This complaint is regarding Airtel Broadband , I used the service for 2 months , i.e. July and august 2012.
After that I called the customer care to disconnect the connection as I was relocating to some other place ,and the connection for broadband was not required any more.
But I was offered not to disconnect...

I'm Vasanthe, using Airtel broadband service for a couple of years . My landline number is[protected]. I have paid my Airtel broadband landline bill on Jan 07, 2013 in Vel Associates. Now the problem is I'm receiving continuos calls from from Airtel stating that i haven't paid my Airtel Bill. When i checked with the Vel Associates regarding this I came to that they have enterd my mobile number instead of my landline number....

I am getting a message of service of PRABHU KRIPA Subscription Charging Rs 5/- per day since 26/10/2012 .I have already reported this issue on Dec 6 and got my money back till that point of time, but the problem still persist and got an overdue of payment for the current bill.I have never asked for this subscription.

Please deactivate this service permanently ASAP and refund the money into my postpaid account....

Hello my number is [protected]. I ported to airtel a month ago. I had a balance of approximately Rs 79 on 30/01/2013. However airtel has cut my balance down by Rs 50 saying that I have downloaded games in a message that I received at 5 30 PM on the above mentioned date.

This is theft on the part of the company. When I called the customer care, a lady picked up the call and I politely briefed her the matter.She began some drama...

This Complaint is against Airtel Ltd and Karbonn Mobiles. My Postpaid Airtel account number is [protected]. I also got the call (on 29 Jan 2013)from Pakistan [protected] on my airtel number, telling me I won 25 Lakhs on my airtel sim and I have to call there manager named Shahid Kapur on [protected]. I call on that number they told me the same that I win 25 lakhs and for collecting it I have to call them on next day around 09:00 am and they will give number of SBI manager who will tell about procedure to transfer amount...

Complaint no.48292868 Network engineer visited my place. He said that network problem is in your area. Issue is not resolved yet. I was using Airtel Broadband and Fixed Line service in Gurgaon, Delhi NCR region. On 19th Oct'12, I requested them to shift my services to my my new address in Gurgaon. The fixed line service was shifted on time but in spite to repeated follow-up Airtel was unable to shift the Broadband service. There employee' (not naming them here) made repeated promise but did not turn up at the designated time. They often did not leave any message...

my Airtel no [protected] validity expired on 11 jan 2013...by through customer care they told me recharge of Rs 8/- you will get one month validity. My self NAVEEN RT from kannur , iam using my airtel connection last 8 years [protected] , last 25th januvary 2013 i take a nano sim from airtel connect krishna communication for swapping to my number to this nano sim, but the issue is my old sim barred and telling that the number does not exists , and also the new sim is also not working , i contact so many times airtel office, manager Mr sanjay and air tel customer care so many times...

I got miss call from number[protected], i call back on same and he told me to that i have won lottery of rs 25 lacks.. told me to call on [protected] number and ask for Mr Vikas Verma for ur lottery... please some look into that... the call cost me arround 45 rs for 3 minutes......

I have recharged my airtel sim with 54Rs on 29th of December,2012 but haven't got the same reflected in my account.
According to the plans seen on there website, on recharge of Rs54 we get 175 local call but none were reflected in my account.
Infact, when I tried reaching the customer care for this issue, they barred my call and since then I cant reach the customer care personals.

I had asked for a International Plan to call to Sweeden from customer care executive. He told me that there is a recharge plan for Rs 97 in which u will get 30 international minutes. I recharged with Rs 97 but still the balance is call balance is deducted from my account.
I called up several times to customer care. They are not doing anything instead they put my call on hold and then they disconnect the call....

HI I have received missed cal from [protected] on 29/01/2013 @ 9.17 PM. I have called back but there was no response and number was busy. Please try to investigate why such miss calls coming from +9230 numbers....

Worst service from worst mobile company.. Never go for airtel..
