dear sir/madam,
this is bipin kumar from chandigarh.On 1 mar 2013 at around 6.40 pm i tried to recharge my airtel mobile no.-[protected] for Rs.-200 through m.airtel.in through debit card.my recharge was not done but my balance has been deducted from my icici bank.I tried to launch the complain regarding this and for refund of my money three times to the respective airtel department but neither of my complain has been resolved and my money has not been refunded to my bank account yet.during the transaction i just received the sms of balance deduction from my bank but have not got any transaction id even.........the transaction id of my balance deduction of my bank is

Airtel — Recharge done thru online money not received to my mobile

I had recharged to my mobile with 50/- rs from online but i didnt received any balance. plz revert on this and giv rply to my mail id asap.

    i am Prasanna. one of Airtel mobile customer for long period. my number is [protected]. THe period When i get this

    SIm card was so good that the AIRTEL company peoples care about customers most. But now they acting like mafia.

    if we had enough balance in mobile they automatically take some money, telling us that we activated it. here my personal

    experiance. Now for 26 rupees one sms pack. is available in airtel . it has an auto renewal system. this on 06.02.2013

    this pack period ended. before two days i receive message that this SMS pack will be auto renewed at the end of this

    SMS pack period with a number *121*5# to manage auto renewal service . on 06.03.13 i used *121*5# option and i

    deactivated autorenewal facility. on 07.03.13 i recharged this same SMS plan manually. but in the mid night of the same

    day they took 30 rupees from my main account balance. today 08.03.13 when i asked cus. care a girl names

    Krishnammal attended my call. i explained my problem. she said she will check the system and tell details. but she cut

    the call itself. i calles 121 again. this time a person named Adidhan attended me again i explained all to him claiming to

    refund my money. he assured me to refund my money within one hour. but nothing happened. so again i called customer

    care. this time they didn't even connect the call to customer care representatives. plz be aware of these service providers. i want my money back. some one please help. or atleast spread this news. atleast consumers can know what are the problems happening with communication service providers.

    AirTel — useless customer care

    I hold a blackberry 8520 handset for almost one year.. My phone got hanged now and it says 523 error. I am trying to call up the customer care number and it is busy all the time, How do I resolve it, why the hell airtel is cheating the customers. There was a number given in the website i tried calling it and it says that my number is not an airtel prepaid.. I m using this prepaid number for almost 2 years..

        I had 2 airtel land lines with internet facility, I submitted a connection closing request in Airtel Gallery and thought connection will be closed with in 5 days.

        I receive a call for payment pending, and I ask that girl about closing of these 2 numbers, she says they didnt received any such request and asked me to email

        I paid the amount in cash and have a receipt

        A girl calls and says your bill payment is pending, I say, I paid and ask her to refer records, she checks and says its ok and she will intimate.

        7 March 2013
        A male calls and says your bill payment is pending, I say, I paid and also confirmed on 5th, he dont agree and call ends.

        8 March 2013
        I again received a call saying that Rs 3272 is pending.

        Airtel Land Line with internet — Billing and services

        I duly made payment for my Airtel bill through cheques but still my telephone connections got disconnected.

        When i inquired about the issue to AIRTEL customer care they told me payment details not upgraded in their computer system.But, those payments has alredy been debited from my account many days back. I forwarded them the details of the cheque along with numbers, still they disconnected my telephones, due to which i suffered huge business losses.

        It has happened to me twice.

        I dont understand that why a company like AIRTEL have such a pathetic payment upgradation system.

        It is shameful that organisation like AIRTEL who wish to compete with MNC's and takeover/merge with MNC's cannot even fulfill basic customer needs.
        Its shameful for AIRTEL.
        I totally agree with the complaint. there is no denying that Airtel is now causing disharmony amongst its customers and seems as if its a downfall for Airtel in domestic market.
        Poor services, fake bills, bad customer care services.
        One should think above profit motives.

        Airtel-Landline and Broadband — Bill Comming After Disconnection

        I filed a request on customer care for the disconnection of landline and broadband connection on 6th June 09. My phone and broadband was disconnected on 11th of June 09. I have submitted dues for the month of June.But the bills are still comming. When i go to Airtle office about this issue nobody wants to talk me. They are saying first pay the bills then we talk about it. The details are as below.

        Airtel Landline — STD DISCONNECTED WITHOUT ANY REASON

        Since last 2-3 years I am using airtel broadband cum landline connection. Since inception STD Facility was there. On 16th of this I tried to dial a STD number the answer I got "STD FACILITY IS NOT AVAILABLE IN YOUR TELEPHONE".

        From that day onwards I am lodging the complaining by phone as well as mail. When ever I contacted the customer care's reply was your STD is re-activated. But till now i.e. 20th August, 2010 at 5.36 PM not activated.

        Airtel Landline — Requested for disconnection no action taken

        This is regarding the request for the disconnection of number[protected] in the name of Jatin Kapoor, residence of 43, Manak Vihar, Delhi - 110092.

        We have requested the Airtel company several times for the disconnection but they are not disconnecting and calling up several times that why you want to disconnect and now we are recieving the calls for the payment dues.

        After getting irritated on 27Aug, I have wrote the below e-mail to them but still no action has been taken.

        I have requested for disconnection of number on 25July, then on 7Aug I have again called up for disconnection then the false statement from your side that I was agreed for on the plan of Rs250/ per month then on disagree of the same lady told me that will give you the tariff waiver and disconnect the phone shortly.Then on 13Aug again had a talk with ref number 36451624 and then later on 21Aug again requested for the same ref number 36704006 and then on 27Aug again had a conversation with Mr Anand at 7:30pm he has given the same ref. number.

        The main motive is that we are not liable to pay any of the rent or any amount, cost after 25July, 2010 and kindly disconnect the number with broadband as soon as possible.

        I had requested for disconnection of the above phone number on[protected]. Request number for disconnection informed by customer care service representative as 1245745. I was informed that disconnection shall be done with in seven days. On[protected], I talked to your customer care representative again and wanted to know why disconnection has not be done. He informed me first that there is no request with him. When I informed him that after receiving the request, I have received a few phone calls from Airtel for reasons of rejection. Then he connected me to some concerned representative, who informed me that as per record I have withdrawn my request. I retorted that back that I have not withdrawn my request. Your record is totally wrong. Then he gave me complaint number 39146710, which was also confirmed by SMS on my mobile phone number[protected]. It was informed that he will get back to me on[protected]. I told him that telephone should be disconnected immediately as per my request dated[protected] otherwise I will not responsible for payment beyond[protected]. Although[protected] has also passed, my telephone is not disconnected so far.



        I am informing the above facts for your information and record for needful action of disconnection of Phone from[protected].

        bharti airtel broadband with fixed line — disconnection

        I had requested airtel Pitampura new Delhi center to disconnect my fixedline and broadband connection as i am proceeding abroad for more than 3 months my no. is [protected] ihad paid their last bill for Rs 949 which has been ack. by the company however i will be paying the balance if still remains or becomes due evenafter. urgent action is needed as im leaving today. thanks NIrmala sabu.

        Land line — Automatic cut off

        Good day,
        My phone number is[protected]. The phone has very poor sound quality and i made a complaint. The sopund quality improved after that. But the phone is getting cut off automatically after a minute of talk.I have sent several e-mails for the same but no response from BSNL.My parents are at home, i used to call them, but its became difficult now.Kindly look in to the matter.

        Bharti Airtel (landline) — Various Requests Are sent for Disconnection But No action is taken

        dear sir

        I m dealing with a problem that from my side various requests are sent for the disconnection of Airtel Landline No.[protected] which is not being used from last 4-5 months so i requested to customer care various times to disconnect this no. but no action is being taken and we are getting the bill every months. I m Not going to pay any bill as i m not using this no. and i m having request no. also. which are provided by custromer care executive. Kindly solve my problem as soon as possible

        I am trying to connect customer care number [protected] from my mobile number [protected], listen recorded sound, if you wants to talk customer executive press 9, and after dialing 9, the call automatically cut out, I have tried 11 times from other phone also, but same reply received and phone disconnected.

        I am to say that we are not using your broadband aitel, land line number [protected], wants to disconnect the service for 03 months because we are not using and question does not arise to pay Rs.1200/- per month

          Dear Sir,

          On 4th of March i activated an internet pack of 10 Rs. for one day. I used it on that day. There after i got message five days continuously that my balance is deducted by 10 rs. daily to amount total 50 Rs.(five days) on account of internet charges. I had activated it for one day and customer care never told me that i would be deducted daily 10 rs. for internet charges. This is clear cheating.

          I complaint customer care to stop the services immediately and return 50 Rs. for which i never requested services and never used them actually. They refused to do so and when i asked for call reference number on which they are denying to refund they refute to share this even. I feel cheated.

          My Airtel no is [protected].Everyday some amount is deducted that a service is activated.And when i called to customer care they told that they will deactivate that and never it happens again.but in the next day same situation happens. From the past 15 days this happens.I have never seen such a poor service & never expect the cheating attitude.

            Hello,

            I am receiving a lot of promotional messages on my airtel number even after getting my DND activated in the month of April. After that I logged a complaint for the same issue on 22nd June 2010, which was closed on 2nd July without any correspondence from Airtel. Ahen I called up the customer care executive, they told me that soemone had called me at 9:30 am on 2nd July and then only the complaint has been closed whereas I did not received any call.
            After that I sent an email to the Airtel, to which I get a response saying that I will have to provide them the date & time, number of the sender and the content of the message that I am receiving and then only they can get it stopped. Would someone care to explain, that am I expectedt to sit idle and then note down all these details and provide it to you ??
            I was not aksed for these details when I started getting these messages, then why am I being asked of it now ?

              The Customer service At Airtel is patheetic and is unable to get someone to fix my DSL service Since 4the March. Every time i call i get a new person and after explaining all he will give some time, theat does not work. Then theey will transfer thee call to floor leader or escalation manager or some senior on thee floor. This has been a daily routine for me to call and talk to some one and wait for thee time given assuming theat thee line would be up. This is going on for past 5 days (including today). The worst part withe NODEL desk is after giving all thee details like land line number , SR reference number and thee IVR says please wait while we transfer thee call thee call get disconnected.

              I have been cheated and given false promise from 4 days. I was told every otheer day theat i would get thee Internet service up and fIEld engineers are working. I was also given fIEld engineers number (Parameswaran - [protected], [protected] - Sridhar). I called theis technician and explained my issue, he said he will check and call back. He neitheer called me back and never picked my call in spite of trying him 100 times. I have been talking , Shilpa, Priyanka, Ram Kumar, Jayanthe, Vibin and many otheer people since 4 days. I need thee Internet up and running ASAP.

              The sridhars number not even rings when attempted to speak while Vibin was theere withe me on call. Vibin does not have words and said he would call me back by 1130 AM today IE 8the March 2013.

              Can someone at Consumer Forum help me getting thee issue sorted out withe satisfaction. I am loosing thee trust and reputation at work due to non availability online and is leading to many problems at my work place as I am supposed to support Even from home. Please can someone do sometheing for me.

              Airtel — for the services

              hi
              i am airtel costumer with 'Friendz card.' on friendz card there is a service in which we can call one std no. with half rates. I am not able to activate this no. for that i have called the costumer care many times. every time they say ur problem will be solved within 24 hours. its now been 4 days. there is not any satisfactory answer neither from the costumer care nor from the airtel office.
              plz pay kind attention on my complaint.

              Airtel — Internet always up with problems

              Sir , I am a resident of hyderabad, andhra pradesh.

              I activated internet on mobile on 24th of January,2010. ( plan 98 which gives up to 2gb per month). Since the very first day i have been facing problems while using the internet.

              The following error messages are displayed :

              1.) No gateway reply.
              2.) No connection.
              3.) Sometimes it keeps on loading for ever and ever.

              I lodged a complaint on 31st of january with reference number [protected] . the supervisor assured me that the matter will be solved by 2nd february 1:30 p.m . But as expected , no action was taken.

              I again tried to contact the supervisor on 4th of february, instead of giving me any practical solution, he says " the status of previous complaint is still open , we cannot do anything till we get a response from gprs section" . I mean is this some kinda joke or what ? If they do not receive any response is this my fault? Out of 100 times i try to browse the internet , 90 percent of the times i cannot use it!! He took a new complaint and that reference number is [protected]. i want airtel to solve this problem as soon as possible.


              The other problem i am facing since i have given a complaint is that i cannot reach the customer case executive from my phone number. i dial any customer care number ( 121 , 13118 , 12118* , [protected] ) , then select appropriate options and finally when the voice says "press9 to speak to a customer care executive" , i press 9. BUT , instead of transferring the call to customer executive , i again receive a voice saying " please sms AIRTEL to 121 , thank you." !! It just pisses me off , how the hell am i supposed tot alk to an executive then ?? Everytime i need to speak to you people , i gotta beg or borrow someone else's phone! Is Airtel listening??

              Hello Airtel / Poonam Sharma,

              Airtel Customer Service was a Pain to talk to and get the services in time. I think Airtel will mess your world when there is any problem. It does not give prompt service as it looks to give.


              The service is pathatic, I think you would have access to my CDR of my mobile [protected], see how many calls i have made and how much time i have spent for the services to RESUME.

              It was a simple call for you to take the confirmation that all is working... as a customer it was really a worst experience and looked like a nightmare to get the services up. I hope you register my feedback and would do something to avoid reoccurance. Also would like to suggest management to teach the service engineers the telephone ethics(Empathy, sympathy, enthu to help, ownership of the issue etc etc..).

              I think i should get the credit for the days i lost the service and also the credit of the mobile bill for the calls made to customer service.

              One more worst part was the NODEL desk, After giving the faulty telephone number, SR number the IVR says it would record the call and then please wait while we transfer the call and it disconnects. Not sure why it is set like that and if that is to be done, you can simply disable it. Today morning it was another irritating factor.

              Please let me know your actions against my feedback. I wanted to know what you are up to for necessary action...

                There is no proper response from any officer at Airtel after speaking to the escalation/ retention/ floor managers. The worst part is the Nodel Desk ([protected] reference number :[protected], after keying all the details like the land line number, SR number and it says please wait until we connect and disconnects the line. Would include my CDR if required for proof.

                I have been chasing the support since 4th of March and until today there is no one called me and no one assured / fixed the service for me. I would like to know how long this kind of service is provided in India. I have been on call every day for at least 1 hours and the officer would give a time that it would be fixed and i will call the customer service again. This is happening from 4th March. Can I seek some help / assistance from at least consumer forum to raise the customer satisfaction.

                  I have recharged with Rs.333/- two times on 25th sept 2010 and Rs.222/- on 04th october 2010 through sbi mobile banking on my airtel mobile no.-[protected]. my sbi bank a/c has been debited on those date but recharge not done on my mobile.I am complaining regularly to airtel customer care since 26th sept2010, at first they told that u have to send the bank statement, I have sent more then 12 times the bank statement, but they told that they are not getting my attached bank statement,then I have sent again with cc to my another email,then I have got the attachment , but the airtel have not got any attachment, how? after that they told that they got the statement but they want it through fax also, they gave me two fax no, that was invalid. I have tried many times, but fax was not going due to invalid no.
                  they are telling that they have not got any request to above recharge and advise to contact to banking service provider, even in the statement it is clearly visible.

                  Wait for a few days. It usually takes 2-3 days for the money to be credited back to your a/c. Also keep record of the transaction id that was shown during the payment.

                          I got newly a new 3G donggle from Airtel with plan Rs 999 per month.
                          The connection is damnnn slow in my area Bellandur ( Outer ring road ) although it is 3G connection with high speed connection of 7 mbps.
                          Hardly I am able to connect to my company network using that connection.


                          On the top of that I am trying to pay the bill using their website airtel.in. I clicked the on Register in my accounts. the link is not working.
                          Then I tried Easy bill payment ..That also is not working..I don't understand why they have created a website itself.

                          Dear Sir,
                          I can not able to make outgoing calls from my mobile instead of there sufficient balance and within the validity date on my mobile. I'm using a prepaid number of Bharti Airtel. the mobile number is [protected]. The problem is remaining from 18.08.2010, 9:00pm till date. I have put complaints several times from yesterday. Those complaints numbers are as follows,
                          COGCL[protected], COGCL[protected], COGCL[protected].

                          The representative from Airtel had requested for 24 hours to solve the problem. And they said that it will be resolved by 20.08.2010 at 3:34pm. But they are unsucceeded. Thay again take a 5days time for solving the problem, though the only problem is unable to make outgoing call. but the incoming, smsing, web-browsing are going on. When I asked them to solve it as early as possible or giving me a surrogative SIM for those 5 days. They are giving me some irrelevant excuses. I have called them up for several times and everytime I remain on disappointment with their poor customer service.

                          I think so many common man can be suffered from this type of problems with service provider. So I heart and soul request you to take some actions against it not only for me but also for the sake of common citizen.

                                  AirTel — where is my mobile bill?

                                  for the last two months i didn't recieve my mobile bill.when i call the customer care they were telling me that our watch man venkatesh has recieved the bills.the thing is that we dont have watch man at all.it's just 2 stair building.bloody airtel can u help me out in this...i seriously need the original bills

                                  I have a corporate connection from Airtel.I am entitled to get the itemized Bill in hard format.Despite of my numerous complaints in this regard i could not got the Bill.Due to this i am unable to reimburse the telephone bill from my employer.Please help

                                        I purchased a nokia lumia 710 handset on january 2013 last week and my airtel 3G data 2GB/per month for 4 months has been activated on 7 feb 2013 but after one month that is on 6 march 2013 the offer for 1 month finished and auto activation for next month did not activated.
                                        I contacted Airtel customer care and executive replyed me that the offer is only for one month and not for 4 months and they disconnected my call, again i tried to contact them the executive took my call and didnt speak anything to me and was speaking to someone near to that lady and after sometime executive disconnected my call. I again tried but i was not able to connect to the customer care executive.

                                        my airtel number is [protected] and my nokia lumia 710 EMI number is [protected].

                                        1. did my offer get activated?
                                        2. why this airtel customer care executive took my call and speaked to someone and disconnected my call?
                                        3. why i can't contact airtel customer care executive again?

                                        Please help me in this situation.

                                        I am also having the similar problem. I purchased a nokia lumia 710 handset on March 2013 3 week back and my airtel 3G data 2GB/per month for 4 months has been not been activated

                                        I contacted Airtel customer care and executive replied that the offer is only for new connection and they disconnected my call. it is no where mentioned that I should have to buy a new airtel connection for this plan to work. Should a person buy a new mobile and change the connection every time to get the benefit.

                                        I have also bought Nokia Lumia 620 and got new Airtel sim to avil this offer but I am being charged for the Date uses I have written to Airtel Presence, Now waiting for there response.
