USB device is not working Airtel is not taking back the device

I have Taken the 4G dongle from the Airetel and it worked fine for 2-3 days.

Then it suddenly stopped working and I called customer care they took arou5nd 15 hours time and called back said that I need to change sim card.

So went to Airtel showroom in Rajrajeshwari nagar they said that stock is not available of that simcard. Again I called to customer care they said that if its the case they will charge INR 50...

sir,
I am using airtel connection from last 4 years,being a regular customer of airtel i was very impressed with your network.
one of your airtel representative from ajmer comes to me with a RAILWAY CUG plan...There were two plan one of 99 Rs n other is for 149 Rs...He explained the whole plan(of Rs 99)as:-
1. the rental is of 99 Rs.
2.They will provide complete talk value of 99 Rs.
3.If the bill comes out above 99 Rs then you have to pay only that charges(including rental of 99 Rs).
4.Net pack is of 50 Rs monthly(which includes unlimited downloading and surfing free).
5.Net pack activates automatically as soon as your Sim starts.No need of activation.
being a very cheap plan we repeatedly asked him to confirm the plan.But he assure us that the plan was correct since its a facility provided by railway.
So i decided to switch to airtel postpaid plan.
My Sim starts on 26 December and since then to 6th of January my bill comes out with 600.02 Rs.during this period i have asked him several times about the bill n ask whether the net pack is activated or not.He was assured of the plan n suggest me to ignore and said we will see when the bill comes...
when we went to customer service center(ajmer) to deposit the money they asked to pay 600.02 Rs.For this we explained all the detail that was provided by your representative. they called that representative and a short talk occur between them and at last they asked us to deposit only 100 Rs n assured us to give the concession of 500Rs...
now when after 1 month again a bill of 319 comes,we again went to airtel customer service center they explained that u were charged the bill as:-
1. 99 for rental.
2. 99 for Internet(the net was of 50 rs per month as per the representative)
3.100 for late submission fee(why late submission if they assured for the concession????).
4. and rest for the calls.
Then we asked to stop our Sim.but they force to pay the bill first.

Since last one and half month it was a complete mental torture given to me by airtel. I was very patience, cool and calm but after almost one and half month I am very frustrated and want to do a court filing in CIVIL for a compensation. I am ready to spend unlimited money for this endless fight with airtel but I can't leave them like this. I am shocked that airtel feel that they are serving free of cost and don't be greedy even if airtel will offer a cug plan.
so please give us a best solution for the compensation...
And a necessary action should be taken against all these types of representatives of yours.

AirTel — Harassment from airtel.

I HAVE STOPPED USING MY AIRTEL PHONE FOR THE LAST 6 MONTHS. MY PHONE NO IS [protected]. I HAVE STOPPED RECEIVING BILLS FROM AIRTEL. HOWEVER LATELY FOR THE LAST 1 MONTH I HAVE BEEN CONSTANTLY RECEIVING CALLS ABOUT SOME OUTSTANDING BALANCE FROM MY END. THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO SUPPORT THE SAME WITH A BILL.

Bharti Airtel — Harassment

I opened a broadband connection with Airtel fixed landline number [protected].After they fixed up the connection at my home , they took the cheque from me and it was cleared after few days , but since that day the internet connection has not been activated nor has been the landline .When i call up the Customer Service they give me lame excuses , sometimesthere softwares are not working and sometimes they say that they have activated the services and will begin in few minutes which is never true.Now a days when i call the customer service they give me a new number to call which is [protected]and [protected] , they amazing thing about these numbers is that if you call these numbers it rings but no one picks up the call.
Every day i get the confirmation that my services would be activated but that is a Myth now.I have loads of work to do but my internet does not work and if to go to Cyber cafe , which is 5 kms away from my place.
Bharti Airtel has not activated the services and seems that they have forgotten me but they have not forgotton to give me call through out the day and talk about promotional offers and refrences.
I am being harrsaed to the extreme point and i am thinking of moving to File A FIR , File a RTI regarding the procedues and definately i am going to Consumer Court for Sure.
If any one from Bharti Airtel is reading this , please be aware that my next move is Court and Consumer Court.

Airtel — Harassment and unusual deduction of balance

from last few months, my regular balance decution takes place, i filed more than 10 complaints in airtel customer care, but they take no action. they deactivate one service and next day other service gets activate it self. when i call customer care again they say thay cant do anything.

Airtel Prepaid — Series of harrasments that I faced for taking your prepaid connection.

Hello,

My name is Ananda Das Sarkar. My prepaid Mobile number is [protected]. I am now a member of your esteemed Mobile services, as I have taken a Prepaid connection on 5th March 2011. However, today being 21st of March , 16 days after the connection, my connection is still barred because of the untouched and unparallel customer services rendered by you.

Here are the series of incidents that happened with my connection.

- I purchased a new cell on 5th from Nokia Priority (Behala, 149, D.H. Road, Kolkata -34, Ph – [protected], Mobile -[protected]). There was an Airtel agent (Mobile No – [protected]), who offered me this prepaid connection. I submitted all the documents along with the photographs. The connection got activated that night itself.
- On 9th March, Airtel agent (Mobile No – [protected]), the called me up asking for signature in the photograph. He never bothered to inform me that I need to sign in the photograph produced on 5th. However I told him, that I will submit the a same on 12th of March. He accepted.
- On 10th the account got barred due to non submission of documents. I called up the Airtel agent (Mobile No – [protected]). He unblocked the same after some hours.
- On 12th I submitted the photograph along with the signature.
- On 13th the account again got blocked. I tried calling up the agent, his phone was switched off. The Nokia priority was closed.
- On 14th I called up the Nokia priority. They got that unblocked again on the latter half of the same day. ***** please note it was blocked from 13th Morning to 14th evening.
- On 16th the Nokia priority called me up asking again for another set of documentation since the Airtel agent (Mobile No – [protected])has gone absconding and they want to send the document fresh. I again submitted my documents on the same day.
- On 17th my connection was again barred. The Airtel agent’s phone was switched off and the Nokia priority started giving me false promises. I called them as many as 5 different times. I called up the Airtel customer care, they told me that they can’t do anything and I need to submit the documents again to the Airtel shop.
- On 18th , no resolution still, the Nokia priority told me since the courier guy is not coming, they were unable to send out the documents. They told me to call somebody from Airtel (Atanu Chowdhury – [protected]). I called him up and throughout the day. Every time he has given false promises and never called me back. It was me who called him again and again. MY CONNECTION WAS STILL BARRED.
- On 19th - MY CONNECTION WAS STILL BARRED – NO support from the Airtel agent, the Nokia priority, Atanu Chowdhury – [protected]
- On 20th - MY CONNECTION WAS STILL BARRED – NO support from the Airtel agent, the Nokia priority, Atanu Chowdhury – [protected]
- On 21st - MY CONNECTION WAS STILL BARRED – NO support from the Airtel agent, the Nokia priority, Atanu Chowdhury – [protected]. I visited your Shop at the Saltlake City Centre and talked to Kunal Ghosh – Ph No [protected], I talked about the problems that I am facing. I again submitted all the documents along with the photographs signed in it for the third time. It was promised that the account will be activated within an hour, however…. Its more than 2 hours and its still not done.

Few observations:

- As per Kunal, they have not received any document. So my question is where are my documents? What kind of fraud you guys are doing by taking my PAN. Driving License information.
- Since the courier is not there, the NOKIA priority has not send the documents in time and let the customer suffer ………... is that is what you mean by a customer service cycle?
- The nokia priority has told Kunal that they had send the doc on 18th while my account was barred from 17th. Its good to know that, you and your partners are so reluctant about customers. You guys are so good with off shouldering responsibilities.
- You have an agent who can go absconding. It proves the trust we should have on you while giving our personal information.
- The best part, Atanu Chowdhury – [protected], your own guy….. who promises and promises… …. a person who shows that who is taking responsibilities ……but the end result is …….after 18th , not even bothered to call me up. You should have more persons like these in your so called 3G age for the fast service.

Anyways …the end result still now is ……………………………..MY CONNECTION WAS STILL BARRED

I would expect people at the senior management will take my mail as a proper customer feedback and look into my issue with immediate effect. I will wait till the end of day today to see a resolution. If not, I will launch an official complain at the Consumer Forum.

GIVEN A CHOICE I WILL NOT TAKE …… AIRTEL …………..

Airtel — Harassment by Representatives

This is to inform that even after 3 months, the complaint regarding the billing for the airtel number: [protected] has not been resolved.
I had taken this connection in the last week of December 2010 with "Super Saver249 Plan" and "GPRS 2GB [protected]@30p/50kb Rental 98/-" plan. While taking the GPRS plan I was not informed by anyone from Airtel that the plan was on pro-rate basis.Even in Airtel's customer care mail dated 15th January, 2011 I am being told that 2GB is free for this plan.
Airtel India website does not indicate that this plan is on pro-rate basis.
Therefore I should be charged for data usage only beyond 2GB.

After numerous calls to Airtel customer care center and highlighting the same, I am being told that I have been given a discount for 2GB.
The bill clearly states that the volume for the period is 2107229. This when converted to MB comes out to be 2057.84 MB (1GB=1024MB,1MB=1024KB). Now I am bewildered, as to how can I be charged more than Rs. 6000/- for using data of 10 MB more than the 2GB/month free of data, when the charges are Rs. 0.30/50KB.

Despite making repeated efforts to resolve the same, I am being harassed and threatened by Airtel's representatives for making the payment for the past 3 months.

And Airtel-Hyderabad has stooped to low levels and arm twisting and has threatened me with legal action and dire consequences if I don't pay the full bill amount.

This is to complain about poor service of airtel I am having a broadband connection of airtel for over 15 months now However my broadband stopped working on 20 oct 2011 I made a complaint on 21 oct 2011 but even till date which is approx 75 days or so no one has bothered to call or visit to fix the issue I have made repeated calls to the customer service to get this issue resolved everytime i call i was told that it will take couple of more days because of some technical issues I made another request in december to disconnect the line and the moment I did that I started receiving calls everyday till today to clear my outstanding payment and that too till 9th nov This is highly unacceptable why do i make payment beyond 20th oct when it stopped working the customer service people do not understand the basic thing and have been arguing with me numerous times most of the times they have been unprofessional and rude in their behaviour and has been harassing me for over a month now I do not want to continue my services with airtel anymore because of pathetic services but ready to clear the dues but only till the time i have used it send me the details. I have had to incur losses due to this as I work from home most of the time and instead of claiming my losses from airtel, i am only requesting them to either fix the issue or send bill till the day it was working.

This is my second complaint regd Airtel.I had an Airtel prepaid connection - [protected].One day, I got a sms - if I don't submit my necessary documents, they will terminate my connection.Then I directly enquired about this to the nearest Airtel customer care.They said nothing to worry, please ignore that kind of sms.But that night itself they terminated my connection along with Rs.484 balance amount. Next day itself, I went to the same customer care and complainted.They said they didn't know how this happened and it was not possible to get that connection or refund my lost money.In emergency, I take a new Airtel prepaid connection - [protected].Now another problem arises.Regularly receiving a sms - Thanks for downloading Fashion Show from Airtel. You have been charged Rs.5. They deducted Rs.5 many times without download.Is it possible to refund my earlier Rs.484 and present Rs.25 to my present number.Also I want to stop these unknowing money deduction.Now I'm totally fed up with Airtel.Need a solution.

      I am one the land owners of the installed towers of your company. One and half years ago when the said tower(installed by vodafone) was shared by your company an Amit Das from Siliguri had an agreement with me that I'd be benefitted by an certain amount supplement to what I was already getting from Vodafone. I am sorry to inform you that till this date not a single penny has been delivered to me.

        Hi I am an Airtel user and bought the postpaid connection in january 2009 and i must have called Airtel customer service a million times for some problems faced by me. Not at all happy with the service that they provide(deals that they provide). The Customer service is good and they are polite.
        Now i have a postpaid connection and i m in the 349 cap plan. my billing cycle starts from 11th of every month and my unbilled account is already 700rs so i want to know exactly where i have been charged. so when i called their customer service they told me that i will get to know the details only when my bill is generated in the next month...
        As a customer and since I am paying the bill I want to know my billing details any time I want so i can know if I am crossing my budget or not. I think Airtel should come up with some software where i can check my current bill ant time i want.

          My Prepaid Number is [protected]. I was recharged 101 rupees on 16th of Feb 2013 for using airtel 3G service. It was connected under 2G Speed. Many times i was making complaint they are not taking serious and not yet solve the issue. When this problem solved that god only knows..... Daily usage only left but not yet connected 3G service. I had called up customer service ([protected]) they said it will be 24 hours.... Daily 24 hours is going but the problem only pending..... While i called 121 service they said try this no.... [protected]..... but they said talk with nodal officer number..... then why this customer service.........

          AirTel — service is not proper

          I got a message from AIRTEL that ur service discontinue cause u r credit limit is exceeded, so please make u r payment of amount 1400.00 (as my credit limit is 1500) but my outstanding alrady in negative and my credit limit is exceeded from Rs 1500 to Rs 1900 from date 25/02/2009 just before services discontinued.After that i called to custmer care then he told me that u just ignored that message ur service willl not discontinue ur credit limit hans been exccede to 1500.00


          even if they discontinued my services why are they lieng with me and why dont they adjust my balance because i cant leave my office to just pay a amoumt

              My 3G internet connection on Airtel no [protected] is way too slow (2G speed only)! I am facing this problem since last 20 days, have registered complaint regarding this on customer care cell ( complain ref no. C3GSP[protected] dated 2/24/2013) but nothing has been sorted till date. Mere assurances given from cust. care cell for resolution of this problem. Also their resolution is only 3G is already active on your number and nothing to solve my issue. This is ridiculous really! I will have to think of Mobile portability soon it seems! Kindly address to this issue pls asap

                i was using airtel postpaid no. First two months i don't have any problem about bill because bill was that i achually i used but after two month Airtel not admitted achuall bill.Airtel presentater commited me to give 1500 waver out of 4500.3000 amount is left. i just paid that amount 3000. But in next bill they not given me the waver as they commited & they also block my no. I talked about my problem with customer care & other airtel people's so many time, but they not responded me. now from last few day they are calling on my no, my father no,my all freinds no. they using abuse language,they talking with family very rudely & abuse language. some time they saying your bill is 6000 sometime thay saying 3000. But achually my bill amount is[protected] is waver amount & 357 is my usage) beacause i just used my no approx 15 or 20 days after paid bill amount 3000.

                Airtel / Mobile Connection — do not call

                I am having mobile connection no. vide no. [protected] which is registered under (do not call) but i am getting calls regularly from Dish T.V. call centre inspite of repeated complaint from no. 91-[protected].

                with due respect i want to say that i am using my airtel no. [protected] from last 1 year, i am facing a lot of problems with this no. i take this no. under a postpaid plan, i face many problems during the year, last month the company charge me 1033 + service [protected]@10.36 as a internet usage for just 3 days, when i get my bill i get shocked sir, its too much for just three days, whether i dont use this internet service for downloading or etc, so i call the customer care for the solution but they dont behave properly for that, i also go to the company office the person here also dont behave properly, he behave in very ill manner, then i talked him for the convergence of the postpaid to prepaid, so he also refuse to do this, sir please find a suitable way for me..

                AirTel — Issue with Airtel Connection & Billing

                Hi,

                I am quiet unfortunate to be a customer of Airtel. I hold a post paid
                connection with Airtel. From the past 3 months i was out of country
                and all of sudden airtel send some imaginary figure(as usual) to me.
                Around 3000+ bill for an unused number. A representative(Vamshi) came
                to my place for collection. When i told him the actual story he took
                10mins and said he spoke to customer care center and as i was out of
                country and never used my SIM, i can pay 1200/- and settle off the
                account and continue to use the services.

                Now after a week i got a call asking to pay 1800/- and my out going is
                disconnected. NEVER EVER SAW such as Useless service provider.
                My Billing is unnecessary getting accumulated with imaginary figures by Airtel guys. I would want to
                immediately cancel my SIM. Surprisingly outgoing is barred and Mr Vamshi the fraudalent person(Airtel representative is not picking the phone). Call to Customer care center is also blocked for me. Neither i can make calls to Airtel.

                Hi,

                I received a call from Air tel representative to resolve the issue without knowing the problem. The rep took couple of days and have called back with interesting information that for a number which was unused and taken with me out of country, there was a bill generated with incoming and outgoing calls(Airtel to airtel & Landline calls)

                Secondly i was asked to wait for one more bill generation to resolve the issue, as unless a new bill gets generated it will be difficult to resolve the issue for Airtel

                Dont give me Standard auto text responses, we are looking into your query, we shall get back to you.Its been more than 10 days and my complaint is still been worked on.For the issue of 3months, iam not going to wait another 3months falling behind Airtel. Each time i raise a concern some one from Airtel will call and make me repeat the entire episode and end up saying we will call you back.
                Quiet surprised the way things are looked at.

                I am again and again saying the same thing please dont play around with customers. It is not easy to get through your customer care center. When outgoing is barred how will i call your customer care??? What does resolving means? Is resolving means closing the Complaint???

                Neither iam ready to spend my time in internet to start sending mails to [protected]@in.airtel.com to repeat the whole story.

                What do you mean by resolved?? Can you type your resolution in the same forum? Either ask some representative to call me and update the status.

                CANCEL MY SIM AND CLOSE THE ACCOUNT. Iam disintrested to continue the service anymore.

                DO REPLY BACK IN THE SAME FORUM OF THE FINAL RESOLUTION, Iam not going to call your customercare neither iam intrested to email.

                If you cannot do anything, do provide the email id/contact # of your higher management, i shall talk to them and resolve the issue.

                  My Airtel sim in datacard has been disconnected since last week. I raised a complaint to the respective branch, but no proper response has been received.

                        Hi Sir/Madam,

                        My name Rasool, I have taken Airtel Postpaid Datacard connection [protected]‏ on June 2012, its not worked properly in my area in the next month i cancelled connection by paying one month and rental charges at customer care near Electronic city phase 1 gate and asked customer peoples please cancel the connection and they told we don't have cancellation forms , please call 121 and cancel the connection, i called and said please cancel the connection and paid all the amount the customer execute said ok sir , we will cancel and call has closed and same thing written number of mails to airtel presence and 121 to cancel connection ,after 1 1/2 month got a call from airtel asking pay the bill. i told i have placed cancellation why should i pay bill, they said its in active state we need to pay the bill. Just last week i got a mail saying Legal notice from Lok-Adalath (Pre-Litigation Case No.252732/13). i have called to airtel customer care and asked few questions to clarify those are

                        1. Airtel will record all the calls, i asked please provide the footage of my call on mentioned date.

                        2. they ignored cancellation at call, in the 1 1/2 i told i placed cancellations they have enquire and stop generating bill right.

                        3. What is Out standing amount on each airtel bill then how it will generate bill of 5 months.

                          I have been dealing with Airtel Bangalore since Jan 12 for the refund of Rs. 8,700 which was security deposit for international roaming on my mobile phone. I requested this service to be discontinued and subsequently in Feb 12 Airtel informed me that the service was discontinued and the refund will reach me in 4-6 weeks. I have not received this refund so far even though I contacted them over a dozen times in person as well as through email. Earlier the response was that the it will be settled in 48 hours. Since past three months every time I write reminding them of this due, I get a response apologising for this delay and gives me a time of approximately. 45 days to resolve the issue. routinely this date comes and goes without anyone bothering to follow up as assured. The latest deadline I am given is 28 Feb 13 , before 6.30 pm.
                          What I am concerned is when a customer owes them a few hundred rupees they do not hesitate to send legal notice and threaten with dire consequences. I had that experience with Airtel. This deadline also will come and go without Airtel taking any action. I am now retired and I feel I cannot get justice.

                          Airtel Mobile Service — Non- refund of security deposit

                          My mobile No. is [protected]. I took International Roaming(IR) in June 2009. As required by the com pany, I deposited Rs 6000 as security Deposit. On or about 26th August 2009, IR was got disconnected. I asked for refund of the security deposit of Rs 6000. The company officials told me that I would get the refund by cheque within 45 days. I protested why it should take so long for refund but having no other option, I reluctantly agreed.
                          The refund has not been made even after more than 2 months. On inquiry I have been advised that it will take another 15 days as they claim to have recived my request only on 20th Oct.2009 which is very surprising. The request for refund was simultanous with the request for disconnection of International Roaming. On 20th Oct. 09 I had reminded to know why my refund is delayed after the promised period of 45 days. How can they now claim that the request for refund was made first time on that day? The company is deliberately delaying the refund and taking the subscribers for granted. The company charges penalty if its bill payment is delayed even by a day. What is the penalty to the company when it unduly delays the payment of due amount to its subscribers?
                          I, therefore, demand penalty of a reasonable amount on the company for the undue delay in making refund of the amount of security deposit of Rs 6000 to me.

                          Airtel Mobile related — Roaming Services

                          Dear Sir,

                          I wish to state that my roaming services was not active. I had been to singapore from 13th to 17th and all these days there was no roaming services.

                          Despite have made deposite of Rs.10,000/- we find the services was inactive and therefore i had to miss some of my busiess calls.

                          It was so nice to say sorry on part of your organisation, but lose is lose and please do something about it.

                          Airtel Mobile Services — non-refund of deposit account

                          i had two airtel post paid mobile numbers in coimbatore ( [protected] and [protected]) on my name. i got both the numbers deactivated on my getting posted out of coimbatore to bangalore. the confirmation regarding the deactivation of the numbers was given to me by the airtel customer care. i had given my new contact number and the new postal address to airtel so that they can send me the cheque of the refund account. i have written numerous emails and spoken on telephone also but the amount has not been refunded to me till now..
                          i have a airtel prepaid mobile no. [protected] recharge by Rs. 395 on 23.01.10 but till now internet service is not activate after regular call to customer care mobile office setting not sent not reverted properly

                            Its been a year and Half since we asked for a amount refund.
                            It was April 2012, we registered for AIrtel broadband by paying 2200. then after 2 months they came up with, there was no open port so they cant provide the connection but they can refund the amount in a week time.                             I have requested for Airtel New Broadband connection on sep 9 th, But after 3 week period i called them i got to know that there is no feasibility. On sep 26 th my requested has been cancelled and they told within 21 days they will refund amount. But still now amount not be refunded. I made lot to requested and response is poor, and their information is not proper.

                            Today i talk with escalation team, as per there request i sending my Bank Statement for your reference.And please let me know if you need any further to proceed. Please refund my amount ASAP

                              AirTel — Activation of value added services

                              My mobile no is [protected]. (Punjab). VAS pack 99 has been added irrespective of my request. and few days after the service provider activated pack for 50 too. I am not aware of these packs and only came to know after they deducted teh amount from my balance. I camplained and the request for deactivation was submitted. But now again they about to activate it on 18-04-08 for the next 30 days.
                              i too agree with dis...i had talk time of Rs.85 in my account...in just 1 minute...it got reduced to 2.65rupees...even though i had not activated any of the services without my concern...wat can i do...am gonna file a complaint against dis for repayment of dis money...even msge has not cum abt d reason for taking money...ill meet in court...

                              I am user of Airtel Mobile Service. Then activating the services (like dialer tone, helth tips ) without subscribing from me. I called them many times, then deactivate it but not refunding the money.

                              Airtel — forced to use Value added service

                              Hello,

                              Before three months ago don't know why Airtel started blog service on my number which costs Rs 10 every month I didn't needed that service and even I didn't knew how to use it. I called customer service and they said they have disconnected it and it will disabled within 4 hours but it never I called them at least 4 times in three months and every time they say service has been discontinued and balance has been refunded but still that service active and balance not refunded and they are still stealing my money, I even tried to disable that service from *123# it's says it's disconnected but still it doesn't get disconnected also they have blocked my number and I'm not even able to call customer care, I was an biggest to switch from vodafone to airtel. Please help.

                                A Hello Tune value added service has been activated on my daughter's mobile [protected] without my cosent and in violation to TCCCP directions of TRAI by Airtel. Airtel is activating so many times such types of services. So it should be blacklisted by TRAI. I am also takin the case with TRAI and consumer court for its blacklisting and refund of my money along with harrasment chages and deactivation of forced activated services.

                                Dear sir,
                                I have been charged Rs. 30 per month for "On Demand Service" by your company despite sending you an sms at [protected] towards the close of February, 2009, that I dont require the said service. I have therefore paid the bill for the period from 11 Feb to 10 March, 2009 after deducting the said service charge which was forced on me against my express wish.

                                Bharti Airtel — forced activation of vas

                                Dear Sir, My Airtel prepaid mobile no. is [protected]. My problem is that the service provider activates different types of value added services on it without my consent. When I ask them to about it they blame me for that and reply that this service has been activated at your will while I never opted for the same. They stop the service activated on my request but after certain interval again some other service is activated without my consent. I am very much troubled. I went for MNP but they rejected my portability request. Now I am left with no other option than to change my number and throw away said prepaid SIM. Will any one help me?

                                    I have purchased Airtel Digital TV connection few years back and i used this service. I usually take a yearly subscription but now because of some personal issues i am not using this service. I got so many calls from customer care of Airtel dth and i have informed that when ever i need your service i will do the recharge but they are forcing and irritating me. Now they start misbehaving with me and employees are using very bad language.

                                    If this thing keep on going then i have to change the service provider that i don't want.

                                    Please do something. Hoping a positive response from your side.

                                    Airtel — misbehavior by the customer care employee

                                    i'm an army officer serving in north eastern india, in the month of may i was at my home for vacations for 2 months. so i called up the customer care no. of airtel and asked them to give a internet connection. the connection was given in the next 2 days, when i was about to leave i called up at the customer care number again and asked to remove the connaction. the bill for the two months was paid by me, but as they failed to discontinue my connection the bills kept adding up. now i'm not able to come back till jan 2008 to sort out the matter as i'm located in a jungle somewhere. on 26th dec a customer care employee calls up and abuses me very badly. this is not done as the fault is with the system itself for thier inability to discontinue my connection and over that they are upto abusing me and giving threats for my family.

                                    I am a prepaid user of Airtel(West Bengal-Asansol) for the past four years My number is +91 [protected].Very recently I have recharged with Rs 98 to get 2GB internet usage free for one month.
                                    But, the day i recharged that it was working well at night but after very next day it stopped working I could'nt been able to access it from my mobile .
                                    I lodged complain many times but every time your representative gave the wrong information related.When I asked what happen ??Why it was not working your people was not responding.

                                    I would be pleased if you take some initiative and help me out I'll be greatful to you .This is the first time I am getting a lazy illogical irresponsive response from your officials.

                                    I request you to solve my issue at the earliest...
