On 10 Jul 2013, I recharged my phone [protected] with Rs. 79. But till now am unable to make any calls. I get a message stating, outgoing calls are barred. This was the mail i received on recharging through online banking.

I have been receiving jokes from AT-OIAROT to my Airtel prepaid number([protected]) to which I never subscribed. Till now the services have not been activated, even though the address verification and on call verification has been done to activate the device.
I have purchased the device for a urgent corporate travel need, mentioning it should be activated asap.

The company is biggest fraid...whenever i use my internet package with balance on my phone the company automatically deducts 20 or sometimes 15 rupees but if my balance is emptly there is no deduction ...it reads that u have been deducted 20 , 15 for some animation or picures downloads which i never download and niether does the dwnld happens ...when i talk to customer carw they always prove wrong they say u might have clicked some button...first...

Never use the internet (or so called subscribed packet data) when u have large amount of balance. I tried to recharge on my airtel prepaid account to add 3G data pack for 1GB. It costs INR 255. I made an attempt to recharge this amount using my talktime balance on my prepaid account which failed. Hence I recharged the same amount using my debit card and it went successful. However the amount was deducted from my prepaid balance as well.

I am using Airtel Postpaid services No:[protected]. My bill plan name is Future Value 299 plan bearing Rs.299 rental. Apart from this, I have activated Rs.150 mobile internet data plan which gives 500MB of 2G and 500MB of 3G. I have activated this plan on[protected] and my bill generates on[protected]. I have called Airtel Customer Care whether I can use 500MB+500MB within[protected], They have told me that i can use all 500MB+500MB...

Its been only 3 months and our Airtel settop box started giving us problem and currently its not working at all.

Its been 10 days now that we have registered our complaint at airtel customer care and no resolution has been provided.
