I had ported my mobile no.[protected] from Idea to Airtel with good faith that all the services will be better than the previous service provider. As promised by Airtel Executive Renu ([protected]) at the time of documentation of MNP, please carry forward the same credit limit i.e. Rs.18000/- which I had with my previous service providers Vodafone and Idea cellular respectively. I had mailed the last copy of invoice from idea to airtel customer care,nodal officer and appellate officer from time to time after porting my number to airtel. As I am a frequent abroad traveller and I need the good credit limit for interrupt services. The credit limit was originally given by Vodafone and same was carried forward by Idea cellular without any problems at the time of porting the same mobile number from Vodafone to Idea. I can not understand why the airtel denying the credit limit and also demanding extra deposit for enhance the credit limit. Ashish Jain - [protected]

      I have applied for Airtel Broadband twice and did not got the connection. I have raised many request and nothing was done from Airtel, finally I asked for refund for that they have raised a request and got to know that amount was credited to my account, initially they said a cheque will be sent the address I have provided but now they say the amount has been credited to my account, I havent given my bank account in the first place.             Hello Airtel, I am facing issue just like Harsha above. I want to deactivate my 3G data card . I have been trying to deactivated it from past 3 days. I called your customer care numbers lots of times. I sent an email too, Its really frustating to call airtel customer care and every time i call they are telling we are not the right team contact some other team and they will give some other sumber which really dont exist. I have paid my last month's bill . But still no one has disconnected my connection. I am not sure whom to contact now as I have tried through all the channels. Deactivation is getting delayed without any of my faults and then extra money will be charged to me. Could you please help me with this. My Airtel Number is : [protected] Thank You, Mounika

              I am an airtel user and am entitled to a handset bundle offer as per which i will receive 100mb 3g per month.. the previous balance of 3g got over on 3rd august and the next balance due to be credited on 4th is not yet credited till 23rd august .. i have contacted the customer care innumerable times around 50 times .. every time they say it will be done in 48 hrs but nothing happens... please help me as it is causing me a lot of harrasement

                I received an offer of FTT (Full Talk Time) of Rs. 200 on 12th of August. I got the recharge done on the same day, I instantaneously received talk time of Rs. 175. I called the costumer care after 2 days regarding not receiving the remaining talk time. He filed a complaint (CBNRA[protected])and asked me to attend a call that I will receive on 18th of August at 4 PM. I received a SMS regarding the same on 17th that they have added the remaining balance ,which I did not receive. I called them about it again and they tried to ignore me by saying that they haven't received my documents of activation even though I have been using the SIM for past 6 months. I called them again on 23rd and they bluntly said that I won't receive the remaining balance now . I was taken aback of the rudeness of that particular customer care executive. It isn't about the money it is about how ignorant Airtel is. I would ask their team to look into it . Phone Number : [protected]

                  I am using Blackberry Curve 8520 and trying to start blackberry plan on my airtel signal directly through SMS. I got all the messages correctly even after that it id still not activated.. I called customer care 3 times and even one of the executive told me that our senior will call you within an hour. Today is 3rd day but still don't get any call till date.. When i am Calling they are sending request regarding it and nothing is happening.. Airtel is the poorest service these days and they don't care about anything.. I am fed up of this network. Last time even when i was on roaming at that time they did the same and i complained about it at that time too. Hope again this time again they will resolve problem from here only..                       Dear Sir, My Self Amarjit singh, addeess WZ -3327b Mahindra Park, Delhi-110034 Having Board band connection Bill No.[protected], Land Line No. [protected].I have not receiving proper service due to default in the wire in the Internet Board, and i am complaining from the last 2 months again and again but there is only temporary solution for 1 to 2 hour and again internet connection Lost. This time i received a bill of Rupees 1908/- for the last 2 months.But i will not pay more then 300/- because i received internet only for 6 to 8 days.and requesting you to please make a permanent Solution of internet connection by correction in wire. otherwise you can took off the internet connection.

                        Hi, I spoke to one of your colleagues named Jayanthi today afternoon. I would like to put it on record her rude behavior and her disinterest in listening to what i am saying. I would also like to put it on record her threatenings without knowing my case. I would like to report this to highest possible authority. Please update the same in your reply. Coming to my case, i have asked Airtel Customer Care to disconnect my line (Airtel Landline No: [protected]_kk ) as of 20-04-13. According to your CC, my line should be disconnected by 27-04-13. I got a call from Airtel Retention team to whom i expressed i had no interest in your line and i would like to have the line disconnected. But the lady from retention team told me that they hold the line and see if i can shift the connection to Pune. I told her i would like to have it disconnected and if i need connection in pune, i would call Customer Care. But you hold the line without my need for it and you charged me for it. I last spoke to one of your colleagues from retention team and asked me to send revised bill statement through mail as i shifted to pune, which was never sent. As far as i remember, i paid my all dues. Please send my detail statement and i will discuss with any other employee of airtel who actually listen to me and give me answers i need. i have all the details of discussions i had with your CC.                                 I have registered a complaint with Airtel with reference number 36831168. Speed was reduced from 2mbps to 256kbps in just 2 days from the start of billing cycle. This i observed for 2nd consecutive month. My broadband plan has 30GB data download @ 2mbps speed. Actually i have not downloaded 30GB data in just 2 days from billing cycle start (5-Aug-2013). Airtel customer care is not accepting the miscalculations in their side and i feel there is no use of following up with them anymore. Anyone please suggest if you have faced such issues, if it was resolved and how ?

                                  I got a phone call saying i m calling from airtel mumbai head office, you won a lottery of rupee 15 lakhs. To receive the amount deposite 14thousand to state bank/axis bank.This was from Raj verma & the number was [protected],[protected], [protected].These kind of people cheat the socitey. Be careful & do something so they learn a lesson.
                                  Sir today (22/7/14) at 9:24 am i had a call from [protected]. The who was on the other side said i have won the artel lottery of 25 lakh he asked me to give my bank account no. But i haven't done such.. i think he is a fraud because its been over two years i ported my sim to idea.he also gave me a no. 89919 To identify the winner but i observed that it was written on every airtel sim card. Please stop these fake calls.

                                    May month I bought airtel dth, before buying I contact customer care for buying DTH, they send a mail with link for payment. Using the link I paid Rs2390 (for HD connection) on May 10th using my credit card. But the amount was unsuccessful and got some error on screen .but amount got debited from my account .I contact my banker and they said amount was claimed from shell on 11th May, So you can contact the merchant . On 11th May again I paid Rs 1840 and got new SD connection and my customer id : [protected]. I have registered a request (re no : DT[protected] from airtel website and they asked bank statement I sent it .after that no call and money also not refund so I registered a complaint on consumer court website and I got a call immediately and they asked to send a bank statement again and again I sent it around 4 times and they created a new complaint no[protected] and after that no response .till now amount was not refund and I explaining the problem (all most 5 to 6 persons) to airtel customer care. I have raised a compliant in consumer court website also .Still they are telling the same story like "Kindly allow us some time to have this looked into. Our team will contact you at the earliest. " Almost 4 month got over still the airtel team is working on this issue . contact :[protected]

                                    We should directly file a complaint against airtel in court then only u peoples will aware of customer value .

                                      Recently I got Airtel BB connection, and paid Rs 5000 advance bill. Since I found a better plan option that the company provides I have been told that “please be informed that the advance rental plan charges are non refundable, hence the differential amount could not be reversed, if you opt to change the plan”. Is a clause that is against the natural law of justice. Only recently an apex consumer court reportedly fined a private university for not refunding the advance admission fee to a student who sought admission in another public sector institution. The court though allowed only a partial 10% retention of the fee as institution’s handling charges, but made it clear that even if the student had actually studied for a couple of months, a refund, after due deduction for that period, had to be made. All this despite the student had signed on the fraudulent clause in agreement. Since going to our lengthy courts, especially for senior citizens like me for whom private companies seems to have no regard, is not an easy task, I would request you to publish this information in larger interest of consumers. balvinder; (former principal govt college chandigarh) 362 sector 48 a chandigarh 160047

                                        Dear Sir/mam, I am a Airtel user of past 7 years its services best than other networks but last 1 month i am facing lots of difficulty i Cant able to connect to customer care no 121 or 198 . My IVR is blocked i complaint many times there is no proper response. Airtel agents arr not having helping tendency to customers I need my IVR get released very soon otherwise. Also, I am not receiving messages from Banks and all. I want to complaint that but could not able to connect to airtel. I am very irritated and frustrated. I want to change my HDFC bank password that required my phone for one time password (OTP), but cant do that cause I am not receiving any messages. They blocked me cause I keep calling to resolve my issue. Those dumb customer care executives didn't know how to solve the problem but know better to block me.                                         I applied for a airtel prepaid connection and got the connection.After one month o[censored]sage i got informed that my no is blocked for address verification purpose.

                                        I tried to get it done by resending the address details to the dealer from where i took the connection,

                                        But i get the reply from the customer care that it cannot be activated again .and i lost my 500 Rs balance at that time .
