I am currently under the rs.1500 broadband plan,which entails me 4 mbps connection until 30gb,after that the connection is reverted to abnormally low 256kbps.Now,the problem I've been facing is this -
1.On the 10th of July,I got a message on my mobile phone that I had reached 80% of my allotted data usage,which was calculated to 24gb.Later,I checked my dsl usage through the airtel.In website and I consciously decided to stop download anything (even minor files) for a couple of days.The next day (11th July'2012) I checked my usage on airtel.In again,and I has allegedly downloaded 27gb out of my allotment.Considering I barely switched on my computer for roughly an hour,I was shocked.I DID not download a single file like I had decided.Yesterday,I was busy the entire day so I didn't switch on computer at all,until right now and I had supposedly downloaded roughly a gb again..Now,I do have a wi-fi router,but I have a powerful enough password,and almost every neighbor in my area has a wi-fi connection and I've checked my router page and I found no rogue connections at all.Plus,I recently opted for a much more powerful password encryption.Hopefully someone from the company will read this and rectify this as soon as possible,since this is some data calculating error from their side.
My Airtel digital TV Customer ID - [protected]. I have launched the compalint of my set top box in last week. My set top box is not working. But till date my problem has not been resolved. Now i am cheking the status of my complaint the Airtel customer care system says problem is solved. My dish is in warantty. I gone to dealer but even he is not giving proper responce , he is saying call the Airtel. I am wasting my time & money to call Airtel customer Care. From my account the daily subscription amount is deducted instead of the service.
Please i request you to do the needful.
