I HAVE RECHARGED MY AIRTEL DIGITAL TV ACCOUNT ID-[protected] ,,, 15 DAYS BEFORE BUT MY SERVICE WAS NOT RESUMED , I HAVE CALLED CUSTOMER CARE SO MANY TIMES BUT HE ALWAYS SAY THAT, AFTER 1 HOUR UR SERVICE WILL RESUMED, BUT TILL NOW MY SERVICE WAS NOT RESUMED, NOW THIS TIME THEY DO NOT CONNECT MY REGISTERED NUMBER TO CUSTOMER SERVICE OPERATORS AND I AM PAYING MY BALANCE FOR THESE CALLS , EITHER REFUND MY MONEY OTHERWISE I AM FILING A CASE AGAINST AIRTEL DISHTV IN CONSUMER COURT.

Airtel DishTV — Poort Network and Service

I have no network in my DIsh and gave a complaint. Next day no one comes so I call them again.
I get a service request of any engineer visiting after 2 days. So I will be without TV for 4 days.

If Airtel does not have enough technical people why are they selling products. No Signal SLA should be 4 hrs.

Also believe me they have un trained customer care, always says system is slow. Please wait.

Dish TV — Dish TV service

I am an Dish TV AMC holder but after repeated reminders to Dish Service Centre they are not attending complaint since more than 25 days.

Pl suggest what should I do ?

I am not aware whether fault at wose end but there is no reponse even after several followups with airtel digital tv customer service. repeatedly they are saying it as pin code problem. They have not taken any step to get it rectified. Really airtel digital tv service is worst. I suggest all not to opt this digital tv

This is regarding Airtel DTV service, I have been facing problem since 5days as I am not getting any signal and not abale to watch T V also.I have several time called the customer care but they are not enough serious about the customer problems.Besides their field engineers are not available and not also answering the calls.
We are fadeup calling their customer care as well as field engineers.
Very poor service indeed.

AirTel — Resumption of d

I have Airtel digital TV connection. My ID no is [protected]. I paid Rs.1000/- through Canara Bank Debit Card on 09/05/2011. The amount is also credited to your account from Canara Bank, Kancheepuram Gandhi Road Branch .While filling my ID number I had wrongly typed it as [protected] instead of [protected]. Because of this error my telecast to my DTH is blocked for the last 3 days. I will be grateful if the problem is rectified from your side and transfer the amount paid to wrongly to my account ID [protected].Kindly do the needful.

i ported my number from idea to airtel. my number services were barred and when i inquire about that then they says number was barred due to improper documents. then i submit new documents in airtel office kanpur. then my services are activated. but now again my services are barred now again customer care executives are saying your number was barred due to improper documents.if papers are insufficient then why my number was activated. please help me .

    1 Month Bill Rs 9500/- AIRTEL IS REAL CHEATING COMPANY- Pls stop using AIRTEL Mobile services

    Despite the rap by Supreme Court to various Telecom companies on VAS(Value added services) related complaints. My Case clearly show cases that how Telecom companies, specially Airtel is indulging in Client Harassment.

    I had written to them by amended mail and response also attached herewith by them which does not answer any specific query raised by me. and grossly rejects my complaint.

    Summary Of Complaint : One month Bill raised for Rs 9500/- for only 3.2 GB Data used on phone. Where as i have clearly opted for 1 GB pack with Cap of Rs 1000 pm
    I tried subscribing for Additional data plans by various channels but failed.

    Sequence oF Events:
    25th June - I activated 1 GB Plan on my Number [protected]

    6th July to 7th July - I requested for Smart Byte using MMI code *121*5# and
    other instructed codes And i was communicated by MMI display that Smart
    byte request has been recieved successfully.

    7th July Onwards - I also requested to add from " Airtel App " on my mobile to
    start Smartbyte fpr Rs 175 for 500 mb 4 times also for 300 MB for Rs 80
    multiple times. I got a msg saying that services shall be activated within 4
    hours
    Important Point : I also tried adding 1 GB from my Airtel App but instead of adding 1 GB it changed my
    plan to 500mb + 500 mb (3G + 2G Speeds). The app clearly showed that it is a 3G Plan.
    It changed my bill plan to uncapped category, which lead to escalation of my bill to 9500 rs.

    10 th July onwards at 0039 hours I again tried to add smartbytes by SMS to 121
    but it failed multiple times. I again tried thru " Mobile APP" and it showed that services shall be
    activated in 4 hours.

    I tried adding smart bytes by all possible means multiple times but i never
    knew what request were successful and what not as even the '3G BAL' SMS was
    never showing correct information. I tried thru all the following means

    MMI Code
    SMS of SMART to 121 followed by 1 & 1
    Airtel APP on my phone
    Calling Call centre at 121 - I was told manual request for the same is not accepted

    Even 3G USE SMS does not show balance data or the current limit applicable to me
    The Unbilled amount does not give you a clue whether the Amount shall be discounted under plan or not as all plans are adjustable at the time of billing only.


    +Thus in short I used Appx 3.2 GB Data and I was billed 9000 Rs for the same
    (Against Rs 250+175+175+80= 680). And now I have to write mails and call you to
    get the same reversed. This is a pure mental torture for me and i am really
    contemplating writing to TRAI for this harrasment.

    I visited Airtel Gallery on 13th July and 7th Aug in Andheri East & also West, where they were convinced by my complaint but no resolution done till date

    Airtel — regarding bill services

    Not getting bills on time and instead of taking action .The company is charging penalty for the same as we are not able to pay the bill on time.

I applied for mobile portability, frm the customer side i received a call and they gave me the offer of airtel to airtel 10p and other mobile 30 p bt they nit yet activated ant offer for my number.. i'm complaining to them for the past three weeks bt no response from their side.. they are really cheating the customers by saying like this.         I have tried to resolve the issue with Airtel first. But after 7 times talking to customer care executives, 5 interactions on Twitter, 4 interaction on Facebook, 3 online complaints on their site and 7 emails I have not received any concrete solution. So I have decided to report the error (or should I say fraud by Airtel?) Here. I had to spent lots of time and energy behind it for last 8 days.



        Problem 1: Wrong data usage shown from 403airtelgprs.com:



        I am an occasional data user and use it to check mail couple of times in a day while at office and occasionally check Facebook. At home I have wifi. Data usage for this should be less than couple of hundreds MB, well below the limit my bill plan has. However, to my surprise, I got a bill of Rs 4723 (Rs 7447 before various discounts, primary due to data usage which is ~Rs 6738 including tax ). Which is utterly false as data usage to access some mails and Facebook should be anything between 100 MB to 200 MB. I got a bill of Rs 340 for the similar usage during the previous month. Last month I was entirely on 2G but this month I switched to a 3G plan for couple of weeks and then returned to 2G plan as 3G did not work out. I keep on getting junk pop-ups from Airtel and looks like they are running some spam process in background. I found that the data was consumed mainly by 403airtelgprs.com even when the cell was in sleep mode. It shows heavy data consumption even I am at home and connected to wifi or I am sleeping (see the attached image). Bascially it shows heavy data consuptions for 24*7. In reality I use airtel data service for a few minutes in a day. 403airtelgprs seems to be a spam process triggered by airtel which show consumption of data even though the user is not using it (It shows heavy data consumption 24 hours in a day). It looks like many other users are also facing the same issue as seen on this forum.



        Problem 2. Bill is more than the credit limit:

        My credit limit is Rs 1300. So they should have stopped once the bill reached the amount (even after they wrongly attributed the bill). However they did not. They even ignored the TRAI guideline of informing users once the bill amount reached 80% of the credit limit. It is ironic that they have set a credit limit, wrongly billed way more than that amount and now asking that money even if the bill should be below Rs. 704.

          I am upset and disappointed with the service and unreasonable deduction Airtel Prepaid is providing, I feel like cheated everytime my balance gets deducted for no reason. My internet package has not been recharged and it is deductiong from my account which is ridiculous this is Airtel technical problem that it hasnt recharged not mine ??? Please credit my amount back , this is my second complain in just a month.

          This is the best way by airtel to harras clients.. Pls shift to vodafone, they are far more better than Airtel. I have suffered a bill of Rs 9550 due to airtel not activating data packs in time. From last 1 month i am trying to get it reversed. They are really a cheat company.

          PLS GET RID OF AIRTEL ASAP.

            My airtel digital TV customer ID is [protected].!In online account I am not able to see my balance and validity as it always says "system is unable to process your request".I called up customer care and they also told system is down!!.I sent SMS to get balance and same reply!!! In my transaction history it clearly says i have recharged for 410 rs on 3rd aug.I have attach screenshots of my transaction history and the error I am getting while trying to check balance....Initially I raised the issue at airtel presence facebook page then I got a call from your technical team and they are asking me to share my login id and password.Please be informed that this is a security breach and they cannot ask for that to solve any technical issue.However, issue is not specific to my online account.Even if I call customer care they are unable to share my balance details as system is unable to process.If I send SMS BAL to 54325 the also I get same reply.So it's purely system issue where balance info is not getting updated in backend for my ID.Why don't they cross check with back end team first to verify the root cause.Even if I don't have online account there should be a provision to get balance details.Please educate your team about the issue first and tell them to fix at system level.However, I agreed to share screenshot of my account page when I am logging in to online account.Please share the details with team.I have done multiple follow up at Airtel Presence Facebook page and they are not replying on it.I shall wait till my balance gets expired and then will close the connection if it's not fixed by then.For further clarification call me at [protected]

              Hi everyone
              I hate to do this, but I am writing this to warn you if you are trying / wishing to become a Airtel Broadband customer now, or in near future. This guys are plain old scammers and they can do anything to take out money from you (even threaten you). It all started as following.

              One of their representatives came to my office and convinced me to take a 5 gb high-speed connection @ 2mbps at a very high price (which I am not concerned about). I asked him about the full detail and he told me that I could take this connection for any number of month. How ever, if I take the connection for 4 month, they would re-pay me my initial deposit of Rs. 500 with the bill (sum may vary. I am not sure about the exact sum I paid, as I can't find the bill for that). My DSL ID/ Account ID is ([protected]) registered at Kolkata. When their Engineer came for the installation, he asked for Rs. 200 bribe, which I settled down to Rs. 100 and paid him, because I did not want any hassle.

              Now their first trick comes. Though you have been registered to their system, they won't make your online account where you can pay your bill. As if, you are a unregistered customer (quite peculiar, even the worst of the worse BSNL makes the account for you, but not the almighty Airtell LOL). I tried to register and it said that I would need to confirm a verification code which would be sent to my mobile. It never came, so I could not register myself in the first go. I tried again a few days later, and I did succeed this time. I tried to pay whatever was due, but this time my debit card was declined.
              I am a web developer by profession and I use my debit card for purchasing everything. I have never had an issue with it till date, but here it got failed interestingly.
              Anyway, I had to change my flat and thus I had to cancel the connection. I could make them transfer my connection but I did not want to because of such unprofessional system that they have. So, I mailed them for discontinuing the connection. No reply came. I then called them 6-7 days before my billing cycle was over. They kept on pushing me to tell them my new address so that they could transfer the connection to the new place. I strictly told them to not renew my connection and wanted to disconnect. After over 30 minutes of conversation, finally the representative agreed to disconnect the line and I hung up.

              I, in the meanwhile changed my flat and for two months, there was no communication from them, until I finally received a call from Airtel saying that I had over 2500 Rs due for the bill. I was amazed to hear it. I told them that I had disconnected the line after the first cycle and it can't be the fact.
              They said they will send a representative to my office for collecting the fund.

              A man (50-55 yr old) came to my office at AJ -325, Saltlake, Sector 2, Kolkata -91, to collect the bill where he started claiming for 3 months. I told him the same thing that I told customer care earlier. I told him the fact that If my connection wasn't dropped after I instructed them, I could have been in legal trouble if anyone else used that connection for doing bad things such as terrorism. I could have even received capital punishment for the same. I also told him that I would be having zero usage for these months because I have not used the connection anymore. He agreed, took 1200 Rs from me (REC. No 7917913 ) and another 50 bucks for having "sweets" (lol, I wonder how their blood sugar level stays at the normal level), called someone and told him to disconnect the line. I thought, Okay it is over now.

              Now comes Airtel's master Stroke !
              Today I received a called from [protected] (16/08/2013 - 3.45 PM, dialed to +91 [protected]) threatening me to pay the rest of the money. I even told that guy that this is a security problem. He would not listen to me. He warned me in his hard-to-understand hindi, that I would be in trouble if I do not pay all the money.
              I told him that I had requested them to disconnect my line, but now he took the bunny out of the hat. He said that I am supposed to take the connection for atleast 3 months! Wow! But I was never told about this? He said, it was written in the long T & C, which I signed. So there you go Airtel. This is how you treat your customers? This guy sounded like a collection agent to me, not a call center representative to say the least.

              This to let you know, that I will be going to court for not disconnecting my line even after the request. I could have been in real trouble because of this and I will not leave these scammers for what they have done to me.

              To all, if you have not been their customer, better not be, or you could even end up in a worse situation than myself. I hope this report serves as the review if anyone is searching for the validness.
              I am going to report to each and every authority possible. I will make sure that Airtel suffers for the offense that they have made. It is not about money, it is about security at the end of the day. Money cannot be more than life,even if your T & C says the opposite. Stay tuned.

              This is Mohan, Am using Airtel land line[protected] more than 2 years, But am getting very worst service for last few months, each month more than 7 to 10 days its not working, When we create complaints with customer care, they are closing with out confirmation/resolve the issue. Even am noticing Airtel is charging too much amount compare with other vendor.

              Please anyone suggest, what is the other network other than that Airtel for broadband?

                I came to Bangalore one month ago and bought a Airtel sim card. on 13/8/2013, I recharged with Rs. 83 and got no talk time or any other recharge. The customer care says that 83 Rs. is only for new customers and hence my 83 Rs. is waste and will not get any recharge.

                  Hi,
                  I had airtel landline and braodband and the number is[protected]. It was not working from February 2013 and I was paying the bill till June. After that I fed up with Airtel by raising more than 50 compalints and filed a case against Airtel in Consumer Court, Chennai. As a Platinum customer I would like to advice that please do not buy any AIRTEL products and they a big cheaters. Till now they did not resolve the issue and the line is not cancelled and they are asking me to pay bill for non working phone. I am not a stupid to pay for non workign phone for more than five months. Do not buy any AIRTEL products. I am going to cancel all my AIRTEL mobiles and land line and Airtel Dish TV.

                  Thanks for your treatment and I have learned lessions from your customer care. I will never ever come to AIRTEL for anything,

                      This is to inform you that i had sent the porting request for mobile number [protected](Currently VODAFONE) on 05/08/2013 for changed network to Airtel Cellular but it was not proceed yet now. When i talked to customer care of vodafone about the same & asked him about the issue then he replied that your documents was yet not received to airtel office but i have already submitted the documents at that time in the store where i bought the sim.
                      As per discussion, They suggested me that you will have to submit documents again. After that, I have submitted my documents at 10/08/2013 again.
                      My porting code is VZ236185 which i was received through message at 04/08/2013.
                      My vodafone number is [protected] which was issued from DHANRAJ CHAKOLE. This is for your reference.

                        Airtel!! Why do I have to complain on 100 websites before getting some kind of response or solution from you guys? Your customer service is pathetic beyond belief and your IVR system is a big joke. All I'm trying to do is upgrade my connection from 2 MBPS to may be 8 MBPS or 16 MBPS. I've been trying hard since one week to get an answer for my query. Your customer service department tells me that someone from the "migration" team will call me to discuss this but that never happens. What should I do to get an answer? Do I have to complain here every time to get an answer from you guys? What a joke!!

                            I had booked the 3A ticket for 3 people from Manmad Junction to Bangalore City.

                            I had booked through online 3 months back and 2 got confirmed and one was in waiting list. After 3 months also it was waiting list 1 and not got confirmed. i came to know on the travelling date. When i got inside the train the TT told me Since it is E-Ticket he cant do anything and money will get reimbursed and he told to me to confirm in sleeper, they put fine and you will get seat. But the Sleeper TT told he cant do that. atlast my condition was na ghar ka na ghat ka.

                            I didnt got seat in AC nor in Sleeper.

                            It is happening from last so many times.

                            Kindly let me know what is the procedure for refund. even i had filed TDR also.

                            and also i need to know when the people wont get any proper feedback why the hell they keep online tickets.

                                Airtel / Airtel IPTV — complaint against Airtel IPTV

                                I'm a resident of Bangalore & my Airtel account no. is 15802366.

                                12th July: I had enrolled for an Airtel IPTV connection (Bill/CEF No. TBLR: 263287). I had even paid the installation amount of Rs.999 by cheque. I was informed that I will get the IPTV connection in a week. I waited for almost one and half months and nothing happened.

                                Aug 25: I registered a complaint (reference no. 2943608) with Airtel, there was no response!

                                Sept 2 to Sept 10: The complaint was followed by 3 mails to Airtel's Nodal Officers (nodal.[protected]@airtel.in). Again, other than the nodal officers apologizing and ensuring me that the complaint has been forwarded to the concerned department, nothing happened!!

                                Sept 16: Unsatisfied with the response from Nodal Officer, I mailed the Airtel's Appellate Officer (nodal.[protected]@airtel.in.) giving all the details and the delay caused.

                                Sept 20: Another complaint was registered by Appellate Officer (reference no. 4378098) and I was told that it will be processed by 21st Sep 11.

                                While I got a call that it will be installed on the very same day, nobody came for installation.

                                Sept 21: Frustrated, I again mailed the Appellate Officer that I wouldn't prefer to get an IPTV connection after all these fuss and requested for refund of my money.

                                Sep 24: Appellate Officer replied stating that the delay is caused due to technical issue. On the same day I replied back again insisting on a refund of my money.

                                Sep 28: Appellate Officer registered a complaint (reference no. 4829284) and mentioned that it will be processed by 29th Sep 11.

                                Oct 27: I got a call from Airtel again regarding my very first complaint registered on Aug 25!!!

                                Every small thing takes months & months of time. Neither they are interested in providing an IPTV connection and even least bothered to refund my money even after one month of registering the complaint for refund!!!

                                  We had asked for our Fixed Line No:41734324 to be discontinued from Broadband, and for it to be used
                                  as an ordinary fixed line number without broadband. Further, we had chosen the Plan with a Monthly
                                  Charge of Rs.2350. However, we have received a bill with a Monthly Charge of Rs.817.07. Plus we
                                  have been charged a Late Fee of Rs.100, when the last bill was paid in time on 25th May wheras the
                                  due date was 28th May..

                                  Inspite of repeated requests no correction has been made, and no corrected revised bill received.

                                  I have the broadband services from Airtel and using it for almost 4yrs. My monthly bill will not exceed more than INR1300~1500. For the last 2 months,i'm getting high bill amount.

                                  In fact, i was on a business trip outside India for 15days. There was no-one at my home to use Internet. The broadband modem was completely switched off during this time and still Airtel charged me around INR3500(for the 15ddays).

                                  I have been following it up with many times(thru email and Customer Care contact no) and not getting proper response. They are insisting me to pay the outstanding without even listening to me.

                                  I have asked for a CDR type report to check the usage and they are not sending it to me. As a consumer/customer, we all have enough rights to ask them.We are in the Communication/Internet era.

                                  I'm completely fedup now and just removed all the connections at my home.

                                  Be careful. In India, most of the services industry are trying to cheat end customersas if the end-customers may not question/raise voice.

                                    Hi,

                                    I have been using the Airtel Broadband connection (#[protected] since January 2011. My

                                    plan was 1200 /- (8 Mbps) and my billing cycle was 11th to 10th of next month.
                                    On 12-May-2013, I shifted from Koramangala to Bannerghatta road and contacted the apartment

                                    agent (Shibu) for transferring my existing connection. He suggested, Sir, do NOT transfer

                                    your connection, because it may take a week time, instead please take a new connection and

                                    cancel the existing one [may be for his own benefit, his target for that month would be

                                    achieved]. So I paid 500/- for new connection (out of which 250/- is refundable according

                                    to Shibu) and got my new connection[protected] activated on 14-May. Also I had

                                    contacted the Customer Care and raised request for cancellation and got the request id. Few

                                    days later, and as expected, got a call from retention department and I patiently explained

                                    them the scenario and they said ok, it will be taken care of. (By the way, for bill cycle

                                    11-Apr-2013 to 11-May-2013, I received the bill for my old number, which I paid immediately

                                    to speed up the process)

                                    And the story begins now !
                                    In June I got a bill of 1348/- (period: 11-May-2013 to 11-Jun-2013) for my old number and

                                    another bill of 1223/- (period: 14-May-2013 to 11-Jun-2013) for my new number. I paid the

                                    bill of 1223/- as this is the new connection that I am using now. Contacted the customer

                                    care (agent)...
                                    Me: I raised a cancellation request last month for my old connection and have not used it

                                    since 11-May-2013, as I got a new connection to work with. How come its not yet processed

                                    and still I am getting bill?
                                    Agent: Do you have the cancellation request?
                                    Me: Yes, here it is <request_no>
                                    and Voila...
                                    Agent: This is NOT a valid request id. It starts with 4 and our current running number

                                    starts with 3.
                                    I was like WHAT !!!!
                                    Me: Can you change the first number and check.
                                    He did that (with several permutations and combinations, but no result)
                                    Agent: Sir, you have to raise another request.
                                    And a NEW request was raised.

                                    July-2013,
                                    I got another bill of 2015/- for my old connection and 1405/- for my new connection. Being

                                    the active connection I paid 1405/-, again contacted the Customer Care, explained them the

                                    overall story, this time I was quite pissed off. Agent replied, ok sir, we shall take care

                                    of this.
                                    Now, last week I got a call from so called Collection Dept about the payment of 2015. I

                                    told them I can not pay for two bills. The (new) one I am supposed to pay is already up to

                                    date and for other (old) one, the request was raised 2 and half months back and this is not

                                    my fault. They said OK and they will speak to Backend team to rectify the issue.
                                    Yesterday I got the LAST REMINDER email from Airtel, which says about court/forum and legal

                                    proceedings, blah blah blah, if you do not pay your current outstanding !!!

                                    Perplexed....Shocked !!

                                    I heard lot of complaints on this (almost all the forums have similar complaints

                                    registered), that as long as you are using their service, they are OK (only thing is Airtel

                                    will keep on increasing your tariff at the eleventh hour). But the moment you cancel your

                                    connection, Airtel will try to extort as much as money as they can. Its like (loot lo, last

                                    minute mein). People, out of fear pay the amount to get rid of this and Airtel takes the

                                    undue advantage of looting their customers by sending threatning emails. I have forwarded

                                    my complain to my current and previous company HR and other friends in my Network so as to

                                    not to entertain Airtel any more. And today I have raised another cancellation request for

                                    my 3 months old new connection[protected].

                                    Thanks to Artel...

                                    Now, I tell you what will happen? A spam mail like below will be sent by Airtel:

                                    Airtel brad band Service — Extortion of money be changing plans

                                    They changed 256 KBPS ar Rs.549/ PM to Rs.799/PM without any information to me. Very unethical business stye.

                                    Airtel — AIRTEL NEW CONNECTION FRAUD / SCAM

                                    I Purchased a new Airtel Mobile Post paid Connection : [protected] on 18th Aug 2009.

                                    I beleive that there is Fraudulent activity against me from Airtel / Airtel reseller

                                    Some one from Airtel, The Person name was Ashok and I believe he was from Karshni Solution as it is written on receipt took my self attested documents and Rs500 against a new mobile connection: [protected]. In return they provided me receipts with fake number on it which either does not exist or no one answer these phone.

                                    The no. [protected] belongs to some one named Subhash as per the information provided by 121 Airtel customer care.

                                    I beleive that my documents are miss used, as no one returned my documents or Rs 500 and same phone number is active but with some one else.

                                    No apology for this misconduct by Airtel or their representatives. also they blocked my other no. i was calling them from.

                                    what are my options here, should i inform police, as i dont want some one on my door after couple of months creating scene as my documents are in wrong hands

                                    Airtel — Not received my money even after cancellation

                                    Sir,

                                    I purchased a DTH from City Centre Kolkata from Airtel showroom. Later on I decided to cancel the same.
                                    The person from whom I purchased the DTH is not available on phone, so I connected to Airtel customer service at[protected]. This service is extremely poor and I really struggled to talk to a representative.
                                    They deliberately discoonnect the phone after saying hello and I lost almost Rs 100 in calling Airtel customer care.

                                    After a lot of effort, I could able to talk to a representative, who promised me that the money Rs 1690 /- will be sent to me in my address as a DD in next 24 hours, but it never happened so far.

                                      Hello Sir/Madam,

                                      I have an 3G data card and I am moving to other location so I wanted to disconnect/deactivate it. I have been trying to deactivated it from past 3 days.

                                      I called your customer care numbers lots of times. I sent emails, I went to the customer care center twice. But no one has taken the deactivation request.

                                      I have paid my last month's bill and outstanding amount till 12th Aug. But still no one has disconnected my connection. Every time your customer care executives are saying we don't have access and disconnecting the call.

                                      I had sent an email yesterday and it says we will response in 24 hrs but no one has responded yet.

                                      I am not sure whom to contact now as I have tried through all the channels. Deactivation is getting delayed without any of my faults and then extra money will be charged to me.

                                      Could you please please please help me with this. I am really tired of calling airtel customer care number.

                                      I want to deactivate my 3G data card . I have been trying to deactivated it from past 3 days.

                                        I WENT TO HYD FOR VACATION IN THE MONTH OF MAY AND THERE I WENT TO LB STADIUM AIRTEL OFFICE TO PAY MY BILL ON 27TH MAY 2013 WHICH WAS RS 485.

                                        THE AIRTEL CUSTOMER EXECUTIVE TOLD ME TO DEACTIVATE THE PHONE AS I WAS NOT GOING TO USE GOA PHONE IN ANDHRA FOR 2 MONTHS.

                                        I AGREED AND ASKED HIM TO DEACTIVATE. HE DID SOMETHING ON COMPUTER AND TOLD ME THAT MY SIM IS DEACTIVATED. I REMOVED THE SIM FROM MY MOBILE AND DID NOT USE IT UNTIL AUGUST 2013 WHEN I RETURNED TO GOA.

                                        TO MY UTTER SHOCK I WAS BILLED FOR RS 1342 FOR THE MONTHS OF JUNE AND JULY.

                                        ADDING SALT TO INJURY I WAS BILLED RS 250 ODD AGAINST MY PLAN OF RS 149 FOR THE MONTHS MY PHONE IS DEACTIVATED.

                                        NOW AIRTEL IS SAYING THAT I HAVE NOT DEACTIVATED MY PHONE. SO CLEARLY THERE IS NEGLIGENCE AT THE LB STATDIUM HYDERABAD AIRTEL OFFICE EXECUTIVES. I HAVE BEEN IGNORANT OF ALL THIS. AND AIRTEL DID NOT EVEN CARE TO SEND A MESSAGE TO MY ALTERNATE CONTACT NO. BECAUSE MY SIM WAS TOTALLY INACTIVE.

                                        EVEN AFTER REPEATED CALLS TO AIRTEL CUSTOMER EXECUTIVES I AM BEING CHARGED HEAVILY FOR THESE PHONE CALLS BUT JUSTICE IS NOT BEING DONE.

                                        I AM READY TO PAY RS 485 BECAUSE I KNOW I HAVE USED THE PHONE THAT TIME,

                                        BUT WHEN I DID NOT USE THE PHONE I AM NOT READY TO PAY THE AMOUNT. THERE IS NO CALL LOG OR ANYTHING IN THE BILL AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVES ARE TOO ARROGANT TO SOLVE MY PROBLEM.

                                        I ALSO SUGGEST INNOCENT PEOPLE OF INDIA NOT TO USE AIRTEL POSTPAID SERVICE.
                                        Sir, This is regarding the ineffecient service of Airtel. I am an Airtel customer since 2005 with postpaid no.[protected]. In this connection I would like to inform you that as per my bill plan (i.e. Rs 999/- for two years ) which has already been expired on 25.09.2008. On 9th July 2008, I had informed your customer care that after completed my plan period from 26.09.2008 onwards, I want to change my bill plan with same no. from post paid to prepaid effective 26.09.2008, But you have billed againt bill #[protected] my account Rs. 999/- one time charges for three years without informed me. I have also requested cutomer care through your service request no.18632541 dt. 06.10.2008 and 18732576 dt. 10.10.2008.

                                        Inspite of above, I had contacted customer care last 15 days but the problem is still same, if further i don't receive any clarification i will be compelled to go to consumer court. Is this the way the customers are satisfied!!

                                        I had post paid connection with airtel the number:[protected] in the month of november 2011,we had requested to change post paid to prepaid connection they accepted this request & sent representative for signature & document to change to prepaid.but still the plan has not changed &they are sending the bill till date.
