and requested me to wait for another 24 hours. I waited but no result. I again rang up on 21.02.2008 at 12.30 p.m. and what I experienced is shocking the Customer Care Executive behaved very rudely with me. He was not in position to listen to me and when I requested him to transfer the line to his Serior he even didn't wanted to do so. After requesting a lot he transfer and his Senior again requested me to wait for another 24 hours. I am waiting still and lets see if I get it or not.
                            But what has schoked me most is the behaviour of Customer Care Executive today.

                            A request for disconnecting my post paid mobile no. [protected] was submitted in Sector 37 branch Chandigarh on 1st december, 2007. The last and final payment of Rs.825/- was made on 2nd December, 2007. I was promised for an early action within 2-3 days for my disconnection which would be conveyed to me at my alternate mobile no. [protected]. I did not receive any confirmation of disconnection rather a bill was raised. I had to approach the Sector 37 branch requesting the officials to do the needful. I was conveyed that there was zero balance due from my account and I need not worry to pay the bill. A bill amounting to Rs. 115 has again been raised against my name. I am confused about the working of your prestigious company. Moreover the promised confirmation on my alternate number is yet to be received. Is there no other way to keep a record of disconnected number confirming the consumer about his job being done. Kindly confirm my disconnection and cancel the pending account standing against my name. Hoping for an early response

                            Airtel — Amount deducted for GPRS Rental

                            I have activated GPRS in my mobile no [protected]. For GPRS amount is regulary deducted 30 peise/1KB. After that GPRS rental deducted from my balance of Rs.249/-.

                            Myphone is not connected to Coustomer care. How can it solve.

                            Airtel — Abnormal deduction in Prepaid balance

                            I had rechagred my mobile for 222 STD pack which gives me talktime of 333 and also recharged for 1Re STD packk. For the past 1 week i am noticing that even if i make a call for 15 minutes amount deducted is double.
                            sometimes the logic to deduct is more than 40 Rs. difference.

                            I have received messages from 64611015 around 8 or 9 times (out of these 5 messages are still saved in my inbox); that 'You have been renewed for (Fusion Lounge, Animation) subscription service on Airtel WAP. You have been charged Rs 15.'
                            I want to make it clear that I never subscribed this service. Please deactivate my subscription on this no. [protected] and please check my account and reverse the charges illegally deducted from my account.
                            My phone is not connected to Customer care. Whenever I try to make a complaint my phone failed to connect your Customer care executive. How can it be solve. I am really discouraged by Airtel Customer Care Service. If the illegal deduction will not be refunded in next three days, then I will file a complaint in consumer forum and also go to media.

                            I recharge my airtel prepaid no.[protected] on[protected] for 24 rs in your sceme 24rs to 24 rs in that main balance 19.76rs will we get but after 24hrs my balance is 9.42rs. without any company will be deducted my a/c balance. customer care does not take any decision on this matter. so, please take decision and return my balance imediately.

On 15.12.09 at around 0840hrs while I was browsing NOKIA Ringtone I received a message that a sum of Rs.40 has been deducted from my account for T-20 Cricket Service.I am surprised how a third party without my consent can deduct amount from my account. For this I again and again consulted Customer Care but they did not gave the satisfactory answer and passed the line to Manager. But both the time manager did not lift his phone and the line was subsequently disconnected. For this I wasted one hour trying to contact Airtel customer care but the service was made unavailable lateron.

                            Though i have not subscribed for the AirTel Tunes and other services, the company has automatically subscribed me and deducted money on two occasions. After requesting to cancel all such services, no refund is made. I think AirTel is resorting to this method to compensate for their loss due to the competition and low tariff.

                            I Shri Rahul D. sawale, Mobile no. [protected] and email id. [protected]@gmail.com would like to state as under. I have been using Airtel prepaid services for more than 3 years. I have been getting calls from airtel service centers for hello tune activation. On knowing this is cut the call without giving any confirmation but still they have charged me for hello tune services and also i have requested to stop my SMS pack for which tey deduct Rs. 1 per day many times but still they have not topped my SMS Pack. I have got a complaint No. [protected] long back and also i have requested by sending sms to the customer centre and also given complaints on 198 complaint number regarding this but still they havent stopped my SMS pack. Today(13/02/2011) they have deducted Rs. 15/- as my hello tune charges and they claim that there system shows that i have given confirmation but i have directly cut the call and have not given any confirmation for Hello tune activation. Please help me to get compensation from Airtel India.

                            Hi, I use Airtel since 5-6 years now. Previously, i did not have any problem with Airtel but now, they have been deducting amount from my account for something i have not used at all. They have been deducting my Rs.10 weekly for TIPS BY YUVRAJ SINGH service and Rs.30 weekly for Video Mode Activation. I have complained earlier to their Customer Care and deactivated whatever was activated on my number. But still, I am facing the same issue. Whenever I call them, they say i have gone to their site (Airtel Live) and downloaded some stuff from there that is why the amount is getting deducted. And they can see it in their system. But i never go to Airtel Live for net surfing. They promised me to refund my amount as i was right. But it is only half refunded. I am trying to call them but I am not able to connet to their Customer Care Officer. Today again they deducted Rs.30 for Video Mode. I am not ale to understand what should I do regarding this issue.

                            Airtel Prepaid — Unethical Deduction

                            Hi All
                            This is to inform that Airtel service provider is deducting unusual subscription charges on regular basis. Even after registering instant complaint to Airtel care center. It's being a long story of consumer harassment. Before proceeding further on I must tell you all that I & my family members are using Airtel connection right from 2004 as satisfied customers. But now from last 4 months they are deducting unusual charges by activating "Game Tashan" & SubsWap_Weekly Subscription-Rs. 15 & Rs. 20.

                            Point to be considered:

                            (1) These services/subscription are being activated without notification/without approval from my side.
                            (2) Even after deducting charges on regular basis I rarely get any message for the deduction. Moreover, nothing is being served against those charges (no picture/video/song/news/download/game/news update/any other service for which we can pay). No body will pay single Rupee for getting a MSG that you have been charged for Rs.XYZ, against which you get nothing.
                            (3) False commitment given by Airtel care center: When I call them for the same. They assure me that they will deactivate all such services & will return the deducted amount. But even after registering complaint up to supervisor level/ senior level. Still, I have not received the deducted amount by them.
                            (4) Pathetic response by Airtel care center: They say "aapke paise koi bhi return nahin karega", "aapne service request ki hai, isliye paise return nahin honge" "we can't give complaint registration/reference number.", "complaint registration/reference number sms kar denge ( jo kabhi milta nahin hai! ).
                            (5) Even I remind them please make sure in future you don't make any charges against any weekly subscription/any subscription related to game/ Tashan game service. As, I don't want to use these unusual subscription for no benefit for me.
                            (6) I am facing this unusual behavior by Airtel from last 4 months. Still after registering number of complains they are not returning my money back.
                            (7) These unusual deduction leads to huge loss to me when I am supposed to make an important call, I get my account with zero balance even after top up/recharge.
                            (8) In the month of Feb/2011 they have deducted Rs. 100 & more (Amount is still pending)
                            (9) In the month of March/2011 they have deducted Rs 55 (till now).
                            (10) Total Deducted amount is less i.e. Rs.200 approx. But, Airtel is doing criminal activity by deducting these charges without taking approval from their customer.
                            (11) I have all legal records to file a case against them. But because of busy schedule, I am unable to do so. But, these unethical practices must be stoped by concern authority/third party.
                            (12) The only thing I am unsatisfied by them is i.e these unethical deduction on regular basis(with no transparency). Now, I have planned to change the service provider. But before doing that I want my money back as early as possible.

                            Customer has the right to raise his voice against these unethical activities by their service provider. Hope, some day customer will get service for which they pay. Thanks!!

                            My self Ananta mhatre from pune, I have AIRTEL PREPAID SERVICE for mine mobile
                            My no. is ([protected]). My complaint about DEDUCTION OF BALANCE, I was recharged my card with 60 Rs and I got talk time of rupees 51 Rs , After couple of hours my balance was deducted From 51 Rs to 12 Rs just made only one local call of less than a min.
                            What a bad service provider company I have ever seen, I didn’t get about this why this happened. I immediately called to Customer Care Center , I told them about deduction of Balance , after checking his system there was nothing any record about balance deduction then I asked “ If there is no record about balance deduction then why my balance was deducted. Then the customer care person tried to avoid my call, he told me your voice is not heard even I heard him clearly, there was nothing problem about network etc .Again I called them and after told about my complaint my call was disconnected.
                            Listen people, I am not only one victim of this problem , many people are suffered about this AIRTEL PREPAID SERVICE , I Want to say somebody have to stop this . why nobody taking action about this why?????
                            If 1 rupee is deducted from 1 crore customer…mostly nobody has time to fight for same…and if you see the earning its 1 crore in a day/… this is just a small example how these service providers do play…?????????

This problems are not even me only un educated people also facing this problem and they are leave that.many time i missed balance little cost. but nowadays its over.                             On 06-Apr-2011 from around 7pm to 9 pm 40 Rs got deducted from my balance, which i could evidently see getting deducted every 2-3 minutes, i immediately called 198 and asked the customer care guy, he listened to my problem and asked me hold the line while he investigates, after sometime he disconnected the call without even saying any response. Now after that i called 198 so many time, everytime it will ask to press options 1, 2, 4... no matter what u press it will tell me to dial *121# and gets disconnected.

                            Is there anyone out there who can help me out and tell me whats the rational in my balance deduction.

                            if they are unable to solve your problem, they'll simply disconnect your call and would make certain changes because of which you will not be able to contact the customer care. Do not worry about the balance deduction, it will surely be refunded, but, at the end of the day, there no solution to such a problem as they'll continually deduct your balance without any prior notice...!!

                            I am an airtel suscriber for last one and half year and also GPRS for same period.My no. is [protected]In those period I never complain about the speed of GPRS. I have taken Airtel connection only because the speed of airtel GPRS was good.Previously I was using Reliance GPRs before yours and I left their service because the speed got poor Now from last week I found the speed of airtel GPRS is very poor.It take almost 10 to 15 min to open a window.So I hope there will be improve in speed as early as possible Otherwise I have to use mobile portabilty service to switch to other service.

                            I have another problem to mention from airtel service provider.I am feedup with their value added service attaching to me without my knowledge for last 3 to 4 month.They refund me when I complain and again start deducting by attaching a VAS. On 4th nov. they refund me Rs11/- for vas naming special festival service for charging on 21st oct and 1st nov Rs 10/- and Rs1/- respectively and told me that they stop the service but again they charge for same vas on 4th and 6th nov.In past also they deducted amount from my balance in the name of vas and when I put complain here they refund me back.I hope they will stop this unethical practice.

                              Airtel people started hello tunes and 3G internet services on my mobile phone without my notice or request for the same. This was happened in the month of June and July both. A message just popped out saying that these services are started on your phone. I really exhausted myself in telling them that don't start anything without consulting me and if started, should not reflect in the bill after my complaint. But, still I have been getting them in my bills.

                              For July bill, I have been charged for both Hello Tunes and 3G Internet services. I called them up and told them that these services were started without my notice and hence, these charges should be deducted from the bill generated. They noted down my complaint and then I got a call on the next day that only 3G internet charges have been waived off. When I told them that why not Hello Tunes charges were taken care of? Then they said that the complaint was just raised for 3G internet service. I said then raise it for hello tunes also. So, they said that on one bill, we can entertain only one complaint. That was disgusting...

                              I just want the Hello Tunes charges to be deducted from the current bill amount only. Otherwise, I will not pay the bill and will disconnect my airtel connection also.

                              Never ever had a look at this complaint. I called them madly and shouted like anything. After that, the charges were deducted. The same problem I faced for consecutive 3 months and I finally disconnected my mobile number because of that.

                              Airtel — deductions with regard to caller tunes

                              I am receiving regular message regarding the deduction of Rs. 30/- pm with respect to the activation of a callertune when I am not interested in the same.

                              i have taken airtel connection with no.[protected] only recently. hardly i used it for 1 month but due to some reasons i stopped using it. i paid Rs.500/- against the bill of Rs.470/- in the month of Feb '08. the same time i told the airtel executive to cancel my no. because i am not using it. but they sent a bill for Rs.1379.02 as on 7.4.2008. had they told in feb '08 that they want a written request for cancellation of connection, i could have given it. DO YOU THINK IT PROPER TO CHAGE RENT EVEN AFTER MY REQUEST TO CANCEL? Please do the needful and cancel the bill immediately. Otherwise i may be constrained to go to a proper forum for justice.

                              AirTel — Charges in Bill

                              When i purchased my Airtel postpaid sim somewhere around 3rd Jan, 2008, i opted for STD pack as per this pack the Airtel is supposed to charge Rs. 1 per STD calls. The said pack was deactivated on 2nd April, 2008 without any prior information (nor does the executive while purchasing told me that such pack is valid for 3 months) but the company is still charging me Rs. 50 for the STD and i am being charged Rs. 20.40 ps for each STD call. Whenever i called the customer care No. i did not get the satisfactory reply, on the contrary Airtel says that they are ready to waive Rs. 50 since it is favorable to them but i am a sufferer as i believing that i will be charged Rs. 1 for STD call i have done many calls which costed very dearly.

There is a hello tune copy service in Artel by pressing * star button on any handset to copy the hello tune of the callers hello tune. if this star is pressed accidently the service deducts 20 Rs. immidiately without any information. its a case of 420 by airtel. without any confirmation if a button is accidently press while calling a user is pressed the company take 20 rs from the mobile user this is wrong without our permission. I have previous complataints about this company I want to remind you again Im very much frustated by this mobile connection its fraud. we will not pay for these fake facilites.                               Airtel Karnataka — Poor/No Signals at our apartment

                              We are not getting Mobile network signals of Airtel since 1 year back. We have raised several complaints to the Airtel customer care regarding the issue, but no response we got from them. Infact there are 20 Airtel connections with in the same apartment, and none of them are getting proper signals. It is the situation to stand in the Balcony when we need to talk to any one.                               She was i haryana from 5 Nov 2010 to 8 Jan 2011. Her airtel no was switch off during that period.

                              I have has a gprs 99 plan since years now and now I got charges rs 528 for gprs usage. I spoke to your representative Barath who said that I have been billed for gprs and that my gprs Rs99 plan is not available since a long time. So i have been paying Rs 99 for God knows how many months and you guys were fine taking that money from me for a service that is not even available any more. I either want the Rs 528 reverted or you pay me back the Rs 99 for all the months this service has not be active. your rep barath was not at all helpful and was not ready to listen to what I had to say. I have been with airtel for a long time and after this I am now thinking to move to another provider.                               mobile phone will be attended within 10 seconds by 99% people as it is kept with us. but after charging Rs.30 per month for hello tunes, the companies are playing their own advertisements for 10 seconds. 99% callers are not hearing the hello tunes as the mobile phones are attended before starting the hello tunes. please calculate how much money the companies earning fraudulently. assume one crore people activated this service, Rs.30 crore per month is their earning fraudulently. I look forward for justice to the Indians.

When my servant oppose then then started misbehaving and forcefully they took the modem. form the home. That was my modem. but no body listen and they are really bad.

                                      Mobile Number : [protected], Provider: Airtel Bangalore: Complain: Airtel is sending me the bill which is pending from previous customer and asking me to clear their bill.

                                      Details: The above number was assigned to Wipro Limited and Wipro was the owner of the same number. On the mid of the May 2013 I requested Airtel to transfer the same number into my name and Airtel person named Abdul Wahed took Rs. 300.00 (without any receipt) along with necessary forms and other supporting documents. Airtel took a long time to transfer the number into my name as Wipro had not paid them for few months. When Airtel transferred the ownership, they also send me a paper based bill (generated on 24 June and for the period of 23 May 2013 to 22 June 2013)which shows that the pending amount has been adjusted and I need to pay Rs.354.91 for that month. I paid Rs. 355.00 amount as per their bill. But after that I received another ebill for the same month stating my due amount is "Rs 3089.61". I called Mr. Abdul and he asked me to ignore that bill and stated that they already send me the corrected paper based bill. On the month of July (Bill Date 24 July 2013 and Bill period 23 June 2013 to 22 July 2013) Airtel send me a bill of Rs3777.27 witht he following breakup

                                      I have all the bills Airtel shared, email communications and call logs to their call center which I can forward as requested.

                                      Airtel — Cut my POST PAIDCONNECTION

                                      Sir,

                                      My self Anand from ludhiana punjab , My Cell No. is [protected]. I use the same connection from big period. I have also pay a hudge amount of bill Every Month. But in last month company Deactvate mu Inn or Out Calls . Company give a one month period every month for paid a particular month bill. But this month i have pay Rs 2100/- & the balance is Rs. 2300 . Rs. 2300 is the latest bill. I have a great loss on the Non- Availbility of Connection . Soplease take an a urgent action regarding this.

                                      Airtel mobile connection — Billing

                                      Airtel web-site dose not hold latest information about rates (particulary roaming charges).
                                      They like to give surprises to customers by generating bills by so called latest rates. I thinks it is their business strategy to pull money from customers.
                                      Airtel Users, PLease beaware of it.
                                      Understanding level of Airtel staff is so poor, it took 3 months to understand the issue.
                                      Communication within Airtel staff (customer care, billing department, senior management, corporate etc.) is another Joke.
                                      They will not listen to your complaint unless u put request to cancel the connection. (Thank God, at least then they are listening)
                                      Troubles with Airtel connections are like tagline of Ramgopal Verma's movie "Phoonk"... "Till it happens to you Airtel is good"

                                      Airtel — Asking to pay bill without providing monthly bill

                                      I took airtel connection in month of July 08 and used it till Sep 08 only. Everymonth I was keep on asking to provide me monthly bill either in soft format or in hard copy. But they never provided me. Everytime their executive told me sir we will send you first you pay the bill, otherwise late payment will be added. Now when I am dennying them not to pay without seeing my bill, then they are threating me by court case. I just want to know whether I should see my bill or without seeing my bill I should pay it. Now that no is not in use from past 4 months. Now airtel has added late charges and other payments on my account and saying to pay it. There is no my fault. Why should I pay extra money? If they have provide me bill then I request to airtel to provide the evidences to proof the matter. Their service and executives behaviour are really worst and non tolerable. Daily I am getting phone from airtel for the same. I am getting frustated with this. Now I am ready to go court with this matter and want to fight against airtel. Also I would like to put charge against them for my insult (MANHANI).

                                      Airtel Post Paid Bill — charging the paid bill

                                      Dear Sir/ Madam,
                                      Good day. I am using airtel services since past 7 years. I am the one who religiously pay the bill well before the last date. On 24th june i already paid bill of 1200rs/- and my actual bill was 1196rs/-. This month since last one week i am getting call from call centres to pay the last month bill. I was informed that bill was creditted in their account then again retrieved back. I asked the shop where i deposit the bill he said, nothing to worry they are updating the system and on 17th it will reflect there. As far as I am concern when bill reflected on their account/system on 25th, then nothing wrong from my side.

                                      Anyways on top of so much harrasmment to day i got a bill which contains last months bill charges+ taxes+ this month bill charges.
                                      Please tell me what to do??????

                                      I was paying bills time to time daily but since last 4 to 5months i failed to pay bill because their site had problem and it was showing me that

                                      "sorry for inconvenience, there is some technical problem" message so because of that i could not pay the bill and then onwards they charge in all
                                      bills 50rs late fees so i do want to pay late fees because it was not my mistake. They should have informed us on last day of bill payment that we
                                      have some technical issue going on so do not pay bill online.
