I am using Airtel DTH/Digital TV from last November 2012, Without my notice or request they changed my monthly pack from south supe rvalue to south economy sports. When I called to them they are saying that you have messaged for changing the pack on[protected]. But I did not messaged to them for changing the pack. They are cheating the customers by saying false statements. I asked them to change the pack but they need at least one month for changing the pack. It is not my mistake then how can I pay for the monthly pack which I do not need.

      Airtel card — recharge failure

      I have been using Airtel friends card purchased at Pune from last 2 years.

      I have recharged it many times for full talk time and i got it all the times.

      Today i put a recherge of Rs 275/- from a Nokia outlet at mulund east near station and i got a talk time of only 143 Rs.

      I did not receive any support from the call center. so i had to pay full amount coz the outlet owner kept my mobile with him agains the money.

      I expect a support from the "Jago" team other wise no point in in putting these complains forward.

      Airtel — Mobile recharge failed

      have recharged my mobile no.[protected] at Rs 50 on date 23/03/12,throuh pnb debit card.pnb dabit 50rs in my account .But I did not recive recharge value (i.e.Rs 50) i received one message by paytm as dated 27/03/2012 (we are now processing your refund to paytm cash).the order number is 23104053,then 27/03/2012 dated time-18.23pm i received one coll after telifonic discusition he told to me your pement will be cridit in your account.but not received my pement or balance in my mobile so plz answer me on my mail [protected]@rediffmail.com & solve my problem as soon as possible

        Airtel — cost cutting-unknowned cutting

        i have switched off my mobile(Nokia 1600) from 7 days. That time balance was Rs 200, but now it is only Rs. 137.63. I Am very dissatisfied by airtel services. I want my balance back as quick as possible

        dear sir i coll urs cutomer care exicutive on 10 july named as aisha for returing my money back for wrong charges apply for my coll dat day,she told me u r plz wait minimum 72 hours we resolve ur problem,bcoz now our system will not show ur last coll charges,i'm sad dat ok mam m waiting for 3 days or 72 hours,but till today i'll not recive my money yet,then i coll urs executive again at 8 or 9 pm today he told me u r again wait for 2 days,then i said that is i m mad??is dis is d job for the customers to coll u again and again and u all guys r not resolve the problem then he can cut my ph.....????whats this sir.....plz help n solve my problem sir....n give my money back as soon as possible......thank u....my no is [protected]

But next day I saw that my balance was only Re.1 and I contacted customer care and they excused saying that I activates some kind of service. But Sir I did not activated any services.         Dear Sir, my name is Suman Ghosh and I'm a retailer of Airtel mobile and my Airtel number is [protected]. Sir, I recharged this number with Rs.20 on 8th February and my balance become Rs.15.40. Next day morning all my Rs.15 was cut and I contacted customer care and they told me I used some pack and they also told me that I used internet on 9th February at 5.24am when my phone was switched off. How can it be possible? Sir, it is not the first time, a month ago they did this to me. Please tell them not to do like that. I want my money back. Thank you.

        Sir, iam the old customer of your respective telecome company, facing a negligence from airtel telecom regarding my balance misuses.My Airtel no. is [protected].I recharged my number with Rs.120 on 02/03/2011 and after two or three calls my phone balance was gone below Rs.00.14/-or something below one Rupee.I called your customer care Dept the same time but due to low balance the phone line was failed to connect, again i recharged it with Rs-20.Then again i called up and talked with customer care representative he told me that, he is gonna check the details and update me within 2hrs but i din't recieve any calls from airtel since the misuses with mt account balance.But today I again i called them and i repeated the same story, that how my balance was gone below Re.1 and again they they excused saying that my Re.60/-has been cut for hellow tune services and Re.15/-for missed call alert service.Sir, nown what i want is my account details since last six month so that I can check it or take further steps regarding the negligence, misuses with account doing what ever they fell like doing.So i request you to kindly look into the matter, your kind attention towards this will be highly appreciated.

          sir,
          i am one of the retailer of airtel company. i have just recharged my airtelmoney smobile Number [protected] with Rs. 1000 on dec 2012 date lies between 15 - 27 december. i just recharged on BSNL NUMBER [protected] with Rs 500 and i recieve the Recharged amount on Bsnl No. when i just recharged the vodafone No. [protected] the balance gets deducted on my mobile but the amount of Rs. 500 have not been transfered till this date. i have dialed the customer care they have registered my complaint with complaint no. 5842650. they told that you will receive a call till 31st December about your complaint. but i have not received any call. i take the same complaint to the Airtel Head office located at sonwar Sringar jammu and kashmir . they ever ask me you wait one or two days but till i have not receive this amoun. please add back the detected amount on my mobile account.

          bharti airtel service limited — cheque of Rs 500 not returned back

          i have applied for airtel broadband connection 4 months ago. A person manoj kumar came to my home and collected a cheque of Rs500 & documents . And he said that connection will be given within 4 -5 days... He frauded and doesnot give the connection....and then i apply for refund of money i.e.cheque of Rs 500.
          and i had gone to their office in chandigarh two times. and they said it would return in 1 month....n upto now 4 months have gone and the cheque is not yet returned to me.....i m really helpless now.....so i request you to plz solve my problem and returned my cheque to me at house no.16-C, sector 14, housing board complex, panchkula.

          Airtel Prepaid — Amount detected and no response for complaint

          Dear,
          On 25 Feb 2011, there came a message for me from AD - 54321 Saying "You have been renewed for BOLLYWOODITEMGIRLS subscription service from Airtel. You have been charged Rs. 10." The balance also was actually detected.
          And i was shocked because i haven't activated any such services. These services messages usually arrive all time and i used to delete each and every time. Then i made a complaint to Airtel that afternoon. I stated that i wanted to stop these services and also wanted my debited amount. They lodged it as a client and gave me a complaint reference number is CBDOV[protected] and promised to solve the problem before March 1 evening. I waited till March 1 and rang them back to 198 and they responded that time to solve is being till evening to solve this issue.
          Then i waited and rang them on March 2 still then im not able to get any customer care representative, i rang to both 198 as well as 121 but no response.
          On March 7th im again charged for the renewal of service with Rs 10. Still now im not able to get any status on my complaint or contact any customer care representative.
          My Airtel No is [protected]. The above complaint is 100% geniune. The same problem i faced today. I also got a message from AD- 54321 that thanks for downloading java games from airtel. You have been charged Rs.30/-. where as i have not used the phone during that period. when i made a complaint to customer care they told me to solve the problem. and deactivate the service but refund is not posible . when i asked the reference No of the complint so that i can make a police complaint and go to consumer court. she told me that you will get a message after this in which u will get all the details.I got no message from airtel regarding the issue.and neither i am able to contact the customer care on 121 or 198. The airtel service is making fool of people.

          Airtel — Amount got Detected

          Hi,

          I am using Airtel Prepaid service from almost 1year, at the initial stage of my connection I am very much satisfied with service at that time. Later on Head Ace got started with the service, receiving lots of Promotional Calls and SMS, I raised DND Service in the mid of November 2010. Till now my problem is not solved and the latest Issue is unnecessarily 202rs/- got detected from my account saying that I have seen Youtube Videos Online, I am using Nokia 5130C from almost 1year and this model is not comparable for Video browsing i raised a complaint for that and there is no response for that till now.
          And the customer executives to whom i spoken are also very rude to me, and even they hung up my call continuously 3times. The Executives even changed their words saying different things as per their wish.At finally they created head ace for me.

          None of my previoous issues were solved before, Your aologizes doesn't make my problem solved I need the complete solution for all my issues and my deducted balance. Can't you check my entire complaint status with my contact no.??. Isn't that your service that much poor to check my complaints history with my contact no. And I raised a request for the No. Portability due to airtel bad service and deducted balance. And even I can cancel my portability request if I received my deducted balance and if DND service got stopped. My No. Prtability request will expire by 28/04/2011 if my problem got solved before that I day I am sure that I will continue airte service.

          As per your request i sent email to the mentioned id with all my complaint no.s. find the solution for that and respond me back with the solution.

          My request, Unnecessarly you detecting balnce from the customers account and to get back that money we the customers need to call your service and beg for our balance to give back. What the blody [censored] service is this.

          And the custimer care executive behaved with me rudely in the way of scolding me and even he asks me to shut my mouth and hung up the call, is this the way to respond to the customer. I have the name of the person to whom i have spoken with, the name of the Customer Executive is Shiva, I know thier mught be hell of persons with that name, even i asked for his full name but he refused to give tell his full name. If you guys were able to find that guy please let me know i want to kick that .

          But one guy called from the corporate office and asked whether the problem got solved or not, I replied him not solved and that said he will get back to me with in 48hrs but till now its almost 4days and I did not received any call from your service.

          My phone no. has become directory for your service.Many were calling and saying we will get back to you in 48hrs but no solution for my issue.

          Till now its exactly 16days 23hrs 15mins from my complaint raised. But their is no solutions for that, with in this time period they were many 48hrs but no solution you guys.

          If you guys want to talk to me you can call or you can give a miss call to me I will respond to you immediately. I am not like you guys to respond in 48hrs.

                Airtel mobile connection — no connectivity

                For the past 3 days, I have not been getting any network on my mobile connection. Yesterday, the network got restored in the evening at Kalaghoda, but after coming back to my residence at Prabhadevi, I still do not have network.

                I have rung up three times today (July 20th 2008)and registerd a complaint with [protected]. None of the answers I got were satisfactory. They have all claimed that the network was restored, but that there was a congestion.

                This is untrue. Even the name of the service provider cannot be manually invoked. Even if it can, I get a message saying "operator not found" or "no access".

                This is acutely distressing, as I am badly losing out on business communications. Kindly help.

                1. I have 2 Airtel Connection([protected], [protected]) at home, KOLKATA, West Bengal Circle since Dec 2008
                2. I am not able to make any OUTGOING CALLS / INCOMING CALLS from airtel number once inside my house.
                3. I contacted the airtel customer care regarding this problem of outgoing calls. SEVERAL complaint was done by me us, they come back saying complaint is resolved but same problem continues.
                4. But it was not solved and without taking any confirmation from me they resolved my complaint as solved.
                5. I got 2 falls calls to inform me that the problem was solved, but still the problem is as it was.
                6. Even after my repeated reminders about my compliant they have taken least interst in this case and not solved this yet.
                7. This is causing a great inconveneine for me as whenever there is a call i have to rush out of my house, which is not the case with BSNL mobile.
                8. Whenever i call your call centre they ask me to change handset , switch off and switch on again. But pls inform them problem lies with their connectivity and not handet.
                9. So please kindly look into the matter and solve this problem and help me utilising my full rights.

                    I took a Broadband service from airtel on the plan , Pay for five months and get a wifi free on a Broadband plan, when i got the connection the connection guy said the wifi wont be available as a firmware was not ready for my BEETEL 450TC2 WIFI Modem. I asked him then please change the modem which has no problems. after frequent calls its almost a month now no way near I can connect only one laptop remaining i need to perform a manual LAN cable connection.Even people come to make it fix on the end of the day they say sir Sorry the firmware is yet to release ....:(

                    hello this to inform you that i get activated mobile office on my mobile model number micromaxq3.this is a service from airtel to use interner on laptop through ur mobile .there is s continuos problem using it.i tiried the customer care number many times but i can never get a satisfactory result .please do something for solving my problem.

                    Airtel — Taken 10 days!! to get their engineer to come and fix Broadband connection problem

                    I had lodged a complaint with their customer care number +[protected] complaining connection not working on 30 July 2011. After following up they sent an engineer who said wireless modem supplied by them is not working and to change it at my expense. I got another modem next day and informed them and many of their customer call attenders, over several days, tried configuring it on phone and promised to send engineer when they could not. The Engineer is yet to come as I write this. They have escalated it to their floor Manager twice and he has promised to make it priority 1 two days ago, and to send engineer. Twice the engineers called and asked for address and did not turn up. Have followed up more than 10 times and have spoken to a a host of customer reps. All the records are there on their computer. They said yes, we are very sorry for the inconvenience, we will make sure it is attended to ASAP.
                    Nothing has come of it.
                    This after going through their 198 routine of press 1 for this and 2 for this etc and then waiting for their call to be routed to the Manager, when the line disconnects!
                    It has taken a lot of patience from my side and all the conversations are recorded apparently, but still no
                    resolution of the complaint.
                    They give complaint numbers but there is no follow up. I have told them , I don't need another complaint number, just to ensure my connection is working!!! Nothing as yet.
                    The Customer care cannot do anything and the service engineers to whom they have putsourced this job of checking on site have not come, in spite of them responding and saying them are coming in 20 and 30 minutes!
                    I have again made two calls as of now and not results although it has been promised to be attended to immediately.
                    I have also told them to inform their billing section to ensure this lack of connection from their end is not billed. no reply.
                    is there anyway for me to get this resolved? Can some thing be claimed for business loss and inconvenience caused?

                    I am also facing similar issue with airtel wifi router Beetel 450 TC2.

                    I moved from BSNL to AIRTEL and had to pay 3 months advance bill this modem .
                    But the WIFI router is working only with one laptop .
                    I too had faced the same issue with 450TC2 and due to this I was not using the wifi option at all. Recently after raising a complaint they have updated the firmware, but the wifi coverage is very weak and the signal keep fluctuating even within the same room. The maintenance people said they can replace it with a refurbished modem. But I requested for a new replacement modem as the connection was taken within 2 months, but till now no one has attended it. I keep getting messages like your complaint would be resolved by this time, but no resolution yet.
                    Just to add to the above: I have this connection in Bangalore. And the last complaint for new modem was registered on 29th Mar.

                    I have a similar problem, Beetle 450 TC2, and frequent disconnection. The engineers from Pune office came couple of times and claim to have made some wiring changes etc, the connection worked well uninterupted for three days and again the same problem.

                    I had a BSNL connection using the same modem and changed to AirTel expecting better services & speed, while the internet speed is good its of no use because of frequent disconnections.

                    I got the connection on 26th May, and since than almost every alternate day I have to call local airtel service engineers, its become a headache.

                      I refer to the above matter and to the telephone conversation of your customer service earlier this week and yesterday.

                      1. I would like to seek a clear explanation or a clarification why am I billed twice separately for the same service in 2 different packages or plan or services rendered by you with no knowledge of mine.

                      2. When my bill plan itself includes my 3G services+1000free sms+certain minutes of free calls etc...then why am I being billed for an extra 50rs for sms and an extra 1000rs for internet.

                      3. There was no clear answer given by the customerservice when I called in late december to check on the excess bill amount. They replied saying that I have requested for an additional internet service which is being activated from 23 November.....My question to them was when did I request for such additional service and without my knowledge and without any request placed by me how cum they have activated any service on my number.....and if so when did I request for...what's the date and time of request and what's the mode of request..i.e, is it via a telephone request through customerservice or via a mail or via face to face at the Airtel office.There was no answer from the customerservice desk and he said the system shows no record of request made by me but only shows the activation date as 23 november and he has transferred my call mentioning some department and the person whom I laised with or spoke to was Mr.Ali.

                      I have also asked him that in case if a new package or plan or a service with better and more privileges is being activated, doesn't that mean that the earlier service or plan or package. With the same features has to be deactivated automatically. And incase if I have requested for a new plan or package or service of extra internet then why is my earlier plan still being continued. And why am still being billed for an extra 50rs every month despite of my free 1000sms in my 950rs plan itself.

                      I am much satisfied with the current bill plan of 950rs every month...And I have also requested Mr Ali that I would not be interested in any termination or dissruption of services due to my delay in my bill payment and until such time that I am clarified with my genuine queries.He was unable to answer when my request was made and he too re-confirmed that the're are no records showing that a request has been made from my end and he said airtel would waive the extra bill upon clarifying at their end and took a telephonic complaint of 72hrs notice and mentioned that he would revert back with details asap and within 72hrs. But no one turnedup.

                      The issue was dragged till February and there were calls from customerservice for my bill payment. Of 5000+ and I re-questioned them the same thing and explained them the scenario...he then suggested me to mail my query inorder for them to look into the matter.

                      I also would like to refer the telephone conversation with Mr Mahindra at 11:30am yesterday and also the call with Ms Radha this morning at 10:30am. In order to solve the matter amicably with non disruption of any airtel services I have also made an interim payment of 3000/- yesterday.

                      While my conversation with Ms Radha , I have requested her to first deactivate that so called extra plan , to whi h she replied saying the service has been deactivated on february 19th itself. I dont understand why the service was activated and deactivated witbout any info to me or request of mine or knowledge of mine. She mentioned that she would revert back regarding that unnecessary Excess bill.

                      Airtel — Activation of different Services without my request

                      Dear Sir,

                      I have been using AIRTEL mobile services for almost 6-7 years.Currently I am using Pre paid service & my cell no is [protected].I am now seriously thinking of switching to any other service provider due to below reason

                      In the past I have faced this issue couple of times where AIRTEl unneccesarily activates services like Health tips , Wallpaper downloads and other junk stuff without me requesting to any of such services.

                      I called your Customer Care Center and the person used to give the reason that I have asked for such request which is completely false.I have even spoken to their senior managers and conveyed my frustration.

                      Again now in this mont I have recieved a SMS saying that my Bollyspice subscription is renewed.This time I have not called your Customer Care Center and am surely going to take this issue to higher authorities untill you completely stop doing such malpractices.

                      Waiting for your reply failing which I will move to the next level.

                      I had never subscribed for activation of any packages but some love poems and packages are activated and I have lost Rs.500 in a week coz of this crap. If I try to reach the CC they do not respond. Kindly take action on this at the earliest

                      Airtel 950Rs bill plan — Request for clarification on high charges of billing

                      Dear Sir,

                      I refer to the above matter.

                      I refer to the telephone conversation of your customer service earlier this week.

                      1. I would like to seek a clear explanation or a clarification why am I billed twice separately for the same service in 2 different packages or plan or services rendered by you with no knowledge of mine.

                      2. When my bill plan itself includes my 3G services+1000free sms+certain minutes of free calls etc...then why am I being billed for an extra 50rs for sms and an extra 1000rs for internet.

                      3. There was no clear answer given by the customerservice when I called in late december to check on the excess bill amount. They replied saying that I have requested for an additional internet service which is being activated from 23 November.....

                      My question to them was when did I request for such additional service and without my knowledge and without any request placed by me how cum they have activated any service on my number.....and if so when did I request for...what's the date and time of request and what's the mode of request..i.e, is it via a telephone request through customerservice or via a mail or via face to face at the Airtel office.

                      There was no answer from the customerservice desk and he said the system shows no record of request made by me but only shows the activation date as 23 november and he has transferred my call mentioning some department and the person whom I laised with or spoke to was Mr.Ali.

                      I have also asked him that in case if a new package or plan or a service with better and more privileges is being activated, doesn't that mean that the earlier service or plan or package has to be deactivated automatically. And incase if I have requested for a new plan or package or service of extra internet then why is my earlier plan still being continued. And why am still being billed for an extra 50rs every month despite of my free 1000sms in my 950rs plan itself.

Ms Radha also mentioned that the 1000/- internet plan was deactivated on my mobile on February 19th. Basing on which I would also like to know how cum the service has been also automatically deactivated without my request for deactivation, which clearly implies and shows that the service has been activated and deactivated on my mobile by AIRTEL without my knowledge and request.


                      Hence, kindly revert back ASAP.

                        I am using net connection with usb donggle in my pc since long time with my Airtel no. [protected].Usually i recharge Rs.98 for my 2G connection. But unfortunately I am not getting any connection since last recharge which was done just three days before. Always it is showing 'registering'. I have called on customer care executive for my problems in details. But no result. Getting this kind of service from a service provider like Airtel is amaizing!!!

                        I here by lide to inform you that from past two days we are not getting net connectivity though connecton that we have applied is of broad band connection.
                        your company was known for service but i see dissapointment till date.

                        AirTel — NOT GETTING CONNECTION

                        I have applied for connection from airtel by changing my prepaid number to post paid.I have paid Rs 300 and given passport as address proof.The person authorised for verification had not come tyo my house but given statement that i am not residing at that house.I was staying in that house for nearly 15 years but he give the statment that i am staying only for 15 days.They have cut my out going.I am working as a marketing manager and using the same number for last 5 years as prepaid.I have contacted there showroom at pattom, trivandrum and contact customer care.But no step they have taken to clear this complaint
                        This is to bring to your notice that i have paid Rs.1500 for getting airtel broad band connection in s.p koil. The Airtel personnel has collected the amount on 19-dec-09 and promised that the connection will be provided on 21-dec-09. I called him on 21-dec-09 to inform my availability.He updated me that the connection will be enabled next day 22-dec-09 as the lanline phone number is not released. The connection is not yet given till date. He told that the connection on 22-dec-09 will be done at 7 p.m. I waited till 9 p.m. and no one has come to enable connection. I am really disappointed, frustrated with this kind of behaviour and hence logging this complaint against the airtel personnel Karthivel ([protected] mail id [protected]@yahoo.co.in).

                          I taken Airtel fixed landline Internet service on 29 Jan 2013 of plan Rs.1050 on monthly rental.
                          I given Rs.3150 as advance deposit for account.
                          Due to shifting of my address

                          I raised a request for shifting of my Airtel connection on 24 Feb 2013.
                          Airtel informed me that there is no network in that area so you need to disconnect your connection.
                          I keep on asking them for refund and they communicated that they will refund the amount of Rs.2100 once processed my complain no 29186410.
                          Also for closing connection they charged Rs.389.34

                          Before paying Rs.389.34 they where communicating that I will get my refunding of Rs.2100 in 16 Days.(Customer care executive Name:Mr Pradeeph)

                          But after paying Rs.389.34 they are now saying that that Rs.2100 is not refundable.(Customer care executive Name: Mr. Sathis followed by Escalation Manager: Mr. Nagarjna Reddy )

                          BHARATI AIRTEL — Reg: Not paid refundable deposit

                          Dear Sir,

                          My Father had an Airtel connection at Hyderabad mobile no.: [protected]. On disconnecting the connection in the month of September'07 while relocated to mumbai, the customer care executive (airtel gallery at Kandivali) accepted the application and confirm the deposit will be refunded at the address mention in the application. Its more than the 10 months money was not refunded.

                          Again in the month of July, 08 i Jigyasa Dave have taken the airtel connection no: [protected] (Post paid connection). while payment of bill i enquire about the refundale deposit of Rs. 500 then the customer case executive Ms. Priti agarwal (Airtel Gallery) kandivali commited that refundable amount would be adjust against my bill amount. They have signed on the aplplication. (Can provided if require for the reference)Its being more than 5 days as commited to be adjusted but not yet done.

                          Nobody is responding and providing the solution morever customer case executive Priti Agarwal (airtel gallary Kandivali station) being rude to my parents who are senior citizen.

                          Please look into the matter and hoping for the justice from your end on the damage cause to me and my family from last one year.

                          Airtel — Not refunding my advance amount

                          “IN FIRST MONTH BILL WHEN I CHANGED MY MOBILE NUMBER FROM PREPAID TO POSTPAID, I WAS CHARGED 650.00(APPROX) AS AN ADVANCE PAYMENT WHICH WILL BE REFUND. TILL THIS MONTH THAT AMOUNT IS NOT REFLECTED IN ANY BILL"

                          My connection is Airtel. I have recived 1 massage for Airtel. This masssage is 53Rs. reacharg & you get 73Rs talktime 46rs turant & 27Rs 72hours main milenge.But abhi tak wo 27 Rs mile hi nahi. This is very bad. And I call to coustemer care 4-5 times . Usne satisfaction answer diya hi nahi.

                          AirTel — non refund of advance deposit

                          i gave an advance to airtel for an IPTV connection against airtel a/c no 15939686. after 90 days the airtel people realized that ad-on connection is not possible and said that my money will be refunded.
                          i looged in a complaint 50 times with request no. 43689516. Till date i have not recd the refund of the money deposited with airtel(Rs1750/=).

                          pls get the refund forme.

                          Airtel — Excess amount not refunded after connection termination

                          I had two mobile connections with airtel in Karnataka [protected]/[protected]. I relocated from Karnataka and so got my connection terminated by visiting their gallery and paying the amount that they said was due on me. However first, they charged me extra and so my account later on shows excess amount of around 1500 in both the connections. Now they are not ready to refund the deposit. When I try to contact them, the Mumbai airtel suggest to contact karnataka and karnataka help line suggests going to Bangalore to collect the excess amount. I have send many emails and called all possible no but no rescue. Please help.

                            AirTel — same number is allocated to other person

                            This is Nitin J Patil and this is in reference to my cell phone number [protected] i.e. an Airtel connection. I got the service some time back about two years. I was not well about two months so could not use my phone during this period. One fine morning when I charged my handset and tried to call, the service was termitted. Mean while some of my relatives and friends told me that when the dial my number it goes to some other party. To confirm this I tried from my friends cell phone, I was shocked. I went to Airtel gallery at Chembur, Mumbai. I was told as it was not in use your number has been allotted to some one else.

                            Now I am worried, if the same SIM card is misused who will be responsible for that. I am planning to lounge a police complaint because just like that without any otimission how can number be alloted to some one else.

                                This is to inform that myself Niloy Tamuli Phukan holding the phone no. ([protected]) in airtel made a recharge of Rs 149 on 20/02/13.According to the plan airtel is said to provide speed upto 128kbps upto 2gb after which the speed is said to fall upto 40kbps.The previous 3 months i have been getting the said speed but from this time onwards the problem is getting worst and now the speed is 1-3kbps at which google page takes five minute to open.

                                i have been constantly making calls at 198 customercare helpline to report the same,more of some time the transfer the calls to their supervisor and which ultimately gets disconnected 2 to 3 minutes.The customer care have taken my complain on 25th , 26th 27 feb 2013 and asked me to wait 24 hours to get a positive feedback.Once the manager of airtel head guwahati made me a call on 27th feb promising to justify the problem within 24 hours but till now i have received no improvement in the speed and being left with no option i am making a complaint here informing you all the harrasment i am going through.

                                Please take a note of the aforesaid problem and provide necessary action that can be taken.

                                  I have paid for the new airtel connection but i am frustrated with the
                                  installation.Till the payment was done the responses and the
                                  commitments were met but once the payment was made on 26th Feb,2013 it seems to be my
                                  responsibility to get the installation done.My connection ID # [protected] in the name of my husband Mr.Ujjal De under Mobile number # [protected].My calls are getting disconnected unnecessarily by the help line at
                                  [protected].Yesterday I received a call at around 10.30 am stating
                                  that the technician would complained.Around 1 30 pm I got a call for
                                  installation but no body came.The entire day was wasted sitting at home doing follow ups.
                                  Post which I tried to get this done through the help line the number stated above but every time I was
                                  promised to receive a call back after some time.After the commitment time had passed I called up again and finally I was transferred to
                                  Abdul Rahman who did the sale to me.but even then I did not receiveany call back.On contacting the number of the technician they also
                                  guided me to call up the call center only.Where all my calls were only getting disconnected with roaming charges on my mobile.I called up
                                  another number[protected] where a compassionate lady promised me to wait until 8 pm and refused to take any complain before 8 pm .However nobody called after that neither the connection was installed.Today morning again I called up but have not received any call back .I spoke
                                  to the nodal officer Mr.Gagan Kumar who again refuse to take the complain as my connection is not active and gave me a number
                                  [protected] where people cannot speak or understand anything but Tamil.Unfortunately I do not understand Tamil but could make out that
                                  this number does not belong to the distributor in Kodambakkam .They gave me another number [protected] where they confirmed that my pin code is wrong .I have checked all the details before submitting the payment.The details are correct and still in my mail box.I would be leaving for Calcutta tomorrow my husband would not be at the housefor the installation.I feel like I have done a crime by subscribing to your TV as the service quality is ridiculous.My connection ID is [protected]. Again in the evening I tried to call up the help line number at[protected] where I spoke to a supervisor who again assured me to make a call back after 1 hour but again I did not receive any call back.Whenever I try to call them up they put me on hold and eventually disconnect.I do not want the connection to be activated now as I do not want to have a long term relationship with such a company who do not meet a single commitment after taking the payment and want the money credited back to my credit card asap.
                                  I am going to take this to consumer forum.This has been such a lot a
                                  harassment. Not only due to the delay but also due to the
                                  unprofessional and unethical behavior.Preferably I want my money back
                                  because I do not want to stick to a company where the service quality
                                  is awfully disgusting .I would like the call details to be retrieved and would like to get a line of communication from the Airtel Digital department head regarding this.I have also written to their email id of the nodal office but as you can understand I do not have any faith in them.Hence writing to you for help.Kindly help

                                  AIRTEL DIGITAL TV — Not doing the installation

                                  I have booked a connection in AIRTEL DIGITAL TV on[protected]. But till now no installation was done. A AIRTEL DIDITAL TV representative came to my home on[protected] by 2.30PM and the have removed all the electrical junctions and removed the connection between the TV and the DVD played and kept it on the ground. They have left the electrical switch board opened with all the power wires hanging. The person who made this has this mobile number [protected]. I have raised the complaint with the customer care 12150 and the complaint number is 2204795. Too wost service.

                                  AIRTEL DIGITAL TV — Installation is not done

                                  i applied for the installation of dth connection by online and also did the payment online by phone for the same last saturday i.e. 9th april 2011.And he told me that within 2 days they will install.But still i''m waiting for the airtel box. i paid for the whole year subscription i.e. Rs. 2790. he gave me transaction id 14472984. my customer id is [protected]. i called these person by phone and mail also but i''m not getting any response.By phone they are telling that go by mail only and also telling that they don''t receive Rs. 2790. From last 12 days i''m waiting but no response coming by mail and phone also.i send the mail to this id [protected]@airtel.in but no response came. please help me out on this issue.

                                  I purachased a new airtel Digital TV connection paying Rs.2640 online after talking to a marketting executive names Santhosh from Airtel.Now after the third day of purchase also my Connection is not installed.I called nearly 20 times to the Airtel customer care office in Banglore ([protected])Every time they will ask for my details .Nearly more than 30 minutes they will keep on arguing with me and trasferring my call here and there and finally they will disconnect with out any customer service manners.Now I got trapped I am not getting My connection installed or getting back my money.This is the worst service I have ever seen.My Airtel customer ID is [protected].My Order ID is 1150671.

                                    Have been receiving threatening calls regarding some court complaints filed in Delhi for some fraud done by me in Delhi as per them, but the fact is I have have never in my life been to Delhi, told them several times and they started threatening about coming to the house and they will see me in or out of the house, they have my address as my name and address are floating on all the internet website, guess they got my number from there.

                                    The phone comes from Delhi Airtel GSM from the number [protected]. Need help regarding this matter.

                                    AirTel — Threatening calls

                                    For past 4 MONTHS I am NOT using Airtel service, but still I am getting Airtel Bills. Even though placed a request for stopping sending/Processing bills I am getting same.
                                    Also please note that the amount 1062.40 which was credited twice to Airtel, is gone no where. Because of this reason I stopped using same after being a customer for more than 2 years. I have started getting “threatening calls” regarding this. Why should I suffer for a mistake made by Airtel? Now adays their service is horrible.

                                    Airtel — Moble Number Disconnected

                                    Dear Sir/Madam,

                                    It is to bring to your notice that, I was using Airtel number - [protected] for more than a year. In the month of October 2008 I had requested to put my number under safe custody, as this was Karnataka Number & I had to shift to Coimbatore for some time.

                                    I had requested to release the number from safe custody on 11th of Jan 09 that time I was told that the number had already been released on 9th of Jan 09. I had used this number till 20th of Jan 09, all of a sudden on 21st my mobile screen shows the message "SIM INACTIVE".

                                    Since then I might have called more than 50 times to their customer care and have visited their outlet also for getting back the number but all in vain.

                                    No one is giving any positive response every time they have different excuses for me & once they find themselves trapped, they cut the phone .

                                    Finally I was told that my number has been permanently disconnected. How can they do so without consumer's concern?

                                    I am a software professional can't bear to change my number at this point in time, I want to retain that number.

                                    Yes Agree very much, they never disconnect the number saying some excuses...very pathetic service. Iam going throught the same experience now. Only wat to protest is through by word of mouth, Iam happy I could stop atleast 5 of my friends in taking an Airtel connection.                                     In November last week, 2009, I gave an application to Airtel customer care Centre on Tilak Road, Pune 4, requesting them to stop service to my prepaid mobile no[protected]. That day I paid all dues and stopped using this number. After this I got a negative bill of Rs. - 10.19 dated 12th Dec. 09 indicating that my wish has been duly noted and executed. But now today I have received a bill of Rs. 300 as rental charges plus tax of Rs. 30.90 for the period 11th Dec 09 to 10th January 10. I have not made a singlr call during this period. This is clearly seen on the bill also. In fact I have thrown away the sim card. Pl prevail upon Airetel to stop sending me any bill.

                                    I get threatening call from this number .. Please block this sim.. i cant go for a complain or given any information... his number is[protected]. He is using abusive language on phone with me.. i am a girl and i have sleepless nights due to him....
                                    Since two days my airtel fixed line has gone off, there is no dial tone, and there is no way I can lodge a complaint as nowhere could I find the number to which I can lodge the complain through any phone other than airtel. I have already received a thankyou message from airtel hoping that my problem has been solved, but my phone is still off line. Anybody who can help? I fail to understand why these companies come out with some new product every second day, while their old products could not be serviced at all. Also, airtels way of giving connections for broadband as well as fixed line is strange, They just break open the locks and enter private properties and connect to the boxes placed inside the private properties. Is this how they run the companies?

                                        I have registered myself for the Airtel Broadband connection in the Month of July 4th, 2012 and paid the initial amount of 1017/- to the Airtel agent. But due to some technical problem the agent told me that the connection can not be provided and the amount will be returned within 7 working days. But till today(1st march, 2012) I did not get any amount back.
