Dear Customer Service,
Further to my email sent 10 minutes ago, I found the email below from ICICI Bank Credit Cards at 1335 hrs 20/02/13. I also received an SMS Alert. You can see that it confirms the 2nd payment of Rs 2500 to recharge my Account. However, the payment seems to have failed due to your technical problem referred to in my previous email.
Let me make it quite clear that I want to recharge only Rs 2500 and not more. Due to the Total mess in your own payment gateway because of the incompetence of your technical team, any recharge beyond Rs 2500 due to duplicate payments should be refunded immediately.

BHARATI AIRTEL — wrong charges
Hi,I am using bharati airtel from 2 years. Today I got two messages from the number 64611020 about downloading truetone from Airtel Live WAP & charged Rs.20/-each for the same, but I haven't download any truetone from that site. So, I requested to airtel to reverse the charges.
