I Have recharge Digital tv on 5th June 2013 and mail to digitaltv with proof of payment but still my connection not started, Error massage shown on my TV screen is dear customer your account is suspend due to
negative balance please recharge your account to resume service. I already wrote several mail To customer care and also try to call his customer care help line but i am not able to connect with them.customer care executive called us but i am not satisfied with his suggestion so kindly take some action and restart our connection as soon as possible.

AirTel — Services not started

My name is Surya Prakash Mishra from Malad (East) Mumbai.
I have Switch My Connectoin on 24th of March from Postpaid to Prepaid. I have clear all the Amounts to Malad Airtel Gallery puchase a new card of same number of 100/Rs. on same day & submitted all the necessary documents.I have visited more then 5 times their .Every time they are giving different excuse.your service will get started today evening from 4 days.
Plz help me out to start my service.
I have taken airtel connection 2 week back after some time they bared my service . I need my service to be release i am facing lots of problem because of this . I am doing night shift so you can undersatnd mobile is so much important for me at that time .

I had bought lg lcd tv in 12november 2009 with scheme of free dth airtel connection.but dth connection not provided yet.I have sent all the necessary documents and demand draft of 199 Rs/- for FREE Airtel DTH connection on 18th Nov. I have to state that the unproffessional way in which the service is being provided in NABARD NAGAR, THAKUR COMPLEX KANDIVALI EAST, MUMBAI- 400101. My consumer id is [protected]. My previous complaint id: 3087444. The Government Department like working is highly undesirable. I would in future advise not to tkae connections from the provider.



Cannot Thank you. Extremely Unhappy with such a poor service. Your call center keeps on delaying the date of connection. Today they have given date for 22 June 2010. Earlier time was given for 17 June 2010.

I have recharge my account for Rs 1057 after 2 days my account balance is -9 (negative).I have conformed 3 times with customer care officer. and after the conformation i have recharged my account.

    Not responding to customer care calls (Executive disconnects the call as soon as he pick n listen the problem)

    Dear concerned person,

    I want to lodge a complaint against bharti Airtel. I am a valued postpaid
    Customer of airtel. When I call to customer care executive regarding some issue, they take
    unusual time to pick the call. And on top of it as soon as they pick the call, intentionally it is disconnected just after hearing one or two words from me as if they are told to do so. It happens each time I call them....

    Airtel charged extra for internet usage for my mobile no. [protected] and failed to resolve the issue despite several attempts via email, phone call to customer care and airtel relationship centre. Instead of solving the issue, there was extra charges charged in 3 consecutive bills and even they barred incoming and outgoing calls on my postpaid no. which i was using for official purpose. The extra charges was regarding internet usage on 3 G where they charged more than actual usage. I sent the 3G use sms on mail to show tht usage was less than shown in bill but it was not rectified. In next bill they charged me extra again despite me taking Rs. 80 top up of 3G. Now they are threatening me of legal action.

    Bharti Airtel — no rectification on complaints

    dear sir,

    i am using Airtel serice with no. [protected] using since 4 years. but since last 8 months i am facing tremendous problem on call drop & poor network coverage, i had filed complains with 121 (toll free no) and writen complains also on their customer care department. but they are promising to upgrade their new sites within 2 to 3 months. but the promise is never fulfilled till date still the statement remains the same. i am facing tremendous business loss.

    i have already given an offer to keep an repeater in my premises and ready to pay for the same. but they are not ready for the same.
    please guide me for the same.

    Airtel Postpaid — about wrong billing

    My current outstanding bill is Rs555. I dont know how it is.
    One day before my completion of month for billing i found i have only Rs 125 as a unbilled.So please tell me how it will possible i have outstanding that much of bill
    my mobile no.[protected].In current bill I noticed uncalled number have been charged in my bill. I hope even in last bill also the same thing might have happened. But I have to check. Kindly send me the bills copy (for the last two bills) to my above e mail id. Presently I am not in a position to clear the due. Hence I request you to send me hard copy by post immediately.

    Airtel Postpaid Mobile — connection dissconected even after making payment on time

    the bill for january 2008 amt rs 900 with due date of 21 feb 2008 has been paid by me 300 trough credit card & 600 through cheque no 985540 syndicate bank theamount has been collected by airtel on 3rd march 2008 from my bank but they r still saying that i have not made my payment and now my no is dissconeected for last 10 days i have even fax, emailed & physically submitted the copy of bank statement and they are not yet reactivating my no moreover i have also paid 1900rs on 21st march for my feb bill and advance rental plz help me

    Airtel post-paid — Extra Charges

    Without my permission Airtel FM service has been activated on my number, for which I am paying a rental of Rs.30.00 from last 4 months. While calling for this complain diffrent answers are given by different executives. Out of my total bill 40% are the charges which are charged for different services.

    Airtel Postpaid Mobile — bill related and cutomer care

    Customer care sevices hv become extremely poor in the past few months. Despite several attempts one is not able to speak to customer care and if you do get thru they are not able to help at all. I requested to the customer care executive to deactivate my IR around 21 st July and sent an sms also to 121 to this effect but it is still active and when I sms to deactivate it I receive a message saying this service is not available on Prepaid mobiles currently. My connection has always been postpaid. Suddenly I get to know it may be registered as a prepaid. Signal is so weak that I am not able to use it properly and I had to use other service providers' services. Bill plan activated is 444 with 444 minutes of local and std mobile calls free but bill says only 75 minutes of local mobile calls free. Will somebody take notice and will somebody take care and help the consumers?

    Bharti Airtel — No rectification of extra charges levied

    I am Susmita Chakraborty. I was holding a bharti Airtel connection with number [protected] for the period of August 2006 - March 2008. I was holding the 1100 advance rental plan. When I renewed the plan on January 2008, they charged me with the advance rent of 1100 for that month. The next month they came up with an extra 1200/- added in the bill. When repeatedly enquired they claimed that the money is charged as the bill of January 2007(one year back !!!) as they had updated the system after one year and they discovered thta I had not paid the sum one year back.

    This is really rediculous as I always pay the bill on time. And it sounds illogical also that they did not charge me for any usage on the very same month, but after 1 year !!!

    I had asked for a adjustment of the amount, but it was not done. So, I did not pay for the extra sum and left the connection after paying the usage of that month.

    Now they are telling me that they are taking legal action against me for not paying the bill of 1200/- ...but I think I need to take some action against them for all this harassment.

    Airtel Postpaid Mobile — Airtel Bloating mobile bills.. customer care sucks

    I have been having problems with airtel mobile voice quality, i can't hear the person at the other end when i make a call & i hear only distortion noice but not the voice at the other end and the same happens when the other person calls me.. this was happening for last 3 months and once in a while i use to get through.. and all the other times though the call was completed i had to keep shouting hello heloo.. & hang up in vein.. irrespective of the place, city i was, as i spend my weekends in chennai as my wife has delivered a baby recently.. & you know how important it is to stay connected at these times.. in the beginning i assumed it was my phone problem i switched 3 new phones same problem 2 nokia & 1 samsung it didnt help later i got a new sim, that didnt solve the problem too, thats when i guessed its problem from airtel.. and on october 15th i raised this complaint #18808828
    No resolution has been provided till date, its been more than 2 weeks, though the turn around time was 2days, only a compensation of 300rs discount by the manager sarla, was done that too it would reflect in my next month's bill it seems.. hopefully, i hav no clue of whats happening at the airtel end.. however the calls get charged for which i havent made use of.. & every incoming call.. i end up calling them back.. from my landline.. which is again airtel.. thus i'm in soup were.. i'm getting no resolution from airtel.. & simply paying for wat i havent used.. no wonder bharti ceo's all over media talking about the huge quarterly profits he has made.. this is how ter buisness model works.. jus milk the customers who fall in airtel loop.. somebody save indian consumers.. who are taken fr ride even by big players like airtel

    Airtel — excess service charges charged

    i have a prepaid lifetime connection of airtel from many years. today i went to airtal showroom at sahara mall mg road gurgaon, the office was closed and there was nobody there. airtel has installed a automated billing machine there, i deposited rs. 200/ to get top up in my phone, and i recieved only rs. 103/ talk time . WHY . I then called at customer care at 8.30pm [ although it is very very difficult to get an executive on 121]AND MOREOVER AS OTHERS SAY CUSTOMER CARE IS A BIG WASTE OF TIME] i had similar experiense .
    I talked ot one officer named MR. ASHVANI [ NOT GOT SATISFIED ] HE TRANSFERED ME TO MR PIYUESH. who had no manners, doesnt know how to deal with customer, his RUDE behaviour as if i was asking him for money from his pocket . any ways he angin transfered my call to his senior MR. SACHIN, you know what both of them told me that had i recharged for rs. 198/, i would have got talktime for rs 180 / or something like tha . and since i paid rs.200/ i got rs.103 / -----what is this policy -- he told me tha this is immetrial weather you are lifetime or a regular customer.
    sir being a lifetime connection clint why should one pay rs.97 / as service charge and tax.
    THERE IS NO BOBY TO LISTEN TO CUSTOMER IN AIR TEL .--------AND THIS PRACTICE OF MINTING MONEY IS ABSURD.

    I m using airtel prepaid sim. I have given request not to send service messages to my number in Oct-07. I have received a service message on 01-Nov-08 which reduced INR 50 from my account. I called customer care on 02-Nov-2008 at 12.20 and he replied that it was my mistake. I really fed up with that answer. Can i get the amount back?

    Airtel Postpaid Mobile — Airtel blocked numbers and customer care officers created fraud

    Dear Sir,
    From around the mid of Nov 2008, my wife and I realized we were not able to make calls to each other. We thought it was a normal network issue, but on 8th of Dec 08, I raised the complaint with Airtel Customer Care facility on phone. We hold a plan where in we are given 600 minutes of mobile to mobile local calls free. Out of this, we use the major chunk between the two o[censored]s.
    After 8th of Dec, I had make hundreds of calls to Customer Care with no reply from them, even they did not call me back whenever they promised. They created new complaint every time I called them, deleitng the old complaint to reduce the life of the complaint. Meanwhile, the calls problem continued, with occasional success during late night and early morning hours.
    I can share the e-mails exchanged between them and me which can prove that the blocking was a deliberate fraud and not a technical problem.
    They unblocked one side in late Decemebr even till Sunday 11th of Jan, my wife is not able to make calls during important hours of the day. I am not using the number since Monday 12th Jan 2009.

    Please help.

    Changed to plan (GPRS 299 with 200MB Free @ 15ps 50KB - A but the bill was sent wiht GPRS - Kbytes ----- VOlume 51891 Amount 356.10 & Discounts -335.10 when we have 200MB Free @ 15ps why do we have this additional charges again ?

    rental charges — rectify of the rental charges

    Dear Sir,
    I have got a post paid connection one week before and selected plan of Rs 249/-In which 350 min will be free every month and call rate was 0.30 paise per min and on landline 0.50 paise per min and my connection have activated on next day of connection but after two-three days my out-going call have bared by you when i try to make a call it giving msg that you have not paid due payment and for that contact our customer care no. [protected].when i tried this number and at the first i hve listen lot advertisement of your company but when i selected option of 9 to contact with your customer then every times call was lost.But i am really suprised this type of service you are providing me.But at last i connected with customer care officer on 28.01.09 he infomred me my services was disconnected due to nagative of my address.when i confirmed again my address, then he assured my my services will be re started by one hour.Then my service have started on 28.01.09.But again on 29.01.09 by evening my services was again barred.what happened ? i can't understand.
    Secondly i recd a call from customer care that a person asking my complete address then i informed hime even landmark of my house but in the evening when i try to make out going call it again giving msg for due payment.

    please solve my problem other i have no option to withdraw of this connection.

    Sir from last 2 month i'm facing the problem regarding my bill.
    I have problem in the column of Value added services in SMS others. from last two bills i have charged extra for this and i don't use the serives (like text base services and downloading, but i didn';t use) . and many time i call 121 services for that but no proper feedback and no solution still i receive. even in January when i call 121 regarding this problem they said to wave of the amount but again in Feb i charged extra in Value added services

    Airtel - Mobile Service — harrassment of customer

    ref mobil# [protected] .

    i have chased airtel for the last one and half months for transfer of the above mentioned corporate mobile# as a personal number to my name as i left the corporate-organisation .
    i was asked to submit following documents to any airtel outlet and i submitted in mid march 2009:
    1. transfer form
    2. hand written application request from my side
    3. NOC from Spicejet Ltd.
    4. Copy of PAN Card
    5. Copy of Driving Licence ( photo ID)

    10 days later i c alled to check and they told me nothing is receicved at their end and i got furious and wrote a complaint to [protected]@airtel.in - very serious letter i wrote to them and within 48 hrs i got 3 calls from three different offices of airtel confirming everything is now recvd and transfer has happened and the profusely apologised for the inconvenience .

    today on 21 april my outgoing call facility is barred as they once again say my documents are not submitted. i have written a complaint again to them ...i am conitnuing to pay rental on a post-paid mobile which as and when the airtel wants barrs service facilities for no reason ...they have a huge confusion within their organisation and for any internal problem hold the customer at randsom .
    it has been almost 2 months and still trying to get a basic service from airtel for which i pay for .

    i seek
    1. waive of 2 months rental -due to harrassment and facilities stopped on my mobile for no reason

    Airtel Postpaid Mobile — Not closing my number

    I have made a request on 3rd of Aug 2009 to close my airtel postpaid no-[protected](Bangalore reference no[protected] saying that we will proceed till 13th of Aug).Then I got 6-7 call from airtel with so many plans then I agreed to change number within 24 hours automatically after sending sums to 222, i did the same on 6th Aug but did not get any response. I between I gave a lot of call to customer care and got reply that your no is suspended & will be closed on till 13th of August.

    On 13th Aug I gave a call to airtel customer care then they told that we will confirm you by 25th of Aegis told them send me the outstanding full & final bill I will pay immediately but they are not doing the same.

    Today on 14th Aug I again gave a call to airtel customer care to provide me outstanding bill till 5PM today after closing my no else I won’t pay they replied that they can’t proceed before 25th of Aug with reference no-F[protected]. Due to my personal issue I want to close the number after paying my remaining amount but I got mentally disturbed by airtel postpaid people.

    Airtel — Complaints are not handeled properly

    I was subscribed to hello tune service. I have selected one kannada song. But some times callers are getting randomly some dialogues of hindi movie. I have lodged complaint against it for 2 times. They told,it will be corrected in 2 days. But still that pb was there. Then I unsubscribed to that service.

    I have paid all due amount before given the request to disconnect the connection in june 2008. Airtel also given me some request no. but now is time gone about 18Months. I thinks no matter will be in future. But you have given Rs.557 bill to ICICI bank for pay the amount. While payment was clearing by auto credit card option so why you do too late for any extra amount is remaining to me. I paid all amount but you extra charges. i was not using the no [protected] from june 14th 2008. for cut of connection i given the request to airtel but they did not cut the connection imediately and after long time (18 Months) you given the bill to my bank credit card acount (ICICI bank).

    Please clerify me why you have not the connection as soon as possible and why these money Rs.557 you charges and so lete you have given this bill to my credit card bank. after 18 months.

    Regret to inform you that for the last 4-5 months Airtel company was charging anythings charges on my mobile.........without any consent.....and for the services which i had never used or applied for.

    Few days back I requested atlest 5 times to different-different customer represetatives to discontinue the unnecessary services which i had never applied for.

    Airtel India — no proper response on a new postpaid connection

    I Sameer Patil was a regular user of Airtel No.[protected] in the name of Automotive Manufacturers Pvt. Ltd. Nashik. The said company switched over their plan from Airtel To Vadafone in the month of May 2009. After that I individually applied for the new connection with the same no. but got a perly that the connection cannot be given unless a NOC is obtained from the previous user or 2 months of time needs to be given to issue the same no. Sir here I would like to inform you that inspite of consistant followup with the TSm and the regional head there has not been any response from any of the company official as yet.     I have taken connection under plan-199Onam Special CUG.
    Under this scheme you offered the plan bill charges is Rs.199 only.But from January 2009 onwards in my Bill it is seen that an amount of Rs.49/- is charged under "Any STD @Rs.1/-Minute for Rs.49/- In total it is seen that my bill charges is Rs,248/-
    I am to inform that I have not requested any facility under "Any STD @Rs.1/MinuteFor Rs.49/-'' in this connection.
    Hence I request you to stop charging the additional amount in my bill under "Any STD @Rs.1/Minutefor Rs 49/-"and to refund /adjust the excess amount charged from me without my permission from 1/09 onwards at the earliest.
    I have complained this to your Office at Kochi on last month. But no response .

    This number [protected] was supposed to be cancelled one month back as per my request to Airtel but it was never done. I have been hearing stories from the customer service saying that it would be done within 7 days which never happened. No one told me that the bill is due on this number which i would have paid as i have always done for the past 3 years. Upon that some people from airtel start calling numbers from the bill and disturb my friends for the bill amount. My question is why was the request not processed as promised? Why would airtel call people from the bill and unnecessarily Harass them? I need an explanation to this and need the number to be cancelled ASAP.
    this seems to be a common practice of these mobile service providers. I am facing similar issues with my old number

After that I spoke to customer care so many times every time they say "Sir dont worry it will be resolved with in 24 hours". When I am asking for any update they say "Out team tried to reach you they called to to discuss the issue but you didnt pick the call". But the fact is I did not receive any call. I didnt see any incoming or missed from airtel. They are liyng openly whenever I call them. I am completly pissed of with the provider. I am not sure what does it mean when they say "Sir!! just 24 hrs, your issue will be resolved".

    before same thing happened to my mother and she submitted document twice.when we ask they guve irresponsible answers.they harassed us by calling to my mother number.

    When we visit they simply tell us to submit the document again and again and they behave very arrogant.

    AirTel — Extra charge for no reason

    My Name is Ashiesh aryan, airtel mobile service user. I've been using airtel services for almost more than 8 years now. I'm in Delhi & I use my airtel network for most of my business purposes & official calls.
    But I'm afraid to recharge my prepaid card for more than Rs. 50, because whenever I recharge, mu balance is deducted for one or the other services, though I never activate any service apart from incoming & outgoing.
    I've called the Customer Care a number of times, but THE CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE OF AIRTEL IS PATHETIC, ESPECIALLY THAT OF DELHI. I'm frustrated the kind of representative they hire. Let alone English language, they dont even know correct hindi. Anju, Vaibhav & their supervisor are the one whom I had a word with.
    Airtel has refunded my money earlier, but I cant keep them calling to refund my money & explain them the whole stuff again n again. Its is a chargable call to the Airtel CC, but ITS NOT WORTH AT ALL.

    I'm fed up with the CC service of Airtel.
    Will there be any use of writing this complaint ??

    Airtel Postpaid Mobile — Closure of Connection Not Properly Handled by Airtel

    I have canceled my connection on Feb 26'th, 2011 (Service Request No:[protected]
    by paying full outstanding dues. In fact I have called the customer service to
    block my SIM card on Feb 25'th, 2011 itself. I was told by the local airtel
    store rep that I will get one final bill which will have rental charged until
    Feb 26'th, 2011.

    On March I received a bill will full charges Mar 4'th, 2011. I wrote an email
    to [protected]@airtel.in for which they said they will enquire why the connection was
    not called. After that there was no response and again on Apr 4'th, 2011 I
    received one more bill for another set of charges.

    I again wrote to 121 and I got a response that my mobile is cancelled on April
    14'th, 2011 and also there are outgoing calls after until which the rental was
    charged.

    First of all, when I blocked my SIM on Feb 25'th, 2011 how can there be any
    outgoing calls? After that I cancelled my connection on Feb 26'th, 2011
    (Service Request No:[protected] for which I guess there was a glitch in Airtel
    which failed to cancel my connection.

    There is no proper response from Customer Service or Nodal Office detailing what happened to
    the Service Request for cancellation. All I am liable is for rental charges
    until Feb 26'th, 2011. Now I am getting a Legal Notice from Vijay Associates to pay the balance of 1047 which is more than what I am supposed to pay.

    In my past communication I have asked several times on what happened to the status of SR No. 36065472 for which there is no proper response. I am getting improper responses like I continued to use the line, I have agreed to continue etc.,
    i have replied to your email [protected]@in.airtel.com with my contact number details. Please let me know if you havent received it yet
    so will I be getting a letter or email on how much I owe ? When you mean resolved, may I know what is the resolution?

      I bought 3 Postpaid Mobile Connections from Airtel (2 Solitaire 1099 and 1 Solitaire 1599 Plan).

      After first month bill, I requested Airtel to downgrade to Solitaire 999 Plan on ALL 3 mobiles.

      Airtel Appellate emailed me saying that it is NOT APPLICABLE to my mobiles.

      FYI, Solitaire 1099 does not cover Landline calls in free 4000 minutes. And my Solitaire 999 provides 2500 minutes free which cover all calls (landline, mobile, std).

      I paid almost 650 extra due to landline calls on my 2 mobiles with Solitaire 1099 plan. And almost 800 extra for Solitaire 1599 because my usage will never exceed 2500 minutes (as provided in Solitaire 999 plan).

      So every month almost I will pay 1500 extra to Airtel (18000 per year) just because Airtel refuses to downgrade to Solitaire 999 Plan.

      When I took these connections from Airtel shop, the executives CLEARLY TOLD me that I can change to any plan of my choice later on if I find that usage is lesser or there is a better plan available.

      After I made this request, I got confirmation in SMS from Airtel that my plan will be changed to Solitaire 999 on ALL my mobiles. Yesterday afternoon I got a call from an Airtel executive CONFIRMING that my plans have been changed and they will get activated in 3-4 hours.

      Today I got an email from Appellate (which is the last level of grievance) saying that plans will NOT be changed because Solitaire 999 is NOT applicable.
      FYI, Solitaire 999 is meant for Delhi / NCR and in terms and conditions also it is not mentioned that existing customers cannot opt for this plan.

      Airtel as an organization is so weak and poorly managed that different teams, different people are making different commitments. As a customer what do I do ? Please provide any suggestions if you are reading this.

      Airtel Postpaid Services — Barring the outgoing call without doing correct Address verification and creating trouble for service

      Recently I took two post paid Airtel connection.
      For that Airtel will be doing address verification.
      After activation of these connection, Airtel sent me SMS telling all outgoing calls will barred because of address verification failure.
      I didn't receive any pre-call from Airtel address verification services cell regarding this.
      Because of work pressure I mostly leaving early and going late to home.
      This sudden mobile connection deactivation I am facing lot of problem.

      Airtel — Fraud on postpaid scheme

      I want to log a complaint of FRAUD for two cell # [protected] & [protected].

      I had rcvd phone call from airtel # [protected] (guy names Adnan from Vashi) offering me Airtel post-paid scheme on 19/03/2010. On 21/03/2010 their boy (same name Adnan cell # [protected]) came & collected my documents as well as Rs.500/- as security deposite.
      But till today this post-paid connection is not activated on my number. Also when I as trying to contact both these guys they are not contactable.
      every time when I call on [protected] manier times they do not accept my calls even when they accept they use abbusive words & bang the phones down.

      i think last year in 2008 one of airtel office caught on fire at andheri and they lost all record data base due to which they the are doing this

      Airtel — Deficient Service and Fraud

      This is my third worst experience with Airtel Digital TV Mumbai Lower Parel Customer Care Department.
      For Customer ID - [protected] in name of Mr Ankur Goyal.
      On 27th Aug 2011 We placed a request for change of Ph no and Address of Mumbai as the person shifted to Mumbai and asked the executive to take request for installation in mumbai at given address - The address or no was changed not changed and on 29th we received a call from Delhi team that they are near my old address in Delhi to install the equipment what a idiocity and service.
      On 29th I again placed a request for Installation in Mumbai with ticket no 11439853 and I was given time of 9.00 AM on 1st Sep 2011, where in I stopped al other schedules of mine and stayed back and waiting for the person to visit till the time I am writing this mail.
      Morever local mobile contact [protected] given to me as well SMS me is always switched off.
      Poor customer support continues, even after making 10s of call on 1st Sep 2011 and repeated follow ups with customer care and supervisords and repeated assurances no thing has been resolved and the worst part is no body is replying back or responding.
      Above all it seems that your employees are totally irresponisble and fraud, Mr. Manoj who is responsible for reinstallation in Mumbai Mahim-Matunga area talked yesterday and promised he will revert back with date and time for reinstallation. Till this time I have not recived his call even when I called him on no given[protected] he put the call on hold and did not responded.
      This is the worst experience with Airtel and I have decided not to avail any product or reomend any body Airtel in future

        I recharged my number from www.airtel.in with Rs.250, on the website it is mentioned that on 250 ill get a talktime of 250 but i received 219.50.
        When i called the customer care, they are denying that there is no such full talktime recharge.
        Even today this full talktime recharge is being displayed on the website.

          I am an airtel customer using the number [protected]. On 9th june at 01:01 am I received a message from airtel saying "thanks for downloading value pack from airtel. You have been charged rs. 99." On the contrary I never authorized any such download. Moreover when I checked my balance immediately after receiving this message I noticed to my shock that rs. 99 had been deducted in total from my balance. This is outrageous to say the least. I request airtel to make look into this and make amends by refunding the amount of rs.99

          Airtel prepaid service deducting rs.99.when we ask they say you have downloaded game.which is not true at all.due to their network problem we are facing a lot of problems.

          Airtel — Account balance made zero suddenly

          I recharged my account([protected]) for Rs. 110 last week and I also received Rs. 93 credited to my account. But suddenly two days back the entire amount credited is taken back.
          When I called up the customer care, they say that no such deduction is shown in their server and the answer was not satisfactory.
          Even the dealer in not ready to take the responsibility.

          sir,
          Some service and application are applied while i do'nt reqest them.automatically activated.i had been charged many times.
          This time i had been charged 40 rs. For downloading game but i never download this application from airtel live.even then i never open airtel live.there are many free site like ovi through which i can download.i complain many time to customer care but they are unable to solve
          I still suffer from this problem.

          Airtel — Applied Download charges without any Download

          Hi,
          I have been charged Rs.10 for downloading some game from http://gclub.in. But Actually, i didn't initiate any download and even didn't receive downloaded files in my mobile. This is the third time I am receiving this message. I used call the customer care and they refunded for second and third time. But What about the call charges for the customer care. I have been charged (around) Rs.15 for customer care call charges. Also while speaking, if they dont know what to do, they simply disconnecting the call. Is this the way they treat customers??? Really frustrated with the service.

          I have also called up airtel customer care but says it cant be helped. As per TRAI guidelines, any value added services (VAS) cannot be activated automatically without the customer or the user's consent.

          Also, I have even emailed [protected]@airtelindia.com but says "email cant be delivered".

          KINDLY REFUND MY AMOUNT.
          I am airtel customer with phone number [protected].they have unnecessarily taken 99rs telling that thank you for downloading video from airtel.they are cheating and harassing customer.

            At present in Malad (W) Mumbai S.V. Road about 1/2 K.M. area (Goraswadi, Khandwala college, Narsing lane naaka, Shantinagar, Ganpati Temple etc. upto Marve Rd. Signal touching S.V.Rd.) these areas are highly busy and full of trafic, there is no net work of Airtel since noon dtd. 7.6.2013, shop keepers have stopped refilling prepaid mobiles in absence of Airtel net work, the concern authorities sends us computer generated email replies ...!!!

            Yesterday on 7.6.2013 emails sent but got mechanical replies, today on 8.6.2013 complain no. 198 it is told to me that the problems will be resumed by 13.6.2013 !!!!!!!!

            we get reply from you people. I can not understand that when your Airtel net work is down, how can u contact me...??? send your A.R. to my home, you can also do the needful to verify the areas adversely affected by Airtel network.

            The help lines provided by nos. 121, 198, [protected] of Airtel are not competent, why they donot send any person to verify the facts...???

              Sir,
              I have recharged my Airtel prepaid account on 15/05/13 for 1.2 GB 2G internet worth Rs 149/-. The account balance has successfully received but the connection gets automatically disconnected after 3 to 5 seconds. Many times I called the costumer care executive but got no solution in spite of doing everything he told. I also changed the SIM card by portability but the same problem was still present. The number of that SIM is [protected]. I am not able to check the balance and validity or call the costumer care executive through that number.

              Sir ,I are sorry to say but airtel internet connection is becoming day by by very bad which disturbs us in working on internet. Kindly improve your service. My phone number is[protected].

              AirTel — AIRTEL-Disconnection

              I had applied for disconnection of landline/broadband around 3 months back at Airtel customer relationship center . I was told to pay outstanding amount which I paid on 27th Nov and was assured that cancellation will happen within 5 days.After two months a bill was sent to me with an outstanding amount of 900 odd Rs(non usage). All this time I have spoken to customer care 3-4 times(Few of complaint no;#[protected],[protected] and got umpteen number of calls from their representative and despite repetedly telling them I want to cancel/surrender connection nothing has been done and now I am getting repited reminders to pay the non usage bill.
              There is just no process followed in AIRTEL. They don't give any confirmation that your connection is terminated. I have written to their nodal office and appellate tribunal but nothing has happened.

                I am the present user of airtel from last 2 yrs but i think to do MNP becoz the company is not good in customer service.

                I purchased a new postpaid voice connection of airtel from Laketown dealer name 9 plus 9 on[protected]. After verification of document the dealer told me that sim will be activated in 24 hrs but till now its not activated and after one week dealer is saying that we can't activate the sim as u r residing in a rent house. After 8 days dealer is saying take ur money back. And till today he has not returned the money back and till now the sim is also not activated. I told I will give u another documents then also no. And second thing the representive girl Nafisha how she talks to customers my god. When I told that I will complain about this to company then she says go wherever u want to complain do complain and she hang up the phone.

                Now u say what to do.

                i have been your customer for the past two years.recently i have iinstalled camera in my firm so i applied for the ip number.yesterdayi was informed by the technician that he is on the way to install. even though i waited he didnt turn up.today morning he informed that he is on the way again. i was outside so it took twenty minutes to reach my firm.i was really upset when i heard that he has given the ip to my receptionist and gone.eventhough receptionist asked him to wait he has said that he has other works to do.the main purpose of my instllation of cctv and ip is useless if all my staffs can view.he didnt even explain the procedure of operation.when i tried to contact that person the way he answered is really embarassing and irritating. so i kindly request you to look into the matter at the earliest.

                        Airtel activated messaging service on my number: [protected] without my consent. And they didn't even notify through any message or mail. It is clearly a very deceitful deed. And this is not the first time they did this. It is a regular thing faced by airtel users in my family. Now it is unbearable indeed.

                        When i contacted customer care he gave same usual reply that nothing can be done to refund my money. They deactivated the service and still aren't refunding my amount.

                        Please look through this issue.

                        Activating services without consent - recently i got
                        world cup warm matches alerts without any request.
                        The other day same - I got activation of airtel account manager without my request.
                        And now when ask of refund my hard earned money
                        company is calling me MAD with reason it can not
                        be activated without my consent.
                        I guess you must be doing with millons of customer
                        without their knowledge and robbing them of their
                        hard earned money.
                        when i talk with cust. care again have to pay 50 paisa/call Here again minting money.

                        you people are really cheap and cheats.

                        This is applies to all companies be it airtel,vodafone,

                        Air Tel has been activating unwanted non sense services on my mobile and charging for it. the modus operandi is that you receive promotional SMS, you open it and the service is activated. you may also receive a promotional call, you receive it and the service is activated.
                        now i have started sending very strongly worded mails to them, i even threaten them that in case the service is not discontinued, i shall go to consumer court. every time i had sent such a mail, the service was discontinued and the amount credited to my account.

                          I requested the HELLO TUNES service on 25 may 2013 but even after giving the money i m not getting the hello tune requested. I am continuosly in touch with the customer care service of AIRTEL but not getting any response . The complain has been registered several times but even then there is no response.

                          As i've not activated the hello tune service but the service provider automatically activated hello tune service on my airtel no i.e. [protected] and deducted Rs.45 /- from my balance.

                          After then continuously i've been calling Air-Tel customer care but didn't get any positive response from their side and my query still has not been clarified.

                          Instead of solving my current issue they're unnecessarily giving lots of promotional calls which i dont require.

                          As this is my spouse's no and she is hospitalized since 3days but it's really embarrassing getting this much of promotional calls without solving my genuine problem.

                            HI guys,

                            i m damn frustated with Airtel digital Tv. Sunday afternoon a liitle rained in chennai..and Airtel digital tv disturbed - B001 weather condition error.From sunday, everyday i am calling to customer care and asking for engineer visit, but today is friday. no engineer visit till now. 1st 2 days they said your address is wrong,i verified so many times..but nothing goes correct..after 5 days finally(wih god grace) i got call from engineer(thank god).
                            But he called me by 12 oclock noon. we all are not free lyk bloody hell airtel, havng office timing. i said come by 5 oclock.ill be there. he said ya ok mam.
                            But from 4 oclock from is out of service and no engineer visit.from the 1st complain on sunday, i specially mentioned that engineer visit i want in evening. but at the end from 5 days my tv is out of service and god knows for how many days more.

                            Airtel are blaiming for 24 hours service provider but in my case 5 day they cant solve small problem and havng one excuse that sorry for ur inconvience.

                            I am having aitel digital tv from jan 2009. The great mistake which i did is i took airtel digital tv subscription. Its not customer care department either its customer irritating department. they are not able to give me proper service. there no proper call ethics is followed. i prefer the customer care department can be closed. i dont know which hr recruited these agents and teamleaders working there. the service which they provide is really ugly. i reffer my friends only to RELIANCE BIGTV.*( C.a.o,HR, managers,team leaders and agents please resign your jobs and you can go for temple and sit one by one and beg)*. but you people are not worth to do for that also.

                            Airtel DTH — DTH COMPLAINT

                            On 03rd Oct 2011 I gave contact details at Airtel site for DTH connection and then I got call Dhaminder of Vriti Infocom Pvt Ltd and asked to me to do payment of 1590/- for the same offer and said I will get connection within 24 hours.

                            On 04 Oct 2011, a cash collection boy Mr Dhaminder (phone no. [protected]) came to my residence at B-957 Sec-1 Anantika Rohini , New Delhi and told me that the connection will be installed next day On 05 Oct 2011. I have been informed about my slip no 16266 for future reference and assure me connection will be installed on 05.10.11. But despite of calling again and again on several numbers no body is responding and Airtel DTH yet not installed & Mr Dhaminder is also not picking the call .

                            Once I made payment, since then I didnt get any call or response from them. I tried to call them on his number and no response.

                            Is the Airtel looting the people with Vriti Infocom Pvt Ltd jointly.

                              I am using airtel connection from last 8years.Two months before i switched over from prepaid to postpaid connection of airtel only.Earlier i took a plan of Rs 399 and used it for two months and paid all the dues on time.Since i am getting large amount of bill so I planned to change the tariff plan.I called customer care two times to change my plan to "Airtel Budget plan Rs 149" but same is not done on time so i called them again.The reply they gave me that the plan is not updated.Since the plan is not updated then why are they informing customer about it and accepted to activate it.Reference no of.my request is 50904646.

One of the Person from Airtel Who Came to My office to Book a Connection, Said Me All False Information that he Will Provide ME With the Activation Of " CENTRIX" Connection for All my Telephone Numbers, And Once He Registered me With the Airtel He Did Not Provide Me with the Facility What he Offered Before Booking The Connection.                               Bharti Airtel — Misleading information and change of plan

                              I am Vinay S Shekhar. I have an Airtel prepaid connection. I recently decided to port out of Airtel since the call rates were high. I applied for number portability and got a new Docomo sim on 31 January 2011. But during the 7-day port out time, I got a call(on 2 February 2011 afternoon) from Airtel customer care asking me not to port out and that they’ll change my tariff plan. They offered me new tariff plan which included 100 free SMS everyday. I specifically asked if there’s going to be any daily rental and the lady said no. 2 days later I got the new plan but no free SMS. I called up the customer care no. and they said that it’ll soon be activated. I waited but it didn’t get activated. I called everyday and everyday they gave me a new deadline till today. When I called today, suddenly they say that my plan doesn’t have any free SMS and that 15 days from the day of activation, a rental of Rs 1 will be cut everyday! I insisted that I have been offered the plan and it needs to be activated and the senior executive replied that its a wrong information that has been given to me and they are going to investigate. What use is it for me if they investigate? I am at loss now! Its shameful that a company like Airtel can resort to such cheap tactics.

                              The marketing & sales executive come to my place & provide me fake information regarding the all scheme, plans & all. & now they are not answering the calls properly as well ignoring to my complaints. What to do? Please suggest me something.........

                              I have been a very Loyal Airtel Customer since the very first time it was launched in Ludhiana which is almost 10years. Check all my Payment Records for the proof of it.
                              And in my house only we are using 15 connections from Airtel and many more in friends.

                              It really used to be a very Good Service provider which i always recommended, but with a very big disappointment I have to say isn't true anymore.

                              1. Internet Not working.
                              2. Giving Wrong / Misleading information to the Customer.

                              Now I'll start from beginning:

                              23 Feb 2011 I had called Airtel Customer Care to get my Internet services activated, I already have the BlackBerry Messenger Services activated. And I gave all the information to the Customer Service Representative. So I inquired about the Mobile Office Rs.98/- per month plan and got it activated after the Representative told me that it will work for sure in 6hours. Service Request No.36016249
                              But it did not work.
                              So I kept calling at Airtel Customer Care from one number to another, someone told me to call 121 and get it resolved, then someone told me to call 12118 and there my problem will be solved, then someone told me to call 7070 there some will surely be able to help me.
                              But I ended up with my problem unresolved.

                              And believe me or take out my call records to check on how many calls i have made to Airtel Customer Care numbers.
                              Now in between all these calls, many of the representatives and the technical assistance people told me that the Internet Pack I requested to be activated will surely work on my Handset (which still is not working) and some told it might not work.

                              Regarding this please Airtel should take out the recorded calls and check.

                              And it was yesterday i.e. 1 March 2011 that I went to the Airtel relationship Center, then also my problem wasn't solved and then I again called up airtel care and again my problem was not solved, so the representative transfered my call to her senior named 'Renu' and I explained all what was going on from the past week regarding my problem and she told told me that the services were activated on my number and it should for surly be working on my BlackBerry Handset and then promised me that my problem will be resolved for sure within 24hours and still neither did I receive any call from the concerned department nor is my Internet working.
                              As she told me that Airtel can open up the recorded call if i gave the reference no. which is = F[protected].

                              So please help me out of this mess created by Airtel.
                              As its been a real big headache for me to get a simple service like GPRS activated on my number.

                              And for the trouble i have been through I should be compensated, for providing of the Wrong Information.
                              Had it been some developed country Like USA or U.K. I could would have got a satisfactory offer !!

                              I mean does Airtel actually care about its Old Loyal Customers or not ??

                                when i have installed second connection of Airtel DTH they have committed the same pack will be given to in second connection at the rate of 160 rs. ( as i was paying 200 for first connection they offered 160 rs for second connection) , later on i have change my of first connection pack and the airtel assured me that change will not affect on the other connection i am having.

                                Now after 6 month later of the change of pack in 1 st connection i have received a massage from airtel on dated 3-may-2013 at 9;42 am, that - star cricket , star sports & ESPN have been added in your base pack at no extra cost enjoy more with your favorite channel. The same airtel was giving me in 2nd connection @ 160 rs.

                                Now airtel is asking the same rate as i am having in 1st connection, they are steeping back from the committment they have for discount .

                                  We had a corporate connection of Airtel ([protected]) , we had opted to make the portability to Vodafone now.

                                  We had requested Airtel to disconnect our number but they are not taking any proper action regarding this issue.

                                  Our reference numbers are F[protected] dated 31.05.2013, F[protected] dated 03.06.2013 & 50872373 dated 04.06.2013.

                                  We had cleared all their outstanding bills through cheque & even the bank had confirmed us that the amount had been successfully transfered to their account, still they are denying the same.

                                  We also had sent a request mail to their nodal office but till now they had not taken any corrective measures.

                                  Since, we had told them that we are changing the service provided to Vodafone, they are making it very difficult.

                                  AirTel — Regarding disconnection of numbers

                                  I was using Airtel number:[protected]along with broadband), since last more then 3 years. It was for my office Purpose. On 24th September 2010 i made a call to shift the connection to my new office address. I had to shift at new address on 1st of october 2010.
                                  After making the request I received call from airtel (next day) and they said shifting of connection will take 3-4 days. I confirmed them to shift the connection. Connection was not shifted till 1st of october. I waited, and i delayed my office shifting process, because broadband is a backbone of my business, and it was much needed.
                                  On 4th of october i received call from Airtel that it is not possible to shift the connection to the new address immediately. they also said it will take 15-20 days to shift the connection.
                                  They offered me either to cancel it or to retain the shifting process. I opted for retaining the shifting process, because it was needed. but as i had to shift my office as well. so i applied for BSNL broadband. on 5th of october i again received the same call for the same thing.. i also replied the same. so i was hoping that connection will be shifted by 25th of october to my new address.
                                  meanwhile i started with BSNL broadband, and shifted the office immediately. then later on 14th of october i called airtel customer care again to know the status, and they said that there is no request of shifting of this number. I was surprised. then i asked them to look into the history and conversations held on 4th and 5th october. then they asked me to wait, and they came up and said that it will take another 15-20 days for shifting of this connection. i was again surprised. but i was needy at that time i said ok i can wait till 5th November 2010.
                                  then i again called them on 24th of october to know the status, they said that there executive will contact me in 24 hours to tell me the status. I was again surprised that i havent received any call till 29th of october (it was me who contacted them again). they said me the same thing. so after that i never received any call from airtel regarding this issue. and my connection was not shifted either. so on 7th november, my colleague call them to ask the status, but they had no information, then my colleague said, ok please dont do further processing for this number, and cancel it. they said ok withing 24 hours you will receive call from our executive and it will be canceled. and it is not yet canceled. i had a parallel line on my mobile phone from that landline connection, so i am now receiving threatening calls from airtel to pay them for october, november december, as this line is still active. I am really shocked, the monthly rental of that connection was around 5500 (including taxes) rs, so it means i have to pay them 16500 (approx) rs for no any use, and for their negligence, and their incompetency, and their rude behaviour.

                                  I REQUEST TO PLEASE PLEASE CANCEL THIS CONNECTION, I am not a rich person to pay this amount for nothing.

                                    Q. What is this ?
                                    A. This is a detailed description of the internet connection provided by Airtel via its outdated and substandard internet modem provider Beetel. Please notice that the highest download speed attained is 2554 kbps (2.5Mbps approx) and the lowest speed attained is 804 kbps (0.8 Mbps approx). Surprisingly for everyone, fluctuating speed is also not the issue.

                                    Q. What is the issue ?
                                    A. As specified above the highest speed attained is 2.5 Mbps. Ironically enough, I am subscribed to the 8Mbps (Pfft!) Plan Rapid 30 GB according to which I get 8 Mbps upto a 30 GB download limit (A limit that I have not exceeded till date) following which the speed changes to 512 Kbps (which funnily it always changes to for the last week of the billing cycle regardless of the downloads) as of 27th April 2013. Whats worse is that the plan before this 4Mbps (Pfft! Again!) Turbo 30 GB according to which I am entitled to 4 Mbps upto a 30 GB download limit (Needless to say I've never received such a speed or a download limit) following which the speed changes to 256 Kbps (the same last week pattern is followed) as of 27th August 2011.
                                    According to the above Airtel has been ripping me off of hard earned money for the past 1 YEAR AND 9 MONTHS ATLEAST (Customer care first refused to give me details of my previous plans claiming they had no record but gave in after they realised I wasn't buying their ).
                                    Also, about 10 days ago, which is when the technician visited I was told that this speed issue would be rectified by 27th May as that was the date of my billing cycle. Today is the 29th of May and I still see no rectification.

                                    Q. Why have I uploaded this on facebook instead of filing a complaint with customer care?
                                    A. Customer care refuses to file complaints, they say they are not authorized to file such complaints (because obviously you need authorization to take complaints right ?). If I request to be put through to someone senior i.e. someone who can take a call on the issue I am put on hold till I don't disconnect (Obviously I am being charged for these calls also since Airtel has decided to charge customers for customer care). The technician who came over to look over the issues I was facing also refused to take forward the complaint saying he has already shown me more than he is authorized to and cannot further delve into the matter and suggested I call customer care (its a vicious cycle of passing the buck).

                                    Q. Why the technician was called in the first place ?
                                    A. The substandard moden from Beetel was giving me trouble as usual, all lights were on, internet was said to be functioning properly but obviously there was no internet. Even the technician and technicians before him have clearly said that the modems provided were pathetic and it would be better if I purchased a DLink or Netgear modem instead from the market.
                                    Another problem faced is that my landline remains dead more often than not. One technician claimed that the squirrels were chewing through the wiring (its funny that these uber smart squirrels only chose my wires to attack repeatedly and ignored all my neighbors, I must be doing something to gravely offend them). Another time I was instructed to step out of my house and search for a technician since their records said that someone was on a round in my area. (why thank you airtel, would you like me to get him a coffee from starbucks while I'm on this goose chase ?).

                                    Q. How you can check if you're being ripped off ?
                                    A. Us consumers are not given this tool to check if we are being ripped off. God bless the technician who taught me how to check this and see what a crooked company Airtel really is.

                                    Step 1. Open Internet Browser (I am using Google Chrome).
                                    Step 2. Put in your IP Address (Mine is 192. 168. 1. 1)
                                    Step 3. The Beetel Login Page opens asking for a Username and Password.
                                    Step 4. Username is "username" and Password is "password".
                                    Step 5. Click Device Info.
                                    Step 6. Click Summary.
                                    Step 7. Line rate downstream is the speed you are getting.

                                    I REQUEST Airtel India TO PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS ISSUE AND TO STOP RIPPING OFF CONSUMERS OF THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY. THIS IS BLATANT CHEATING AND ITS TIME YOU REALISED WE AREN'T A BACKWARD LOT WHO WILL TAKE THIS LYING DOWN.

                                    IHTS — Complaint of broadband connection

                                    Hi,

                                    Our internet is not working from last one weeks. I think there is some problem in Modem. I have made so many calls on different nos which your representatives provide us, they said we will send someone to repair but till now any representative didn't visit here without internet our business is facing many problem.                                     Airtel Broadband — Airtel not providing a Broadband Connection

                                    Hi,

                                    I have recently shifted from Bangalore to Delhi. In Delhi i am staying at Pratap Nagar, Mayur Vihar Phase 1. Few days before i contacted the nearby Airtel Shop to apply for an Airtel Broadband home connection. I even contacted the TSM of the area. They say that there is no DBA box in my lane and the DBA boxes in the nearby lanes are full.

                                    I humbly requested them to install a new DBA. The TSM of the area even says to have raised a request for the same. But on contacting him again and again finally i was told that a new DBA box cant be installed for a single user.

                                    The DBA boxes in the near by lanes are full which clearly explains the demad of the connection in the area. Since there is no DBA box in my lane, every time if some one approches for a connection he will be getting the same reply unless a DBA box is there in the lane. Is it that a new DBA box cant be installed unless there are 2-3 users. Is this a part of Airtel broadband policy. I was also told by the TSM that if i happen to collect some 2-3 more users willing to take a new connection then a new box can be installed; though i was ready to pay 3 or 6 month advance.

                                    My first choice for a broadband connection was for a connection from Airtel. Since I am not getting it right now i can go for other service providers or MTNL. My intention for writing this email is one to notify the senior leaders and two to get insight into exactly how and when a new DBA box is installed.

                                    Just for sharing a simlar incidence, i had an Airtel broadband connection in Bangalore too and same as the case in Delhi we didnt have a DBA box in Bangalore near my locality. But the Airtel team in Bangalore was nice enough to install a new box, for a single user at that time, on the roof of our house and provide a broadband connection within a day.

                                    I have applied for a BroadBand Connection on 10thDEC2009 when i guy(Sabyasachi: Ph No.[protected])came from Airtel to Collect the Documents and also took Rs7788 for installation of the Broadband Connection. The person assured that the connection will be set up in next 10 days. After waiting for 10 days when i called them they always asked the time, give me 3 more days and the connection Incharge (Mr. Nihal Ph. No. [protected]) never pivked the phone. One day when sabyasachi took the phone i said that provide me a valid reason or refund my money.I waited and till now no response nad i didnt got my money back.My Airtel Ref No. TK[protected]A (Date when he took the phone 28th Dec).Now when i call the connection incharge he didnt picks th phone and the person who took the connection always says that i will talk to senir and till now no response an also didnt got my money back.Due to this i had lost many work related jobs and had got loss of money with loss of time.                                     Hi, My airtel Account # 15255063, I have a Unlimitted plan with Rs. 799.00, with all taxes.On Feb 2011, onwards the internet is not working properly, called the customer care they replied you have used your maximum limt of 10GB, so the connection will lost after this & you will not browse afterwords.                                     We have been complaining for almost 1 yr. earlier were told that our internal wiring is at default. now they have changed it to external also and we found that our speed has gone form bad to worse. now we do not have either dialtone on phone and speed has come down to 248kbps. when our connection is of 1mbps. pls look into the matter ot we go to consumer forum...

                                    Airtel — Not provide Broadband even after paying for new connection

                                    on 31st Jan 2012 I contacted airtel customer care for a new broadband connection, they said that i would get the connection in 3 days, the next day the sales rep came and filled up the form and even took the first month's payment of Rs 1700 from me, but till today the connection has not been given, they just came for one cursory glance and told me that they have to fix some box, I told them to come in the evening to talk to the house owner but they just vanished and didnt return, even after making a call today the sales rep said he would come at 6pm but didint come, after again calling him he said that he told to me "he would come tommorrow". now i have asked for an refund. Dont go for Airtel guys, they are useless. my booking no is 1263238

                                    Refunding Rs. 250 on one's bill is not resolution for a problem that has been persisting for 1 year and 9 months. I have been provided speeds well under what I have been paying for. If you expected a complaint earlier as your representation repeatedly mentioned then you should authorize customers to check their IP address profiles as your technician showed me on my persistence. Also, now that your blunder has been pointed out, you have obviously changed the username and password to prevent other customers from uncovering such scams.
                                    If you really expect me to believe that you are here to resolve my issues 'SWIFTLY' then please SWIFTLY reimburse me for the deficit amount for the past 1 year and 9 months and not just 1 month.
