I am the user of Airtel Mobile No [protected]. On 10 Aug 2012 my balance have been deducting wrongly by the service provider stating that the balance have been deducted on account of internet browsing charges, But as well as my memory is concerned i have not used the internet of the company. The company is totally telling a lie as despite deleting all my setting from the browser profile of my mobile the deduction was remain on, Thus i am feeling harassed by the service provider financially as well as mentally. Pl do the needful.

    Hi all,

    I have been cheated by airtel digital tv.

    Pld never go for airtel digital tv,they can do anything with you saying that this is the company policy.

    My monthly pkg has changed from 241 to 341 ,i called ccustomer care and ask them why you did it,htey say u have the HD settop box so,u have to watch the HD pkg,i asked the to change back ,they say it is not possible.

    My remote stops working but working well with tv,they say you have to pay Rs 100,i[censored] want us to rectify your problem.

    They can do anything with you and even when you say that i will change my connection ,they will say as you wish.

    Once you buy airtel dth they can do anything with you..pls dont go for airtel.

          This is M.Krishna Murthy I was airtel customer from last 10 years my mobile number is [protected]..Recently I had taken 4 post paid sim cards of your service to my family members .Numbers are [protected],[protected],[protected],[protected] among these numbers on one number i.e([protected]) bill charged is very high approximately 2800 Rs..Bill was charged because o[censored]sage of internet ,actually 200MB is given free additionally only 100 MB is used and for that 100MB you have charged 2500rs(+300 for calls)..Please sort my problem and give a solution for me to continue AIRTEL service..HOPE YOU WILL REDUCE MY CHARGED BILL...THANKING YOU...

            on July 29th I had take a duplicate Airtel sim from chembumukku Airtel relationship center, Kochi, Kerala. They told that according to airtel's new policy, for taking duplicate sim they need two photographs and two ID proof. I argued, but they told that is mandatory for taking duplicate sims not for new sims. and they billed Rs: 150 for duplicate sim.Later I enquired to the customer care, they told that need only one ID proof and 25 rupees. then I complained up to nodel officer about this issue, but no response, no enquiry, no answer. And Airtel blocked my call to customercare too. What a fraud company this? I am going to Port my number. Somebody will value this complaint.

                I am currently under the rs.1500 broadband plan,which entails me 4 mbps connection until 30gb,after that the connection is reverted to abnormally low 256kbps.Now,the problem I've been facing is this -

                1.On the 10th of July,I got a message on my mobile phone that I had reached 80% of my allotted data usage,which was calculated to 24gb.Later,I checked my dsl usage through the airtel.In website and I consciously decided to stop download anything (even minor files) for a couple of days.The next day (11th July'2012) I checked my usage on airtel.In again,and I has allegedly downloaded 27gb out of my allotment.Considering I barely switched on my computer for roughly an hour,I was shocked.I DID not download a single file like I had decided.Yesterday,I was busy the entire day so I didn't switch on computer at all,until right now and I had supposedly downloaded roughly a gb again..Now,I do have a wi-fi router,but I have a powerful enough password,and almost every neighbor in my area has a wi-fi connection and I've checked my router page and I found no rogue connections at all.Plus,I recently opted for a much more powerful password encryption.Hopefully someone from the company will read this and rectify this as soon as possible,since this is some data calculating error from their side.

                  I have purchased 3g data card (pre -paid) on july 2011. It was expiring on 6th AUGUST 2012. I recharged with rs. 451.00 for 2gb data use on 5th August'12. But, the data card is not re-activated for use and got expired on 6th August and network support not available since then. Kindly look into this problem and do the needful to reactivate the SIM. On complaining through customer care by 121 service, heard that, ur request is forwarded & necessary be taken. But, till date no action taken.The sim and card details as below.

                    I have received my bill for July of Rs 2569. But as per my view o[censored]sage for which I have been credited an amount of Rs 2100, internet usage volume, is done against my information of gprs terms and conditions. I have not been told about pro rata basis of internet usage. The information I have is pro rata basis of rentals. Kindly help me with amendment in bill. I can send you copies of my previous bills and payments made to airtel,none of which exceeds rs 200/- since my activation of number [protected]. I have also heard from my friends that airtel people do such things and u become helpless. Please help me in this regard.

                        Hii,
                        I am an airtel customer for more than 10 years and recently they have given me a very decent
                        gift of my loyalty towards them. They have being charging me more than Rs 180 per month just for the
                        sake of some SubsServ_GAMES CLUB_1 charges. They kept on sending me sms every day for charging the
                        same and i considering the same as just another bug sms end up paying more than thousand rupees to
                        airtel for no use. This is the worst experience i had in terms of any service provider where they
                        end up cheating me with for the services which i never activated.
                        I would recommend not to use airtel service any more in my and ppl close to my life

                          Cross Connection of calls

                            Recently i have ported my no to Airtel from Vodafone, am very disappointed with the Airtel Service, because am not able to make calls to some of STD numbers specially Maharastra no's. I have raised the complaints many time but no response after a couple of days i will get the SMS that my complaint is resolved. WHAT THE HELL AIRTEL!!!!!!!!! PATHETIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Very embarrassing. AM really regretting on porting my no to A I R T E L........... :( :(

                            Whenever anybody calls on my number, it either gets disconnected or the person calling gest call failed message. My number is [protected]

                            Airtel — STD Call not going to a particular number of airtel from Hubli where as it goes easily from any other places of karnataka.

                            A STD call on prepaid airtel no.[protected] is not going from Hubli to Darbhanga where from Darbhanga it is coming to Hubli and even except hubli from all parts of karnataka it is going easily.
                            But from Here it always say ", The number is not valid".
                            Despite getting assurances through Customer care, Still the call is not going from hubli while it goes from Davangere or mysore or from anywhere in karnataka.
                            For this i did everything as suggested by Customer Care but till date this problem is not solved .

                              I have been having a problem with airtel Prepaid number [protected] for more than a week. I am unable to call a toll free number[protected]. Due to which I am unable to join my office meetings. It was working prefectly fine 2 weeks before.Call to the same number works perfectly well from idea and vodofone cellular network or any of the fixed land-line telephone network.

                              Airtel outlet located at konappana agrahara(Electronic city) is not providing service upto the mark,

                              To pay an post paid bill a consumer has to visit the office twice in a month, every time u go there, the application is down and consumer has to wait for hours together.

                              The response from the team working there is pathetic.

                              Any service a consumer is asking for he will be sent to koramangala office, if this is the case why do airtel office is required there in konappana agrahara(Electronic city)

                              As per above mentioned complaint I face many problems about airtel.
                              1) Unwanted calls from airtel about their sew skims, advertisement etc.
                              2) I face the problem of balance deduction of 10 Rs. per day from one week.

                              These Two are major complaints. For resolving these complaint I call 121 (Customer care) but problem not solved from Customer care. I used Airtel mobile No. from last 4 years. I think Airtel have no need of valuable customer.For these issues when I call in customer care Executive of airtel suggest me to make SMS for stop these facilities only 3 Rs. for this message deducted from your balance. But why I make SMS I never demand these services from Airtel. Using Airtel for me is now reall Harrashment.

                                I got my airtel sim, 5 years back. But those people called me for proof verification and barred my incoming and outgoing calls without any prior intimation. And i talked to the supervisor and renewed my connection. With in 2 weeks they disconnected my number totally (Asusual without any prior intimation) . i lost al my sim contacts. This is due to lack of communication between departments of the service provider. NEVER GO FOR AIRTEL. This is my suggestion.

The Airtel Executive (Took it from Airtel Store, Beside Aditya Enclave, Ameerpet) gave me a wrong SIM card, so i have to wait for another 7 days and then he gave me another SIM onto which my number was ported.

                                  Every DAY RS.2/- is been deducted for this SERVICE.
