Hi,

I had applied for an Airtel Broadband connection on 11 Aug 2012.

I got a call from a lady executive from the Airtel Office (+[protected], who told me that if I made the application right away, I would get the connection in three days. The lady also advised me that Mr.Suresh Kumar, an Airtel executive would come for the documents and payment (a crossed cheque for Rs.999/-, in favour of "Bharti Airtel Ltd"). Mr.Suresh Kumar (Cell #[protected], who had an Airtel Employee ID card, came to my residence, collected the payment and the documents.

I never received the Airtel Broadband connection. However, the cheque which I gave was cashed from my bank account on 08 Sep 2012. I called up the Airtel Office many times and the staff was insensitive to my query. Finally, one lady after checking with her supervisor, said that the application was cancelled and the refund would be couriered to my address in 40 days. Even after the said time, I have not yet received the refund. When I try to call the Airtel office, they say they will call back but they do not call back.

Airtel Broadband — Connection and installation

Hello Sir,

I had applied for an Airtel Broadband connection on July 27, 2010 through a sales person (Mr. Chandru - [protected]) who came and collected a cheque worth 500/-. He told me the Airtel guys will call me up in two working days. I waited for 4 days. Repeatedly called him. He kept on giving one or the other reasons. After that, he logs in the application after a week or so. I get a call from the vendors who provide connection asking me for my address so that they can look at the feasibility. I help them with that. After that he says it is not possible to give connection. The next day another person calls me up and tells everything is fine. We are waiting for the work order so that we can give you the connection. Yesterday, Aug 13, 2010, the vendors call me up and asks which modem/router I wanted. And they also said I have to pay for it. Rs. 800/- for normal modem or Rs. 1400/- for wifi router and another 500/- for the telephone device. I was shocked to hear this. I was told that the modem and the telephone instrument would be given free by the sales person. I was not convinced with them. They said they used to give free phone and modem before and the rules have changed now. I finally agree to that. He told me they will come and give the connection in the evening. I came early from office and was waiting for them. They never turned up. I called up one of their supervisors ( Mr. Shiva - [protected]) who promised me to send a person immediately. I again waited. No signs of anybody. He then gave me another number (Vijay - [protected]) who in turn gave me another number (Deva - [protected]) who told me it is not possible to give the connection now and it will be possible only the next day Aug 14, 2010 at 10: 30 AM. I agreed to it. Today, I waited till 11 AM. Tried calling all these numbers. Either their phones are busy or they don't receive the call. I tried them several times and in doing this spent more than 100/- on call charges. Then i get another number (Jay - [protected]) who tells me it is not possible to give connection because of technical feasibility and they need the approval of some guys and they will get to know if connection can be given only on Monday.

I then called up the sales person who said I cannot help you and to do what I wanted. It is extremely frustrating for me to go through this ordeal. I took a day off from office today to ensure the connection is given and I have waste my time, money and energy.

I request you to please take appropriate action against these frauds and help me get my money refunded.

Airtel Broadband — Not providing connection even after payment

Sir even on several request and telephonic calls no response. they have taken the money and no response they dont pick calls. even they have lied many times on this issue

    Hello this is Rameez Raja my cell no is [protected] i am a airtel prepaid customer, my whole family use airtel connection.
    I have recharge for Rs.155 from a retailer for the full talk time but when i received the message from the airtel in my mobile on 8.10.2012. at 1.52 pm it was showing talk time Rs.0,00, MR.155 PF:137.95 stax Rs 17.05 txid [protected].so i got 0 balance talktime i have made a call to airtel office i had a talk with one executive he told me that your sim became lifetime with that recharge, i told him that my sim is already lifetime, so he had forwarded the call to his senior Mr.Asim he had suggested that tell retailer to cancels the previous transaction from there side and do the fresh retailer with the same. I went to retailer he told me that there is no such cancelled process option for retailer and second thing is that now a person can have life time sim for Rs,15. Retailer told me to call to airtel office again, so i called airtel office on 18.10.2012.than one executive had taken the call i told the matter and he is saying to me that if there will be re charge the message will occur but there is no such re charge of 155, so i told him that i can read the message which came in my mobile while i started to read the message he cut off the line while speak to airtel executive a customer can wait on a hold but a executive cannot ? than i have tried to call again to airtel office but the line was busy still i have tried and got the line one lady executive had received the call again i told the matter but she is also saying no such recharge occur in my account i told her the txid [protected], she told me wait while i forward your line to my senior after the few ringing the line cut off, So where is the customer satisfaction why
    they open this type of customer care one who does not bother for customer satisfaction.

    Airtel Prepaid — amt. debited without use

    Sir,

    At 2.30 p.m. I have been charged my mobiles @ Rs.50/-. At the time of charging balance given Rs. 43/- approx. but immediately my balance is down at Rs.38.81. I fail to understand. Pl. inform me reasons.

    Airtel — wrongly debited of amt

    Dear sir I satish ramesh koke using the airtel prepaid no [protected] from last 4 to 4.5 yrs in this time several times the airtel have debited the amt wrongly they activate any pack of services without the customer consent even now the airtel have debited 5rs for cricket pack without my consent when i complained to cm service i was given false comment to reverse back the amt i have called several times the customer service executive but the amt is not reversed back
    sir i want to escalate this as high as possible.

    Airtel Prepaid — wrongly Charged

    Hello,
    I am Umesh and I am using airtel mobile prepaid connection([protected]). value added services are automatic activate and always when I am giving just miss call to overseas number it will charge 15 rs/ per call and when I am asking to customer care no budy is replying well they are giving same answer call time was 3 sec, 6 sec and if you want to check for next days you have to pay 50rs and ask to airtek for monthaly bill.

    Some times after all discussion the person is putting me on hold and after 1 min. call disconnect.

    and the customer care operator is giving answer 'jo hai wo yahi hai'.

    some of customer care operator representatives names are Divyang, Ashok, Dinesh

      Hi Team,

      I put my connection on safe custody and paid 500 Rs for the same, still I am keep receiving the mail.

      Whenever I called to customer care, every time I get response that they can't transfer the phone to cancellation department, and when I request them to arrange the call back from cancellation department, it's not done

      I spoke with two person from Customer Care Department today

      1) Anjali Sharma (spoke around 10:30AM on 22nd October 2012), she promised me that she will arrange a call back from cancellation department within 1 hour, but I haven't received any call

      2) Pushkar Anand (he claimed to be Supervisor , spoke around 12PM on 22nd October 2012), he was not reluctant to transfer call.

      I am keep receiving call from legal department and threatening me to send legal notice, even I haven't done anything wrong. I have been loyal customer to Airtel since last 2 and half years, still why you guys are troubling me

      Request higher management to look into this issue urgently.

                  i have rajasthan sim card no. [protected] of airtel now i am in baroda & they have started unauthorizly two services simultaneously causing Rs 2/day loss. it is the case from three month. i m calling customer care but they r saying that i have to call airtel rajasthan to deactivate the service. on calling airtel rajasthan they saying to enter mobile no. than enter mobile password... just for looting money deducted twice 3-3 RS. still no reply.
                  now i want my money back otherwise i will sue airtel for such nuesance
                  i will definitely port my number with such irresponsible service.

                    I was using airtel mobile of which the request for disconnection was given on 10 july 2012 and was confirmed by airtel repersentative thru inward call that same will be disconnected on 18 july 2012. But suddenly i got bill 30 sept dt i have dues of 18000.00 which is bill of the month of august and sept 2012 whereas i got it disconnected on 18 july 2012. I have contacted to airtel customer care 100 times but they are not responding and not giving me solution, i have also marked number of mails to there customer care but still they r not responding. Pls assist

                    Bharti Airtel — Still getting bill after disconnection

                    I had disconnected both the landline and boardband on Dec 10th after multiple round of call with Airtel as they showed the unability to shift the line to new location. Surprising, bill is still being generated. My experience with overall customer support has been very dis-appointing.

                    Airtel — Getting Bill After disconnection of Service

                    I have shifted my place on 30th January. And i have placed a request of either shifting my connection or disconnection of service immediately on the same date. I have already paid the bill till Jan 2011. But even after the shift of place they didnt shift my connection and not they are charging me bills for the month of Feb 2011.
                    I am getting calls from airtel customer service daily and they are sending me emails for the bill payment. I already have explained them and everytime they say that they will take care of this. But they are calling me daily leading mental tension.

                      I got an unwanted call from this number [protected], in my wife number,repeatedly.from my search in Google this number turn out to be Airtel number From Mumbai.I cannot trace the number, it just come as boyfren,later it come along with the number and from there i note down without picking up the cal. whether i pic up or I dont pic up, there appeared to be no number in the call log.He is trying to create division between me and my wife. please do what best possible.and also email me his name and address in my email [protected]@rediffmail.com.Thank you

                      I keep getting marketing calls from [protected]. I called up Airtel. They informed that this is the marketing backend making these calls. But the calls haven't stopped. I am also registered with Do Not call Registry.

                        Hi All,

                        I would like to bring my issue in your notice that please do not buy Airtel DTH because the call center people are all dumb and they do not know the meaning of escalation nor they stand by their own words.

                        I re-located my dish a week ago and my account is still in suspended status. Everytime I call them I'm told that the issue will be resolved in 24 hrs. It's been 7 days. I wonder if their 24 hrs are equivalent to a light year!

                        Above all, they are fraud too. I lost my View card and asked for a new card. I payed Rs 700 for the new card and I got a second hand damn old card. When I raised this conceren to the call center guys. Nobody is even ready to take down the complaint regarding this issue. either airtel should provide me a refund or a replacement with a new card.
                        Also, being a telephone service providing companies they do not have enough lines and their toll free no. is always busy. 1 out of 50 call will get connected.

                        It has been more than 24hrs and my issue is not resolved yet!

                        On top of that, the engineer and the service center people are dodging my calls.
                        Also, you guys have deducted Rs 350 without my concern, in the name of new set top box. I was told that my set top box has some problem so it needs to be replaced but changing of set top box didn't make any good to my services so the engg, said that the set top box will be given free of cost.

                        I'm fed up of you guys now!

                        and ya pleas remove '24/7' Customer service from your tagline.

                        As I've been trying to call your call center since morning and it's making me loop around the same menu. At the end when i finally found the option to talk to an executive it asks me to text something to some number and hangs up!
                        Now the nodal officer says that your airtel dth services are not compatible with my laptop.

                        FYI I inquired before taking up the connection if it works with laptop and now you say that it is not compatible!

                        I request you to suspend my account and refund my money.

                          Receiving bills even after disconnection of broadband services

The executive who came home then, collected the modem and the telephone set. I had paid the final settlement of Rs. 899 in the form of cash. I have the receipt of the same.                           This is in regards to the mass malpractice done by sum person/persons in AIRTEL – JOIN OUR PIT CREW CONTEST on Facebook
                          You are kindly requested to look into the matter and investigate it thoroughly.
                          In the mean while you are also requested to announce the results of this contest as invalid or at least on hold because there are enough reasons to believe that at least few winners have gained it by unfair and illegal help of few people whose identity is yet unknown to us. The whole incident is highly unfortunate and it’s shocking as it has happened in brand AIRTEL which is otherwise known for its Corporate Social Responsibility !
                          Few posts have been made by me which are yet to be replied by the so called JOPC Team. In fact for last so many days I was blocked by Airtel team to write on your Facebook page where the contest was held.
                          I have sent several emails to them but still I have no official reply from them.
                          I have even sent email to thier OMBUDSPERSON but even he/she has not replied to my emails till now.
                          Below I am re-posting the same post for your ready reference which you can also find in the TIMELINE of AIRTEL FORMULA1’s Facebook page.
                          The JOPC contest has played with the emotions of many Formula1 fans and has defeated the very purpose for which it was held.
                          Hope to get Justice from you soon and well before 26th Oct 2012, if not then unfair winners will have utilized their prize which is being part of the Mercedes AMG Petronas pit crew at the New Delhi GP.

                          (sending again as you have not replied in open forum n even your Ombudsperson has not replied to me till date )

                          This is going to be a bit crazy as we will be racing back n forth in time to connect and solve the jig-saw puzzle called the AIRTEL-JOIN OUR PIT CREW CONTEST. There are basically TWO theories which will emerge so lets see what you end up saying or rather doing especially when you guys have been time and again saying that “IF YOU HAVE BEEN FAIR THAN YOU DON’T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT ANY THING”. I still hope common sense prevails and you do the right thing to admit that sum where you did goo[censored]p. After all I just want my honestly earned 3rd position on your leader board back ! (hehe tell me how many of those petty criminals who might have done the crime of changing their own points are actually challenging you openly like this and fighting with you since 6th Oct? Huh? )
                          Again thanks for at last UNBLOCKING me from your page ! Feels good to breathe again
                          So here we go…..

                          1) The games app when it was launched did not work properly ?

                          2) Many people wrote and told you that it was not working on your page that the app was not proper?

                          3) Later some how the game started to run ?

                          4) But still people were telling you that scores were not adding up ? and all you said was :wait for 24 hours…wait for 24 hours?

                          5) Tell me…did those scores ever add up ? Did you guys checked this aspect ? Did you know how much time guys like us wasted when the scores never added up, but we still kept on playing.?

                          6) I my self had asked you that my scores are not seen and all you said was “wait for 24 hours”

                          7) I still kept on playing blindly not even knowing if the points were adding up or not. I am sure there must be many people like me out there who must have under gone the same.

                          8) In the meanwhile 3 guys, Rahul Tibrewal, Yash Tibrewal and One more guy whose name I don’t remember but am sure must be there in your timeline, suddenly went up the Leader Board in within few minutes. Is that a fact or not ?

                          9) These 3 guys were at the top of the LeaderBoard for 3 weeks or not ?
                          10) Did you investigate into the matter as to how come 3 guys just went up to top 3 places in few minutes ? What precautions did you take to see that such an incident which compromised the security of the page and the sanctity of the game away would not happen again ? Did you block these guys from your page as well ?

                          11) As this was a criminal offence, did you inform the competent agencies to find out the IP address from where they might have done this crime?

                          12) Even though you threw all these 3 gentlemen out from the Leader Board, they mockingly again came and went straight up to the top 2 position. Is this Right ?

                          13) Your game was compromised for the second time, so did you take any steps to close the loop hole which might be there in the game/apps or your web page/leader board ?Again did you try to find the IP address of the person at the top ? Did you block him from the page as he was a repeat offender ?

                          14) Don’t you think It was high time the game should have been stopped at this point of time and save many genuine fans the trouble that you gave later ? Did not many people advice you to stop the contest ??

                          15)In the m ean while were not many people still complaining about a few others who were climbing the leader board as per their whims and still you were help less and did nothing for days together ? Swati Goel and Anik Goel were two such people who stayed and climbed on your leader board in spite of many o[censored]s including me who wrote to you about it. Why did you take at least one week to throw them out ?

                          16) Simultaneouly there were people telling you that the game/apps was not working and should be stopped?Right ?

                          17) Didn’t you think you should have stopped the game because the game was hacked so many times? Why did you keep it going without solving the main issues ?

                          18) Elswhere I was honestly playing the game as it meant meeting and breathing the same air as MICHAEL SCHUMACHER HIMSELF. So day and night, whenever I got time, in the early morning, late nights I kept on playing. I even took leave on 1st Oct 2012 for same so that I got a longer weekend to play as 2nd October was a holiday. Luckily some of my post were “shared” on my facebook page which will show you that how slowly n steadily coming up on the leader board. A picture posted by you on 28th Sept shows me on 5th position.

                          19) Please check up my question to you on 4th Oct at 12.20 am where I had asked you if it was necessary to be at top of the leader board or one needs to be in top 20 to qualify for the prize, to which you had replied that it was not necessary to be on top but very necessary to be in top 20. My dear JOPC why would any body then use unfair means and damage their own hard work to be thrown out. And please please JOPC….please tell me..do you think every person in India is so highly educated who can hack sophisticated games on the net ?!?

                          20) To the best of my knowledge I was at no.4 with approx 544xxxxxx points at 8.30 am on 6th Oct 2012. Technically I was at no.3 because Swarnim Kumari at no.3 was using unfair means so I was very sure that she/he would go out and I would get my position no.3 back and I just had to maintain it because I knew that even if I played every minute of the next whole day (which is not possible in reality ) wouldn’t catch up with those two guys.

                          21) Now lets talk about what happened later on 6th Oct 2012. In between 8.30 am and approx 12.30 pm Sum unknown person or persons changed the scores of all the persons who were in TOP5. Agree? Please tell me exactly what did you guys do at that time?

                          22) Tell me how is it possible that all persons in top 5 simultaneously changed their own scores from different locations in India where they were at that time ? Is that possible JOPC ?

                          23) Please inform everybody as to what did you find out ? Was the crime committed by one single person from sumwhere ? Did you get his/her IP address ? Did you file a complaint sum where? Did you fix the bug/if at all you knew where it was and how to fix it ?

                          24) Yet again your game was compromised and the security of your web page under threat by some unknown person. Didn’t you still think it was right to stop the contest as the scores which would be earned later had no legality because there is no proof if they were genuine ????

                          25) I had complained on your page at 12.36 pm that my scores were manipulated. Is this correct ?

                          26) Junaid and Pratik who were ahead of me in the leader board complained to you that even their points were changed. Is this correct ?

                          27) Nishant Singh was asking you who had changed his scores ? you or a hacker?? Is this correct ??

                          28) JOPC please tell me when every body was complaining that their scores were hacked then what technical proof made to allow these gentlemen in the game and selectively THROW ME OUT OF THE LEADER BOARD ?????????

                          29) Why did you simultaneously block me from your page ?Please give me a specific reason here as later we found out that the known offender was allowed to still post on your page ! ! !

                          30) JOPC what preventive action did you take to further prevent sum person/persons to yet again hack the game ?

                          31) As I was blocked from your page I had to write from my friends id, where you kept on replying that you will call all blocked persons to verify before you declare the TOP 20 list. Which persons did you call? Can I know their names? Or how many people were shouting from their top of the voice that injustice has been done by you when you threw them out ?

                          32) Later you posted a message saying that you would be fair to every body and then only declare the TOP20. Why then you did not call me before the list of TOP20 was released at about 2.00am merely 2 hours after the deadline was over??

                          33) Varun Gupta posted a message openly telling every body how to hack the points ? Right ?

                          34) Don’t you think it was even then high time you stopped the game ? What kept you still going on with the game when every body knew how to change the points?

                          35) Was it not the best option to stop the game? Or you guys had some other game going on internally ?

                          36) Next day the same Varun Gupta yet again shamed you by again hacking your leader board and you couldn’t stop him from being there ? Did you file a complaint against him as is required to do by a reputed brand like AIRTEL ??

                          37) All you did was throw him out of the leader board and kept the game going.

                          38) You still didn’t fix the bugs which were known to you for over one n half month?? O you guys didn’t have the technical expertise to do so ??

                          39) Suddenly we had new names in the leader board who were never seen in TOP 20. What we took over one month to achieve, these guys n dolls did in one day ! ! !

                          40) The same names were seen in the TOP 20 list who were in top20 places at 11.59 pm on 7th Oct 2012. Does it not mean that you did not do investigation and neither call any body to be fair with them??

                          41) The known offender Rahul Tibrewal at 1.00am at night congratulated the winner of your top20 even before you had announced the list. WHY DID HE DO THAT ? N How come he was not blocked by you much much earlier as he had hacked your leader board twice before ?

                          42) I still kept on asking you through my friends id as to what happens to me. You said thrice that sumbody will call me. Right ?

                          43) The TOP 20 had to submit their personal video before 10th Oct 2012. Right? Did any body from JOPC call me on or before 10th Oct 2012 ??

                          44) Now let us talk about the fraud which happened with me on 11th Oct 2012. One Mr.Karan Chaudhri called me at 3.09 pm to talk with me? Right? Does this gentlemen work with you ? Was he and is he still a part of JOPC ?

                          45) JOPC please tell me what was the purpose of this gentleman to call me one day after the last date to submit the video was over ?

                          46) Did he or did he not gave me your email id and ask me to send the video for the contest?

                          47) When I asked him if I can send it tomorrow (12th Oct ), did he not urged to send the video on the same day it self ?

                          48) When I asked a query as to how long should the video be, didn’t your person reply to me that it should on 1 min and max 2 min????????

                          49) Please confirm if same day later in the evening did I or did I not send you a video made by me to the email id given by your Mr.Karan?

                          50) Please tell me if by doing so were you not confirming the fact that I was innocent and you were giving me a shot at t he first prize ?

                          51) Did I not write and ask you the same – to put in a line on your page about same – so that later there is no problems for me as well as you if my name is seen in the winners list ? Till date you have not replied to that email.

                          52) Did I not send you several more emails to tell you about my innocence ? Till date you have not replied to me and kept me blocked from your page.

                          53) JOPC please confirm if my video was shown to your panel of judges ? CAN I GET CONFIRMATION FROM AT LEAST 3 JUDGES THAT MY VIDEO WAS SHOWN TO THEM?

                          54) JOPC will you confirm in open forum that there were 21 videos in the list INCLUDING MY VIDEO instead of 20 ?

                          55) If my video was there in the list shown to the judges, then how come my name is not there any where in the winners list ?

                          56) If you never wanted to show my video to the judges then is it not clear that you called me and asked me to make the video as an EYEWASH and to SHUT MY MOUTH??? SO THAT I FEEL YOU WERE BEING FAIR TO ME ? IF YOU WERE FAIR THAN WHAT DID I WIN IF I WAS AT MY LEGIT POSITION NUMBER 3 ???

                          57) There allegations that the ultimate winner of the 1st prize was also hacking his scores. Did you take action on him and threw him out ? What was the criteria to keep him in the game ?

                          58) The ultimate winner was at my position no.3. Right ? Did he come there by hard work in one day? Or was he brought there by sum body ?

                          59) You said all 20 persons in TOP 20 had equal chances of winning the 1st prize. Right ?

                          60) Then how come the TOP 4 persons ended up winning the top 4 prizes for grabs ? HOW COME EXACTLY THE TOP 4 MADE EXCELLENT VIDEOS ?

                          Almost all of the above is already sent to you via email in these last few days alongwith necessary screen shots. You have not replied to any of my emails. If you want I can forward all of them again to you. But on other thoughts its better you reply to all my questions clearly here so that fans of F1 knows exactly what happened in the AIRTEL JOIN THE PIT CREW CONTEST !

                          Now the two theories I was talking about :

                          One –Was it one person who all along was changing every body’s points as per his/her choice ? Was it the same person who on 6th Oct 2012 changed every bodys points except the person whom he/she wanted to win the contest ? Or was it all top 5 persons who like fools themselves exactly at same time changed their own scores ? Remember that people like us were thrown out by the MASTER MIND and at least one kept in the leader board to win the dream prize ?

                          Two : Was it all along a smoke screen made by sum member/members of the JOPC who kept on manipulating the scores to divert attention from the core issue and blame it on a virtual hacker who was never present ? Quiet possible right ? It must be so easy to do that right ? And later quietly make the winner of their choice as if he was legally there by genuine efforts??

                          I am sure all true F1 fans who read this will surely agree with me and feel cheated by AIRTEL.

                          JOPC the entire CONTEST and its results are very much in shadow of doubt. So now please solve the puzzle by answering my questions and then please tell me what happens to guys like me whose only fault was that they honestly played the game so that a dream of a life time was achieved and I had stories to tell for my generations to come that I met and was part of the pit crew of the Great Michael Schumacher.

                          Airtel — cheating and malpractices

                          My mobile no. is [protected], on 9th nov. 2011 i dialled 121312 my airtel my offer, to know about top-up recharge options available on my mobile no. This IVRS number informed me about 40 pe 45 offer, in which recharging by 40 rs i'll be provided 45 rs balance. But on doing so i only got 30 rs balance instead of 45 rs. And the remaining 15 rs were never credited to my account. When i consulted customer care they told no such offer is available on my mobile number. Furthermore, the company activates wap packages like mobile radio, cricket updates, caller tunes etc. without informing customers and deducting their balance thereon. airtel customer care charge 50p per 3 mins. with a large number of call drops problem. There are a number of such cases of cheating and malpractices done by this service provider. The company is making huge profits by doing so. I have a brief record of such practices where the customer has been cheated. Please help me.

                          Thank you for the concern shown by you. This was posted here because a common man in India has no other way in the virtual world where people only send emails and tweets and then vanish. I had spent more than one and half month playing this game honestly.There was an unusaul behaviour in the game/apps on 6th Oct 2012 after 8.30am when sum person changed the points of all the top 5 persons in the leaderboard. You will agree that this is simply not possible that 5 different individuals simultaneously will change thier own scores in such a competition where the stakes for them selves were so high and all 5 were working for last so many days. Instead of investigating properly I was thrown out by your team and others whose points were also changed were kept in the competition. This was a case of double standards. If you read my questions above it was very clear that there was a flaw in your game or apps and sum body had taken advantage of it. Who was it I have no idea.Its your duty to find out that who changed the points of all persons. If others were given benefit of doubt then why was I thrown out?

                          I am facing a hard time to explain to my little daughters as to what hacking is...and even they are disturbed that AIRTEL asked to make me a video and then again threw me out of the competition. You have no idea how torturing it is to imagine i was cheated by sum people at AIRTEL when I trusted them so much at the facebook page.

                          I had even sent emails to your Ombudsperson but he/she has not replied to me. Can you belive that ??

                          Today your JOPC team sent a silly email confirming that they investigated and have nothing further to do and they have blocked me again from your Facebook Formula1 page. I dont understand what is the investigation and who did it.
                          Your team has not replied to my real questions and gave silly replies.The team even said to me that they asked me to make video as a good will.Please tell me how is it possible for your team to selectively show goodwill and at other places show me the TERMS AND CONDITIONS of the contest.

                          Where was the GOODWILL clause in the T and C's???

                          All this has made it clear that they are not ready to accept their mistake and I will never get justice. This is not the way to treat fans of formula 1 who treat you like heroes for sponsoring the event and bringing the sport to India. Of course you can shut me up and cover my case and still I cant do any thing.But you should know that at least one person will never trust this brand again. Asking for justice I think is not a crime in India.

                          You can go to the time line of the Formula1 page on FB and scroll down from Sept onwards and read the comments posted by so many persons asking to stop the contest as it was hacked so many times. The very same hackers are still allowed freely to post on the page. Your team even managed to delete my two friends who were in the competition. What in the world is your team upto by deleting people from my friends list who were also part of the same contest ???????? Or at least they have asked these people to delete me from their friends list for sum mysterious reasons ! ! !

                          By the way there is not much time left in this case because the contest winners will get to enjoy their prizes from 26th Oct onwards. If you delay the investigation and quiz me later and give a verdict later it will make no sense. There should be a technical investigation as to how and who hacked your game/apps on 26th Oct 2012 after 8.30 am and before 12.30 pm same day.

                          If you do that the rest will be easy to find. ALL OTHER PROOF IS ALREADY AVAILABLE ON THE TIMELINE OF YOUR PAGE ON FACEBOOK VIA THE COMMENTS MADE BY MANY OTHER PERSONS.

                          Lets see what reply you will give now.

                            Airtel 3G slow internet speed

                            My airtel 3 g dongle number,which is victimized is [protected]

                            As I said it is a airtel 3g dongle which I am using for past 2 months,
                            I have bought a top up recharge of rs. 1500 for 10 gb download,
                            I am getting only up to 10 - 80 kbps speed where as for last 4-5 months I was getting speeds up to 1 to 2.8 mbps.
                            I was highly satisfied with airtel services, but now it is way below even 2g internet speeds.

                              Recently I visited Dubai and upon return received my mobile bill ([protected]). On account of GPRS an amount of 18055.69 is charged. All over 3-days charged at various times of day and night. All un-intended use at best.

                              I enquired about my credit limit which was informed to be 0.0 (Meaning limitless). Also, it was informed that my connection enjoyed this previledge being a company connection. Fact is that Airtel is giving wrong information as this April I changed the connection in my name by providing necessary documentation. I do not remember airtel executive informing me of this 0.0 credit limit.

                              When I enquired as to why I was never alerted as my bill was going heywire. I would have appreciated receiving a SMS altering when my unbilled amount exceeded 5000, 10000, 15000 etc. I would have made the decision to use or switch-off my mobile. Airtel didn’t reply. Same airtel sends SMS even after we have made our payments, reminding our payment due date.

                              On above grounds when I asked Airtel to review bills and provide me a waiver (even part); their response has been negative. There response is negative also to my request for setting the credit limit to 2500/- P.M. unless i first clear my dues.

                              I am helpless as Airtel attitude in telephonic discussion or over e-mail has been apathetic. I also fear that unless I pay Airtel may harass me.

                              Through this complaint I want to highlight greed of Airtel to bill us as they wish. Thank GOD I was away for 3 days only; had I been longer I would have been demanded 1 Lakh may be.

                              It is shameful to think that a Company which boasts of Corporate Governanace and Customer Care is such cheap and greedy. Their Slogan should be “JO TERA HAI WOH MERA HAI – BY HOOK or BY CROOK.

                              I am suffering but I request all readers to get their Credit limit fixed and verfied. Also, better keep away from Airtel.

                                Hi my name is Navneet Singh Airtel user no. [protected]. Full DND is activated on my number but still I m getting the SMS's from real estate. I have also confirmed the same on customer care, they have also replied me that full DND is activated on my number.

                                Still I m getting non stop SMS's from [protected] (10:05pm, 20 oct), [protected] (08:34pm, 20 oct), [protected] (07:19pm, 20 oct). Many of the messages which I received has already deleted.

                                I want to claim Airtel for the same. Please help.

                                    I changed my mobile from BSNL to Airtel on 26.08.2012. I have not applied for internet on my mobile. On receiving the bill for the month of Aug 12,I changed my mobile from BSNL to Air tel on 26.08.2012. I have not applied for internet on my mobile. On receiving the bill for the month of Aug 12 I see to astonish that the company has levied a charges of Rs.47.50+ Tax Rs.5.90 towards the GPRS/net surfing charges, while I have clearly advised the company representative that I need not internet connection. Secondly I have not used any internet/GPRS service. Now again in the second bill the company has charged a sum of Rs.313/- inclusive of Tax towards the GPRS service. If we see the bill we can clearly see that every time the net surfing charges have been levied in the bill after an interval of 30 minutes. Can we imagine that after every 30 minutes I can assess the internet even in the late night. However I like to inform you that I have a mobile of Samsung DUOS. The bill shows that I am using the GPRS/internet day & night even at late night hours while I am sleeping. I am an Bank Manager and you can imagine that how much time can spare for the internet on mobile, but the bill shows that I am surfing internet every time as I am an free person to use the internet. Secondly after my mail in this regard on 13.09.2012, the company stopped the internet services on my mobile. In this way you are requested to help me in this case.
