Sir,

my name is priyank bhatnagar and number is [protected] and i am using this number from 1 yr my
billing cycle is 25 to 26 i have 198 plan net on my number which is automatically renewed
month by month and it get renewed on 26 may and i got message on 10 june that you have
consumed 1800mb and after 2 gb you will be charged normally .so i called on customer care se
suggest be to get activated 199 plan in which he told me that i will get unlimited data 2 gb
with good speed and that less speed but it will not cost me any thing extra and block the
previous plan of 198.



from 13 june 2013 my internet stop working and when i called customer care executive at 10:30
he told me sir you services are barred due to excess o[censored]nbilled amount that is 22000 rs
and if you want to get access to internet you par 9154 rs .

he also said that you have deactivated you internet in mid of the month so yu will be given
only 1 gb free and rest will be charged as per bill plan .

sir why i will be charged when i was given 2 gb nd i aleady got charge 198 and i didnt even
consume 2gb and i also paid 199 again and still my services got barred why....

AM I

1. Not paying bill on time from last 10 months
2. If there is a condition like this why i was not told earlier.
3. Why while activating new 199 plan and deactivating 198 plan you executive didnt told me
that you have be given on 1 gb and rest charged in 198 plan.
4. Even after paying 199 why my services got barred.
5.you customer care executive given me a complaint number[protected]and told that you will get
a Call within 2 hrs but its almost 8 hours i didnt get and call to resolve my query.
6. Every time i called customer care they told me that PLEASE BE ON LINE WE ARE TRANSFERRING
YOUR COMPLAINT TO OUR SENIOR AND EVERY TIME IT AUTOMATICALLY GETS DISCONNECTED.


please solve my query as soon as possible i need answer for all my questions.

Airtel Postpaid Mobile — Higherbill

I get much higher bill than my actual usege.I receive the incomming call on my No: [protected] of [protected]. Some times the connection gets engaged without using my cell.

    Hi,

    I Kishor Chillal purchased Airtel 3G Data Card ([protected]) Internet Service on the confirmation that the monthly charges would not exceed beyond Rs.750 and also it was assured by Airtel team that the there is no roaming applicable for Data network but when I checked my bill for the month of 12th Jun 2013 I was chraged Rs.1826 which is really a matter of concern.


    I really want this issue to be resolved asap

    I had a lot of problem in billing matters.I had a postpaid number [protected] and i took it in
    279 plan but i am recieving a bill for 379 in the recieved bills from last 2 months.I am previously a prepaid customer now as i liked the service of airtel i changed into postpaid with lot of expectations and they are charging bill on GPRS service which is not used by me in any ways as for this i am paying a sum of 200+ in last two bills.So kindly look over this issue and make us feel better with AIRTEL services.

    AirTel — Biling Issue

    Last Complaint Ref. No :[protected]

    One payment was done twice thru Citi Bank Credit Card on 22/11/09 Vide Ref. No.[protected] and 430288 amount 2341.34.
    I got confirmation from AirTel on 22/11/09, that the payment is taken twice and will be adjusted in next subsequent billings,
    Bill No.[protected] Dated 113.58 dated 06/01, Clearly showing the excess payment and amount 113.58 adjusted again excess payment taken and additional payment was reflecting as -2034.84

    Bill No.[protected] dated 06/02, amounting 479.75, Clearly showing the excess payment and amount 479 adjusted again excess payment taken and additional payment was reflecting as -1555.09

    Suddenly 21/02/09, AirTel Disconnected my number and when contacted, it was informed that amount is outstanding and they reverse my payment 2341.34.
    This payment was no where reflecting in my account, I confirmed from Citi Bank executive and also see my credit card details online, nothing is relfecting till 06/03/09 7:10 pm

    Keep sending mail to AirTel and contacting 121, I am just getting a reply that payment is reversed and amount is outstanding, but where it is reflecting? I already send the my latest statement to AirTel which is not reflecting any reversal almost one month is passed.

    No senior person is coming on line and executives at 121 is not able to resovle the issue,

    I dont know where to go????

    He should immediately file a case at consumer court against Airtel. In such type of cases normally Courts thrash mobile service oroviders. He should not only get refund but also a good amt of compensation.

    AirTel — Data card

    I had bought an airtel data card(wireless internet broadband connection) last month.
    - It does not work now because of data mismatch in the backend(operator mistake) they are not rectifying it after repeated complaints and not ready for a refund also.i paid2999rs for the data card and 1000rs as deposit.
    -The speed claimed by airtel is 236kbps, but the speed never goes beyond 16kbps.

    Any help on this is greatly appreciated.

    AirTel — Billing and network issue

    Myself Sukhwinder Singh. I had my airtel nos.[protected], [protected].I want to make ur kind attention towards my problem concerned with above nos. I had purchased above nos. from M/s Nandini Comm. A/city about 5 months ago, but a problem arised when both of my nos. Where not working properly (network related) even in residential areas of A/city. Then I complaint to customer care (121) about this for more than 4 to 5 times whose complaint reference nos. are 21865315,[protected],[protected] etc. But the result was nil. At last I said to customer care that I will not pay the bill unless my problem is solved, because the problem tends to my business loss. Then there were two bills which I had not paid after this incident. Now a person named Mr.Raj Kumar from A/cantt Airtel office send a recovery boy named Mr. Lalit and asked me to call Mr. Raj Kumar and then I called Mr.Raj Kumar and told him about the whole problem. But he not avers refused to solve my problem but also said that he will send recovery boy who will sit round o’clock at my house unless I will pay my Bills. The way of talking of Mr.Raj Kumar was very bad & rude even then I told him that if he solve my problem I will pay the bill But he not take any attention towards it. He not even thinks about company reputation.
    So, in vein I want to say that now you have came to know about this give me a reason why should I pay my bill.

    Airtel — 3G Data Card Bill related issues

    I have taken an Airtel 3G DataCard on 1st February 2011. While issuing the datacard I was told that the Free usage will be given on pro-rated basis and my bill will be calculated from 1st to 20th. During the usage period, I have called them several times to confirm this and to give my outstanding bill amount. However their customer care (which in my opinion is the worst ever service) said that it will be available only when the bill is generated. Finally now, they have created a bill calculating the pro-rated basis from 1st Feb - 10th Feb and asking me to pay 15000 ruppees.

    I have been calling their customer care to try to explain these details and their customer care quality is poor to such level that they are recording some irrelevant details in the customer complaint and not providing the solution.

    Every time I call to follow up the complaint, the customer care people put me on hold for 30 minutes and drop the call.

    I do not know what sort of customer service is this and I may be ending up in paying this bill which is a total fraud.

    Customers Please be aware of such looters.

    Hi Team,

    The issue is still pending and my service has been disconnected temporarily.

    I have accepted the service only after confirmation from the Airtel contact centre executive that the monthly charges won't go beyond Rs.750 and once the limit is crossed I'll be getting the benefit of 2G with only browsing facility but there won't be additional cost to my monthly bill.

        AIRTEL PHONE AND INTERNET CONNECTION — Landline and internet connection not working

        Sir,

        I, Radha Chaturvedi, is holding AIRTEL land line number[protected], located House No. 9, F2 Sector, Mayur Vihar Colony, Ashoka Garden, Bhopal - 462023, M.P. since[protected]. I have also activated INTERNET CONNECTION on the line.

        On 3-6-2009, the landling and internet connection was not working and I lodged a complaint with customer care executive Mr. Abhishek at 1230 hrs. who gave me a complaint no. : 20488696 and assured that the landling and internet connection will function before 1730 hrs. on 3-6-2009.

        It is now well past 1200 hrs. on 4-6-2009, and still the landline is not functional. No one from Airtel has botered to call me or to inform me of the delay in starting the line which for all practical purpose has gone dead only after 3 days of installation!!!

        You are requested to kindly provide better service and do the needful please.

I myself a resident of vasanthapuri colony and i have faced the problem o[censored]navailability of network providers and at last have taken Beam broadband services. I don't have any problem in providing my details but it wont rectify the problem, I may not be a person to give you a suggestion but you can setup a survey team in vasanthapuri colony, Malkajgiri areas and gather information from people.             i am use airtel number [protected] from 1.5 year in every bill airtel wrong bill generated arter call him they discount in bill and correct the bill you can check my every bill.he also commit me we will gave you rs 100 talktime in every month for our this service.now again this bill they not gave me same discount and not discount me in 125 free sms as his bill plan 125 sms in every month now i talk with his customer care ranjit kaur she reply on diwali our message is chargabe so we can not gave you discount i ask her are your team communinte or gave information for this i ask her now show me proof when you inform me then i am not ask for discount.

              Customer care executives from air-tel told me to call on number 543211 to change dialer tone(Song).When am calling in this number not getting any customer care executive and they are taking 3.rs per minute. I tried 3 times but getting information that all are busy or call will be disconnected and taking charge 3Rs. Customer not getting any benefit from this .

                Past one month the balance on my Airtel number [protected] is deducting automatically. I get a message from Airtel saying Thanks for downloading a value pack from Airtel for Rs.xxx. Some time it deducts Rs99, some times Rs65 n some some other amount which varies according to my balance. Every time it happens, I call the customer care. They say, sir you have downloaded a value pack. When I say I have not done it and act tough on them, they give my balance back, saying, sir you are our valuable customer so we are reversing the balance this time. But if it happens again we cannot help you.

                Once a customer care supervisor agreed that it seems to be a technical problem. He said that it will be forwarded to the technical department and I will never face the problem again. But its repeating again and again.

                Its really been frustrating. Is this a new way of Airtel to loot its customers and fund its scams.

                Airtel — Automatic caller/hello tune activation against Prepaid Cell Connection

                Airtel is just cheating. I did not opt for caller/hello tune against my Airtel Prepaid Cell Connection. Airtel activated it automatically.

                i am ananda a consumer of airtel in orissa circle having mobile number [protected] beg to state that, last night after making a call to a local number beside the call charge a sum of rupees 45/- had been deducted from my account. i contacted with customer care and came to know caller tune service activeted by pressing * button . but i am sure sir i never press any button during that call . repeat i never press any button during that call. automatically that service activated .please solve my problem and return my deducted said amount for which i shall ever grateful to you.
                I am having two connections( [protected]--Prepaid) without hello tune and ([protected]-Post paid ) with hello tune Imagine (remix) .

                Surprisingly SAME HELLO TUNE of my other postpaid connection got activqted vide SMS no -6782 & 6781 .I might have pressed some button to close some UNSOLICITED SMS from your end.KINDLY Deactivate your all prmo SMS from both the connection for future years so I may not be trapped like this.

                Needles to mention that getting hello tune in my prepaid connection I had to call up your helpdesk executive and then select some tune which got activated after few hours.But in the forced injected hello tunes for [protected] all these stages were not there.

                Kindly arrange to refund the charges duducted from the account for activiting hellow tune and extend your good genture to customer which normally airtel does.I have already informed to your helpdesk and ref no is indicated at the subject.

                hello hi airtel has become worse that they are showing that they are no 1 but this not where the distributors and the dealers are doing preactivations and selling the cards in numbers at low price they company is becoming worse that the are killing people hard earned money and the government doest even care like this company nowadays every thing is only with the money distribuor like mayura agencies in katpadi vellore is the worst amd bks traders in vellore are the worst where the distributors do sell the companys demo cards at rs 2000 to 5000 and even do lots and lots of preactivations and wasting the comapany prepaid card for where the airtel company is giving more and more commision but or utter waste

                I am a user of Airtel Mobile service with Mobile No. [protected]. frequently i am receiving messages that enjoy download games with http//gclub and deducting amount from my available balance.

                Before this I lodged 2 compalaints and thought that it may be stopped. Today i received a call from Airtel custer service and they inform me that in future it will not happened. But today at 3.30 afternoon again it happened and they deducted Rs.20 from my balance. Due to which i am feeling very uncomfort and planing to change my mobile service from Airtel to any other Mobile service because I can not afford this much loss.

                Kindly take personal interest and take necessary step to stop this type of deduction and inform me otherwise there is no way to change my mobile sevice.

And there is no chance to complain to Airtel customer service because they always say that the pack is activated by you and it is not activate automatically but the question is when they inform me about there pack? Only I got a sms at 17.59 on 06.06.2010 "Thank You for choosing Baba Ramdev Pack. You will now receive update on Baba Ramdev Pack. You have been charged Rs5 for 5days. To Stop dial *646*734#." Please stop them to activate this kind of activation.

                Huge balance getting deducting from my no [protected] automatic ,After checking i found that a value added service called "star of the month" is activated on my number, but I HAVE NOT REQUESTED FOR ANY SERVICE. this service has been unwantedly been activated in my number by airtel hence balance has been deducted. I called their careline several times but always call gets disconnected. this is creating a big mental hazardeous to me .I kindly request you to look after this matter and credit my balance immediately and reply as soon as possible.

                In my mobile automatically the services getting activated without me knowing.
                Yesterday Radio service get activated on 6 P.m. and 30/- deducted from account.
                Today some Ravi Teja event get activated on 6:28 P.m. and 15/- get deducted from account.
                What’s going on.
                I tried to all ur customer care nos. like 198, 121, 1211, 12118, 59830, 54321300, 1909, 12321, [protected], 4121 but no where direct call connected to customer executive.
                Please do the needful help.
                And plz credit the amount of these services in my account. And deactivate these 2 services, I am not interested at all.
                Without my permission how it’s getting activated.

                sir, since last two two days Airtel is activating payable services on my mobile no. [protected] .On 16may11 they charged me for downloading a game even i didn't download any game.On 17may11 they charged me for online radio service but i didn't activate any service like this. when i contacted customer care they told me that u have surfed the internet and downloaded the game.but i surfed the internet for 4-5minutes and i have only surfed the site www.rediffmoney.com except that i didn't surfed any site then how can i download a game.while contacting to customer care i didn't get satisfactory answer from them.

                Bharti Airtel Limited — Automatic Activation of Various Services and Deducts Money from my Account

                Sir/Madam,

                I have a prepaid airtel no.[protected] under my name Kulbhushan Hasija.
                From last few months , I dont know what is the problem with Airtel.
                They activated services on my number at their will and charge me without my notice and request.
                Last year they activated Cricket Pack Rs.5 per day for 8 months and then they activated a Shahrukh pack and then a game which I didnt knew at all and they charged me like anything. They are cheating me and my illiterate country people at their will.2-3 months back on my representation telephonically they have stopped all such services which I never need and now once again they have activated Videos Unlimited Pre Subscription Services on 5/07/11 and charged Rs.2 per day for which I have never requested.
                In view of the above , I hereby request to please look into the matter and save my hard earned money and thousands of my Indian friends from being cheated.

                This is Binay from Hyderabad, I am working in IBM as a System Admin. I have issue with Airtel service provider, I am using Airtel sim previously 3.5 years but in a few month i am facing lot of problem they deduct my balance every day. Allready they deduct my hello tune charge after that They are sending some SMS regarding hello tunes and cutting my balance.                 i just made a call to my friend and after disconnecting the call what i have seen that company had deducted 20 rs from account . I got the message that your caller tune service is started but i never told them to start all these bull .When i called the custumer care one of the person recive the call and told think to him .After that he told i cat refund your balance .Then i told ok no problem dont refund the balance but just transfer the call to
                your manager or supervisor, so what the answer i got from that gay the supervisor is on in office i will not transfer the call .After doing so many argument at last that gay has transfer the call .He transfer me to someone to the person whose name was lokesh chaudhary again i explain whole
                think to him .These gay is saying that after all conversatoin that you not get balance back and he is also not giving any satisfactory answer to me . After all these thinks i have also made the complane for think and that extra deduction of my balance of my call charges . My airtel to airtel call charges are 10 paise per minite and other mobile 60 paise per minite .                 I didnt activate any subscriptions/activations,but my mobile amount is deducted for some activations.Then i call up to customer care 121,and deactivate my activation.But again after some days same problem.This is repeating till today.why that stupid activations are activated even if i didnt activate it. Why the great "Airtel" frauding the people like this.Its not only my problem,almost everyone face this problem.I request you to please dont deduct money from our mobile simply.

                  we have an air-tel fixed line internet connection in our hospital for 1 year past one weak ago a problem occurred sound in phone and disconnecting of internet we complained to the customer care and they will rectified in 2 days after that it worked fine for 2 days their is no problem in connection after 2 days air-tel service engineer will come and disconnect our connection and tell us that he will be reconnect in the same day evening but he will not come we are trying for 6 days 10-15 days per day his mobile number is [protected] he will not answered our call after that we complaint at customer care center number for more then 3 times after that they will give me a number[protected] and we call that number on 10th may 2013 at 3.00 pm they replied your problem will be rectified in today night 8 pm or up to tomorrow (11/06/2013) 1.30 pm on wards but now the time is 8.15 pm they will not do any reply or service now we called the service engineer they answered that they will rectify it on tomorrow on wards so i inform that please do not buy airtel connection they will not respond for any of your queries i'm also an airtel valid customer i'm using airtel for more then 10 years

                  I just want to close Airtel Fixedline account number 14879791, telephone no is[protected].

                  I had paid the last bill amount of Rs. 729/- and rest is remain for unbilled amount.

                  I have the following concern no./ integration no. are:-

                  [protected]Nov - requested for cancellation
                  [protected]Nov - forward a request again
                  [protected]Nov - confirmed by customer care i.e. connection is closed.
                  [protected]Nov - night- again confirmed by customer care that will close with in 24 hours.

                  But the connection still going on, If it is not going to be closed by the e.o.f. today, i.e. 04-Nov-2009, then I am not responsible for any un-billed or billed amount for the same connection.

                  Airtel Telemedia Services will responsible for the same.

                  AirTel — Airtel Fixed line complaint

                  Hi,

                  I am having a airtel number[protected]. I decided to discontinue this number 2 months before. I called customer care and told to disconnect the number. For next 15 days, everyday I got a call that sir please discontinue this number, we are offering you this and that. It was frustrating to answer so many calls. Everytime I said "No, I don't want to discontinue."

                  One day suddenly I got a call that I have shown interest in continuing the number. This was a bad trick played by some of airtel executive.

                  Then I called again the customer care executive and told the whole story. He asked me to raise a new request for cancellation. I raised the request[protected] on march 3rd . CC executive name was Mr. Aadil. Again I got 2-3 calls everyday for one week. Finally I lost my patience and shouted on one such call maker. Calls stopped coming. But as of today on 29th March, Number is still continue. I 've decided to put a request in consumer court for this harassment by Airtel. They are misleading their customers by playing tricks.

                  Solve the matter as soon as possible.
                  Please read the first para as below. there are some typos above.

                  I am having a airtel number[protected]. I decided to discontinue this number 2 months before. I called customer care and told to disconnect the number.                   Airtel seems to be showing some due bill amount of 640 Rs. This is monthly rental and I haven't used it during that month. It has occured as my connection was not disconnected on time.
                  So I would like Airtel to settle this amount also. For this amount also I am getting a call almost everyday.
                  Airtel is continually increasing this amount and they have send a bill with amount of 1000 rs. Eventhough I haven't used in for last 3 months.
                  Just imagine If airtel did not disconnect my connection, why should I pay for this duration? It's not my fault.

                  Airtel billing team is torturing me by calling me again and again and sending lots of sms. This is completely ridiculous.

                  I find it interesting and laughable that Airtel Presence team claims that this issue is resolved.

                    I had raised a request initially for relocation of Airtel DTH service. This request, I was told, has two parts, one the de-installation and second the installation at the new place. The de-installation was done promptly, and I was not able to install at the new place because there was pending cabling work at my new place. The engineer assured me that once the cabling is done I could call him and fix an appointment.

                    Everything goes wrong after this. The cabling at my place is done and try and reach out to the engineer and he keeps coming up with excuses, and eventually stop responding to the calls. So then I go to customer care with two requests, one get the installation done and two get my SD set top box upgraded to DVR - HD set top box, they assure me that two days is the ETA for the requests. From then on every day or every two days I'm asked to create a new request as the ones I previously created get closed by the service/field team. These tickets gets closed without even getting a confirmation from me.

                    During this is going go, Airtel DTH comes up with a plan to milk some more money off me. An executive Ronald (contact numbers[protected] and [protected]) calls me and says he would sent an engineer in 6 hours if I recharge my account. So then I recharge my account with my monthly recharge amount (Rs. 572). After this I'm told that I was supposed to recharge with the cost of the DVR - HD set top box (Rs. 5740). I do that as well, and now I've recharged worth Rs. 6312 (572 + 5740). Once this done I never hear from Ronald, and he does not respond to my calls, and it has now been 3 days since the payments have been made. I'm now sitting here raising requests after requests which gets automatically closed after every day or every 2 days. I feel mugged. I feel there is more honour is mugging than what these guys are doing. The CSE blames the service/field team for closing the requests, they say they will excalate the request, but how do I make sure that they do? How do I get this to a higher authority than the CSE? The CSE says that I can't even directly approach their supervisors... These guys loots money for customers and makes them beg to get the entitled services...

                    I have received SMS on 8 july recharge with 190Rs and get 190 talk time.I recharge my mobile ([protected])same day but till now i could not get full value i receive only 170.After many complains(complain no 125846) i have not received the same.They every time says wait for 2-3 days your problem will solve.Today customer service says you can not get the balance.I think this is CHEATING with customers.Why they do SMS like this if they do not give it.

                    I have contacted Airtel DTH call centre number ([protected]) and asked for a details for dish tv connection. it has been told by airtel executive that if i pay though telephone i will get connection within 24-48 hrs. So i paid Rs. 4090 amount through telephone payment gateway. i got confimation of my trascation id and confirmation. since then i am waiting for Airtel feedback. I called airtel call centre almost 6 times and tried to receive information but no one is answering and enable answer my call. I feel like cheated by Airtel. I also got a feel that a racket operating within the airtel call centre operating a big scam.
                    i AGREE. I HAVE BEEN CHEATED OF 4040/- RUPEES FOR INSTALLATIONOF AIRTEL DTH TOO.

                    Airtel DTH — Cheating on Installation Information

                    Hi,

                    I first gave a call to 12150 (airtel DTH Customer Care) asking for DTH details as I was interested in taking a new account. I confirmed from airtel that my connection will be given within 48 hours. I also mentioned that I am available only after 6pm, they said it will be done in 48 hours based on my timing preference.

                    So based on this info, i ordered online for my airtel DTH at 8pm 19/10/2010. I got a call morning from airtel mentioning that I would get me connection at 6pm 21/10/2010. But following that call I got a message from airtel mentioning that I would get it at 22/10/2010 at 1 pm. I would not available at 1 pm and it was not what was agreed on.

                    When I called 12150 customer care, they kept repeating that slot is not free. They mentioned that I would only be getting the connection on 25/10/2010 (name of the customer service agent is Asif Khan as mentioned by him). I require a connection within the 48 hour i.e. with in 8pm 21/10/2010 or the refund of the money paid. Please help me out with this.

                    I just bought airtel dth on 02 Jan. 2011 that too their ultra pack with recorder system for full one year in advance payment through credit card. But after installing it they said we don't have any radio channels. When I showed them the channel list printout taken from their website they just changed their website on 05 Jan. 2011 and said no we are not offering any radio channels. And when i said that then i don't want your DTH connection then and refund me back my money. They straightway said, No we cant cancel your registration and even if we cancel your registration, no refund will be provided to me. So I urge everyone who read this that never fall in the trap of Airtel. They are such a fraud company. I'm having tata sky from the last 3 years and never had any problem. It was my bad luck that i Thought of shifting to airtel. But I am not going to spare them. I will file a case against them as I have got all the airtel website printouts, mails and sms of them.

                    Airtel is real fraud. Don't ever fall in the trap of Airtel. They will do anything to make you their customer but once you became their customer, then they make you to resort to every means for resolving ones complaint. The Airtel company is really like a mouse trap. Now you can very well see my state that how much attention they give to their customer. That even after ten days, I'm still running around them.                     First of all I would like to thanks to administrators of this site who allow us to raise customer's voice while sitting at home and secondly [protected]@gmail.com who support me and as soon as they offer me legal help, the Airtel refunded my money back. I'm grateful to both in solving my problem.
                    Now I would like to comment on Airtel's attitude towards customer. This company really don't care about customer ("customer satisfaction" is not in their dictionery). I've seen in this episode that in Airtel there is such a work culture that each and every employee of Airtel tries to fool customer and always tells a lie. And their employees are so committed to Airtel that they always try to prove that "CUSTOMER IS WRONG". As in my case as you can see that even if I had shown them their website printouts but even then they are so committed that no sir you are wrong and we are right. And I'm not talking about their DTH services, in every service whether its mobile or its landline they just make the customer to run around them. There is lot more to write but I think its the enough message for the Airtel as well as general public that please always think 100 times before entering in any deal with Airtel.

                    I’m a frustrated customer of Airtel Digital TV service. I’m in touch with their virtually non-functional call centre, to add the below channels.

                    1. Captain TV
                    2. Vasanth TV
                    3. Movies Now &
                    4. Gemini TV
                    I spoke to their CSR on Saturday and he informed me that my complaint would be resolved before 12:00 PM Monday (21st March 2011). But until now no action has been taken.

                    I spoke to their CSR on Monday to only hear that the complaint would get resolved by 3:00 PM. But nothing happened.

                    When I called their call centre today, your CSR told me that, all the channels would be charged & he will intimate a technical person to re-align the antenna to face Satellite-2 to get the above channels before 3:00 PM today.

                    As usual, this also did not happen. Can someone take action so that this complaint is addressed @ the earliest.

                    I sent a mail to them nothing happened.

                    When I again contacted their call centre they again registered a complaint hopefully they might resolve it.

                    I got a heart break when the customer service agent told that I'm not eligble for two months additional subscription even thought I paid a annual subscription fee to avail this offer.

                    He's telling me that I should have called their call centre to make this change & I told him I did that, he's saying me I can't help it. Now I'm helpless.

                    My Airtel DTH (No.[protected]) was connected last December'2009. Service is quite ok except the following -

                    (1) Since last 2/3 months the set top box is not working properly. A few days back, company service person came and set right; but after some hours it has stoped working. They suggested to replace it which I agreed. But it is now three days they have not turned up. As a result, me and my family are not going to enjoy today's most important cricket.

                    (2) On the other hand, the airtel advertisements coming to my mobile are very very very disturbing.

                    I am Vivekanandan C. I am using Airtel for more than one service. I am using Airtel for my prepaid mobiles, Postpaid landlines and Broadband connections and also for my DTH. On 21 March 2012 I made a payment for a Recharge. For that payment they sent me a mail having the following details Invoice Number, Product Code, Product, Amount. That's All and It doesn't have the Transaction ID. Unfortunately My DTH is not recharged so I dialed the customer care. They told me to provide the transaction ID and hang off the phone suddenly without any notification to hanging off. They also locked my option to contact customer care through customer care number. I called them only once, for that they locked my option to cantact customer care? They are not providing correct solution for this. I need solution for this issue. I can go forward for this case to any extent. Also tell me How to file a court case against them.
                    The problem is resolved by the Airtel Customer Care. They recharged my DTH Account through a dealer mobile and sent me the message. Thanks to Airtel Customer Care and the persons who involved in this resolution process.

                      Here is the summary of my suffering:
                      I have airtel boradband connection and as per the connection plan I have a landline also.
                      1) From 20th May'13 my landline stopped working. I thought it might be some minor technical glitch, so didn't bother as I have great faith in Airtel service. But after 2 days when it didn't get fixed, I raised a complaint. and to my surprise they closed it next day stating resolved without calling or informing me. On 23rd when i again call up the call center to know the status of the complaint i got to know this story. So they again created a ticket and told it'll be fixed in 24 hrs. This way i have accumulated 4 tickets :)) .. But the problem still persits.

                      Till now i had great experience with Airtel and always told my friends about their prompt service. But now onwards, I'll surely think before I talk.

                        I had availed of Airtel's 'advance rental plan for getting a broadband cum land line in the month on April. the executive collected the documents and cheque i paid for a 6 months advance rental plan. When I asked for a receipt of the cheque to the executive, I was told that it will be reflected as 'paid' in the 1st months bill for the land line. Last month when I received the bill for the land line which was showing no amount was paid! so I got in touch with the call centre and asked them about it. I also got in touch with the executive who had collected my documents and cheque to inform him about this issue. He asked me for the cheque details, which I also provided him. he promised to call me back. A day later I got a call from the call centre asking me about non-payment of the bill. I explained that I had give a cheque and provided the details of the same to them. I also provided the details (name and contact no) of the executive who had collected the cheque. After this call, the executive never called me and when I tried calling the executive; he did not pick up my calls.

                        Thus began the journey of getting innumerable calls from the call centre. Every time its a new executive who has been calling and asking me about the same details and giving me a new complaint no. each time with a promise to close it in the next 48 hours. They have been asking me for a copy of my bank statement showing clearance of 'THE CHEQUE' when time and again I have told them that its not getting reflected in my statement and its not presented to my bank. I am then being asked for a copy of the cheque that I had issues, as proof. This is a ridiculous expectations - noone would give me a connection until I would have made payment in some mode. I have been asking Airtel to accept that the cheque is lost at their end and that they can bear the stop payment charges that my bank would levy on me; I would then issue another cheque.

                        Now I have got collections not only calling up and harassing me, but also visiting my house. on each occasion, I am been asked about 'THE ISUUE''! I have told them that I refuse to give any more information and to get in touch with their internal teams before they try to get in touch with me in anyway. I don't see this going anywhere now and therefore would like to lodge a complaint of harassment against Airtel

                        I got a post-paid connection for my company Envigo Ltd after submitting all documents which were asked for. There was a verification also done by Airtel when your representatives visited the premises.
                        Then I received two different phone calls from the same office telling me to submit missing documents, which I had not submitted.

                        There were two things wrong:
                        1. I had submitted all documents.
                        2. on each of the calls, a different set of documents were asked for

                        All my identity documents have been lost and Airtel is responsible in case they are misused. This is gross negligence, if not an outright sale of identity related documents to tele-marketers or worse, to fraudsters.

                        I plan to take this forward as a formal complaint. Can someone advise which is the best place to raise this as a formal complaint?

                          I purchased new STB (Set Top Box) with HD. I paid more than Rs. 2700.00 for the same.
                          I was provided set of hardware (Includes dish antena, cables and STB.
                          There was a manufacturing defect in STB which cause software updation everytime i switched on the STB.
                          I reported this problem to Airtel customer care as well as to the Gujarat Nodal Officer of Airtel DTH.

                          Instead of reparing the same STB, they gave me another STB which was already used by someone else.

                          Either they should repair my own STB or they should provide me a New STB, but they gave me used old STB, which is bigger in size also.

                          I reported to customer care again for providing me a new STB, but they did not respond to me.

                          Please help me.

                          AirTel — Set top box problem

                          I had purchased airtel DTH 1 year back. In 1 year my set top box replaced by airtel 3 times due to problem with settop box. Last replaced by them was not a new one. they have given me old repaired one (from some one else). Now again settop box has started making problems. But they are closing the complaints without solving problem. No response from their side.

                          Hi,

                          I have raised 3 Complaints SR, 3 delay in resolution & 2 wrong resolution complaints but my problem in not yet resolved, detail is as follows:

                          1.Complin SR No.[protected] Date 26/08/11 which was closed without giving any resolution
                          2. Again Complain raised as wrong resolution SR No. 11402115 on 29/08/11 .....result SR closed without resolution again.
                          3. Wrong Resolution SR no. 11474737 on 31/08/11...result no response from Airtel
                          4. Two delay in resolution complain raised on 03/09/11 with request no. 11546127 & 11568605 ..
                          5. Fresh SR no. 11698316 dated 08/09/11
                          5. Delay in resolution SR no. 11738299 dated 09.09.11
                          6. SR no. 11772713 dated 10.09.11

                          Still numnber is counting....but there is no resolution by Airtel

                          I am also facing the same issue. I have also raised 2 complaints for the stb issue but no resolution and the days are counting. I am frustrated with them and finally decided to disconnect the service.

                          I am telling you withy exp, Airtel is one of the worst in terms of serving the customers. They are focussed only on increasing their revenue quarter by quarter.

                          I suggest you to go for some other service provider.

                          Now total complaint count is 8 and it is pending from 26/08/11...

                            Hello my airtel mobile number is [protected] .
                            I recharged my airtel number with a topup of Rs 200 on 12/06.2013 which is a full talk time topup. But I only received Rs175 as the recharge amount.
                            When I inquired about this in the customer care of airtel , they told that it will be automatically added in 4 hours of time. But next day when I called they told that I have only recharged for Rs 175 which is a fraudulent statement. More over they made me wait for about 15 minutes to speak to their customer supervisor executive.
                            Please take action against the company sir. Also they deduct Rs 2 or Rs 1 daily from my account without any reason stating that I have some pack activated on my account. When I call their customer care they claim that it is not true and I have no offers activated on my number.

                            Please take action against Airtel and provide me and customers like me justice sir.

                            Airtel — no top up in rs.200 recharge

                            I got a airtel recharge done on 25th october at 6:43pm of rs.200 (trans id[protected].i just got a talktime of rs.1 and a month's validity.i called airtel and found out that it was a plan meant for 3G customers.As mine is not a 3G enabled set .The plan has got no use for me.therefore i request you to cancel the plan and give me talktime instead because its a waste of money for me.

                              I would like to know, is their any action take by AIRTEL/BHARTI to solve this issue? I called on 121, two times. But they couldnt give me any details, and even they didn try to help. Ones my complaint is register, you should follow me. But people from AIRTEL asked me to call me on 121, next day or in the morning. And whenever I make called very easly AIRTEL answer machine fool us, by saying press 1, 2, 3, ... for this and that service. And at they end we didnt get any result/detail.

                              This is very serious issue. On 13 Aug. 2008. I have recharged my mobile with the amount 1947. in the service reply we are getting the message recharge with 1947 will

                              Get 1947 talk time and all STD should be 1Rs. But when I recharge I got 1947 talk time but the STD at 1 Rs. is not activated.

                              I had talk with customer care. She says offer ended but till even two days after when I press *123# I am getting message like. with 1947 will

                              Get 1947 talk time and all STD should be 1Rs. again speak with customer care another people says send message 1947 to 170 your std pack will activated within 72 hours . I did and I received reply

                              For past 3 days im asking airtel people to cancel my fixedline and broadband[protected], its in the name of M.R.Srinivasan.But nobody is giving me correct procedure to disconnect. They are fooling me by telling that my wife has asked them to retain the connection, its totally impossible b`coz she is out of station.

                              Next thing Airtel people are clever that they charge late payment fee though the bill is paid before the due and there are many hidden charges also.Im in the plan of 799 rental with 256kbps speed but they dont provide really that much only for two or three days after complaint they do.

                              So im really fed up of this and i want to move out.

                              on 11.02.009 i received a call from a lady named miss shruti [protected] ...she told that they got a new offer for me as my number has been chosen lucky...the offer was that with recharge of 580 rs i will get full talk time + i will get 200 messages free +all A to A calls will be charged 30 paise per minute + A to other mobile and land line will be charged 50 paise per minute +sdt calls at 0.99 pasise per minute..this offer was for life time...
                              i told her call me back next day...she called me up and i was interested in the offer ...so i gave her my home address...the she told me that she will be sending her executive to my place to collect the money and proof next day...on 13.02 .09 the executive came to my place to collect the money ...he asked me fill the form ...then after filling the form a gave him the money and he gave back the receipt...and he told me taht the offer will get activated within 12 hour..till now offer has not been activated...so plz help me ...
                              I got my voucher activated with lifetime scheme{rs 99} and recharged it with Rs 100 topup.
                              I received sms's regarding confirmation of the above activities but after a day all the amount and activation was gone and it said that your sim card is not activated.
                              I consulted the shop<Sheetal Communications, D park, Rohtak 124001, haryana> but they are doing nothing.
                              I also consulted the Airtel's relationships manager of our region and he is also doing nothing.

                              Dear Sir,

                              I would like you to intervene as i am very upset by the way of working and customer service provided by Airtel.

                              I am an Airtel customer with a prepaid connection from past six years. Recently, on 19 th feb 2008 i received a call from a tele caller from airtel stating that being a vintage customer i`m being offered with a scheme wherein i would be charged with 30 paise for local Airtel to airtel calls and 50 paise on sms and calls to other numbers for which i will have to pay Rs.580/- towards subscription and the scheme would be activated within three hours of filling up the form and payment.I agreed to it and the executive visited my place on 23rd feb and asked me to fill up the enrollment form and collected the said amount from me.He also provided me with the contact number of the telecaller for further assistance.As the scheme was not activated i tried calling the numbers provided to me but the same is contactable.

                              Seeing this i forwarded the mail to their complaint redressal Email id but i received a reply on my reminder mail stating to visit the airtel relationship center for redressal.As instructed i visited the center but the executives out there refused to help and asked me to call their hotline number 999 from their ARC.I contacted them and a lady called Harshita attended me and was only reciting apology and refused to assist further.So i insisted to speak to their manager and Mr. Moshin came online. He too refused to provide me with the details of the numbers from which i received the call and advised me to go legally with the issue.

                              So i request you Sir, please intervene and help me resolve this issue and take strict action against this company as i suspect fraud due to following reasons:
                              1 - Disclosing the details of the customer to third party without consent of the customer, as the person called had all my details which i had provided with Airtel.
                              2 - The executive who visited had all the details i.e form, ID from airtel.
                              3 - The number from which i received the call is similar to the number from which i also receives voice recorded calls for the promotion of the new facility from airtel.
                              4 - Airtel, if was genuine and not a part of this fraud then would have definitely helped me in tracing the culprits who are disgracing the name of the company but instead they just tried to wave off by asking me to go legally and sowing their inability in taking action or providing the details of the number even though they had received many such complaints prior to mine.

                              I request you to take quick action against them and get me reverted with the amount i lost and an compensation for mental stress, wastage of time and money, due to their improper way of working and carelessness.

                              Details of the numbers from which they can trace the culprits which are alos provided to the manager Mr. moshin by me and other customers.

                              Second call received from:[protected] from the executive to verify the address, the number is sitll contactable but they are not picking up the phone.
                              Third numbers provided to me for assisstance which are now not contactable:[protected] and [protected].
                              PLEASE ACTION FAST WHICH WOULD REDUCE FURTHER COMPLAINTS AS THEY MIGHT ALSO TRY THE SAME WITH OTHER CUSTOMERS.

                              finnaly I called them they were tell only download free but call charges apply its big fraud

                              Due to financial constraints and problematic FWP handset I lodged a request with the Airtel 121 helpline to have my 'FWP' Postpaid number [protected] converted into 'MOBILE' prepaid with the condition of retaining the same number, which they have been doing already for many of their customers as per the information given by their relationship center in Sector 12 Noida.

                              I must say, in the pursuit of maximising their revenue from each subscriber Airtel has have fallen to the lowest of cheapster-tricks.

                              I want to ask the following from AIRTEL:

                              The Pc Secure antivirus, that you apparently provide to your subscriber is a big fraud. and it does make good money for you, doesn't it? Random, unspesific actions of your subscriber activate this service. Whether the antivirus software has actually been isntalled on the poor subscriber's system is not at all required for you to charge him the money. And you continue to do so, every month, till the person actually finds out the fraud and questions you back. But by then you have made enough from one customer! Isn't it you frauds?

                              How can you charge indefintely for a service that you have no proof is actually being used by your customer? Allocatino of activation key cannot be a reason for charging indefintely. And where in the cluster of your agreement with end-user does it mention that it is the subscriber's responsiblity to actually call you up and ask to de activate the service (whereas activation can happen without any actino of his!).

                              I as a cusomter of airtel want to know:
                              1. where is it mentioned that I will be ifnormed about this PS Secue antivurs activation? Even in the bill you cleverly hide it udner DSL Usage section.

                              2. How can you put a subscription service under that sectino? DSL is for digital Subscriber Line. a networking term. How is that related to Antivirus? specially when there is not data flowing from ur DSL regarding that service?

                              3. Why is the subscriber informed about this service in adequate detail? No one ever told me it is an antivirus. Everybody has an antivirus in their system. No one wants you stupid Pc Secure antivirus. If I were informed that an antivirus is being subscribed i would never have doen that. I feel cheated. Kindly explain whats your respone on this.

                              Message is "Airtel Digital TV special offer only for u! Recharge your id [protected] with Rs. 725 and get 3 months special pack + 10 days freed period as bonus! hurry!"

                              I spoke to customer care executive for this offer on 25th April 2011 and he said first recharge your accound and call back to customer care to apply this scheme.
                              I recharged on 25th April 2011 and phoned customer care today 26th April 2011 to apply this 10 days bonus scheme.
                              Now she is saying that we can not give 10 days bonus to you. she transfered call to senior person but he said that I am lying about this kind of sms. And he hanged up the phone.


                              Also when I purchased new Airtel DTH connection through customer care number and credit card, Airtel customer care executive told me that I will get 250 cash back because I booked this using credit card. I didn't get cash back and I registered complain. but without resolving this complain they closed it. So I asked customer care to reopen it on 25th April 2011. He said he has reopened it but I didn't get message with complain number.
                              Airtel DTH provides all false promises just to sell their business and should be termed as the most ever thirdclass category. I asked is there any service provided from one set top box to 2 TVs in 2 different rooms?
                              The Sales team (guy named Deepak) told its possible and he will tell his engineer to provide that service for me.
                              Whereas when I asked the same question to Tata Sky they said it cannot be provided. This is the difference between Airtel and Tata Sky.

                              changed it 2672760 and again changed it 2672788 by him and till date needful
                              not yet done and he also threated me and absued me that he will not install
                              the connection and also he will not refund the money.

                              Due to all this i got harrsed by him and lot of problems in my business.

                              After seeing Rs.250 cash back (if purchased online) offer on airtel website i have decided to buy airtel d2h online. On 1st July at around 5.30 PM, I submitted my name and phone number details on airtel website to buy airtel d2h connection. After submitting the web page displayed a message saying an airtel representative will contact me shortly to help me purchase d2h connection. After sometime i got a call from a person (number: [protected]) saying that he is an airtel representative and asked my email id and that he would send the details for making payment online. I got an email from lalit.[protected]@virti-interactive.com and a link http://offers.connectindia.in/checkout.htm is mentioned as payment details. On 2nd July at around 11.30 AM i got a call from the same person and said he would help make the payment online. After a payment of Rs.1590 is done a payment reference number[protected] was given. And i was told that the product will be delivered within 48 hours. But it was not delivered. I see a lot of fraud complaints against VRITI INTERACTIVE dated from 2010 and even before. WHY THE HELL NO ACTION IS BEING TAKEN AGAINST THESE VRITI????? This is clear fraud. PLEASE FOR GOD SAKE, TAKE ACTION AGAINST THOSE BASTARTDS, THEY ARE LOOTING PEOPLE LIKE ANYTHING.
                              I got the dth connection yesterday. But i need to clarify few things. Does airtel really have an online tie up with Vriti/Connectindia. I feel that, if i had not registered a complaint in this forum airtel would not have bothered to deliver my product. Airtel should see that its online partners are genuine and don't loot their customers.

                              This is how Airtel sales staff earn money from consumers. Rs. 500 per person, and u know how many conncections Airtel has in Gurgaon.

He replied that this plan was activated only for 4 days and after that they activated 10 ps per kB plan on my sim. without sending any confirmation message to me nd without my premission. And on 19th of October, again I got mesage that I reached 3000rs so i should make immedate payment of rs 2000 otherwise they will disconnect my service. So, i called customer care again. and the guy Mr. Dinesh told me that this service is actived on my SIM from 14th October. Even i never sent any request on 14th. and if You activated this plan on my SIM then why don't you send any message so i should aware of this. Now i am contacting many person from Airtel and everytime i got bad response. One person Mr. Anoop kumar he spoke very rudely. Please give me proper solution otherwise I will file complaint against you. As I am having proof that on 10th of October, I got message from you that the plan of 198 has been activated on my system.                               Airtel is one of the Fraud service provider in industry. First and foremost thing is avoid them . Why can't you go for BSNL, ther installation is absolutely free and they will charge very less on usage.

                              Right at the moment you can do one thing, you can complaint to TELECOM REGULATTION AUTHORITY OF INDIA (TRAI)and wait for their reply.
                              Then if it is not favorable, you can approach consumer court. But before that you can register a complaint with AIR TEL and get the complaint number. You can use that number in all your complaints, try to get the complaints, usually they won't give complaint numbers

                              I Did that. I spoke with Airtel customer care many times. Infact from yesterday evening I am continuously speaking with them but no one giving me proper solution and everyone saying different words. None has matching answer :(

                              I disconnected this connection 5-6 months before .
                              The final amount i submitted to the airtel person who came to me at my office.
                              He gave me the settlement letter also.

                              But after then , every month i am continuously getting the call from airtel customer care for due payment.

                              But today is 25-November-2011 and i am still getting the calls from airtel.

                              The customer care service is also too poor.
                              They don't have updates on the ticket because they call me twice or thrice in a day.

                              I had a broadband connection of Airtel[protected]. I disconnected that connection. First of all Airtel disconnected that connection after 1-2 months of request when they failed to convince me for continue the connection.

                              When the final amount of settlement bill came to me, i tried to submit the payment online. At that time i was not able to do payment due to some problem on their website www.airtel.in , also they send me the message that you can not pay online due to some problem.

                              After some time a airtel person guys called me for pending due. I told him to collect from my office. That person came to me on 23rd august 2011 and take away the pending amount. He gave me also the full and final settlement letter. He told me that information will update in 24-72 hours.

                              Till then every month airtel persons calling me again and again for pending dues. I send the scanned copy of settlement letter as they told me on email id "Amir.[protected]@airtel.in" on 15th September 2011 and 20th September 2011.

                              They didn't do any action on that . They only calling again and again for due payment.

                              Again on 25th November 2011 i send the email to nodal officer delhi and "Amir.[protected]@airtel.in" .

                              But nothing happens . They are still calling to me.

                              Dear Sir, I've recharged a 3G pack of 125 recently, which has been newly launched, the problem is that they are not giving me the 3G speed, as they've promised (7.2 mbps for God's sake) not even the normal 3G speed, they are delievering me with 10-19 kbps speed and I'm damn annoyed with this, I've called the customer care a dozen times but all they do is to cut the call in the midway, they've done it twice with my 2 different numbers, I've checked by recharging another number by recharging it with 125 but that one too didn't work, Please do something !
                              I did an online recharge of Rs.34 from http://www.airtel.in, there it was written that the recharge was for 75 local mins+ 100 local+national sms, but whenever i try to send any message or make any calls, my main balance account gets credited. I have tried calling airtel customer care three times about this matter, but none are eager to help me.

                              we had paid amout to the authorised airtel worker to change prepaid to post paid ...the person never turned up and does not recive the call too...we had infromed and also complained to airtel few time . we have not found any reply still now. its been 3 moths and no reply!
                              I started using Airtel postpaid from last 8 months. There is a plan called myplan in which they issue points which we can adjust according to our needs. There&#039;s a option for isd use in which we get 6 isd pulse for one point. I was using that from last eight months and they were charging me for it over and over again and I use to call there costumer care for its wave and they do it everytime. For 8 months this process took place and every time they use to tell me that it&#039;ll not repeats and they apologise for that. Now after eight month after getting frustrated I thought to speak to someone who is senior in that department, he told me that &quot;Sorry sir, this offer was only valid for UK landlines and this should me told by us eight months back and from now onwards you&#039;ll be charged for it.&quot; I&#039;ve used some pulse for this month also and he told me that you&#039;ll be charged for it. Isn&#039;t it a fraud?
                              l had already complained thrice at airtel grievances and thrice the complaint was closed without any action . I had also been to customer care center and there also no action was taken.

I downloaded a video of 90 mb and my balance at around 11:10 was 20 mb and rs 3. I called your customer care thrice and thrice the phone was cut. please help .

                              This is to inform you that last i made a 3G data recharge of Rs. 255/- and the data which was given to me was 650MB instead 1GB. when i asked the vendor he told me that he do not know about that. after that i called customer care and he replied that the rates have been changed. but the very next day i received a message from airtel which says 1 Gb in Rs 255.
                              i also mail to gopal vittal ceo of airtel but he also didnt responed.


                              Please check on this fraud.

                                I would like to raise a complaint against Airtel regarding my request for porting out of Vodafone network. My age is 60 years and my Vodafone mobile number is [protected]. I was intending to port off from Vodafone and port into Airtel.
                                After the rejection of my first port out I generated PUK on 23.05.13 and submitted duly filled form and documents to Mr. Tapash Pal of Airtel Store, City Centre, Salt Lake City, Kolkata on 24.05.13.
                                I again visited him on 01.06.13 and he assured me that the job will be done within 10 days.
                                After many paper works and hot talks I came to that my documents were submitted by Mr. Tapash Pal of Airtel Store, City Centre, Salt Lake City, Kolkata on 07.06.13, the last day of validity of my PUK.
                                Is this the way how Airtel people harsh a customer. Is this the type of service "BHARATI AIRTEL" is providing and claiming that they are the no. 1 network? I doubt.
                                So, I have decided to stay with Vodafone and not to change to Airtel. I request to all the people of India do not port to Airtel.

                                  Today on 10 jun 2013 I received missed call from [protected], I cthecked on net, I came to know that this code belongs to pakistan, and when I read on internet, lot of complaints for the same subject, so I too want to register complaint ,pl note this , pl resolve this issue

                                    I have activated 30 mb internet pack by Bharti Airtel for 5 Rs.whose expiry time is 12:00 midnight. I activate it at 6:29 AM today and I received confirmation message of activation at 6:37 AM. In spite of activation of this scheme my balance was reduced by 45 Rs. immediately for use of few mb internet. Customer care is not responding. Stealing of balance is usual . I wish to get my balance back and check this type of activities.

                                    i had recharge rs.450 for unlimited internet services for one month.it is activated on mobile but when i go for net connect displayed on my mobile screen "packet data connection not available" and "link not available".Many time i have call costumer care every time they say "from here there are no problem". also iried to call nodal officer but every time he recieve and speak "hello" and disconnect call by him.I have lost more then Rs.50 for calling.my mobile no [protected].i think they are cheating costumer.because i hade recharge on dated 30/10/2009 it is for one month it will expire on dated 30/11/2009 i have lost 7 days allready.
