I am a Airtel Digital TV customer.My customer ID is [protected].Yesterday I have problem with display of TV due to cable problem.I am complainted to customer care and they are saying that service charge of technical person is 100rs plus service charges 10 rs.Today technician came and check that there is a Loose connectin in DISH.He just check the connection and properly fit the cable.its 2 mins work.He demands the charges and collect it provide the bill.Bill number is 2026(Invoice Number).Here problem is that Even they do nt want to know the problem just they are demanding the charges.Even it is minor or major they do not want it.Just they are collecting the money.I never see this type of company.

      Had been using Airtel for more than 3 years and airtel customer service is getting pathetic day by day..
      My Airtel Digital TV has not been since 1st August 2012 and its been 12 days still my problem hasn't been resolved.
      Airtel has got the most pathetic service in market and it even doesn't know how to work in a service industry.

      Airtel field engineers tell us to replace whole of the dish on personal basis in less cost than airtel.
      so what the hell is happening in airtel service and i would suggest every person in market not to subscribe to airtel service.
      Dear sir,
      My Airtel digital TV Customer ID - [protected]. I have launched the compalint of my set top box in last week. My set top box is not working. But till date my problem has not been resolved. Now i am cheking the status of my complaint the Airtel customer care system says problem is solved. My dish is in warantty. I gone to dealer but even he is not giving proper responce , he is saying call the Airtel. I am wasting my time & money to call Airtel customer Care. From my account the daily subscription amount is deducted instead of the service.
      Please i request you to do the needful.

        I"m using Airtel prepaid service, I start using a internet service which provide by Airtel.
        whenever I want deactivated they show application down and next day unnecessary they provide service and rec-duct money from my prepaid account. when I call to their customer care they miss guide me , giving me false Information.which equivalent to froad. So plz Kindly take action against Airtel services.

            I Visited the airtel site to view my best offers for prepaid in tamilnadu region . There was a offer RC 32 : 500 Loc A2A mins free for 30 days . I Recharge for it and it failed . I Recharged it for other mobile and it worked . But why not for me ?? I Need such a offer which fits me rather than paying for a min for a call .

              Dear Sir ,
              I had my main account balance os Rs. 79 on June 13th , 2012 . I switched off it and turned on after 1 & 1/2 months it showed my Main Balance as Rs.45 . I was shocked and called customer care and asked they told to wait and i waited forever but no reply and after 8 mins call disconnected . So , totally Rs.32 is loss for me . So, dear sir make it a issue and ask them to refund my Rs.32 ! ...

              Hello sir my name is utsav and i am usinng airtel nbr- [protected] and the complain is - from last 2 days the company is charging me 20 rs. For downloding some stupid hooters nd thay r saying that i m using airtel live. Nd the good thing that i have nevr used it even today they send me msg at 5 a.m nd i complete my sleep at 8 p.m so how it is possible to use airtel live at 5.am . I dont like the way whn they say that we cant do any thing about this problem .if they cant thn tell me who will help me tata docomo or idea????????


              So dear sir i need solution dont u think that it is v.bad for ur airtel coustumers . Ur coustumer care's person cant help us then y they are there'???????

                i am using airtel sim, since 5 year in chhawani IE area Bhilai. but from the last 2 years the network is very poor in this region . net access is impossible in this poor courage. Healty telephonic conversataion is impossible in this bad network & airtel's responsible persons are not awake yet.

                  I had been using Airtel Mobile Connection since 2009 while I was in Bangalore. That was a post paid connection. I moved to Mumbai on August 2011. Since then I had been paying monthly minimum rental of my existing connection of Bangalore as I there were chances of my moving back to Bangalore. But in February 2012 I thought of cancelling my Bangalore connection of Airtel. I called the customer care services of Mumbai Airtel and they guided me with Karnataka customer care number as Mumbai customer service cannot take any request for Karnataka circle numbers. I immediately gave a call to the Bangalore number and I was told that next day I would get a return call from Airtel and this would formally end up my connection. I was not at all convinced and told the customer care executive how can he assure that the call would come. Why couldn't he cancel the connection during that call itself. But he assured me of getting a return call the very next day which have never come till today.

                  Now there's another story before that incident happened. Before I called the customer care, I had come across an option to cancel my connection by logging in to my account in Airtel website,going to service requests and selecting the request category as Surrender a connection. Along with that I had to provide Contact Person, Contact Time and Alternate Contact Number also. But finally when I submitted my request I received a message denying my submission of the service request. The message is "We are unable to process your request. Please try later. Sorry for the inconvenience" marked in red. And to my surprise this message is still being displayed today whenever I try to submit my request. I kept on trying intermittently for the last couple of months but I got the same message. Now this is just a trick not to entertain cancellation of connection request.

                  On 6th August 2012, i got a mail from Corporate Collections cell of Airtel asking me to pay my outstanding amount non payment of which will force them to initiate further course of action.

                  I have been a loyal cutsomer of Airtel and had always been paying my bills on time. I had used Airtel internet also in Bangalore and faced the same cancellation negligence which somehow got resolved early. What annoys me is that if analytics is no strong today and Airtel can provide us with usage details in every monthly statement, why don't they use their effort and technology to mine out loyal and disciplined customers instead of bittering the relationship with such customers. I faced similar kind of problems during my Airtel connection in Hyderabad. But still I cannot change the person in myself. I feel satified to be good with the service providers and hence be loyal in making payments.After all Airtel serves us just like we serve somebody else in the industry. But this time I am annoyed. They deliberately don't look into such issues in their web site so that these stop the customer from cancelling connection.

                  So I request to take this matter of mine into serious concern and make the country's so called best provider of mobile services aware of their major loopholes in their service delivery mechanism.

                  P.S. Please find attached the screen shot of the error message that is displayed when I submit my service request.

                  Airtel mobile connection — service cancelled

                  I have been using this number since a decade.I had requested for the DEACTIVATION of GPRS services on my cell in Jan2008.I had also paid its charges for next 6 months without even using it.It has not been cancelled even till date.

                  Neither the extra money paid is been adjusted, nor the rectified bill have been sent to my address.

                  Only my SERVICE has been Deactivated, even though my bill payments are always on time.

                  Regullar written complaints on mail, to their offices or verbally to call executives at their help lines seems just WASTAGE of My TIME...
                  WILL IT REACH FROM HERE????

                    I took the plan 98rs. that i have used about 5 days and after that the service is not available.
                    My mobile is samsung corby colors. but the problem showing "UNEXECTED FAILURE" . i Complaint to 198 5 times but problem is not solved.

                      i was using a airtel number +91-[protected] till last year in faridabad(delhi ncr), then i moved to haryana (sonepat) and taken another no., this one belongs to bsnl (+91-[protected]). after somedays i came to know that i lost my old airtel sim. for sometime it says (on dialing the no.) 'the no. you are trying to call is switched off' . and after somedays some lady is came to know that a lady is using this.
                      so i want to confirm that she is not using no. on my id. and the no. is realloted to her.

                      please contact me on my bsnl no. and i will give you details of my id on which i had taken that no. and i request you to confirm that she is not using my id.

On 10 Aug 2012 my balance have been deducting wrongly by the service provider stating that the balance have been deducted on account of internet browsing charges, But as well as my memory is concerned i have not used the internet of the company. The company is totally telling a lie as despite deleting all my setting from the browser profile of my mobile the deduction was remain on, Thus i am feeling harassed by the service provider financially as well as mentally. Pl do the needful.

                          I have been cheated by airtel digital tv.

                          Pld never go for airtel digital tv,they can do anything with you saying that this is the company policy.

                          My monthly pkg has changed from 241 to 341 ,i called ccustomer care and ask them why you did it,htey say u have the HD settop box so,u have to watch the HD pkg,i asked the to change back ,they say it is not possible.

                          My remote stops working but working well with tv,they say you have to pay Rs 100,i[censored] want us to rectify your problem.

                          They can do anything with you and even when you say that i will change my connection ,they will say as you wish.

                          Once you buy airtel dth they can do anything with you..pls dont go for airtel.

                                This is M.Krishna Murthy I was airtel customer from last 10 years my mobile number is [protected]..Recently I had taken 4 post paid sim cards of your service to my family members .Numbers are [protected],[protected],[protected],[protected] among these numbers on one number i.e([protected]) bill charged is very high approximately 2800 Rs..Bill was charged because o[censored]sage of internet ,actually 200MB is given free additionally only 100 MB is used and for that 100MB you have charged 2500rs(+300 for calls)..Please sort my problem and give a solution for me to continue AIRTEL service..HOPE YOU WILL REDUCE MY CHARGED BILL...THANKING YOU...

                                  on July 29th I had take a duplicate Airtel sim from chembumukku Airtel relationship center, Kochi, Kerala. They told that according to airtel's new policy, for taking duplicate sim they need two photographs and two ID proof. I argued, but they told that is mandatory for taking duplicate sims not for new sims. and they billed Rs: 150 for duplicate sim.Later I enquired to the customer care, they told that need only one ID proof and 25 rupees. then I complained up to nodel officer about this issue, but no response, no enquiry, no answer. And Airtel blocked my call to customercare too. What a fraud company this? I am going to Port my number. Somebody will value this complaint.

                                      I am currently under the rs.1500 broadband plan,which entails me 4 mbps connection until 30gb,after that the connection is reverted to abnormally low 256kbps.Now,the problem I've been facing is this -

                                      1.On the 10th of July,I got a message on my mobile phone that I had reached 80% of my allotted data usage,which was calculated to 24gb.Later,I checked my dsl usage through the airtel.In website and I consciously decided to stop download anything (even minor files) for a couple of days.The next day (11th July'2012) I checked my usage on airtel.In again,and I has allegedly downloaded 27gb out of my allotment.Considering I barely switched on my computer for roughly an hour,I was shocked.I DID not download a single file like I had decided.Yesterday,I was busy the entire day so I didn't switch on computer at all,until right now and I had supposedly downloaded roughly a gb again..Now,I do have a wi-fi router,but I have a powerful enough password,and almost every neighbor in my area has a wi-fi connection and I've checked my router page and I found no rogue connections at all.Plus,I recently opted for a much more powerful password encryption.Hopefully someone from the company will read this and rectify this as soon as possible,since this is some data calculating error from their side.

                                        I have purchased 3g data card (pre -paid) on july 2011. It was expiring on 6th AUGUST 2012. I recharged with rs. 451.00 for 2gb data use on 5th August'12. But, the data card is not re-activated for use and got expired on 6th August and network support not available since then. Kindly look into this problem and do the needful to reactivate the SIM. On complaining through customer care by 121 service, heard that, ur request is forwarded & necessary be taken. But, till date no action taken.The sim and card details as below.
