i had requested to dis-connect my connection on 08-Nov-12, but it was not done till Jan-13,

i got bill Nov, Dec and Jan month bills total Rs:3412. so i did not paid the bill.

many times i have informed same thing.

today i got one sms regarding this one: case filed at city cicil court, Lokadalat PLC No:302596 Dt 26/3/2013.

thanks for the consumercomplaints.in, this issue is fixed. so i want to close this. please help to delete this issue from the list.
I was post paid client of airtel till the 17th of this month when i discontinued this service after a period of 1 year. When I subscribed to this service the service was good and I would get my bill on time when things changed since May 08.

I had a very terrible experience in getting my GPRS activated, and today I can say very confidently that airtel is least bothered about its customers. Their services have gone from bad to worse, their relationship centres are not stable, they are best at giving you a million excuses.

I have lost faith in their services and would never recommend them to anyone.

AirTel Bharti — Broadband Service

Myself Saugata Mondal, working at Birlasoft Ltd, Noida.

I applied for a Broadband Connection on 11/07/2008. Form No. 384135 and cash receipt no 299310.

Sales person was – Kapil, Mob No- [protected].

Till today I have got no connection. I ring your sales person almost every day. Neither Connection is supplied nor money is backed.
God! I never expected even Airtel turned out to be useless ISP as well.

Airtel Broadband — The Worst Airtel Broadband Service

Dear Sir/Madam,
This is Christopher, Prop for G.L ENTERPRISES(AIRTEL MOBILE PCO DISTRIBUTOR), Tuticorin.Some months before, I needed the broadband connection for my Business development, so i have selected your network instead of bsnl broadband, but now i turned my opinion into bsnl, because of your cheating upon me.

I applied for the Airtel Broadband for PLAN 555 in December and i got your service in no:[protected] after some days.Then first three months i got the minimum billing of Rs.624/- . Then in the fourth month i have used the net as i used in the previous months, but the amount has been increased to Rs.724/-.But in the next(fifth) month, they billed me Rs.1700/- for the normal usage itself.Really i didnt expect this much amount as the bill.Then i asked the local Franchisee about this improper billing.They didnt respond me well.So i decided to not to pay the fifth month bill.But i got the sixth month bill as Rs.698/-.Then i didnt pay that bill also.Then they frequently called me and asked me to pay the two months bill.

After some days the Airtel Representative came to my office and told me that We will waver(reduce) your bill upto Rs.1700 instead of Rs.[protected]+698), We will put you in the PLAN 799 and they told me to pay the bill and We will release the OG within two days .Then i payed the amount Rs.1700 through the AXIS BANK Cheque with no.089801 dated on 15.07.2008.The amount has been credited in your account.But they didnt release the OG as they said, till now.Then I called to your office everyday and asked about the OG release.But they post-ponded the date and insulted me.So i got very angry after these incidents from your service.Then i decided to collapse your network as much i can.

[Note:I have recommended some new lines to your network and i got that commission DD from you for those recommended lines.But I have already converted some lines and now i am converting AIRTEL POST-PAID PCO into AIRTEL MOBILE PCO PRE-PAID.This will be continue till i will get my line back.]

Now I lost my patience with your services.So i want you to take immediate action on this complaint and give my line back as soon as possible.If i didnt get back my line after this complaint, i will take legal action against you.

You are advertising Your network as No.1 Broadband Service, But i experienced that Airtel Service is the Very Worst Service that i have ever seen.

BHARATI AIRTEL — Worse Customer Care Service

I'm airtel's regular user. During this period i experienced worst service. Once i had a call of my boss from US. Next day i needed to call him back but due to some problem in my cell phone my incoming call record got vanished. So, i called customer care (But they dont care about customer..!!) and requested for the list of international calls i received last night. Subsequently 3 times call got disconnected automatically as i hear a tone "THIS CALL MAY BE RECORDED FOR INTERNAL TRAINING PURPOSE". Then on next call to customer care i hear "KINDLY SMS YOUR QUERY TO 121".
I sms them my query but every thing gone waste.I havent got any reply. Then i called 121 from my friend's cell phone. This time after 2 try, third time call got connected. This time i asked for the received call list last night from my number [protected]. This foolish lady refused me to give that list. She said goto pune on following address and ask there for list you want. At that time i was 300 km away and i had to have number of my boss any how. then i requested more than 4-5 customer care executive for number but nothing happen.
That time i experienced Hell on the earth with Airtel...
I am a customer of BHARTI AIRTEL.. I bought a campus sim card when it was nwely launched.Then after three months my all campus facilities were cancelled and my card was converted into airtel one which cost me even sms as rs 1.I complained in the customer care at least 10 times but none of them could respond me properly. And still i am facing the same problem.they even gave me complaint number but later nothing was done. SO AIRTEL CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE IS WORST IN THE WORLD.

AirTel — Airtel Customer care is the Worst

I have activated internet through airtel and many times my currency has been deducted whereas i am unable to conenct to internet because of network problem..I tried calling Airtel Customer on 123 Bangalore but not even once i am able to speak to them. Its not moving after 3rd option. I cannot fidn the option of 'Speak to Customer Care Executive' wehn calling 123.

The Customer care of airtel is really really the worst.

AFTER 24 HOURS THEY REPLY ME AND THEY RESET MY NUMBER FROM THERE MAIN COMPUTER .
I have purchased Data card through airtel and i am unable to connect to internet because of negative address verification.I called Airtel Customer on 121, but of no help.I want my money back. I have paid Rs.4000/ for the data card.

The Customer care of airtel is really really the worse than the worst.

Airtel Broadband — Airtel worst customer care

I think airtel got plenty of customers so that forgot to care about customers For the mistake of airtel and customer carelessness of airtel I’m suffering.

3 months back I had submitted written request for my broadband relocation and address change in personal to airtel executives at adyar, Relocation done but the latest address not reflected in bill, for that continuously I raised lot more complaints but no use, finally I made call on 10 Jul 09 and explained everything but the customer care executive said that walk down to airtel show room again and submit written request again but I explained that ‘mistake is your side why should I suffer finally I requested him to transfer the call to his manager ; he transferred the call to blind number and I was waiting more than 15 mins for response, but went in vain; immediately again I made the second call and explained what happened in my first call, that executive also ended my call with some rough reply without expecting my answer; I doubted about whether Airtel has customer care or not also I think airtel got plenty of customers so that forgot to care about customers. few days again I made a call and explained everything and demanded for a solution, but they connected to some body and said that she is manager, she said that solution provided and within two days it will be reflected, but everything was eyewash.
Finally I lost the hope of airtel customer care.

AirTel — Worst Customer Care Services

I Have lost my mobile yesterday. I Have been to airtel outlet to block my sim. May be 12 in the noon or at 1 i have launched request to block my sim. The agent attending my call has said your sim is blocked and u can now reissue a sim.
In the night near about 9pm when i tried my number i was shocked as it was ringing. In the morning when again reached to the outlet again i launched request to block my sim again the agent on phone said that it is blocked. I have asked him that how can i trust that it is blocked and no outgoing call has been made from that number in between this period. He said no is blocked and no calls has been made but i insisted that i want to see it in your system or u give me this in written. he said u can see it online in any of our outlet. as i was in lajpat nagar outlet i ask one of the executive to show me the details but he refused it very rudly. i told him that u can speak to ur senoir supervisor on phone as he is on hold he again refused.Now I went to the agent who was holding the line, the executive in the outlet came to me snatched the phone and disconnected it and said that our server is down so cant show.
Now this is rediculles
After some time when i reached to Krishana nagar Lalquater, delhi-51 outlet again i was misbehaved. See the height when i am telling my problem to the guy in the outlet (Manish was his name) he said "Ki ja to ja ke vodafone ka connection lelo". Again that guy misbehaved he was rude totally mannersless.

For me its unfortunate to be airtel user.


I wanted to ask or sugesst that is this is what airtel is called coustemer service?

I am definatly not going leave this issue will soon moving to consumer court.

That day your person told me connection you will get within 10 to 15 day.
After 15 day your person telling me right now your area connections all full, if any one line cancelled than after we will give connection to you your person telling to me,
I have already cancelled my new connection so refund my cash Rs.1000/-

AirTel — Airtel Services and Customer Care

To Airtel Management (Hyderabad/India whomver it may concern),

Incident Reference Number: F[protected]

I have been a customer of Airtel from 2007 and I posses two cell numbers and one internet connection from Airtel. I was in US and I returned to India on Monday 2nd November '09. I paid all the bills in time till now in and even I was in US, hoping that when I will land in India , I can avail the Airtel service.

Monday:

Immediately after I land, I tried to call my family and I saw my service has been barred for one cell number - the one I was carrying with me though I have a credit balance of more than 2000 INR in my account. I called customer care to know the reason for which my services were barred. I spoke to a customer rep and she told that I needed to submit some documents to them. Submission of the documents has been made a mandate by the Indian Government in some audit. I asked her how Airtel tried to inform me that I needed to submit these documents. She said that Airtel has sent an SMS to me at end of November. I asked the rep to escalate the call to her manager and I spoke to a lady called Lakshmi/Vijay Lakshmi. I was utterly surprised after speaking to her. I asked her:

Did Airtel check whether I received the SMS or not? She said no. OK I can assume that Airtel does not have that much o[censored]pdated technology to check that may be?!
Airtel sends me junk and promotional postal mails and emails, so why could not Airtel send me a mail this time with real important information. She could not answer.
I asked her that I had another number with Airtel. Why could not they call at that number? She was unable to find my other number, though I get bills for both the numbers together!
If Airtel does not have necessary documents for which they can stop providing services, how was it possible that Airtel needed documents for one number and not the other one which I have - why was the service stopped for only one number and not the other one? She could not answer.
While she told that Airtel did not have to do anything and the government department itself has barred the number (I never believed this), I asked her to give the name of the government department and she told that she cannot give that number to me.
Though I heard an apology for each and every question I asked, I did not hear any plan to resolve this situation. So I asked her to escalate further from whom I can really get a resolution, and she said that her manager is going to call me back within 9:30 AM. In spite of the jet lag, I waited till 3:00 PM to get a call, but never received one. OK, so I understand Airtel operates more like a government office than a private office.

Tuesday:

I called 121 again and I asked for Lakshmi. This lady was unavailable at that point of time. I asked for any responsible person with whom I could talk to. The call was escalated as usual. Now I was speaking to a person called Rajkumar and his number is [protected]. I repeated the story and he told me that he will enquire with the necessary Airtel department and will get back to me. When he called me back (at least he had the courtesy to give a call back), he said that the service will be reactivated within 2 hours. It was noon by that time and I asked specifically whether the issue will be resolved within 2:00 PM or not. He assured that it will be. He requested me to submit the documents within Tuesday or Wednesday.

Wednesday:

My cell phone is still inactive. Since I did not have my address proof ready and I needed to get that from my HR department of my organization (I am not from Hyderabad and do not have any other address proof), I asked the pick up person to come on Wednesday. I handed over all documents asked for - passport copy, photo and HR declaration of address proof to the pickup person. I signed in a form also. Believe me; the form required the same information which Airtel already has. All information in the form has been submitted with the same documents to Airtel every time I took a number/bought a cell service from Airtel.

Thursday:

My cell phone is still inactive. I called Rajkumar, and he did not pickup the phone. I am sure he deliberately refused to talk as I got his phone busy for at least 5 times and the phone kept on ringing for at least 4 times. I called 121 again. This time I talked to a rep whom I requested to escalate immediately. The call got escalated to a lady named G Kranti. I repeated the same old story and wanted a timeline as I have submitted all documents. She was unable to give a timeline and said that it depends on the backend department and she will not be able to help me out here!!! Also in the incident history that Airtel maintains, Rajkumar did not write anything about activation within Tuesday 2:00 PM!!!

I got a call back from the pickup person and he needed my Landlord's name. So I assume the documents really did not reach the so called "backend department"!

I really wanted to know:

Most importantly: WHEN CAN I GET MY SERVICE REACTIVATED? A day, a week, a month, a year, a decade ... when?
Is it my fault that in spite of submitting all information to Airtel before, still I need to resubmit?
Why one of the number was barred and the other was not. So am I to assume the other number will also be barred in near future and I need to go through all this again?
Please let me know as I NEED my cell phone to work properly. Incident Refrence Number: F[protected].

Airtel — Customer Service - World's Worst

I have called to register several complaints at airtel and everytime i get a sms from them within 10 days saying "Trust your issue number ******** has ben resolved. If not, please contact 121". It is comic, because then i have to call and log another complaint that the previous issue has not been resolved. There have been only two issues, and they have not been solved for many months. Every new occurance results in a new complaint with a timeframe of atleast one week. That is how they postpone things. The last time i spoke to a supervisor, he "swore" on his mom to assure me that my problem would be resolved this time. He even promised a follow-up. But Airtel didnot fail to deviate from thier policy of fooling consumers and likewise i got an sms saying bla bla bla. i had to callback and register another complaint. Can some english reading people at Airtel look into complaint number 25622806? i believe this complaint has a summary of all my other complaints. else you will have to dig into each one of them. Complaint number 26371986 is about complaint number 25622806 not being resolved. I running out of words. Airtel can make this happen to you as well.
I strongly agree to Sudhir. Though the coverage is better the customer service is the worst part. I use the airtel mobile, broadband, & DTH and when it comes to customer care, its the WORST of its WORST. The email team is even worst. It really makes me wonder in which college these guys would have studied that they respond so stupid and iirelevant to the query. And needless to say a call back in 24 hrs is never a call back in your life time from airtel.

Alarmingly did you have a call back from Airtel, I m sorry its either a payment outstanding from ur end, else please wake up...

its been a week Ive ordered airtel for new connection,the guy from airtel told me it would take a max of 2-3 days to get the connection..and Ive already had all the resources,wifi router,feasible airtel line to neighboring homes,if he would have said me its going 2 take a while.. no prob, i would have thought to pay when its ready.he's got my license id,rental agreement,and a sum of rs/-1400(impatient 399 plan).really am impatient now,and till now i haven't got my connection..is airtel focusing only on money or customer satisfaction,am working in a studio and i download tons of presets for ae. so i desperately need an broadband conn..,data card is not my choice..if this is not airtel's fault but that guys.. why would they spoil their name by recruiting such ppl.there's no proper response when i call him,what choice do i have..

Airtel Broadband — Poor/Worst customer service

I have been using airtel broadband since 4 years with number[protected].Recently i have requested my residence and raised a request regarding shifting of connection on 04/09/11 and i have been told it will be soon,when i called back the customer care on 07/09/11 they said it will be done in 10 working days.Then i opted for cancellation of my connection and the request was raised on 09/09/11,later i got a call from customer care from chennai and bangalore and modified my plan and made request for continuation of service and i accepted the same.Again when i persistently calling the customer service fir the transfer of my connection they took a fresh request and informed me that it will be done on10/09/11 by 7pm.When i called back the customer service on 10/09/11 in the evening they again informed me that connection cancellation request is in process and they cannot transfer the connection i requested to cancel completely.On 11/09/11 again i received a call stating the transfer of my connection then i told them that i have been misleaded by the customer care people and i completely opted for the cancellation.Now i have been not using my connection since 05/09/11 and i received a bill for the month.When i called the customer care they told that my cancellation request has been taken on 09/09/11 and still they have not closed which is really embrassing i have been calling the customer care and still my cancellation request has not been done and i have been charged for the same.I am really dissatisfied by the way AIRTEl is treating their valuable customers.KIndly do the needful in this regard

AirTel — Airtel Broadband - worst customer service

Hi ,
Hoping I will get some guidance to get rid of the mental torture I am going through because of poor service from AIRTEL

Mainly two concerns

1. Cancellation request

In first week of October I raised a cancellation request for my AIRTEL BROADBAND (#[protected]

They took my complaint ( reference number 5407594), one customer service agent called me and said they will keep in safe custody
for 2 months and I can go back to them when ever I want. when I came to know that 'safe custody' means some monthly charges
I refused that offer and asked them to terminate the connection immediately (Ref #6042708)

They said connection would be cancelled with in 7 days and there won't be any charges from the day I registered a cancellation request
I have not used internet / landline service from the same day

on 06-Nov they sent me a new bill for the period (05 Oct - 04 Nov) for an amount 1100 rs.

Why should I make this payment when I have not used their services?

2. Second concern is regarding non updation of online payment.

on 25-Sep I made an online payment of 1300 rs to AIRTEL using my internet banking
The BIL no given by my bank for that transaction is[protected]. Amount is deducted from my bank account.

AIRTEL said they dint receive the amount so I raised a complaint with them (ref 5718584) to track my online payment
I sent them my bank statement and bill no. which shows that the payment has been made to AIRTEL on 25-Sep

For nearly 40 days they kept on saying that they are 'working on my request on Priority'

Suddenly from 31-Oct their COLLECTIONS department started calling me for 1300 payment !!
and they started sending reminders to my mobile also !

I am mentally tortured by their continuos calls and messages asking for the payment when I myself am chasing their customer service to look in to the non updation of my payment

ADDING TO this poor cordination between thier customer service and colections department , their BILLS department sent me a
new bill saying I have not paid 1300 payment so I am charged a late fee of 100 rs !!
also they said I should pay latest month's 1100 bill (When I already cancelled the connection)

so my new bill says I need to pay 1300 + 100 late fee + 1100 (latest month in which I have NOT used their service) !!!


I really need help to address this issue, I am literally going crazy by their futile emails , reminder messages and collection calls

Am Karthik. i applied Airtel broadbrand on Saturday(Mar 10, 2012), Executive told me that i will get connection on Tue (Mar 13, 2012), because the bad service. they didnt gave the connection. Am keep on making the calls to that Executive even to his manager. no one didnt pickup the call. if they pickup the call also they said they will send the guys to give connection today but they wont. Still now no cennection March 19,2012. Any one please guide me what the steps i need to take. did i can go to consumer court or i just simply cancel the order

    Hi Team,

    I would like to bring to your notice about the harassment calls and mails that Airtel Postpaid Connection/Legal team has been making.

    I had a airtel postpaid connection: +[protected] and had cleared all dues and closed the connection on 22 December 2012 and have a mail from CorporateCustomer.[protected]@in.airtel.com stating that the mobile number is deactivated and closed the connection.

    For the past 3 months now, calls and mails have been pouring in, not only to me but also to my friends ( dont know how they get the numbers, I think they are tapping my calls - this is illegal and any advocates here please note that according to section 5 of Indian Telegraph Act 1885. Rule 419 and 419A and Rule 428 of the India telegraphic rules, no person without the sanction of the telegraph authority, use any telephone or cause or suffer it to be used, purposes other than the establishment of local or trunk calls) and they tell they are from Courier service and get my address and harass me.

    This has to stop. I have proof that we have closed the connection. I have a family and its affecting us badly. Please do something to stop this.

    The amount they say that is pending is only Rs. 2400 and they say they are filing a legal case against me whereas am the victim here.

    Airtel — Legal Harrassment

    I had an Airtel internet connection. As I was not using it much I changed my plan from unlimited plan to 350 per month plan. They overcharged to the access of 4500 rupees in a bill. I was shocked. I was rarely using my internet connection. Moreover previously the bill never exceed 1500 rupees even if I used it a lot. Now average use was not even half hour a day.

    I pointed the mistake to the company but it was not solved. Company error or misuse by some of its employees was not mended. They kept calling and demanding the money.

    I reminded the mistake made by them in billing. But they didn't do anything. And they handed over my case to one of their legal hooligans, most of whom are their to show their might and harrass customers so that customers pay up to their illegal demands.

    Most of customers pay due to fear as they are unable to face legal might of Airtel. It is bad and criminal act. Court must take it seriously and penalize the company heavily as well to the legal shops engaged by it.

      I am very sad saying this the airtel people showing to me. I changed to airtel postpaid on october 25th 2012. I paid all the bills till date without any dues. Now I want to change to their prepaid. I approached their customer relationships center. They are saying that if I switch to prepaid, my sim will be deactivated for 3 days. How can that possible? Why do the airtel do this? Is that according to the rule? I dont have any other connections so if my sim is deactivated, I wont be able to contact anyone for 3 days.

      Please help me in fixing this issue asap

          Hi,
          I am using Airtel since long , I facing issue from last two months when I activated 3G services. I choose rs150 plan in which they have to provide 500MB 3G + 500MB of 2G.
          I always received a SMS when my usage is aprox 80% and 90% And I can manually check my usage by Sending SMS 3G to 121.
          My issue is last day of my billing cycle I have received SMS from Airtel that my usages is aprox 90% , also check the same from Sending SMS to 121 and it's also show 450MB usage. But when I received my Bill then I shocked to see my 3G usage was 1142MB.
          They have charged me more then of 642MB and I want this should be corrected.

                I raised the complaint for over billing with all the proofs. Initially they agrees that they will give the waiver but late refused to do so.

                - No Internet usage on 24th Feb as per the bill

                - Internet deactivated on 1st Mar as per Liji and Bill summary

                -SMS from AIRTEL to me on 5th Mar 6:49 PM stating that “ you consumed 2251MB “ – forwarded that SMS to [protected] (Liji – Appellate officer).
                She can able to verify all the communications to the user in the system except the above SMS. Don’t know how???

                -I raised request on 24th to customer care as I am unable to connect Internet. (Got the reply that they are unable to check due to maintenance and that they will update me by tomorrow which never happened.)

                -After verifying everything the Appellate officer replied that she will get back to me in 72 hrs.

                Requesting you all to activate my Internet (ASAP) and resend the bill after thorough analysis by tomorrow EOD. I am again reiterating that there is no Internet connectivity from 24th Feb onwards ….

                Suggestion:
                - I am getting SMS stating that I crossed 93%, 94%, 99%, etc… of built-in usage. Why don’t you send the same, the moment usage crossed the built-in limit.
                - Expecting customer care to listen and then reply. If that is happened, my issue would not reach till the appellate officer and I would not suffer without Internet connectivity for the last 3 weeks.

                Again i am posting the latest happenings...

                Hi Indra,

                Liji and Johnson agreed that there is some discrepancies in billing and they will come up with revised billing by end of Monday. Today morning I got a call from Johnson that he is unable to do the reversal even though he is accepting the error in the system and he told that he can give further 500/- reduction.

                Now I am getting another call from Appellate office (Indra)stating that they will not give any reduction and forcing me to pay the entire amount to activate Internet connectivity. Even the reduction amount Rs. 500/- which they agreed initially they are refused to do.

                I am requesting the concerned people to take the necessary action and confirm the billing amount.

                  Sir myself Dr. Dharm Gopal Gupta using airtel SIM (No-[protected]) since last two months which was ported from BSNL. I am also using airtel 2G internet service in my mobile. On date 19/03/2013 morning 7:30 AM , i was reading the times of india newspaper online. Suddenly I received a message that "thanks for downloading Val_fun_01 from airtel you have charged Rs 99.0." and 99 rupees were deducted from my main balance. I am very careful while using the net i never click on any such message or service even then they deduce my balance. This is really a mental harassment. What is this ??????/ In last 20 days two times I have been charged 5 rupees (each time) in a similar manner. Sir i want very strict and immediate action against such harassments. Sir it is not all about 99 rupees but this is about the harassment they are causing to the consumers. These companies are supposed to work for society but it is very disappointing and hurting that they always harass the poor people (poor means innocent- as they do not know consumer rights etc.).i have neglected these things many times but its too much. Now i am ready to take this matter in the court. So sir i hope that i will get an immediate justice. Thank you.

                  Airtel Prepaid Service — Customer harrassment (Urgent assistance needed)

                  Dear Sir/Madam

                  I am a user of Airtel mobile service with the #[protected]. This is a lifetime prepaid account. I make a lot of ISD calls from my phone and thus I recharge my account with the top up option of Rs.555/-, almost after every one or two days. On 19th December, 2007 I went for a “ISD pack” offered by your company and paid RS.505/- for that. The transaction ID for the same is –[protected]. The balance for the same is still not credited to my account.
                  I called up the customer care unit of your company at [protected] yesterday evening and the person there was unable to help me with any information as your system was not working at that time. I went to a shop who offers Airtel services and did a normal top up with Rs. 555/- again and asked about this special packages. They told me it will get credited to my account after 48 hours and I will be getting my balance by 72 hours time maximum. But as it was more than 72 hours and I had to make an ISD call urgently so I called up your customer care unit again at 3 in the morning today.
                  The person I spoke to for the 1st time was not at all of any help and said there is no transaction reflected on his system against my account after 15th of this month. And when I told him about my urgent requirement so he transferred me to his supervisor who didn’t receive the call.
                  I disconnected and went ahead with all your voice instructions to connect with your another useless customer care person who gave me the same information with an additional information that I need to go to the dealer through whom I have done the transaction to solve the problem as they cannot do anything there even with the transaction ID I have. And further he connected me to his supervisor who again did not pick up the phone !!!!
                  I hung up and called your customer care again (don’t you appreciate my patience !!!!) this time it was another person with a little bit different information- I need to go to the Airtel office with my complain and no one else can do anything as that is the company policy !!!!
                  I hope whoever is reading the email will understand how much frustrating this is. I hung up and got a message within 3 minutes of that - I am unsubscribed from the “hello tune service”. What a great customer service.
                  I called up your customer care again and thank god this time it was someone who gave better news. My transaction for the ISD pack is reflected at his system and I will get the balance in my account by latest 23rd December, 6.00 p.m. GREAT !!!! at least someone has updated me. When asked about the “hello tune” (which in a very suspicious manner got unsubscribed at 3 in the morning) he said – it can be told only after another 6 hours as there is nothing about it at his system yet.

                  I am really amazed with the type of people a company like Airtel has to deal with its customer. I really want to hear from the higher authorities what they say about this sort of incidents. I do not intend to go on with a service provider who has this class of system to attend their customers. And I would surely take this matter to the consumer court if needed and if there is no immediate action after this email.

                  I would like a responsible person to contact me to resolve the issue as the call centres are not helpful at all and are totally ignorant.

                  Hope to get some response which will change my ideas.

                  AirTel — Deduction of prepaid balance without any information.

                  I am having an Airtel prepaid connection for last 4 years. From last 3 months they are deducting a 25 rs charge for Friendz Chat which i had not applied for any subscription. And when i called thier customer care 121 for asking this service to be stopped and disconnected they never attened the call as by having a long wait the call gets disconnected. Could you please look into this issue and advice me to deal with this fraud??

                  my mobile no. is [protected]. I am using Airtel Prepaid connection. Is not activating any schemes except hello tunes n lower calling rates. But Airtel is deducting Rs.0.30 anytime in a day more than 20times from last 8 days. I s gone to Customer layout which is situated at paldi but they are not able to solve my problem.I gv written complaint over there. their staff told me that you got the complaint number via sms but still i didnt get it nor my problem was solved. plz as soon as look after it.

                  I have Airtel prepaid [protected]. on 7th november i did call to 5664466 for about 4mins which is suppose to charge @ 12/- perminute but I loss 220/- rupees balance just for that one call.                   dear sir/madam, i am a user of airtel prepaid mobile and i m very fedup with the customer care services. actually on 16th february i was having 73 ruppes balnce in my account. and i activated 5 rupee plan for internet and without using internet my total balance was deducted...after that i called in customer care but they were just kidding with the customers and was taking it like a fun.they dont have enough knowledge about there work. and did not solved my problem..

                  I agree to outsource those thing which don't add value, or unnecessary increase investment but 1 thing i want to say that, i am airtel user, there were no problem in using of it but right now from few months Airtel doing idiotic things. they deduct money from balance. whenever i try call on customer care then its take too much time to connect and then i file a complaint regarding my balance deduction, then customer care try distract me. when i asked them what are the reason you deduct money from balance without informing then they said there is scheme activated on your number and it is subscribed by you. while truth is that i never subscribed any scheme by myself. when i told them please deactivate my scheme and never try to activate on my number but they didn't listen my request and they are still continue with and activate any scheme without giving any information.
                  i want tell one thing if Airtel thing that he is growing as comparison to their competitor then his thinking totally wrong. They cheating customers and earning money by doing their idiotic things. I am only the victim there are many customers are facing problems as like me.
                  If Airtel thinking they are very clever then it means they are foolish. they are insane in their work and in their scheme.
                  Me and my known persons are going to switch to other company. one promise i want to make it that in future i will not use airtel.
                  I have 1 request that please forward my complaint to the top management or to the owner of the company because i don't have any contact for conversation to the top management.

                  This is not the first time I have become victim of automatic money deduction from my prepaid connection of my mobile without my notice.
                  I come to know only when I check my balance from time to time by calling on toll free "*123#". To my surprise I found my balance is low from my last day balance, as I know I have not make any outgoing call from my mobile, so Where is the amount deducted ?

                  When I call customer care executive, he told that you have activated "value added service" on your mobile. This is something surprizing me as I have not done any kind of activation. From Executive I come to know that "job-alert" service is activated.
                  This is rediculous ! As I am retired Govt. servant for more than 10 years and my present age is 70 ! Do I need job alert ? The service charge is Re 1 everyday.

                  Moreover, Sometime back Airtel automatically activated "Hello Tunes" without bringing to my prior notice on my mobile and they deduct Rs 30 per month.

                  When I ask Airtel executive about Why do you activate this service without bringing to my prior notice ? I got a reply that you may have ask ? And, on denying that I have not asked for any kind of service, I got a reply from Airtel executive that - Now tell me what you want to do ? continue or deactivate it ? Surely, I want to get it deactivate because my hard earned money is getting WASTED by all such non sense .

                  When I ask customer care executive about the refund , He reply me that they will not going to refund any money .

                  I want to take strict action against Airtel Fraud !

                  Airtel — Repeatedly 99 rupees getting deducted from my phone account

                  Without my notice I got a message from Airtel saying Thank you for downloadin java game and you are charged Rs.99. This is very ridiculous.
                  Till now 377 rupees (99+99+80+99) has been deducted from my account. Without my Interaction how the Airtel should download the game into my mobile and get charged. Is this the way that the Airtel is using to charge the customers??? Very ridiculous.

                  myself prakash lokhande ,i am using airtel prepaied no.[protected]. in the month of december2011,(date27,28,29) internet services not available due to technicall issue by airtel .but they didnt refund me neither money nor the extension in days.and same issue rised again in the month of january12(date29,30), i complaint in airtel costomercare but they did not response me properly.
                  i also recived the same message as mention above. .from my balnce rs.99 was deducted. From the customer care there was no help as they themself donot know what is val_fun_01. I want to know what is this??

                      the amount has been deducted from my bank account but same has not been credited into my airtel money account

                          Some package is activated on my mobile due to which my money is getting deducted everytime I recharge my account. I called their customer care but issue is still not resolved. This is very common situation in our entire district. They activate some package without consulting users and send sms, to deactivate, user has to call their customer care. Why activate it in first place without asking the user personally. I dont know if it is the same with any other operators or only Airtel is doing this. Please look into this in the interest of common Indian.

                            respected sir/madam , i had bought this no. ([protected]) on 13th February . sir on the same day i had bought samsung galaxy gt-s7562 handset , in which there was an offer that if i put the Ariel Sim on the first position then i will i get benefit of a 3g(1GB), 250 local Min's, 250sms but unfortunately i did not get that yet .
                            sir to know why i had not got the packages i had tried to contact 121 executive through my cell but every time the computerised voice suggest me to Dial *121# and thereafter phone disconnects ... sir i am facing big trouble from last one month .. please solve it ..
                            sir if possible please give me the above benefits and please check why i am not able to talk with customer executive .

                              My 3g airtel dongle number is [protected].
                              I had been purchased this Feb2013 and worked for 1 month with full signal in my Desktop.
                              Now on Mar2013 after first billing cycle this not working.
                              i called toll free number to make complain to resolve this issue.
                              I said them dongle not working and
                              there is no network coverage,No registration, No Service.
                              What they saying is i have to check with outside of my house for coverage. For that i need Laptop or 3gsupport mobile.
                              I have only Desktop and Galaxy S3(support micro sim). I informed them.
                              But they simply saying there is no option to take this complaint before check these and said to buy some adapter to check signal.
                              I m using my airtel mobile in same house with same place have full coverage, i know signal is not the issue.
                              But they saying your 3g is active and you have to do these steps until they cant take complaints.
                              This make sure they simply plan to make bills only. I m sure next month i ll get bill without used dongle.
                              This is my bitter experience because i m using airtel broadband more than 4 years with fast solution.
                              I gonna disconnect my connection because i know they wont give any solution now.

                              airtel bharti mobile — no inform and no service acxtive

                              i have pre paid card of airtel bharti mobile witch no [protected].
                              yesterday compney has deduct some charge form my account
                              regarding any dada resub Service but i have not use this service. when the compney deduct the amount from my account then i was staying in roming. second compney is taking a charge for Mised call alert but the comoney is not this service properly they are not giving every alert.i ask one customer care exucative she said your service mised call alert service is active today so you can not received alart but copmney deduct the charge three time form my acount.when i said this is your foult they replied this is your foult compney is not responsable for this matter

                                  My mobile number is [protected].
                                  Two months back I got excess amount in the bill.

                                  One of Airtel employ Meghana(Mobile Number: [protected]) from collections department called last month and told me that actual amount is 2106 and if I pay that amount the remaining excess amount will be waved off and mobile will be activated.

                                  I paid 2106/- on 18/02/2013 receipt number[protected]. but the excess amount is not waved off. I called up her yesterday and she said the incident is closed at their end and service should be normal., but it is not the case.

                                  I called up customer care and explained same thing several times and wrote numerous emails. but no one is actually helping to solve this issue.

                                  Service Request number given as : 49130464

                                  My mobile number is still disconnected and no one is answering my query.

                                  I want my mobile number activated and per the commitment given by their executive.

                                  Could you please help me on this?

                                    POST TO PREPAID PROBLEM
                                    As was not using my airtel mobile no [protected] from past one year therefore requested to close this account but was suggested by customer care to get converted from post to pre paid as there was no minimum billing to be paid every month accept for any usage for which i accepted the solution and cleared our outstanding bill till that date and a fresh request was made to convert the same number from post to pre paid account.
                                    we did got new sim twice in span of two months after repeated calls to customer care as both the times sim was not activated due to some amount showing pending in my account and after checking with accounts got to know that even after our request to change over from post to pre paid our billing did not stop even though we were not using or even was not aware that our old sim was working we didn't even switched on our phone and because this took few months and billing continued every time spoke to customer care it was told that the bills were not supposed to be made after the request of transferring from post to pre paid account and was given assurance that wrong billing will be revered and waiver will be given.but over all it was a trap to hold a customer for few more months and to keep billing
                                    At last requested to shut the mobile connection account once for all and did not got into trap of getting it transfer from post to pre paid connection
