Hi,

Myself shreyansh gupta, was having airtel post paid number ([protected]) with account no - [protected] under my name.

Few issues to be raised :-
1. This number [protected], for which i have registered a complaint in july / august 2012 to close my account as i was not using my account and sim was lost. I have confirmed this to customer care and there reply was that it will be closed and there will be verification call to close your account.
But i didnt know who was using the number and it was and when i was received the bill. I have again confirmed to close my account in month of december 2012 / january 2013.

Still the bill is coming to me, instead of closing the account.

Today ie. I have recieved a legal notice for the payment from mr. Rajesh kumar sharma, advocate and legal advisor, tis hazari court, delhi.

2. I called on the number mentioned in the letter for the confirmation of the notice. The number are [protected] and [protected]. Some ms. Lata picked up the call and after verification from details for this number she asked me to pay the bill amount of rs 1000 for using the number till 22nd nov 2012 and rest will be settled as the amount is only for the plan charges there is no calls mades or recieved from the number. They also told that you will recieve a mail for settlement and after that you can pay.
In 2nd call they told to pay and then asked to send a confirmation mail. I paid the amount of rs 1000 with credit card auth code - 072037 and airtel payment receipt no->[protected] for which i have confirmed on number [protected] and there reply was payment has been reflected in status i will receive the mail for the same by 7 pm and noc on monday at my address.
But i have received any mail from either side airtel or rajesh kr sharma, advocate.


So this a clear case of misleading and section 420 should apply on the same.
This shows the customer support from airtel.

I want a mail for settlement and noc asap. On both by email and physical copy on the address for the number.

If at all you people have social responsibility. I have the recording of the confirmation also.

Airtel — Bill issues and misleading

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am Airtel Postpaid Subscriber from Pune District. My phone number is[protected]. I shifted from Pre-paid to postpaid in the month of Nov. due to very expensive plan in pre-paid. During this shift - the dealer mentioned that the post-paid charges will be Rs.175/- per month and just described the plan in terms of free calls/sms etc. We asked him the details of differences between pre-paid and post-paid and during this period he never mentioned about additional charges of callin-id ie. CLIP (Rs. 50 per mnth). So my total minimum monthly charges comes to Rs.225/-.
I consider this as cheating and not sales tactics. I want to register a strict action against Airtel for cheating me.
Apart from this, this month's bill contain Rs.50/- "late charge fee", where as I paid my last month charges on time. If I haven't noticed, then this would have been another extra.
Is their any governance model to control such Telephone operators? I want to take a strict action against these people. I am stuck up with this operator due to my Rs.250/- deposit with them when I shifted from Pre-paid to post-paid.
Will appreciate your prompt action.

Just correction. Read it is Rs.125 and Rs. 175 instead of Rs.175/- and Rs. 225/-.

In any case, CLIP charges was not mentioned and also service charges were not mentioned.

BHARATI AIRTEL — misleading product

Sir,
I took two post paid mobile connections of AIRTELand the executive provided me the nos. starting with 97, the problem with this series is that these nos can'nt be reached when direct line is taken after dialling 0 and then the mobile no is dialled. I informed the excutive who provided the nos, he agreed that the series 97 is having the problem since it pertains to U.P.State.
As a costomer who has made the payment for two connection, I am not able to use the facility. The person who visited me for verification gave mobile no of three persons who I could contact for addressing my complaint. I tried their nos, initially they picked up the phone and asked about the complaint, but now they are not even prepared to talk. I want to know if this is what I paid for. If interested then I would like to furnish the names of the rude staff.

AirTel — Misleading information

The Problem is about the money charges for a free zone.
Today I activated Hello tune(Airtel) in the afternoon. I got the tune codes from the Airtel websites which needs to be sent through the SMS.
The tone was not correct so I again searched the Airtel site (http://www.airtel.in/wps/wcm/connect/airtel.in/Airtel_Live/Home/Music/Search+He... for Hello tune code. In Genre I selected free zone (pic-misleading1) and sent the code for tone- "Yaara Raj". After a few minutes I again sent a message for tune- "Neela"-
After sometime I received a message stating 30Rs./- has been deducted from the balance. The two tune which I selected were in Free zone so there should be not charges for it but they deducted the charge from the balance. When I called the call center, they took it as a feedback stating they only work for prepaid department and not for the website department.
I was telling them that if the tones comes under free zone category why they charge money for it. What is the use of having name FREE ZONE if that is not free and have same charges ? Its totally misleading.

But thee Appellate Officer sends me a mail theat thee amount in my account as on Particular date is Rs(-) 0.83
but none has provided me thee NOC letter.

Also to Confirm theat thee NOC letter was to be generated on 9the April 2013 as per thee Conversation withe thee officer from Appellate office.

    Paid Rs. 1590/- for New DTH connection to Vetrivel Communication, Plot 10/A, 1st Street, Sakthi Nagar Thoraipakkam, OMR, Chennai - 600096 (Ph:[protected] on 30/1/2013. Its 9/3/2013 today & no connection provided.

    Manager Parusaraman always says will call back in 5mins, 45 days passed 5 mins have not yet come.

    Call the office staff (Ramya) & she says pls. describe the person who came to collect the money.

    Are they Airtel service providers or a modelling agency to describe a person characteristics to them.

    Pathetic service & staff.

    Pls. take connection via them at your own peril.

      On November of last year I surrendered a corporate connection Airtel / Blackberry (BB) for termination of both the BB service and the number permanently.
      Details:
      Subscriber name: Rajagopal Sevilimedu V

      At that time itself Airtel made me run around from pillar to post without clear instructions on how to terminate. After a long battle, I cleared all dues, made hundreds of calls to your customer care number and to your store in Jayanagar and finally got a confirmation call on Nov 21st that the service and number is terminated and I will no longer get any bills. In between I even got filthy phone calls from a collection agent that I have not paid my dues.Now 4 months after this saga, I get an email bill from Airtel for the same number and when I call up customer care, they tell me the number is still active!!!!!!!!!!!! This is outright cheating and fraud by Airtel with the intention of extracting more money from me.

        Background:

        1. During Nov 2012, Airtel changed the existing Tariffs for Broadband, I was
        initially on the INR 999 Plan, this changed to INR 1099 Plan. When i received
        the bill, i was not satisfied as i felt it was too much for the services being
        provided. Hence, I opted to cancel the Connection.
        2, Next day, i receive a call from "Retention Team" and was made an offer that
        i can opt for the INR 1400 Plan which gives 4MBPS speed and upto 40 GB free
        browsing at high speeds. I was told that i would be given a 25% discount on
        this plan, thereby my monthly bill would remain the same as what i was paying
        at that point on time.
        3. I agreed to this plan and did not cancel the connection. I was told that I
        would be upgraded to the new Plan within a week's time. Also, i was told that i
        would receive an email when this was done. i received a confirmation about the
        Plan migration on the 5th of Dec, 2012.
        4. Since this date, i have been charged as per the new plan, i.e. the INR 1400
        Plan for 4MBPS speed.

        Issue & Complaint:

        1. I noticed that even though i was being charged more, the speed of my
        internet connection still remained at 2MBPS itself.
        2. Hence, I have logged several (About 10 or more complaints) by calling 121 to
        report about this issue that the speed of my Internet is still not upgraded
        between the period Dec 2012 to Feb 2013.
        3. For the first few complaints, I was told that there was some Backend Issue
        and hence it would be resolved shortly. But nothing changed, nothing improved,
        so i raised more complaints.
        4. Then few Techincal People came to my residence, inspected the connection and
        told me that the configuration at the site was for a 2MBPS connection and not
        for a 4MBPS connection. They said i had never applied for an upgrade.
        5. on showing the email which Airtel had send to me as a confirmation, they
        then started blaming the "Retention Team" and said it is a Backend issue and
        nothing that they can solve.
        6. Meanwhile, whenever i called 121, they used to say a technician would solve
        it, the technician would say, it needs to be done on the Backend.
        7. Finally, one technician revealed that the "Userid" to which my connection is
        linked is also linked to one "Sneha Rao" from JP Nagar and it may be possible
        that the Backend Team has processed the upgrade for the wrong person.
        8. But nobody was ready to own up the issue, take responsibility and solve the
        problem.

        Effect of above:

        1. I have emailed Airtel numerous times in Feb with the above information.
        2. I received a call from Airtel Central Customer Care, promising that the solution would be reached before 26 Feb.
        3. It has now been 3.5 months since the issue, and nobody at Airtel cares.


        Can someone really respond to this?

              Sir, I have been trying to get refund of Rs. 330/- of online recharge failure of my prepaid mobile number [protected] for last one month. But without any result. In fact, i have spend Rs. 500/- to get the refund back on account of visiting Airtel customer care service in Visakhapatnam.

              1) My efforts to launch a complaint through airtel site has also not helped.

              Hi sunil mohanty, My wife's mobile no. is [protected]. Her name is "Soumi Ray mandal". I had carried out a online recharge on 11 Feb 13 for an amount of Rs. 330/- on her mobile number [protected] using my HDFC debit card. I received a Txn ID "676173" stating that recharge initiated. On the same day i.e. 11 Feb 13, Rs. 330/- was deducted from my HDFC account by Bharti Airtel. However, till date neither my mobile is recharged nor the amount of Rs. 330/- has been refunded back into my HDFC account. I am enclosing my HDFC account statement regarding the same. Please either recharge the same into my mobile or return the money. Thanks. Ajay mandal

              Sirs,
              I have applied for income tax PAN vide acknowledgement no. [protected] more than one month ago with TIN NSDL, Kalyan Branch. After expiry of more than one month, till date, I have neither received my PAN card nor any communication from tin nsdl regarding any discrepancy in my form. I am unable to understand the reason for delay. When I checked the status on internet, it says “Your application is under process at NSDL - TIN Facilitation Center”. I tried to contact nsdl mumbai staff on many occassions, they say they are transfering the telephone call, after waiting for 2-3 minuted phone gets disconnected without any reply

              I request you to take the needed steps to forward my complaints to appropriate and responsible person in TIN NSDL.

              Bharti Airtel Limited — No Refund Back

              Dear Sir / Madam,

              I have requested for an Irtel Broadband connection in August. I filled the form and have deposited the requested amount. Connection is supposed to be done in 5-10 days. I didnt received any call from Airtel. Later, when I called customer care I came to know that the connection is not possible at the required destination in Gurgaon.
              I have not been refunded the due amount back since August-2008. I have called customer care 20-30 times, every time I get a fresh concerned number from their side and I am assured that my money will be refunded in next 15 days. No feedback/call back from them.
              Really disgusting service from a company with such a brand name.
              Ready to take money for registration before enquiring that connection is feasible or not. And totally reluctant to reply back and refund back customer due amounts.

                They told me that "AS PER MY REQUEST" they again reactivate my connection on 28th, and shifted to a low rental plan. Why on earth i want to retain that connection , that i want to disconnect.

                i asked them, what happend to ref no:29008678. They told me its closed. How could you close it with out informing me?

                So again they took a disconnection req. ref no.42783145 on 8th of march, which again will take 7 more days.

                So i am 15 days inside a new billing cycle, just because of Airtel's mistake. (This is cheating on your customer)

                [B]Even if you gave me a bill of march, i am not going to pay anything for the mistake from your side.[B]

                AirTel — Cheated in New Bill

                I've bought new nokia 6233 in 15th July 2007, However I inserted my Airtel sim card in Cell, it was asked me to save the settings for Airtel Live!, about which i was aware and saved the settings. After some days i have used Nokia Product Catalog Application which connects to nokia sight in background and as per my knowledge about airtel live it will charge me if i downlad anything from airtel live and no accecss to other site will be available. i was wondered when i got accessess to other free wap site like tagtag.com, geocities.com, etc.
                i started access to those sites, after some days when bill got generated, i didn't found any charge for any access to wap sites.
                But now for my October's Bill when used this service they have charged me about 2800/- for using Googlesearch. when i asked to customer center they replied me that I have used googlesearch from airtellive wap site. for which browsing and downliding charges are applicable.
                I told them that i didn't ever used that wap site from airtel live, it was in my bookmarks which i've made from tagtag.com. and i didn't got any intimation about googlesearch charges prior to the services are allotted. so how could i pay the bill for googlesearch charge. if it could know prior to use then any common man will avoid to use it. because there is option to go for NOP service for which it will charge only 5 Rs. for whole day.
                I have requested customer service that please start my outgoing facility which you have barred since 20 days. and explained all the things happened with me. even though they are telling me that I have to pay the bill.
                This is really reduculous.
                I am making this complaints in hope i'll get the justice of fare.

                I have taken AIRTEL broadband connection A/C no[protected] PLAN – Rs799 for 256kbps speed. I have paid advance rental for 5 months


                Well problem started from the day i have taken the connection. The speed i was promised is 256 kbps, for which i have paid Rs 799 which is exhorbitantly high if compared. I have a speed very less, 8-10kbps/sec, which is worst like a dial up.



                I decided to log a complaint and in series now 5 complaints lie with AIRTEL not one of them resolved.In return i am told that problem with my system and I formatted ,compromising my data . No improvement. Then they say I need to download from official sites like Microsoft or so. If they check the speed without downloading from the speed with show definitely higher. But whats the use if i dont download. I have taken broadband connection with unlimited plan to mak use of it. Now I checked with AIRTEL to change the plan to 4MBPS which costs 899RS and I would pay the additional amount. But they refuse. Also, now AIRTEL has introduced plan with 2MBPS speed, which is same rental 799 RS but i am told i cant change the plan.

                Why should i suffer with Slow speed, just becuase i paid money in advance.Please intervene and make sure AIRTEL doesnt cheat ppl. I want to change my plan else cancel the connection with my money refunded back.

                hello, my name is chetan i have 4 airtel connections one of the number is 41223380, i requested airtel for a new connection.
                they messaged me and updated me that i will get the internet connection in 2 days, but no executives came for the installation. after a week the executives called me and told me to keep the documents ready and they will come and collect it. i was waiting since 5o'clock but the executives made me wait till 10 and then they came. the executives told us to give the documents which i gave them and then asked me to pay the amount of 350rs. i then paid the amount and when i demanded the receipt, they told me that they forgot the receipt and the application form and they will come the next morning to give the receipt and we can fill the application the next day morning. but the executives didn't turned up till date, but when i call customer care they give me a complaint number and tell me that they will get back to me, but i never get any call. when i called the nodal officer he told me that he will get back to me but yet i didn't get any call from him. i just got a call by name daisy from escalation team, she promised me that she will solve all my problems and she will get back to me soon. but its been ten days she called me back. at last i didn't get the connection and lost my money too, the executives took my documents with photograph and are not ready to give me back.
                i then called the appelete officer, mr.arvind but he told the same that he will get back to me but then i didn't get any call from his side. i called him again he told me the same thing that he will cross check and get back to me. but still i dont get any call. and when i call the nodal officer of appelete officer they do not respond.
                nor the customer care gives any response.
                when i mailed the the airtel team they also didn't give me any response.
                i am now helpless and no one to help me. now i want a strong reply from airtel about the forgery done and to delay my complaint.
                and want a solution for this matter,airtel is loosing its image by fault promises and forgery done in filling the application.
                i hope my problem is solved or then i have to approach the court for justice.

                Airtel / Broadband — Cheating

                I was using Airtel Broadband connection for the past two years without any problem, the connection is in my name VIMAL, phone#[protected]. I was one of the valued customer in most of the Airtel products since I liked their customer service.

                Initially I started my broadband plan from 256 kbps in 2009, in the month of February 2010 I changed my plan to 512 Kbps for 899 Rs. In the month of May 2010 I received a letter from Airtel stating they are upgrading my speed to 1 Mbps without any additional charges but this speed will be with limited data transfer of 20 GB per month. So as per their letter they upgraded my speed to 1 Mbps from the month of June and until August their was no problem.

                In the first week of September I shifted my home so the Airtel connection was also shifted to my new premises. When they shifted they given 512 kbps as per my plan 899 Rs, but when I called customer service and gave a complaint (Req#[protected]. When I explained the scenario they increased my speed back to 1 Mbps confirming the data transfer limit of 20 GB.

                Again in 2010 October first week they reduced my speed to 512 Kbps without any information, so I gave a complaint again (Req#[protected]. One of the customer care person called me and requested me to send the letter which they sent me in the month of May for the speed up-gradation. I sent the letter to their e-mail Id [protected]@airtel.in. After verifying my mail they called me and said this was an offer given only for 3 months now they have retrieved it.

                > My question is when they sent a letter they never informed this is only a limited period offer, they mentioned my speed will be increased without any additional charges, no time period was mentioned.
                > Second when they are taking back some privileges from the customer without confirmation how come they can take it back.
                > Do they think the customers are mad, or we have to shake our heads for what ever they tell or plan.

                I need a proper solution for this issue, kindly suggest for a better solution. Airtel has to give me the speed back or have to pay me my charges which I paid to them. For the past two years I never made any default payments, I was so genuine.

                Airtel treated me so bad for my honesty. They put on their own faces by making these kind of mistakes.
                Hi after posting my complaints here my problem got resolved by Airtel. One of the person named Raghunath from Airtel Bangalore worked perfectly and solved this issue. Finally they gave back the speed as they promised. Happy to continue with Airtel BB, many thanks to their customer service.

                Airtel Broadband — Airtel Broadband - A bunch of cheats

                We applied for a Airtel broadband connection on 16July11. Within an hour the airtel sales representative was at our door for signing the papers and collecting the 500 bucks (cash) installation charge. Even then we should have been understood their unprofessional ism as they didn't even give us a receipt and on insisting on providing us with some proof, He reluctantly provided us with the copy of the application. The sales person and the point of contact ( Mr. Santosh ) both assured us that the installation would be done within 3 working days. Its now been almost 3 weeks and we have not even received a call from airtel regarding our broadband application. Each time we call up Mr. Santosh to give an eta, he assures us the installation would be done in another 2 days - giving up a gamut of excuses ranging from application was not uploaded as the server was down for more than a week, then the work order was generated without code etc.

                On insisting that he refund us the installation money, he started to procrastinate.

                If such is the experience with airtel pre installation, i shudder to think what should be post that.

                Why so ? As per my 1st request it was cancelled on 27th Feb. and after your mistake it was reactivated and that is the reason i am in the new billing cycle. Then why should i pay for it.

                  Airtel seems to have the worst possible customer service. They have been harassing me for the past few moths and now it has increased many folds. I wish there was some other network who takes care of their customers. They activate the packs on their own and the customer care executives are hopeless. they dont know the meaning of customer service.

                  Airtel does not seem to give any kind of training to their executives, it is so bad that you feel like breaking your head, instead of talking to them. I have to call them every month after the bill and get them to refund 100 and odd rs + taxes every single month literally. They say that the plans get activated only after I choose them, that aint the case. They choose the plans which I have to use.

                  for example. I have a 99rs message pack and a 60 rs message pack activated for the same month. 99 rs pack was never requested by me in the first place. this is my first ever complaint kinda thingy, I am sick and tired of Airtel. after 5 years, just wish I could get a better network. Dont get cheated, talk talk till you get tired with them. they will definitely refund your money, but it is the mental stress and strain that they make you go through is unbearable. I just need a mobile that works when I turn it on and does not charge me for what I do not use.

                      I have been charged Rs.5 from my Airtel prepaid account (number: [protected]) for downloading Fashion show on[protected]:39 when I have not downloaded any such thing. When I contacted the customer care on 121 and told the executive that I didn't download it, he insisted that I downloaded it at that time from a website, which I couldn't make out from what he was telling. I told him repeatedly that I didn't download it, but he wasn't willing to accept and thanked and disconnected the call.

                      Searching the Internet, I found that few others were having the same issue as me. Can you please stop these types of charges from getting deducted from account when no such Value Added Services (VAS) were downloaded? Please also refund my prepaid account with Rs.5.

                      I have been charged of Rs 3 /- daily for under the pretext of VAS.
                      I haven't or do not want to subscribe to any VAS for my mobile [protected]

                        This is a very serious issue that ALL Airtel broadband users will face that will make their broadband useless. Here is the issue. When the usage of bandwidth goes below 80% they will start spamming you with "Airtel Smartbytes" which is some stupid on demand bandwidth increase service where you can buy more bandwidth. But what is not said is that they completely STOP you from using internet when this pops up. Also this cannot be blocked by any adblockers. Quite simply put, at random intervals your internet will be STOPPED and this popup displayed until you deal with it.

                        The WORST part of it is that it triggers even when im on a skype call, working via ssh, gaming etc. Suddenly I get disconnected, when I open a browser there is the same spam popup.

                        This is COMPLETELY unacceptable and VERY disruptive. It STOPS users from using their internet and spams them. Im sure there are laws that prevent you from doing that. I contacted CC a few months back. They said that this only triggers once per reset. This used to be true but its not anymore. It randomly triggers now even without router reset. Triggers every hour or so.

                        Today I had a talk with Airtel Presence who said there is nothing they can do about it, She said something about chrome that makes no sense as internet traffic itself is stopped regardless of whether you have browser up or not. That is the worst possible reply they can provide.

                        Guys please open your eyes to such nonsense. They literally are Stopping you from legally using YOUR internet and spamming you with offers instead. I have decided to also file this in a consumer forum as I can see that this practice is plain WRONG along with surrendering my airtel connection and spreading the word in my office. If anyone else has any better idea of how such horrible business practices can be stopped please let me know.

                        PLEASE DONT USE AIRTEL and DONT support such business practices..

                          sir, i am a airtel billing customer and they hve issue me a plan of 299alex full value in that call charges is 30ps ana 300calls free and 300sms free but due 2their mistake my plan change 299alex in that monthly rent 299 and call charges is 50ps. i hve complaint in frontline sales(distributor)from where i ws buy the card and they ws told me that ur plan wl change from next bill cycle and u wl get discount but till nw i nt get any discount in bill.and i also called to airtel nodal officer on [protected] from mon to fri 9.30 to 6.30 but number is switch off this seems that they making fools 2customers.

                          I have to say that I had lodged a complain against airtel customer care on 10th December, 2009 regarding deduction of Rs.72 and given a complain number 70400 and told your problem will be solved till 14th December at 6:00 pm, but till date my problem not solved.

                          Now, my contacts to customer care has been blocked. When I contact to another airtel user, then officer of airtel always disconnects my phone or told to hold, and finally phone is disconnected by airtel executives.

                          I ask, why is making foolish to customer care? Will it really fruitful for Airtel or Airtel customer? Kindly solve my problem.

                          Bharti Airtel — Fooling customers

                          I own a airtel prepaid sim card. Yesterday i.e on 7.7.11, my balance was deducted by 10Rs saying that I had activated some astrology pack whereas i had not activated any pack. When I called customer care , i was said that I had only activated it. Later they disconnected my call without noting down my complaint.
                          It would be fair if strict action is taken against such frauds.
                          I am facing lot of false billing problems in my postpaid number. I have tried everything. But they are not ready to listen.
                          My problem is solved.Yesterday they refunded the money.

                          BHARATI AIRTEL — Making fool fool

                          I have recharge my mobile([protected]) with Rs 675. The benefit of that is not received in right matter. According to that recharge I have to get 2.5GB free data usages of 3G DATA. But actually I got only 1.3GB free data.. For the remaining I requested to the customers care. But they did not respond me for a till date, they were showing me the problem in there server. But now they are saying that I they had provided me all the 2.5GB FREE DATA. But I still don't got the benefit..

                            I asked for the deactivation of my airtel number [protected] on 27/11/2012 and also got a confirmation from airtel regarding it with service request number 47280485 which you can see in the below mail.But the number is still not deactivated and i am being forced to pay all the false rental accumalated till date.My billing cycle for my airtel postpaid number was 16-17 of every month.I had cleared all the bills till 17/11/2012 and requested to inform me the remaining amount from 17-27 which I had to pay as according to airtel there is no rental from the date of deactivation request but inspite of deactivating the number and informing me about the remaining amount the number is till active and I am now threatned in the name of police to pay all the false bills imposed on me.I have been called a lot of times from them and every time I told the same thing to them but inspite of listening to me they are now calling me to threaten me.
                            Please help me in this regard as I am a working personnel and want this thing to be settled.

                            AirTel — Undue charges

                            I have a Airtel number [protected] whose bill was generated on 4th Feb 2010. ( Bill no:[protected] .
                            Though I have never travelled outside India , still I have been charged International roaming in my bill. Also International roaming is activated only on explicit request from the customer and I have never made such a request. even Airtel customer care confirm that there was no request.

                            Airtel is bent on looting me more. It has charged me International calls to UK at the rate of Rs 10 per minute while as per the bill plan it should be Rs 6.25 per minute.

                            Strangely I logged complaint with Airtel customer care on 8th February via complaint number 30841116. the customer care executive told that someone from airtel will call to confirm the issue. However no one called from Airtel and the complaint was closed without any action stating the chares are valid.

                            I have again registered the complaint with Airtel on 10th Feb via complaint number 3088657, but no action again.

                                  experiance. Now for 26 rupees one sms pack. is available in airtel . it has an auto renewal system. this on 06.02.2013

                                  this pack period ended. before two days i receive message that this SMS pack will be auto renewed at the end of this

                                  SMS pack period with a number *121*5# to manage auto renewal service . on 06.03.13 i used *121*5# option and i

                                  deactivated autorenewal facility. on 07.03.13 i recharged this same SMS plan manually. but in the mid night of the same

                                  day they took 30 rupees from my main account balance. today 08.03.13 when i asked cus. care a girl names

                                  Krishnammal attended my call. i explained my problem. she said she will check the system and tell details. but she cut

                                  the call itself. i calles 121 again. this time a person named Adidhan attended me again i explained all to him claiming to

                                  refund my money. he assured me to refund my money within one hour. but nothing happened. so again i called customer

                                  care. this time they didn't even connect the call to customer care representatives. plz be aware of these service providers. i want my money back. some one please help. or atleast spread this news. atleast consumers can know what are the problems happening with communication service providers.

                                  AirTel — useless customer care

                                  I hold a blackberry 8520 handset for almost one year.. My phone got hanged now and it says 523 error. I am trying to call up the customer care number and it is busy all the time, How do I resolve it, why the hell airtel is cheating the customers. There was a number given in the website i tried calling it and it says that my number is not an airtel prepaid.. I m using this prepaid number for almost 2 years..

                                      I duly made payment for my Airtel bill through cheques but still my telephone connections got disconnected.

                                      When i inquired about the issue to AIRTEL customer care they told me payment details not upgraded in their computer system.But, those payments has alredy been debited from my account many days back. I forwarded them the details of the cheque along with numbers, still they disconnected my telephones, due to which i suffered huge business losses.

                                      It has happened to me twice.

                                      I dont understand that why a company like AIRTEL have such a pathetic payment upgradation system.

                                      It is shameful that organisation like AIRTEL who wish to compete with MNC's and takeover/merge with MNC's cannot even fulfill basic customer needs.
                                      Its shameful for AIRTEL.
                                      I totally agree with the complaint. there is no denying that Airtel is now causing disharmony amongst its customers and seems as if its a downfall for Airtel in domestic market.
                                      Poor services, fake bills, bad customer care services.
                                      One should think above profit motives.

                                      Airtel-Landline and Broadband — Bill Comming After Disconnection

                                      I filed a request on customer care for the disconnection of landline and broadband connection on 6th June 09. My phone and broadband was disconnected on 11th of June 09. I have submitted dues for the month of June.But the bills are still comming. When i go to Airtle office about this issue nobody wants to talk me. They are saying first pay the bills then we talk about it. The details are as below.

                                      Since last 2-3 years I am using airtel broadband cum landline connection. Since inception STD Facility was there. On 16th of this I tried to dial a STD number the answer I got "STD FACILITY IS NOT AVAILABLE IN YOUR TELEPHONE".

                                      From that day onwards I am lodging the complaining by phone as well as mail. When ever I contacted the customer care's reply was your STD is re-activated. But till now i.e. 20th August, 2010 at 5.36 PM not activated.

                                      Airtel Landline — Requested for disconnection no action taken

                                      This is regarding the request for the disconnection of number[protected] in the name of Jatin Kapoor, residence of 43, Manak Vihar, Delhi - 110092.

                                      We have requested the Airtel company several times for the disconnection but they are not disconnecting and calling up several times that why you want to disconnect and now we are recieving the calls for the payment dues.

                                      After getting irritated on 27Aug, I have wrote the below e-mail to them but still no action has been taken.

                                      I have requested for disconnection of number on 25July, then on 7Aug I have again called up for disconnection then the false statement from your side that I was agreed for on the plan of Rs250/ per month then on disagree of the same lady told me that will give you the tariff waiver and disconnect the phone shortly.Then on 13Aug again had a talk with ref number 36451624 and then later on 21Aug again requested for the same ref number 36704006 and then on 27Aug again had a conversation with Mr Anand at 7:30pm he has given the same ref. number.

                                      The main motive is that we are not liable to pay any of the rent or any amount, cost after 25July, 2010 and kindly disconnect the number with broadband as soon as possible.

Request number for disconnection informed by customer care service representative as 1245745. I was informed that disconnection shall be done with in seven days. On[protected], I talked to your customer care representative again and wanted to know why disconnection has not be done. He informed me first that there is no request with him. When I informed him that after receiving the request, I have received a few phone calls from Airtel for reasons of rejection. Then he connected me to some concerned representative, who informed me that as per record I have withdrawn my request. I retorted that back that I have not withdrawn my request. Your record is totally wrong. Then he gave me complaint number 39146710, which was also confirmed by SMS on my mobile phone number[protected]. It was informed that he will get back to me on[protected]. I told him that telephone should be disconnected immediately as per my request dated[protected] otherwise I will not responsible for payment beyond[protected]. Although[protected] has also passed, my telephone is not disconnected so far.

There after i got message five days continuously that my balance is deducted by 10 rs. daily to amount total 50 Rs.(five days) on account of internet charges. I had activated it for one day and customer care never told me that i would be deducted daily 10 rs. for internet charges. This is clear cheating.

                                        I complaint customer care to stop the services immediately and return 50 Rs. for which i never requested services and never used them actually. They refused to do so and when i asked for call reference number on which they are denying to refund they refute to share this even. I feel cheated.

                                        i receive a massage daily from 6461104 or 6461101(i don't know no. exactly) which was come from indiatimes services.
                                        i called customer care daily but they not stop this services.

                                        Airtel — Deducting amount daily in the name of various services

                                        My Airtel no is [protected].Everyday some amount is deducted that a service is activated.And when i called to customer care they told that they will deactivate that and never it happens again.but in the next day same situation happens. From the past 15 days this happens.I have never seen such a poor service & never expect the cheating attitude.
