I had 2 airtel land lines with internet facility, I submitted a connection closing request in Airtel Gallery and thought connection will be closed with in 5 days.

I receive a call for payment pending, and I ask that girl about closing of these 2 numbers, she says they didnt received any such request and asked me to email
I emailed on the same day and I received following mail

I receive a call from Airtel and they say the amount is pending, when they can collect, I say, its ok collect it today.
I paid the amount in cash and have a receipt

A girl calls and says your bill payment is pending, I say, I paid and ask her to refer records, she checks and says its ok and she will intimate.

A male calls and says your bill payment is pending, I say, I paid and also confirmed on 5th, he dont agree and call ends.

I again received a call saying that Rs 3272 is pending.

Airtel — making fools in bill discount
sir, i am a airtel billing customer and they hve issue me a plan of 299alex full value in that call charges is 30ps ana 300calls free and 300sms free but due 2their mistake my plan change 299alex in that monthly rent 299 and call charges is 50ps. i hve complaint in frontline sales(distributor)from where i ws buy the card and they ws told me that ur plan wl change from next bill cycle and u wl get discount but till nw i nt get any discount in bill.and i also called to airtel nodal officer on [protected] from mon to fri 9.30 to 6.30 but number is switch off this seems that they making fools 2customers.
