Non activation

Not responding my issue with prepaid to postpaid connection

Blackberry Messenger 1yr free plan activation

Hi,

I had subsribed for 150rs internet pack which said 500mb of 3g data and 500mb of 2g data.
When i called the customer care, the REP told after finishing first 50mmb of 3g data we'll be getting a confirmation alert.
But I dint get any sort of such msgs. I myself changed the settings to 2g after some days. Now they have charged me rs800 extra for internet.

Registration fee refundment

On 25th Oct 2012 , an executive from airtel came to my house and registered a broadband connection and he had taken rs. 250 for the registration ..
he said that within 2-3 days your connection will be done . After that no one had been came and when i called that executive he said that ur connection has been dropped because of technical fault in ur area and ur money will be returned via cheque and u will get the cheque within 3-4 days...
