Worst service in Bangalore- Airtel Digital TV

No use. Customer care executive tell that technician will visit in 24 hrs .. No one visits / no one cares bac.

I have recharged my airtel prepaid number with Rs. 255 /- for 1 GB of 3G data. The plan is active in my mobile and there is still data balance available. But for last one week when I am using 3G services, my main balance is being deducted and when I checked with customer care I came to know that my 3G data is also being deducted. So you are charging me twice for the service...

Signal Strength Not good in my area

I have wrote to airtel on 10th may regarding signal strength not good in my area. I got response from airtel and next day a person came to my home and checked the signal strength. Lost my External Hard Disk
